Do you Believe in Ghosts?
Ghostly Haunting Shy Turned Loose
Chapter One, Do you Believe in Ghosts?
Sunset puffed as she ran. So far her motorcycle wouldn't start, Iconic Lens, her part-time job employer, said that the studio was closing for a week, so no real money for a couple of weeks, and then there was the fact that Today was finals.
Somehow she believed there was magic here in this world without Equestrian Magic, and that it was chaotic, and loved to get people into trouble. She rounded the corner, seeing the school, and barely made it to the front doors before the bell rang. Sure, she was going to be a little late to first class, but that was actually okay.
She headed toward Mr. Cranky's class and found the older chemistry professor groaning as he sat at his desk. He looked up at her, pointed toward her desk, and she took her seat. A few minutes later he was passing out the very test that she had overly prepared for.
She turned it over, and what she saw on the test was a single question.
"Are you worried?"
She noticed that everyone else looked confused. Mr. Cranky was notorious for giving some of the hardest tests, and this certainly wasn't his usual M.O. She looked toward him, and finally he stood, walked toward the chalkboard, and she watched as he raised the projector screen that was lowered.
She looked at the carefully written words, "You've already taken the test, and passed. There's nothing to worry about."
She breathed out a sigh of relief, and looked at the paper. She wrote, "No." under the question, and then with the others passed it up. He gathered the tests, and shortly after they watched as Ms. Matilda walk into the room. She walked over toward him.
The two of them spoke quietly for a few moments, and then finally she turned toward the class.
"Everyone, this is a free period. Naturally if you have homework, please work on it, otherwise converse among yourselves quietly."
She looked to see Trixie raise her hand, "The great and powerful Trixie is confused, and would like to know what is going on."
Ms. Matilda grinned, "Mr. Cranky Doodle and myself are getting married tomorrow. After this class he is going to be leaving for the rest of the day, and we are going to be getting prepared."
Sunset smiled at them. It was sweet that the two of them finally ended up together. It was obviously enough to everyone around them that they liked each other. After a few minutes the bell rang again, and she changed classes with the other students.
As she suspected the rest of the classes had normal finals in them, but she had more than prepared. Once they were done she walked out with her friends, and she breathed in the sweet air of freedom that came with Summer Break.
"Oh, I almost forgot, how would all of you like to come on a road trip with me?"
Pinkie Pie's eyes practically popped out of her head, "Road Trip?! Really?1 Oh this is exciting! Not as exciting as the time I gasped really loud, or you know in that alternate pony dimension where our pony selves were put into positions of power by Princess Luna because of this huge war, and finally most of us ended up leaving help to a little Unicorn called Littlepip, but like how can you top that?!"
Rarity looked at Pinkie and rolled her eyes, it was Pinkie Pie being Pinkie Pie. Granted, she really wasn't sure what it was that her friend was going on about, but that was okay. She had long since learned that trying to explain Pinkie Pie was a sure fire way of one getting a massive headache. Naturally it didn't stop their Twilight from attempting to figure out some of Pinkie's natural abilities.
As close as she could guess was that Pinkie had some kind of psychic ability that allowed her to sense various changes in the world around her. It made absolute no sense, it wasn't measurable, and poor Twilight had almost had a small mental breakdown attempting to explain the unexplainable.
Instead Rarity smiled at Twilight, 'Cousin? Darling, I had no idea you had a cousin."
Twilight smiled, "Yeah, sorry about that. I guess that I didn't really think that it was important enough to mention before. My cousin, Dusk Shine lives in Winter River Connecticut. He's sent me a few pictures, and it really seems like a nice town."
Applejack smiled, "Heard a bunch of nice things 'bout Connecticut. Lot's of good farmland. Figure going someplace that they got a some decent farms be kinda nice. Might give me a chance to talk ta some of the locals. Find out some of their tricks fer growing their crops."
"I heard it's quiet, and that'd be nice," Fluttershy mentioned.
"Sounds like a snoozeville."
Everyone turned toward Rainbow Dash.
"What? I mean come on, we're talking about the back country, no offence AJ, but that's not exactly where exciting things happen, is it?"
Sunset sighed, "Camp Everfree was in the backwoods."
Rainbow Dash rubbed the back of her head. Her loose fitting baseball jersey pulling a little more taunt, "Okay, point taken."
"So, when do you plan on leaving?" Sunset asked.
Twilight smiled, "Well... Dad and Mom have already headed up there. Shining Armor said that he's going to stick around with Cadence, so I'm supposed to make sure that I invite a few friends, and we're supposed to leave tomorrow."
Sunset smiled, "I can swing that."
Everyone else agreed, and after a few minutes they agreed to meet tomorrow at Twilight's house. Sunset walked toward her home, glad for once that things happened the way they did. The week off would be a benefit, and while she needed to watch her budget she could afford to do a little bit of shopping. Certainly some window shopping at the very least.
As the night passed the seven girls all packed, preparing for the trip that would take them to meet Twilight's cousin. The day came, perhaps a bit too fast, and Sunset ran through her normal morning ritual. She showered, enjoying the feeling of her Mane and Tail shampoo.
Sure, it was supposed to be for horses, but it smelled amazing, and it actually reminded her a bit of back home. She finished washing off, and then she gathered some clothes. Once done she looked at her clothing options for today. She grabbed a backless shirt, after all it was summer, and she wanted to be comfortable.
Plus... It didn't hurt to show a little skin in case there was a cute guy. Her next choice was a comfortable pair of faded jeans, recently bedazzled by Rarity to have a little flare, and finally her comfortable motorcycle boots. She grabbed her socks, and a quick look through her panty drawer caused her to groan. She had neglected laundry, again, and it had come back to bite her in the butt. She didn't have any panties for today, or the rest of the trip. The answer was easy enough. She could try to do a couple of loads before time to leave, which wasn't going to happen, or she could buy some budget granny panties at a large box store along the way. Granted, she enjoyed wearing something a little more flattering, but she wanted to stay in budget, and that meant getting the cheaper ones.
"It's okay Sunset. It's not the end of the world, and besides, it's not like you're actually going to do anything on this trip."
With a nod she slipped on her jeans, knowing that she was going to feel weird about wearing them without the panties, and finished dressing. about thirty minutes later she found herself in front of Twilight's house, watching as her friends Ooooed and Awwwed at the small RV they were being entrusted with.
The RV was fairly nice. It certainly looked big enough to carry all of them, and after getting snacks, clothes, and a few other things loaded, the group crawled into it. Twilight sat in the front seat of the Pickup style cab of the RV, held her breath, and then turned the key.
It cranked over a couple of times before catching, and then she put it into gear. The hours passed by, and the group sang, played various road trip games, mostly started by Pinkie Pie, and even managed to stop at a few rest stops to enjoy a lunch, stretch, and get their barrings. Finally, Sunset, who had taken over driving so Twilight could get some rest, pointed out the road sign indicating that they were entering Winter River.
The girls all looked at the small town, and Twilight, who had just woke up, looked around and pointed toward the street they needed to go down in order to get to Dusk Shine's house. After a few minutes they arrived almost outside of the town and parked in front of a large house.
In a few ways it certainly reflected Twilight's parents home. It was certainly large, the brick home looked to be at least three stories tall, and if Sunset was to guess there was more than likely enough room for all of them to stay comfortably.
After parking they got out and walked toward the house. As they neared the front door opened and standing there was an older girl, her breasts covered by a small bikini top, her shorts were made from a pair of jeans and they left little to the imagination, and she groaned as she heard her father.
"Gleaming Shield, you are not going out dressed like that!"
She turned around, "Dad, I'm twenty-two years old. I'm in college, and I'm going back on Monday. I think that I'm old enough to dress how I want."
She looked at the girls, "Oh, hey, you must be Twilight's guests," she looked at Twilight, and smiled, "So, I guess that Shining Couldn't make it huh?"
Twilight looked at her older cousin. She would be lying if she didn't see the resemblance that Gleaming had with her brother. Her blue hair, the cheekbones, but there was several differences. Starting with Gleaming's large breasts. She could kind of see where her uncle was coming from. It looked like Gleaming's twins could pop out at any moment.
"Ummm... Maybe you should just try to make Uncle Velour happy? I mean he is your dad, right?"
Gleaming groaned, "Yeah, I guess so. I'm just use to dressing how I want on campus, or at least when I'm not in classes. Anyway, welcome to my parents' home."
Together they followed the older girl inside, through the house, and then out the back where everyone had gathered. Sunset smiled as she met Dusk's parents. She also felt fairly comfortable talking to Dusk Shine. He was every bit as nerdy as Twilight, although where Twilight was focused on Science Dusk seemed to specialize in Paranormal Studies. She had asked him about how he studied it, and she was surprised to learn that there was actually a college major in Paranormal Psychology that he had gotten accepted into.
Beyond that she found out that he was double majoring in English, specifically in Literature, and he explained that he was using the two majors to feed off of each other and explaining how so many of the Urban Legends had gotten their start.
It was so easy to see how passionate he was about the subject. Of course she wanted to tell him about some of their adventures, but she held back. In truth she wasn't sure how he'd take it, but instead it felt nice to just hear someone else who was so open to the idea of magic.
As the night wore on everyone began to gather around the fire pit, and stories began to swapped, until finally Dusk stood and smiled, "You know, there's actually a haunted house not far from here."
His father, Dusk Velour, shook his head, "Son, it's just an old ghost story."
Rainbow Dash leaned in, "Well, I'd like to hear, it."
Dusk smiled, "There's a house just outside of town. The Magpies owned it. They were a young couple, and from what I understand they loved each other very much. It just so happens that one day they were heading out of town when something crossed in front of their car. It went through the wall of the covered bridge, and it fell into Winter River. The both of them drowned, but if the legend is to be believed that's not the end of their story.
Instead they still live in that house. At first they tried to scare off those that moved in there with them, but eventually they made peace together, and when that happened Beets were pretty happy. At least until Mr. Beet died a few years ago. His daughter was off at College, and his wife ended up moving back to Manehattan.
Now the house sits empty, but at night they say that you can hear music coming from it. Weird lights will come on and off, and the door will sometimes open on its own. I'm not a hundred percent sure about all of it, but I've seen the lights before."
Sunset sat there for a moment, and listened to the story. It sounded almost like a generic ghost story, but then she heard him say that he got permission from Ms Beets to investigate the house. The only requirement was that there was a single name he couldn't say, and he couldn't tell anyone else what that name was.
Names had their own power. That was something she learned with Princess Celestia. Still, she listened as the talk continued, and then finally some of the group began to head inside. She looked toward Dusk as he stood up.
"So, are you really going to go investigate this place?"
He nodded, "Yeah, I'm actually planning on doing it tomorrow night, want to come along?"
Before long all of her friends had gathered over, and all of them agreed to go along and investigate. Over the course of the next day the girls were shown what was to do in Winter River. There was a few shops, a box store, where Sunset was able to purchase a package of panties for a reasonable enough price, and of course Rarity was able to look at the small boutique that had set up shop in the town.
It’s owner Elusive Diamond seemed to be a nice enough person. He openly welcomed everyone into the shop, showing off his collection. Naturally Rarity explained that she was going into design as a major in college, and she even allowed him to see some of the designs she had done. He looked them over, and shortly after he handed her a card.
“That is my old college advisor Ms. Thinktank. She’s a bit of an academic, but I can promise you that no one will work harder on making sure that you get the education you need. Get in touch with her, and once you graduate please, get into touch with me. I would be thrilled to help you get started with a boutique of your own,” he said with a smile, “Of course I would ask that you get set up in a slightly different location. Not that I wouldn’t mind the competition, but I would much rather be friends than competitors.”
After they left the day went on until finally the sun had set, and the group headed toward the large white farmhouse outside of town. Going up to it Sunset could tell that it had been remodeled. It looked nice, but dated, but regardless she was interested in seeing if there was really anything to the ghost story Dusk had talked about. Once there Dusk used the key he had been told about and opened the door. The group of them walked inside, Dusk handed each of them a small voice recorder.
“Now, if you see anything, make a mention of it, but right now we’re going to split up, ask questions, and we’ll review the recorders later to see if we get a reply back.”
Sunset walked with Dusk, and she noticed the modern art that seemed to line a section of the house. Strange sculptures, almost nightmarish in a way, were contained in a collection case, and she shook her head as they walked past them. It had to be a trick of light, but she could have sworn that one of the sculptures had actually moved. As they walked further into the house a frightened scream broke the silence. Without even thinking about it she ran toward the scream, Dusk following behind her.
ten minutes earlier, attic, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash
“Rainbow, do you really think this place is haunted?” Fluttershy asked as she glanced at the shadows on the wall.
“Eh, maybe. I mean it wouldn’t be the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen in my life.”
Fluttershy nodded, and then she saw a yellowing piece of paper. She lifted it, and used the light on the voice recorder to look at it. As she studied it there was a name that popped into her head. It was a single name, and it kept repeating over and over again. Holding the paper she opened her mouth, an unknown force pushing the words out, making her form them, and she shook as she stood there.
“Beetlejuice,” she said little more than a whisper.
“Ummm, Shy, what did you say?”
“Beetlejuice,” she whispered again, the word softly repeating from her lips.
“Shy, what kind of word is that?”
She looked toward Rainbow, and finally Rainbow could see how scared Fluttershy really was. She moved toward her, trying to get there before Fluttershy could speak again, but it didn’t matter. The word came out on its own.
“Beetlejuice.” the whisper left her mouth once more.
The room which was dark except for the moon went even darker. The sound of the wood stretching and breaking could be heard all around them, and then Fluttershy felt something lift her into the air. She let out a scream as whatever it was held her.
“It’s Showtime!” an ominous voice said from somewhere inside of the room.
The darkness changed to show a single spotlight on Fluttershy. She was no longer in her green sundress, but instead she was dressed in a skin tight maid outfit. She felt her arms, bound by something she couldn’t see, tied to something. She looked around and felt something scaley against her legs. She gulped and took a look down. There was a long snake. She almost breathed out a sigh of relief, until it turned to look at her. Its face wasn’t a snake’s face, but instead it was that of a man.
He looked vicious, his eyes morphed into high slitted snake eyes, and his teeth all replaced with snake fangs. They drew back into a ghastly smile. His forked tongue snaked out and licked her cheek.
“We came for your friends chuck!”
It laughed wickedly as she screamed again and tried to move.

Ghostly Haunting Shy Turned Loose
Chapter 2: Sitting up with the Dead
"Fluttershy?"
Rainbow called for her friend, trying to find her. The bright spotlight had disappeared and once more she was in complete darkness. She stumbled forward and a single red light turned on.
"Pss, over here," a voice that sounded like Fluttershy but off called out.
Rainbow neared the voice and she felt the ground get soft. Suddenly she couldn't run, she couldn't move fast at all.
"Aww poor Dashie... you're slower than a snail..."
"Fluttershy?!"
The light dimmed and before she could react a form appeared. Her eyes were glowing red, the maid outfit was pin striped, and her teeth looked like fangs.
Dash screamed as Demonshy's hair turned to pink snakes and lifted her up. She felt them slither under her jeans, ripping them apart.
"Hmmm, always wanted to taste the rainbow, bahahahaha!"
The voice sounded like a man's and not like Fluttershy at all. Demonshy neared her, a forked tongue slithered out of her mouth, and Rainbow desperately tried to get loose, to touch the geode that helped her become superfast, but the weird pink snakes that was once Fluttershy’s hair was keeping her perfectly in place. She heard the material rip, her jeans fell to the ground, and she felt something wet and slimy touch her leg.
“You know, it’s been a while, at least about thirty years, but I’ve got to imagine that it’s just like riding a bicycle. It’s something you just don’t forget,” the man’s voice said.
Rainbow struggled as the snakes began moving under her baseball jersey. Whatever it was that had gotten into Fluttershy was a whole lot stronger than she was. She tried to hold onto the jersey. She felt the snakes flexing under it, widening out again, stretching the material, and then there was loud banging on the door.
“We heard screaming, everyone okay?” Sunset’s muffled voice cried out.
“HELP!!!” Rainbow shouted.
She found a snake enter her mouth and clamp down on her tongue. She wanted to cry out again, but the pink snake was making certain that couldn’t happen. At the same time she began to feel drowsy. It was odd, but something was making her want to fight less. Sleeping sounded like a wonderful idea, and it was all she could do in order to keep her eyes open. Her vision began to get darker, and she felt her consciousness beginning to slip away. Darkness had almost completely clouded her vision before a chill passed by her. Suddenly there was an echoing voice from the middle of nowhere. Rainbow could barely hear it, but no sooner had it said the same words that Fluttershy had said earlier than the door swung open, the snakes disappeared, and Rainbow fell to the ground.
Sunset ran over to Rainbow Dash first. She found that her athetetic friend seemed to be covered in some kind of slimy mucus, but it wasn’t just that. She felt cold, almost like the very life had nearly been sucked out of her. She turned to see Fluttershy who was kneeling in place. Her eyes were vacant, and she was wearing some strange pin striped maid outfit. She wanted to ask what was going on, but first they needed to move the both of them out of the room. To his credit Dusk Shine quickly helped in moving both girls. Once they were down stairs he found some clean, but stale, wash cloths to clean up Rainbow with.
Sunset noticed that he kept looking at Fluttershy, and she wondered what it was that bothering him other than the fact that she seemed to be so non-responsive. Dusk moved toward her, gently touching her shoulder, and there wasn’t any kind of response. Sunset would have expected her to at least pull away, but there wasn’t anything of the kind. She watched as he looked into her eyes and then he shook his head. He gently laid her down, finding a blanket to cover her with, and stepped back.
“What’s going on?” Sunset asked.
Dusk shook his head, “I’m not sure. With her,” he pointed to Rainbow Dash, “I’d almost swear that she nearly lost her life, but her,” he pointed to Fluttershy, “I’ve only read about it, but it looks like something happened that actually scared her so bad that her soul left her body.”
Sunset shook her head as he said that. She looked at Fluttershy and then back at him, “Wha… How could that happen?!”
He looked at her and shook his head, “I don’t know. I knew that house was supposed to be haunted, but I had no idea that anything in here could be that dangerous.”
Strange Waiting Room - Fluttershy
Fluttershy looked around and saw a few people sitting down. She walked further into the room and gasped as she looked at the people there. One of them looked like the back of his head was missing. She could see a hole between his eyes, and he gave her a pleasant enough smile. She did notice that his clothes looked really outdated. It was something she was certain that her parents would have worn. Actually, he looked really familiar. It was almost like she had seen his picture before, but that couldn’t be right.
She looked somewhere else and saw a girl that was holding her head. There was a massive bruise line across her chest like a seatbelt had caused it. The girl slightly waved, and this time she did recognize the girl. She hadn’t really known her very well, but she knew that the girl had gone to Crystal Prep, and she remembered hearing about the car crash that happened. But that had been at least three years ago. In fact the girl was still wearing her skirt from Crystal Prep. She looked away and saw an elderly woman. She was holding onto a stand that had an iv attached to it. The bag was empty, and she was softly clicking a button on the line.
She felt tears gathering up, but the door behind her opened and she heard something squeaking. She turned around to see a man hanging from a noose.
“Fluttershy?”
She nodded, looking away form his dark purple face, “Y..Yes? Excuse me, where am I? What’s going on?!”
The man gained a softer expression, “Nothing that you should worry about,” his voice sounded strained, “but follow me to meet with Silvermane.”
She shook as she stood there in her green sundress, “Who’s Silvermane?”
He gave her a soft smile as his hung there, “She’s the one that’s going to help set this straight. Now come on.”
She stepped out and instantly she wanted to run. All around her was hundreds of corpses sitting at desks. Most seemed to be skeletons, but there was more than a few that looked mostly human. She noticed that all of them were dressed in business casual wear, but that didn’t make it any less scary. She felt a reassuring squeeze from man that was hanging and followed him. She walked across the floor, hearing dozens of computers running, the clacking of bones moving against one another, and finally they stopped before a large steel door. The hanging man knocked on the door for a moment and finally it opened. He looked down at Fluttershy and motioned for her to go inside.
She stepped into the room and the door slammed shut behind her. A timid squeak came from her lips and she looked to see an older woman sitting at a desk.
“Let me ask you something. Do I come into your house and leave a mess? Or perhaps this will be more to your understanding. Do I come over and swim in your toilet?”
Fluttershy watched as the woman stood. Her Silver hair was in curls, she wore a wonderful business suit, except for the blood around her collar. She took out a cigarette, lit it, and breathed in a bit before exhaling through a large slit in her neck that Fluttershy hadn’t see a moment before. She wanted to faint right there. Instead the woman looked at her with the most hardened blue eyes she had ever seen.
“First, you come into a known haunted house, then you go and summon up someone that should have remained trapped,” she shook her head, “You have really fucked the pooch here. I’ve got no less than twenty new files opened, not to mention that you’re not even supposed to be here yet!”
“I’m sorry,” Fluttershy whimpered.
Silvermane sighed and walked past her. She looked at the various awards hanging on the wall, “So am I kid. /Look, I don’t mean to give you too hard of a time, but the fact of the matter is that you’ve released a Poltergeist into your world that shouldn’t be there. And unfortunately since a living person welcomed him in it’s got to be a living person that sends him back,” she saw the confused look on Fluttershy’s face, “It’s in the rules, which reminds me that you’ll need a handbook. I’ll make sure that Cheerful gets you one before you leave.”
Fluttershy looked at her, “Cheerful?”
Silvermane smiled at her, “The man that lead you here. His name is Cheerful Message. He’s my assistant, and he’ll get you the handbook,” she looked around, “I guess that we need to get a contract started before anything else though.”
“Contract?”
Silvermane nodded, “Yes, I need a full non-disclosure contract stating that you will not disclose anything that you’ve seen here. Plus, I’m going to have to preuse one of your D-90’s in order to get you back to your body.”
Fluttershy felt more at ease, but certainly incredibly confused, “What’s a D-90?”
Silverman shook her head, “It’s a help voucher that we assign to every new cause. Each new case gets a maximum of three help vouchers for the first one hundred and twenty-five years of their afterlife.”
Fluttershy shook her head, “Ummm… What about the idea of going to a wonderful place after you die?”
Silvermane grinned, “Sorry. The first one hundred twenty-five years is spent in the place where you died. Houses, schools, hotels, bus stops, train stations, and the like are the most common places where most people reside. Well beside here…” she said before a phone rang.
Silvermane’s eyebrow lifted as she neared it, picked it up, and held it to her ear, “Hello?”
“Are you sure you want this on speaker?” she asked, “Okay.”
She placed it on Speaker, and a moment later a soft motherly voice came over the air.
“Ms Shy, how are you doing?”
Fluttershy neared the phone, “I guess okay,” she said, “Who is this?”
There was a soft laugh, “I go by Mort, but for all rights and purposes I’m upper management. Now, what Silvermane has told you is what usually happens. Although we haven’t really had someone who has had their soul scared out of them in some time,” there was another soft laugh, “but there are always exceptions, and we are making one today. You will still need to sign that non-disclosure contract. We honestly can’t have too much of what goes on here as common knowledge, but we aren’t going to use your first D-90 either. Instead I’m going to have Ms Silvermane escort you back to your body. Once there I’m certain that your friends will find a way of helping you get back into it. Oh, do try to keep from visiting us too early again, okay?”
“S..sure.” she said before the line disconnected.
Silvermane took a pin and handed it to her, “Well, at least that is in order. Now, if you wouldn’t mind to sign this we’ll get you back there.”
Magpie House - Living Room
Sunset and Dusk Shine worked feverishly worked at getting their friends back into some semblance of life. Rainbow Dash was starting to come around, even though she was slow to restart. Fluttershy, though, was becoming a cause of concern. Nothing either of the teens did seemed to rouse her from her stupor. Sunset was starting to panic some. Fluttershy was a good friend and seeing her so insensate was disturbing in a very fundamental way.
“I’m not sure what we can do with her,” Dusk Shine said, “she appears catatonic.”
“She isn’t dead?” Sunset asked.
“No,” Dusk replied, “she still has a pulse.”
Sunset was about to say something when her timid friend came to with a gasp.
“OHMYWHATHAPPENED?!”
Sunset tried to calm down, but there was a sense of absolute joy at seeing Fluttershy recover. She gently touched her friend’s hand and Fluttershy gave her a gentle smile. No sooner had that happened then they heard running from upstairs. She ran toward the stairwell and saw Rarity coming down it. She noticed right away that her normally prim and proper friend was completely nude, second that Rarity really did have an hourglass figure, and third that right behind her was Applejack who was missing pulling against a lasso that was tied across her waist trying to pull her back upstairs.
She ran toward the rope and something knocked her back like she was a rag doll. She hit the wall, slid down, and watched as Applejack screamed as the rope changed from a simple rope to a long striped tongue.
“YeeeHAW! I ain’t got to cornhole a cornpone before! Comeon back up here darlin! I want to make a deal with you!”
The voice sounded male, and it sounded menacing. Before Sunset could get back up Applejack was lifted into the air and jerked back upstairs by the striped tongue that held her.
