An experiment with the arcane sends Twilight hurtling through the empty void between all worlds, doomed to wander the paths of the Abyss for all eternity. At least, that's what the spell's description had warned her would happen. Instead, she returns from that dark plane, intact and not alone. Watched over by a shepard of lost souls, Twilight begins a journey into the darker side of magic, one which may only end with her saving the entirety of Equestria, or bringing about its damnation.

(What I am considering a "forgotten chapter" to one of my own, non-MLP-related stories... Because lets face it, everything's better with ponies... There are currently two endings written for this story already, I'm just not sure which one I am going to make the "official" ending as of yet.)
