Equestria is doomed. There is no hope. A new, deadly foe is at the very gates and there is nothing Celestia can do to stop them, short of burning the world herself. At a time like this, whom are you going to call?
Equis faces a foe so powerful that the only choice Celestia has to defeat them is to release her full power. Such a choice would destroy not only the enemy, but all life in Equestria. It is not something she can do, yet to do nothing would be just as fatal. What is needed here is a different kind of power. One wielded with the skill and finess of a surgeon, or a doctor.
