The roaring of the crowd was all that could be heard from the locker room. They got louder and louder until there was a flash of light and the roars turned into those of excitement as the wonderfully blasted into the arena at amazing speeds blitzing across the arena doing tricks so amazing it was believed by some people to be staged. In the middle of the performance a pony dressed in black snuck into the halls and hid in the locker room. An hour passed before the Wonderbolts returned to the locker room and changed out of their suits

"Soarin, Fleetfoot, High Winds, Misty Fly. Great Job. Blaze, Misty Fly. I noticed you were a little slow today you should work on that."

They all nod and everyone except Soarin, Rainbow Dash and Fleetfoot were left. Rainbow Dash sighed "Guys... I didn't think this job would be so stressful... You guys are my friends but I feel like I'm just your boss"

SoarIn put his hoof on her shoulder "Dash Don't think like that its a stressful job we completely understand.

Fleetfoot smiles "Yeah we'd be no where without you and there's no one I'd rather party with then you!"

Rainbow Dash laughed "Thanks you guys. Now I'm gonna stay behind and double check the schedule I'll see you later"

Soarin and Fleetfoot left the locker room and before Rainbow could move one of the lockers burst open and a pony jumped out tackling Rainbow Dash. The pony pinned Rainbow Dash down and she tried to get up "Get off me you freak!"

"Freak? Oh Rainbow Dash Don t be silly. "

Rainbow Dawn's eyes widened as she slowly realized who it was "Pinkie?

The pony stepped into the light "Yep! I missed you so much!"

Rainbow Dash got up and looked puzzled "What? I've only been gone a few months"

Pinkie looked angry "What?! It's been like two and a half years!!"

Rainbow Dash looked flabbergasted and stepped back "Y-You're kidding me? Pinkie tell me you're just joking"

Pinkie Pie sighed "Oh rainbow Dash." Music starts to play

Rainbow Dash cuts it off "Pinkie this isn't a time for singing! What's going on?!"

Pinkie Pie frowned "Fine. Jeez you're no fun anymore"

Pinkie went on to explain how Rainbow Dash left and everyone had been sending letters and never got replies. Then she explained that everyone moved on and pretty much forgot about her. Rainbow Dash's eyes began to fill with tears as Pinkie continued "And then Twilight was like 'Oh I guess shes not coming back oh well. Science Science Science' and then Apple Jack Was like 'Ya'll need to calm your horse shoes. Come to my farm yeehaw.' and Rarity was like-"

Rainbow Dash cut her off before she could continue "Pinkie just stop I've heard enough... why didn't you give up though?"

Pinkie Pie smiled "Because I care about you Rainbow Dash! We all did but i cared more then everyone and never gave up until i found you! Now I can bring you back!"

Rainbow Dash started crying and hugged Pinkie tightly. Pinkie Pie was surprised at the sudden showcase of affection but she smiled and hugged back tightly. "Wait... We're in Cloudsdale how are you up here"

Pinkie Pie sighed "Do you know what you've done? Now the audience will be asking questions"

Rainbow Dash looked confused "The audience?"

Pinkie Pie quickly covered her mistake "Eh don't worry about it. It's no big deal! Come on!"

She tried pulling Rainbow Dash with her but Rainbow Dash fought back "I can't go just yet I need to file for a vacation."

Pinkie Pie groaned "All that stuff is so boring cant you just have someone else do it for you or just say you're leaving?"

Rainbow Dash Laughed "I wish it were that simple. I'm in charge of the Wonder Bolts. And i need to keep things in order. If I break the rules what example am I setting"

Pinkie Groaned again "Jeez you sound just like Twilight"

Rainbow Dash's eyes widened and she got on her knees raising her front legs to the sky "NOOOOOOOOOOO-"

Pinkie Pie interrupted "Overreacting like Rarity:

Rainbow Dash took a few deep breaths "You're right. You're right. I just need to be cool... Alright I'm much better now c'mon Pinkie lets go fill out the vacation forms real quick.

Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie walked out of the locker room and into the Wonderbolts Headquarters. Once inside Rainbow Dash informed everyone she'll be taking temporary leave and put Fleet Foot in charge while she was gone. Once all was said and done she filled out the vaction form and left with Pinkie Pie. "So... how'd you even get up her Pinkie?"

Pinkie laughed "Oh that's easy I jumped!"

Rainbow Dash looked at her confused "You... Jumped?"

Pinkie Pie nodded multiple times really fast "Yeah! Like This!" Pinkie Pie Jumped off of Cloudsdale laughing

Rainbow Dash gasped loudly and jumped after her "Pinkie hold on!!!!"

Rainbow Dash flew down fast catching Pinkie Pie just before she hit the ground. "What were you thinking?!?!"

Pinkie Pie laughed more "Come on I would have been fine!"

Rainbow Dash growled "No you wouldn't!! You would have fallen over a thousand feet and would have died!!"

Pinkie Pie rolled her eyes "Not according to my plot armor"

Rainbow Dash sighed and looked at her "Do I ever want to ask?"

Pinkie Pie shook her head laughing "No you do not want to ask at all! Or would you! DUH DUH DUH!!!"

Rainbow Dash looked confused again and put her down "I'm just gonna learn to ignore you. For now let's hurry up and get to Ponyville.... I have some friends I need to apologize too you know?"

Pinkie Pie smiled and nodded "I'm so glad you'll finally be visiting! So much has changed! So much you won't even believe it!"

Rainbow Dash smiled back at Pinkie Pie and laughed "Oh I can not wait to find out"

Pinkie Pie also laughed then looked serious "Race you there!"

Rainbow Dash looked at Pinkie and raised an eyebrow "Um... You want to race me?"

Pinkie Pie nodded quickly and Rainbow Dash chuckled "See you in a few hours Pinkie."

Pinkie Pie Snickered "READY SET GO!!!"

They both took off Rainbow Dash flying and Pinkie Pie seemingly teleporting

God I loved writing this XD it's surprisingly fun. anyways as my first book it isn't much but still I hope it's good. I honestly had a lot of trouble writing this in the first place. I had a lot of difficult writing it because I'm used to writing short Chapters. So having to write a long chapter was a bit of a challenge but I got through it perfectly fine and it was all thanks to my perseverance. Yay me!
