Fallout Equestria misplaced
Prologue
Load Full StoryAfter all the fights of goodsprings, all the way to the other side of the mojave wasteland. Zach and Mike are two friends packing too much heat in the wasteland for their own good. Zach is a shotgun slinging song singing weapons specialists. Mike is..... Mike. These two have gone through the deadliest edges of the wasteland and fought the toughest ugliest creatures ever imagined. From the fearsome bloat fly to the biggest dav-
"Alright, enough of that!" Yelled Mike. Groaning to himself simply annoyed that DJ talking over the pip boy radio was spilling all the deeds that both completed in the Mojave.
Zach just laughed, simply paying no attention while killing some rad scorpions "Here I am. Gonna rock you lik-" The biggest radscorpion in the entire area dies from lead poisoning.
The landscape was rocky, steep, and very dangerous cause around every corner could be hiding The Legion, raiders, or the locals known as the Tribals. Many of these took territory through Zion, be it the river bed, the river itself, or the mountains towering the sky. Even the many destroyed bunkers campsites held enemies around every corner. Zion was an unforgiving place. It’s dry, dead, but it contained some of the only clean river water untouched by the bombs. Zach and Mike were currently outside of Zion canyon. The mountain side stretched for miles, covered by dead grass and burned trees. Miles upon miles of the rolling mountains full with water traveling down zion the water being only to be covering the ankles. The sun was currently setting in the distance. To the south smoke, fire and other signs that a war happened here filled the air. Bodies littered the ground around both Zach and Mike. The bodies seemed to have large bullet wounds made by Zach's riot shotgun. As they took on the last remaining rad Scorpion, Mike firing off bursts, whilst Zach shot at it with buck shot and dragon's breath which was the finishing shot from Zach.
After killing the radscorpion Zach promptly walked over to the body of the person he was hired to kill. His name was Hubert Bell. He was the one supplying weapons to both the Tribals and the Legion. Thankfully the duo put an end to his evil plan for good, and as always Zach rewarded himself by blowing off the head of the leader but before he did show he said “I don’t care what your sexual preference is. Just shut up and die quietly.” Taking the shot as blood and gore sprayed from Hubert's neck painting the walls and ground of the canyon red. This seemed to be the water the dying plants needed. Slowly the plants began coming out of their withering state.
"So you killed another baddie, good job. I'm sure he was the only one smuggling these guns." Mike said with a sarcastic tone in his voice.
"You're just mad cause you didn't get to do any killing." Zach retorted with a huff.
"Y-you might be right about me sometimes, but not this time. I’m merely enjoying the soft breeze of... the water?" Mike exclaimed loudly with frustration.
"Really? Water? Yeah what's next you're going to admire the sun burning your eyes while I'm handling more of Malcolm Holmes?" Zach spoke with pain in his voice, clearly not wishing to relieve the multiple encounters with Malcolm Holmes and the damn clones.
While Zach was remembering the terrible memory of many of his clone brothers he lost that day, Mike just shrugged and checked for anything unusual. It seemed there was a random shack northwest of the canyon. He wished to check it out so he marked the seemingly strange anomaly on his pipboy. Nodding happily Mike clicked off his pip boy and waited for Zach.
Zach proceeded with Mike to the location Mike marked down. Zach during this time took it upon himself to decide on taking a few 'shortcuts'.
Mike noticing Zach being gone, looking around frantically for his best friend only to hear groaning noises at the bottom of the slope. It had to be at least 30 feet down. Like always Zach had a habit of jumping off of things that had a long drop to them.
Thankfully Zach always kept stimpaks with him to heal his aching wounds and possible broken ribs, femur, and legs. Mike finally greeted Zach after a few minutes of going down the space path that Zach failed to noticed.
Zach looked over at Mike and shook his head "Hey! It's just another way of travel," Zach complained.
Mike wasn't having any of this, deciding to move on to the location they were meant to be heading which now took 30 minutes of a longer hike because Zach decided to go cliff diving.
"Why these two were friends was anyone's guess. Maybe because it was the ever growing intensity of how these two loved to help people, or fight. Maybe it was just because Mike kept Zach on a string by feeding him less than he really needed," Zach narrated to himself.
Zach and mike kept off with the tension as they finally made it to the mysterious shack.
"So this is the shack you wanted us to both check out?" Zach stated with an annoyed tone
Mike just snickered to himself. This was indeed the shack that the pip boy was showing . They clicked the marker. Looking at the rundown shack, it did kind of look strange. Something they've both never seen before in the middle of Zion, not to say they were impressed. The shack started glowing strangely with a purple aura.
"Welp, no need to just stand around." Zach said, opening the door. It had an emptiness to it that was very strange. He was taken aback at the nothingness. It was just darkness. Shortly after however, small whispers could be heard. This creeped Zach out so much that he backed away like a baby.
Mike rolled his eyes and stepped up like the brave man he was. Mike veered inside of the emptiness. It didn't seem to have a bottom, but looking down at the nothingness longer he swore he saw a light. This was when the purple aura slithered out like a tendril grabbing both Zach and Mike, dragging them into the shack kicking and screaming. They fell in the void of darkness for what felt like minutes until both fell on their faces. The portal they seem to have come through closed. Both looked about cautiously. This place certainly didn't look like Zion. There were mountains yes but they looked further away than before, not to mention the ground and everything had a different texture to them. The dead grass, trees, and mountains. Eve-
Something broke Zach's inner monologue as he went on what he could only describe as a ghost sight trip, before Zach and Mike were surrounded by a group of badly armored pastel looking hors-.... ponies? It was so freaky that Zach fainted then and there leaving Mike to question his sanity.
