In the great city of Cantermost there are few things ponyfolk can know for sure. That life is a struggle and death is inevitable. It seems like everypony is out there for themselves. A young Twilight Sparkle is trying to make it through to work in service to the Queen, but it seems like she may never get there. Other ponies are similarly journeying on their personal quests and ambitions. But in the end, where will their striving take them?

This has nothing to do with my other stories; it'll just be my work in progress when I feel like writing in it so I'll add to it as I go.
