The Three Sections

Section one, an appointed meeting with Princess Celestia or any requested Princess (see list) in private to cover any demands Disharmonic Individual (see annotation) has.

If chosen Princess (see list) cannot agree to the terms, initiate section two.

Section Two: Princess of choice requests that Disharmonic individual willingly agrees to have the spell codenamed 'Harmony' cast upon them. Inordinate refusal by the Disharmonic individual results in Section Three taking over.

Section Three: Disharmonic individual is brought under Acting Director Twilight S. and begins Treatment. (see treatment guidelines for full description)
