Chapters My new pet, is a Unicorn?
The sky was clear and blue.
The sun shined high in the sky. Kids were at the park playing with their friends, parents and siblings. Mothers and Fathers pushing their children on swings, birds eating seeds off the ground from an elderly women pulling more seeds off of her bag. A man was down on his knees holding a tiny black box and showing it to the women he loved; everyone would already know what’s bound to happen between those two, there’s a say: “Love is love,” and what would men do to be with the women they love so dear.
The women squealed like a fan girl when the man asked her to marry him, and she instantly accepted the offer. Far off from the two love birds was Anon. He was sitting on a bench watching the two couple from a-far; he came to the park because he wanted some time to clear his mind, and put the pieces of his heart back together.
It still hurts just remembering how it all ended.
Two days ago, he got a call from his ex-girlfriend: she was talking to him over the phone, explaining that Both of them should take a brake. She apologized but Anon told her it was okay; on the outside he was fine to his friends and including her they thought he took it very well like it didn’t hurt him at all. But deep down. His heart was shattered to thousands of pieces.
There were times were he would wake up at night and he’d felt like his heart was being stabbed over and over again. And the cycle repeated every night he’d go to sleep. But Anon stayed strong not just for himself, but for his friends as well.
“Yo Anon!”
His thoughts were interrupted by a familiar voice. He turned to look behind his shoulder and saw his childhood friend, Ben. He wore a orange tangerine jacket, blue jeans, a beanie over his head and had black gloves to keep his hands warm. One eye was normal on the right a perfect chocolate brown color. The one on the left was the opposite, they were contacts.
“Ben,” Said Anon. “What’re you doing here?”
“Looking for you, big boy.” Ben responded before jumping over the bench landing safely while putting his hands over his head and letting out a relaxing sigh. “You didn’t answer any of my calls! Sooooo I decided to find you here, since this is your "secret" spot.”
Anon crossed his arms and looked at him curiously. “And how did you know this was my spot?” Anon asked Ben.
He hummed for what it felt like two minutes and tap his chin with his index finger.
“I don’t know I just guessed.” He replied shrugging his shoulders. Anon let a sigh before turning away from Ben and staring at the ground.
“What do you want Ben? Shouldn’t you be with Chris right now?”
Ben’s expression change from a smile to a pouty face. He huffed then turned away from you, crossing his arms like a wompy five year old.
“Well! If you must know Chris is out of town and he won’t be back until Christmas.” Ben responded. “Ugh and I miss him already too!” He cried. “I was gonna go take him out for dinner, go ice skating with him and—
Ben stoped when he notice Anon bitting his lips holding in a few chuckles. Ben felt his cheeks went beat red feeling a bit embarrassed and glared at him. “W-What!?”
Anon lifted his head to face him. “You’re so gay Ben.”
“Hey! I maybe gay but I’m proud of it!” He pointed out while placing his hands over his hips. There was a moment of silence between the two and Ben changes the subject. “Look um, you sure your doing okay? You know after what happened?” Ben asked with a bit of concern.
He looked at Ben his face filled with worry; he knew what he was talking about and Anon didn’t want to bring it up again. He placed his hand on his shoulder and smiled.
“I’m fine.” He said reassuring him. Ben sigh out of relief, leting all the worry he had be pushed out of him. And then like a light bulb an idea came to sparked in his mind.
“Hey you know I was thinking. We should get you a dog!”
Anon blinked. “A dog?”
“Yeah! Dogs make everyones lives better, my sister’s got a dog, my grandma has a dog and they made them happy so I’m sure it’ll do the same for you!”
A part of himwasn’t sure about the idea let alone having a pet; the last time Anon had a pet was that time he had a goldfish when he wasfour. Anon left his fish for a few minutes to head into the bathroom but when he came back he found his fish being swallowed hole by his neighbors cat Vicky. Those were bad days that he’d never want to go through again.
“I’m not sure...” Anon responded.
“Huh?” Ben looked at Anon with a perplexed look while scratching his head. “Why not? Dogs are awesome!?”
“Yeah I know,” he explained before Anon stood up and walked pass him. “I just don’t think I’m ready for that kind of responsibility.”
“But wait!” Ben followed after him and stopped him by waving his hands. He reaches for his pocket and pulls out a card, he places it on the palm of Anon’s hand and closes it. “Here.” He said before rolling his body around and walked to the other direction.
“W-What— Ben!” Anon turned to his shoulder watching Ben leave. “What is this!?”
“Get yourself a dog Anon! Trust me! It’ll all be worth it!” He shouted without looking at him and kept walking straight.
Anon was alone once again. What was that all about? Why was Ben so eager for him to get a new pet; he doubt having a pet would somehow cheer him up let alone having a dog in his apartment. Anon looked down at the card he’d given him and read the logo.
Armies, Pet store.
There was an address on the card, this place is out of town and it’s not to far from were he is. He let out a defeated sigh and shoved the card down in his pocket before heading off.
Anon finally made it to his destination there weren’t many cars nearby so his was the only one in the parking-lot. After he’d stepped out of his vehicle he made his way towards the double doors before pushing through them gently and hearing the bell ring.
One of the employees saw him come in and stepped towards him with a smile on their faces. She wore her uniform with her name-badge on the right side of her chest, her hair was wrapped up in a ponytail and had mascara on her eyes.
“Hello sir.” She greeted “How May I serve you today?”
“Oh nothing really I’m just here to look around.” He replied.
“Are you here to find a new pet?”
“I guess I am..”
“Well then you came to the right place! Whatever you want to get whether it’s a dog or kitten, reptile whatever you desire you’ll find them in the next room.”
He looked to his left where the girl pointed and saw another door. He nodded to the girl in front of him and made his way towards it on the way there he started thinking on what kind of pet he wanted. He still wasn’t sure about having a dog and cats were out of the question since he’s allergic to them. Maybe a husky? He always loved huskies, he always wanted to have one ever since he was little.
Yes, a husky would be enough.
As he turned the nob while pulling the door open he entered. His ears were field by so many noises: there were many barks and meows from left to right, birds chirping and humming loudly and wolves howling along with their cubs joining with them. As he walk down the hall passing all of their holding pins he began looking at them one by one.
On the fifth pin was a bull-dog wagging his tail while panting very heavily. The sixth pin was a golden retriever who was also wagging its tail and panting but when she saw him she got excited and almost jumped at him but only to be blocked by the metal bars. The seventh pin was a unicorn sitting in the corner of the room and—
Wait, a Unicorn?
“What the Hell..?”
My new pet, is a Unicorn?
Sitting in the corner of the kennel was a live lavender Unicorn: Her coat was covered in dirt and looked like it hadn't been combed in a while including her mane and tail. The light within her eyes was gone as if a part of her soul left her body; how sad it was for him to look at how broken she was, she barely even notice Anon looking at her broken form. The very first thing Anon thought besides the fact that there was an actual real pony sitting inside the kennel was:
"What happened to her..?"
"Crazy, right?"
Anon heard a voice from behind him and instinctively whipped around facing a man in a black suit and blue tie. He wore a button on the right side of his chest resembling the logo for the store, his eyes were chocolate brown and his glasses fit just right as he adjusts them properly.
"I found her like this yesterday." said the owner adjusting his glasses.
"What happened?" He asked looking at the man curiously.
"Come, let's have some tea." He responded without answering your question and pass by Anon leaving all the animals.
Anon looked back at the broken unicorn before letting out a sigh and exit the room. Anon spend his next five minutes talking to the owner while sitting down and having tea with him. Drake Henson, he introduced himself: He began telling anon his side-story on how he found the broken mare sitting sadly in the corner of her kennel. It all started yesterday, all of his employees had just head on home leaving him there all by himself. He was done working on his computer & taking a few calls from other companies and decided to call it a day, before leaving he turned off every light-switch around the store and made sure all the animals, the critters reptiles all of them were well fed. When everything seemed fine to him he exits the building walked towards his car.
On the way, he heard something. something crying? He tried to look for the source but couldn't find it anywhere; he looked to his left saw nothing, looked to his right saw nothing. Looked under his car found nothing! He rolled his body around his eyes focus on the dumpster.
"Coming from there?" He thought while taking slow steps towards it.
As he got closer he took a turn to his left and when his eyes went down his reaction left him in total shock & mute. Laying tiredly on the ground was a sobbing unicorn. As Drake stood there looking at her he noticed a few things: cuts and bruises from her hooves to her back, her coat covered in dirt. Her eyes were puffy due to the many of times she was crying, but it stopped when she felt a presence near her. Drake swore to god as soon as she saw him she ran, but she didn't get far. She tripped on her hooves due to her injuries and that gave him enough time to tackle her.
The lavender unicorn struggled to break free using a bit of her strength to almost hit the man, but it was no use. all of her energy was drained and she was too weak to go on and eventually she passed out. When Drake notices this he let go of the small creature and just stood there spending his next two minutes thinking. Should he call someone? But who would he call? Without knowing what else to do, he pushes his phone back into his pocket then took the unicorn in his arm and carried her towards the pet-store almost without thinking.
"And the next day when I came back to work that's when I found her looking like that."
Anon took another sip of his tea then cleared his throat.
"So, she was still like that before I got here?"
The man nodded answering your question.
"Has anyone else seen her beside me?"
"No," he said. "You're the first one, however, I do hope that you don't speak of this to anyone, for her sake."
Anon nodded to his advice assuringly. He’d given himself a moment to think, about all the information he gotten from Drake. Those bruises, those cuts and all of that dirt. What did she go through that was so awful she ended up like that? where there people hunting her, has she been abused by someone? The way she looked in that room there's a possibility that she was; no wonder the poor thing was so frightened at humans.
"What're you planning to do with her? Anon asked.
"Well to be honest with you kid I really don't know." He replied crossing his arms. "Nothing I do ain't seem to be doing anything for her so I got nothing."
"Would you mind if I take her off your hands?"
Drake turned his head to face Anon his eyes widened and his eyebrows raised shortly, he couldn't tell whether he was joking or being serious or both. He adjusted his glasses once again while clearing his throat.
"Are you sure? I mean you don't have to."
"No, I know I don't have to but I want to take her with me. Besides, she'll probably be a lot safer with me than out here"
He wasn’t wrong. Sometimes in this world, it can be a cruel place to live in and it's hard to trust anyone nowadays: Anyone could have that one friend that could be so dear to them but they'll never know when or where they'll decide to stab you in the back and betray you and once that happens. Who do you think you can trust? Trust your friends, or yourself?
As minutes go by Drake took a long minute to think before making his decision. Once it was made he turned around to face Anon again smiling at him and said.
"Alright, she's all yours."
He smiled back at his response before giving him his hand and shaking it slowly.
"But a bit of advice kid. Never let her out of your sight keep her close."
He’d nodded and took his advice to heart. As the sun sets over the horizon the moon takes it's placed and drove back to the pet store to pick up the lavender unicorn, once anon got there he find her sitting beside drake's right leg facing down. He said his goodbyes to the owner and watched as he got in his car and drove off leaving the them in the dark. Anon let out a collective sigh then looked down at his new unicorn pet. He got down on one knee facing the broken lavender before taking her cheeks into his palms, and that action was enough for her to finally move her eyes off the ground and stared blankly at him.
He gave her the warmest smile and reassured her with kind words.
"Don't worry, everything's going to be okay... I promise."

V - Twin Fingers Reunited Part 1
IIII - An Unexpected Morning
"Crap, crap carp crap crap crap, CRAP!"
Cursed Anon as he ran down the block of the neighborhood. He just woke up early in the morning to find his pony lavender gone from sight, and now here he was running around stopping in every corner searching for his pet. Where could she have gone to? Why would she leave the house without even saying anything?
Had she forgotten that she's living in a town with a ninety percent chance she might be seen by someone? Oh, how worried he was; she could be anywhere by now and it may take him hours before--
"Wait..? Is that...?" Anon squint his eyes and there she was: She was ten meters away from him turning from left and right almost as if she was looking for someone or something. She stomped her hoof on the ground, biting her lip out of irritation. With a shout, he shouted. "There you are!"
The lavender unicorn turned her head. Her eyes shot open when she saw him; as soon as she did, she made a turn and sprinted down the street away from the man.
"Hey! Where are you going?!" Anon prepped his legs and ran after the running mare.
The mare landed on many roofs of vehicles hopping over them one by one, while Anon behind her was giving chase. "Would you stop!" He cried, "For god sake!" The mare leaps and lands on the ground. She turned to her shoulder to find a fire hydrant next to her, she locked her hind legs in position and kicked it with a bit of her strength.
Water burst out and hit Anon square to the face. The anonymous man waved his hands in an attempt to push the water away from his face, this gave Starlight the advantage to escape while the human was being soaked.
"STARLIGHT!" He growled, gargling through his sentence. He moves through not caring how wet his clothes were or how clearly see-through they were now and continued his fast chase.
There were both heading to the city: There was traffic down the road people were trying to get through, not wanting to be late from work. The unicorn strolled in the middle of the traffic passing by a few trucks, jeeps and cars while keeping her head low. A small child from the back of the truck was playing his Gameboy before his eyes caught a moving blur of lavender.
"Wow!" He said in a slow tone. Her ears perked up and she tilted her head up. Her eyes meeting with the boy as they stared back at each other, he waved at her shyly before turning his head. She lifted her right hoof waving back at the child then smiled before preseeding her walk through the traffic. "Mom! Mom, guess what?! I saw a Unicorn!
"That's nice sweety, now sit back down alright." The women responded not taking her eyes off the road.
After getting out of the herd, Starlight paused then turned her head. The human was nowhere in sight, nor was he seen in the large traffic. Right when she thought the coast was clear she heard heavy breathing. It got closer every second and when she whipped her head to her left she saw him. He was still running and immediately so did she. His body was crying for relief but he couldn't stop until he could finally get a hold of her; that is if he could reach her.
Starlight walked into a concert, a crowd going wild for the people on the stage playing their song. She takes one of the men's jackets and shades that were laying in the car using them as a disguise. She past through the crowd lowering her head to hide her face while keeping her eye on the ground taking slow steps.
Anon came to a holt turning his head from left to right. His eyes turned towards the ocean of fans hopping through the music, scouting for the unicorn. "Now where are you?" Anon whispered to himself. As minutes have gone by, he couldn't see her anywhere with these many people blocking his view. But then, his left eye caught a lavender blur and when he whipped his head back. There she was. "Gotcha!" As soon as he said that, he began sprinting his way towards her.
Starlight turned to see him running in full speed. Her eyes widen in surprise. Running was too late for her, as the man leaped in the air and landed right on top of her. The man struggled to hold her, as she kept kicking and throwing her hooves at him but he was quick at dodging them but not quick enough as she threw her hoof, connecting to the man's cheek.
"Ow!" He cried. "Stop fighting. Please, just talk to me!" The scene the two were causing was getting the attention of a group of teens. Two girls were passing by as they too, were watching the commotion. There was a homeless man resting his back on the wall, his eyes locked on the unicorn struggling to break free.
"Oh, ho ho, that's one cute dog you got there kiddo." As soon as he said this, the lavender stopped moving and just stood quiet for just a seconded, processing what she just heard just now.
"Dog.... DOG?!" Starlight shouted before pushing anon's grip away. Once she freed herself, she turned to face the old man then corrected him in a tone that was loud enough for everyone around her to hear.
"I'll have you know that I am not a dog, I'm a pony for crying out loud!"
The air was silent. The music that was playing in the background had gone mute, It was almost as if the world had stopped moving and everything just froze. Everyone shockingly stared at the unicorn, not uttering a word. Even Anon himself was left speechless, after hearing the lavender spoke those few words. Starlight saw this and realized the damage she made, then choose her next words very carefully.
"Um. Heh heh, ta-da..?"
A chunk of a burger was chomped off as bits and pieces fallen down the plate. Starlight moaned in delight as the meat melted in her mouth, while ignoring the looks of every human that was in the restaurant, the customers and the employes. The anonymous-man sat on the other side of the table. Still processing the situation and what he saw ten minutes ago: all of this was happening too fast for anon, first, he encountered a live unicorn-pony then took it home in his care, now all of a sudden of all days! This pony, this unicorn he took for a pet... spoke?
It was now or never. Anon needed answers and he needs them now. He lifts his head up before clearing his throat, his eyes focus on the lavender mare eating the last piece of her burger. She took the burger from her left to her hooves and bites another chunk of its goodness into her mouth. "So... you can talk?" He asked in a curious tone."
She gulped down her food. "Mmhmm."
"You can talk?" He asked one last time.
"Yup."
"What the hell... Then why didn't you say anything? Why didn't you tell me this before?"
She wiped the grease off her chin then answered sassily. "Does it matter?"
Anon looked at her dumbfounded. "Does it matter?" He said, stomping his foot on the wood flooring. "Yes, it does matter. More importantly, why did you run out of the house without even telling me where you were going?"
"I don't talk to strangers, and it's none of your business." The lavender commented.
"Hey. YOUR business is my business, so don't tell me you--"
"Um, sir?"
When anon turned to the voice, he saw a women employee holding a piece of paper. Her eyes moving from the unicorn then back to him. "Y-Your bill.." she stuttered placing the bill on the table as he mumbled a thank you and watched her walk away. After paying it, they both exit the restaurant.
Neither of them talked before they made their way to the park, one that anon would spend his times alone in. Once they got there the anonymous man took his seat on the bench; the lavender unicorn sat away from the man for her own space luckily for them. There was no one around: No owners walking their dogs, mothers walking their children, or mailmen riding bikes throwing newspaper's at people's faces every twenty-four-seven. It was just them now. A man and mare, sitting on a bench.
Starlight, who had not said anything after getting here, saw fit to finally tell Anon before letting out a sigh. "Look, I'm not gonna repeat myself so you better listen close, okay?" Anon looked at her and nodded. She closed her eyes letting the memory play in her head, back to where it all started.
A purple drake was watching his lavender mare friend finishing the last few touches. The two of them were not too far from ponyville, and their friends were on another mission leaving him and the lavender alone. "Um, Starlight. I'm not sure this is such a good idea. Don't you think we should wait for Twilight to come back before we give it a test run?" The little drake susgested.
"Oh don't be such a chicken spike. It'll all be fine, I've read the instructions." She told him.
Spike gulped. "But Starlight you gotta understand; this isn't a teleporting spell, nor is it a spell that even a filly sweetie belle's age could learn. What if something goes wrong? What if you get suck into sum wormhole? What if—"
"Spike!" She called smacking her hooves on his cheeks bringing him to her face. "Relax," she said. "I'm gonna be fine, and I'm not gonna get sucked into a wormhole. Now stand back and let me concentrate." The lavender unicorn pulled her hooves away. Magic radiated from her horn before rolling her body around: Clouds got together blocking the clear sky and the sun, giving it a grey tone.
Thunder claped striking the ground, her magic grew bigger every second she charges it. Every-pony in the town was noticing all the commotion, some demanded to know what was going on and why Celestia's sun was out. Once her magic reached her limit, she aimed her horn straight and shot out a blue portal. She breathed heavily, sweat running down her forehead. It was a hard challenge but she did it. "You see spike, I told you I could do it!" she finished.
Spike poked his head out from a rock when he realized it was safe, he came out gazing at the breath-taking round shaped gate as it glowed beautifully. Suddenly, Spike and Starlight felt their bodies moving: as they moved slowly, they moved fast, as they moved fast, they moved faster. Realization struck them as they looked to see the portal was getting bigger and bigger every time they got close to it. By the last second, she uses the last of her remaining magic to lift the little drake in the air then throw him far from her and the closing gate.
Her hooves were pulled from the ground as she was sent in great speed towards the gate, letting out a scream as she enters through. The door shrinks till it disappears out of sight leaving behind dust of magic. Spike after witnessing this, stared wide-eyed, his breath shaking, till he shouted with worry and guilt. "Starlight!"
A frown could be seen on the mare's face. Her eyes lowered on the ground. She wiped a leaf off her shoulder with her hoof before finishing her sentence. "So now you know how I got here. There, satisfied?"
"Well, this is a lot to take in so..." He replied and he wasn't wrong. A Pony from a different dimension, Ponies with magic and furthermore, Dragons!? What was next for him to know, a two-headed dog from different races?
Anon shook his head and getting back on the subject. "Okay, so you created a portal that brought you here right. Why not just use your magic again to make another one?"
"That's just it: I can't. That spell took a lot in me, and I'm bone dry. It takes a lot of magic to create something like that, unless you're the princess of canterlot then maybe." She explained while tapping her horn with her hoof.
"So that's it? You're stuck here until you regain your magic?" He asked.
She sighed. "Pretty much..."
As Anon looked at her. A sudden understanding, a pity mixed with sadness, welled up in his heart: a picture of a stranded pony, alone in a cruel world where you couldn't trust anyone. No other pony to talk to, no friends, no families and no hope of ever getting home. All these thoughts passed in a flash of a second. He clenched his fist but releases it gently, before placing his palm on her shoulder, using his next words to comfort his new pony friend.
"Well look on the bright side," he said. "At least you're not alone. You got me right?"
The lavender mare nodded then mumbled right after he said that. They both head on home without him asking any more questions. For now, Anon wanted to focus on the main thing he wanted to do since he brought her home. He also hopes to get to know her as well. But one thing still bothered the anonymous: how long will it be till some of his friends know the secret of his new pet?

III - Starlight. Starlight Glimmer
"Look Anon! Look I caught it!" His friend cried as she showed him the little fish that was struggling to break free from her grip. Today was her birthday & Anon promised her he would teach her how to fish when the party was over, she kept bugging him about it for weeks. After many failed attempts, and many times they broke free from her line. She did it she caught one! "I couldn't have done this without you, thank you so much!" "It was nothing," he said. "Just make sure you practice on it a little more, and maybe one day you'll be a lot better than me." Anon took a seat on his favorite rock and looked up to the heavens, his friend walked pass him and sat down from behind twidling her fingers. As she sat there all her new precious memories began playing in her head: The day started when her flight finally made its landing when she and her family got off the plane, there he was. She had a bad habit of hugging him so tight but that was her way of showing how much she missed him, without putting them into words. When she made it to his place she would spend her time with him: whether its playing board games, or chest, or riding bikes straight up to the hill. The best part was her party all of her cousins and friends were there, they had cake, there were singing and dancing. She had such a wonderful time with everyone, however, it was a shame that it all had to end so soon. It was time for her to go back home but she didn't want to leave. Not yet, she couldn't let this moment go to waste. "Anon?" She ventured. "Hmm?" Anon responded. "Can you... promise me something?" Anon nodded to her question letting her know he was listening. "So, my family and I are about to head back home & well," She bit her lip giving her self a moment before finishing her sentence. "I just want you to promise me that no matter how far we both are, you won't forget me, okay?" He turned to face your friend and gave her a warm smile, one that she adores so much. "Yeah, I promise." He said, his words reassuring and comforting her. "Pinkie Promise?" She asked for the last time. You let out a chuckle, a bit amused. “Cross my heart, hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye.” He did the motions of the Pinkie Pie Promise, mimicking sticking the pastry into his face. She pulled him in a big hug resting her head on his shoulder, he let it happen and rested his head on hers. They stayed like that till it was time for her to leave, he stood out on the front door waving goodbye to her while watching her car driving away getting smaller & smaller, till Anon couldn't see her anymore. That was the last time he ever saw her & he hadn't heard from her since.
Those memories playing in the back of his head drew a smile on his face. He stood there still holding the door-nob while the lavender unicorn behind him was patiently waiting for him to open the door. Anon blinked a few times before shaking his head coming back into reality then looked down at his new pet who was looking at him with bemusement.
"Sorry I was kinda dozed off there." He said laughing out of embarrassment. Once he twist the nob and pull the door open the small unicorn calmly galloped passed him without being told. He followed behind and close the door behind him before letting out a gentle sigh.
"Home sweet home." Anon thought to himself. He looked down at the quiet lavender facing the floor again; after he had gotten her while driving back home she hadn't moved an inch from her passenger seat til they made it home. Now it's just him and her, no one else around. He got down to one knee and notice something wrapped around her neck.
A collar. The leather had a dark blue-ish type of color behind all of the dirt, a tag was hanging around it but the name imprinted on it was hard to see through it all. But that's not what made his nose twitch: Anon sniffed the air & the smell hit him like a rock. He knew that this pony smelled but he’d never knew she smelled this bad, and that was a problem.
"Wow, you really do smell huh?" Anon pointed out while pinching his nose. "Wait in the living room, okay I'm gonna go get the water running.” Without being told twice the dirty Unicorn followed his command and stood up on all fours and headed to the other room. As she removed her eyes off the floor she began studying the room around her: there was a single circular couch with small pillows on each side with different colors.
Red and blue.
Two small tables with different items laying on top of them, a lamp that lighted up the room & a few boards games. She looked to her right and notice a seventy-inch plasma tv sitting on a mantle; she turned to her left and saw a huge shelf carrying lots of books. Seeing this reminded her of someone, someone who she knew was, in fact, a complete bookworm. Her lips formed a small smile as her memories began playing in her head, but only for a moment as she heard you calling her.
"Alright, the tubs ready!"
The lavender Unicorn rolled her body around exiting the room. She looked down the hallway and saw Anon sitting on a small chair waiting patiently. She trotted down the hall till she entered the room, before stopping in her tracks staring at the tub.
"Well go on don't be shy." Anon insisted gesturing his hand.
She turned her shoulder at him for a split second before turning away and jumped in making a splash. Now that she was in it was time to begin the cleaning session: Anon reached for the shower head and & sprayed water over her mane and face while using his left hand to rub all the dirt off the lines of her mane, he’d made sure to spray some on her coat too. After wetting her completely he place the head on the floor turned to his right and stretched his arm to reach for the bottled shampoo. Anon poured just enough in his palms before rubbing them together then started working his way to her neck.
She hums in approval, a bit comforted by his hands as they work their way. As Anon made his way towards her mane he started brushing it with his fingers while watching the dirt slowly fading, seeing her colors shining once more. Last parts were her coat & tail and he didn't stop there. He sniffed the air and let out a sigh of satisfaction; the odor was gone and all that could be smelled was a freshly cleaned pony. Anon stood up from his chair and grabbed one of the rolled up towels that he hadn't use.
As soon as he turned around the lavender hopped off from the tub and prepped herself.
"Wait, don't---
Anon’s sentence was cut off by her violently shaking her body and head like a rag-doll, water was shooting off from her coat landing here & there and getting all over the walls and floor. Once she was finished she stopped & steadied herself and exits the room leaving anon and his clothes all wet. A sigh escaped his lips as he look at the mess around the bathroom, he thought handling a pony would be easy like handling a dog. Oh, how wrong he is.
After two minutes spending in the bathroom, he headed upstairs towards his room deciding to call it a night. On the way, he found the little unicorn laying down on top of his bed already sound asleep. He couldn't stop smiling at how cute she was as she sleeps peacefully, He walked up to her then couched down before taking her hairline to his fingers caressing them gently. His eye twitched at the light coming from her tag and when he looked down at her collar, he could see those words clearly now. Anon began reciting them, slowly.
"Starlight. Starlight Glimmer?"

IV - An Unexpected Morning
IIII: Prolouge
Birds were chirping & singing their favorite tune while flying over houses across the town, cars in different shapes and sizes were passing by people's apartments. Two girls were outside sitting in the grass; one was playing with dolls in her big castle, the second was waving her toy wand pretending to be her favorite wizard she saw from a very popular movie. Four boys were riding their bikes going back and forth from their house but stayed cautious from any cars coming by.
Two elderly men were sitting on their chairs just enjoying themselves in this beautiful morning they were having while drinking tea from their mugs. The elder from the right turned his head at his fellow-friend and cleared his throat. "Hey Jimmy," he said. "What day is it?"
The elder from the left thought for a moment before replying, "It's, eh, Monday."
The elder from the right placed his hand behind his left ear persisting. "What!?"
"I said it's Monday!" The elder from the left repeated.
"What!?" Said the elder from the right.
"Ugh, nevermind!" Said the elder from the left.
A loud ringing echoed around the room waking our fellow anonymous from his walk to dreamland. He let out a groan then moved his arm before his palm grasped the alarm-clock sitting on the table, pushes the button then the ringing ceased & the room was left in silence. The tired man let out a yawn scratching the back of his head. "What a dream," he said to himself. "Well, time to start the big day, right Starlight?"
The room was quiet, no reply had come.
"Um, Starlight?" He called again looking left then right. When he looked down his eyes widen at the sight before him: She wasn't there anymore, in fact, she wasn't in the room? Anon's eyes looked up and what he saw next left him in shock. He saw his window was opened all the way, the curtains were blowing slowly from the wind outside. As he stood there, only one thought whispered in the back of his mind:
"Oh no..."
