A Mistake Leads To An Annoying Quest

Twilight was walking to a table where Rarity was sitting at. When she got there she sat down as Rarity set down a menu that she had been looking at as she did want to order something but since Twilight was there she knew that food could wait.

"Hello darling. I was not expecting you to come to out to see me. What made you leave where you work out?" Rarity said, Twilight groaned in annoyance.

"Could you stop calling everypony darling? It's so gay." Twilight said. Rarity frowned at Twilight. She didn't know why Twilight was so unlike herself. She wondered if she could do anything to help.

"I'm sorry darling...." Rarity said. Twilight threw the table across the place and slit Rarity's throat with a knife killing her. She sat back and huffed with annoyance. She was finally relieved that she didn't have to hear Rarity say darling to her. She quickly used a very powerful spell to erase everypony's memories.

After she got that done she cleaned up the crime scene and disposed of Rarity's body and then walked home while she groaned.

"Finally I don't have to hear her say darling anymore. What was up with that? Although I guess it was a bit extreme to kill her but oh well what am I going to do you you know? She said as she talked to herself.

When she got home she closed her door and as soon as she did she decided to make a clone of Rarity with Rarity's hair so that none of her friends would ever find out about what she did.

As soon as she made the clone she made sure that the clone was an exact replica of Rarity and when she finished making the clone she brought it to life. When it did it started to ask questions about where it was but Twilight gave a good cover story and taught her how to use her element and also caught her up on some stuff since the clone seemed to not have known enough about Equestria or the elements or villains that they had faced with their other friends. Once Twilight did that Twilight sent her on her way hoping it didn't arouse any suspicion.

Unfortunately for Twilight it did arouse suspicion and before she knew it an investigation was ordered by Celestia into what happened after ponies started to get suspicions about Rarity not actually being Rarity.

Twilight decided to fix that by killing Celestia and making a clone of her and filling her head with an explanation into where she was. Twilight cancelled the investigation and went back home hoping no one else would discover what happened,

Soon more ponies got suspicious about Celestia's clone as Celestia's clone wasn't acting...well like Celestia. So Twilight decided to fix that immediately by killing the Celestia clone and making another clone of her.

When that Celestia clone was deemed perfect by Twilight she found out that a guard knew what she had done so she killed the guard and replaced him with a clone of himself.

She hid the bodies and left the royal palace hoping that she wouldn't have to create any more clones. When's he got home she discovered that the bodies had been discovered by guards so she went back to the palace and killed the guards that discovered those guards and made clones of them once again and went about her way.

Things got even more difficult for Twilight when a few more witnesses came to the Royal guard about how they saw Twilight murder her friend. Twilight wished how she could kill every single witness or wipe their memories clean with the elements but knew that it would be time wasting. Twilight searched desperately for this group until she found them. She made quick work of killing them and burying their bodies. She hoped that she would have luck in the fact that no Pony would discover these bodies.

Unfortunately a groundskeeper discovered the buried bodies so Twilight killed him and buried him with the the rest of the bodies and killed all of the witnesses. Twilight was starting to realize that this whole murder thing was stuck on a loop. She didn't want to murder anypony else and cloning them as it would get boring quickly.

She knew that without Rarity another Pony would have to weld the element of generosity. Twilight would have no idea how to tell Celestia about how she murdered her friend and she wouldn't know how to replace a bearer of one of the elements. She needed to go about another way of fixing things.

Finally she realized how she could fix everything and bring everything back to the way it was before she snapped and killed Rarity, she realized that she needed to go back in time. She hoped that it wouldn't be to time constraining but realized that this was the only possible way of fixing things. She realized how inconvieniant Rarity's death is to Equestria. She had to fix stuff before another invasion or villain come to Equestria again. Besides she missed Rarity and felt horrible for what she did to her generous friend. She just had to make this right.

She needed to find away to reverse time before she killed Rarity and realized how she could do that. She quickly did her best to memorize a time reverse spell and used it to go back In time to the moment she killed Rarity. She knew that she had to stop herself from killing Rarity so that this whole mess wouldn't exist.

When she got to the moment that she was going to kill Rarity Twilight intervened and convinced herself of the horrible time that was ahead of herself if she went through with murdering Rarity.

Past Twilight realized that it was not worth it to kill her best friend over a little conversation so instead she just convinced Rarity to give her piece and quiet for a few minutes and that right there changed the coarse of the future.

When Twilight finished doing this she went back in time to see that all of everything she had done in the past was undone. Rarity was still alive along with the witnesses. She decided to never do what she had done ever again as it just wasn't worth it as it might end up dooming Equestria due to not having any bearers to harness the elements and besides...she loved her friends.
