Sleep was something that all of us enjoy doing and don't lie you know that you want at the end of the day after school, work, or what ever. Its hard for myself to fall asleep even with sleeping meds, so I just play some freeblade on my Ipad for a bit till I grow tired most of the time. That game is always fun, who doesn't love playing as a 90 something feet tale robot with a freaking chainsaw arm. Usually in my warm bed I would have my cat Blu would sometime cruel into a ball next to my head with the sound of my sleep machine playing thunder and white noise to help us sleep. But begs the question-

'Why am I so cold?'

I wrapped my arms around my waist to warm up as I felt something cold and smooth on my back...wait what the-

Opening my eyes to be met with something I would never see a large metal room, sitting up from a...table? Where was I? OH GOD I'M NOT IN ONE OF THOSE DARK WEB THINGS AM I?

'Well I'm able to sit up,'

Pulling away at a white sheet that covered my lower part of my body I then look down at my feet I was meet with something I though I never see, my legs they were...metal, Red and green wires from the expose gaps on the legs ran though out the limbs. Never though I would be able to see something like this ever happen I love my body the way it was but the HELL who would do this!? The desigh was not human the foot had five large talon like toes that look that they could do some serious damage. Trying to test something I tried to move the toes of the feet to see if they responded and to my amazement they did it didn't feel as strange at all. Grabbing at my boxers waist band I lifted it in worry just to put back down with a sigh of relief thank goodness I still had it.

"Again the hell," I said in a low tone.

"Princeps I see you are awake that's good," A low machinal voice causing me to jump a bit and look around the room for the one spoke.

"Hello?" I said out low.

"Yes my princeps?" The voice said.

"Um yeah who are you and why are calling me princeps that's just a Warhammer thing?" I asked/

"'Warhammer thing?' my princeps what is this have to do with a weapon?" the voice ask back.

I raised my arms out.

"What no just forget I said anything about Warhammer just were are you?" I asked.

"Oh I'm here my princeps," A voice spoke to my right.

I turned around to see something I would never though I would see, simply the being before me was a tech priest red robes and all.

"Are you alright my princeps?" The priest asked tilting his head.

"Yeah I'm good...did you do this to my legs?" I asked.

The tech priest nodded as his Muti green eyes were the only thing I could see under his dark hood, which widen and closed making me feel uneasy.

"You were damaged my princeps I fix as much of you as I could could but out legs those need to replaced," He said pointing at my feet.

'I was in bed a moment ago how could this happen,'

"Priest if you don't mind me asking what happened to me?" I asked.

He walked over to my side.

"Well to answer you question my princeps we were battle the heretic chaos marines when a bright flash some how causes us to appear here in the dark of your titan, I found you wounded out of your command chair damaged so I fixed you and while you slept I fixed you titan with the others and kept you pet heathy," the priest told me.

"Others...pet...what?" I asked in confused.

"By others he means us sir," I turned to sound at my left to see a hoplites.

(forgive me I couldn't find any art as the soldier themselves)

He saluted at me as I he introduced himself.

"Ranger skitarii 101 reporting," The ranger stated.

"Um at ease 101," He did what I told him to as I looked over to the priest.

"Ok so I still have a crew?" I asked.

He nodded.

"We have 10 hoplites, myself as the only tech priest, 4 engineers, 2 scan's men 19 servo skulls, and your pet," the priest informed me.

"My pet?" I asked.

He reached into his cloak and pulled out a small ball of grey fur that had a tail on the back end and a blue collar that had small feet, it didn't take a genius to find what it was.

"Blu?"

My buddy lifted his small head from the priest claw as he looked at me with his bright green eyes, the priest handed my best friend to me and I grabbed him and placed him on my lap as he began to purr.

'OK so blu is with me now what do I do?' I rubbed Blu's head as he love headbutted it.

"My princeps how do you feel anyways?" The priest asked.

I looked at the priest as blu jumped off my lap.

"Confused to be honest," I told the priest.

"Well that's normal for you having new legs lets see if you can walk," The priest said holding out his hand.

'its not just about the legs,'

Taking his metal hand I placed my feet down feeling the cold metal under them.

"What the!? I can still feel with these things?" I asked.

He nodded.

"Yeah my princeps the shell of the frame has over 500,000 sensors in it to feel like you were born with these legs these can do more than you other ones can and their waterproof as well," I sighed as the priest told me about my legs.

Lifting off the bed and letting go of the priest hand I looked down nothing different, taking a step forward then another then another.

"Amazing my princeps just amazing you body is accepting the modifications in recorded time," He said.

Reaching behind my back to feel the cold thing from before.

"Priest whats on my back?" I asked.

His eyes moved before he responded.

"That's you extended hard-plug connected to you spine for easier control of your titan," 'priest' told me.

'Speaking of which,'

"Um priest where is my titan?" I asked.

Priest chuckled.

"We are in your titan my princeps,"

'What?'

I looked around to see a large chair with cables in the back connected to it along with control gloves that was on the chair, going over to the titan I placed my hand on the back of it as looked forward to see two large darken view ports with seats and controls.

"Wow," I mumbled.

"Yes my princeps its always breathe taking when you stand here," The priest said scaring me.

"WAH! don't do that," I hissed.

The priest bowed his head.

"Forgive me my princeps," The priest asked.

I laughed and lightly as I Maka chopped his head lightly.

"Just don't to it again eh?" I smiled.

The priest raised his head up.

"Thank you my princeps now about your clothing," The tech priest said walking over to a large black metal box.

Now that he pointed that out I was in my boxers that I woke up in which made me wander what did happen to my sleep wear when I went to sleep best not ask. The priest walked back over to me as he had a folded pair of clothing that he had for me that looked like black and gold robes and armor.

"Since your other clothing was damage beyond repair I thought you should wear these they were sent by the inquisition when you purged a world from the green skins and the heretics of chaos. Which is unlike them at all but I guess they wanted to reward you with something," I took the apparel from the priest as he told me about my new clothing.

'Alright I guess its the best thing to have than nothing,'

Placing the armor on the armor itself wasn't heavy at all it was comfortable and light weight along of being every nice in the end. Gold and black armored robes looked good the trench coat was a feature I loved, it had all kinds of detail all parchments with writing of battle that I did during the game were on my armor along with skulls on my knees, crouch, and hips. The added hood was nice along with the helmet that I had with it, similar to a chaplain helmet once placed on the helmet connects to my armor with cables on both sides of the skull cheeks into my armor. The finishing touch was green inner robes with a crest of the dark angels on my belt. Currently I had my helmet and hood off sitting on my command chair with the hard plugs connect to the titan mainframe with blu on my lap snuggling. We were preparing to activated the titan to find out where we were, from what 'priest' (I have taken to call him that besides 18888299) scan the star to see if they match any maps and of course nothing we were in a system that the imperium had not touched so we have to be carful with our actions.

"Titan online," The first crew member said to my left.

"Chain blade at 100%, thermal cannon of Annihilation also at 100%, missile launcher loaded and ready, stubbed ready at 100%, Ready hard link in 3...2...1-"

And with that I felt my body surge as I gasped in discomfort as I began to pant as I felt from my spin as wires began to move around in my back and wrap around my spine.

"Ow..."

Lowing my head from the discomfort my eyes watered as I began to blink a few times, I was looking though my eyes and the next thing I know I'm outside. Being meet with a open field with metal legs infront of me and a large metal feet with a black and dark blue color, with my back leaning on something.

'Am I looking though my titans eyes?'

Raising up my arms to see my arms were the weapons of my titan's with the same color as my legs conforming my though from before I smiled on my human body as I began to take get up and take a small step forward. I couldn't help like that I was a child taking it's first steps but with my first step even though my new leg was alien to me it felt like I waked on them all my life I walked forward 10 steps and turned back to what I was leaning on.

"Hey priest?" I asked though my human mouth.

"Yes my princeps?" I heard like he was standing next to me.

"How about a weapons test?" I asked to him with a smile.

Hearing a light chuckle.

"But of course my princeps," With that I pointed my thermal cannon at the rock and fired a round at the rock causing the rock to explode into molten rock as it landed on the green grass burning it.

"Nice shot," A voice said.

"Thank you priest," I said.

"For what my princeps?" Priest asked.

"Didn't you just say 'nice shot'? I asked.

"No but it was a amazing display of firepower my princeps," priest told me.

thanking him I began to think hard to one thing that it could be.

"Titan?" I whispered.

"Yes my friend it is I midknight your titan," I heard the same voice again but this time more female than male.

"Whoa Ok this is weird," I mumbled.

"Yes this is quite weird you are the first pilot to ever here my voice and respond to me I'll been so lonely~"

'OK since when did titan talk like that?'

"Right then well I guess better late than never right?" I said to my titan.

"I guess so well...whoa did you feel that?" Midknight asked.

Truth be told I felt a chill go up my spine when midknight paused.

"Yeah weird what was that?"

"Dunno but it felt like something from the warp,"

When she said the warp I felt my body fill up with rage as I growled at her answer, I didn't know why I was mad myself but I was and I wanted to tear anything from the warp to pieces. Nodding I began to walk in the path where the power came from with each large metal step going to the point.

After almost 30 minutes of walking forward we entered what looked like a battlefield with bodies none of theme were human or known xeno. I scanned the area for any life but none of the bodies showed any form of life, holes of shifted earth and scarpered metal told me that that a great battle took place here one that was a massacre that seemed all these xenos were fighting against but were ripped appear.

"My lord what could have do this," Priest asked.

"I don't know," Telling him though my human mouth.

Walking though the battlefield I began to feel even more uneasy from before, I must be close to what ever that power is.

"Use caution my pilot something here is heavy connected to the warp with dangerous power," Midknight whispered in my ear.

When I took a set foward a large flash of purple light blinded me as I used my chainblade to cover my titan's eyes, with it fating I looked forward and began to run to the source of the light not to expect to see what was on the other side of the hill that the light came from.
