A storm has come over Ponyville that wasn't caused by the pegasi. No pony can clear it. Not even Princess Celestia. In the middle of the cursed storm, Scootaloo struggles to understand why she doesn't have her cutie mark yet and finds herself the sole member of the Cutie Mark Crusaders.
