Adagio came home to see that it was the same as when she left it early that morning, a small house with three bedrooms, a living room, and kitchen combined, and a bathroom. Her stuff scattered all over the placed from her being lazy. She sighed in frustration from dealing with trying to find something to do after being thrown from one job after another. She dropped her bag and jacket down at the door and sighed with relief that the other sirens weren’t home. She opened the fridge to find something for dinner and decided to warm up some cold three meat pizza that they had yesterday. As she was closing the fridge, she noticed a note that read, “Sonata and I are heading to the bar to pick up boys and try out our singing while acting drunk. See you when we get home, and hopefully, you have a job.” Adagio ripped the note down, shoved the plate into the microwave, and set it for a minute, then she sat down on the couch while she waited for the pizza to be done and turned on the tv to the news. She took off her boots and heard the microwave going off. She got up and grabbed the plate out of the microwave and sat back down on the couch. She kicked up her feet as she sat down to watch the news and eat dinner.
After an hour of news and her finishing her dinner, she let out a yawn and stretched out her arms. She turned off the tv and left the dirty plate and her shoes out for the others to pick up when they get home to pay for messing up completely at the battle of the bands, that note, and making them live in this god-forsaken place, then got into the shower. As she peeled her clothes and pulled out her mp3 and speakers, she felt someone’s eyes on her. She turned around as she wrapped her towel with her name around herself and said as she opened the door with one hand and hold her towel with the other, “Hello, who’s there? If you feel like getting out of this place without a scratch, either show yourself or leave.at once.” She heard the front door slam shut and was satisfied with the idea that she scared off the intruder. She threw her towel to the ground and started her music right before she got into the shower.
She sighed with relief as she scrubbed the grind out of her hair and off her body from the long days and night dealing with Aria and Sonata. She grabbed her shampoo and conditioner mix and lathered it into her scalp while raking her nails into her hair, then she got started with her body once she was done with her hair, she was through with her breasts and pussy. She lightly bit her lip for her not to scream from pleasure. The bathroom rang from her metal music and her trying to sing without her crystal, but it sounded like a dying cat.
After she was done with soaping her entire body, she quickly let the water run down her, washing it all away and hopefully all the pain as well. She turned off the water and looked for her towel as she shut her music off. Then she remembered that she left it outside the bathroom door. She opened the door and grabbed her towel and rubbed her hair down and headed for the closet to get her toothbrush and toothpaste. She placed the towel on her neck and started to get ready to brush her teeth. She got a little out of the tube and groaned in frustration at the thought of having to ask Aria to go buy some more. She scrubbed her teeth till they bled and washed the blood out, then she threw her gown on and stepped outside. She looked up to see a hooded figure with a gun pointing at the ground. She sighed and said as she walked towards the figure, “I told you to leave and here you are, back in my home, and you brought a prop gun to scare me with. Now get…”
She heard a bang and a sharp pain in her stomach. She looked down to see a bullet hole and blood dripping to the ground. She looked up in fear at the hooded intruder and tried to hurry to the bathroom, but she was slipping on the blood and her wet feet made it hard to walk on linoleum floors. She got there and turned around to see the intruder was slowly getting closer. She threw the door wide open and slammed the door shut, but she couldn’t see the lock with her vision going blurry from loss of blood. The door swung open and smacked her in the head. She stumbled back, in a daze, into the tub. Where she watched the gun get closer until it rests between her eyes and the gloved hand squeezing the trigger.
Her killer placed the gun on the bathroom counter after watching Adagio grow limp as her life left her. Her foot stung from kicking open the door and her heart was pounding. She just committed murder. She was about to run out the door, but she noticed that Adagio’s left breast was hanging out, probably from her trying to get into the bathroom to escape. She licked her lips and carefully moved towards the tub, listening for any sign of footsteps. Once she got there, she pulled the other side off like a band-aid. Adagio’s breast bounced a bit from the force. She grabbed them and started kneading them. They overfilled her hands, but they felt right for Adagio, for being a big bitch. She smiled for getting revenge for what they did to her. She grabbed Adagio’s arm and pulled her out of the tub. She was a lot heavier than she thought. The killer dropped Adagio onto the bathroom rug, then she grabbed a wet rag and started to wipe the blood off the stomach and head where she shot her. She decided to wipe up the blood on the floor. If it’s gone and they don’t find the body, then it will be a long time before they start investigating. She lifted up Adagio’s lifeless head and said, “Do you know where the mop and bucket are.” She shook the head no and then dropped it, wondering why she did that. She quickly walked out of the bathroom to look for it.
She found it in the closet next to the bathroom, go figure. She filled it up in the tub and started to mop up the blood, She started whistling “Under your spell” as she mopped up the blood. Once she was done, she turned around to see that the whole hallway was mopped, that’s when she heard the voices outside the front door. She started to freak out and scrambled to throw the bucket and mop into the tub and find a place to hide the body. She looked out the door to see another room with Adagio’s name across it. She quickly closed her eyes and started to drag the body into the room and was able to shut the door right when the front door open and the footsteps and voices were getting louder. She ran to the closet as quietly as she could and grabbed a sweater to cover the holes, then she threw Adagio’s body in bed, right when she heard Aria and Sonata talking outside the door. As the doorknob slowly turned, she slipped under the bed and held her breath.
Sonata’s voice said as their shadows filtered into the room, “See, I told you she wasn’t going to be awake for us, she must’ve punished us already, but we couldn’t see it.”
Aria’s voice said, “I guess you’re right, those guys really did try to make us drink to passing out. I’m going to head to bed, See you two in the morning,”
Sonata said, “Tomorrow’s Saturday, so I’ll see you two at noon.” As the door closed the voices gotten muffled as the killer heard two other doors shut. She sighed with relief and stayed underneath the bed for a few hours to make sure that the others were asleep. She quietly slipped out and pulled out a large chest with wheels and a handle on it.
After cramming Adagio into it and covering her up, the killer slipped out the back door. She took off her cloak and started to head home, then she stopped once she remembers that she left the gun in the bathroom. She slipped in and slowly opened the door to find Sonata passed out on the toilet seat. Her heart started to pound as she reached for it and watch Sonata for any sign that she was going to wake up soon. Once she got the gun and was outside. She sighed with relief and tossed the empty gun into the trunk then she started walking down the street.
She was a few houses away before she heard someone call from behind, “Hey, Derpy. Wait up.”
Derpy glanced over her shoulder to see Lyra trying to catch up. She said as she placed the trunk down, “Lyra, what are you doing out so late?”
Lyra shrugged and said through breaths, “I’m just coming from Bon Bon’s. Let me guess, wrong address?”
Derpy nodded but didn’t say anything, since she didn’t trust her voice. Lyra patted her on the back and started to talk about her day as they reached Derpy’s street. As they parted, Derpy tried so hard not to laugh at her luck, she hasn’t been caught yet and it was easier than she thought. If she knew how easy it was, she would’ve done after the whole battle of the band.
