In the basement of her friend’s mansion-like house, Rarity laid her slim yet curvy body down upon the table at Twilight’s order. The bespectacled young woman fastened Rarity’s head, wrists, and ankles down with leather straps.
“This isn’t going to hurt, right?” Rarity asked worried. “I mean, sure I agreed to take part in your experiment, Twilight, but friends warn each other before they potentially hurt them in the name of science.”
“I won’t lie, Rarity,” Twilight answered. “It’s going to hurt for a bit but the pain will go away quickly. After that, I theorize it’ll begin to feel quite intoxicating.”
Rarity let out a breath of relief. “I can handle a bit of pain no problem,” she said with a smile.
“I wouldn’t say a bit of pain,” Twilight said. “More like a ton of pain…”
“Wait, what?”
Twilight hurried over to her computer, inputting a few commands into it. A laser device descended from a compartment in the ceiling and pointed itself at Rarity. A drop of sweat trickled down Rarity’s forehead as the laser pointed itself at her large breasts.
“Experiment to see what happens to the human body when magical energy is pumped into it about to begin,” Twilight said into a voice recorder attached to the breast pocket of her lab coat. “I predict subject will experience expansion of the breasts in addition to the phenomenon my friends call ponying up . However, due to magic’s inherently unknown properties, other side effects may appear. I am, however, certain that I can reverse any undesirable changes the experiment…”
“I don’t know, Twilight,” Rarity said nervous. “I mean, what lady wouldn’t want larger and fuller breasts but if there’s other side effects…”
“Let the experiment begin!” Twilight yelled, not hearing Rarity.
The young woman pressed down on the enter key and the laser device above Rarity shot out a rainbow-colored beam of magic into her chest.
Rarity’s chest thrust upwards as the magical energies shocked her, causing her hair to suddenly grow longer and pony ears to pop up on her head. She bit her lower lip to stop herself from letting out an unladylike moan. Unbearable heat and pain shot throughout her body, making her muscles burn and ache. If it weren’t for the leather straps holding her down, Rarity would have jumped away and ended the experiment.
“It hurts, Twilight!” Rarity cried.
“I know! But the pain will stop soon!” Twilight reassured her.
Rarity let out a scream as her breasts shot upwards and ballooned in size. Twilight furiously scribbled down on her board while Rarity’s breasts grew larger and larger, snapping her bra in two.
“Just as expected, subject is experiencing expansion of the breasts!”
Rarity found she was hardly able to breathe thanks to the two enormous watermelon breasts resting on her ribcage. But the weight on her ribs lessened and lessened. Rarity forced open her eye and gasped.
Along with the enormous balloons before her, Rarity saw her pectoral muscles rising; gaining more and more definition the larger they inflated. Her arms were gaining muscular definition as they grew larger and larger as well. She no longer felt any pain as well. In fact, the sensation of her muscles and breasts growing was rather pleasurable and continued to feel better as she grew bulkier.
“Subject is experiencing growth in muscle mass alongside breast expansion!”
Twilight watched her friend’s muscles inflate right before her eyes. Rarity already surpassed their fellow student Bulk Biceps in muscle size. Her breasts had grown to be as big as her bulging biceps, their size appearing even larger thanks to Rarity’s round pecs. Despite her already impossible size, Rarity continued to grow bigger.
Rarity’s moans echoed throughout the basement while her clothes torn to shreds, unable to contain her increasing mass. Rarity’s mind went blank, the pleasure she felt as she grew blotting out any thoughts other than her growth.
Unable to hold her any longer, the table Rarity laid on gave out from underneath her. Rarity and her enormous muscle mass fell and crashed into Twilight’s floor, causing the device shooting magical energies into body to shut off. The flow of magic stopped, stopping Rarity’s growth as well.
“Y-You okay, Rarity?” Twilight asked coughing from the cloud of dust Rarity’s fall kicked up.
“Am… Am I okay? Dear… I never felt better in my life!” Rarity answered.
The young woman raised herself up to a sitting position. Her bulging arms, each one bigger than Twilight, wrapped around her equally large breasts, muscles sinking into the soft flesh. Rarity’s muscular body and breasts took up over half of the room in Twilight’s basement and that was while she was sitting.
Rarity swung her arms to the side and flexed her biceps, causing Twilight to jump at the sight of them doubling in size. They rose so high, the top of Rarity’s biceps touched the ceiling of the basement. Twilight gasped as Rarity’s biceps continued to rise, making her ceiling crack.
“It may have hurt, a lot in fact…” Rarity winced at the memory of how much pain she felt at the beginning. “However, with results like these…!” Her muscles exploded in size, veins popping out, as Rarity flexed. Twilight stepped back in a hurry with what room she had was quickly taken up by Rarity’s muscles. Her equipment was pushed back to give the young woman more room to flex.
“Note, muscle mass can double, triple, or even quadruple in size even after growth has finished,” Twilight said into her voice recorder.
“It was well worth taking part in your experiment, Twilight,” Rarity finished, her muscles shrinking back down to their normal but still gigantic size. She looked down, seeing her huge and more importantly, naked body.“Although I wish had some clothes to wear. It’ll be hard to sew up some fabulous clothes but a lady as big as I am deserves the best to wear.”
“I’m glad you’re pleased, Rarity,” Twilight said happily. “But…”
Rarity’s eyebrow rose. “But?”
“I don’t think you can leave my basement without wrecking my house,” Twilight pointed out. “Not unless I reverse and undo all your growth.”
Rarity gasped in horror at the thought.

Trixie was walking home after school, only to be interrupt by the sudden arrival of Pinkie’s grinning face appearing mere inches away from her own. Trixie backed away, putting some distance between her and the bubbly young woman with no idea of what personal space meant.
“Didn’t anyone ever tell you not to suddenly pop out in front of people’s faces like that?” Trixie shouted.
Pinkie counted off people with her fingers. “Maud, Marble, Limestone, Mom, Dad, Twilight, Fluttershy…”
Trixie pushed Pinkie’s hands down. “Trixie gets it,” she sighed. “Witnessing this trick of yours is the fastest way to get you out of Trixie’s way. So fine, show Trixie this trick.”
Pinkie bounced up and down with an even wider grin on her face. “Oh, you’re going to love it, Trixie!” She poked her classmate’s arm. “I bet you’ll be begging me to teach you how to do it when I’m done.”
“Just hurry up and show me!”
Pinkie took a few steps back. “One… two… this should be far enough.”
Trixie raised an eyebrow. She continued watching Pinkie, puzzled, as the young woman took in as deep a breath she could. Trixie’s eyes couldn’t help but stare at the Pinkie’s pair of huge breasts that pushed out as her lungs filled with air.
“Here goes!”
Pinkie shoved her thumb into her mouth and blew as hard as she could. Trixie gasped as Pinkie’s hand inflated like a balloon. Her forearm inflated next but so did her forearm’s muscles. Trixie watched in shock as Pinkie’s arm and its muscles blew up like balloons right before her eyes.
“H-How…?” Trixie could hardly speak. The sight of Pinkie’s enormous and bulging arm, which had grown larger than both women, left her nearly speechless.
The growth moved onto her torso. Her pectoral muscles and breasts blew up in size. Pinkie’s white shirt tore apart, unable to contain her growing chest or back muscles. Pinkie’s bra dug into the soft flesh of her growing breasts, stretching as much as it could and disappearing into them.
Pinkie continued blowing into her thumb. The rest of Pinkie’s body inflated to match the size of her arm and torso. In a minute, Pinkie had transformed into a giantess that towered over Trixie, being at least five times taller than her, and had muscles even larger than that. Her bra and panties were the only articles of clothing she wore but they were stretched so much, Pinkie might as well not be wearing anything.
Pinkie’s thumb popped out of her mouth.
“Enjoyed the show?” Pinkie laughed flexing her arms. Biceps taller than Trixie rose up above Pinkie’s head.
Trixie fell onto her rear, her jaw dropped. “W-whaaa…”
Pinkie laughed while continued to flex her muscles.
“I told you my trick was going to blow your mind!”

A quickie based on one of my drawings where Pinkie blows into her thumb and her muscles start inflating like a toon. I like uneven growth.
