Moonlight dripped through the large window of the two-story apartment, sending elongated slivers of dull light stretching across the ground floor. The large living space was silent, albeit for the rhythmic ticking of the clock that was hanging above the door, and the ruffling of bedsheets from the upper area of the room.
Sunset settled into the mattress sheepishly as her girlfriend straddled her bare thighs, and let out a shaky breath that she hadn’t even been aware she was holding. Swallowing past the lump that was beginning to form in her throat, Sunset blinked up at Twilight, the other girl stretching; so as to pull her shirt up and over her head. The light from the window wrapped the purple teen in a silver silhouette, and Sunset could’ve sworn she looked like an angel.
Tossing her clothes to the floor beside the rest of them, Twilight leaned down to press a gentle kiss to Sunset’s lips before cupping her face in her hands; thumbs stroking the skin of her cheeks warmed in a deep blush.
“Are you sure you’re okay with this? We can stop if you want to.” The purple teen whispered in a soft tone— reassuring— one Sunset knew she could trust.
She responded only in a small nod; Sunset knew her voice would’ve failed her anyway.
This hadn’t been the first time the two girls had tried having sex. The purple haired girl hummed, the lingering sweat across Sunset’s skin a salty taste against her lips and tongue.
