"Make sure he gets home alive, and in as few pieces as possible. Goodbye, General Acus of the 19th Fleet." Commander Moderate said, taking his...
"Finger." A small, young male voice spoke up. Thank you Newbie. "You're welcome."
"Your son can communicate with the Ubercreator?" Acus asked, surprise written on his face.
"General Acus?" Moderate said to get his attention. "You have the word 'Surprise' written on your face. I think the Ubercreator is trolling you."
"Can you get rid of it, Ubercreator?" The word disappears. "Thank you....wait....holy-" He notices there's a child there. "Something, we're Main Characters! This is of the highest honor!" He exclaims, happy. "I will make you proud! Onward! We shouldn't keep the Ubercreator himself waiting!" Moderate gives a final goodbye an turns around leaving. Acus and Newbie turn around, and begin to walk to the 19th Fleet's capital ship. They don't name their ships, because they lose too many from the Zombies for that to be relevant. The other problem is finding 60 million+ names.
"Uhh, General Acus?" Newbie cautiously asked, for it was a very important, and exposition-y question, which he knew. "I'm pretty sure the Ultracreators reading this don't know what Zombies are. Could you tell them, but direct it at me?"
"I will. Also, just call me Acus. So, when the Sticktopians, us, first came here as Humans, the Dualicorns used immensely powerful magic gifted to them by the Ubercreator, to transform us into stickmen. We started calling ourselves 'Sticktopians' after our planet, Sticktopia, which is infinitely sized. But, more humans came, the ones with genetic mutations, mental conditions such as Autism. When the Dualicorns changed them, their faces had patches of skin missing, as did all their kids, and so on. They called themselves 'Zombies', and wanted to kill every other living thing so they can be the 'purest race'. The First Covenant came into contact with them, and they declared war. Now, it's been 217 years, and we're still fighting." He concluded his tale. "Anyways, Newbie? We're going to engage a Zombie fleet on their way here. Just in case, we have all FAF Batteries charged, and all FAF Drives on standby, so we can jump to random coordinates if we know we won't win." He finished. They walked across the hangar, other personnel walking too in different directions, some even jogging. The hangar itself was 50 meters high, and had no air in it, because cycling would take too long. Beside that, Sticktopians can last over a day in vacuum. A few sticktopians climbed into a fighter, closing the hatch. The pods on the side rotated, the thrusters on them lifting the craft off the ground. Acus and Newbie walked into the ship's airlock. They were on a new class of ship, the Heavy Destroyer. It had 4 Strafe Cannons, 4 Small Machineguns, 1 Large Machinegun. The ship had a sort of bullet shape. Why? Well, it would be good for the ship to be aerodynamic, as being fired ground-orbit out of a big fucking cannon would damage it if it had a flat front. The ships lifted off, blasting out of the station...
Hours Later...
"Sir, we should retreat!" The ten-foot Dualicorn Nav Officer shouted.
"...Do it! Activate fleet-wide FAF! Random Co-ordinates!" The Officer turned on the fleet-wide intercom, and yelled to activate FAF to (Coordinates.). After ten seconds, and a fighter lost, they disappeared with a 'BOIIIIIII' Sound, all the ships appearing backwards above a planet, blue waves of Nobody Fucking Knows Nor Cares.
"Sir!" The Dualicorn officer said, turning to Acus once more. "I think we should land! This system's moon is giving us a high-five, and it will fu...." She paused, noticing Newbie standing there. "Faffing sting!" Acus nodded, and the Nav Officer told the Pilot via intercom to make an emergen-C landing. Suddenly, the ship lurched, and zoomed into the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the ship was given a friendly push by the big fucking rock, sending them spiraling. The Main Thruster slammed into the ground, continuing on it's spin, carving a circular gouge into the ground. The front hit, stopping the vessel. Everybody in the ship was groaning, the Nav officer pointing out that at least they were upright, and not upside down. After a few hours of sorting storage and arming 20 soldiers to go explore a bit. A Sniper Agent, two Shotgun Specialists, and 5 Tracers. They went down on ropes, the Sniper simply jumping off. Before hitting the ground, he swiped his left hand across the side of his backpack. A thruster on the bottom fired, slowing his decent heavily and pushing him forward a bit. He landed, crouching down completely, the 5-foot gun hitting the earth. He quickly brought the gun up, scanning the horizon for any Zombies or other malicious entities. After a minute or so, the other soldiers arrived at the Sniper's location. The Sniper stood, and began jogging, the others following. they jogged through a forest, coming across something that scared them. Timberwolves.
"Talul to Base!" the Sniper said alarmingly into his radio. "I think.....I think we've landed on Equus! I repeat, I think we've landed on Equus!" An 'Ah, sh.......art!' was yelled from the other side, but the team was told to keep going. They did so, but hid when they saw a few chariots, the unmistakable gold lining on it. Rather then seeing Empress Daybreaker within, they saw what they remembered was Daybreaker's 'Good' form, Princess Celestia. A dark blue alicorn was also in there, 'Princess Luna' if they're not mistaken. They began to walk towards it, being careful to stay hidden. when it landed, the guards detaching, they ran out, weapons raised. "FREEZE, PONIES!!!!" They froze, still looking away. "TURN AROUND!!!!" The did so, fearful eyes gazing upon the First Covenant soldiers. "IF I SEE ANY MAGIC, I'LL SHOOT YOU!!!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND!!!!????" They just stood there dumbstruck, so a Tracer shot barely above Celestia's head, startling her. "DO YOU FUCKING UNDERSTAND!!!!????" They shook their heads forcefully. Talul keyed his radio. "Talul to Base, I've apprehended this Equus's Daybreaker, who appears to be Celestia, and Luna. Two royal guards as well." The ponies' eyes widened at the 'This Equus's'. 'There are other me's and you's?' Celestia asked Luna in shock over their mental link. After a few minutes, a few more Soldiers came out and cuffed the ponies, the Dualicorn Nav officer, who came with them locking rings he summoned around their horns.
"Follow me, ponies." The Sniper began walking inside, the boarding ramp down. They walked up it, entering the ship. "Follow her-" Talul began, pointing to the Dualicorn Nav Officer. "-To your cells." Celestia and Luna gulped heavily. This was going to be a long day.
Author's Note
Of course I need to end the chapter with those words. Also, I think my pacing is improving, if just a smidge!
Play Dwarf Fortress.
