Hi there! Name's Ventus. Ven for friends. I'm a Keyblade Master trained by Master Eraqus and Master Xehanort. Unfortunaly, Xehanort betrayed me and my friends and tried to kill us all. My best friends are Aqua & Terra. We did our Mark Of Mastery exam together. So introductions aside, let's start the story shall we?
I slowly opened my eyes, giving them time to adjust to the light. When they finally adjusted I quickly went about scanning the area around me. I was in a big circular, light lavender, room. With a white symbol and chains lit to their very end holding it down. I was sitting on a throne with the same pattern as the walls. The throne almost reached to the top of the ceiling. After observing the room I noticed a man watching at me. He wore a hooded, black coat with a large zipper that was open at the bottom. It also had some sort of necklace attached to it. Behind him were 2 big doors. Each had the same white symbol with the lit chain on it.
"H-hello?"
My voice echoed across the room.
"Who are you?" I asked again.
The man ignored me.
"What is this place?"
He kept ignoring me. I couldn't see his face but I could feel his eyes watching me.
"How did I get here? I was at the Keyblade Graveyard!" I shouted, the last part more to myself.
The man finally spoke. "Your friend Aqua brought you here. You slept a long time."
"Aqua! Where is she! Did something happen to her, wait, how do you know her?!"
He turned around and walked over to the doors behind him, without answering any of my question's. He raised his hand and touched the door. Shadows poured from his hand, spreading across the door quickly. Soon the entire door was covered by the shadows! The doors suddenly swung open to reveal a purple darkness crawling with more shadows.
The man walked into it and disappeared.
I stood up and attempted to walk. My legs refused to walk at first but eventually gave in. The air grew colder and colder as I came closer to the doorway. By the time I stood in the door way I had to wrap my arms around myself to keep warm. I glared into the darkness, It felt as though it was sucking me into the dark abyys.
I hesitantly lifted my right foot into the air and held above the darkness. I closed my eyes and let me foot down. There was some sort of invisible walkway. I pulled my left foot over the doorway's bottom and put it down on the invisible walkway. I began making my way forward. With each step I took everything became darker until I could barely see my own fingers in front of myself. With my next step I couldn't see anything at all.
Everything was pitch black, but in the distance I saw a little spot of light. I walked towards and the spot grew larger and larger. By the time I walked to the spot, it was large enough to step through. The light began becoming brighter and brighter. I walked forward into the blinding light and I felt myself passing out, my vision fading away...
"Eeeeeuuuuhhh..."
I opened my eyes and saw some bushes. I pulled myself up from the ground and dusted myself off. I seemed to be in a forest.
"Well, looks like I have to find myself a way out."
I started walking ahead of myself. The air was a bit cold but refreshing. After walking for a while I reached the edge of the forest. I looked up into the sky, and gasped.
"Kingdom Hearts... How is it here? Is Xehanort here?"
The 'moon' was gigantic and shaped like a heart. It shined almost as bright as the sun in the clear sky. I stopped looking at the moon and tried looking for civilization. I stumbeled upon a small cottage up ahead with a decent sized village behind it. Fianlly civilization! I walked over to the cottage and noticed that there was a road leading to town.
'Well that's convienent.' I followed the road until I reached the village then paused, unsure if i should enter or not. Finally I decided to enter the village, I didn't stop walking untill i came across an area which would probably be the town square. No one was out.
I walked to the nearest building and sat down on. 'I could use a nap!' I closed my eyes and whispered "Goodnight." to no one specific.
Whispering, after partially waking up i heard whispering. Slowly I opened my eyes and saw a bunch of... colorful horses looking at me? They all had an image on their rears, One even had a cowboy hat! They were small compared to to other hores, maybe they're ponies? Every single one of them was staring intently at me, so I decided to break to silence.
"Hello." I said while standing up, most of the ponies gasped, others faintd, but a few stayed the same. I stretched my legs and arms, then I snapped my back and got another weird look from the horses, some cringed.
"Can all of you talk?"
"We can!" A green ponies with a lyre on her back answered. 'Well, they sure are happy.'
"Great! But I'll be going now."
Before I could walk off a Pink blur stopped in front of me.
"You're new! You need a welcoming party! Oooh! We could have cake and balloons! This is going to be so great! Don't leave, Please Please Please don't leave!"
The pink pony had a poofy mane and three balloons on her rear. I smiled and let out a small giggle, some of the ponies from the crowd walked away. They determined I was freindly so they're probably not interested anymore.
"I guess I'll stay then. What's your name?"
"I'm Pinkie Pie!"
"And what are you guys called?" I asked the other ponies. Only the green pony, the one with the cowboy hat and a grey pony with a blonde mane remained.
"I'm Lyra!" the green one cheerfully answered.
"Name's Applejack." the one with the cowboy hat answered with a accent of someone I remember from Radiant Garden.
"I'm Ditzy!" the cross-eyed pony said.
"Nice you meet you all. I'm Ventus."
"Say, you wouldn't have happened to see someone like me?" I asked to the group
"There was a meany-weany one here a while ago. He had no hair."
"Master Xehanort! He's here!" I shouted, causing them all to give me nervous looks and some of the others to back. "Pinkie, save the party for when I come back. I need to look for this guy!"
She suddenly looked sad, and for some reason her mane deflated "But...why?"
"I have to deal with him, he has done terrible things. He endangers this world! I need to go, sorry!" I said and ran off, i could hear some protests coming from the cowboy pony, who suddenly grapped pinke.
"Come back soon! I still have a party planned!" Pinkie called out as she was being dragged away.
"Nothing is going to stop me!" I called out
Suddenly i heard footsteps behind me. I turned around and there they were. Heartless.
Four Neoshadows arose from the pools of darkness in the ground. Their eyes were glowing slightly and their blue nerves barely noticeable.
I reached out my right hand slightly opened. In a flash light my keyblade appeared. Overall it was grey, but had a golden handle, three golden stripes in the middle and misshaped flat crown on top.
I shot a look at the group of Heartless. I slowly put my keyblade to my hip's level and got into a fighting stance.
"Bring it." I silently said as i prepared for their attack

(The 13th Struggle) (Read this part very slowly, it syncs the music better)
I stood there, eye to eye with four Neoshadows, their bright yellow eyes staring at me. Then they began their attack.
Two Neoshadows jumped into the ground and changed into a pool of darkness. The other two Neoshadows jumped to my left and right, then the other ones jumped up from their dark pools. I was surrounded... Suddenly the Neoshadow on my left jumped at me. I swung my keyblade at it and not even a second later it poofed into a pitch black cloud. Then the other ones charged at me. I jumped back and tried to think of fire. I started concentrating, thinking about flames and firestorms until I felt something burn inside of me. I turned to the Heartless, stepped back and charged at them. As I charged a ring of fire appeared around me, burning the Neoshadows.
(Stop the music)
I looked around to see if there were any Heartless remaining. The square was empty and the only noise was the blowing wind. Where are Derpy, Lyra and Pinkie? Did they run away from the Heartless, or are they simply hiding?
“Hello!? The coast is clear, they’re gone!” I yelled as I looked around towards where they might be hiding.
No answer... “I guess they ran away.” I mumbled to myself. I started walking around and noticed that the town was deserted. “Where is everyon- everypony?”
Everypony? What made me say that?
Then I felt a strong wind behind me. I turned around and saw a cyan pony with a rainbow mane and tail. She stood there, behind me, staring at me with an open mouth.
“Oh, hello.” I said.
“H-hello...” the pony anwsered. She shook her head and looked back at me. “What you did there was SO awesome!”
I put my hand at the back of my head and scratched. “Er, Thanks... I guess.”
“What is that...thing you defeated those monsters with, what is it?!”
“It’s a Keyblade.”
“Keyblade? Where can I get one?!”
“You probably can’t. Only people chosen to wield them can get one.”
“Why?”
“I don’t really know...” The heavily colored pony looked sad after being disappointed. “You can still help me find someone, if you want.”
That made her smile again. “What’s your name anyways?” She asked.
“Its Ventus, yours?”
“Rainbow Dash, fastest flier in all of Equestria!” She answered with pride.
“So this is Equestria, huh...never mind. I’m looking for someone like me but larger and in a black coat. Have you seen him?”
“No, I haven’t. Why do you need to find him?”
“I need to talk to him.”
“I’ll fly around and look for him.”
“Thanks. I also better go and look around town.”
And with that I set off once more.
It was already dusk and not me nor Rainbow Dash had seen the man. We met up several times and thought of places to look, but we quickly came to the conclusion that he wasn’t here anymore. We called it a day and Rainbow Dash flew off, but I wandered around a little bit more after that.
I need to find him. He probably knows what that room where I woke up was. He might know about Terra and Aqua.
While thinking of that I thought of something else. I reached into my right pocked and pulled something out. The charm Aqua made for Terra, me and herself. She gave it to us the night before the Mark Of Mastery exam. We would get reviewed by our teacher and Master Xehanort, an old friend of our teacher. The day after that, we split up. I didn’t do the exam but Terra and Aqua did, only, Terra failed. Our teacher, Master Eraqus, said that he couldn’t hold back the darkness. After that, he left and so did Master Xehanort... Without a single trace. I tried looking for Terra on other worlds, but with little success. Aqua also started to look for me and Terra.
Eventually, we found each other on a forsaken place called the Keyblade Graveyard. Terra, Aqua and I battled Xehanort’s allies, all under Kingdom Hearts’ light. From there on, this got worse. I had to battle my dark form, Vanitas. It would create something called the x-blade. I battled him and defeated him... But I don’t remember anything past that memory.
I just...woke up.
