It's been several months since the incident at Arkham Asylum. And now, every patient from the asylum and Blackgate Correctional Facility have been moved to a walled-off section of Gotham, named Arkham City. Something doesn't make sense.

Now, Bruce Wayne/Batman and I have been captured by the person in charge of the madness and it's up to us to stop him.
