PSO Book 3: Universes Unknown

I asked Starry and Flame Rider, 'What happened here anyway?'

'Long story here, let me tell you what I know,' Starry replied, sounding a bit curious for some reason.

'Mkay?' I said back.

'Let's just go inside to talk, the outside isn't suitable for this, there are couches in there,' Flamerider said.

I can't say no to couches, after all, they were comfortable as shit. We walked inside, later sitting on the not-so-comfortable couch, but hey, better than a chair.

'Back to the question, what happened,' I asked, sounding extremely curious about this universe. After all, this is an alternate universe.

'Starry's story first,' Flamerider replied.

'Ok, my story first. I can't exactly remember all of this but I was a filly back then, and I had 6 friends. Back then, in the olden times where technology barely existed, I was blasted with a concentrated bolt of magic. Nopony could help me, I was going to be dead in about one week. At that time Starswirl also lived, and he couldn't revive me. That didn't discourage my friends to help me treat this terrible incident. All I know was that all my friends traveled outside of Equestria and came up with a cure. Planetshine, you were crucial in helping me survive. I then went into stasis, and all of my friends died,' Starry told us.

I felt sad listening to that story, I just couldn't take in everything. Now it was Flame Rider's turn to tell her story. She didn't have much to say.

'I was fired from the Equestrian Space Station, and the reentry pod was faulty and it disintegrated right in front of me. Good thing I survived. It broke my hoof and cut my wing, but I'm fine. Also, I don't know how I survived, but I did. Anyways, I have the first ever mechanical wing model from Starry, or at least that was what she told me. She invented those before she went into stasis,' Flame Rider explained.
