"If she goes with their book, she could get shut down for teaching non-ponies. That Neighsay believes that she might endanger Equestria if she does that." "I did not know that, Link.", Celestia replied nervously. "Brandon, this is Admiral Link. EEA headquarters, Twilight is inside, CODE 7!", he said over his radio. "I hear you, Admiral. I suggest we take them by surprise and kick Neighsay out when he is inspecting.", Brandon replied. Twilight explained that Neighsay could inspect on "Friends and Family Day", and he accepted. Little did she know that their allies in the Christian Fleet were going to interfere. They planned to set up an alarm that would go off if it detected the presence of Neighsay or any other EEA members. They would hide in the ceiling and drop down at the right time.
Setting the traps and opening the schoolView OnlineThe Friendship SchoolSetting the traps and opening the schoolAfter a few weeks, the school was finished. Twilight grilled her friends about the strict regulations, which ticked all of them off. Unknown to them, the Christians were setting traps to detect presences related to the EEA. They had even placed a turret inside the school's pinnacle. This turret would deploy a shield that could block EEA members from getting in. However, this would only work if they had activated a program with the code name "Order 66". Brandon had also placed a sealing enchantment in Neighsay's EEA medallion. Once active, Neighsay would be unable to use his abilities. After this, the school was opened. Even though there were five students that were not ponies, they were enrolled. Several weeks later, Twilight found a note on her office desk. "Neighsay will close your school if he finds out that you are teaching to Non-Pony students. I advise you to hide them before Neighsay comes to inspect you." The note did not have a signature, which caused Twilight to become nervous. She still acepted the advice, and chose to hide them, and have their guardians hide too.
Inspection TimeView OnlineThe Friendship SchoolInspection TimeNeighsay arrived on time, and Twilight began to give him the rundown. Unbeknownst to her, Brandon had duplicated the cover of the EEA rulebook and put blank pages in it. He had burnt the real book to ashes, and the cover was merely smoldered. "We have been following your guidelines as closely as we can. We hit some snags in the beginning, because my friends did not want to go through. They wanted to teach in their own styles and make the lessons fun. However, that isn't in your book. All of the students are practically angry about the fact that we must go by your book, and that it is so strict.", Twilight explained sadly as she led Neighsay through the hallways. Neighsay was about to give her some tips, when a gray ashcloud flew out of nowhere. Both of them were left coughing, and Twilight actually sneezed. Neighsay understood by the look on Twilight's face that she didn't know what just happened. Her tour went normally, until they reached the classroom wing. "Regardless of the ash, I think ...", Neighsay started in a pleased tone. He was cut off as they walked through a door. A camera spotted him, which tripped an alarm. They both threw hooves over their ears to block out the LOUDLY SCREAMING SIREN. Suddenly, the siren stopped. Both of them were left dizzy, and with their ears ringing. Then, two figures dropped from the ceiling on cables. Pulling out laser rifles they pointed at Neighsay.
Order 66View OnlineThe Friendship SchoolOrder 66Neighsay was ordered out of the school, but he retaliated angrily. "Why should I listen to someone who is here to destroy Equestria?", he challenged. Twilight was about to ask who they were, when they dropped their disguises. They took off their black jackets, and their headgear. Twilight was looking at Link and Brandon. Both were dressed in their Christian Fleet uniforms, and were looking sternly at Neighsay. Turning to Twilight, Brandon explained that they had come to help her. Without speaking, Link snapped his fingers, and the shield generator kicked in. The school was briefly surrounded by a glow of light, which died down shortly. "GET OUT, NOW!!", Link shouted at Neighsay. "You cannot order me to leave. I am inspecting this school for full accreditation. With you here, I am suspicious that Twilight is hiding something. Who the heck are you anyway?", he said as he defended himself. "They are allies from beyond this world. They saved Equestria on the day I was crowned. As a matter of fact, I am one of them.", Twilight replied. "I don't trust them. I INSIST THAT THEY LEAVE AT ONCE", Neighsay muttered. "Only I can make them leave, Chancellor.", said a voice. Neighsay whirled around to see Celestia staring at him with anger. He was shocked to see that she was wearing a uniform similar to Brandon's. Upon hearing Twilight tell him to turn back around, he saw that she was wearing a uniform as well. Brandon held up the fake EEA book, and explained that he had destroyed the real book when Twilight wasn't looking. "How dare you attempt to turn this school against me.", he hissed as he tapped on his medallion. To his surprise, nothing happened when he did so. Brandon revealed that he had sealed the medallion, and that Celestia had given them permission to pull Twilight away from the EEA. "I gave Twilight a mission to spread the knowledge of friendship BEYOND THE BORDERS OF EQUESTRIA!! That includes all other races of non-pony creatures. If Twilight tried to intertwine her mission with your strict rules, I knew that you would close her down. I cannot allow that.", Celestia spat at Neighsay. "How do you plan on forcing me out of here?", he taunted the allies. "Commander, execute Order 66.", Brandon instructed over his headset as he shot Neighsay and knocked him unconscious. Brandon's first officer activated the program, and the shield became infused with a special wave of energy. The wave fired a bolt of electricity right at Neighsay. Wrapping around him, the bolt yanked the Chancellor out of a window, and flung him away from the school. Upon landing in the water, the seal on his medallion was deactivated. He tried to seal the school, but his magic only bounced off the shield and shackled him instead. He could only watch as the non-pony students emerged from hiding and returned to their classes. Twilight showed him her private rulebook, before dropping the smoldered EEA cover in front of him. "That shield is designed to keep anything related to the EEA, out of my school. I promise that this will benefit Equestria by helping other races get along with each other.", Twilight said calmly. "Those creatures will...", Neighsay started to argue. Link angrily knocked him out again. He was dragged onto a pegasus chariot, and flown to Canterlot. One month later, Neighsay began plotting revenge.
Meeting NeighsayView OnlineThe Friendship SchoolMeeting NeighsayAfter going to Canterlot, Twilight went to Celestia to talk about her plans. She was so excited, that she nearly lost focus. "It is going to be so exciting, getting to spread friendship to the races that we made alliances with.", she screeched, "However, there are not any rulebooks for me to utilize." "Actually, there is.", said Celestia. "There is the Equestrian Education Association, or EEA. They will need to approve your plans so you can go forward." Twilight searched for the EEA headquarters and soon found it. The doors had an image of a horseshoe encircled by leaves. Determined, she went inside, not knowing she was being followed by someone who knew her well. "Greetings to you all, my name is ...", she started. "Princess Twilight Sparkle, I am Chancellor Neighsay.", a stallion interrupted her, mid-sentence. "Equestria owes you a great debt, but, princess or not, we expect that you go, by... the... book!", he hissed as he threw a copy of the book at her. Twilight nervously flipped through the thick book and gulped in nervousness. These were STRICT regulations, and her heart sank, because it meant that she would not be allowed to teach classes to creatures other than ponies. One rule dictated that she would have to have Neighsay come and inspect her progress. This was not good.
