On Nightmare Night a strange wave of ectoplasm transforming ponies into ghosts which in turn violently attack ponies and turn them into more ghosts, Sunset having being summoned by Discord as the only pony able to save Equestria must work with the computerised spirit of Starlight Glimmer to save Equestria from the horrifying events that have plagued it.
