Button Mash was speechless, the talk with Silver Spoon was going excellent, she knew very much of video games, and even have similar favourites with him, he was thinking about that until she named a particular title.

"You like Metal Gear!?" He screamed raising his forelegs in the air, receiving a few glares from other passengers, he noticed what he was doing and lowered them and acted normal again.

Silver Spoon felt a little nervous as she saw the glares of the other ponies, but responded with tranquility.

"Yes, i started with Mgs3, so i understand the lore from the beginning, but not the references"

"Haha, yeah! I first started with Mgs1, much later i played the first two MG's to really understand who was Big Boss"

"I love Big Boss, Solid is okay, but nothing beats those blue eyes, that beard and eye patch" Silver said with a loving face.

"It's okay, i like Solid more because he was the one i first played as"

"I can understand, it happened to me with other games too, but let's get real, The Phantom Pain was a bad Mgs" Silver said.

Button nodded at this.

"You don't have to say it, good game with excellent mechanics, but bad development of story"

"And let's not forget the shaking cinematics with long takes and some moments out of focus" aggregated Silver Spoon

"Oh no, do not remind me of that, it was fine in some scenes, but the game abuse it until the end, just as the repetitive credits at the beginning and end of every chapter, that's what happen when you name gets deleted from the cover, you make sure they never forget who is the boss"

Silver Spoon smiled and nodded as Button continues.

"And also, there's not chapter 3, just like Snatcher, we can thank uncle Konami on that one" Button said sarcastically.

"Yeah, at least we know that will not happen with Death Stranding" Responded silver

"Right, the bad thing is that it will be an exclusive at launch, but it will really hurt to Sony when it gets to PC, just like Crash" Said Button letting escape a laugh.

Silver Spoon let escape a good laugh too at that, her talk with Button Mash was going really well since her apology, she never had a pony to talk about her passion for video games, well there was Diamond Tiara, but she always refuses to play or even give it a try, that made her felt lonely at times, but now she has Button, so she really felt a good connection with him.
On the side of Button he was just waiting for the time to be waked up from his dream, he still couldn't believe that a pony that used to abuse him, was in front of him talking about his favourite's games, he was pinching his foreleg with his left hoof while thinking of it.

Silver noticed it and blinked.

"Er...what are you doing?"

Button reacted quickly at her question and responded.

"Just an itch" as he suddenly stop pinching his foreleg, 'Nailed it' he thought putting the hoof under his chin to maintain his head.

Silver blinked for a second, smiled and just let him be, 'He can be a little weird, but at least is not a bad pony' she thought looking at the window and noticed they were reaching the Canterlot station.

"Oh! Look we already got to Canterlot"

Button looked to the window and his eyes widened.

"Wow, time really flies when you talk about important things"

"If you can call important to the things we talk" Responded Silver Spoon with a smile.

"Of course they are important, not everyday you talk about video games with a girl that used to be your enemy" Button laugh as he realized what his final word was and tried to fix it "No offense, of course"

"Don't worry" Silver answered as the train reached and stopped at the station.

The two got off the train, they walked some steps away from it until Button remembered an important thing.

"Shit! I forgot that i have to wait for the Crusaders here, since i did not see them on our wagon, so they must be in another one"

Silver got a little nervous at the mention of the girls and tried to bring an excuse to leave.

"Oh! It's okay, you can wait for them, besides i have to get fast to the school main office, so i can finish the paperwork of the transfer"

Button looked at her with a worry face, he didn't want her to leave, but accepted it.

"Alright Silver, see you in classes then?"

Silver smiled to him.

"Of course! See ya later Button" Silver said as she turned around and started trotting to school"

As soon as Button let Silver go he heard his name being called, or rather shouted.

"Yo! Button!" Shouted a female orange-colored Pegasus with a purple mane and tail.

Button turned to look at her and saw a yellow-colored earth pony mare with red mane and tail with her, and then noticed there were only two crusaders.

"Hey girls!"

"Howdy Button, what happened? We did not see ya get on the train" said Apple bloom as the two girls got in front of Button.

"Eh? Oh, yeah, i almost got asleep so when i got to the train i just kinda fell asleep"

Scootaloo raised her foreleg and rested in Button's neck, bringing him down.

"Button...Button...Button" She said making clicks with her mouth "You know better than lie to us, we just saw how you said goodbye to Silver Spoon, so spit it"

Button eyes widened at the mention of Silver Spoon, he wanted to avoid this, but now there was no escape.

"Alright you got me, lets get going and i will tell the two of you"

"Good" Responded Scootaloo as she let him go patting his head, as the trio began the walk to school.

"So where's Sweetie Belle?" Button asked.

"Oh right, she stayed the weekend in Canterlot, she sometimes takes care of Rarity's shop, so prefers to stay here" answered Apple Bloom.

Button lift up is eyebrows looking at her.

"Wow, never thought she worked for her sister, who would-"

"Now, don't change the subject mister" Interrupted Scootaloo, "you still have to explain us something".

Button looked to Scootaloo as he let out a long sigh.

"Okay... i guess i have no other choice right?" said button as he take a breath "When i was running to not lost the train i crashed with Silver Spoon at the entrance of the wagon, I did not realize who it was, until she recognized me, then when i help lift up her belongings i noticed an Overwatch pin"

"An Overwatch pin?" Asked a surprised Scootaloo "I can't believe it, so Silver Spoon?"

"Yes" Button answered "She plays video games, but not only that, she really is a gamer, we spend all the trip talking about video games"

"Wow, now that's something I never think I'd ever hear" Said Apple Bloom.

"Yes, who would've say that Silver Spoon was a gamer chick, but that doesn't change the fact that she is a bad pony" Added Scootaloo.

"Actually" Button interrupted "We talked about that, and she apologized"

Apple Bloom gave him a serious look.

"And ya believed her so easily?"

Button Looked at her.

"She was crying, of course i believed her"

"Well...i will give you the benefit of doubt Button, if you say she's cool, then i believe you" Said Scootaloo

Apple Bloom looked at her astonished.

"Scootaloo...are ya alright?"

"Of course i'm alright, if Button says she's cool, we should believe him, and yes, i know we have a bad story with her, but maybe we can fix things talking"

Apple Bloom thought for a second.

"Well...if ya put it that way i think it's alright"

"Thanks girls, and don't worry, she's good now, i will try to convince her to befriend to all of us" Button said with a smile.

Scootaloo gave him a flirtatious look.

"I think you're already falling for her casanova" as she punch him on his right foreleg

Button gave her a surprised look.

"What? Scootaloo, i barely knew her for one hour and a half, and you're already giving conclusions that stupid?"

"Well why not? you two have same likes, i mean yes, me and Sweetie Belle play video games very often too, but we are not that passionate like you and Silver Spoon" Scootaloo answered.

Button looked seriously at her.

"Yes, but not for that you can already take the title of official match-maker"

"I'm only saying" Scootaloo responded raising one hoof defensively

"Good, let's leave it at that, we almost are at schoo-"

"But if you fix yourself a little, you could have a chance with her" Scootaloo interrupted him.

Suddenly Button stopped walking, the girls noticed and turn around to look at him, he wore and expressionless face, it was too late, he was already having flashbacks from Vietnam with a Rolling Stones song in the background.

"I think you broke him" Apple Bloom said.

Scootaloo facehoofed.

"Not again the Vietnam War Flashbacks" She said.

Button suddenly returned at the mention of Vietnam and looked at Scootaloo with an angry look.

"What the buck Scootaloo... Really?"

"Yes" she said "have you ever looked into a mirror? you have eye bags the ninety percent of the time, you always have a careless mane and tail"

"That's nothing to worry about, i'm a very sexy stallion, everyone thinks that" He responded by combing his hair backwards and letting it fall at its initial point.

Scootaloo looked at him angrily.

"That's just your mother's opinion and it doesn't count"

Apple Bloom brought a hoof to her muzzle and snickered at Scootaloo joke, Button just sighed.

"I'm sexy, let's leave it at that" he saw in front of them the staircase to the school entrance "we gonna get late, i will see you later" he said as he climbed the stairs.

Apple Bloom stayed looking at Scootaloo as the Pegasus turn to her and said

"He's totally falling for her"

Apple Bloom sighed shaking her head with disappoint.

"Hey girls!" Shouted a white Unicorn running towards them.

The girls turned around to see the missing member of the Crusaders.

"Howdy Sweetie Belle" Replied Apple Bloom.

"Hello, did i miss something?"

Scootaloo turned to look at Apple Bloom with a evil grin and then back again to Sweetie Belle.

"You wouldn't believe us" she said as she put a hoof on her neck "let's go inside, we have something very good to tell you"

The school day was pretty normal for Button Mash, he already passed the most difficult classes of the morning and was a little disappointed by not seeing Silver Spoon on any of them, so he hoped to cross with her at lunch, so he headed to the school cafeteria, after waiting for his turn he grabbed a tray and put the food he wanted, he gazed into the crowded place to find an empty table, and became dumbfounded as he saw Silver Spoon on an empty one, he should have lunch with the crusaders, but he knew they wouldn't mind him making another friend, so he put his tray on his back and began walking towards her new friend.

Silver Spoon was drinking her orange juice thinking on her first day of school, she was having a good time, the teachers were not extravagant as the old ones back on her private school, and the classes were very entertaining, as she just stopped drinking she listened her name being called.

"Ey Silver Spoon!" said the brown colt.

Silver turned to her right to see Button Mash coming to her direction, she smiled and wave a hoof to him.

"Hi Button!"

Button put off the tray of his back and sat on the opposite side of the table.

"So...how are things going in you first day?"

Silver grabbed and apple as she looked at him.

"Very great luckily, this school really his a very quiet place"

"Yes, this may be the last year, but once you get confortable it feels very boring at times" Said Button.

"That's maybe because you're always bored" Responded Silver.

Button raised and eyebrow at that.

"Oh really? Well tell me, why i didn't see you in any of my classes?"

Silver gave a bite to her apple.

"That's because i'm not gonna make video games like you, so i don't need to go to all those clases with fancy mathematics and programming like you do"

Button eyes widened.

"What? how do you know what i want to be?"

"It's obvious" answered Silver Spoon, "Your Cutie Mark is a D-Pad so unless you're an eSports player you might wanna be a game designer"

"Wow, i'm really that predictable?" Button asked sighing.

Silver took another bite.

"Nah, it just suits you, video games have always been part of your life, so it's a good thing you making that out for a living"

"Well thank you for that" Button said while giving a bite to his salad "Now you tell me, what do you wanna do?"

Silver just looked directly to his eyes.

"Art" She simply replied.

"What? Art?" Button asked astonished.

"Yes, I have good drawing skills, it was always a hobby, but I think I can work with it. In addition, in the future I will have to occupy my family business, but i can also have people to help me with that, and i can do what I love."

"Wow" Said Button Mash, "I never thought you would be an artist, may i have the honor to see some of your drawings sometime?"

Silver finished her apple and smiled to him.

"Of course Button, it's not a problem at all"

"Cool" Button said, as he realized "Wait...So that means we will be attending to the drawing class together?

"Oh yes" Silver nodded "That one will be primordial to you, as you can later choice to be an Game Artist, Gamer Designer or Programmer, i will attend to that one because they have to make sure all Art students are good at drawing, but i will be on another advanced ones about the history or different types of art"

Button finished his salad as Silver drink her juice.

"Cool, you will be my Game Artist"

Silver finished her juice.

"You know you will have to pay me right?"

"Pony Resources will take care of that" Button answered laughing.

Silver rolled her eyes smiling.

"Har har...Yeah, sure"

Meanwhile there were tree female ponies on a table seeing the two earth ponies talking not too far away from them.

"My eyes see it, but i can't believe it" Pronounced an dumbfounded Sweetie Belle

"I told ya! "Scootaloo Replied to the white unicorn.

"Well, at least they seem to get along very well" Said Apple Bloom finishing her meal.

Sweetie Belle looked seriously at Silver Spoon.

"I will not allow it" Pronounced sternly

"What?" Said her two friends at the same time.

Sweetie turned and looked at her friends.

"That, she will not take Button away from me"

"Sweetie Belle, not this again" Responded Scootaloo facehoofing herself "If you would've accepted Button's proposal three years ago, this will not be happening"

"I wasn't ready!" Said Sweetie Belle.

Scootaloo sighed.

"You should've told him that! Not me"

"Yeah, i agree with Scootaloo on this one" Said Apple Bloom looking at Sweetie Belle " You don't remember how you left poor Button? He was depressed a whole month, if not more."

"Yes, you two used to be inseparable back then" Aggregated Scootaloo "He always invited you to gaming nights, even more that the three of us together, it was obvious that you liked one another"

"But we were fourteen, i wasn't ready for a relationship at that short age" Sweetie defended herself.

"Sure, and now you're ready" Said a sarcastically Scootaloo.

"Yes, i been ready since a whole year, but Button don't give the step forward"

"That's because you have ignored or avoided him since then!" Scootaloo was having enough "Every time he talks to you, you act indifferent. He still joins us because Apple Bloom and i still treat him well and invite him to Crusaders meetings"

"Yeah, he even invited us to Gaming nights and all" Aggregated Apple Bloom.

Sweetie looked at her angrily.

"But he doesn't invite me anymore!"

"He did, because you always refused, so he stopped asking" Apple Bloom replied.

"Yes, if you act like you hate him, he will never have the courage to ask you again" Scootaloo said looking at Sweetie directly at her eyes "Who knows, maybe he already got over it"

"Don't you dare to say that again Scootaloo" Replied a furiously Sweetie Belle "He will always be mine!"

And just as she said that, the bell ringed announcing the end of the recess, Sweetie Belle grabbed her belongings with her magic and left the table without a word. Her friends looked at each other and sighed.

"This will not end well" Said Apple Bloom.

Scootaloo turn her head to look at Button's coming to their table.

"Hey Button, what happened to Silver Spoon?"

"Hey, she just left for one of her classes," Replied Button "we will be having the last one together, so i came to ask you two if you don't have a problem that i comeback on train with her"

"Yeah of course Button, you don't have to ask" Apple Bloom replied.

"Yeah, you're already big enough to take care of yourself, you don't need us to look after you all the time, son" Aggregated Scootaloo Jokingly.

"Thanks Mom!" He replied Sarcastically "I just wanna make sure you two don't think i'm leaving you behind for her, i don't wanna lose another friend"

Scootaloo flinched at that.

"Don't worry mate, we will never leave you"

"Yes, just go and have fun with Silver Spoon" Aggregated Apple Bloom doing a flirtatious grin.

"Oh no...Just stop doing that," Said Button sighing "well... I'm going to class, see ya girls"

"See ya Button" Replied the two Crusaders as they look at him turn back and trot to the exit. Apple Bloom looked at Scootaloo.

"I just hope things don't get out of hooves"

"Me too" Replied Scootaloo.

The two Crusaders lifted up from their seats and trotted to their respective classes.

The school day ended as Button and Silver Spoon were on the trip back, as the train approaches to Ponyville. They were talking about their last class.

"I can't believe you draw something so complex while listening to the class" Said Button surprised as he looked at the draw of a Steel Ranger done with great detail in pencil.

"It can take some practice, but that's just a simple drawing." Said Silver as she looked at the draw "I can do something better if I have time"

"Yeah, but still, it just amazes me the great talent you have" Praised Button.

"Thanks, and not worry, you can even surpass me, if you have the conviction" Replied Silver Spoon.

Button laughed.

"Yeah, i hope for"

The train reached the Ponyville station and the two got off.

"Well, this is where we split ways" Silver said.

"Uh? Oh...True, you live on the rich part of town.

"Yes, will i see you tomorrow?" Silver asked.

"Of course, same place, i can even crash into you again if you want" Replied Button winking.

Silver snickered.

"Please don't... I don't think i could stand another hit"

"Okay I promise not to run over you again"

"Good" Silver replied taking a step forward and hugging Button Mash.

Button froze and blushed, he couldn't believe he was getting hugged and tried to react as fast as he can, hugging her with one foreleg.

"Thank you for everything Button," Silver said "you really make my day more fun"

"Hehe... don't worry, i have fun too" Button replied as Silver broke the hug after a second.

"Well... see ya tomorrow!" Silver said as she turned back and make her way back to her home.

"Yeah! see ya tomorrow!" Button replied, dumbfounded by the hug he just received. He turned back to home after that.

Once he entered his house, his mother appeared from the kitchen.

"Good afternoon sweetie, so... It was one of those days?"

Button smiled to her.

"I can't said it was" He replied as he closed the front door.
