Even a princess has feelings

I could feel the life drain from my own body. Next thing I knew I was in a black abise like I was in my dream not to long ago. Then there was a tunnel.....a light at the end of it. I knew then that I was dead but...a small part of me didn't want to go yet. Even though the family I loved was waiting for me I just....didn't want to go yet, but you can't choose if you live or die. Then just before I reached the tunnel I felt myself stop. I then realized all the pain I was in had dissapeared and the wounds were gone.

"Hello Jerry it's nice to see you again." I turned around to see the same alicorns from my dream. Celestias parents to be exact.

"It's nice to see you to but....if I wasn't dead then it would be better."

"That is why we are here Jerry. We have come here to give you a choice. Either live or die. You see Jerry there is one pony who has deep feelings for you back in equestria. You will know once you see her. But you don't have to choose that path. You can go into the light and see your loved ones again and never feel alone again. You must choose Jerry." This was all told by the father. The father went to the light while the mother stayed where she was. I looked back and forth wondering what to do. Then I heard a small crying sound. I reconigzed it.

"Is that....celestia?" I asked. The mother and father both nodded. I looked at the light it was so welcomeing and.....made me feel at ease. But despite that I made my way to the mother.

"If I choose this..will I be able to talk to my family still?" She then gave me a depressed look.

"To tell you the truth....I don't know really. You might be able to but...as long as you keep loveing and hopeing you will." She ended that sentence with a smile. I smiled back as I looked past her. There was nothing but a black abise tunnel like thing behind her. But without thinking I just made my way towards it. The next thing I knew I felt myself get tuged by the arm and plummited into the tunnel.

"Tia....i'm SO sorry. It's not your fault." I knew that voice. It was Luna.

"WHAT THE BUCK SHINGING WHY DID YOU GO THAT FAR?!"

"I...I d-d-don't knwo it's just......something happened!" Cadence and armor. Then they came into view. I saw most of the guards surrounding shinging armor ready to pounce him cadence yelling in his face. I saw Luna trying to comfort celestia who was sobing over my lifeless body. She seemed to cradle me in her foelegs. I saw the damage that was done to me. My chest was bleeding from the magic spell along with my neck. Seemed my jugular was hit. Lastly was my right hand. It have a hole in it that I don't think would ever hea. Then I felt myself returneing back into my body. My body turned so I was faceing the ceiling when I reuturned back into my body then.

*GASP* I gasped for air. Everypony looked at me surprise. I was breathing heavly and weezing. The mother was right..the pain was TERRIBLE. Celestia yelled something but I couldn't hear anything. I don't know if this could happen but the pain was so much that I couldn't hear at all. Then I felt myself get lifted onto something. Next thing I knew I was being carried out by some sort of magic. Everything was going fast and when I tried to see who was carrying me it was...celestia using her own magic. She had a look of hope and fright in her eyes. I tried to talk but couldn't since I ended couphing up blood. I began to choke on my own blood. 'Great I come back just to die....what a strange world.' Everything went black...but it only seemed for a few seconds.

*Three days later* (Sorry for time skip)

I woke up in a hispital bed. This seemed familier...except I wasn't in the ponyvill hospital I was in the medical wing of the cantorlot castle. I tried to get up but found it hard since I was so weak. I thought to myslef 'Second time dying Jerry.....will third time be the charm?' Then a mare came into the room and I knew her immediatly. She looked up and went eyes wide.

"YOU!" It was the same mare that I had given water to instead of drinking it myself. I formed the words 'Hello' but no words came out. The pain I once felt seemed distance. I guess it was from all the drugs they were giveing me. When I again tried to get up she walked over and gently placed a hoof on my chest makeing me lay back down.

"Nice to see you again..if only you weren't in this condition. Well names Ashley and I have the condition your in here in the chart." She then took the chart from the foot of the bed and put it on the dresser beside me. I was still breathing a little heavily. "Ok lets see here...oh....well good news is you will be ok....bad news is you suffered severe injuries. It's a miricle your alive! Your heart was grazed by the magic as was your jugular. Somehow your alive...but it will take along time to recover. As for your right hand......you can still use it just don't use anything that has alot of force." I smiled weakly at her. I wanted to tell her thanks but I just couldn't say anything.

"You should get some rest now. Oh and now I know your name. Welcome back Jerry and princess celestia wants to visit you once you can talk so.....just call for me when you can ok?" She asked. I just simply nodded as she walked out. I layed my head against the pillow on the bed. Despite me being assleep for a long I was still exausted. Then I noticed something. Why didn't I have a tube to help me breath or something? I brushed it aside as I close my eyes and fell assleep.

* Two days later*(Sorry for another time skip.)

I was now able to talk better now. Pony medicen really is a miricle worker. I was able to sit up and talk with ease. I got some food in my system. They didn't serve any meat but served enough vegitables and eggs. So I was no longer hungry or thirsty. Ashley came in to talk to me.

"Well glad to see your able to at least eat,drink and talk. How are you doing?" She asked. I sat up on the bed. My neck and chest were still sore but not my hand.

"I'm doing much better thanks for asking....hey do you mind answering one question? What did celestia do while I was out?" I asked. Ahsley just smiled.

"Well everynight instead of going to bed she would come here and be with you. She even talked to you while you were out. We couldn't tell her leave because she's in charge, but one night the first night you were here with all these tubes and IV's stuck in you she cried. I never saw her cry nor did I think I would. But she did. You want me to go get her?" She asked.

"Only if she's not busy. If it doesn't bother you with your work." She shook her head,

"Oh of corse not. Anyways it would make us even since you helped me with that water awhile ago." She said with a smile. I smiled back as she turned and left the room. In a matter of minutes I saw celestia walking into the room. I looked up at her and gave her a smile. I saw her eyes water up a little bit as she walked over to me. Then she just huged me tightly. I of course huged back. I could feel a little bit of her tears go onto my shoulder. She was crying...but becasue I was ok. Well sort of ok. Better than I was before. We stayed in the embrace for a long time. When she finaly pulled away she wiped away her tears and sniffled.

"I'm glad to see that you're ok Jerry. Shinging armor is in the dungeon now for what he did to you. Everypony wants to know how you're doing. Mostly twilight and her friends and....sorry I huged you like that. It's just well.......I thought I lost a good firend." I smiled at her. Something told me that it was celestia who loved me. But I wasn't sure. So I decided not to ask her about it. Instead I simply nodded with a smile.

"Well i'm glad to be back and you can tell twilight and her firends that i'm ok...and I would like to talk to shinging armor as soon as possible. You think i'll be able to get out by tomorow?" I asked. She looked at me surprised.

"Well......maby bit why would you want to talk to him?! He killed you and you came back. You want to talk to your killer?!" I shook my head.

"That wasn't the realy shinign armor that killed me. Well it is him but....he was being controlled. He told me about when queen crysials used mind contol on him. Well I think it wasn't completly removed. Does cadence even talk to him?" I asked. Celestia shook her head depressed.

"No...not since you were killed. When I tried to bring it up she yelled at me and galloped off to her chambers. I barely see her anymore. If what you say is true.....then I hope your right. Not even twilight can look at him anymore. He's all alone." She said. I patted her shoulder.

"Don't worry i'm sure I can get to the bottom of this. Just tell him i'm comeing in a to see him soon ok?" I asked. She simply nodded. I could tell she had to go so I wraped my arms around her and pulled her into a hug. She just giggle and huged back. Then something clicked inside of me. Was I falling for her as well?!

(AN:Ok sorry for another...wierd cliffhanger and I hope it makes just a bit of since. If none of the charecters are in charecter then I am sorry. Oh and tge ashley in this chapter is a girl I know in real life...can you guess how I know her? Well ideas are welcomed and comments are great. Spread the word about this fic!!!!!
