Fallout Equestria: past meets present
The samurai and his apprentice
The Equestrian wasteland held little mercy for even the strongest of ponies who dared tread its barren ground. It has killed countless ponies with out hesitation, colts,fillies,mares,stallions but story tells once of two warriors and one filly who put the equestrian wasteland to the test.
“ It is all ways the weak who are victimized” Gunji Dojima way of the samurai.
The sound of hoofs echoed across the barren land several raiders chased down a young filly she had a purple mane and blue coat her eyes sapphire, she was covered in blood and she panted heavily running as fast her little hoofs could take her. It seemed futile though as the raiders were catching up to her the sounds of the crazed laughter as there pray came with in view it was all most as if they were taunting the filly to run faster for her life, she came up to an abandoned shack it was worn down and looked like it hadn't been used since the pink cloud it wasn't much but the little filly had no other options. She runs to the entrance of the little shack and is some what happy to find the door was not locked as she jumped in and closed the wooden door behind her the little filly curling up into the ball sobbing as the memories of the raiders brutally murdering her family ran through her mind like a tidal wave. She sobs uncontrollably as the Raiders surround the shack laughing there deranged eyes only focused on tormenting the little filly for as much as they could.
It went silent for a little while as the little filly opened her eyes and looked around a small glimmer of hope of maybe that the raiders had just gotten bored and went on there way leaving her to die in the wasteland. She got to her hoofs wiping the tears from her eyes, she approached the door slowly trying to hear anything, as she had just gotten close enough to door to see what was outside, suddenly the door rips open and it sends her flying back the door now torn nearly in two and hanging from its hinges. A mare walking past the rubble followed by several more raiders who held there guns up to her there cold lifeless eyes looking at her like she was just a toy for there enjoyment.
The mare raises her pistol it was a simple pistol nothing special about it just something that you could pick up any where, the little filly closes her eyes waiting for the end as a loud bang is heard. She opens her eyes to find that she was still alive but this soon became a nightmare as she felt an unbearable pain shoot up her body, she looked and saw that she had been shot in the leg meaning that they were far from done with her, she screams and sobs but the chances of help coming was rare in the wasteland and only the strong survived. Her eyes rain with tears as she lied against the ground the pain continuing to pulse its way up her body, the little filly looked and sees the bits and pieces of her family hanging on there necks and belts. She only wished for death now as stories of what raiders did to there captors was far worse than any pony could imagine.
".....please...d...don't...I'll do any thing" she barely manage to squeak as she pleaded with the raiders hoping that some how she would reach what mercy they might have and just kill her there. She was only greeted by more laughter from the raiders that seemed like the laughter of a monster and not a pony"...why should we let you go, we are having way to much fun besides don't you wanna see your mother!" one of the raiders said it was a earth pony he griped something with his teeth and tossed it on the ground, to her shock it was the head of her mother still with the same horrid expression she had before her death. This drove the little filly over the edge as she could feel her mind giving way to the madness and horror.
One of the raiders grabbed a hold of her and pulled her close, the intent in his eyes made it clear she knew that the raiders raped every mare that they could get a hold of her and she was just going to be one of there victims. There was laughter from all of them as they got ready to defile the helpless pony, she closed her eyes crying horribly when all of a sudden the laughter stopped. In fact all the laughter stopped, she opens her eyes and looks back at the raiders to find them standing motionless but kept the same deranged looks. She couldn't figure out what was going on she saw something trickling down the raiders necks, legs, and even torso. It was blood but how, no one had shot the raiders she would of known it for sure. The raiders began falling apart into giant pony chucks onto the ground severed heads and limbs came off allmost as if they were cut by a surgical laser, she was confused but happy to see that what had done the damage was a strange dressed stallion and a mare.
" Cherry Blossom she's need medical attention, I'll search the area to make sure there are no other raiders around" the stallion galloped out in a hurry as the beautiful mare which she now saw was a unicorn"...now hold on honey ok" the mare said looking at the wounds, she would pull a stimpack from a sack she carried with her"...this will only hurt for a bit" the mysterious mare said in a very gentle voice that sounded so sweet and gentle. The little filly relaxed seeing as how she had finally found somepony not going to bash her skull in or brutally rape her, she closes her eyes she could feel the sting of the stimpack as the bullet fell out and the wound healed a little, this eased her pain a little as she slowly nodded off her body giving into exhaustion the last words she hears before going out cold she could hear the whispers of the mare saying that she was going to be all right.
Everything was pitch black and cold it was like this for what feels like an hour, but she was alive that's as much as she knew. She heard the screams of her parents and opens her eyes waking up with a gasp she breathed heavily her body still feeling drained from her horrid ordeal. She hoped it was a dream but to her dismay her leg was bandaged up where she had been shot, it ached a little but it was bearable now. She remembers the strange ponies who had saved her and looks around and to her amazement they sat just a few feet away from her near a fire they had made out of bits and pieces of wood from the shack she had hid in to get away from the raiders. She looked at the stallion who was dressed in very strange suit of armor unlike she has ever seen before, the helmet was red and had a crescent moon in gold for decoration on the front of it just above the eyes. His torso and flank was all so covered in armor that was red except for the parts that covered his flank and sides, it was black and looked to be layered.
The stallion him self had a black coat with a red mane, his cutie mark was the weapon he carried though she did not know what to call it seeing as it it looked primitive by most standards but what she had seen was far from ineffective as she had witnessed him cut down four raiders with in seconds his eyes were a bright yellow. The opposite of him was a beautiful mare Cherry Blossom if she recalled before passing out, she was pink right down to her mane and coat with the exception of her eyes being a very dark shade of red. Her cutie mark was a blade covered in pink flowers what kind she had no idea, she wasn't in armor but instead what was a flowing dress that touched the ground, it appeared to be made of silk,pure white except for the same kind of flowers that decorated it. She noticed that she to carried the same kind of foreign weapon that the stallion had used.
The mysterious stallion had noticed she is awake"..ah good..she's awake at last"he said turning his head to her and giving a warming smile before getting up onto all fours"..hm Cherry Blossom looks like the raiders have given up there search" This caught the fllies attention as he had just now noticed that they were in a cave there she saw the bones of raiders who had wondered in and died, raiders the name made her heart race with terror. She was one of many ponies with out homes because of them she was not the first and certainly would not be the last of the raiders crazed wrath.
Cherry Blossom looked at the little filly realizing that they did not even know her name" how silly of us not to introduce our self's, are you all ready know my name is Cherry Blossom" she would sit down and point her hoof to the stallion by the fire"..this is Bushido my close friend it's thanks to him we were able to find you just in time if not I'm afraid the raiders would of finished you" she said a sympathetic tone in her voice, the little filly looks past Cherry Blossom and looked at Bushido who was moving his hoofs through the sand strangely" what is your name sweety?" Cherry Blossom asked curious about who the little filly was and what had happened not that it wasn't obvious.
She tried to talk but managed only a soft whisper"...Willow wisp..." she said looking down at the ground she was still in shock from the events, she suddenly looked up finding the stallion standing above her he had a look of great calm over him as if he could stare death in the eyes and not budge and inch" you're trying not to cry, I can see it in your eyes..what has happened to you is a horrible fate indeed..the first step is acceptance.." he would give her a warm smile that quickly faded into the same expressionless face, the stallion took her hoof and leads her to the campfire where there was a large bag, Willow wisp smelt something familiar it was food and not the crappy kind ether that you would normally eat. Her stomach growled and she blushed with embarrassment not wanting to offend the ponies who had risked their lives to save her.
Bushido only gave her a smirk as he take something from his back and hold it in his hoof, to her surprise it was a red apple a rare delicacy here in wasteland as most things refused to grow, she didn't hesitate and quickly grips the apples in her hoofs and takes large bites of it as if it was her last" slow down there little one you will choke" the stallion said in a soft tone she noded and ate the apple more slowly. Cherry Blossom had taken rest near the campfire to keep warm, Willow wisp brush her dirty mane aside revealing that she was a unicorn" ah a unicorn that's good to know" Bushido snuggled against Cherry blossom and then beckons her over" come here we will freeze if we do not stay together and keep warm this fire must be put out to keep any passing raiders from spotting us" Bushido said as Cherry Blossom laid her head under his closing her eyes"..come here sweetie.." the mare said tired as she used her magic to levitate the fire and use some dirt to put it out, Willow had been so hungry that she hadn't that they were both unicorns stuff has been happening so quickly it's making her head spin, she soon gets a breeze from the night air that chills her to her core and quickly crawls under the hoof of Cherry Blossom who brought her into a soft hug that helped that help keep the cold away.
