Even a princess has feelings

(AN: Okay sorry for the long wait you guys are having right now. I just don't get ideas that much and please tell me some ideas for this Fic. Also thanks to whoever did that trollestia pic in the comments made my day. ENJOY!!!)

As we got on the carriage, the two guards in front of us started to take us off to Canterlot, Celestia started asking me a questions.

"So what do you think of this world so far?" I just chuckled as I remembered my encounter with pinkie pie.

"I like it so far. Just I have to get used to the ponies that live here...one of them scared the life out of me." She giggled cutely. There was something about her giggles that made me want to laugh.

"You met pinkie pie i'm sure." I nodded as I looked forward in front of us. We were arriving at castle pretty quickly. I was also surprised that I wasn't falling off from the carriage.

"Celestia....was it always peaceful here in Equestria?" I asked this question when I looked at her. Her smiled faded and turned into a depressed look. I immediately regretted asking the question. I placed my hand on her shoulder as she looked up at me. "Just forget that I asked that. Sorry, Celestia....something tells me it wasn't always peaceful." She shook her head.

"No....no it wasn't. I'm sure you heard about nightmare moon who was really my younger sibling." I nodded as she continued. "Well you don't know the whole story....well looks like we're here." I took my hand off of her and I saw that there was several ponies most of them royal guards and workers of princess Celestia. We got off as they all bowed at Princess Celestia's Presence. We walked past them all as we made our way into a hallway.

"So Celestia when are you gonna tell me why i'm gonna be busy tomorrow?" She just grinned. Um.......Celestia."

"Here's your chambers. Oh and there's a bag on the bed. Something that Twilight got from you when she brought you from your world." I nodded as she left and I entered the room. It was HUGE! It was as big as a freaking mansion room. There was a balcony,several pictures most of them having four ponies like Celestia and Luna. One caught my eye as I went forward to it. there was a black colored stallion alicorn with a white mane, while the mare alicorn was white and had a fire like mane. I shrugged it off as I went to the black bag that was on the bed.

"Holy shit it can't be." I said to myself as I was now over the bag. If it was what I though it was then it would have the things that were in it. I opened the bag and saw the following. An fully loaded Military issued M9. A journal that my dad used. It even had a notepad and pencil. I sighed as I closed it and put it under the bed. Then my eyes went wide as I got back up and saw the bed was queen sized.

"This isn't celestia's friends room. It's.......her parents." I looked at the pictures again and what I thought made more since. I couldn't think I just rushed out the room being reminded of my parents. But as soon as I opened the door standing there was an alicorn, pink furred.

"Oh hello there. You must be the new guest of this castle am I right?" I was surprised at first but eased up as I answered with a nod. Then I asked,

"This room..........who did it belong to?" She seemed to be a little sad all of a sudden so I changed the subject.
"Where are my manners. My names Jerry yours?" She looked up at me and smiled lightly.

"My names Cadence. Wife of shining armor." I nodded at her answer.

"Hey why are you here? I'm just wondering is all." Her smile turned into a devious grin.

"Oh nothing. Just that princess Celestia had an idea for you."

"Like what?"

"It involves...pie." I had a confused look on my face as I looked to the right and saw that there was two pieces of pie heading my way. I literally ducked just in time...just to have one go right into my face. I heard laughter coming from cadence as she fell on the floor. I also heard several other laughing. I wiped the pie off my face and saw that Luna,Celestia, and some other guards were laughing at what happened. I looked behind me and saw that there was still a piece of pie unused. I grinned as I grabbed it in one hand.

"HEY CELESTIA YOU MIGHT WANT TO RUN!!!!" She got up from the ground and saw what I had. I threw it and it hit her square in the face. She stood there as it slid off. Luna and cadence laughing historically. I was laughing to until I saw the look on Celestia's face. She had a semi angry look on her face. Now I was scared.

"You know Jerry" she said as she grabbed something from beside her. "this means war." She then looked at me with a evil smile as I saw six pieces of pie hover all around her. My eyes went wide as I sprinted for my life, i didn't want to die by pie!

"HEY GET BACK HERE!!" Luna yelled in an extremely loud voice. I just kept running and I seemed to forget they had wings since out of nowhere Celestia was right in front of me. I skidded to a stop as I fell when she threw them at me. They all missed me and I just laid there exhausted. The pies didn't hit me or anyother pony. I sat up resting on my hands when Celestia lowered herself to the ground. She had a smile on her face as i got up.

"Okay Celestia let me ask you a favor...NEVER do that unless I have a fair chance okay?" She just giggled cutely again. But then I saw something move from behind her and look at me. I walked past her as I made my way to the figure. In fact there was three and I immediately knew who they were. Before I could say anything they just walked past the corner of a wall. I rushed over only to see a long hallway. I stepped back with an extremely confused mind and look. I looked back at Celestia. I walked over to her and said,

"Princess Celestia...we need to talk in private. How about the room you gave me?" Her back seemed straighten at the mention of the room...but she accepted non-the-less. She followed me to the room as the guards and other princesses stepped aside. When we got to the room I opened the door as she walked in first. I followed her then closed the door.....but only half way by accident. Celestia was walking around the room stopping at each picture touching them with her forehoof as she went by. I just decided to stand at the bed and wait for her. She had a small smile on her face as she went by each picture. When she was done she walked to the bed slowly. I sat on the bed as she did the same beside me.

"Celestia.......what really happened that day.......when you had to stop nightmare moon?" She closed her eyes to gather her thoughts. She opened them and looked into my eyes.

"What happened that day was that my sister was.... possessed by an evil mist when she went up to rise the moon. I was in my chambers...now ours waiting for her to return. I could feel her getting possessed by the evil mist since we are connected in a way. I charged out through the roof of the castle to try and get to her in time but......I was to late." She then lowered her head as she finished that part. I could see tears start to fall down her face as she sniffled a few times. I wrapped my arm around her to tell her everything was okay.

"Celestia.........you know you did your best and tried to save her....but don't think of the past think of your sister who is still here. Think of the here and now and of the future. Someone told me when I was young that what happened in the past already happened where in the future you don't know what lies ahead and that's why today is called the present since it's a gift in a way." She whipped her eyes from the tears she had shed and looked up at me with a smile.

"Whoever told you that, was a wise person." I nodded as I kept my arm around her. She didn't seem to mind as she continued the story. "As I was saying when I got there I saw that it was to late. I did all I could without hurting her but even with all my strength I couldn't save her. When I was about to be defeated my father and mother came and saved me. We went to an isolated place where they told me that Luna was unable to save. We still had to stop Nightmare moon from attacking Equestria. So with the elements of harmony I was able to stop her. When I got back to the castle where she was I used them and was sending her to the moon. I had to follow her and right when I was about to go with her......mother and father stopped me telling me I still had a duty to do. But when they went forward to take my place I saw Luna..........I knew it wasn't her but she said 'Why are you hurting me Tia?' It was trying to trick me into stopping the spell. But mother and father gave their lives to imprison her and save Luna."

I was in utter shock. She to knows what it's like to lose loved ones...except she had a sister and a niece. Where on my planet I had nothing or didn't accept anything. Celestia then seemed to cry again only a little worst. I saw that the door was opened a crack and that basically the whole castle was listening.

"Celestia I think some ponies want to come in here. Cadence and Luna please enter. The door opened as the two alicorns entered. The door was left wide open as I saw that other ponies were looking. I got up from the bed and told the two what happened and how depressed Celestia was. Then nodded as I stood at the doorway and the three embraced together in an attempt to comfort Celestia. I smiled as I walked out to see all the other ponies quickly gallop away. Only one of them stayed. He had a horn and a captains rank on his armor.

"You must be shining armor am I correct?" I asked him. He nodded.

"Yes I am husband of Princess cadence."

"And the BBBFF of twilight sparkle am I correct there as well?" His eyes went wide.

"How did you know?!" He asked surprised. I was gonna be busy.

(AN2:Okay sorry for the long wait guys had to think of what to say and sadly I might not get this done until after school starts. So I'll try to get this done on the weekends but the weekdays I wont be able to. Anyways there WILL be some tragedy and thing MIGHT not make since in the future so please ideas are welcomed.
