Twilight had to do this right, though she was too desperate and wasn't in her usual mind of organization and planning. She instead went straight up to Rainbow and she asked for a race. Rainbow Dash, being the element of loyalty, was able to tell that Twilight did not truly care for a race. She could sense the disloyalty and shadiness of Twilight's demeanor. Rainbow Dash commanded to Twilight, "Stay here for a sec, I gotta do something first. Be right back!"
Rainbow intended to ask her friends if they had noticed anything off about Twilight. She went to Applejack, horrified by the sight of her dead friend. She had a feeling she knew what she would find. Rainbow went to Rarity's house and Pinkie's kitchen, only to find them dead, as she suspected. Strangely, she found Fluttershy's house to be unoccupied. She was unsure of why Fluttershy wasn't home and where she was, though she had a feeling Twilight had killed her. Rainbow went back to Twilight with tears in her eyes, almost sure that Twilight was the cause of all her friends' deaths.
"It was you, wasn't it?" Rainbow uttered out in fragments as she sobbed. Twilight played innocent, asking "What was me? And why are you so upset? Is everything alright, Rainbow?" Rainbow wasn't fooled. "YOU KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT, TWILIGHT! WHY DID YOU DO THIS?!"
Twilight's concerned face turned to a guilty frown, and said nothing. Tears formed in her eyes, and after a few moments, spoke "I'm so sorry, Rainbow. I hope you can understand soon."
Rainbow responded with sorrowful defeat. "I know I'm next. I know you plan to kill me, too. Just get it over with, Twilight..."
"I'll see you soon, Rainbow." Twilight said as she shot the melancholy pony with her pistol. The cyan pegasus fell over dead with her beautiful rainbow mane now imperfect with a dark crimson stain. Twilight hated herself immensely for what she had done, though she knew it would reunite them in the end. With all her friends, there was still something she had left to do. Still, one left.
...no. Not one left. Twilight had many left to kill. She suddenly realized that Equestria had no protectors, and that she and her friends would be dearly missed by all of Ponyville. She had to reunite all of Equestria, even if that meant wiping out the entire world. This was Twilight's new conquest. In the afterlife, there would not be any more death. The afterlife would be a better place for all creatures. Twilight began her new mission.
She had to take out the other alicorns first, because they were the strongest ponies she would have to face. They would also know if Twilight was killing the inhabitants of Equestria, so she knew they had to be first. She asked for a meeting between all the alicorns, because she had "something important to discuss." She was sort of stressed about killing the alicorns, because although they were immortal, she was unsure whether or not that meant they were only immune to dying of age.
She would quickly find out the truth. At the meeting, she cast a spell before any of them could tell what was going on, which froze them all in their places. She pulled out her pistol once more and landed three headshots, resulting in three kills. All of the other alicorns were dead.
With the alicorns out of the way, Twilight easily made her way around Ponyville, slaughtering the citizens without hesitation or question. She still felt awful about her actions, though she knew her actions were for the greater good in the end. Soon, she had wiped out Ponyville and moved on to Canterlot. After a few hours of nonstop murder, Twilight had successfully eliminated Canterlot as well.
Twilight repeated her slaughter of different towns of different creatures, because she was trying to completely kill off Equestria. After many tireless days, she had completely killed off every creature of every town in Equestria. She could finally rest at once, and could now say with certainty that there was only one more thing to do. Only one left. She lifted her trusty pistol to her head, and smiled to herself as she knew that she would be able to be with her friends and the rest of Equestria again soon. Twilight pulled the trigger with satisfaction as her life was sucked from her body.
Twilight found herself in the afterlife, along with all the creatures of Equestria. It was disorganized because every creature had just gotten there, but Twilight knew it would all be fixed. Organization was Twilight's specialty, after all. She smiled to herself as she began work once more, working to organize the afterlife and start the reincarnation of Equestria.
