Twilight Becomes Distracting
Twilight was sitting at a meeting about how to improve life in Equestria with the other princesses of Equestria as she was squirming against her chair uncomfortably, the princesses didn't notice however as they were busy talking about the outreach program to people in poorer areas in Equestria.
As the meeting between the three other princess's went on Twilight continued to stay silent while she rubbed the back of her shoulder against her chair while it went unnoticed by Celestia and Luna and Cadence, even if they did notice they probably wouldn't point it out.
However Celestia looked over at Twilight and gave her a concerned look as Twilight's behavior was scaring her. The others stopped and looked at Twilight as Twilight tried to scratch her shoulder
"Uh...Twilight are you okay?" Cadence asked. Twilight shook her head no as she scratched at the back of her shoulder while panting.
"What is thou wrong Twilight Sparkle?" Luna asked. Twilight looked at Celestia and spoke
"May I be excused from the meeting Princess Celestia?! I'll come back in a bit!" Twilight groaned, Celestia examined Twilight's behavior as she thought about Twilight's request. She decided to let Twilight go as Twilight's behavior was a bit distracting.
"Yes please leave. When you have your behavior under control then you can come back. Your being disruptive." Princess Celestia criticized. Twilight nodded and then got up and ran to her bedroom. Luna and Cadence looked to Celestia.
"What in Equestria was that all about?" Cadence asked Celestia and Luna. Celestia and Luna glanced at eachother.
"Thou not sure. She was worrying me. I hope she will be okay and come back to the meeting." Luna said.
"I saw that she was scratching her back against the chair so maybe she was itchy, Come on let's just wait for her before continuing." Celestia said. Luna and Cadence agreed and they all temporarily talked about Cadence's new book that she had been writing on parenting due to her raising Flurry Heart.
Meanwhile Twilight rushed downstairs to her room and closed her door shut. She took her dress off and her bra off and tuned her back to the mirror and looked over her shoulder to the mirror to see her bandaged wound on the back of her itching her like crazy, she was tired of the dressing on it and wanted to rip the damn thing off even if the wound had not healed yet.
She remembered how she had gotten the wound as she looked back to yesterday and replayed the image of her casting an experiment spell wrong and getting hit in the back by it, She felt stupid for trying something without proper procedure yesterday and wanted to care for the wound but at the same time she needed that bandaid off or it was going to drive her crazy.
She knew that the immediate downside to taking off the bandage to early would make the wound visible to the princess's while she was walking and make it susceptible to infection but she couldn't care at that point.
She hated the fact that she was unable to heal her own wounds with magic that she practiced as magic was just unable to do something like that but she was just going to have to deal with that fact. She debated whether she should rip it off and decided that she needed it off.
The bandage only got more annoying as the day had went on but she was now at her breaking point. She took deep breaths as the bandage stuck to her wound and drove her mad. She knew that the princess's and her friends will point it out and she'll just have to deal with it.
She decided to rip it off as quickly as she could to make sure that the pain wasn't as bad. She knew that the quicker she got it off the less pain that she will have. Knowing that she was missing the meeting she reach back and grabbed hold of the bandage with her hand and took a few deep breaths and then ripped it off quickly.
She screamed loudly as the pain from that action throbbed from the area, She cried for a few moments as the aftermath of the bandage being pulled off was very painful but at the same time she felt relieved that it was off, She looked at the wound through the mirror.
The bloodied area was visible and it was going to attract eyes if she went back and joined the meeting, Twilight wondered if she should even continue to participate or tell the princess's that they should continue another time. She knew that if she went on with the meeting the princess's would see the wound.
She put her shirt back on and looked at the wound through her shirt. The blood was clearly visible. She sighed. This day was not going good. She decided to just go back to the meeting and get it over with. She soon made her way to the table of the meeting and the princess's welcomed her back.
"Hey Twilight glad you could come back we are now on the subject of food distribution and how increase mass production on it for its citizens, the princess's kept track of the conversation but on the other hand they was getting distracted by all the blood that matted Twilight's wound which they can see right through Twilight's shirt.
The blood spread out and continued dirty the back underside of Twilight's shirt. They all realized why Twilight was scratching her back earlier, They were grossed out and but they tried their best to not say anything but as soon as Luna added another idea Cadence voiced her concern.
"Twilight I really think that you should see a doctor about that..." Cadence said causing Twilight to become really embarrassed.
"I didn't think I had to. When I got the wound I dressed it myself and kept it dressed until now as I just ripped the bandage off." Twilight explained. Celestia felt like she wanted to groan but kept her patience.
"Twilight...why would you do that....that doesn't make any sense, Your supposed to keep the wound covered until it heals not uncover it while it's still bloody and open a bit." Celestia said
"Twilight maybe you should cover it back up and see a doctor...." Luna suggested, Twilight sighed, she should have known that the princess's would have reacted like this but in the end she couldn't do it anymore and ripped the bandage off.
"How did you get the wound anyway?" Cadence asked.
"I got it hit in the back by an experimental spell that I casted, It injured me so I've been wearing the bandage ever since then but I can't wear it anymore as it was driving me crazy!" Twilight exclaimed.
"Do you want to go to the doctor? I would consider it Princess!" Celestia suggested. Twilight shook her head no and responded to that idea.
"No I want to continue to participate in the meeting as this means a lot to me, I want to continue helping Equestria, An injury from a spell will not distract me from that, I'll wash the wound once we all finish. I'll be fine." Twilight said.
"Are you sure you want to continue? Because we are assuring you that we will not force you to continue if you can't." Luna explained.
"I'll be fine Luna, Come on let's continue." Twilight said as she sat down so her and the princess's continued to talk, soon when the meeting was over the other three princesses left Twilight's castle but before Celestia left she turned to Twilight and spoke.
"Your input was well appreciated Twilight, I will take all ideas into consideration." Celestia said, Twilight smiled brightly at her, Celestia's words meant a lot to her.
"Thanks Celestia! I can always count on you!" Twilight said. Celestia nodded and made a disgusted face.
"Good...now uh...why don't you go ahead now and do something about that....injury of yours." Celestia said, Twilight blushed as she felt so embarrassed about her bleeding in front of the other princess.
"Yeah...I'm going to do that immediately." Twilight said.
"Good. Because Sweet Luna I wish their was spell that existed to heal people." Celestia remarked.
Celestia and Twilight bowed to eachother and Celestia and left. Twilight closed her door and sighed in annoyance over her wound. She hoped that she hadn't ruined the day for the princess's as her uncomfortableness with her wound couldn't be helped.
Twilight went to Ponyville hospital in Ponyville and signed up for an appointment. She then waited in the waiting room for the doctor. Finally she was called to her appointment so she went to the room and the main doctor cleaned out the princess's wound. Twilight was lucky to be a princess as she was able to be the first one in to get treated every time she went due to her being of royalty.
After her wound had been cleaned out good Twilight told them not to bandage it as she couldn't take another episode like that so they left it uncovered and Twilight went back home.
Twilight's wound healed over the next few days and once it was healed she had another meeting with the princess's over all the documents related to the elements of harmony and diplomacy. She did way better at that one as she didn't have that wound or bandage on her any more.
