Chapter 1

In a dock from the Los Angeles City, there was a bunch of weird creatures that were in a nearby warehouse, looking for weapons and illegal objects that were usually sold by the black market, the place was a safe one for dealings, at least according to rumors, in which altered humans in which criminals could do their own thing, however, what they didn’t know was that this was a zone that was vigilated by no other than the Tunes, who were looking through another warehouse that was behind the one the altered humans.

“Well well well, what do we have here.” Soun said with a Smirk, he was a saiyan with long black hair and a beard, he had a fighting gi similar to Goku but with a different design and of color black.

“Altered humans, ¿why do you ask that?” diamond asked while looking at him, he was also a Saiyan with a blue fighting gi, Goku was at his side while the other members of the group, focusing on the warehouse.

“Oh sorry, I just wanted to you know, light up the mood.”

“Well you are failing stupidly.” Shadow said “especially since this is supposed to be a stealth mission.”

“¿Since when do we do such things?” Soun asked.

“Well, since EVER” Blaze answered “Practically since the beginning in which there were only like 5 or 6 members”.

“I think it was more, but the idea is still clear.” Diamond said.

“But then again, these are only a bunch of simple altered humans doing shady things, ¿what the big deal here?” Laura asked, she was one of the humans that were a part from the group

“That a big deal can come from a small one.” Shadow answered. “and in this case, is the hole weapons “unnatural upgrading” the thing that makes it a big deal, got it?”

“Man, ¿how many times have we said that word already?” Soun asked.

“Guys focus.” Diamond said “even tho they don’t have really high power levels, that doesn’t mean they can’t escalate to higher levels of power if they do upgrade those weapons, also, remember the illegal portal weapons that Michelle is having tons of problems which.”

“Oh yeah, ¿so at the end we are doing this because of a favor?” Soun asked.

“Not exactly, but at the end we are doing somewhat of a favor, we better don’t waste any time and do what we came here to do.” Diamond said, the other ones agreed, they jumped from the warehouse and went silently through the shadows and entered the warehouse the altered humans were in, while these beings were doing their stuff with the illegal weapons, Laura realized that those guns had to come from somewhere, so instead of going inside, she went towards the ally that was outside the warehouse

“Laura, ¿what are you doing exactly?” Shadow asked her, taking her right arm.

“Surely those weapons must be coming from someplace from the looks of it, ya now, the code of the secret and the protectors and all of that stuff” Laura defended herself.

“¿And what does that have to do with the weapons?” Shadow looked confused.

“¿Are you kidding me? it has everything to do with them.” Laura still went to the side of the warehouse despite her old master’s claims, and found a big truck with altered humans normal humans unloading the weapons. “Well well, ¿what do we have here?”

“Oh wow, she was actually right, ¿how does it fell to be bested by your weird old student?” Soun asked.

“First of all, calling her weird is a little bit insulting, and second, shut the hell up” Shadow said looking at him, before continuing to follow the black haired girl outside of the warehouse, Soun meanwhile looked at the others, who tried very hard to hold laughs.

“Idiots.”

Laura managed to get closer to the unloading truck, the altered humans were more focused on getting their unloading work done, however, they suddenly stopped when they realized that someone was spying them.

“Um, guys, we should either throw the guns or run away.” one of the altered humans was shaking in fear.

“Are you kidding me?” his companion looked at him confused. “we have been finding this stupid weapons for weeks, so you better move your butt and unload all of these things now, before those Tunes appear and ruin everything.”

“Actually.” Laura rose up and looked at them with a smirk, scaring the altered humans. “we are kinda, you know, already here.”

“AH DAMMIT, ¡¡KILL HER!!” the leader shouted angrily, the altered humans launched towards her, however Laura made a high jump dogging them, before attacking one of them with a kick to the jaw, while the others tried to fire Ki blasts at her, only for the black haired girl to reject them, launching them into the sky, she fired many Ki blasts against them, while the altered humans received the attacks, unable to defend themselves and falling to the floor. “WHAT THE…………. CMON, ¡¡DESTROY HER!!”

They managed to reincorporate and newly launched themselves against Laura, however she teleported and hit one of them with a straight punch to the stomach, making the respective altered human cough blood from his mouth, she jumped back and put herself in a fighting stand, another of the altered humans that was a creature with a purple peak, many horns in his arms and legs and purple skin, smiled.

“Alright, ya stupid chick, you will son know what real terror is.” the creature started running towards her, starting to exchange punches and kicks with her at very high speeds, however, the creature took a crystal out of his hand and tried to stab her in the stomach, but Shadow appeared and pushed him with a Chaos Sprint, making the creature crash against the truck, making also many of the weapons fall to the ground.

“Mister Shadow, I can fight alone, you know?” She said.

“Well yeah, but you must know to always stay focused to any type of surprise strikes.” Shadow said, Laura felt like she was a little girl getting scolded in school.

“What? but it was an attack at high speeds.” Laura said, the altered humans were still standing still, Laura got up and launched towards them, attacking one with a punch to the face while kicking another one in the chest, making him come out launched and ended up hitting a near light, falling to the ground, Laura then fired lasers out of her eyes, a new technique she was developing through a long time, towards another altered human, hitting him also in the chest, to then kicking him with her right knee in the jaw.

“¡¡RUUUUUUUN!!” the altered humans runed away, Shadow, who was looking the holy thing while sitting on a pile of tires that were close, jumped and walked towards her while slowly clapping with a sarcastic smirk.

“Really good Laura, really really good, you fought lazily.” Shadow said.

“¡¡AH CMON!!”

“You clearly showed you haven’t trained recently.” the black hedgehog said.

“It’s just that I don’t dedicate my entire life to fighting like many of you.” Laura said while crossing her arms and looking away.

“The only thing I said was that you should care a little bit about training” Shadow said “c’mon, let’s take this weapons and go with the others, surely this fight made the others realize of our presence.”

“Grrrrrrrrrrr………fine.” she walked towards the truck and took many of the boxes with weapons alongside her old master, before going towards the others, who already defeated the altered humans that were inside.

“Hey guys, ¿how did it go?” Soun asked while holding an altered human by his right arm.

“Ok, kinda, considering her.” Shadow answered, while she rolled her eyes in annoyance.

“Sometimes I don’t get them.” Cristal commented in a low voice “sometimes they love each other as they were father and daughter, other times they hate each other, its complicated to know what they think about the other one.”

“Well, it’s the big mystery between those two.” Cell commented. “not knowing what the hell is up with them.”

“¿Excuse me?” Laura asked while looking at them with with annoyed eyes.

“Oh, sorry, we were just talking about how well you cope with Shadow, that’s it.” Crystal said with making moves with her hands, making the black haired girl raise an eyebrow, before leaving “fiu.”

“You’re really bad at hiding something” Neon, his brother, commented playfully.

“And you may end up with a broken face if you don’t shut up” his sister threatened angrily.

“What? It’s just a comment” Neon said.

“Whatever” Cristal said, while the others started to leave the place and return to their respective home, the Tune House, however, they didn’t know that a bunch of people were hiding in a nearby warehouse that had its frontal doors closed

“¿Is it over?” one of them asked worried.

“Yeah, it’s done, now we can leave.” his companion said while getting outside, he was looking throw a slightly open door.

“Dammit, we were THIS CLOSE to being discovered.” another of his companions said.

“At least we now know what we’re actually up against, that chick wasn’t lying, those guys are really powerful to us to begin our strike, with much more sense we must get ready for this fight” the leader of the group looked at the others and they nodded, altho a little worried about the whole situation and how bogus it was.
