Hello!! You know I have never been good at starting a story, however, here is the starter chapter for the next chapter in the Alien Twilight Series. How long before it all goes downhill? Well that is for you to discover as the tale continues!! Enjoy and the Next Chapter will be on its way soon.

Centaris Castle
Prologue
What the public didn't know ... Twilight Sparkle is the reason the Xenomorphs went into defensive mode. At the castle, the aliens stopped attacking and waited for a command. Even the Queen herself waited for the Alicorns permission. Using the Queen Gene and the powers it brings. Twilight was able to give the order to stay in Canterlot ... the city becoming the permanent hive for the creatures.
Rumham turns off the T.V. and removes the hoof from Twilight Sparkle, the alicorn looked weak and tired from the day. Sunset Shimmer got the mare up onto her hooves, the door would open, and injured Coco Pommel would step inside the room. The Android would be holding a hoof over her wound ... she was lucky the wound was not enough to kill her.
"I have one more question for you ... Clone Twilight" Sunset Shimmer spoke in a weak, tired, and soft voice tone. "Who are you now?"
Twilight thinks hard for a moment on the answer she wanted to make, the real Twilight did everything she could to save Equestria from the Xenomorph attack. Even gave her memories away to a clone of herself, so that she would live on.
"The basic premise of this is that, yes, I was a clone of her, but that doesn't mean I can't try to be her" Twilight looks to her new group of friends and smiles. "I am Twilight Sparkle"
Rumham looks to Coco Pommel as Twilight and Sunset Shimmer exit the room, to get away from everything for a while. The stallion places a hoof on the android’s shoulder and smiles.
"You are coming with or do you need some rest?" Rumham chuckles, knowing the mare was probably still in pain from her fight against Mistilie.
"I think I am going to stay here for a little while, Rumham," Coco says in a soft voice, feeling weaker than ever before Her blue eyes a little faded to show how tired she was.
Rumham leaves the room giving a nod of understanding the situation, Coco lets out a long sigh before turning on the T.V. and the reporter returned to the story about the Aliens. Mostly talking about how many lives were lost, the destruction that had taken place in the city.
"One question remains, however, one thing we might not understand” The reporter continues, the sound of him unfolding a paper can be heard. "Where did these things ... come from?"
Coco grins, setting down the remote after shutting off the T.V again. The mare giggles at the question, getting up from her seat slowly. Heading over to a mirror she answers that question.
"I can't imagine where such a thing could have come from" The blue eyes of the Android flickered as she investigated the mirror, changing to a variety of colors before shifting completely. Her new eye color ... an array of rainbow colors.
"I cannot begin to imagine" Coco Pommel's eyes narrow as she glares at her own reflection, "I have a few more tricks and plans, Twilight Sparkle"
Chapter One
Rahzzy's eyes shoot open gasping for air, everything around him is cold to the touch. The metal table below him is so cold he jumps from it. The surrounding walls of the chamber he is inside of look like diamonds puzzled together to form a wall, heavily armored. There is a residual pain in the stallion's body from when he was stabbed during the fight against Mistilie Flare. As the starts to study his surroundings further a projector screen illuminates the wall in front of him with the Weyland Yutani Insignia.
"Good morning Rahzzy Dazzle, I am Lunar!" A robotic voice echoes throughout the room, the symbol on the wall flashing as the voice speaks. "Weyland Yutani has selected you! Yes!! You!!"
The black diamond shapes on the wall move from their place revealing a mechanical arm that was hidden behind the armor. The arm reaches out opening clamping down on the stallion as a bright red-light scan over his body.
"Several years ago, hundreds of lives were lost! Weyland Yutani didn't have the technology to rebuild what had been lost" The voice continues on as the red light scans the stallion's body up and down, the arm keeping its hold. "Only after the company gained its prior control on technology were, they able to replicate ponies like yourself. This technology was made possible with the helpful hoof of an android named, Coco Pommel"
"Welcome back, Rahzzy Dazzle~" Another area in the armored wall peels away revealing an open door. Coco Pommel stand's in the opening with a smile on her face. "You may release him, Lunar"
Rahzzy falls to the ground as the mechanical arm releases him from its grasp, however, the stallion doesn't stay down as he gets back up and looks to Coco. He rushes up to her coming to a stop standing in front of her now, not saying a word because he doesn't know where to start. The realization that he has been resurrected dawning on him like a brick wall his first words finally come out and he looks at Coco.
"I can never repay you for this, but I owe you so much," Rahzzy says in a grateful tone of voice because of her he is alive again. "Coco it feels so good to see your face"
"Rahzzy, I am sure we can figure something out" Coco smiles and she places a hoof over her muzzle to hold back a playful giggle. "Though that can wait ... for another day"
Coco turns away and begins walking down a hallway outside the cell. The Hallway is made up of the black diamond-shaped armor that the cell was made up of. Rahzzy follows behind looking around as he exits the cell door, segments of the armor peel away revealing many doors along the hallway. Each of the doors has the word Specimen followed by a number printed on the face of the door.
"Where are we? I have never seen anything like this before" Everything around him feeling so foreign to anything he can remember. "This place is incredible"
Coco Pommel hesitates not wanting to overwhelm Rahzzy or tell him something he shouldn't know, stopping in place the mare turns around to face the stallion. Rahzzy almost walks right into her but notices she has stopped in time to stop as well. The openings in the wall slowly close hiding the doors of the hallway once again and as the walls shift so does Coco's eyes.
"Centaris Castle, the entire building is a fortress made to protect the important ponies of Equestria" Coco Pommel's irises are a shade of black much like the wall. Once the walls stop shifting her eyes return to their normal Blue. "This is the labs where all the world’s most powerful scientist work"
"Your eyes ... " Rahzzy's eyes widen having seen them turn from blue to pitch black before returning to blue once again. "Why did they do that! That was crazy to witness!!"

Twilight levitates the book in front of her face focusing her magic as Sunset Shimmer continues tidying up the bedroom. The beds blanket sprawled out on the floor and pillows scattered around the room, Sunset Shimmer uses her magic to pick everything up and putting it back where it belongs.
"You are going to need to talk about it, Twilight" Sunset Shimmer places the last pillow on the bed and a dim smile grows on the unicorn’s face. "I know you don't like too ... but I am your wife now and you can always talk to me"
"If I say it was just a nightmare will you believe me, Sunset?" Twilight giggles turning around in her seat to look at the unicorn. Sunset Shimmer shakes her head and tries not to laugh at this response, the two ponies know it wasn't a nightmare.
"Okay Twilight, what was the 'dream' about?" Sunset Shimmer kisses the alicorn on the cheek before sitting down next to her. "Did you dream you were a pirate or something?"
Twilight shakes her head and places a hoof on Sunset's chest fluff, as the alicorn presses her hoof down and moves in closer to her wife. Twilight presses her muzzle against Sunset's in a kiss and it is a passionate one. Twilight's face turns red as she keeps holding the kiss wanting this more than talking about last night. Sunset Shimmer closes her eyes pressing back to deepen the kiss further, however, pulls away breathing hot breaths. The two mares stare into each other eyes, Twilight uses her wings to pull Sunset closer for a hug.
"Sometimes the hive talks at night ... Sometimes I hear it talk" Twilight says as she hugs Sunset Shimmer, her wings tighten the hug as she says this. "Last night the hive spoke so loud it woke me up and I was scared"
"You don't have to be scared here, Twilight" Sunset embraces the hug as it tightens to comfort the alicorn. "You can always feel safe here and the hive won't be going anywhere past Canterlot"
The door to the bedroom shifts into place as the panels of the room reveal it. An android with glowing black eyes steps in first followed by Rumham. The Stallion isn't a good knocker and comes in whenever he pleases. The Android that escorted him leaves and the walls shift back to cover the door. Sunset and Twilight break the hug and turn to the stallion as he stands there waiting. Rumham wearing a Weyland Yutani uniform as usual, after Weyland Yutani came back from its hiatus he was given a job immediately.
"You two are adorable~," Rumham says in a laugh before he continues on, "I have a schedule ... one that starts with you two!! Don't tell me you forgot that we were all having breakfast today!?!?"
"Of course, not Rumham but clearly you continue to forget what privacy is!!" Sunset Shimmer gets up from her seat walking over to the stallion. "We will be right out okay?"
Rumham smiles not really upset about being called out on his lack of knowledge on 'alone time' because he would rather be the one to be the asshole about simple things. Rumham taps a hoof as if he didn't get the hint to leave the room, he looks over to Twilight who is now up from her seat putting in contacts to cover up her Green Irises.
"I didn't forget, Rumham. I just had a very rough night last night" Twilight carefully pushes her contacts in and turns to Sunset Shimmer and Rumham. "We are eating outside the castle, right?"
The Panels covering the door peel back revealing the door again, Twilight pushes past the two and exits the bedroom. The Alicorn enjoys her time outside the castle more than anything because she can feel normal. The contacts help with that, however, going outside interacting with others that aren't just the ponies inside Centaris helps more. Rumham beams a smile down at Sunset Shimmer and follows Twilight out of the bedroom. Sunset Shimmer mumbles a few cuss words under her breath about Rumham, she never did get along with him. She too exits the bedroom and the walls cover the door once again as they all leave the room.
"Come on! Let's hurry before they stop serving breakfast food!!" Rumham shouts as they all head for the exit, "I hate when I get there, and they tell me they stopped serving hours ago"

The wall peels open revealing an empty room in front of Rahzzy, Coco Pommel steps inside the room letting out a sigh of frustration. Rahzzy steps in looking around, however, there is nothing but the floor walls and ceiling. Until the walls shift once again uncovering a giant window in the room that looks out over the city below and Coco looks down at the buildings that cover every inch of land.
"This is amazing!! Look at all these buildings!! We have to be really high up to see all of this!" Rahzzy screams in amazement. "This is incredible!!"
Rahzzy looks over to Coco Pommel and his emotions change as he spots a tear rolling off the android’s cheek. Coco's lower lip begins to tremble in sadness as she looks at the city outside. Rahzzy removes his hooves from the glass and looks over to the Android confused.
"Coco ... what is the matter?" Rahzzy's voice is choked up seeing the mare's tears.
"There is no such thing as beauty anymore ... Rahzzy" Coco Pommel's eyes shift again, however, this time they turn to the shades of the rainbow. "Nothing here is amazing!!"
"Mistilie Flare!!! It's you!! Get away from me!!!" Rahzzy closes his eyes expecting an attack but there is nothing. He opens his eyes to see the android pressing her face against the glass. Her tears dripping onto the floor below as she sobs. "I don't understand ... you are really crying?"
"The exit to your new life is over there!! You are welcome by the way!!" The android's eyes shift to black once again, a door revealing itself to the side. "Y-You can ... G-Go now"
"Mistilie ..." Rahzzy moves closer looking over the Android. She has the look and structure of Coco Pommel, but it is obviously Mistilie Flare inside what used to be Coco. "You survived ... by doing this? What is there to gain?"
"There is nothing to gain, Rahzzy" Mistilie sniffles removing her face from the glass and turning to Rahzzy. "Did I not make it clear that your exit is over there?"
"I can't say I have seen you do anything that didn't do anything for you," Rahzzy says confused, his fear of her being alive slowly dissolves. "Are you alright?"
The room goes silent and Mistilie's eyes return to the blue shade to disguise the truth. Rahzzy watches and holds back all the anger he has for her because she is obviously not feeling the best. Mistilie looks over Rahzzy and sniffles again and she walks past him heading for the exit that she created moments ago. Stopping at the door she taps her hoof on the frame of the exit and then glares at the stallion.
"Mistilie ... I know that you must hate me. Though we did use to work together" Rahzzy says confused still at what is going on. He watches Mistilie as she still attempts to get him to leave with hoof gestures. "We used to be friends!!"
"Used to be ... Rahzzy leave"

The New World
BOOTING REAL REALITY
Twilight opens her eyes letting out a long, exhausted, and painful sigh into the cold air around her. The moisture of her breath collecting on the metal wall her head was pressed against. The memories of that day lingering in the alicorns head leaving painful scars, she lost everything ... including the one she loved. Twilight pulls away from the wall as a hoof gently taps her shoulder from behind. The dirt and glass below her hooves scrape against the floor as she turns around to face the familiar stallion, Rahzzy Dazzle.
"We are ready to keep moving, Twilight. Nothing useful here besides old paperwork to fuel a campfire" Rahzzy backs up to give the alicorn space, aiming a flashlight at the wall revealing a aged, worn, and chipped symbol of Weyland Yutani's Symbol. The stallion turns off his flashlight and nods before turning away and leaving, assuming Twilight would follow behind him.
"How many did we loose at the entrance?" "Twilight looks up from the ground as the stallion is leaving, her voice bringing him to a sudden halt. "I only heard the screams ... I didn't wanna see it" Twilight's ears pin back against the back of her head as sorrow falls over her, voices from another room echo through the hallway as everypony is getting ready to leave but Rahzzy stays a moment longer to answer the question.
"The next time we get cornered like that, I am sure it will be the end of us all" Rahzzy clicks back on his flashlight before exiting the hallway and regrouping with the other ponies. Twilight lowers her head to look at the ground, she is the only one not ready to leave the safety of the dilapidated building.
Rahzzy looks around, counting the number of ponies still alive he does his best to keep his cool. The Xenomorphs that attacked them as they entered were calculated in their attacks. There wasn't anyway to prevent the attack before it happened. In the middle of the count his vision becomes blocked as the familiar face of an android mare, Coco Pommel. Thought the body once belonged to another, it is now the house of the creator, Mistilie Flare. The Android looks concerned as Rahzzy steps in alone without Twilight Sparkle.
"She isn't ready ... even though most of us are ready to move" Rahzzy steps a bit closer to the android pressing his muzzle into the mares chest his speech becomes muffled as he speaks into her chest fluff. "She isn't the only one not ready to leave. This last attack was enough to shake the toughest of the group"
Mistilie's horn lights with magic that she uses to move the stallions face out of her chest fur, even though the smirk on her face shows off her annoyance. She couldn't help but giggle as she pushes his face away but the the little light inside the dark room reflects how worried she is clear enough for Rahzzy to understand not to be silly this second. The Android turns around briefly to the others in the room, looking back to Rahzzy she places a tender hoof on the stallions chest.
"Thirteen ... there are thirteen ponies remaining" Mistilie nods and makes her way around the stallion. The mare uses her magic to adjust the saddlebag on her back from falling off. "Get everypony ready to move, I will handle Twilight"
The door groans at it's hinges as Mistilie pushes it open to get to Twilight. Mistilie doesn't open the rusted door fully to prevent to much noise, she slips through the partially opened door and comes to a stop in front of the alicorn. Twilight is still looking at the floor below her hooves as she is in deep thought. Mistilie turns her head as she briefly observes the alicorn, however, she knows not to use up what time they have.
"Thinking about Centaris again, Twilight?" Mistilie gets closer before taking a seat on the debris covered floor next to the alicorn. "Thinking about it won't bring them back ... I would like to pretend it didn't happen. I just know that no matter what I want, destiny has other plans for me and I need to go with that flow"
Twilight looks up from the ground, into Mistilie's rainbow eyes and she nods. The alicorn knows that there is nothing that could have prevented it, there is nothing they can do now to take it back. Twilight opens one wing, using it to pull Mistilie in closer for comfort. The android allows this, almost like she has been comforting the alicorn for these Five Years sense the attack on Centaris Castle. The cold air rushes through the hallway from one of the holes in the exterior of the structure blowing the two mares manes back. Twilight shivers from the gust, removing her wing from the tight hug she gets up ready to move. At least from this current position to avoid the wind, Mistilie gets up and remains silent waiting to see what the Alicorn has to say.
"Destiny has been unkind, Mistilie. Ever sense I stepped onto Valuntas Station ... I wish I was in control" Twilight closes her eyes tightly thinking back to what happened. The memories that left scars in her brain are still very clear, the attack on Centaris Castle.
They are laughing, enjoying the food, and this delightful day. Everypony around her is happy to be alive, however, everything moves slowly around her as the power inside her drains faster than a unicorn casts an amateur spell. Rumham stares at Twilight Sparkle as the pony physically looks weaker. Twilight was moments ago complaining about a sharp pain in her eyes, removing her contacts this change would begin.
The Green Color, The Queen Gene fades from the alicorn. This sudden change, this sudden drain of energy, the world around the alicorn is almost dead still. This still world would only last seconds ... that moment where Twilight looses the color of the gene. When suddenly the Queen Gene vanishes from the alicorn, with it the abilities to sense and feel the Xenomorphs leave with it.
Time jumps back to speed as the spike end of a tail of a Xenomorph rams through from behind Rumham. Blood sprays out from his mouth and Twilight's eyes widen. Xenomorphs start coming out from the shadows, almost like they were there the whole time but they couldn't have been. The tail of one of the creatures smashes into the side of the alicorns chair tripping the legs of the chair sending her to the ground. The Xenomorph turns and hisses at the downed alicorn readying itself for an attack. In the corner of Twilight's eyes she can see Rumham's head being turned into mush as the Xenomorph that attacked him aggressively shoves its fingers in and out of the stallion's skull. Blood pools onto the ground as ponies everywhere are picked off.
"STOP!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!?" Twilight screams hoping that the alien will understand her, however, the alien only jumps forward grabbing her by the head. "No!!! NOOOOOOOOOOO!" The Xenomorph pulls her around trying to drag her to a corner for a finishing blow. Sunset Shimmer uses a chair to hit the attacking Alien causing it to let go of the alicorn but this only causes the alien to change its focus.
Sunset Shimmer doesn't stand a chance, seconds after being saved ... Twilight feels the warm blood of Sunset Shimmer begin to pool onto the ground. The alien was too quick, powerful, and super aggressive. Twilight feels a magical pull on her leg and she is moved away from the front line of the attack. The last thing she sees before being teleported is the ponies being eaten by the Aliens. But she was focused on Sunset Shimmer ... the last thing ... the last thing she had is now gone.
"TWILIGHT!! THERE ISN'T TIME!!" Celestia turns the alicorns head to face hers, the larger alicorn uses her magic to quickly teleport away. The Xenomorphs try to grab at the two, however, magic is more efficient than their strength. As they teleport they emerge to the sound of a screaming voice ... the voice is Scootaloo's.
Twilight feels the pull of Mistilie's magic and she is pulled out of her daze. Now face to face with the Android mare, Twilight feels the soft muzzle of Mistilie press onto hers for further comfort. This kind of comfort is exactly what the alicorn needs to clear her mind. After loosing everything and living the way they do now ... sometimes your best friend is your old worst enemy.
"If we are going to put an end to this, Twilight. We need to stay together ... I need you to be here with me" Twilight's ears pin back against the back of her head again, she isn't used to Mistilie needing anything but herself. Though lately ... after everything. Even though it is not clear if Mistilie is innocent on the attack against Centari Castle. Twilight has this trust relationship. Something inside her trusts the mare ...
"I think I am ready to go, Mistilie. It won't stay safe here forever" Twilight presses her muzzled against the androids to deepen the nuzzle. "Come on ... lets get out of here" Twilight can't help but smile as she pulls out of the nuzzle now, the two exit the room together to meet back up with the rest of the group.
After the attack on Centari Castle, the Xenomorphs continued to spread throughout the land ... as if what Twilight Sparkle did meant nothing. The Aliens abandoned Canterlot and now continue to spread, destroying the land and it has been going on for Five Years. There was a signal sent out to those who survived, some kind of sanctuary that the Xenomorphs couldn't breach. The survivors of Equestria all search for it, Twilight, Mistlie, and Rahzzy are some of those who search for it.
What happened to the Queen Gene? That is something both Twilight Sparkle and Mistilie continue to struggle understanding, why did something so dominant just get snuffed out like a candle flame? Five Years ... the Queen Gene still shows no sign of returning. Twilight is just as vulnerable to the Xenomorphs as anypony else, even after all this time this is something she wishes wasn't the truth.

The Journey Begins
Manehatten, once a bustling city, now a wasteland with nothing but the rubble of the once floating city smashed into the ground. Passing through the area it is almost unrecognizable, however, because some of the buildings weren’t destroyed is how anypony could know what the city used to be. These structures also provide shelter for survivors who pass through the area. Rahzzy uses his magic to remove his vest and raise it above his head as rain begins to fall on the group.
The stallion groans as the rain begins, he used to enjoy the rainy weather but after an attack a couple weeks ago, when Xenomorphs used the rain to conceal themselves. His opinion on the rain significantly changed after that, stopping to look for a sturdy structure the stallion does his best not to lose sight of Twilight and the others. The rain beats down hard and the vest isn't the best umbrella. Even with it as cover the stallion is practically soaked by the time, he spots a place to bunker down in.
"I think we should stop there until this rain is over!!" Rahzzy steps out, separating himself from the group to show everypony where he was talking about. "Come on! This way!!"
A loud crack underneath the stallion’s hoof catches his attention, looking down Rahzzy spots that he has crushed the remains of a small filly. It is nothing but bones, however, the sight of it brings him chills. Pushing with his hoof he does his best to keep it out of sight not wanting anypony to fear entering the structure. As everypony approaches they are quick to move inside to get out of the rain. Mistilie is the last one to enter alongside Rahzzy, the inside of the structure brings no surprises. Furniture molded and tossed around, cracked walls, and broken pillars. Rahzzy reaches into his saddle bag with a flash of magic pulling out a motion detector, Nothing.
"Nice feeling, isn't it Rahzzy?" Mistilie says as she looks to the small screen of the motion detector. The android reaches up with a hoof placing it on the detector lowering it. "Knowing there is nothing here, that has to feel good"
"Or maybe they just aren't moving yet" Rahzzy says with a hint of fear, raising his motion detector for a second look of the area. "You can never be too sure with these things, Mistilie"
"You think I don't know that?” Mistilie uses her magic pushing the motion detector down again. Her artificial magic stronger that the stallion's she uses it to put the tracker back into Rahzzy's saddlebag. "Put that thing away and get dry"
Mistilie uses her magic again, this time to pull a blanket from a nearby saddlebag. She doesn't care who's it was and only cared right now to keep Rahzzy dry. Placing the blanket around the stallion she directs him over to a place to sit down for a moment. Rahzzy doesn't argue and heads over to sit down with everypony else as Mistilie does what she normally does when everypony else is resting up. The rain pours down onto the structure so hard that it begins to leak in the most damaged of areas around the structure. Twilight Sparkle sits not far away from Rahzzy and the others in the group, however, she is clearly thinking about other things. She looks down into a puddle that formed from the rain dripping down from above. Looking at her reflection she pokes it with a hoof to create ripples to distort her reflection before looking away. The Alicorn feeling regret, anger, and depressed about everything that has happened in the last few years.
"Do you blame yourself for everything that has happened, Mistilie?" Twilight says as the alicorn spots Mistilie approaching through the reflection of the puddle. "I know I can't help but feel responsible for some of this"
"No Twilight, I am just an android ... I can't feel responsible for anything" Mistilie says in an almost monotone voice. Twilight turns around to look at the android after this kind response. Mistilie closes her eyes letting out a long-exhausted breath, the Android knows that Twilight knows better than to believe this "Alright, I may be able to feel but I can't feel anything anymore about this"
Twilight narrows her eyes as she stares down Mistilie, the Alicorn shakes her head holding back the meanest things she could still say to the Android. Mistilie may be helping everypony, however, is far away from receiving forgiveness for what she caused.
"Do you feel responsible for bringing him back, Mistilie!?" Twilight gets up from the pile of debris she was resting on and in frustration kicks with her hind leg pushing the rubble over. " You also legalized cloning and because of that you ..."
Twilight freezes as she notices the first tear roll down the Android's cheek. The Alicorn's ears pin back as immediate regret sinks in, however, all this built up rage and memories. Twilight wasn't feeling herself and couldn't hold back, especially when face to face with Mistilie Flare ... the Android responsible for the source of her pain. Mistilie turns away closing her eyes letting out a small whimper and she shakes her head trying to deny her own pain. Twilight tries to reach out to apologize but the Android pulls away trying to deny further.
"Mistilie ... that was wrong of me. I just keep thinking back to what happened, it makes it hard to trust you" Twilight places her hoof over her mouth to hold back any more words. Only one last muffled statement comes out as Twilight attempts to make herself less of a jerk. "I am sorry"
"Do you insist on reminding me, T-Twilight Sparkle?" Mistilie opens her eyes turning back around to face the Alicorn. "I have done nothing but try to redeem myself to Rahzzy and ... You especially!"
"Mistilie ..." Twilight can't bring any more words out, even if Mistilie has done many unforgivable things.
Mistilie sucks up her emotions quickly, able to shrug off her emotions effectively to not allow herself to be open or weak. The Android turns away ending the conversation before it continue. Mistilie walking away to sit with the rest of the group and nothing but memories sit in Twilight's mind.
Twilight falls to the ground onto the castle floor as she is teleported by Princess Celestia away from the attack. The sound of Scootaloo's voice is the first thing to echo into her ears after teleporting and the Alicorn is quick to look up. There is blood on Scootaloo's face, but she isn't harmed, Twilight pulls the filly in for a hug happy to know that the blood was at least not her own.
"We don't have time!! The Xenomorphs are not the only problem we are currently facing!!" Celestia lowers herself to be level with Twilight. "Weyland Yutani ... the company has been attacked from the inside. Without them our first line of defense is gone!!" Celestia flares her wings pulling the two ponies in for a hug, the larger alicorn's body trembles as she takes deep, weak, breaths. "We need the Gene ..."
"I DON'T HAVE IT ANYMORE!!" Twilight pulls out of the hug and tears fall from her eyes. Everything she loved is one by one being taken away from her by what she used to control. "It just suddenly ..."
Celestia lifts Twilight's chin to look into her eyes, the look of hope fading from the Princess as she sees no sign of the gene in Twilight's eyes.
"Oh no ..." Celestia says in a weak tone, like all her hope was taken away. "I can't take them all on alone, Twilight" Celestia flinches as the sound of the Xenomorphs trying to bust into the castle reaches her ears.
"There has to be something we can do!! Celestia!!" Twilight screams and her wings tuck tightly against her body as she too hears the Xenomorphs growing near. "Please!!! PLEASE PLEASE!!"
"Celestia closes her eyes and shakes her head, knowing that there is only one thing left to do. The Princess sucks up her tears and nods to herself before speaking to Twilight Sparkle. Twilight sits still knowing something is about to be said, however, not know exactly what.
"After everything, when you put an end to this originally. We as a species prospered and grew significantly sense then" Celestia sucked up more tears trying to hold back her sadness. "Over time Weyland Yutani was reborn ... in a new image they helped us stay safe from the Xenomorphs, with your help" The sounds of the nearing Xenomorphs makes the area tenser as the speak goes on. "Something terrible has happened, Twilight. I know who the cause of this is ... this tragedy"
"Celestia don't do this!! Don't make this a goodbye!!" Twilight gets up knowing what is coming, however, it is too late. Celestia casts a spell holding her still. "Celestia!! Please!!!"
"YOU HAVE TO GO!!! NOW!!!!" Celestia screams as time has run out, the Xenomorphs smash through the doors rushing in to attack the Alicorn. Twilight Sparkle and Scootaloo are sent into a portal before anything can happen to them, the portal sending them out and away from the castle. The last thing Twilight can see of her old mentor ... is the Princess closing her eyes and accepting her fate as the Xenomorphs surround her.
"It is time to go, Twilight" Rahzzy's voice interrupts the flashback of memories. "The rain has stopped and everypony is ready to get moving. Mistilie talked to me ... I know what she did but you two need to figure something out"
"Yes, of course Rahzzy" Twilight sucks up her sadness and nods, "I will be right behind you, go ahead and I will catch up"

"That is enough!! I will talk!!" MoonDust presses her back against the wall, trying to prevent the Xenomorph from making her the next item on the menu. A whistle from the darkness and the Xenomorph withdraws from killing the mare, she can escape death today. "After close satellite scans of Cloudsdale ... I can confirm there are hundreds of survivors still living there after all this time"
MoonDusts can feel the regret, however, telling the truth she is able to save her own life. She shakily gets up and looks to the darkness at the set of green glowing eyes in the darkness.
"Are you going to kill them too ... this used to be a place of sanctuary before you showed up" MoonDust spits forward at the stallion who is still hiding in the darkness. "A little unfair to use technology against some clueless ponies, sir"
"How I use Equis technology is my business and so are the fates of those remaining in Cloudsdale, MoonDust." The stallion speaks from the darkness, his green eyes examining Moon for any serious wounds. "I am sorry I had to do that, however, a Xenomorph makes a very good interrogation tool"
"You don't deserve that gene, Lightning!!" Moon tries to move away but his magical aura catches her before she can flee. Struggling in his grasp she squeals in frustration. "Let go of me you BIG HEAD!!"
Stepping out from the shadows the stallion chuckles, flattered to have been discovered. His glowing eyes dim to appear less intimidating as he grows closer to MoonDust. She stares him down as he keeps her still in his magical grasp, regretting even more now to giving away those survivors’ location.
"You are the last to know ... I am surprised it took you this long, Moon" White Lightning chuckles to himself but doesn't let go of the mare. "I promise not to kill you, but I cannot do the same promise twice, which means the ponies in Cloudsdale won't be as lucky"
"You were a mistake to bring back!!! Equestria trusted you and you never changed!!" MoonDust whimpers as her mouth is forced shut by White's magic. The stallion shakes his head and leans in to get closer to the mare, to explain in further detail what he sees it all as.
"I didn't choose to come back ... in fact you can thank my daughter for that. Equestria, is a wonderful place and has grown more than I could have seen when I was alive, originally" He chuckles at the thought of being alive more than once, the stallion narrows his eyes before letting out a long sigh of disappointment. "I don't really WANT to go over how I got possession of the Queen Gene. That can come later ... when you learn to obey"
"Fuck Off!!" Moon screams through her lips to show her displeasure in being silence, but this only causes her lips to be shut tighter.
"You know ... I can't help but think I should have let that Xenomorph eat you" White Lightning narrows his eyes more as he looks down at MoonDust who is much shorter than he is. "All I ever wanted was for a Better World, I think it will be better when we all get a chance to start over. First everything needs to be erased ..."
"What you think the Xenomorphs will just, DISAPPEAR WHEN YOU ARE HAPPY!!??" MoonDust reluctantly resists the magic and is able to speak once again. "Once you 'erase' everything they will still exist!! There are too many of them now, White!!"
"ENOUGH!!! I have a plan!!!!" White uses his magic to toss MoonDust to the wall knocking her out cold. "JUST SHUT UP!!! I would not expect you too understand what I am doing here. I need more scans of Equis ... who all is left on this rock?"
Lightning looks to notice the mare is unconscious ans shakes his head, looking to the table nearby he uses his magic to pick up a radio. Speaking into it he keeps a calm voice.
"Get me more scans of Equis!!! Amber Weyland, Building Better Worlds ..." He hangs up and groans having to have said that line, again. "For Amber ..."

Cloudsdale, the ponies on the clouds gather on the unstructured area to keep away from the many factories that cover the fluffy clouds. Unlike most of Equestria the area remained the least effected by the advance in technology, however, instead the area used to be the heart of all factories in Equestria. Now the factories are occupied by the Winged Xenomorph presence. The Xenomorphs hiss and scratch at the clouds attempting to walk on them like a Pegasus, however, they fall through the fluffy surface.
"Do you think they will learn to walk?" Scootaloo watches from a distance biting her lower lip, the young pony looking over to her famous blue guardian. "I don't think I can handle seeing anymore ponies die ..."
"A Xenomorph!? Walking on a cloud?" Rainbow Dash takes a deep breath after speaking in a taunting manner out loud for those to hear. "They can keep trying but they will never be able to do it!!"
Rainbow Dash looks away from the crowd to look at Factory with a hint of doubt, after the fall ... nothing has been the same for the Pegasus. Nopony knowing exactly what the mare has gone through, she is able to keep a high spirit and a good moral among the ponies of Cloudsdale. Rainbow Dash focuses her sight on a symbol she used to trust, a Weyland Yutani W remains suspended on the Rainbow Factory, that symbol is nothing but a symbol of pain.
"Rainbow Dash!!! I need you to take her!!" Twilight screams as the Xenomorphs sour overhead attempting to grab ponies from the clouds, however, the aliens missing most attempts and instead sour right through the cloud after missing. Twilight holds Scootaloo close but she knows that she cannot keep her, this is going to be the safest bet.
"Twilight I can't!! What if I cannot protect her!?" Rainbow ducks easily to avoid one of the diving aliens, the creatures struggling to snag anypony on the cloud itself. Inside the factories, or any of the other structures ponies were still being slaughtered.
"Please Rainbow!!! Where I am going ... is less safe than what is going on here!!" Twilight screams as tears begin to roll down the Alicorn's cheeks. "RAINBOW!!! LOOK OUT!!!"
Rainbow's eyes tighten remembering that day, lifting one wing she takes a look at a large scar that stretches from her chest, down her side, and ending across her flank. Her eyes open when she feels Scootaloo's small hoof poke her hoof for attention. The blue pegasus looks over and smiles despite everything, looking back over to the factories and the position of the sun Rainbow turns around to head back to camp.
"They come out at night, mostly. You know that Scootaloo ... let us get back to camp" Rainbow Dash uses one wing to nudge Scootaloo in the direction of the campsite. "Come on, hustle!! Dinner will get cold"

The debris fragments fall from the wall as Mistilie hits the wall, however, before she can react or prepare she is now tumbling down a hill of building ruble. Rolling down with Twilight right along with her, she cannot help but feel used to this. This is the second fight she has been in with the Alicorn this week. Getting up from the ground Mistilie tries to gather herself ducking from a brick being tossed by Twilight's magic.
"Why can't you just go away, Mistilie!!" Twilight huffs in anger, the group of ponies that follow stand outside the ruble fissure that the two have fallen into. "I don't want you here anymore!!" Twilight uses one wing to wipe a bit of blood from her lip. It split from tumbling into this situation.
"At least I am trying to change you fake!!!" Mistilie screams lifting a metal pipe from the ground and tossing it at the Alicorn. She stomps a hoof in rage having been tackled into this fissure in the rubble, "Go back to your test tube!!!"
Mistilie gasps with that statement as Twilight runs forward tackling the android to the ground levitating a heavy brick over her. Mistilie uses her magic to hold the brick back, tossing it to the side quickly. At least Twilight was weak from the fall or Mistilie would never have been able to move that out of her magical grasp. With one heavy kick with her hind leg she pushes the Alicorn away but it is short lived as Twilight comes right back pinning the mare down.
"AT LEAST I LOOK LIKE MYSELF!!" Twilight insults back, pointing out that Mistilie is transferred data into the body of Coco Pommel. "Should I call you Coco or Mistilie!?!?"
Rahzzy pushes himself from the crowd above jumping down and sliding his way down to the bottom of the fissure to try and put a stop to this fight. The stallion takes off his saddlebag to try and make himself lighter to get there faster, he notices that none of the mares have anything heavy levitated anymore.
"STOP!! Mistilie!! Twilight!!" Rahzzy screams in the distance on approach to the two mares, the stallion tripping from the occasional misplaced hoofstep.
Mistilie kicks again to try and get Twilight off but it is no use, Twilight slams her head down onto Misitilie's headbutting her hard. In Mistilie's luck of being an android, this hurts Twilight more than it hurts her. The pain causing the Alicorn to back off and allow the android to get up. Rahzzy reaches them and he tries using his magic to move the two mares apart with his magic, however, Twilight is quick to put an end to this effort with her own magic. Mistilie is quicker to use her magic and pick up another piece of debris for defense.
"I am fucking trying to be nice to you!!!" Mistilie screams, taking deep breaths as she focuses her sights on the Alicorn. "I will hurt you, Twilight!!"
"No you wont!!" Rahzzy interrupts and uses his magic to lower Mistilie's weapon, "Both of you need to stop this, right ... NOW"
The three stand still, waiting for something to happen but it never comes. Twilight's horn dims and she closes her eyes using one wing to wipe the blood from her face again. Mistilie's guard doesn't let up and her horn remains glowing ready for anything to happen. Rahzzy looks between the two not letting up either, he doesn't want this to continue.
"Sorry, I have lost so much getting to this point" Twilight says softly, not trying to make it about her but feeling the need to address once again that Mistilie didn't have much to loose in all of this. "Everypony I knew!!! IS DEAD!!!!"
"We have all lost something, Twilight" Rahzzy says trying to make everypony even. "Even Mistilie ... fighting here is not going to keep us all alive"
"What has she lost, Rahzzy!!??" Twilight angrily facehoofs with a growl in the back of her throat, she tries to keep her anger in but it seems the fight might go on. Before Rahzzy can say anymore, Mistilie butts in to answer the question.
"I-I have lost things t-too, Clone ..." Mistilie tries her best not to cry but once again her tears roll down her cheeks, "I don't deserve to be treated this way"
"What about all those you killed!!?? Look what you have caused, Mistilie" Twilight removes her hoof from her face and slams it on the ground below. "Iron Will, Rumham, Sunset ... Good lives taken away because of you or the beasts you created!!"
Mistilie almost rushes forward to attack, however, Rahzzy steps in the way. The stallion shakes his head in a pleading way to beg her not to start this. Twilight's horn reignites with magic after seeing the android ready to attack, however, the attack never comes. Rahzzy lowers his guard hoping everything has finally come to an end here, he looks up at the ponies above waiting for them and then too the two mares.
"I told you Twilight!!" Rahzzy snaps for a moment staring over at the Alicorn. "You two need to work this out!! NOW!!!"

"Good Morning~" White Lightning chuckles as MoonDust pulls herself from the floor to a stand. The Stallion eyeing her every movement as she gets up. "Sorry again ... I loose my temper when ponies don't listen to me"
Moon glares at the stallion, this is not a good morning with him here. All throughout the room, soldiers with the Weyland Symbol stand at attention against the walls. The sight of all these ponies make the mare's ears pin back against the back of her head. Each one of them seeming to be emotionless, however, they all share something in common. They all share the same cutie mark, not a single one is different.
"What is with the army? Is it for Cloudsdale?" Moon looks around, chills flowing down her spine at all the duplicates in the room. Each cloned to be a soldier for White Lightning's cause no doubt. White Lightning smiles and shrugs slight as if he didn't know what she was talking about. "YOU SICK BASTARD!!"
"Shut up! Right now!!" White screams and he uses his magic again to shut the mares mouth, "Do I need to remind you already?" He releases her as soon as he silenced her momentarily, the stallion walking to one of the soldiers staring into the visor that covers the soldier's face. "Yes ... these soldiers will be heading to Cloudsdale. The Xenomorphs there are in need of a little ... helping hooves"
"Why? Why do these ponies need to die, White?" Moon tries to stay calm, especially with all these armed guards. "They don't ... need to die"
"I wish they were worthy of life, however, nopony can live from this" White Lightning says bluntly, not a hint of remorse is in his voice. "I need to do this, MoonDust"
The guards ready their weapons and all turn for the doors having heard the stallion give what seems to be a code word for rollout. Moon shakes her head knowing that nothing good will come from this, the ponies at Cloudsdale won't stand a chance against this force, especially if there is already an alien presence on the clouds. Moon tries to stop some of them, tugging and pulling at their armor but they just keep walking as if she doesn't exist. Even if she steps in front of the soldiers they just keep walking almost knocking her over in the process but she backs away.
"Stop!! They don't deserve this treatment!!!" Moon pleads but there is nothing more she can do as the rest of the guards leave to head for Cloudsdale. "Why are you doing this!?"
White doesn't reply ... he just focuses on the desk in front of him. The desk has a hologram of Cloudsdale presently floating before him. The hologram shows the large factories on the clouds and many red dots outside on the fluffy clouds, this must be where the ponies who are left are currently hiding. White closes out the image as soon as all the guards exit the room and he turns around to face Moon. Stepping forward until he is right in front of her he chuckles looking down at her.
"I can promise you that their deaths will be swift. I don't want them to suffer, however, I can't let them live either" White says without a hint of actual remorse. "Once it is all over, they will thank me that their suffering is finally over"

Fall of Cloudsdale
The helicopter blades spin fast taking to the sky, the soldiers inside sit waiting to arrive for the strike on Cloudsdale. Using the helicopter they wouldn't loose energy by flying with their own wings. The instructions were simple really, use the helicopter to rise to the floating structures and strike the pony camps. Each one of the Soldiers know they are expendable, however, it doesn't faze them. One soldier in the chopper is looking a bit jumpy, the commander of the squad reaches over with one hoof speaking out in a dull, emotionless, robotic voice.
"Is everything alright soldier? Keep your head in the game ... I will shoot you myself" The commander uses his magic to pull out a small pistol, readying himself just in case. "You told me you were ready!! I don't want any lollygagging on this mission!!!"
The helmets on the ponies heads distort their voices so they would all sound the same, blank, robotic, and emotionless. The soldier tries to take off his helmet to breath but before he can the commander smacks the soldier on the back of the head with his pistol in a warning. The chopper ascending to the clouds and Cloudsdale is now in view. Leaning out of the side of the chopper the commander points in the direction where he can see the tents. The ponies inside ready their weapons loading them, checking for jams, and even trading each others weapons to check each others weapons. To insure nothing goes wrong and so that everypony on the cloud will be killed. Every stallion, mare, colt, and filly are targets.
"READY!!! GOO!!" The commander screams and the soldiers jump out the copter slowly gliding down to the clouds below, as the commander lands he looks at his squad as it is joined by many other squads. "Don't let anypony escape!! Kill anything that moves, don't talk, don't reason, don't think!!"
The jump soldier from before stumbles as she lands on the surface of the clouds almost immediately on landing open fire on the ponies who were just getting to sleep. Rainbow Dash wakes up immediately taking cover by one of the tents, many of the ponies flee towards the factories to take cover from the gunfire. Rainbow Dash closes her eyes covering Scootaloo with her wings as bullets rip through the tents.
"RAINBOW!!! WHAT IS GOING ON!!" Scootaloo screams as the gunfire continues and the filly can see some of the fleeing ponies falling through the clouds after being shot dead while trying to escape. "RAINBOW!!!"
"Hang onto me, Scootaloo!" Rainbow Dash growls and once Scootaloo has a tight grip the Pegasus uses all her strength to push down through the cloud instead of flying in view of the soldiers. "We have to get to the factories!!!"
Once through the cloud Rainbow Dash is forced to make several dodges to escape from the Winged Drones that were circling under the clouds. One of the Xenomorphs screams swinging with it's tail in a failed attempt to catch the fast flyer. Rainbow screams aiming up towards the cloud to push through again, the thick puffs of cloud moving past her ears barely muffles the screams above her and the gunshots. Pushing through she is in front of the factories, bullets smashing into the front doors of the factories as the soldiers begin to push towards them.
"Rainbow ... They are going to corner us in here!!" Scootaloo screams but is forced inside the dark entrance of the factory. Luckily none of the bullets hit the two, however, many lives have already been taken. "Did they find us Rainbow?"
"Scootaloo!! Quiet and follow ..." Bullets smash through the wall and one of them almost hit rainbow but instead grazes her back. "Run!! Scootaloo!!!"
The soldiers enter the front door as the two take off running into the darkness, the soldiers moves slower holding their fire. One of them takes out a motion tracker, immediately the tracker starts going crazy from all the motion inside the building. Rainbow Dash comes to a sliding stop ducking behind a desk and Scootaloo right beside her, they wait and listen as the guards begin to talk to each other.
"Check your corners!! Shoot anything that moves!!!" The commander screams and they begin to move deeper inside the factory. "Xenomorphs!!"
The squad is immediately ambushed as the Winged Xenomorphs drop from the ceiling above. The large Wings being used as protection from any gunfire, the creatures tackling the soldiers to the ground digging their fangs into their skulls. Rainbow Dash pulls back covering Scootaloo's mouth so she wouldn't scream. Gunshots echo throughout the entire area and from everywhere as more soldiers enter from other corners opening fire on hiding ponies and attacking Xenomorphs. Rainbow Dash closes her eyes as the sounds begin to slowly fade as she tries not to focus on it all.
"Rainbow Look Out!!!" Twilight screams and just barely in time, Rainbow Dash wouldn't have been able to see it coming if not for the alicorn. A huge Winged Drone swoops in swinging it's tail for a finishing blow on the mare.
"Fuck!!!" Rainbow Dash opens her wings to try and dodge the attack, arching away she doesn't make it out unscathed as the tail of the creature smashes her flesh from the chest, running against her side digging deeper, and stopping across her flank. The pain flows over her body but she is strong enough to use her hind leg to kick the Xenomorph in the head leaving a gash in the front of the Xenomorphs head causing it to flee.
"Rainbow Dash!!" Twilight screams rushing over, using her magic to steady the Pegasus as she begins to fall to the ground, "I've got you!!!"
Rainbow's eyes open and there is only one thing left on her mind, the mare opens her wing releasing Scootaloo from her grip. She looks over the small pony for marks or wounds and thankfully she is okay. Trying to force a smile as tears begin to collect in her eyes.
"Rainbow Dash ..." Scootaloo says quietly, confused but she can tell something is very wrong. Rainbow shakes her head and looks to the filly again.
"R-Remember ... when I taught you to f-fly" The tears fall down her cheek now, the soldier getting closer, the hoofsteps growing louder. "D-Do you remember?"
"Y-yes ...I would never forget" Scootaloo tries to get closer, but is stopped by Rainbow Dash's hind hoof. "Rainbow ..."
"P-Please remember me for that" Rainbow Dash gets up closing her eyes and her tears fall to the ground, the sounds of death flood the building as ponies are shot to death. The sound of acid blood dripping through the floor sizzles. "FLY SCOOTALOO!!" Rainbow Dash grabs the little filly by the scruff of her neck and sprints out towards the door. The soldiers turn around seeing her and open fire, as a bullet smashes into the back of her she tosses Scootaloo out the door. The small filly falls through the cloud, thankfully. Rainbow Dash screams in pain as a second bullet smashes into her back, however, she isn't going out ... like this. She turns around kicking up one of the guns and bites down onto the trigger sending out a few rounds into some of the soldiers heads. Caught off guard, some of the soldiers begin to miss their shots but a third round hits the Pegasus. "Fuck You WEYLAND!!"
At this time Scootaloo, who couldn't really fly her way back up was forced to glide to the ground, she didn't have the strength to fly back up. Rainbow Dash tosses her weapon like a club smacking another guard in the head and back against the wall.
"Get this pony off of me!!! GET HER OFF!! ARGGGG!!!" The stallion screams and blood pools in his mouth because Rainbow pushed him on sharp debris on the floor. Using her hooves she repeatedly smashes the stallions head on the ground until he stops moving. A fourth bullet smashes into her side and she falls to the ground.
"This is it!! You are dead!!" The last soldier rushes up and begins to beat down on the mare with his gun, with every blow she can feel the last bit of life she has left leaving her body. "Does it feel good!? All of this is for nothing!!!"
A single gunshot, the stallion freezes and he falls to the ground dead. A soldier steps out from the darkness ... something about her is familiar. It is too late for Rainbow Dash as the world begins to go black, the last thing she hears though is the soldier's voice.
"I will find your filly ... You did good Rainbow Dash"

"Get down!! Twilight!! Mistilie!!" Rahzzy screams as the helicopters land on the ground outside. One of the helicopters having spotted the group while on their way to Cloudsdale. "Get inside!!"
The soldier drop down opening fire on the group, shooting down those to slow to run away but Mistilie and Twilight easily rush to their friend Rahzzy to get to cover. The soldiers attempt to hit them but were not quick enough to fire before the two were in cover. Blood collects on the ground and as Rahzzy looks to the sky he can see smoke in the clouds ... worse though. The clouds above seemed to be coming down ... falling from the sky.
"Where did these assholes even come from" Mistilie's eyes flash red as she becomes angry, very angry from the Weyland Troops being here. "We can't stay here ... they will kill us if we stay still"
Rahzzy uses his magic to move a heavy rock out of the way so he could crawl through the crushed debris to hide from the soldiers. Twilight notices this and uses her own magic to make things easier, Mistilie watches as the two work on digging out a hiding place. The soldiers were easily taking out the others that weren't able to get away in time ... all of the group being gunned down no questions were being asked. Mistilie closes her eyes, remembering just why she made the Xenomorphs to begin with.
"Any luck with that rock?" As Mistilie turns to look she sees the two pulling themselves into the hiding place and trying to wave get her attention to get inside. "Oh!! Right!!!"
Before Mistilie can move to get inside a soldier jumps over the cover they were hiding over and grabs onto the android with his magic. Mistilie's eyes widen and she uses her own magic to flip him over her back onto the ground before rushing over to get into hiding.
"Might be a little late to hide!! Come on!!!" Mistilie screams as the soldier grabs her hind leg stopping her again. Rahzzy pulls himself out of hiding and tackles the soldier away. "Shit!!"
Rahzzy wrestles with the soldier, keeping the gun from firing at anypony else. Mistilie gets up and helps out by kicking the soldier in the head to make things simpler. Twilight pulls herself out of hiding and frantically looks for a new way out of this, opening her wings she flies up to a ledge and pulls herself up.
"This way!! Come on!!!" Twilight screams as she ducks from the gunfire of the soldiers as they spot her. "I will pull you up with my magic!!"
There are so many screams, gunshots, though one scream comes in clearer than anything ... it is Rahzzy.

Twilight uses her magic to pull the rock over the door to prevent the soldiers from getting inside, all she can hear is Rahzzy screaming in anger as he holds a seemingly lifeless Mistilie in his magical grasp. Twilight tries to hold back tears because of what has happened. Rahzzy doesn't let up, his screams getting louder and filled with anger.
"NOOOO!!! JUST NO!!!!" Rahzzy pulls the limp body of Coco-Mistilie into a hug. Twilight turns around after finally boarding everything up to keep them safe. She freezes and holds back her tears as she places a hoof over her mouth seeing Rahzzy hugging the motionless android.
"W-What Happened!!!?? RAHZZY!!" Twilight screams trying to stay calm but it is too hard. Rahzzy looks up from the hug and lets the android go. The stallion lowers the motionless android to the ground with his magic and closes his eyes taking a deep breath as he speaks.
"They shot her!! They fucking shot her!!!" Rahzzy takes off his glasses, which are now cracked and broken from all of this. "SHE IS DEAD, TWILIGHT!! Mistilie is fucking dead!!!"
Twilight rushes up to examine the android's wound. The bullet wasn't any ordinary bullet, it was more like some kind of device shot into Mistilie's neck. The bullet was like a syringe stabbing into the back of her head that just shot her off. The back of the device was blinking moments ago ... but now it has stopped. Twilight closes her eyes and all that is left is the sound of gunfire as the rest of the group outside is hunted down and killed. Rahzzy pulls the android back in for a hug.
"She was trying, Twilight" Rahzzy sniffles, "She was trying so hard to be g-good. I missed seeing that from her ... a-and now" Rahzzy's eyes close and tears squeeze out. "She is gone ..."

The Losses
Rahzzy looks down at Android, coming to realization of what he just lost. As the stallion rests against the wall he closes his eyes thinking back, before the Xenomorphs, before everything, and the original Mistilie Flare. The stallion smiles remembering the times before the Android's heart filled with hate. These memories almost drown out the gunshots that still echo from all around. These losses ... these innocent lives being taken all around, however, Rahzzy can only focus on this one Android.
"Twilight ..." Rahzzy says with his eyes still closed, the stallion's voice raspy from all his screaming earlier. Catching the attention of the Alicorn his eyes slowly open to look at her. "Did you know that before everything, she wanted to help ponies? I don't know what flipped her switch, I wasn't there but she wasn't always cruel"
"I only now got to see her this way, Rahzzy" Twilight opens a wing as she sits herself next to the stallion wrapping her feathers around him for comfort. "I would normally say that she had this coming but ..."
"You can only feel sorry it was her" Rahzzy finishes for the Alicorn and he pulls out of her feathers to stand up on his hooves again. "I am not letting go so easily, Twilight. I knew her to long to leave her here!!"
Rahzzy lowers himself feeling with his hoof for a seam somewhere on the back of her head. Twilight gets up from the floor, the bright alicorn didn't need to ask to realize what the stallion was planning. With her magic she assists and soon they would delicately have the back of the head opened. The Android body full of wires and this model being very complex compared to a simple Seegson Joe.
"Do you see anything that looks important?" Twilight questions using her magic to keep the Android still to prevent unneeded damage. Rahzzy looks up rubbing his head in confusion shaking his head with a groan escaping his throat.
"Hard to say, Twilight. Everything looks important" Rahzzy moves some wires around and can't help but continue groaning as he looks for something that might help. "She is an Android ... there has to be something in here that contains Mistilie. Something we can revive!!!"
Twilight uses her magic to move Rahzzy away for a moment so that she could take a look as well, the stallion shakes his head and moves the mare away from the Android's body so that he could continue looking while she held the body still. Twilight groans stepping back, letting the stallion continue where she left off but she couldn't help her curious brain because this is the first time she has gotten to see the inside of one of these Androids.
"There has to be something!! Everything is ripped up in here, Twilight!!" Rahzzy moves away in frustration, the device shot into the back of the Android's neck ripped up the area they were searching. Twilight looks at the device that was shot again. Perhaps that device destroyed what Rahzzy was looking for. "Something!!!"
"Rahzzy ..." Twilight lets go of the Android and turns the stallion around to face her. "She is gone ... if you haven't found her in there yet, that device that killed her destroyed it!!"
"I won't believe that!! I have to keep looking!!!" Rahzzy tries to turn back to the Android but is forced back around by the Alicorn's magic. "Let me go, Twilight! RIGHT NOW!!"
Twilight lets the stallion go and he falls to the ground from being suddenly released. The stallion gets back onto his hooves and he begins to tear up again. It is clear that Mistilie's death has impacted him , however, to Twilight it is clear that these efforts aren't worth it. That device was aimed at her neck for a reason and now it only makes sense. They knew somehow that she was an android and used this special device to make it impossible to revive her mainframe by transferring it to the body of another Android. Twilight uses her magic to pull a blanket from Rahzzy's saddlebag, the blanket that was given to him by Mistilie during the rainfall a couple days ago. She uses the blanket to cover up the body of the Android, not wanting to mess with it anymore than the stallion already has.
"Just leave her alone ..." Twilight takes a deep breath and her magic transfers over to the bolder she moved in front of the door and she pulls it away. "We have to leave, right now and unfortunately we cannot take what isn't inside her"
"I miss her, Twilight ... I can't just" Rahzzy tries to speak but his tears take over before he can finish. The stallion hesitantly looks at the exit of the room, shaking, and broken.
"Rahzzy!! I would help you bring her back if we could!!" Twilight stomps a hoof, holding back tears as well to seem strong. Something that Mistilie always used to do. "We have to go ... please. Ponies are dead and we will be too if we stay here"

The mystery soldier removes her helmet to take a deep breath as she braces herself to jump from the clouds. Violet looks around at the dead, Cloudsdale slowly falling from the sky to crash onto the ground below. Violet raises a hoof to her radio on her vest to listen too what the soldiers were talking about. The radio chatter revealing the final conclusion to the attack.
"Positive Actual, Cloudsdale is precipitating and no signs of survivors" A commanders voice echos into the radio confirming that Weyland Yutani has won. Violet closes her eyes holding back one tear for the lost lives. "Return to the helicopters and evacuate Cloudsdale"
"Not happening, commander" Violet says to herself as she looks down from the cloud as she stands at the entrance of the factory. "I have a promise to keep and I hereby quit, Amber"
Violet closes her eyes and lets herself go limp falling from the cloud. Falling she was not a Pegasus, she waits as the thick fluffy clouds move past her. Once through the mare opens her eyes and puts back on her helmet which activates a portable glider from her saddlebag. The glider allowing her to move safely back onto the ground and the closer she got the worst the situation appeared to be. Violet groans lowering her visor to assess the situation below. There had to be about twenty or maybe more of the Xenomorphs below her. They seemed to be trying to dig into an old building and that could mean Scootaloo was hiding inside.
"Great ... better me than the child" Violet presses a switch on her vest and the glider detaches itself from her back so she would be able to land. Her hoofs scrape the ground cracking old glass under her hooves, luckily she was wearing armor but the Xenomorphs heard this.
Turning around from the building the warriors begin to wag their tails looking at Violet. One of the Xenomorphs in particular posing a bigger threat than the regular warriors. Violet focuses her eyes at the larger alien, immediately she could tell it was birthed from a Yak. The Xenomorph growls lowering it's head showing off ram shaped head, the warriors around the Yak- Morph reading their tails to strike. The Yak-Morph lowered its head charging forward like a bull, it's four bull like horns digging into the dirt ripping up the ground as it sprints towards Violet.
"It can't be easy!! Can it!!" Violet jumps out of the way and the Yak-Morph smashes into a nearby building leveling the wall with ease as it smashes right through the old structure. The mare slides across the ground almost being tackled by one of the more gutsy Warriors as it attempts to impale her with it's sharp tail. Violet pulls out a flash grenade from her vest tossing it up and closing her eyes. The Flash confusing the Warriors Senses causing them to flee and now it was just Violet and the Yak-Morph. The large alien smacking it's tail into the remains of the building it smashed into causing it to crumble.
"Even as an alien all you are good for is smashing" Violet says taking deep breaths feeling very lucky that the flash bang worked. "Good Xenomorph ... Nice Xenomorph ..."
"Look out!!" Scootaloo's voice echoes out from a nearby building in a frantic voice. The sound of the her voice causes Violet to look behind her. "Look out!! Please!!!"
Violet gasps as the last thing she hears before it all happens is the sound of large flapping wings, a Winged Drone. The Drone roars grabbing onto the mare with it's talon like feet taking her back up into the air as the Yak-Morph begins sniffing out where Scootaloo was hiding. Violet tries to escape but the Drone is much stronger than she was and it easily bring her higher into the air. She can hear the screams of Scootaloo getting further away and all she could hope was the little filly would be alright. Then the Drone hissed letting go of the mare, letting her fall back to the ground and this time she wouldn't have a glider to slow her fall.
"HELP ME!!! PLEASE!!!" Violet screams and she smashed into the roof of an old building, the structure so weak that she smashes through each level until reaching the bottom floor. Her lungs fill with dust and her vision fading as she listens for Scootaloo's screams again. The Winged Drone landing above looking down at her watching and waiting for the mare to loose consciousness. "G-Go ... Away" the mare coughs but she couldn't stay awake, loosing consciousness she can see the drone slowly making its way down to her as she hears Scootaloo's screams once again.
"Let go of me!! Help Me!!!"

"When will you listen like the rest, Mother?" White Lightning looks up with a frown as he is stared at through the glass by the Queen Xenomorph. The Queen growls as the end of the it's tail glows bright with magic, the magic grabs hold of White Lightning pulling him up against the glass. "ARGGGG!!!"
The Queen presses her face against the glass snarling as she uses her magic to hurt him from the other side of the glass. With his face up against the glass he groans in pain, the Twi-Queen still not willing to listen to him despite him possessing the Queen Gene. The Mother having her own desires with Equestria.
"Let go, Mother!! Now!!" White Screams and he uses his own magic to levitate a metal pipe up from the ground. Moving it over to a red button on a control panel nearby. The Queen lets go as soon as the pipe gets close to the button and White falls to the ground gasping for air. "Don't want me to burn more of your children? How many of them do I need to kill for you to come to your senses girl!?"
The Queen snarls and walks away in her cell to the Darkness to disappear , White wipes his lips shaking his head angrily. A radio on the table buzzes as soon as it is all over. A female voice comes from it for him to hear, as soon as the voice begins to speak. The stallion's attention switches to the radio instead of the defiant Queen.
"How is Mother, White Lightning? You aren't teasing her again ..." The voice sounds annoyed and White shakes his head not saying a word. "Droid-13-9-19-20-9-12-9-5 is ready, please leave the Queen Chamber and return to your office for the wake process"
"Right ... of course! I was only checking up on Mother" White coughs clearing his throat, "I will be there as soon as I can. Don't be afraid to start without me, Amber"

Mistilie's eyes widen, surprised ... though she is very quick to pull away from the stallion's kiss. Rahzzy opens his eyes feeling her pull away. The stallion looks worried, did he do something wrong? The mare coughs backing away but this only concerns Rahzzy. So he hesitantly moves forward reaching out with one hoof worried.
"Mistilie, I am sorry ..." He clears his throat thinking she just wasn't interested in him like he was her. "I just ... r-really like you. We have done so much together~"
Mistilie shakes her head and closes her eyes looking away, knowing that she couldn't lie to the stallion anymore about what she really was. Opening her eyes they shift from a disguised iris to her natural robotic rainbows. Rahzzy's eyes widen seeing this suddenly change before his eyes. Mistilie shakes her head and she does her best not to upset the stallion but there wasn't much she could do.
"I'm sorry, Rahzzy ..." Mistilie sucks up a robotic tear but Rahzzy only shakes his head in denial, "I should have told you sooner but I'm an Android"
"I CAN'T!!!" Rahzzy speaks without thinking, in shock he didn't know how to react. "I can't love a robot!!! You are a robot!!!!" Rahzzy turns away and sprints off into the darkness in a panic. He didn't know how to feel, Mistilie reaches out and her voice becomes a mess as her sadness builds.
"R-Rahzzy!! Come Back!!" Mistilie's voice cuts out as her wires forget how to function, her emotions becoming a crazy mess because of this. "Can't ... Love ..."
Mistilie's eyes close and tears push out uncontrollably and she runs, this being the last thing she will hear from Rahzzy before going onto the Colonization Mission. The last thing she would remember him by, that he is just another pony who could never ... love her.
"Wake up, Droid-13-9-19-20-9-12-9-5" A female voice echoes, so familiar but so foreign inside the mind. Shuffling sounds and White Lightning's voice chimes in.
"This isn't working!!! Turn her off, Amber" White Lightning stomps around in anger, a loud smack rips through the air as White is smacked across the face. "Amber!!"
"You can call me by my FULL name, White!! Silver Amber Star!!!" The female voice roars in the mind of the droid, "It is working!!! Droid-13-9-19-20-9-12-9-5, Wake up!!"
"Enough!! Stop calling it that!!!" White Lightning stomps his hoof again and moves towards the droid who remains motionless. "That transmitter didn't reset her, she won't respond to that!"
"Then what do we call it?" Amber mumbles getting annoyed once again with White Lightning. "Go ahead, Mr.Weyland"
"Mistilie Flare, Wake Up Now" White Lightning growls and pushes a stack of papers off a table nearby in anger of being pushed around by Silver. "MISTILIE!!!"
Mistilie's eyes open and the light nearly blinds her, it almost feels like she is being born all over again except this time there is nothing positive to say. Once the light finishes blinding her a mirror floats up being held by Amber's magic and the Androids eyes widen seeing her old body again in the reflection. The mirror lowers and a familiar face of Silver (Amber) Star is smiling over at her. Even with that Mistilie can't help but look over to her father, White Lightning.
"Are you sure it didn't reset her? She seems pretty unresponsive, Mr.Weyland" Silver says teasingly and proceeds to laugh about it. "Looks like things continue moving in our favor after all"
"Mistilie Flare? Do you register where you are?" White Lightning gets down to the Android's level, Mistilie is currently in a seated position where he is kneeling. "I think it worked, I think by now she would behave aggressively if she wasn't reset"
Mistilie just stares blankly at the two ponies, remaining quiet as she is seated in the chair. White moves over to a nearby desk and speaks into a radio to the guards outside the room. Mistilie listens carefully but remains blank in expression and refuses to speak. Silver Star watches the Android with a smile, she must be happy to have Mistilie here not attacking and being compliant. White finishes up with the radio, calling in a guard to escort the droid to her cell where she will be kept for the next couple days for study.
"The guard is on his way, Silver." White looks over to his reset daughter and can't help but frown seeing her so unresponsive. "I will return to the Queen's Chambers"
Mistilie's ear twitches momentarily hearing , Queen Chambers. The Android remains unresponsive otherwise and stays staring at Silver Star. Carefully she looks around the surrounding area, an Amber Colored Weyland Symbol is plastered on all the machines and on the wall of this room, under the Weyland W is the phrase, Amber Weyland. Just then a guard enters the room and brings the Android to a stand, White and Silver allow the guard to take her away from there and focus on discussing what must be done next for Equis.
"Move it, Android!!" The guard screams as he moves the android to the exit, Mistilie remains blank and does as she is asked and exits the room. "Down the hallway!! Move it!!!"
Mistilie remains compliant and blank, walking slowly down the hallway until she is further away from the room where White Lightning and Silver Star are located. She stops but remains emotionless and refuses to move. The Guard nudges her with his weapon and stomps a hoof. A very subtle smirk spreads across her face and she shakes her head, Mistilie turns around and gives the guard a quick perky smile. Her Rainbow eyes flash blue linking herself to the soldiers visor and for the first time speaks.
"Order Droid-19-85, Shutdown!!" Mistilie's eyes flash and the guard begins to twitch before falling to the ground. The helmet falls from the guard and revealing itself to be a droid. Mistilie uses her magic to levitate the helmet onto her head and she drags the body around the corner so she can change into it's outfit. "Stupid Seegson Bot, Unfortunately for you ... I was build by that asshole in the other room"
Tightening the helmet onto her head she smiles and her blue eyes shift back to a rainbow aura, lowering the visor she moves further down the hallway holding back tears behind it. Happy to be alive, though she can't stop thinking back to the memory she was having before rebooting. Unlucky for Weyland Yutani ... she did not reset. Mistilie looks around for an exit to this area.
"Queen Chambers ..." Mistilie mumbles and begins her search for just that area. "Sorry Dad but Fuck You"

Violet coughs as she wakes up to the smell of death, everywhere and it overpowering. Looking around as her eyes open she knows exactly where she has been taken too. The Xenomorph Hive, on the other side of the room she can see a sight that no mare would ever want to see. Scootaloo attached to the Hive wall ready to be harvested alongside Violet herself. All the eggs in the room are opened already and there isn't a sign of any of the facehuggers. Just then a Drone enters the room dragging Eggs into the room. Thick saliva dripping from the alien's mouth as it mindlessly moves the egg into the room for harvesting. Violet shakes her head and tries to scream but the slime over her mouth prevents her from saying a word.
Scootaloo's eyes open and she begins to scream, her mouth being uncovered allowing her to speak. "Help!!! No!! Rainbow!! Twilight!!" the filly screams for help that couldn't possibly hear her. The Drone reacts and lets go of the egg quickly moving over to the small pony.
Violet shakes her head as if begging for this to end as the Drone presses it's shaking lips against the filly's head as if telling her to be quiet or she would be it's next meal. The Drone hisses and presses it's sharp tail onto the Scoot's chest pressing down a little to draw blood.
"Leave her alone!!" Violet manages to loosen her lips and scream, "Get away from her!!! PLEASE!!!!" The Drone rushes over to Violet smashing it's heavy head into hers like a headbutt nearly knocking her out cold. "ARRRGGHH!! F-Fuck"
The Drone snakes across the floor back to the egg dragging it back into the center of the room with the rest of the opened eggs. The creature hisses loudly before stomping out of the chamber to grab another egg. Scootaloo begins to cry softly after the creature leaves. Violet shakes her head and she too begins to cry, blood collecting on her forehead knowing that this was the fate of many ponies of Equestria. The egg begins to open and the sound of what is inside begins to move around ready to leap out.
"I am so sorry baby ... If it helps" Violet sniffles and closes her eyes, "Close your eyes. I am sorry, Scootaloo" The facehugger slips out from the egg and onto the floor. Scootaloo begins to scream once the little creature emerged from it's Egg.
"Noo!!! Somepony!!! PLEASE!!" Scootaloo screams and Violet can't do anything to stop this, she closes her eyes tighter and prepares for the worst as she hears the patter patter of the legs of the spider running across the floor towards her.

Twilight tightens the board on the Soldiers neck choking the life out of the bastards lungs. Rahzzy repeatedly punches another soldier until knocked out. Rushing over to Twilight he helps her with his own magic pushing together until a snap comes from the Soldier's neck. Twilight pulls away panting heavily from all the work they had to do to get control of this fight.
"Keep Moving!! We are not in the clear yet, Twilight!!" Rahzzy screams and pulls on her wing to get her moving. "More soldiers are coming, lets get out of here!!"
"I am right behind you!! Get moving!!!" Twilight screams and the two rush through the building, gunshots pass by them as soldiers attempt to shoot them down. "Keep moving!!"
Running, Running, and Running they keep moving until they exit the building. The rain has returned form days ago and it pours heavily down onto them as the burst out. Sprinting as fast as they can they do their best not trip over the dead bodies all over the ground. Everypony they were grouped up with is dead, ever single one of them killed by Weyland Yutani.
"Oh Celestia .." Twilight stops for a moment to look at all the bodies but Rahzzy tugs on her wing again to get her moving again.
"We have no time if we don't wanna join them, Twilight!!" Rahzzy screams tugging on her. "Lets go!!"
"Is it even worth it!!??" Twilight pulls away from Rahzzy and she begins to collapse from all the emotions flowing through her. "Everything is falling apart!! What is there to fight for anymore!?"
Rahzzy pulls her back up and refuses to let her give up, the stallion uses all his strength and pulls her onto his back and begins to sprint through the rain with her. Gunshots begin to ring out towards them smashing into the dirt under his feat. Screaming he continues running as the soldiers aim to kill him. Reaching the end of the debris and the forest that is now ahead of them the stallion screams louder to get his own adrenaline pumping.
"I AM NOT DYING!!! WE ARE NOT DYING!!! THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE TO FIGHT FOR, TWILIGHT!!!" Rahzzy leaps into the forest and immediately starts tumbling down the hill but he continues to scream. "FOR LIFE!!!"
The two of them tumble down the hill and they could have died from the fall but they quickly get back up. Covered in mud and aching in pain they both limp towards what seems to be a cave to hide inside of. Twilight focuses as she moves, the heavy rain making it very hard to focus but the cave soon quickly becomes obvious to not actually be a cave at all.
"Get inside!! Now Twilight!!!" Rahzzy screams one last time.

This is a very short chapter, however, it is still a nice one. Nice in the perspective as of the story progressing. Horrible in the perspective of what happens!!

More Problems
Rahzzy kicks with all his strength at the closed door in front of them, hitting it as hard as he could to try to get the rusted entrance to open. Twilight frantically uses her magic to grab a hold of the door. The soldier's in stomp around nearby searching through the bushes attempting to find Rahzzy and Twilight. The Alicorn whimpers giving one more tug ripping open the hanger doors, the two jump inside, the door shutting behind them. Rahzzy's eyes widen as he looks up from the ground, he couldn't believe what he was seeing. Twilight weakly pushes herself up from the floor and she looks to what Rahzzy was seeing. The words Aspheion 2 are painted onto the surface of the wall, Rahzzy moves closer placing his hoof on the wall, it has been years sense this ship was last talked about.
"Is this ... the ship?" Twilight looks at the wall remembering back to Iron Will's death. "The ship that was shown in the signal? During the Angel Colonization Mission, Iron Will talked about it before ... he died"
Rahzzy moves away from the wall looking around, the place mostly taken over by nature now. Twilight uses her horn to light up the area a bit, so they both could see more clearly. Lifting her hoof up she notices an old picture frame laying on the floor, using her magic to pick it up she looks to see what was being photographed. The photo shows a group of ponies standing in front of the very wall that Twilight and Rahzzy stumbled into. With the words Aspheion 2 behind the group, it was the same group of ponies from the image in the Weyland Towers. The picture showed the captain of the ship standing with a light brown stallion, a green mare with a brown mane, another mare white of color, and two androids standing with them.
"I remember the day this ship took off for deep space" Rahzzy adjusts his saddlebag as he begins to rip away at vines that covered one of the doors. "The ship was supposed to dock with Valuntas Station when it arrived back to Equestria"
"What is it doing here then?" Twilight says confused, the alicorn flinches as the uncovered door shoots open suddenly. "It has probably been here for ... years" Twilight's ears fold back against the back of her head as she looks inside the next room. In the corner of the room, huddled together, the remains of the ponies in the picture. Nothing but bones now, however, the name tags on the outfits reveal who they were. Getting closer Rahzzy notices one of the bodies belongs to an android, the droid's body is covered in algae and pieces rusting away. The name tags on the skeletons finally reveal the names of the main staff of Aspheion 2. Aether, Krystal, Schwein, and Data Plume, their bodies huddled together as if frozen in time in their last moments together.
"Do you think the Android could still work?" Rahzzy says bluntly, the android might know what happened to the spacecraft in it's final hours. "We might learn something ... anything could help us get back at Weyland Yutani"
"Rahzzy this is a graveyard!!" Twilight looks at the stallion shocked hearing him thinking about his, "We should leave it alone, shouldn't we?"
"WHAT IF THEY WANTED US TO FIND THEM!!??" Rahzzy snaps, then beginning by kneeling down to look closer at the Android in the corner. The bones all around the android cuddling close, frozen in time. "The signal, the threat Mistilie Flare was broadcasted from this craft, Twilight"
Rahzzy reaches forward and touches the muzzle of the Android pushing it back into place, these older model's power source was in the muzzle and it seems as if this one unplugged itself. The muzzle clicks back into place and the Android's eyes shoot open, the creaking of the rusted metal pierces Rahzzy's ears making him scratch at his ear with one hoof in irritation. Twilight frowns as they both stand above the waking Android, Data Plume is her name which is revealed by her name tag.
"M-Mistilie ..." the android looks up as if completing a sentence that was suspended for all these years. Now looking around slowly and rusted the droid begins to understand. "S-She got away - We were docking with Valuntas - we all tried to stop the creature from arriving"
Twilight and Rahzzy remain quiet and allow the android to ramble about what happened to Aspheion, the droid knowing that it doesn't have enough power to talk about anything else. That what happened to the craft is probably why she was turned back on. As she continues speaking, her lower jaw doesn't move, hanging decaying off of the droids head.
"Docking with Valuntas Station- We failed to contain the organism- Mistilie opened the docking port" The android tries to look away but the rust prevents her and her robotic body begins to wine from the stress. "After everything - My friend -Returned to me on board Aspheion and Valuntas began to rip apart" The androids eyes begin to close as it speaks slower as power begins to fade. "We brought the Alien - We tried to stop it-"
"What about Weyland!!??" Rahzzy quickly speaks knowing the droid is running out of power, "What can we do to stop him!!"
Data Plume opens her eyes again and shakes her head in disappointment. The Android using the last of her power to answer the question.
"You can't ... It has been said time and time again" Data closes her eyes again. "You never have Weyland ... when you think you do. You never did to begin with ..."
As Plume shuts down her head goes limp, the bodies remain huddled into the corner, these ponies were carrying the Xenomorph that would one day take down Valuntas Station. That alien would be known as Gash the Xenomorph, named by a child, Scootaloo. According to Data Plume, the crew of Aspheion tried to stop the creature but the creator Mistilie Flare. Let the creature go ...

Violet pulls herself from the wall shaking her head as tears begin to fall from her face. She uses all her strength to try and escape the hive. The pain in her chest is too strong ... knowing the end is growing closer. Scootaloo lays unconscious on her back only adding to the stress the mare was under. The chestburster pushing hard against the mares chest she falls to the ground in pain.
"Fuck!!! No!!" Violet's tears pool on the hive floor, Scootaloo still unconscious on her back. As they both lay on the ground Violet can feel the alien inside her getting closer to being ready to burst. The sound of hoofsteps echo from down the hall and the mare begins to scream louder knowing what was coming. "LEAVE US ALONE!!! YOU CAN'T HAVE HER!!!"
Weyland Yutani Troops stomp into the hallway aiming their weapons at the downed mare screaming things down at her, hand over the child, don't move, we will shoot. Violet closes her eyes and blood begins to form on her chest and a loud crunching sound fills the hallway as the chestburster is ready to be born.
"Grab the filly!! We have to bring her back to the castle!!" One of the soldiers screams at the rest, aiming his weapon at the downed mare.
"What about the mare, sir!!??" Another soldier screams in response, quickly answered by the soldier from before.
"Leave her ... she is just a host now" The soldier says bluntly as Violet screams on the ground in pain, everything seemingly done for nothing now. Almost like everything previously trying to stop Weyland, it is all for nothing.
"PLEASE KILL ME!!" Violet screams wanting to be put out of her suffering, "Kill me!!" The chestburster can be heard whining as it continues to break away at the chest of Violet.
The troops grab Scootaloo and ignore the mares pleas, they weren't ordered to give the mare death by gun. They know how painful it might be to have this happen, however, it wasn't their mission. Violet rolls over onto her back screaming as blood sprays out from her chest and the baby is born. The pain is over and she stares directly at the chestburster as it snakes out from her chest cavity. Was this all for nothing? Every attempt from in space to prevent these creatures from coming down, failed. Keeping these things contained, failed. Now ... staying alive, failed. Violet smiles because at least now she doesn't have to live this life. The alien scurries away to grow up and the light around Violet fades as the end of her life arrives. Nothing but the sweet darkness fills her, no more pain, no more fighting.
"I am sorry, Rainbow Dash. I am sorry, Scootaloo" Violet whispers as she closes her eyes to sleep. "We were never meant to win this fight, however, .... I tried"

Author's Note
Aspheion Two, this spacecraft has been mentioned in Twilight's Gashing Origins. This ship has also been secretly mentioned in stories as far back as Twilight MIA, however, now it is time to take a glimpse into the final hours of the crew of Aspheion.
This chapter is going to go deeper into what happened to the crew in their final hours, however, we will also continue down the road of failure. For awhile now this story has been killing off ponies and destroying their plans to survive.
Now it is time to continue with the killing and the fighting. Will this eventually take a turn in our heroes favor? Or will this just continue down a road of hell until everything collapses?

Aspheion Two
The explosions from inside Valuntas Station force them back to the only place they knew. Krystal, screams as part of her fur catches fire, the flames singeing her green coat, however, Data Plume is fast to help the mare put out the fire. The Flames moving quickly trying to roast the group alive, though the entrance to Aspheion was close and they could reach it in time. Aether speaks to Data Plume, Krystal, and Schwein through the radio screaming for them to get inside.
"Please Hurry!! I will have to leave without you if you don't get here!" Aether's voice echoes through the radio for them to hurry but the tone of her voice, they know she couldn't leave them. "I don't want to do that!! Please!!!"
"Stay put, we are on our way" Data Plume responds into the radio, her voice not showing fear because it wasn't programmed into her model. "Just need a little more time ... Valuntas Station is falling apart"
Schwein grunts holding his side with a towel to stop the blood from his wound. A Xenomorph screams from inside the fire trying to break through the thick flames to finish it's kill. They all continue down the hall as the station shakes from all the collapsing. Aether speaks into the radio again, this time she sounds relieved instead of worried.
"Oh thank Celestia! I am seeing pods ejecting from Valuntas, ponies are getting off the station" Aether can be heard crying tears of joy to know that there is survivors on board the station getting off. "Ambulance Crafts, Escape Pods ... They are getting to safety!!"
"Are you finding anything on there?" Twilight speaks to Rahzzy as she pulls as hard as she can on one of the closed crates on board the crash site. "Where did you learn to read Black Boxes?"
Rahzzy looks up from the small screen he has hooked up to the deceased Android, wiping his eyes the Stallion chuckles to himself. Androids from the past all contained black boxes, the reason he knew how to read them. The stallion coughs before answering that question because his passed working with Mistilie had him doing a lot of things he isn't proud of.
"Well Twilight, I learned a lot of things about androids" Rahzzy smiles looking back at all the small screen of numbers as he scrolls through them. "I used to look through these to get access codes for places I was locked out of"
Twilight nods as she continues to pull on the container, however, with no luck she falls back onto her flank with a loud thud. The Alicorn rubs the top of her head as she tries her best not to get angry because this has been the third time she has fallen trying to get this stupid thing open. Rahzzy shakes his head, unsure what she planned to accomplish by opening that.
"I was able to find some data .." Rahzzy continues reading the numbers and dashes on the screen doing his best to discover what they mean. "They got off Valuntas while it was being purged. Around the same time you did, however, as I keep reading something went wrong"
Schwein rushes into the control room with wide eyes as the alarms become louder. Sparks flying past his head he pulls Aether out of the piloting chair for her own safety, he straps himself in to try and correct the issue but a second piece of debris smashes into the rear of the ship. Schwein's head smashes into the control panel of the chair and it almost knocks him out, however, he manages to keep himself awake.
"I tried to steer away from it, Schwein. It came out of nowhere!!" Aether screams in a squeak of fear, the two gasp as the windshield of the cockpit begins to glow a fire red. "We are going down!! We have no control!!" Aether tries to reach for the communication to communicate with Equis, however, sparks fly from the controls before she can get to it. Schwein pulls her away again taking her out of the cockpit and into the next room.
"Forget it!! We have to get to safety!!!" Schwein screams but he is unable to keep pulling the mare because of his injuries. The stallion and the mare are sent up to the ceiling as the ship flips over on it's back as it enters the atmosphere of the planet. "MOTHER!!!"
A robotic voice comes from the speakers, the artificial intelligence of the Aspheion speaks after being addressed by the stallion. Mother displays the altitude of the craft on a nearby screen for Schwein to see, Aether laying on the ceiling knocked out cold after being suddenly tossed up there.
"Two Minutes Til Impact ... Moral Commander Schwein" Mother says blankly but nopony can move as the ship spins out of control. Schwein tries to use his magic but all the blood rushing to his head he couldn't concentrate hard enough. "Sorry Schwein, I wish you the best of luck"
"You ... Have Been ... So much help!!" Schwein forces out those words sarcastically because previously Mother wasn't willing to collate. The altitude counts down and before impact Schwein looses consciousness before he can do anything to slow themselves down.
"Mother wasn't being compliant with the crew sense they originally took off" Rahzzy say out of nowhere, making Twilight fall over once again. Twilight yelps and smashes into the ground again groaning afterwards. "Was even more rebellious to the crew after the signal made by Mistilie" Rahzzy holds back a few tears after bringing up Mistilie, focusing back at the screen he continues reading. "Any luck with the crate, Twilight?"
"Maybe ... if I could a few seconds of silence!! I would have it open already" Twilight groans getting back up and looking at the crate again. A symbol that resembles a weapons crate is still visible and the alicorn wanted what might be inside. "Maybe keep the reading to yourself for a few?"
Schwein kneels down by the broken Android trying to get Plume back to life by rewiring her essentials. Krystal and Aether continue pushing on the only exit left on board the ship that wasn't hazardous or completely blocked by rubble. With every kick and push they don't get closer to achieving freedom, Krystal screams moving away from the door in frustration.
"There is no way I can get this open!" the Pegasus spits onto the ground, her spit containing droplets of blood. "The crash jammed the door shut. Is Data Plume coming back or is the bucket of bolts out of order?"
"Enough Krystal!!" Schwein snaps getting up, his hooves covered in white blood from the Android. "Keep working on that door while I get her working again. Aether, see if you can get back to the cockpit and call for help" Schwein stares down Krystal, the stallion having had enough of her through this rough journey.
"Somepony is going to find us ..." Aether whimpers, her hope has always been high. "They will come looking for us and we will be out of here"
Schwein and Krystal nod hearing that, even though they never agreed before. They all agree on one thing and that there is a chance that they will be rescued after the crash. In the back of Krystal's mind, however, she is worried that the disaster at Valuntas Station might overshadow their situation. Aether leaves the room through a cloud of smoke to begin trying to reach out to the outside world in hopes that somepony will be listening.
"There is a log ..." Rahzzy says quietly to himself before looking to Twilight Sparkle. The Alicorn was still working on the crate and it looks like she is actually getting closer to opening it. Rahzzy then stays quiet and begins talking to himself for now until Twilight gets that crate open. "They made s-several attempt to make contact with the outside, h-however .." the stallion chokes up as he looks through the records of success. "None of them ever left the shuttle ... they were pleading to nothing"
Rahzzy scrolls down on the screen and finds that the survivors of Aspheion Two made a total of Thirty attempts to call for help from the ponies on the outside. Tears roll down the stallion's cheek, these ponies worked so hard to prevent the first Xenomorph from breaking free around Equestria. Though when they needed help ... none of their messages would ever be heard from the ponies who needed to save them.
"I should be able to extract the audio" Rahzzy looks at his device and prepares it to play the intact entries. "There might be something in these calls for help. I have got to hear these ... They need to be heard" Rahzzy pulls on a headset and prepares himself for the audio from the calls for help.

"I will be there with open wings bud" Krystal forces out a these weak words that lack sounds dry from the lack of water. "You better be there too ... I don't wanna be there alone" Krystal can be heard crying softly with the group at her side as they huddle in the corner. Aether's soft voice chimes in weakly for she too was dying from the lack of food and water.
"I think I will be happy as long as I go with you" Aether sniffles probably still missing her family back home. "Maybe mome and dad will be there?"
"Of course sweetie, all of us will be there" Schwein assures the mare as they all begin to accept their fate. "You are sure that is Weyland? D-Did you put the letter in the safe?"
"I-its in the cockpit asshole" Krystal says trying to act tough but she knows she is going to miss Schwein. Almost at the same time, the group can be heard saying their final words, including Data Plume who sits with them as they begin to take their last breaths. All at once they say it ...
"I love you all~"
Twilight pulls open the safe and inside the safe is a single piece of paper. Rahzzy stopped Twilight moments ago after she got the weapons safe opened. Now that they are in the cockpit they stare into a safe at a single letter written by the crew in their last hours of life. Twilight shakes her head not entirely sure why this is needed because of the circumstances.
"How is this going to help us stop Weyland?" Twilight sighs lifting the note out with her magic and giving it to Rahzzy. Rahzzy's eyes are filled with tears after listening to the broadcasts earlier. "Did you learn something?"
"They figured something out ... they wanted it to be found or they wouldn't have locked it away" Rahzzy sniffles holding back his tears. "Open it!! Please!!!"
Opening the paper Twilight clears her throat and there is only an image of a pony inside, both their eyes widen not because of who the pony is, but who the phrase says it is supposed to be.

Mistilie gasps as she feels the Queen's magic grab her through the glass. The Android unable to fight back against the pure energy the Queen was using. The Mother looks at Mistilie Flare through the glass snarling aggressively, however, the Xenomorph releases the Android quickly but the tail of the mother remains glowing brightly with magic flowing through the Alien's body.
"How did they manage to capture you?" Mistilie steps back and looks up at the creature through the glass, admiring it's purity. "You have a lot of her traits ... magic and wings"
"She can do a lot more than that, Mistilie Flare" White Lightning's voice chimes in with a chuckle to follow. The stallion leaning on the wall near the exit, Mistilie turns around growling at the sight of him. "I knew you wouldn't reset, I built you that way after all"
Mistilie uses her magic to pick up a pipe that was left in the room from earlier. She readies herself for a fight, however, White Lightning doesn't move from the wall but instead uses his own magic to take the pipe out of the mares grasp and toss it to the side. Shaking his head he moves away from the wall and chuckles once again looking to the Android. The two now stand on opposite sides of the room staring down each other waiting for the other to strike first.
"The Queen is the only Xenomorph who refuses to listen!!" White laughs as he screams, this all being very amusing to him. "Hit me Mistilie! I KNOW YOU WANT TO DO THIS!!" White uses his magic to fling a pipe towards the mare but intentionally misses her. The pipe smashing into the ground near her and the stallion screams again picking up another item ready to throw it. "HIT ME!!! NOW!!"
"I never meant for my creation to be controlled!!" Mistilie growls again moving to the side as another item is tossed at her, however, the aim of White Lighting seems intentionally bad. "Wanna know what I think of the Queen Gene? My creatures shouldn't be contained or used this way!! I despise it!!"
White Lightning rolls his eyes and steps down from the stairs ripping a monitor from the wall and he throws it at the Queen Chamber glass. The monitor shattering and the pieces falling down onto the Android's back in a shower of debris. Mistilie grunts and rushes forward to get closer but she does not strike yet, wishing that she didn't have to fight him.
"Then hit me, Mistilie Flare!! I control your creatures!!" White Lightning takes out a pistol and aims it down at Mistilie's head ready to pull the trigger. "Do something!! You are worthless!! I prefer a Seegson Joe over you!! At least they know when to take action!"
"I know when to take action!!" Mistilie screams using her magic to grab a hold of the firearm. Pulling it out of White Lightning's grasp she turns the firearm pressing it against the stallion's gut. White's eyes widen from the sudden reaction, almost like he didn't fully expect this. Tears roll down Mistilie's cheeks as she screams at the Stallion in anger. "Why do you hate me!!?? Why did you create me!!!"
Pulling the trigger a bullet smashes into White Lightning causing the stallion to fall onto the ground. As he falls to the floor his blood immediately begins to pull, as his head bounces on the ground with great force. A green contact in the stallion's eye falls out of place and into the pool of blood. The stallion coughs up blood and he slowly begins to die, he uses his magic to pull the second contact from his other eyes and then tosses it away revealing he never actually had the gene. Mistilie's ears pin back as she hears White Lightning dying. Looking to the ground she uses her magic to pick up the contact. The Android's eye twitches and she looks to the stallion who lays on the ground.
"T-Thank you, Mistilie" White Lightning coughs, "N-Now you know baby."
Alien: Twilight's Children
"T-Thank you, Mistilie" White Lightning coughs, "N-Now you know baby."
The Queen screams after the gunshot smashing up against the glass trying to break through. Alarms begin to sound in the room filling the room with a red glow. Mistilie kneels down next to the stallion using her magic to pull his head up so he wouldn't choke on his own blood. The red light's shine down on the two and Mistilie shakes the stallion to keep him awake for some questions before he would pass.
"Where is it White?" Mistilie doesn't yell, The stallion is already dying and she has enough respect to not add to his suffering. She looks down at her father and holds back emotions like always. "Where is the gene? If you don't have it , who does Mr.Weyland?"
"M-Mistilie ..." White coughs trying not to tear up, after everything. "You say Mr.Weyland with so much confidence" White clenches his jaw closed holding back a scream of pain.
Mistilie narrows her eyes confused, the alarms ring louder and she can see the life in White Lightning's eyes fading quickly. The Android shakes the stallion again quickly to prevent him from closing his eyes. White stares up at the mare and he forces a smile, his teeth covered in his own blood. Reaching out to the Android he runs a hoof through her mane, the sound of soldiers nearing the chamber alert Mistilie. To buy some time the Android's eyes shift to a blue color as she links herself to the entrance of the chamber shutting it on the soldiers before they could enter. She turns her attention back to her father and shakes him one last time to wake him up, she uses her magic to lower the stallion's hoof.
"It has been said time and time again, Mistilie" White coughs and clenches his jaw again in pain. "Just when you think you have, Weyland. You never did to begin with"
"W-What!?" Mistilie's eye twitches and she uses her magic to pull the stallions head closer so she could express her anger. "What are you saying, White Lightning!!"
"I ... I am White Lightning, Part Time Science Division Employee of Weyland Yutani" White Lightning smiles and the remaining of his tears roll down his cheek. "Full Time Weyland Decoy ... hired to protect the identity of the company leader"
"No, No, NO!!" Mistilie lets go of the stallion's head realizing the situation, she looks down at the stallion again as she feels his hoof on her chest. "W-Where is she?"
"Mrs. Weyland? Getting ready to leave Equestria" White Lightning closes his eyes and a frown spreads across his muzzle. "When they told me not to get attached to my creation, it was a direct order to basically not love my own daughter" White Lightning's head goes limp and one last tear rolls down his cheek.
The alarms continue illuminating the room and the Xenomorph Queen stands in her chambers looking over to Mistilie Flare. The Queen's tail illuminating with magic ready for something, a large button near the chamber doors comes into Mistilie's sight. The bright red lights almost blinding her as she looks around the room to make sure she was still alone. All this time it was a lie, stepping over to the Queen Chambers Mistilie takes a deep breath letting it out in a long scream of pain. Though she took no physical injuries, her emotions were on the haywire with everything.
"Mrs. Weyland!!! I am coming for you!!!!" Mistilie looks into the glass, face to face with her creation. The Queen isn't snarling as if knowing what the Android was about to do. The large Xenomorph places one hand onto the glass and turns it's large head to face where the button was visible. Mistilie presses the button and quickly stands back in case something goes wrong. "Come on girl ... You are free"
The Queen pokes her head out from the chamber slowly, as if testing if it was safe for her to leave the prison she has spent this long inside of. The Xenomorph snarls as the top of her head begins pulsating with a magical glow, the glow starts as a violet glow. Mistilie's eyes flash again opening the doors and she quickly heads for the exit of the Queen's Chamber, the Xenomorph Queen watches as the Android leaves and she stomps towards the exit reaching out trying to catch the mare before she could escape. Mistilie leaps through the exit as the Queen is right behind, she smashes into the soldiers who were outside knocking them over.
"Hey stop her!! Open ... The Matriarch!!" The commander screams as his attitude the situation changes. "Retreat!!! Abort the Mission!!!" The Squad pulls themselves from the ground as the Queen Xenomorph smashes through the small door making her own exit. "RUN!!!"
The end of the Xenomorph's tail ignites with a magical glow and she tosses the squad out of the way breaking their bones as she smashes them through the hallway wall. Mistilie rushes as fast as she can, hearing the Xenomorph stomping down the hallway. Looking back she sees the Queen's magical aura change from violet to green, the same color of green that used to be inside Twilight Sparkle's eyes.

Rahzzy kicks open the door, the sound of hoof steps still very close behind as they are still being hunted by the Weyland Troops. Twilight aims her weapon behind her firing off a couple rounds to make the troops become a little more cautious when approaching. They both enter the lower area of the castle, worried that this is exactly where the troops wanted them to be. Rahzzy pulls out a flashlight and holds back the urge to puke as he sees a body laying on the ground.
"They have a hive under this place!!" Rahzzy moves around the body of Violet, her chest opened from the chestburster she had inside her. "This doesn't feel better than being chased by them!!"
"Do you wanna go back outside and get shot!?" Twilight screams as the push deeper into the hive, "Either way we go it feels like we are going to die, Rahzzy!!" Twilight aims her flashlight around to see if any Xenomorphs are hiding on the walls waiting for them to let down their guard.
"I don't wanna die period, Twilight" Rahzzy looks around as well, the though of Weyland having a base on top of a Xenomorph hive is unsettling. "Though if I had a choice, I think I would rather ..."
"If these things grab you, let them" Twilight shines her light into Rahzzy's eyes to catch his attention. "They won't torture you and it will be quick"
Just then a Xenomorph Drone comes slowly down the wall in front of them. The Alien hisses as it snakes down on all fours, once on the ground the Alien pushes itself up to a stand turning it's body to look at the two ponies. Twilight clicks on the flame attachment to the weapon she found on Aspheion aiming it at the creature. Rahzzy steps back, his ear twitches as he hears the hoofsteps of the soldiers entering the hive behind them.
"Twilight!!! I am feeling kind of fucked" Rahzzy turns around readying himself for the soldiers that would surely show up soon while the Xenomorph on the other side of them slowly, hesitantly moves closer to them. Twilight's jaw clenches up as she stares down the Xenomorph and hears the soldiers on the way. "What is the plan, Twilight? Or this our final chapter on Equestria?"
"This is not the end, Rahzzy" Twilight looks back while keeping her weapon aimed at the Xenomorph. "You just have to ..." Twilight goes silent as a familiar silence surrounds her. Twilight's eye twitches and the pink banks of her iris begin to shatter being replaced with the green bands of the Queen Gene. Twilight's head become light and the Xenomorph's attention seems to change, however, before Twilight realizes what is happening she falls to the ground.

"Fall Back!!! It's the Matriarch! " The soldiers tries to jump out of the way, however, the Queen grabs the stallion in mid jump. Shoving the upper half of the soldier in her mouth biting him in half before tossing away the body.
The mother looks down the hall at the escaping soldier's, the ponies responsible for many deaths around the world because of their orders are now running, pleading, and trying to survive. Mistilie is stuck in the crowd trying to get out as the Queen nears the group. She reaches out to grab one of the soldiers, the rest of them pound at the sealed door trying to get out. Mistilie looks at the lock and her eyes change color to hack into the door.
"Get the door open!! Please!!!" A stallion screams before being speared by the Queen's tail then being tossed away by the Matriarch. One by one the soldiers were being pulled away from the group by the tail of the Xenomorph Queen, Mistilie hacks open the door and the ponies rush through pleading for their lives.
The Queen screams as the door hisses open, the Xenomorph rushing forward trampling the ponies left behind and smashes through the wall with ease. The Queen wanting revenge for being locked in a cage, to the Matriarch this means that everypony must pay for it. Mistilie is about to follow the fleeing soldiers until a wooden plank smashes into her face knocking her down. Silver Star pulls the Android out of the room and into an elevator nearby. As the elevator door closes Mistilie can hear the Queen continuing her rampage
"I should have known White Lightning had other plans" Silver Star glares at the Android, Mistilie jumps up from the ground immediately trying to strike the Pegasus. Silver Star dodges out of the way making Mistilie hit the elevator wall and follows it up with a kick to the back of the Android's head with a hind hoof. "Don't try it! You don't have a fighting chance alone"
Mistilie groans turning around to look at the Pegasus, the pony doesn't show signs of weakness. Silver Star turns away as the elevator door opens stepping outside. Mistilie stumbles out of the elevator almost falling over, feeling dizzy after taking those blows in the elevator. Silver Star sits in a chair at a long table, she stares towards Mistilie waiting at the table. Moving forward the Android sits down to prevent herself from falling over and Silver Star doesn't hesitate and starts asking questions.
"Did he tell you the truth?" Silver takes a sip of water, remaining calm as she speaks. Almost like she feels her life isn't in danger. "What do you know, Mistilie Flare?"
"He doesn't have the Queen Gene ..." Mistilie growls looking over to Silver Star. "I am guessing that you do. All this time we were chasing a decoy"
Silver Star smiles and takes a sip of her water again, the mare nodding in response because she knows that there is no more reason to hide who she was. All this time the mare was the real leader, Mrs. Weyland. The Pegasus pushes herself out of her seat and walks over to Mistilie with a smile spread across her muzzle. Placing a hoof on the Androids head she starts petting her on the head as if she was a pet.
"Creator of the Xenomorph's, I expected better" Silver Star giggles , however, is cut short as Mistilie's hoof smashes into her nose knocking her back. "Bitch!! You don't stand a chance alone! What did I tell you!!!" Silver Star flares her wings ready to take flight for an air advantage if she is to fight the Android. "You know who I am, Flare!?"
"Yeah ... I just don't give a shit" Mistilie jumps onto the table top and leaps for the Pegasus tackling her to the ground, however, is pushed off as Silver uses her hind hooves to kick her away.
Flapping her wings the Pegasus flies forward doing a drop kick into the Androids face knocking her into a nearby wall, Mistilie smashes up against the wall falling over. Before she can get back up though, Silverstar flies over and lands on top of the Androids back stomping down with all her might cracking the floor below. Mistilie's horn glows and she tosses the Pegasus off of her back and she gets back up, greeted by Silver Star's back hooves again smashing into her side knocking her down. With every attempt to get up, this would be the result as Silver refuses to let the Android stand. Mistilie screams laying on the ground, she gets up once more but this time catching the Pegasus with her magic and tossing her to the floor with a loud thud. Silver Star slides across the marble floor until she bumps the large glass wall that shows the outside world.
"Not bad ... for a bucket of bolts" Silver Star says as she gets back up from the ground, the Pegasus presses a button on her vest as she takes deep breaths. Mistilie watches as the saddle bag opens up with a press of the button, the saddle bag being a weapon for her wings. Opening up the device connects to the back of her wings stretching out to cover the tips of her wings with sharp knives. "It won't be that easy!! I won't let you stop me, Android!!"
Silver jumps up taking flight again towards Mistilie, avoiding the knives the android dodges the attack letting the Pegasus shove the blades into the wall getting her wings stuck for a brief moment to allow her to kick the mare in the back to try and deactivate the weapon. Silver growls after being hit and rips her wings from the way spiraling around to try and hit Mistilie again. Dodging away, however, the blades only cut away the tip of the front of the Androids mane.
"I might loose! I am going to try anyways!" Mistilie rushes ahead as she screams, she knocks the Pegasus back again into the glass cracking it. Standing near the glass Mistilie looks through to see what was outside and a grin spreads across her face. "You are coming with me, Weyland!!"
Mistilie pushes with all her might up against the glass while holding onto Silver Star with her magic, the glass shatters and the wind causes the two to loose their balance and fall. Mistilie keeping focus to hold onto the Pegasus as they both fall through the window and down towards the level below. The two ponies smashing through a pane of glass of the ceiling of the next level, smashing onto the ground the two are both almost knocked out from the fall. Silver Star looks up to see where they have landed. Mistilie groans as she slowly gets up from the fall recovering faster thanks to her being an Android.
Silver Star groans and pushes herself up slowly looking towards the Android. The two take heavy breaths after the fall, this fight far from over. This is just the beginning and the two ready themselves for round two. Mistilie Flare's eyes shift to the color blue this time ready to use the environment they were in to her advantage as she hacks into a nearby doors sealing them shut. Silver Star looks around once again spreading her bladed wings to see where they have landed. Quickly coming to realization that there are deactivated androids all around them, however, one by one they would begin waking up all the soldiers sharing one detail, Mistilie's Eye Color.
"Shall we, Mistilie?" Silver Star shrugging off that the Androids were currently being hacked to fight against her. "Shall we?"

"Let go of me!! I am with her!! TWILIGHT!!" Rahzzy screams pleading for his life being pinned down by a Xenomorph Drone. Twilight's eyes slowly open hearing these screams, her eyes filled with the Queen Gene once again she looks up from the ground to see what was going on. "Help Me!!"
The Xenomorph holds the stallion's head still as it open's it's maw for a finishing blow with it's dagger tongue. The stallion closes his eyes not knowing that Twilight is awake, the Drone screams and the tongue shoots out from the Xenomorph's mouth but the sound of Twilight's voice causes the creature to stop just before the tongue was about to puncture the stallion's head.
"Stop!! Let.Him.Go" Twilight's eyes widen as she sees the Xenomorph let go of the stallion letting him fall back to the ground. Looking around she sees that while she was out that the Xenomorph took care of the soldiers who were hunting her previously."Leave!! Get out of here!" Twilight screams at the Alien and immediately the creature snarls and runs away down the hallways of the hive in search of new prey.
"Twilight!! The Gene!!" Rahzzy gets up coughing as he panics. "You have it back!?"
Before she can answer a loud explosion shakes the lower part of the castle, the two rush to a nearby exit and head outside to see where it was coming from. Looking up at the castle the structure now billows black smoke as if it one of the reactors inside overheated and self destructed. Twilight opens her wings ready to fly up to the smoke to get inside, Rahzzy rushes up and is grabbed by the Alicorns magic.
"We are going up there, Rahzzy!" Twilight takes flight pulling Rahzzy along by holding him with her magic. Rahzzy screams as he is taken along high up into the air. Twilight focuses as she enters the thick smoke and she spots a way to get inside, the explosion ripping holes through out the structure.
"Why are we doing this? We should be going the opposite direction now that we are safe" Rahzzy having second thought on being at Weyland Castle. "What are we doing, Twilight?"
"This is what I fight for .." Twilight lands and turns around setting the stallion on the ground with her magic. "We know they are here. We might never have this chance again, Rahzzy"
Rahzzy closes his eyes and nods agreeing with her. With everypony around them dying and Weyland getting away with it all. She is right to think this way, they might never get this chance again to strike back. With the Queen Gene back Twilight will be able to use the aliens inside the complex to help them.

How To Say Goodbye
"We have to get to her, Twilight!!" Rahzzy rushes out of the security room grabbing one of the rifles from the ground. Twilight looks at the security footage, seeing Mistilie alive sparking a fire inside of Rahzzy,Twilight looks away picking up her weapon and following the stallion out of the room. The fire outside from the explosion blasts hot air in their face as they exit heading down the hallway. "I think it is this way!! I can't believe she is alive!!"
"Slow down, Rahzzy" Twilight reaches out having to use her wings to keep up with him. "You could get killed rushing in unprepared"
Twilight and Rahzzy are stopped as the door in front of them is sealed shut by Mistilie's hack. Twilight moves Rahzzy out of the way and aims her flame thrower at the panel by the door pulling the trigger in an attempt to fry the circuit open. On the other side Mistilie dodges the swings of Silver Star's bladed wings, Mrs. Weyland easily taking out the other Androids that Mistilie previously had control of. Silver jumps forward head butting the Android until the mare is knocked to the ground, Silver closes her wings and stand over the downed mare.
"I WARNED YOU!!" Silver Star screams stomping a hoof down onto the Android's chest. "You don't stand a chance alone!!" Silver reopens one of her wings and readies it to shove the blades into Mistilie's chest to finish this.
Just then a gunshot echoes from above, a bullet smashes into the floor by Silver Star's hooves. Silver backs away looking up to see where it came from, Rahzzy lowers his weapon and jumps down from the balcony, followed by Twilight Sparkle. The Pegasus raises a brow but she still doesn't look scared or even worried for her life. Rahzzy stomps a hoof as he moves forward and he screams.
"Get away from her!!" Rahzzy aims his weapon, however, isn't fast enough to pull the trigger. Silver Star kicks the weapon from his magical grasp before using her bladed wings to attack. Luckily the stallion dodges the attacks but looses his weapon. "What the ... How did you do that!?"
Twilight steps in the way flaring her wings to block Silver from attacking Rahzzy again, the alicorn's horn glowing brightly with magic and all Silver Star does is stare at the Alicorn's green eye color.
"Rahzzy!! Get Mistilie out of here!!!" Twilight screams picking up Silver Star and throwing her into a wall with her powerful magic. "I will take care of ... whoever this is!! This Bitch!!!"
Twilight takes flight flying over to where she through Silver, Rahzzy rushes over to the Android helping her up from the ground and attempting to flee to the exit. As soon they near the exit they are stopped, the Xenomorph Queen smashes through the wall with a roar. The Matriarch looks to Rahzzy and Mistilie reaching out towards them to attack. Rahzzy yelps and rushes back to the center of the room to try and escape the Queen. Mistilie uses her eyes to open a small container that used to hold one of the deactivated Androids.
"Rahzzy!?" Twilight looks back as her attention changes as the Queen enters the room. Twilight only looks away for a second and Silver Star takes advantage smashing both hooves into the alicorns chest knocking her away and they both take flight. "What is wrong with you? Who are you!?" Twilight screams and puts her attention back to Silver Star, multitasking being to dangerous.
"Twilight!! Watch out!!" Rahzzy screams as he is pulled inside the container to protect him, Mistilie by his side as they are both locked inside the thick glass. "Oh Celestia!!"
The Queen stomps to the container picking it up from the ground, the Xenomorph using it's tail to try and cut open the glass like a tin can. The glass begins to crack as the Queen presses her head onto the glass trying to get to the ponies inside. Rahzzy aims his weapon, however, Mistilie's magic pulls the weapon from the stallion magical grasp so he wouldn't weaken the glass with is gunfire.
Twilight wrestles the Pegasus to the ground using her magic throwing the mare to the ground. Getting on top of the mare she holds her still in attempt to end the fight, Twilight hears the sound of the Queen attempting to get to her friends and she almost looses focus. Silver Star kicking again but not getting out of the Alicorn's hold.
"Who are you!? Why are you doing this?" Twilight screams putting more pressure onto the mare, however, the sound of shattering glass draws the Alicorn's attention away from the fight. Turning around and getting off of Silver Star, Twilight reaches out with her magic to grab the Queen by the tail.
"Stop it!! Leave them alone!!!" Twilight pleads to the Queen, using her magic to grab a hold of the Matriarch's tail to pull on her. "STOP!!!"
The Queen hisses looking back when she hears the voice of her host. The Queen snarls not letting go of the container, however, she does stop beating on it trying to get inside. Twilight's eyes glow green to try and reason with the mother. Rahzzy and Mistilie both look from the container at this. The Queen starts to calm down as her host reaches out in reason for the Matriarch to stop, however, suddenly the Xenomorph screams in pain dropping the container as she falls to the ground in pain.
"NOOOOO!!!" Rahzzy screams pressing up against the glass, pounding on the glass he screams louder at what he is seeing unfold. "Twilight!! Noooo!!!"
Twilight falls to the ground as blood collects on her side, Silver Star standing above the alicorn after using her bladed wings to stab the alicorn from behind while she was distracted trying to free her friends. The Queen screams in pain as if connected to Twilight's suffering. Rahzzy breaks out of the container, Mistilie tries to stop him with no luck. Rahzzy is tripped by the huge tail of the Queen as the Xenomorph gets up from the ground. Quicker than anypony can react the Xenomorph sprints forward picking up Silver Star. The Pegasus screams in surprise as the Queen smashes through a wall carrying the Pegasus away.
"Rahzzy!! Twilight!!" Mistilie screams as she stumbles out of the container trying to get to them. "Is she okay!? Twilight!!" For the first time, the Android's voice is full of fear for the Alicorn's safety.

"WARNING!! SYSTEMS UNSTABLE!!" A robotic voice echoes through the control room, Scootaloo takes a few deep breaths trying to stay strong. The guards in the room keep track of all the controls in the room and there wasn't anything she could do alone to get rid of the guards. Scootaloo closes her eyes and holds back tears remembering back when she was on Valuntas Station.
"Twilight will be back soon ... right, Mr.Will?" Scootaloo looks up from the ground at the large Minotaur as he sits in his chair listening to the radio. Everything going to hell fast, however, he disconnects from the radio as soon as the filly was trying to get his attention.
"Yes, of course she will be" Iron Will clears his throat as he is actually having second thoughts about this whole thing. "Why do you ask little one?"
Scootaloo sniffles and shakes her head trying not to cry. Iron Will looks down at the little filly with a frown before he picks her up setting her on his lap. As a captain he is supposed to help others, however, he has been sitting in this room practically the whole time but now that a child is crying something clicks inside of him.
"What is wrong, Scoot?" Iron Will forces a smile to help the filly feel better, maybe if she saw he was happy she might cheer up.
"I don't think I can be brave like her!! I don't want her to be so worried about me all the time" Scootaloo sniffles, however, Iron Will catches her attention with a photo he pulls up of himself as a kid.
"I didn't want to be dependent on others too" Iron Will chuckles turning her head to look at the screen. "Would you believe it if I told you I was the weakest of my class? I needed others to fight my battles, but little did I know that my strength came in a different form" Iron Will chuckles again and pats the filly on top of the head taking off his captain's hat and placing it on her head. "You're strength will come when you least expect it. So captain!! What shall we do next?"
Scootaloo screams kicking over a garbage can to cause one of the trigger happy guards to shoot in her direction. Second later the sound of thumping in the ventilation above causes the chaos. Scootaloo gets up from her hiding place as the Xenomorph drops down from above onto one of the guards shoving it's claws into the ponies eye sockets, the runner leaps up onto a desk leaping over Scootaloo as she runs towards the control panel. Gunfire flies around the room ripping up the desks and nearly hitting the filly.
"Kill it!! ARRRGGG!!!" The stallion falls to the ground as the runner tackles him to the ground killing him quickly with it's dagger tongue. Another soldier aims but the tail of the creature knocks the firearm away and the Xenomorph shoves the tail into the soldier's chest
Scootaloo doesn't cry, she stays in focus heading for the purging control panel. Once she reaches it the sound of the last stallion's dying scream fills her ears. The Runner hisses and turns towards the filly beginning it's approach towards the small pony with an open mouth, drool dropping onto the floor below.
"Twilight ... I know I am not as strong as you" Scootaloo whispers to herself hearing the Xenomorph approach from behind her. "I hope you are okay, I hope you are safe, and I love you. The mother I never had but I am happy to have known"
The Runner presses it's lips onto the fillies head and hisses, Scootaloo opens her eyes no longer scared of the creature. She looks down at her chest and places a hoof over her heart as movement from inside causes the Runner to spare the filly. The Runner returning to the ventilation shafts where it came from.
"I love you all~" Scootaloo smiles as blood begins to collect in her mouth, pressing down on the buttons on the panel until the purge sequence activates. The purge beginning with the room she was sitting inside of, the flames from the explosion almost immediately hitting her from behind taking her away.
"Where to now Captain"

The Fall
Silver Star smashes up against the wall as the explosion tosses her to the other side of the room. The Queen breaks through the wall looking for the Pegasus through the flames that spread through out the castle. Hissing the Xenomorph holds her side as if she was stabbed, still feeling Twilight Sparkle's. Silver coughs as smoke begins to fill her lungs, the sound of her coughs drawing the attention of the Matriarch.
"You think I can't here you? You shouldn't ... have done that. My only question for you now. Was it worth it? Everything you have done to us?" The Queen reaches out focusing where she could hear the coughing coming from, frustration flows over the alien's body when she discovers Silver Star hiding in another room. "I was hoping this would be easy"
Silver Star screams as the Xenomorph's tail smashes through the door knocking it down, with one hand the Queen reaches in side scratching the walls reaching for the Pegasus. Silver Star tries to use her bladed wings to attack the hand but she is grabbed pulled out of the room by the Xenomorph Queen. Silver Star stares at the Queen as she is brought face to face with the Matriarch.
"Stop!! I have nothing for you, Mother!!!" Silver Star kicks and screams, however, even now while in the creatures grasp she doesn't seem too worried. "Matriarch!! You want your children to yourself!?"
"Stop screaming!! There is nothing for you" The Queen roars into the mare's face, her thick spit landing all over Silver's body. "I enjoy what I have seen ... though there is one of your kind I can't allow to be in pain" The Queen tilts her head as she raises her sharp tail for a finishing blow.
An explosion ignites in the room knocking the Queen to the side and she drops Mrs. Weyland. The Pegasus takes this opportunity to try and flee, however, she is stopped as two Praetorian Xenomorph's drop down into the room with open jaws ready to strike. Silver Star flares her wings ready to fight but her hope for a chance fades as Runners, Drones, and Warriors all enter the room from where the Praetorian's arrived. They all begin to growl and hiss, ready to protect their Queen from danger.
"I am in control!! You can't do this!!" Silver Star dodges as one of the Xenomorph's leap forward. Using her bladed wings she cuts the leaping Alien across it';s neck and luckily none of the acid blood gets on her directly. "Dammit, Dammit, SHIT!!" Silver Star rolls on the ground as another Alien tries to attack, dodging she quickly removes the blades from her wings as the acid blood melts them away.
Looking to one of her Xenomorphs the Queen reaches out for the Runner to climb up on her wrist. She looks to Silver Star as the Pegasus successfully dodges the other Aliens, showing no signs of being winded. "Children!! Surround it! Stop giving her room to move" The Matriarch roars and the Aliens around change formation to make a circle around Silver.
The Queen feeling that the Pegasus wants to feel in control but the Xenomorph knows that isn't possible. Stomping forward the Queen flicks her wrist sending the Runner from before forward to tackle to mare.
"Hold her down ... this thing is mine" The Queen snarls to every Xenomorph around as the Runner pins the Pegasus to the ground. "Was it worth it?"
"You got what you wanted, Mistilie Flare!! They win!!" Silver Star kicks and screams in rage, "The Xenomorphs win!! Equestria is over!!"
The Queen leans down pressing her large fangs onto the pony, the spit dropping down onto her face nearly getting in her eyes making everything blurry and hard to see. As the spit slowly covers the Pegasus's eyes, the Matriarch uses one of her fingers to remove the slime from Silver's face. As if the Queen wants the mare to see every second of what is about to happen, as the Queen sniffs the Pegasus the Xenomorphs become less energetic as if something was lacking in this kill the Queen was about to make.
"Do it mother!! Show your children what it is like .. to be alive" Silver Star smiles knowing the Queen knows the truth. "Do it!! I can tell you understand ... you are smarter than the children you command"
"I am not willing to share these children with anyone. Though I also cannot allow my host to be harmed and she must live" The Queen snarls and begins pressing her tail into the chest of the mare, "I am not really ending a life."
The Queen roars and uses her tail to move the Runner out of the way, removing her tail for a moment to reach down and pick up the mare. Turning the mare around the Queen shoves her tail through the Pegasus, White blood sprays from the now revealed Android. The deeper the tail goes the more blood comes out of the Pegasus's mouth, with two hands the Matriarch begins to pull in opposite directions until the Android splits in half, each half being tossed in different directions to the floor.
"I was ... never here to begin with" The android says before going offline, the Queen roars up to the ceiling and the fire around her spread faster. The Queen stomps away from the area smashing through a wall, it was time for her and the children to leave, not going to be apart of this falling prison.

The fire is so intense, Rahzzy and Mistilie using their magic to move Twilight down the hallway. Mistilie using her eyes to navigate to the spacecraft that White Lightning mentioned before his death. The one that Silver Star was going to use to get off of Equestria. After everything, it is clear that Equestria is lost. It seems the Xenomorphs have finally won and that leaving the planet behind is the only remaining option.
"Are we almost there!! I think she is dying!!" Rahzzy cries out, his tears falling to the floor as they walk. "Twilight please!! Not after everything"
Mistilie opens the doors in front of them using her new abilities to move as fast as possible. The Android focusing on one thing, one thing only. Getting Twilight Sparkle out of this hell and into that spaceship. Rahzzy starting to loose his grip, however, entering the next room they are greeted with one hell of a roadblock.
"You ... have to be kidding me" Rahzzy gulps as they are greeted with a room full of Xenomorphs, the aliens huddling in the room as if waiting for the structure to fall. The Xenomorphs looking over too the two who are carrying the injured Twilight Sparkle.
"Just keep moving, Rahzzy. Twilight can't tell them to stop!" Mistilie uses her magic to push back one of the Xenomorphs as it leaps forward to protect Twilight. "Get back!!"
The Xenomorphs rush from their position and begin trying to get to the alicorn, however, Mistilie uses everything she can to prevent that. Pushing them back as they leap, shutting doors as they duck inside. Rahzzy letting go of the Alicorn for brief moments to use a fire spell to repel the Aliens as they attempt to strike
"Quickly!! There is the exit!!" Mistilie pulls as hard as she can to get Twilight Sparkle to the exit, however, something stops her. "Rahzzy!!"
"Mistilie!!!" Rahzzy screams as a few Xenomorphs grabbed his hind hooves trying to pull him back into the room, Mistilie let's go of Twilight and rushes over to the stallion using her magic to try and pull the Aliens off of him. "Mistilie I am sorry!! For everything!!!"
"Shut up!! Don't talk like that!!" Mistilie looks into the Stallion's eyes as she tries to free him, the aliens keeping a tight grip on his hooves. Mistilie looks back to make sure that Twilight is safe, the body of the Alicorn remaining motionless but safe. She starts to loose grip as more of the aliens gang up pulling against the mare's magic to kill Rahzzy.
"Mistilie ... I am sorry" Rahzzy's voice softens and he uses his magic to pull the mare closer to him. He plants a kiss on the mares lips, Mistilie's face turns red as the Stallion pulls away from the kiss as the Aliens pull harder on him. "I can love an Android. I should have said something sooner"
Mistilie screams giving one more tug on the stallion, hearing those words sparking something inside of her that she didn't know how to use. With one more tug she does it, pulling the Stallion out of the Xenomorph's grip she manages to free him and the door slowly hisses shut closing the aliens inside away from them.
"Thank You Rahzzy ..." Mistilie takes a deep breath and pulls his head back in for one more kiss. "I needed to hear that. A long time ago"
The building shakes and rumbles as more explosions erupt through the structure, They both get up with red faces and return to Twilight.
"We should get going though!! Now!!" Rahzzy screams and the hanger to the spaceship., is just up ahead. "NOW, NOW, NOW!!"

Twilight Signing Out
"Twilight signing in ..." The computer terminals screen lights up and starts recording the alicorns face for a virtual message to her parents. Twilight takes a deep breath and after a couple beeps the monitor begins to record her.
"Hi mom! Just arriving at Valuntas Station. I wanted to leave you a message before we begin traveling. Everything has been going great, docked in one peace. I still have space sickness, like I discussed in my last message" Twilight bats her eyes as she looks at herself in the terminal. Twilight places a hoof on the screen as she gets closer to the screen missing her parents. Her violet colored eyes glistening from the light radiating off the LCD screen. "I'm sure I will get used to it soon."
Several ponies begin to walk passed from behind,Twilight looks back and uses one of her wings to cover the screen so her message wasn't completely ruined before she could send it because of this commotion.
"See you soon, I have to go now." she smiled delicately as the screen turns off. Bringing the recorded message to it's end,ready to be sent.
"Hello Valuntas , I'm ready to see you again" she was worried. This was the first time she was ever invited to the workplace of her friend, Sunset Shimmer. Ears pinned back and tail tucking between her legs as she walks, passing many ponies as she moved down the hall. At the end stood Sunset who was for once not wearing her uniform. "Sunset, Sunset over here~!"
Twilight's eyes open, she is laying on a bed inside a spacecraft. The sound of flames seep into the alicorn's ears and she discovers that soon she is alone. Rahzzy and Mistilie are nowhere to be seen, however, something tells her that something is very wrong. Forcing herself to get up she uses her magic to pick up a revolver that lays nearby her bed, looking at the metal it reminds her of the one she found on Valuntas Station so many years ago.
"Rahzzy ... Mistilie ..." Twilight almost falls to the ground, at least now she was all bandaged up on her wound. Stepping outside the craft it doesn't take long to discover the truth of where her friends were. Twilight looks up weakly at her friends who are tied up on the ground with a shotgun pointed at their heads.
"Good Morning, Twilight Sparkle~" Sunset Shimmer uses her magic to cock the weapon, Twilight gasps seeing the Unicorn again. "Everyone was beginning to wonder if you would ever wake up"
"Sunset Shimmer!!??" Twilight yelps confused seeing her holding the other at gunpoint. "What are you doing!? This isn't like you!"
Before the unicorn can answer the question, Silver Star steps down from a stairway nearby. Twilight looks to the Pegasus remembering she is responsible for these wounds. The Pegasus presses a button on her vest and this causes a second familiar face to come out after her, Iron Will. Sunset Shimmer gives a little wave as the seemingly emotionless version of Iron Will comes out wielding another shotgun.
"Don't worry, Twilight" Silver Star grins and soon her grin causes her to laugh. She holds a hoof over her chest as her laugh grows louder. Wiping a tear from her eye the Pegasus point's a hoof at the Alicorn. "I just thought it would be nice to bring them back. I did my research and these two are just who I want to end your life!! Get off my ship!!!!"
"When somepony tries to block!! SHOW THEM THAT YOU ROCK!!!!" Iron Will takes aim unloading his first clip towards Twilight Sparkle. Twilight casts a spell to shield herself from the gunfire and she ducks into the hull of the ship. "OH YEAH!!! LETS GET ANGRY!!!"
"You missed dumbass" Sunset Shimmer steps up the ramp of the spacecraft looking inside to find Twilight, however, she is stopped as her weapon glows purple from the alicorns magic and it is used to smash into the Clone Sunset's face like a club. "What the fuck!! PAIN!! Bitch"
"I won't let you kill my friends!" Twilight screams using her shield again as Iron Will takes aim. "I don't wanna fight you! I will if I have too!!"
Twilight's mane begins to flow as she charges up her magic. Twilight's eyes fill with green and that color fills every corner of her eyes as she grows angry with her old friends. Iron Will rushes forward alongside Sunset Shimmer to try and interfere with Twilight, however, before they can get close enough a large magical burst exits Twilight's body sending them back down to the floor. Silver Star covers her eyes and her ears pin back as that magical wave causes every Xenomorph to scream in the distance. Twilight points a hoof at Silver Star and this time she is the one grinning, she even giggles slightly knowing what she is about to do.
"What the hell is she doing!!??" Iron Will aims his weapon, the alicorn is floating off the ground without the use of her wings. He watches as the alicorn point's towards them with her hoof and then Twilight gives the command.
"All Xenomorphs to me!! To me and attack!!" Twilight uses her magic to untie her friends, all these years she has held back her magic because she was afraid. Now her and the Queen Gene compliment each other. Twilight grins and her mouth now has two sharp, long, and deadly fangs that closely resemble a Xenomorph's.
"Hey!! What the!!" Iron Will aims his weapon towards Rahzzy but the stallion uses his magic to shoot a quick burst of fire into the Minotaur's face. "No!! Not like this!!"
The Xenomorph's bust into the room, all of them sprinting forward towards Iron Will, Sunset Shimmer, and Silver Star. Mistilie and Rahzzy are quick to run over to Twilight as the Alicorn lowers herself back down to the ground near the spacecraft. Iron Will unloads a few round's into some of the aliens, however, he isn't quick enough and several of the Drones begin to overwhelm him. Sunset Shimmer grabs a hold of her leader, Silver Star and pulls her closer to the only space ship available. That spacecraft's engines were starting up as Rahzzy and the others got inside and turned it on.
"We cannot let them escape!!" Silver Star screams and the two quickly run inside the spacecraft to try and stop the group from escaping. "Get Twilight!!"

The cockpit shakes as Sunset Shimmer pulls Rahzzy out of the cockpit with a weapon pointed agains't his head. Mistilie shakes her head and uses her magic to pull the unicorn off of the stallion and punches forward knocking Sunset's head against the wall of the ship. Twilight looks over to the fight, her eyes still filled with green and a grin still on her face. The Xenomorph's outside rock the spacecraft back and fourth trying to knock it over.
"Get her away from me!" Rahzzy screams as the gun is pointed back towards his head. Mistilie trying her best to keep the gun away but Sunset Shimmer was a fighter and used her weapon as a club to knock the Android away. "Oh shit!!"
"Any last words Stallion?" Sunset Shimmer grunts pointing the weapon onto his head, "ARRRRRRGGG!!" Sunset Shimmer screams as she feels Twilight's fangs bite down into her neck. The alicorn pulls her back down to the opened door turning her Sunset's back towards the exit. "Twilight!! Please!!"
"I would like to believe you were the real Sunset Shimmer" Twilight glares at the clone that is programmed to kill with disapproving eyes. "I can't take that chance!!" Twilight uses one hoof to kick the mare out of the exit and into the pile of Xenomorph's waiting outside.
Turning back to the inside of the ship, Twilight get's punched by the Pegasus but it feels weaker than what Twilight remembers and it only stumbles her. Looking up at the Pegasus, the Alicorn bares her new fangs and lunges forwards pushing her against the ship walls.
"Who are you!! Why did you do all of this!?" Twilight screams, demanding answers. "Explain to me now!!"
Silver star gasps and coughs from loosing her breath, she was real, not an android like the last one. She reaches out looking into the alicorns eyes before she even starts to speak. Twilight glares and the loud footsteps of something outside the ship brings a smile to the Alicorns face.
"I am Silver Star ... I see no reason to hide it anymore. I am the true leader of Weyland Yutani" Silver Star gulps and coughs still being held against her will. "I wanted the Xenomorph for the weapons division. After Mistilie made the threat to unleash them onto our world, I have been hunting for them"
"What!! What about White Lightning!!??" Twilight screams slamming the Pegasus against the wall again angry. "You are Weyland!?"
"He was a decoy!!" Silver Star pleads not wanting to be tossed around. "Somepony hired to protect my identity!! Just like everypony in this situation!! EXPENDABLE!!"
"You aren't giving me many reasons to spare you, Weyland" Twilight growls and the engines of the ship start up and the ship begins to rise from the ground for take off. "I would kill you here ... but"
Twilight lets go of the mare and turns away, Silver Star smiles feeling spared by the Alicorn. Twilight begins to wobble as she looses her strength the power of the Queen Gene starting to weaken her. Silver Star is about to leave when she feels a magical grip tighten around her.
"You wanted the Xenomorphs?" Twilight says softly, almost to herself but Silver Star could hear.
"No Twilight!! The world needs me!!" Silver Star pleads and before anything else she is tossed out the door of the craft, Twilight looks out the door and watches as the Xenomorphs begin to surround the evil mare.
"There is no world that needs you ... Weyland" Twilight closes the door and returns to her friends, while below the Xenomorph Queen stomps over to the downed mare growling in anger as she recognizes the face of the pony.
"We meet again ... for real this time ... stay back children, this thing is mine" The Queen reaches out and grabs the mare by the head and begins to examine the Pegasus. Silver Star screams for help but there is no life on Equestria available to help anymore. The Xenomorphs scream in rejoice as the Queen looks around holding the last host the hive will need to harvest. "I won't kill you .. yet"
The ship begins to ascend into the sky, still visible from the ground below. Twilight's eyes begin to return to normal and the Alicorn looks very sick from the power she was just using. Falling to the ground the mare closes her eyes to rest them, it was finally over, for Equestria.
Looking up to the craft the Xenomorph doesn't command an attack, she doesn't order the Winged Drones to swoop in. She just watches as the ship holding her host reaches for the stars and allows it, the Queen lowers her head and lets out a long saddened hiss as if saying goodbye too Twilight Sparkle.
"Goodbye Host"

"Everything ... All that we did to stop them from getting onto Equestria" Twilight looks up from the bed to Mistilie Flare as she sits by the bed next to her. "I still feel like doing it, even if it is for nothing, nopony will hear me this time"
Mistilie smiles and her ears pin back, this is everything she wanted but she is glad to know that at least Twilight and Rahzzy are survivors of the Alien Parasite that she created. Mistilie looks out the window at the planet in the distance, it used to be full of life but now it is a lifeless planet. Everything on the surface will be gone in a couple years, the Xenomorphs will make the planet their permanent home and nothing left will survive. Not like there were any ponies left alive after the last couple of days, with the attacks and the aliens themselves.
"We were never meant to survive, Twilight Sparkle" Mistilie places a hoof on the bed and frowns. "All this time you tried stopping them from infecting Equestria, however, I think getting off that rock is the best thing we could have done"
"I am still going to do it, Mistilie." Twilight looks to the mirror and opens her mouth looking at her Xenomorph fangs. "I don't wanna believe there is nothing left"
"I won't stop you ... just know that if nopony answers" Mistilie reaches out and places a hoof on the alicorns head and smiles again. "I will be here with you, as a friend, til your last breath"
Twilight nods, Mistilie being the lucky of the three for not being able to age and would surely outlive the rest of them. Twilight lifts the radio to her mouth and activates it sending out a signal that would probably go nowhere. She thinks of what to say, what could she say, and would it all be pointless?
"This ... is Twilight Sparkle, Survivor of the Equestrian Infestation" Twilight takes a deep breath and keeps holding onto the button of the radio. "I am on board a Weyland Yutani space craft, leaving the Equine sector of our system. We are willing to drift for months to get as far away as we can"
Twilight looks out the window as Equis gets further away, being left behind to be forgotten. She looks to Mistilie and Rahzzy who are sitting discussion, something. The Alicorn sucks up her tears and chokes out the last few words of her broadcast.
"I wish things could have been different ... b-but we were not meant to win this fight" Twilight coughs and clears her throat to speak more. "We are alive, We are hoping, We are waiting ... I don't wanna sit here alone. I know you are out there! Twilight Sparkle"
Twilight looks down at the radio and it remains blank, no notification of it being received anywhere in the Equine Band of the system. She closes her eyes and sucks up her tears one last time.
"Signing Out"
One light on the radio blinks, The message being received
Alien: Twilight's Children
Twilight stares out the window into the blackness thinking back to everything she did back on Equis. Everything she did before Valuntas Station, Before Fortwaid, Before the Fall, and Before the Xenomorphs. The shuttle continues to float deeper into the blackness of space, however, the shuttle isn't meant for long travel and already is low on fuel. Twilight closes her eyes pushing out a few tears one last time for everything, getting up from her bed she heads for the door. The Alicorn looks to the floor, feeling sick from the space travel, even now she still suffers from space travel. Stepping through the door she is greeted by Rahzzy, the stallion suffers from some close calls. Scratches on his side and front legs, some light acid burns on his neck and hind leg. These injuries will heal over time and it is obvious to Twilight he is thankful to be alive. The stallion has a smile on his face again.
"Whoa Rahzzy, you look as bad as I feel" Twilight giggles and lightly she pokes his chest with one front hoof. The Alicorn peaks over the stallions shoulder to the door leading to the bridge. "Is she ready to talk with me?"
"Nope, Ha Ha" Rahzzy steps out of the way and allows the Alicorn to step past, "Go ahead Twilight, I think it is time you two talk. I will be checking on the radio while you chat"
"Thank you, Rahzzy ..." Twilight says softly moving to the door reaching out with a hoof to trigger the door to open for her. Stepping inside the Alicorn looks around to find her, "Mistilie?"
The android rests against the wall, the robotic mare also suffering from losses of her own alongside the injuries she earned fighting Silver Star and trying to escape Equis. Mistilie doesn't respond and keeps her eyes closed, Twilight moves over slowly sitting down on the floor in front of the Synthetic. Reaching out with her hoof Twilight pushes up under Mistilie's chin. The Android's eyes open slowly, shinning brightly as she boots back up from her robotic slumber.
"Hello, Twilight ..." Mistilie looks into the Alicorn's eyes while remaining almost emotionless. "Can I help you? Wanna talk about the good times? I can't recall the last one"
"I don't wanna talk about that, Mistilie" Twilight speaks softly shaking her head, knowing that talking about those times would only make her regret leaving. "I know Equis belongs to the Xenomorphs ... I was hoping we could talk about a new home"
"What about it? Even if there is colonists out there" Mistilie narrows her sight but keeps staring into the Alicorns eyes. "The Xenomorphs could easily get off Equis ... It just takes curiosity of somepony passing by"
"That is why we are drifting as far as we can" Twilight looks away when Mistilie deepens her stare, "I want to believe my life doesn't end in a tin can, floating in outer space" The Alicorn sucks up her pride and looks back to the android. "I don't wanna sit here hating you"
"I don't want forgiveness, Twilight Sparkle" Mistilie pushes herself up to stand, however, she is stopped by Twilight's magic being turned around. "What do you want!!??"
"YOU WON MISTILIE!! I will never forgive you!!!" Twilight presses her head against the Androids snarling as she stares into her robotic eyes. The Alicorn's anger changes, turning calm and she pulls Mistilie in for a hug.
"W-wait ... What?" Mistilie sniffles being held by the Alicorn, "I don't understand"
"You helped save me, Mistilie Flare" Twilight hugs the Android tighter bringing her closer, "I want you to know how much that matters to me"
Mistilie takes a moment to reel in what is going on, accepting it the Synthetic returns the hug closing her eyes. She may have done so much wrong, hated Equestria and caused its destruction, though it isn't a lie to say she regrets most of it after getting closer to Twilight Sparkle and Rahzzy. The door to the cabin opens, Rahzzy steps in holding a radio at his side and a smile on his face. The radio is blinking with a flashing light, that their call for help was received!

The shuttle lands on the surface with a heavy thud, the landing gear digging deeply into the fresh mud of the planet. Rahzzy unbuckles himself from the pilot seat exiting the door to reach the exit of the craft, the lights of the shuttle shut off as the shuttle powers down. Mistilie uses her magic to light up the area so the stallion could see what he was doing, Twilight tries her best to stay still but the change in gravity has her stumbling.
"How does anypony walk here!?" Twilight screams as she falls to the ground, the Alicorn groans frustrated. "This is the last thing I want, struggle"
"The ponies here are used to it, stationed here for probably years" Rahzzy says as he hooks up a small device to the door panel to hack it open. The ship not having enough power to function on it's own anymore. "I just wanna get out of this shuttle ... it's finally over"
The door to the shuttle flashes with red lights as a warning to those outside that it was opening. Twilight pulls herself up from the ground ready to get off the shuttle. Mistilie uses her magic to help the Alicorn stay on her hooves. The bright lights of the sun shine into the craft blinding the three at first, however, as the light clears the sight of many rifles aimed in their direction becomes visible. Rahzzy reacts and knocks one of the weapons out of his face readying himself for a fight he is destined to loose.
"Hold your fire!!" One of the ponies screams from the crowd, "It's them ... lower. your. weapons" A soldier with a Colonial Marine symbol steps forward to his squad. The soldiers who were given the order lower their pulse rifles and the soldier who had his weapon knocked away picks it back up.
"What a lovely how do you do!?" Mistilie uses her magic to toss a nearby pebble from the ground tossing it at the soldiers lightly, as to not have them draw their weapons again. "If I wasn't friendly I wouldn't have landed!! I would have used my ship as a bomb and flown it into ..." Mistilie's mouth shuts as Rahzzy uses his magic to stop her from threatening them more.
"Sorry ... we have been through a lot" Rahzzy chuckles taking a couple steps back, worried about the weapons. "I would explain but you might not believe it"
One soldier steps forward tilting his head and placing his hoof on Rahzzy's shoulder to ease his mind. Every soldier steps away revealing what they were all protecting. In the background are about thirty families, all of them colonists sent here by Weyland Yutani as Terra Formars.
"Look sir, whatever caused" The soldier looked at the burn on Rahzzy's neck and the soldier continues speaking. "Caused this ... you are safe here"
"Welcome to Colony Six!" One of the colonists calls out to the three, welcoming them to the colony. Everypony in the colony calming down knowing the three mean no harm.
"Twilight? What do you think?" Mistilie continues using her magic to keep the Alicorn up. "I don't think they know what happened to Equis"
"They should know, Mistilie" Twilight looks at all the families, which she only sees as possible hosts if the Xenomorphs somehow made it to this colony. "Nopony should go near Equis ... This will be our new home"
