Fall of the Crystal Empire: Cadence
drip... drip... drip... drip...
Cadence had never visited the dungeons below the Crystal Palace at any point during the past four years of her rule. She viewed such accommodations as barbaric at the very least, and strove to house prisoners in far more pleasant accommodations, ones more suited to rehabilitation rather than punishment for the sake of punishment. She'd even considered ordering them filled in or demolished entirely, but had been content with simply sealing them up.
It was deeply ironic, then, that she would now be housed within them herself, the sole occupant of a cell meant to contain unicorn mages. The thick semi-crystalline stone walls and iron door functioned quite effectively as soundproofing, with the only light coming from a small slit in the wall near the very top of the cell. It was at the very least a moderately big cell, with easily enough room for her to walk in a circle... If she could have walked at all.
Sadly, she couldn't even do that. The iron collar around her neck kept her tied quite firmly to the center of the room, while the ring pushed firmly down on her horn robbed the mare of all of her magic, even the enhanced strength she would have possessed as an alicorn. Cadence felt more helpless lying down in that cell than she had at any other point in her life, including her time stuck in the caves below Canterlot. And all of it was due to one stallion...
The iron door shudder in place for a moment before slowly creaking open, followed by the sound of approaching hoofsteps, and a deep, baritone voice that sent shivers down her spine. "Good morning, Princess."
Cadence didn't dare look up, keeping her eyes closed, as if blocking out the sight of the umbral unicorn would keep him from existing.
"Look up at me when I am speaking to you, Cadenza!" That voice growled in an impatient tone, and Cadence finally obeyed, the bags under her eyes and her disheveled look quite obvious to her only onlooker as her gaze drifted up to look at her captor.
King Sombra.
Everything had seemed fine in the aftermath of the kingdom's return, even after they had seemingly destroyed him entirely. Her daughter had been quite the hooffull, but other than that and the brief return of Tirek, things had been remarkably peaceful in the Crystal Empire, leaving her with plenty of time to handle both the out-of-time kingdom's modernization and the slowly-growing Flurry Heart, who had only recently turned three years of age.
That peace had been shattered by the return of King Sombra, who had managed to marshal a surprising amount of followers in the shadows before being reborn in the midst of the Empire. Her husband and she had immediately contacted her fellow alicorns in Equestria, before trying to quickly defeat Sombra before he could do lasting damage. The battle had lasted mere minutes before she and her husband had been defeated and imprisoned far apart. She hadn't even seen her husband since those last few moments of freedom, nearly two weeks ago.
She was jolted out of her thoughts when the dark stallion before her took a step forward, practically towering over the mare in her prone position as his gaze seemed to wander over her body. Finally, after seemingly an eternity, the stallion spoke up at last, "I have had half a fortnight to ponder a fitting end for you, and have considered many. Tossing you into the snowy wasteland, having you dehorned and spirited back to your weak allies in Equestria..." He paused for a moment, before speaking a single word. "Execution."
Cadence felt another shiver of terror run down her spine. She wasn't Celestia or Luna, with a thousand years or more of experience in ruling, fighting, and sacrificing for her ponies. She was brave, surely, but... The mere thought of death terrified her. That only seemed to amuse the dark unicorn King, who chuckled softly before continuing. "As I have said, weak and pathetic, like the rest of your kind. But no, I could not execute such a beautiful specimen such as yourself, Cadenza, even if you are descended from the old royal family. No, I believe I have a far more fitting fate for the Princess of Love."
Looking up into those cruel eyes, Cadence finally mustered the courage to speak up for herself, even as the tyrant King looked down at her as though she were nothing but a thing. "And what, pray tell, would that be?" She couldn't keep the waver from her voice, no matter how strong she tried to be.
The grin that crossed the stallion's face frightened her on an almost instinctual level as he leaned closer to her, one hoof reaching down to cup her cheek and tilt her head up towards him, making her flinch at the touch of that armored hoof. "Why, Cadenza, I merely wish for you to fulfill the true role of your title. You will pleasure me as a mare should, and I will not kill you in the most agonizing way I can imagine."
Cadence stared at him in mute horror, her eyes locked with his as she searched for any sign of a joke, any hint that this sick fate he had laid upon her was anything other than his true intention. She opened her mouth to deny him immediately, but froze upon realizing exactly what he could do to her. "I... T- That is sick and demented! You cannot do this, I am a Princess of Equestria!" The pink alicorn declared in an almost pleading tone, desperate for any way out.
Contrary to what some ponies might speak of behind her back, Cadence did not have much of a sex drive at all, viewing herself as a Princess of romantic and platonic love. The King hissed in anger, mere inches from her ear, before suddenly stepping on the chain binding her neck and jerking her head to the ground as she let out a pained choking sound.
Cadence's vision was restricted for a moment to just below the stallion, even as the first armored plate dropped to the ground, clattering on the stone floor before being followed by another, and another. When the small pile was shoved away with magic and she managed to glance up at the stallion, she could see him clad in only those armored hoofshoes and his long, crimson-white cape... As well as possessing something else that made her blood run cold.
Below King Sombra was a stallion's shaft, but that was where the surprises started to come in. When it dripped down to the stone floor, it seemed to hiss and steam against the ground, and she could feel how tainted it was with dark magic even from that distance.
Cadence was utterly speechless for several moments, letting out a rather unprincesslike and pathetic whimper as her ears folded down against her head, before she finally managed to find her voice. "I... I- It's too big... You can't, you won't... Please..." She stammered out, utterly revolted and filled with fear by the very sight of it. To her, it looked more like a tool of conquest than one of pleasure, designed to be enjoyed only by the stallion himself.
"Come now, Princess. Have you not seen a cock before in your life?" The King's mocking tone came from above her as he took another step forward, one foreleg landing right beside her head and bringing that shaft even closer.
