King 'Shadow', was in his bed together with his queen, but this queen was different from the shadow ponies. Let me tell you. She is Queen Crystaline , the former queen of Dark Realm.

Queen Crystaline was expecting this to happen. The shadow ponies had return and they're ready to spill blood. In her room she waited for her time, while her guards were being killed by the shadow ponies. She was shocked when she heard her door open, that's when she saw Shadow Knight (This is the real name of 'Shadow King').
"At least, you're here." she said. "Just get it done."
He looked at her eyes, he couldn't do it, he simply couldn't. He loved her, he knew it, he just needed to make sure she still loved him.
"Crystaline, did you remember... that night? When you got hurted very badly?" he asked "Who... saved you?"
"You. You saved me, if it wasn't for you, I should had died that night." she said. "But it doesn't matter now, you probably still hate me. I didn't know that. He was using me to get you." she said
"I don't care, you had betrayed me. I loved you, Crystaline." he said, while tears started to form in his eyes. "That promise that I made you years ago, I will fulfill it."
"I'm sorry, Shadow Knight. I know that I broke you're heart. And I know that you can't do this." she said
"What?" he asked confused. "Of course I can. Give me a reason."
"Because, you love me. Am I right?" she asked "I know the pain that I caused to you and your kind. But... A bad Quenn like me... Can't be forgiven... Kill me... Just get over with it..." she said, while tears ran down from her eyes.
As he heard her cries, he stop his magic and with a blast of light everything shined. Giving a signal to his commarades that the QUEEN is finally death.
As she opened her eyes and saw Shadow Knight leaving her room, while tears roam freely in his face.
"I can't kill you, Crystaline. Even know what you did. My love for you..." he said "Forget it. They now though that you're dead. So I advise you to remain in this room. I will, personally, bring food and water to you. Until I've courage to tell them that their king failed in his mission."
As he left her room, she looked at her window, being cautious so she won't get noticed by the shadow ponies.
"Thank you, Shadow Knight." she said
As she looked over the crowd of ponies, she noticed Shadow Knight voice.
"My dear followers it's with great pleasure that I come with a great new, Queen Crystaline is dead. So now I will be the new King of this Empire. EveryPony HAIL TO THE SHADOW KING!!"
The crowd cheered and celebrated their victory over Queen Crystaline.
Suddenly she heard so hooves sounds trotting in direction of her room, she wasted no time and hided herself beneath her bed. When she heard her bedroom door open and a silhoutte of a pony showed up.
"There's no need to hide, my Queen." he said
Recognizing the familiar voice she got off from her hiding spot.
"Why you didn't kill me?" she asked "You're supossed to kill me, right."
He then trotted in her direction. So he could tell her why.
"Did you think that I would ever forgived myself for that?" he asked "Crystaline, I love you, but what you did in the past really hurted me. And I probably know what made you did that. You're tricked by him, and I forgive you for what you've done." he continued. "But now it's up to you. Did you want to leave? I will volunteer myself to escort you to safety or..."
His words were muffled when she pushed him against the wall while she kissed him on the lips. With his expression of shock from the sudden assault , made him try to escape from her grasp, but finally he accepted her embrace.
"Need more answers. Besides you're a King now." she said. "And who would be better Queen than me?" she asked
"But, I can't... I mean, you're supposed to be dead. If they found out, they..." he tried to say but was stopped by her hoof.
"Shh. You talk too much, did you remember that you taught me that spell of metamorphosis? I could use it to change my body when we walk off my room, and I could return to my real body when we were alone . What do you think?"
"Just like the old times. My Queen." he said.
"Just like the old times, my brave Knight... I mean King *gigs*" she said.
They shared a new kissed, while Shadow Knight carried Crystaline to her bed. On the night her body, like her name said, became crystaline.
Shadow Knight remember this form very well, since the night they spent together.
"I missed this form of yours." he said "It makes you look so... majestic."
"Stop looking at me like that *gigs*. My flower needs a good treatement, could you give it?" she asked
"Of course, my dearrr." he said
As he guided his muzzle at her weak spot and took a great look. He know that, it was wanting it really bad.
"Jeez. Did you really missed me that much?" he asked "I don't even started and look how already it's."
"It's just my... my season.... started last week. In previous seasons, I keep creating... spectral... versions of you... so I could fulfill my desires."she said.
"Would you give me permission?" he asked.
"Are you kidding me." she, angrily, said "Just get it done, I'm tired of wating for the 'real one'."
With that said, he smiled and guided his muzzle to her 'flower' and started to lick it slowly. As he heard her soft moans and beggings to continue, he wasted no time and started to lick a little faster, and after some time, he pushed his tongue inside of her, starting to pleasuring her insides. "Our secret is safe as long you use that metamorphosis that I taught you." he said
"But it's not..."
"Aren't you in your season?" he asked
"No, it isn't that." she said
"Aren't you ready for it? I understand if you're not ready." he asked
"No, it isn't that either." she said
"Then, what is it?" he asked
"I'm infertile, alright." she said, while tears formed in her eyes. "I didn't know who both of us could be infertile, because every season we tried but nothing come out." she continued "He blamed me for being infertile, for being unable to give him a heir. He kept saying that I wasn't a decent Queen because of this problem." she continued. "I understand if you want to choose another..."
She lost the track of her words when he kissed her. She knew that he wouldn't do that.
"Are you insane? Me, leaving you or blaming you for your condition. NEVER. N-E-V-E-R. I love you so much." he said "I don't need a foal/heir to make me happy. I'll be happy as long you're here. And besides that dumbass was really a pain in the ass for everypony." he said
"Thanks. I thought that you will probably hate me because of my condition." she said
"Well, that will not stop me." he said
"Just be gentle, will you? Pretty please." she asked.
"As you wish" he said
He guided it inside of her, slowly pushing throught earning soft moans from her, he continued his progress.
"Can I ask you something, Crystaline?" he asked
"Go...Ahead." she said while soft panting.
"Which of you were infertile?" he asked
"We never knew." she said "Does that matters?" she asked
"No. But how did you know that you're the one." he said, while noticed that she probably didn't want to talk about it. "Forget about it ok. This is supposed to be our 'time'. He's not here to torment you."

Something was happening inside of Crystaline womb. Her egg was being attacked by his seed. So doesthat mean, that The King was lying about everything. He was the infertile. ('Consider the fact that pony anatomy isn't equal to humans or follow the real world rules. In this case, for males being infertile, means that their sperm will have no effect on female egg.').

A courier from Equestria arrived. Asking permission to talk with the king. He entered the main room walking towards the main bedroom.
"King 'Shadow'." he said, while knocking the door "Did you give me permission to get inside?"
"Get in." he said
"I've a letter from Equestria. It's from Shadow Night." he said.
"So, finally, Equestria is in my hands now." he said
"I'm affraid not, my King." he said
"What?" he asked
"Just read the letter. Well, since you don't need my assistance for anything, I'll make my leave." he said, while leaving his bedroom.
Dear Shadow King I'm sorry I fail on my mission. I'm returning to my home town. I'll see you in your Castle in order to give you some news. Wait for my presence in the castle, Shadow Night.
"It's a letter from Shadow Night." he said
"Probably another sucesseful mission." she said
"No he said that he failed on his mission." he said 'Did he?... No we train them for not let that happen, but what if...' he thought to himself
A few days later...
Shadow Night arrived at his home town and decided to make a visit to 'Shadow King'.
He take some of his belogings and begin his journey.
One next day...
He successufully arrived at the catle, where Shadow King was waiting for him.
"Permission to get in, my King?" he asked
"Get in, my brave 'contact'." he said
He get in the main room. 'Shadow King' signal to the guards to leave themselfes alone in the main room.
Then Shadow Night began to talk.
"You propably are wondering, why? Why did I fail a simple task?" he asked "Well the answer is simple. I fell... in... love with... Princess Luna, my King."
He looked over his body and saw something different.
"My brave 'contact', your cutiemark, it changed." he said. "How did it changed?"
"It was when I was defending Princess Luna from 'us'. Shadow Blame, my regiment commander discovered that I was breaking the third rule. So I need to save her. She loved me, I loved her and then boom this new cutiemark appear out of nowhere."
"That doesn't appear out of nowhere." he said
"What do you mean, my King?" he asked
"Please, call me Shadow Knight, will you?" he asked
Shadow Night nodded.
"Well that kind of event only happens when, US, shadow ponies found our real loved one." he said, while taking his king coat out of his body. Shadow Night jaw hitted the ground "As you can see, my cutiemark changed too."
"Oh that's normal. Because Queen is a shadow pony too." he said
"I supposed, you're ready to know the real truth, but promise me one thing?" he asked
He nodded
"You can't say this to anypony. Especially to your friends or your loved one." he said "Crystaline. Get over here, please."
Crystaline entered the room in her alicorn form.
"She's... an... ALICORN." he said
"Yup." he said
"But you told us, that alicorns were bad." he said
"I was afraid that you would try to judge me for failing on my mission. I couldn't kill her, I loved her so much. And boom my cutiemark appeared. Just like yours." he said "It the final step to our final transformation."
"What transformation?" he asked
"You will see. Now if you excuses us. We need to get back to our businees, dismissed." he said
Shadow Night bowed to his Kingship and leave the castle.
What they didn't know was that they're being spied by Shadow Knight Guards, that immeaditly call all the shadow ponies.
In the castle.
"I really hope that he could achieve what we achieved." Shadow Knight said
"He'll, believe me." She said
They heard some hooves steps coming from the main hall, he signal Crystaline to change to her 'fake' form, but when they saw a familiar face, she decided to turn back to her 'true' form.
"Mom, dad. Look I can control the brightness of this crystal" Sombra said. "I can make it darker, and brigther." He used his magic to change the brightness of that crystal. "Amazing,isn't it."
Sombra was a Umbrum pony, a hybrid (maybe). He could use alicorn and shapow pony magic at the same time. Books about this kind of 'hydrid' were rare or unknown, because we think that Sombra was the first Umbrum pony to be born.
"We're proud of you." she said.
"Thanks. I mean I could never do it, if you never taught it to me." he said
They shared a family embrace. But that little moment was interrupted when, the castle main door was blasted away.
"FIND THEM, KILL THE TRAITOR." the general said
"What's the meaning of this? General Dirty Hooves." he asked
"You liar, betrayer. You said that alicorns were bad. We hunted alicorns all over this years. And you keep a secret relationship with her, and... no... he's a Umbrum." he said while pointing to Sombra. "I'm tired of follow orders from a traitor. GET THEM."
"You really want to defy me, fine." he said while charged up his horn "Let's do this." he used his magic to blast away his enemies. "You won't touch them as long I'm alive. You defy me, defy your creators." he said. Suddenly his body was changing he was achieving his final form. "Crystaline, take Sombra and get out of here. Go to the Crystal Empire. Tell them that, you're the Queen of the shadow ponies they know you're a alicorn, don't worry about coming up with your 'true' form."
"Dad, I can help you. You don't need to do this..." he tryed to said but was pushed away by Shadow Knight magic.
"I'm sorry but, you don't know our true magic power. Now go away, Crystaline." he said
"I...I... I'm sorry." she said, while she rushed to pick up Sombra and run towards the exit.
"Get her." the general said.
"Not so fast." he created a magic wall that stopped their advance "You won't touch them. I'll make sure of that..."
With a fight of magical blast and explosions, the fight has come to an end. Shadow Knight was able to 'destroy' all of the 'traitors', but with a price of course. He felt his body becoming weaker, he was unable to use magic. 'At least she's safe... Sombra, take care of your mom for me, will you?' he thought to himself, while slowly closing his eyes.
Near the frontier of the Crystal Empire.
Sombra was recovering from his unconscious state. And looked gazed over the place and notice that he wasn't in his HOME.
"Mom, where are we going?" he asked
"To safety, your father..." she tried to answer but was cutted when he speaked.
"Take me back I can help him, my magic can..." he demanded
"Sombra, the shadow ponies have magic ability that could even kill us, alicorns. What would you do to them? Dad, only did this because it's the only way." she explained
He nodded and pressed his muzzle in her chest and started to cry.
"But, I could... I could help him, if he let me." he said while crying ferocily.
"I know Sombra, I know." she said, while caressing his mane.
In the Crystal Empire.
The guards watch over the pony, who seens to be an alicorn. They got to their defensive positions, but they returned to their normal behavior, when they noticed that she needed help.
"I need to speak with the Princess. Now, it's an emergency." she said
"Who are you?" One of the guards asked
"I'm Queen Crystaline, Queen of the shadow ponies. I'm here because they discover my true identity. And Shadow Knight is probably... dead." she said trying to retained her cries.
"Your Highness, I'm sorry for not recognizing you." he bowed "Please this way." he opened the castle doors and she stepped in.
In the main Hall.
The princess notice a familiar pony walking towards her.
"Crystaline? What are you doing here?" she asked "It's dangerous to walk to here like that."
"Help me, they discovered our secret. Princess, please help us." she begged.
"This way, follow me" she guided them to her guests room. "This is a guest room, please don't be mad if..."
"Oh please, at least we have a bed. Thanks for your hospitality, Princess." she said
"Oh there's nothing. Bye My queen, bye Sombra." she said
"Bye" they said.
"Mom did you think we're safe here. I mean..." he said
"Shh, it's ok. As long those ponies don't get here we're safe." she said while caressing his body.
"Don't worry, those bastards won't lay a finger on you. I promise." he said
"*gigs*Just like you're father." she said while letting out a small giggle.
A few weeks later...
They're safe in the Crystal Empire, but not for to long. They discover were the Queen was hiding, they knew with a great oportunity of the North Winter, they could get to Crystal Empire.
It was in one fatefull night, the shadow ponies could get throught the guards, surelly because they're trained to kill without being detect. They get in the castle and threatened the princess.
"Tell us, where they're?" the general asked.
"Who?" she asked
The genral was losing his pacience, so he just grabbed the princess by her neck and said.
"Tell me, where they're? Or you little precious neck will crack." he said
"Never." she said
"Fine then." he said "Bye, bye. Little princess." he shooted his magical blast but was reflected by some kind of shield.
"I'll not warn you twice. PUT HER DOWN." a silhouete of a pony showed up behind them.
They looked over that silhouete. And they laught loudly.
"Oh, look it's Sombra, the precious stone of Shadow Knight. Pff. Come on big guy show me what you..." he said.
Suddenly the general was blasted away by his magic. When he got up he saw blood over his body.
"You got some fighting." he turned his gaze to him "Let's do this. Sombra." he said.
With blast after blast, explosion after explosion, Sombra was no match for that pony and slowly he was losing the fight. He then was blasted away by his rival magic.
"HHAHAHAHAHA, weak just like your father." he said while he trotted in his direction. He then grabbed his body and said
"Such a waste Sombra, join me and we will rule this world." he said
"Never. I'm not like you." he said
"Alright, I gave you a chance to live Sombra." he said "So... quick and painfully, right." he said while he charged up his horn.
Suddenly, he was hitted by a magical beam, that made him lose balance and fell down.
When he got up, he saw her. A princess, defending a pony that she don't even know.
"Curse you. I'm tired of your fucking orders. Consider yourself dismissed, my princess." he shot his magical beam.
She tried to created her shield but it was useless she was weak, it was her doom here. But...
Sombra used his teleportation spell to try to block off the beam, sucessufully he blocked the beam, but with a little price of course.
When he turned his gaze over the princess, she was shocked, he had lost his eye, he had a scar on his eye.
"Sombra, your eye." she said
"Don't worry, I don't need it." he said. He then lost balance and laid down on the floor.
"Sombra, get up. Please." she said.
The general was laughing maniacly.
"Hahaha. Sombra, you're so dumb. Sacrificing yourself for a miserable pony. Hhahahaha."he said. "You'll both enjoy each other embrace in the after life."
He used his horn to conjure his true magic power (aka the alicorn killer), and shot it to tell. But something got in the way.
"Queen Crystaline. How cute you're to kill yourself like that." he said
"Curse you." she said, while her vision was turning dark until there's completely black and her body collapse beside them.
"Mom,Mom. No,no,no." he said "YOU!!" he turned gaze to 'the general'.
Somthing was evil in that place that, made even the shadow ponies tremble. The general was shacking, something wasn't right he was feeling fear.
"What's happening? You fools get him already." he said
They rushed to try to take Sombra but...
"GET AWAY." he shout, sending everypony flying away. "HAHAHAHAAHA." he laughted. "YOU SHOULDN'T NEVER TOUCH MY PARENTS. NOW YOU WILL FACE ME." he said "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. DARKNESSSSSSS." he said.
Suddenly a black smoking cloud was moving around them.
"What's this?" he asked "No,no,no. It can't be true."
"HAHAHAHAHAH. FEAR ME. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. YOUR FEARS WILL KILL YOU. HAHAHAHAHAH." he said while laughting maniacly.
One by one the ponies were being killed. Until it was the turn of 'the general'.
"HAHAHAHAHAHA. WHAT NOW GENERAL. WHAT'S THE MATTER ARE YOU IN FEAR? HAHAHAHAHAHAH. DDDDDDIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEE." he said, while he strucked his sword acroos his body, making him split in two.
"BLOOD,BLOOD. EVERYWHERE." he said. "I'M THE POWERFULEST,NOW." he said.
Then he turned his gaze over the princess. She was shacking in fear. She feared that she could be the next one. But...
"MY PRINCESS. WHY ARE YOU IN FEAR? I WON'T HURT YOU." he said
"Because you're terrifying. Could you change to your normal form." she begged.
"I CAN'T, I'M SOMBRA. THE KING OF FEARS." he said.
He realised that she din't fear him but she fears that she might lost Sombra in the process.
"My PRINcess. What's..." he tryed to say but a sudden bright light make him stop.
Sombra was being levitated and when he came down he looked over the place and saw that horrifing scene.
"What happened here?" he asked
"It was you. You kill them, Don't you remember?" she asked
"No. All I can remember was..." he said, but then realized something "Mom." he rushed towards her body. "Mom. Are you..." he said, but he knew that she's not here not anymore. "I can't believe it. I failed. I...I...".
"Sombra. Please, calm down." she said
He looked at the princess and said
"How? Don't you fear me. After what I've done?" he asked
"You saved me. And maybe I had fear that I could lost you." she said, while tears were running down from her eyes.
He then trotted towards her and embraced her.
"You won't lose me, I promise." he said
She smiled and wiped her tears with her hoof.
'Queen Crystaline's funeral was realized in the next day. Her deedds won't be forgotten by the new generation. The shadow ponies were defeat by Sombra and he became a king 'King Sombra'. He then ruled together with his queen 'Queen Crystal Crown'.'
But something is coming up... Something evil... Something that waked up inside of Sombra, ready to cause pain and tormoil to the Crystal Empire residents.
Something has gone wrong. We don't seem to have an archived copy of that chapter. They started looking for the new treath that arrived at Canterlot, ready to take Equestria, a thing that they won't let him do.
After some time they finally found him. Discord turn his head back.
"Now, I'm gonna aske again. Go back to where you came from." Celestia said
He laughed. "I'm HOME. This is my new home."
"I didn't want to use magical force against you, you'll probably won't like it." she said
She used her horn to summon a magical blast and shooted at him. He snapped his fingers that made the magical blast became slow motion.
"What? How did you did that?" she asked. "I'm an alicorn. How can you match my magical ability?"
"As I said. I'm the Lord of Chaos. Now if you excuse me." he said.
With a snap of his fingers, their horns and her wings dissappeared.
"Hey give us that back." Celestia said.
"You had to catch me first." he said. He then snapped his fingers again and separated the three ponies.
Shadow Night was teleported to Everfree Forest. Luna was teleported to (what I like to call) alpha Cloudsdale. And Celestia was teleported to (what I like to call) alpha Ponyville.
In Everfree Forest.
Shadow Night started to wake up, he slowly openned his eyes and saw himself in that place again.
"Again, Everfree Forest." he said "Well, I still had my magic." he tried to used his magic, but nothing worked. "Oh I almost forgot that guy made my horn disappear."
He got up on his hooves and started to find an exit.
"Did this Forest was so, so confusing. I don't remember. I...I..." he was stopped in his track of words when he heard some growls and roars coming from the shadow in front of him and heard a small voice calling for help.
Even being enable to cast magic, he knew that he should save that pony. What if was Luna? Or Celestia? He refused to let that happen and follow the dark path. Until...
A zebra was running away from fiercily TimberWolfs, she had find flowers that are known for their yourth effects, that mixed with other plants could bring ponies back to their youth ages. But the problem was these flowers grow on the back of TimberWolfs so she need it to collect from them, that made them angry. That's what made them angry.
She kept running and running until she tripped on a rock, that made her roll back. Resulting in her body hitting rocks, branches and sharp things, those results made her started to bleed. And since TimberWolfs are attracted by blood it was easy to find her.
The TimerberWolfs started to close distance, as they kept moving towards her. She couldn't got up, her wounds were so painful that she didn't resist in trying to escape. 'Good, for my own sake, look where I got myself into' she said to herself.
Then she felt a yell coming from behind of the TimberWolfs.
"You there. TimberWolfs. Leave that thing alone." he said.
The TimberWolfs trotted back, as they realized what they're facing. They had fleed to the woods, leaving the zebra alone.
"Thanks, I thought that nopony would heard me." she said. "Who are you? I can't see you. Could you show up?" she asked
"Maybe not, you'll probably won't like it." he answered.
"Come on. I don't bite you." she said. "Please."
He sighed and decided to get out of his hidding. When she gazed over his body she tremble and shack. "You're a shadow pony."
He nodded.
"Are you going to kill me? But I'm not..." she said
"Calm down." he said while he got up his hoof. "I'm not gone to kill. I just saved you." he said.
He started to close distance between them. When he got closer enough to her, he saw those open wounds. "You're wounded." he said
She nodded. "I know. I was in a trip for getting these flowers for my recent new potion. And came to know that these flowers grew in the TimberWolfs backs. So I tried to cut one but he woke up and started to run after me. I was scared and try to ran back to my cottage." she said
"Where's it? Your cottage." he asked
"Not too far." she said "But since you're a shadow pony, why didn't you killed me?" she asked
"I left that behavior. I'm Shadow Night, Princess Luna personal guard. I got teleported here by a creature named Discord." he said
"Discord!! He's back!!" she said
"How did you know him?" he asked
"From my old books. Let us go to my cottage and I could show you".
She tried to get on her hooves but due to her wounds, she failed.
"Could I help you? Did you mind if I carry you to your cottage?" he asked. "It seems that you're very wounded to walk by yourself."
"You don't mind." she said
"Come on." he said while he laid down on the ground so she could climb on his back. "Oh, I didn't ask you? Who are you?" he asked
"I'm Zecora. I'm a shaman."
"It's a pleasure to meet you Zecora." he said
"Me too." she said
In Zecora's cottage.
Shadown Night misisng horn didn't stop him from trying to heal her wounds. He used an old healing tradition.
Zecora body was tended by some herbs and leaves that she didn't even know that it had healing abilities.
"How could, I don't know that these herbs were capable of healing wounds? I just got potions." she said. "Wait, are you a shaman too or..."
"No, I'm just a guard, personal guard to be precise. I need to study these kind of information. And I was a tender in my village before joining the Assassination Team." he said
"What made you quit it? Or who made you quit it?" she asked
"I felt in love with Princess Luna. The Princess of Night." he answered. "I has to be dead in this moment."
"What?" she asked confused by his recent words.
"I protected and saved both of the Princesses and the King from my kind, I didn't resist the wounds that they caused me and I died. But... The King in order to stop an Eternal Night and because Luna really cared for me. He decided to gave me the immortality ability. I promise to the King that I would keep them protected." he said
She got up off her and started to trotted towards her bookself.
"Here, follow me. I heard of some kind of magic, that could be capable of stopping that creature." she said.
When she reached her bookself, she started to look for that book.
"Here, I found it." she said while grabbing the right book.
She started to read that book, until she found the topic.
"Here. There's a strong magic ability that could be capable of ending this creature. They're called The Elements of Harmony." she said
"Where I could find them?" he asked.
"You can't. You have to earn it. They're Six in total: Loyalty, Laughter, Magic, Kindness, Honesty and Generosity. There's anothe one but it's not that important. It's called: Protection. Here says that, this element isn't needed to fully achieve the true power of the elements but it could protect the casters."
"But how? I.. don't have a horn so element of magic can't be earned by me."
"Hmm. These Elements ,they just could be earned by alicorns." she said
"But, I don't know where they're?" he asked
"Of course not." she said while close the book and returned it to the bookself. "Here. I'll prepare something for us to drink and I could try to make a potion that could bring your horn back."
Zecora trotted towards her cauldron and started to prepare her potion.
"Zecora, I didn't ask you but, why you need those plants?" he asked
"Their known for having youth effects. A potion with that effect can bring old age ponies back to younger ages. But that doesn't mean that the pony will became immortal, it just bring in back to it youth." she said.
She finished to preparing her potion and gave it to him.
"Here. Drink this. This will bring your horn back, but you will need some time to regain your learned magical abilities." she said
He drank the potion and felt his body reacting strangly to this new effect and suddenly he felt his horn again. "Oh, thanks. Zecora. If you need something from me I..."
"There's no need, for anything. You helped me. Consider this as a 'Thank you'. Ok." she said.
He nodde and started to trotted to the cottage exit.
"Now I need to find them. I just need to know how." he said. "That's it, I got my horn back. You dumb, *laughts*. I can feel their vital essecence. Thanks again, Zecora. If you need something, don't hesitated to go to the Canterlot Palace. You'll be welcome there." he said while leaving her cottage.
"You're welcome. Now get back to my job, making that youth potion." she said
He started to casting his magic trying to feel Princess Luna presence. Then something blinked and he discorved where she was.'alpha Cloudsdale. Oh well, let's go.'
He used his magic to teleport himself, near to Luna's position.
With a bright flash he left Everfree Forest and appeared on alpha Cloudsdale.
He was in 'alpha Cloudsdale', he started to look around to see if he could find her.
After some time looking for her, he finally saw her. He trotted in her direction, until he reached her position.
"Luna, there you are." he said. "Are you ok?" he asked
She gasped, when she saw him. She had been alone in that place without any kind of clue where she should go. She then noticed that something wasn't right...
"Your horn, is back?" she asked "How?"
"I drank a potion and I got it back." he said "Luna, I discovered how we could defeat him."
"How?" she asked.
"The Elements of Harmony." he answered
"Where we could get them?" she asked
"We need to earn them." he answered
Suddenly a bright flash made Luna clones to appear.
"HAHAHAHAHA. Try to figure out who's the real one now." Discrod said while let a small laugh out and teleported himself out.
"Luna?" he asked
"Yes" They said.
'How would I know, who's the real one?' he said to himself.
"What's my real propose?" he asked
"Protecting me" They answered.
"Who's the stronger pony?" he asked
"Celestia, my sister" They answered.
"Luna, you really don't want me to ask you this, but there you go." he said. He took a depth breath and said. "Luna,You...you want...a... I mean.... my...my...ff...foal?" he asked, nervously.
"YES!!" They shouted.
But one of them kept herself in silence. Until...
"As it hurts me so much to reject it, I can't oblige you to do something you don't want." she said
The she fel, his magical aura grabbing her, and take her out of that confusion. When he dropped her near him, he used his magic to made her clones vanished.
He then looked at Luna and saw her crying.
"Look, Luna. I didn't want to hurt you, but..."
"It's ok, Shadow Night." she said. "At least you thought something, that I would be honest with you."
Suddenly a shining object appear near her head.
"What's this?" she asked.
'Honest.' he thought to himself. "It's one of the elements. I might not be sure but, that could be the Element of Honesty."
"How many they are?" she asked while grabbing the element.
"Six, maybe seven. But that 'seven' Element is not that important as the others." he said."Alright, Luna. Let's focus on our point here. We need to find a way to go down."
"Oh I had an idea. How about? Jump Off. *Laughs*" Discord said while laughing.
He snapped his fingers creating a hole in the middle of Clouds that made Shadow Night lose balance.
"Luna, help me. I can't use my full power yet." he said, trying to use his back legs to give enough strenght to bring him up.
"I'm coming. Hang on." she said while rushing towards him
Suddenly Discord appeared at her side and said.
"Princess Luna, let me tell you." he said while snapped his fingers. "Here you don't need to save him. I'll give your wings and your horn if you accept my request." he said pointing to her floating wings and horn. "You just need to let him fall. And I'll give you these back."
"Luna. He's... he's tricking you. Don't listen to him." he said
"Come on, Luna. It's just a little deal." he said.
"NO. No, I wouldn't choose my powers over his..." she said
"Very well." he said while snapping his fingers sending her wings and horn back to where they belong. "Maybe next time, my Dear." he said
With a bright flash he vanished.
"Luna, I'm still hanging here." he said while trying to climb back up.
She turned herself back, trotting in his direction.
"I got you." she said while grabbed his front hooves. "Just hang on."
He felt himself lost strenght and said
"Luna, let me go." he said
"No." she said
"You can't get me up, without your powers." he said
"I can. I can. Just trust me." she said.
She kept her focus trying to pull him up. Then with a little more effort she could bring him back up.
"Thanks." he said. "You shouldn't do that again Luna. Without your powers you can't do it." he said
"I know, but I know you would do the same for me or my sister." she said
Suddenly a shining object appear near her head.
"Another one?" he asked.
"Good. Five to go." she said
Suddenly he felt her embrace and stopped his movements.
"Luna, it's ok. I'm here." he said.
"Did you really think that I could pick my powers over you?" she asked while sobbing.
"It's ok, Luna." he said, while conforting her.. "I don't think you would do such a thing."
She had kept crying in his chest. He tried to keep her conforted but he failed. Until an idea blinked on his mind.
"Hey, Luna. Did you see where we are?" he asked
"Cloudsdale." she answered "Why?"
"You mean alpha Cloudsdale." he said. "Because, we might be cloud trotting." he tried to make her laugh but failed.
Realizing that his efforts had failed he tried it again.
Failing everytime, so he decided to give up.
"Let's go we need to find a way to--" his words were stopped when he tripped in her front hooves, failling in the clouds.
When he get up on his hooves and looked back at Luna, he heard her laughing.
"You look like Pony Claus. *laughs*" she let out a loudly laugh.
Suddenly a shining object appear near her head.
"You can earn three?" he asked
"It's good. Now just four left." she said while grabbing her new element.
He wipped his face and trotted towards Luna.
"I could feel Celestia's aura. I could teleport us to there." he said
"Let's go then." she said while storing her element on her mane.
He used his magic to teleport them near Celestia's position.
With a bright flash, Shadow Night and Luna appeared on alpha Ponyville.
They decided to search for Celestia. Until they saw her and started to trotted in her direction.
"Princess. We're here." he said.
"Luna, Shadow Night." she said. "How did you find me? And how you get your horn back?" she asked
"A little potion given by a little friend that I rescued." he said. "But that's not the point, I discovered a way to defeat him."
"Tell me then." she said
"The elements of harmony. We had three that belongs to Luna and we need four more"
"And where they're?" she asked
"We need to earn it sister." Luna said.
Suddenly Discord appeared near them, floating above them.
"Let's see. How you would react to a manticore?" he asked, while snapping his fingers to summon a manticore. "Good Luck my princesses." he said while used his magic to teleport himself out.
The manticore roared and charged towards them. They started to run, while watching backwards to see if they're far enough from him. But was useless, due to the manticore size and speed he could keep his chase without losing their sights.
"Shadow Night, since we've a horn try to use magic to reppel him." Celestia said.
"Oh right." he said
The manticore was chasing them, until they were nowhere to run. They found themselves cornered between a large rock and a furious predator.
Shadow Night started to charged up his horn, then a magical beam was shoot and hitted the manticore made him fell down. Finding a great opportunity to escape, Celestia halted her escape as she looked back and started to trotting back.
"Celestia, what are you doing?" Luna asked. "Get away from him."
Celestia closed distance between her and the manticore.
"Poor little creature." she said while caressing his large body. "Are you hurt?" she asked.
Receiving a whimper as an answer she ripped some leaves from nearby trees and plants. She mixed them and used them to heal his wounds.
Feeling his body being healed, he let a small purr as sign of happy feelings. When she ended up healing him, he got up and grabbed her.
"Celestia." Shadow Night said while charging towards the manticore. "Get away from her."
He started to charge up his horn, when he realized that he wasn't trully hurting her. He was just showing some affection for her.
"There you go. Safe and sound, my little creature." she said.
Celestia noticed that he had a chain that remind a pet chain. Then she started to use her hooves trying to break it. With a little effort she broke it.
"Now there you go. You're free now. Go ahead." she said.
The manticore dropped her and headed towards the Everfree Forest.
"Celestia? What were you thinking?" he asked "He could hurt you."
"Being a princess I need to care, for every creature that acts without reasoning."
Suddenly two shining objects appeared near her head.
"What's this thing?" she asked
"They're the Elements of Harmony." he answered. "But, how you earn two at once?"
"Hmm. She showed kindness to that creature and she could kept him imprisioned to that Discord." Luna explained "But she decided to set him free." she said "Maybe those could be the Element of Generosity and the Element of Kindness."
Suddenly a bright flash appeared near them. Discord were floating near them.
"So you had passed my little challenge." he said
"Now, Discord. Surrender we had the Elements of Harmony with us." Celestia said.
Discord look at her and started to let out small chuckle and then laugh loudly.
"Remind me. How much Elements did you had? Five, right." he said. "I remind that you need Six Elements to full use them."
"That won't stop us, from using it against you." she said "Luna, get you Elements."
Luna got her Elements and connect them with her sister elements. Then with a shining light a new element showed up. They noticed that could be the last required element due to his shape. Reminding a star, they expected that was the last element.
"It's impossible. That Element is so hard to earn" Discord said. "No matter, you won't defeat me."
Discord snapped his fingers makind a large magical beam to being conjured near him. "Now, let's the fun begin.".
He then shooted the beam, and they charged up the Elements power. Due to their same power both of beams ended up exploding sending both Discord and the two sisters backwards.
Discord because he had full acess to his power, he could recover from the recent event.
"Curse you. I will kill both of you." he said.
Then he summon the large beam again and shooted it at them.
Shadow Night tried to use his magic to protect both of the princesses. But...
His magical beam bounced on his barrier. "NO. That Element, No." Discord said to himself
Suddenly a shining object appear near his head.
'There's a seventh Element. The Element of Protection.' he remembered Zecora words.
"My princesses are you alright?" he answered , using his magic to get them up.
When both, Celestia and Luna, were standing up they noticed that a new Element had showed up.
"Shadow Night. What's that?" Celestia asked.
"It's the Element of Protection." he answered. "Use your power again. We could defeat him now."
They nodded and started to reunite their Elements.
"Not again. This time. I will destroy you." Discord said, while snapping his fingers to summon back his large beam. "This time, I won't be kind."
With the power of Harmony fully charged, Celestia and Luna shooted it at him, he shooted his large beam. Shadow Night used his magic to create a magical barrier around them that send his magical beam backwards, hitting a nearby mountain.
As the Power of The Elements started to close distance between it and Discord. 'IMPOSSIBLE' he thought. When it finally hitted him, slowly turned him into stone.
With him being imprisoned, everything he created and caused became normal. Celestia soldiers started to land, Canterlot had became to his formal form. And their wings and horns were back to place.
With their guards reunited they trotted back to Canterlot, bringing Discord statue with them.
Celestia decided to leave Discord on her personal garden to keep him unable to step himself free. She then summoned Luna and Shadow Night.
After some time, Luna and Shadow Night, were in her secret library.
"Yes, sister. What do you need?" Luna asked
"Your Elements, we need to have them, well secured. We don't want anypony to hide them will us?" she asked
Luna nodded and delivered her Elements to her.
"Shadow Night, your Element. Could you gave it to me?" she asked
"Here you go Princess." he answered "Just careful with those. It could be useful in the future." he said
Celestia nodded and stored the Elements on her new creation. Something that reminds a tree.
But Discord wasn't the only threat, something stood hidding in the shadows.
After the defeat of, the God of Chaos, Discord. Equestria returned to be a peaceful land, where ponies from different kinds lived in. These ponies were sorted by: pegasus, ponies with capabillity of flying; unicorns, ponies with capability of casting spells; and earth ponies, the most common ones.
Everypony in Equestria was expecting that this new era, the era of "The Two Sisters", would bring them prosperity and happiness. But they're wrong... A few miles away a centaur, accompanied by his younger brother, was trotting towards Equestria, he had recieved information that pony magic was the strongest magic that ever existed. He had a plan, a plan that consisted in stealing their magic and rule over them, and none, nothing would stand in his way.
In Canterlot.
It was a normal night to all ponies, Luna was in charge of the task of keeping the ballance at the night, helping foals surprassing their worst nightmares, until...
She had entered a dream, from a different specie, she couldn't describe it but it felt horrible for her, but it seems that the creature was happy with that 'nightmare', what she didn't know was, that dream was the dream of Tirek.
She was terrified by that dream, and kept thinking 'Hmm, maybe I'm not seeing the right thing maybe is just a normal animal that is dreaming this.', but she knew that she was wrong, she couldn't enter animal dreams. She only can enter dreams, that are dreamed by creatures with reasoning.
'No, this can't be true. It can't be, this kind of creature is a legend, maybe is a pony that keep dreaming with this.' she thought 'Maybe, just maybe I'll consider that, this is a dream of a pony.'
She used her magic to return to her bedroom, it was time for her to rest, the sun was rising and a new day was coming up.
After miles and miles of walking, Tirek and Scorpan finally arrived at their destination.
"Now, my little brother. Let's take their magic." he proposed.
"Of course, dear brother." he said. "When should we start?" he asked
"We need to... maybe gain their trust and respect; and then we attack." he said
Tirek used his magic to create a little cave on a mountain for them to spend the night.
The next day.
Tirek summoned Scorpan.
"Dear brother. I want you to go out and try to form a decent relationship with them." he proposed
"Why me? Why we can't go and try to do that?" he asked
"Because you don't look threatful, and you had this 'ability' of soft talking with creatures. Could you do that?"
He nodded. "I won't fail you."
"I'll hope not."
With that settled, Scorpan trotted towards Canterlot.
Scorpan had sucessufuly arrived at Canterlot and started to look for ponies that he could talk to. But when he showed up to ponies, they ran away. This kind of events made Celestia suspicious, that she decided to investigated what was causing this despair.
When she came near her balcony she saw him.
"What are you?" she asked, while using her royal voice. "What are you doing here, trying to scare my little creatures?"
Upon heard her words Scorpan's body trembled. He then said. "I was just passing by. Oh and by the way, I'm Scorpan and I'm a gargoyle."
"What are you proposes? Why are you here?" she asked
"As I told you, I was passing by and decided to see if there was something living in here." he answered
She decided to left her royal voice and said. "Well, if you want to you could meet me? Come on, I'll be waiting for you in the main hall."
He nodded and started trotting towards Canterlot Palace.
Celestia left her balcony and heard the main hall door opens.
"My princess. I heard that you used your royal voice. Is something wrong?" Shadow Night asked while entering the main hall.
"No. Everything's in order." she answered.
"Alright, if you need something don't hesitate on calling me. I'm might be your sister personal guard, but your father established me as a guardian for both of you."
Suddenly he heard the door openning. He turned his head back and saw him, a different creature entering the main hall, without permisson.
"HALT!!" he said. "You won't get any further. What are you doing here?" he asked while stading in his defensive position.
"It's ok, Shadow Night, this creature is here to meet me." she said. "You can return to your guarding position."
He nodded and left his defensive position, he stepped towards Scorpan and said.
"If you are here to hurt any of my princess?" he asked. "There's no place to hide."
Scorpan nodded while feeling his body tremble in fear. 'Strange the only one that could made me fear for my life is my brother. Why this poor little creature is scaring me so much?' he asked himself.
"Don't hesitate on calling for me, my princess." he said while leaving both of them alone in the main hall. 'This smells fishy, this creature, I might meet one of these before but where.' he said to himself.
In the main hall.
Scorpan and Celestia were talking about themselfes.
"So you're Scorpan, a mythical creature, right?" she asked.
He nodded. "I thought that alicorns were extinct, because of those 'Shadow Ponies'." he said
"Oh. You know the story after all. yes we're suppose to be extincted but we're not." she said. "That guard, that threated you is one of them."
'Impossible. That can't be true they're killed by Tirek.' he said to himself.
"Sorry, but I didn't catch the last sentence. That guard is a shadow pony?" he asked, while giving a confused look.
She nodded. "Actually he's not my guard, he's my little sister guard, personal guard to be exact. So, what bring you here at the land of ponies?"
"I'm studying their magic." he said.
"Alright, you can stay as long you don't be a threat to us." she said.
He nodded and turned himself around heading to the main hall door. "We will meet again, for sure." he said while opening the main hall door.
Then he closed the main hall door and trotted towards his cave to give his brother the news.
Shadow Night was heading towards his secret library, he knew that he saw a creature like this before, but where.
When he entered his library he started to find by that book, mysterious shadow animals were moving around his library.
Finally he found the book. He decided to read it and look for that creature.
'Alicorn, no. Centaur, no. Minotaur, no. Windigo, no. Gargoyle,yes. it's this.' he said 'Gargoyles are known for having a power of absorving vital magic, they normally were accompanied by a centaur or draculas. Their threat level is 4 to 10.' he stopped to read the book.
'I knew it, I knew it. This guy, I will keep an eye on you. If you ever,ever dare to touch them. I will not hesitate on killing you.'
Then he noticed that the sun was settling down, giving him a signal that Luna is awake now.
'I need to warn her, she had to know about this. Celestia probably won't believe me if I told her.'
In Tirek cave.
Scorpan returned from his mission with great news for his brother.
"Ah, Scorpan, what took you so long?" Tirek asked
"I was talking to their 'leader'. An Alicorn, could you believe it." answered.
"But, they're supossed to be extinct right." he said while looking at him in disbelief. "So, did they trust you?"
"I don't know. She made a proposal to meet me again, tomorrow." he said. "But are you sure you want this?" he asked
"What do you mean? Of course I want this." he said. "Oh, I get it. Your kindness, and your inability to use your true power is making you feel 'sorry' for them, but don't be my brother. We will have a home for us, followers. POWER. Just like you had before." he said.
"Also, there's a shapow pony with them." he said
"What?" Tirek asked. "But, they were deadly enemies. And besides I killed them all."
"Probably this escaped." he said.
"No matter, he won't interfer with our plan, dear brother."
"Look, Tirek. I need that you had this." he said, while giving his necklace.
"What? But this was given by him, remember." he said.
"Consider it a sign of loyalty to you." he said while bowing himself to him.
In the main hall.
Luna was controlling what she did best, the night. When she heard the main hall door opens.
"Luna, are you busy right now?" Shadow Night asked. "I need to talk with you, urgently."
She nodded. "Come in, then. What is bothering you, Shadow Night?"
"Here" he said while showing her the book. "This, this creature appeared today in Canterlot."
"A gargoyle. What is a gargoyle?" she asked.
"It's a mythical creature, normally they live out of pony land. And normally they are accompanied by draculas or centaurs." he said while turning the book pages. "Here is a picture of draculas, And here is the picture of a centaur." he pointed to the respective pictures.
Luna body stoud still when she saw that picture.
"Luna, are you alright?" he asked, while shacking his hoof in front of her eyes.
She blinked her eyes, signaling him that she was back to her senses.
"It's nothing. Thanks for the warning. But, did you think that he could be a threat to us?" she asked
"I'm not sure. But I will keep my suspicion. I will tell Celestia, tomorrow about this." he said. "Now if you excuse me. I will be guarding the main hall doors. Don't hesitate on calling me if you need."
He trotted towards the main hall door, opening it and in the next instant closing it.
'My dreams. They're true. Centaur. Maybe I might be wrong. Now, now Luna, there's no need to panic, you really don't know what they're proposes consist in. So back to my royal job.' she said to herself
She looked at nighty sky and used her magic to control the starts made them shiny and create little falling starts.
A new day was coming up, Scorpan as he planned with Celestia, he should meet her again on her castle, to discuss some topic about himself and his proposes.
He trotted out of the cave, saying goodbye to his brother, he flew towards Canterlot Castle.
After sometime Scorpan arrived at his destination. He stepped inside of the castle and walked towards the main hall.
He gretted Celestia and they started their conversation.
After sometime trading words and planning future plans, Scorpan waved a goodbye to Celestia and made his way back to his cave.
Celestia and Luna were reunited on the main hall, when Celestia heard a knock on the door.
"Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, since both of you are reunited on the main hall. I need to say something." Shadow Night said.
"Get in." she ordered.
Shadow Night opened the main hall door and stepped inside the main hall, after that he closed the door.
"Here. My princess. I need to warn you that this creature is suspicous." he said. "I read on a book that..."
"How dare you? How dare you to say that to me?" she asked while raising her royal voice. "It's because he's another specie is it? Do I need to remind you? Who made you this away? Who accepted you the way you're?" she kept asking.
"I understand your point, my princess. And besides I'm a pony after all." he answered.
"You shouldn't come here in the first place. Just because he's different, you think he's a bad guy is it?" she asked again.
"My princess, I...I..."
"IS IT?" she asked loudly.
Seeing that there's no way to discuss with her anymore, he just accepted and said. "No. I'm sorry for my behavior, my princess."
"Celestia. Why can't you even listen to him? He was just doing his..." Luna tried to speak but was stopped when she heard her sister voice.
"You're nothing, while the day is up. When the sun is up, you should respect me and when the moon is up I will respect you. Understand me." she said.
Luna was shocked by her sister words. She let a quiet nod and trotted her way towards the exit.
"Where are you going?" Celestia asked.
"I don't want to interfere with your plans, since during day you're the ruler I will make my leave, if you need me I'll be in my room." she said
Celestia looked over Shadow Night and saw his eyes were turning to a different color. When they heard the door closing Shadow Night finally spoke.
"I can't believe it, Celestia." he said.
"It's princess Celestia to you." she said.
"Not anymore. I can't keep serving someone that would react like that to her own sister." he said, while turning his head back.
"Where are you going?" she asked
"I'll see if she is ok." he said, while trotting towards the main hall door. "Oh and by the way. He's tricking you. You will believe me when it'll be too late." he finished, as he closed the main hall door.
'What I've done?' Celestia thoughted.
Luna was in her bedroom, trying to use her magic. trying to forget their recent harshly discussion. Tears formed on her eyes. Suddenly, she heard a knock on her door.
"Princess, are you in there? I was coming here to check if everything is alright." Shadow Night said
She nodded and answered him. "Yes, I'm ok. You can come in, if you want."
He opened her bedroom door and stepped inside her bedroom, closing it in the next instant.
"She shouldn't have threated you like that, after all you did for us." she said.
"I know, but..."
He stopped his tracks of words when she heard her cries.
"Why are you crying?" he asked
"I don't know. I'm feeling sad, after hearing that. What she had told me, those words wouldn't leave my head." she said while sobbing.
He tried to confort her. "She was overreacting, she surelly didn't meant that." he said
"Are you sure?" she asked.
He nodded. "Come with me. I need to show you something."
She got off her bed and asked. "Where?"
"It's a special place. You had to promise me that you won't tell her or any other guard."
She nodded. "You can trust on me."
He gently opened her bedroom door. "This way, princess." he bowed while signal with his hoof to 'ladies first'.
"You... can you stop being so formal with me?" she blushed.
He nodded, as he stepped outside of her bedroom. He closed her bedroom door, as he started trotting towards his secret library.
They were trotting for some minutes, until they reached a wall.
"Here we are." he said.
"What's so special about a wall?" she asked
"Look around, did you see something unsual." he said while conjuring a magical door near that wall.
She dropped her jaw a little bit.
"Surprised to see what I'm capable of doing." he said. "Now let's us step inside, there's something or someone that I need you to meet."
She raised her eyeborw. "Someone?"
As she stepped inside that place, she couldn't see nothing, but she could feel it. Living creatures, inside of his library.
"Where are they?" she asked.
"Here let me show you." he said, while using his horn to create a small source of light. "They fear the light." he said.
He stepped foward and made a whistle, that between the shadows, small shadow creatures were running in his direction.
Luna was surprised and scaried at the same time, she snapped to reality when she felt his hoof on her shoulder.
"So, what do you think?" he asked, while holding a small shadow bunny on his hoof.
She grabbed the bunny and started to caressing him. "It's amazing. How did you do that?" she asked.
"Magic. My magic is capable of giving life to shadows. It could be everything you want." he said. "Here let me show you."
He used his magic to levitate a small shadow fox. Then he closed his eyes and started to imagine, a dragon. As he kept imagining that creature the shadow fox, was now a shadow dragon. He now decided to imagine a pony, and the shadow dragon, turned into a shadow pony.
Amazed by his magical power she asked. "Can you teach me, how to do it?" she asked.
"I don't know, Luna." he said, while gently dropping the shadow pony on the ground. "This is a special magical ability that we had. I don't know, if you can control it, but I will try."
She rushed towards him, giving him a hug. "You're so kind to me. What did I do to deserve you?" she asked.
"You changed me. That's all." he answered.
She let him go, as she kept blushing due to her recent behavior. "Sorry, I...I..."
"I understand, there's no need to explain." he said. "If you ever need to relax. Don't hesitate on calling for me, and I will bring you here."
She nodded. "I will need to go and see if she needs something. Will you come?" she asked.
"No, I need to relax and rest a little bit. I will meet you again later." he said.
She nodded. She turned herself around and trotted towards the magical door, when she was on the other side, the magical door disappeared.
She decided to go and apologize to her sister, she needed to know if she really meant that.
In Tirek cave.
Scorpan had finally returned. Tirek was waiting for him.
"So, Scorpan. News for me?" he asked.
"Yes." he answered.
"So, go on." he said
"Their leader, she really trusts me, they're vulnerable to an attack, but I can't do it." he said
"What?" he asked.
"You heard me, I can't do it. She trusts me, I can't break her trust." he said.
"Are you betraying me? Is that it?" he asked.
"Yes. I can't do it, let's return home, please. I don't want to hurt them." he said.
"NO. I WON'T RETURN HOME. THIS IS MY HOME. WANT IT OR NOT, YOU ARE PART OF IT."
'I need to warn them.' he said to himself.
He used his wings to fly back to Canterlot.
"Scorpan. Come back here." he said but it was useless he didn't want to listen. "No matter. They aren't expecting an invasion right now."
He decided to follow his brother. To conquer that city and rule over them.
Celestia was on the main hall.
Suddenly, Scorpan rushed into the main hall without asking for permission.
"What's the hurry, Scorpan?" she asked
"It's---It's--- him" he tried to answer but his heavy breathing wasn't allowing him.
"Him, who?" she asked.
"I think he might be speaking of me." a strange voice said.
When she looked over the souce of the voice, she saw him.
"What are you? What did you did to him?" she asked, while igniting her horn.
"Oh, didn't you tell them, brother." he said.
"Tell me what." she said.
"Oh, oh, oh. My brother wasn't polite enough to tell them the real cause of our trip." he said.
"What's he talking about, Scorpan?" she asked
"Don't believe him. I'm sorry."
"Oh, and you tricked them. Very nice, you sure are a true gargoyle, thata kindness and girly 'thingies', were keeping you away from your true self. But now you showed me that I was wrong."
"Don't hurt them. I'm begging you." he said.
"Scorpan, what's the meaning of this?" she asked. "You arent't the thing you kept saying to me."
He shacked his head to a 'no'. "I'm sorry, but my brother is right, I---I tricked you. I'm not here for study your magical powers, I'm here to stole it."
"You. You. You betrayed my trust. How dare you?" she aksed
"I---"
"He's a gargoyle, they betray everyone." Tirek said. "But, don't worry it will be over soon." he said while charging up his power.
He shooted his magical beam, it made his made towards Celestia. When the beam hitted Celestia she was send backwards until one of the walls stopped her trajectory.
"Good, now. Surrender or die." he said.
"You monster. How dare you attacking me?" Celestia asked.
"Oh, poor little. Well, no matter soon your magic will be mine." he said, while trotting towards her.
Suddenly, Luna appeared near the main hall entrance. "Celestia, I need to..."
Tirek turned around and saw her. "Another one, perfect. Just perfect."
He started to trotting towards her.
"Stay away from me." she said. "I'm telling you, stay away from me" she ended up shooting one little beam towards him.
It tickled him when hitted his face.
"Poor, poor, little princess. Can't even control her magic yet." he said. "Now, give me your magic, or I'll had to take it by force."
He started to charge up his magic. A magical beam was shoot by him, that hitted Luna, making her fall unconscious.
"LUNA!!!"" Celestia yelled so loud that made the whole castle tremble.
Because of this yell, Shadow Night woke up from his little nap. 'What the...?'
"HOW DARE YOU TO ATTACK MY SISTER? I'LL MAKE YOU PAY." he heard Celestia yelling.
"Luna." he said while getting off his bed. "I TOLD YOU. YOU TOUCH HER, YOU'RE DEAD."
"Oh, is the 'biggy' sister, mad. Oh, poor little one." he said.
"Tirek, stop you had to stop this madness." Scorpan said.
"Madness." he said while giving a little smile. "Watch this. Since, she tried to attack me, she will be the first one to recieve her punishment." he said while turning himself towards Luna.
He started charging up his magic.
"STOP!!" Scorpan used his magic to counter Tirek's magic. "You won't touch them, as long I'm here."
"You had to interfere with my plans. Haven't you?" he asked while charging up his magic, ready to shoot Scorpan.
Tirek magic hitted Scorpan, that made him flying towards Celestia.
"Now, dear brother. You will regret, for betrayed me." he said.
He charged up a magical blast. When was fully charged he shooted it against him, but...
A barrier blocked the whole blast.
"YOU. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?" a familiar voice asked.
When Tirek turned around to see who was that pony, he saw him.
"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO HER?" he asked, while charging up his horn. "YOU. YOU."
He bounced forward and shooted his magic, that hitted Tirek and made him hold himself in place.
"Are you, a shadow pony?" Tirek asked. "Good. It seems that you and me will have a great magical duel."
Both of them bounced forward and started casting magic against each other, but Tirek's magic was so powerful for him, he couldn't hang on for so long. Until...
Shadow Night was blasted away by the recent magical beam.
"You. You are really good with magic, but not good enough to face me." Tirek said. "Now, where was---"
Suddenly he felt a magical aura around his body, he tried to find for the source.
"You shouldn't never ever, come here." Celestia said. "YOU ALMOST KILLED MY SISTER, AND BADLY INJURED MY GUAR--- HER GUARD." she said. "NOW, WHAT I'M GONE DO WITH YOU?" she asked. "OH I KNOW, I RECENTLY CREATED A PLACE, A PLACE CALLED TARTARUS. THAT IS A PLACE IS WHERE, CREATURES LIKE YOU WILL BE LIVING. FOREVER."
She opened a magical portal that lead towards Tartarus. She levitated Tirek and thrown him towards the entrance of the giant prison. His magic were taked off as she lead him towards his cell. "Now, you will live here forever." she said, while closing his celldoor.
When Celestia returned to the main hall, Scorpan was waiting for his punishment.
"Dear Princess Celestia, I Scorpan will want for my punishment." he said while bowing to her.
"You saved her. You saved my sister, you buy some time, so he could arrive in time to distract him." she said while pointing towards Shadow Night.
"Celestia, Luna is breathing, maybe she is..."
"She is unconscious. A little rest will solve this." Scorpan said.
"You can leave, Scorpan." she said. "Just don't showed up in Equestria ever again, because next time, you'll meet your brother again."
"Thanks, thanks for your forgiveness." he said.
He trotted towards her balcony. He opened his wings and flied away from Canterlot, until his body shape wasn't on sight.
Shadow Night used his magic to carry Luna body towards her bedroom. Before he left the main hall he heard Celestia voice.
"I'm sorry for not believing you. I..." she said.
He looked to her and smiled.
Celestia was heading towards her sister bedroom, when she reached the door, she was blocked by Shadow Night.
"What did you want?" he asked. "Luna said that she doesn't want to be disturbed."
"I'm here to apologize to her, from my recent behavior towards her" she said
"As she said, she doesn't want to be disturbed." he said.
"It's ok, Shadow Night. Let her in." she said.
He opened her bedroom door.
"Are you sure?" he asked.
She nodded.
"Luna is ready to see you, go ahead." he said, while keeping Luna bedroom door opened.
Celestia stepped inside of her sister bedroom.
"Luna, I need to talk with you." she said.
She looked away from her.
"I'm sorry for my recent behavior." she said. "I was mad at him. He was sugesting that I was being tricked. He's right."
"Did you think that's me that deserve an apologize?" she asked, while pointing towards Shadow Night.
She looked at Shadow Night, she kept thinking 'what would happen to her sister if he didn't showed up?'.
"Shadow Night, i know you are a guard and everything but..."
"Don't say it, I understand. I was just trying to help, trying to prevent this and I'm happy that we could prevent it."
They decided to get out of the castle to catch some air. They had to spend this peacuful piece of time, until other dangers decided to get out of their hiding and threat Equestria.
With Tirek, imprisoned in Tartarus, and Scorpan away from Equestria, the life of the ponies had returned to normal. But something had happened in the Crystal Empire.
The queen had, recently, became ill, even alicorns became ill sometimes but this type of illness was different from the normal ones.
She had strange spots all over her body, sometimes she became unconscious, this kind of problem was disturbing the crystal ponies, they weren't ready to lose another member of the royalty. They weren't ready to be ruled by Sombra, they knew what his powers are capable of. They fear that he could do something catastrophic to the empire.
Sombra stepped inside of their bedroom and trotted towards her queen. He saw her body shacking and trembling. He decided to caress her body trying to comfort her, but he felt that her body was cold. It was normal she was sick but he never felt that kind of cold on her body, in the past days. He used his magic to heat up the room a little so she wouldn't have a cold body, he decided to leave her be and left their bedroom.
--Queen flashback--
"I see that you're finally awake." he said. "Are you alright? Did he hurted you?" he asked.
"Shieldmore, if dad discovers that you attacked him, he..." she said.
"Dad won't hurt you or me anymore." he said. "I will cast a spell around your bedroom, so if he would think of stepping inside of here, he will be punished." he said while charging his horn to cast the spell.
When he finished his spell, he looked over her and said.
"Here you go. He won't bother you anymore."
"Thank you." she said while giving him a hug.
"It was nothing at all." he said.
She leaned forward and gave him a kiss, his eyes went wide with her recent 'assault'. He slowly let himself go and accepted her embrace.
She return her head to it's previous position, and looked him in the eyes. She felt his silence and started to think that she messed things up. "Oh. Don't...be...Don't hate me. I.,..I..." she said while turning her head away from his eyes.
He looked at her and grabbed her chin so he could look her on the eyes. "I wouldn't hate you for this. That's the last thing that will make me hate you."
He leaned forward and gave her a kiss. She felt his essence again. This wasn't her brother. No, no, no. This was her knight, her savior. He had rescued her from an undeserved punishment.
After some moments they left each other embrace.
"It's a shame, that if father found out about this." he said. "What will happen to us?"
"Let's run away, just you and me, nopony to bother us about what is wrong or not. We don't choose to love the pony that we should love. We felt love for the pony that we should love." she said.
"But, I'm a... a... I'm different from the ponies. I..." he said
"Being different it's what makes you special to me. I don't want to lose this embrace ever again." she said
"Me...me.... neither. But we can't, you are an immortal being. And one day I will leave you all alone in this world." he said
"But...but... I got an idea. I will give up my immortality to be with you again in the after life." she said.
"What?" he asked. "Crystal we're not talking seriously, aren't you?" he continued. "Giving up your immortality to be with a normal being like me it's..."
"But, I will not find another pony like you around here." she said. "When I meet my future king, I will lose my immortality and my alicorn power. If you're still alive I'll wait until the day you're gone, if you die first I'll wait until my 30th birthday." she said.
He nodded. "I hope that won't make you unhappy."
"I'm happy with you and only you." she said.
He bowed himself and trotted towards her bedroom door. He slowly opened it and stepped through it, closing it in the next instant.
Suddenly she saw a bright light, and a scream was heard. It was her brother cries, she got off her bed and peeked through the door and what she saw in that moment, made her body shack in despair. Her brother was killed by his own father. 'Why? Why would you do that?' she thought.
She closed her bedroom door and rushed towards her bed, she laid on it and cried for the rest of the night.
When she felt a flashing light, between the shadows. She trotted towards it and found him. He's alive after all these years, he was alive. But something wasn't right, she couldn't get him, she tried and tried to run but she stood in the same place.'What is happening? Why can't I...?' she thought 'Am I dreaming?'.
She then let out a loud gasp, that alert her guards.
They rushed inside her bedroom, trying to find why the reason for her desperation.
"Queen. My queen, is everything, alright?" one of the guards asked.
"Nothing. I'm just feeling... sleepy." she said. "The time has come, wait for me. I'll be with you in any moment---"
She let her body fell backwards, when her back land on the soft bed, she felt her eyes closing, slowly, while everything became darker and darker, until everything was black. Suddenly the same figure, the same silhouette appeared near her. And once again she was happy. She had her knight again, her... her... lover. She couldn't be more happier than that.
'I finally, returned to you.' she said. 'Let us go, there's no time to lose. Lead the way, my Knight.'
She felt her brother, grabbing her body in a bride style and carrying her towards the source of light near them.
Finally, she had found her 'paradise'.
Sombra was devastated with the recent loss of the Crystal Empire, he didn't know what to do, so he sent a letter to Canterlot, asking for help before it's too late for them.
A letter was sent to Canterlot, asking for help since Queen Crystal died, Sombra didn't know what to do.
Celestia reunited her forces, including her sister and her guards. Celestia then decided to trot to the Crystal Empire.
But they were late... late to save the empire...
Sombra or better King Sombra has changed, he couldn't support the pain that his followers were causing to him. 'You're not a ruler.'; 'King, pff. You should be a farmer pony instead.'; 'We don't even know, how the Queen chose you to be her king?';
Those words were repeating themselves in his mind, he couldn't snap them out. 'Punish them, Sombra. They fear you. You're the King of Fears.' he thought. 'They will respect you. Don't feel sorry for them, they don't deserve your mercy. Punish them.'
Sombra let out a loud laugh and the whole bedroom became dark. There he was in his realm, he just needed to force their followers to respect him.
Suddenly the guards rushed inside the room.
"Sir. We heard you laughing. Is everything alright?" one of them asked.
"YES, EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER," he said. "PERISH. BOW BEFORE KING SOMBRA."
Out of nowhere a dark magic wrapped his guards and turned them into dark ponies. "YOU WILL DO WHAT I SAY." he said. "PUNISH THOSE WHO ARE AGAINST MY RULES. ENSLAVE THEM. MAKE THEM SUFFER."
His 'new' guards nodded and let him alone in his bedroom. "I'M SORRY CRYSTAL, BUT THIS IS THE ONLY WAY," he said while looking towards the starry night.
All of what he heard next were cries and screams, as his guards captured all of those who were against his type of ruling.
In their way towards the Cyrstal Empire, one of Celestia scouts approached her and said.
"My princess. There're wounded ponies around here." he said while bowing to her.
"Show me the way, my little one." Celestia said.
He nodded and trotted towards his destination.
When they arrived, at least five ponies were wounded, but they're wearing armor it's impossible for them to be attacked by some furious creatures.
"What happened here? They are wearing armor, not even Timberwolves or Manticores would dare to attack them." Celestia said.
"It appears, that they were attacked by some kind of pony." Luna said. "I could feel some strange magic all over their bodies."
"Oh well." Celestia said. "Guards, take these ponies to our infirmary in Canterlot."
"But who will protect you if something bad happens." one of her guards said.
"Shadow Night magic is powerful enough to protect us. You could trust him, he will protect us." Luna said.
One of the wounded ponies woke up and trembled when saw new ponies.
"Leave us alone. We told you that we're didn't do nothing"
"What." Celestia said "We won't hurt you or your friends. What happen to you?" she asked.
"We were walking peacefully." he said. "Wait. You're alive." he said while pointing towards Shadow Night.
"What. Of course, I'm alive." he said. "Why are you asking?"
"Shadow Blade crew told us that you're dead."
"So you're shadow ponies, we thought that they're dead." Celestia said.
"We were leaving in a little village when we got attack by, darkly armored ponies." he said. "Their magic was powerful than ours. We had to flee, but due to our recent battle and our wounds we couldn't walk so far."
"Alright. Now, relax you're safe." she said.
"Why are you helping us? We're shadow ponies." he asked
"If you don't realize."Celestia said. "He's one of you." she explained while pointing towards Shadow Night. "He saved us. So it's fair enough that we save you don't you think?"
He nodded.
Celestia guards carried the wounded ponies towards Canterlot.
"Let's us proceed." Celestia said.
They resumed their trotting.
As they trotted, the Crystal Empire was showing up on the horizon. The distance between them and the Crystal Empire was closing.
But, something wasn't right... A strange shadow was floating around the Empire.
"What is happening here?" Celestia asked.
"Look, sister. The darkly armored ponies that those ponies told us about. They are there" she said while pointing towards those ponies.
"Watch out, princesses the strange shadow is coming towards us." he said. "Stay behind..."
Suddenly the strange shadow floated around them and dragged them to a deep sleep.
--Celestia worst fear--
She was surrounded by counselors ponies, she was in her palace and in front of her was her father.
"You failed me, Celestia." he said.
"What? I...I..."
"Your recent decision made me lost my daughter, your sister." he said
"I didn't do nothing. I...I..." she said.
"I'm sorry my dear, but I will have to take off your alicorn powers. You failed me. YOU FAILED ME."
--Shadow Night worst fear--
"You betrayed us." she said. "YO...YOU...YOU USED YOUR IMMORTALITY ABILITY TO ACCOMPLISH YOUR OBJECTIVE, WASN'T IT?" she asked.
"What are you talking about? I..."
"YOU KILLED LUNA. YOU KILLED HER. SHE WAS JUST TRYING TO HELP YOU. AND YOU---YOU" she said. "NO MATTER. I WILL SEND YOU TO TARTARUS. CREATURES LIKE YOU WON'T LIVE HERE WITH US."
He felt his body being teleported towards his Tartarus cell, it's chains wrapped against his body. He was dragged inside of his cell while begging for her to forgive him. She just flew away not even care to look behind.
'This is a dream. I would never attack her or hurt her like that. This is Sombra's power. I had to wake up, wake up.'
He opened his eyes to realized that, they're surrounded by a shadow cloud. He had to try to wake the princesses before it was too late.
--Luna worst fear--
"Wake up, you've to wake up." she begged.
"Luna, just get out of here. She is after you. Just leave---"
Suddenly, Celestia appeared in front of her.
"I'm sorry Luna, but his betrayal. He had to be punished for it." she said.
"No. I... I... won't allow you. He protected us all over this years. You. Stay. Away. From. Him."
"Luna. If you stand against my decision, I'll punish you too." she said.
"Stay away." she said while shooting a magical beam against her.
Her magical beam made Celestia disappeared.
Shadow Night was trying to wake up them. He trotted towards Celestia.
"No, dad. Please, I..." Celestia said.
He shacked Celestia body, that made her wake up.
"It's ok, Celestia. It was just a dream." he said.
She nodded and rubbed her eyes. "How much did you hear?" she asked.
"Nothing." he answered
He spotted Luna body and decided to walk her up.
"Stay away..." she said.
He saw her horn igniting up and send a magical beam towards his eye.
He cried in pain. "Luna, wake up. You're dreaming." he shacked her body.
She waked up and breathing heavily. When she looked at him she saw a bloody scar in his eye.
"What happened to your eye?" she asked.
"You were dreaming and you ended up shooting a beam towards my eye." he said.
"I'm sorry, I..." she said while small tears formed on her eyes. "I didn't mean to".
"I understand. You were dreaming, it wasn't on purpose" he said while giving her a small hug.
Celestia looked over them. "How did you know that was a dream?" she asked
"This is the power of a Umbrum. I mean Sombra power. How did I know? Well..." he answered. "I got a book that explains that."
"So this is Sombra true power." she said.
"I'm afraid that you're right." he said. "We need to proceed with caution, we don't know what we will face, upon entering the empire."
She nodded.
Suddenly the dark cloud that was surrounding them disappeared.
"Let's go we need to stop this madness." Celestia said.
At the Crystal Empire.
When they arrived at the Crystal Empire, they noticed that everything was peaceful, the streets, the houses, everything.
"What's going on here?" Celestia asked.
They decided to proceed a little further when something stopped their tracks.
"Is he enslaving them?" Celestia asked.
"I'm afraid you're right. Chains around their necks, everypony entangled. He's enslaving them for sure." Luna said
"And look. Those are the ponies that surely attack that crew." Shadow Night said while pointing towards the darkly armored ponies.
"We need to stop him, but how?" Celestia asked.
"Let's try to sneak into the castle." Shadow Night said.
"And how would we do that?" she asked
He charged up his horn and made themselves invisible.
"Anything else, my princess." he said.
"That's perfect, let's go." Celestia said.
They trotted towards the Crystal Palace, passing through the guards.
Inside the Crystal Palace.
They decide to explore for some information about this.
"I'll take a look in the library. You could look in someplace else." Shadow Night said.
They nodded and they trotted in different directions.
After sometime Shadow Night arrived at Crystal Library. He started to look for some information about something.
He looked and looked, until he found a, what he could tell looked like a diary.
"Dear diary." he read the title. "From Crystal. Who's Crystal?" he asked.

Today my brother and I went to a garden, we spent the entire day there talking about anything that came to our minds. He is too kind and gentle to me. Why, why can't I tell you how---

Today I was caught stealing from the merchants, my father decided to punish me, whip strikes on my body. Please, give me the strength to hang that punishment.

Today I told my brother, how I feel for him and he accepted it. I was so happy. But that happiness vanished when I saw that my father killed him, because of his treason. He had saved me, I would save him too if I wasn't so weak. He promised me that my father won't hurt me anymore, but he forgot that he could be punished because of his actions. Brother, what I would give to be with you again? But, this happiness I'll find it again when I get my 30th birthday.

I'm near my 30th birthday, soon I'll meet Shieldmore again. I created a heart made of crystal so Sombra could use it to send any threat to Crystal Empire away. It's store in my secret place, that nopony knows, not even Sombra. Oh, I forget to tell you that recently I got a prince and I decided to marry him to fulfill the prophecy.

"Where it could be, this secret place?" he asked. "Her brother grave, that's it. It was her special place. If I might not be wrong a heart. Surely it will be on her brother grave." he said while closing the diary.
He used his magic to teleport the princess to him.
"I've found something." he said. "The queen created a weapon that could banish every threat away from Crystal Empire."
"Where it is?" Celestia asked.
"If I might be correct, a special place to her, maybe her brother grave. I read her diary and found that they were inseparable, they spent every moment together. So if my mind is correct there will be the place to look for it." he continued."Oh, and she said she would die on her 30th birthday but she is an alicorn. They're immortal right, even if they give up their alicorn powers."
"You might be wrong in one point. We age like normal ponies, but we had an alicorn age. That's the age that determined how old we, psychology, are." she said when she noticed that he looked at her with a confused expression, she repeated. "Basically, I have 38 years as a pony and 3.8 years as an alicorn." she explained. "Did you get it?"
He nodded. "Let's look for that crystal heart."
They nodded and teleported themselves near the cemetery.
Near the cemetery.
Celestia used her magic to open the door. They stepped towards Shieldmore grave, trying to find that heart. Until...
"I found it." Luna said. "Here, here. It had a shape of a heart, but it's stone." she said while pointing to a heart-shaped stone.
She leaned forward to grab it. When she grabbed it, the stone shined and became a crystal. They looked shocked at that piece.
"Could we use it to banish, Sombra?" she asked.
"We could try." Shadow Night said. "In the diary was to banish any threat, and he's a threat to Crystal Empire." he said. "Even he's my nephew, I can't allow him to do this to anypony." he said. "Let's use it against him."
They nodded and trotted towards the castle.
When they finally arrived above the castle balcony they called.
"Sombra, your realm of slavery and madness. Has come to an end." Celestia said.
"BETRAYERS. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO HELP EACH OTHER." he said. "GET THEM." he ordered.
His guards lept forward, trying to capture them but were stopped by Shadow Night magic. "Sombra, you're not a bad pony. Control it. You can control it, focus." he said.
"I CAN'T. THEY DON'T RESPECT ME, THIS WAS THE ONLY WAY." he said.
"You gave me no choice Sombra." Celestia said. "Luna, let's use our magic to empower this thingy" she said while pointing towards the crystal heart.
She nodded and charged up his horn. Shadow Night created a shield around them so anything won't stop their magic.
"NO. NO. NNNNNNNOOOOO." he said while saw the magical beam coming towards his body. "MAKE IT DISAPPEAR."
With a bright explosion Sombra was sent away, but with a price of course. Before the beam touched him he made a curse to the entire Empire.
When everything became more 'natural', they looked around and saw that something was missing.
"Where's the Empire?" Celestia asked. "Did we banish it?"
"I don't know." Luna said. "We're supposed to free those ponies not to send them away."
"It was his curse." Shadow Night said.
"WHAT?" Both Luna and Celestia asked.
"He's an umbrum pony, they had a special ability to simulate your worst fears. And the ability to create curses. His curse was 'Making the entire Empire vanish'"
"How much time it will be missing?" Celestia asked.
"I don't know. Maybe one thousand years or even more." he said. "You did the right thing, my princesses. We couldn't save them, they're cursed. He cursed them. I should've told you about the Umbrum powers." he said while lowering his head.
"It's ok." Luna said. "At least, he won't be bothering us."
"Let us return home." Celestia said. "We're needed in Canterlot."
They nodded and trotted towards Canterlot.
With Sombra defeat, peace had returned to Equestria once again. But, one of our main characters will be affected by a dark power... a power, that will change the whole story...

Hi there Chapter 10 is out.
Chapter 10
Luna trotted towards the main hall. She felt a full happy feeling inside of her. She finally had somepony to talk to, even if she didn't physically exist, she could talk with her anytime she wants.
She opened the main hall door and trotted towards the balcony. She was now on the main hall balcony, she looked outside and said.
'Look, my little one. This is our realm. Me and from my sister.' Luna said.
'DId I had an aunt?' it asked. 'Where is she? Where is she?'
'She's sleeping. During the night she slept, during the day we slept.' she said. 'But our followers they sleep during the night too, so they don't enjoy our night. And I understand, I... I... I'm responsible for their dreams. I help them surpassing their nightmares, I help little foals fight their nightmares.'
'Oh, don't be sad. I like this night... your powers. It looks amazing.' it said.
'But I wanted that they looked to the sky and be amazed by my powers, but that never happens. And it will never happen.' she said while tears started to form on her eyes.
'Don't cry I... I... CAN HELP YOU, IF YOU WANT.' it said.
'How? How can you help me?' she asked.
'I CAN USE YOUR POWERS REMEMBER, WE CAN GIVE THEM AN ETERNAL NIGHT. THEY WILL NEED TO LIVE WITH OUR POWERS.' it said. 'LET ME TAKE OVER YOUR BODY.'
'No, Celestia won't like it. I'm not a bad pony.' she said. 'No. No. GET AWAY FROM MY MIND, Please.' she said while shaking her head.
'YOU CREATED ME AND NOW YOU WANT TO FORGET ME.' it said. 'NO. I'LL TAKE OVER YOUR BODY AND PUNISH ALL OF THOSE, WHO WILL OPPOSE US.'
"Shadow Night, help." she yelled.
He rushed inside of the main hall and saw that she was changing.
"What happens? Why you yelled for help?" he asked.
"I... I created a... full-sized pony, made of shadows. She is trying to control me." she answered.
"No. No, I... I'm sorry. I should've told you that it could be dangerous." he said. "Try to focus, fight her. I'll get Celestia." he said.
He rushed towards Celestia room and tried to wake her up.
"My princess, wake up. It's Luna she's..." he said.
"Luna. What happens to her?" Celestia asked
"There's no time to explain, she needs us." he said while teleporting themselves to the main hall.
Celestia looked at her sister and said.
"Luna, are you ok?" she asked.
"I'm sorry, sister. But I'm tired of living in your shadow." she said.
"What. You never lived in my shadow. I had an objective like me, you should control the night and the dreams." she said.
"But, them. They never enjoyed my night. They always sleep and don't even look at my amazing work." she said. "AND NOW YOU ALL SHALL PERISH. WE WILL MAKE AN ETERNAL NIGHT." she said. "ANYTHING WOULD STOP US."
Suddenly a bright flash wrapped around Luna and when that light disappeared a new pony showed up.
"BOW BEFORE ME." it said. "BOW BEFORE, NIGHTMARE MOON."
"Luna. Stop playing around, just stop." Shadow Night said. "You're not like this, you would never..."
"Forget Shadow Night, she isn't Luna now." Celestia said. "Now don't make me use my magic against you, dear sister."
"THERE'S NO LUNA NOW. JUST NIGHTMARE MOON." it said.
Nightmare Moon ignited her horn and shot a beam towards her sister. Celestia jumped over it and said. "Don't make me use my magic. I don't want to."
"OH. CAN'T YOU HURT US. ISN'T IT?" it said. "TOO BAD. I'LL KILL YOU AND CONQUER EQUESTRIA, AS WE BECAME ONE WITH THE ETERNAL NIGHT" it said while laughing hard.
"Stop it. I need to stop you."
"GOOD LUCK WITH THAT." it said.
Nightmare Moon shots another beam towards Celestia. She dodged it and ended up tripping on her hooves and lost balance. She took this as an opportunity she wasted no time and shooted another beam, but this time a shield enveloped Celestia and made the beam bounce away.
"SHADOW NIGHT. HOW DARE YOU TO BETRAY US?" it asked.
"Luna." he said.
"I'M NOT LUNA. I'M NIGHTMARE MOON." she said while charging up her horn and shot a beam towards him.
He dodged the beam and tried to act as a bait. "Celestia go get the elements. It's the only way I think."
"But, what will happen to her? I don't want her to be turned to stone." she said.
"It will be the price that we had to pay. Go now. I'll try to buy you sometime."
She nodded and teleported herself to her secret library.
"YOU WANT TO BETRAY US, SHADOW NIGHT." it said. "WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF THAT WORKS?" it said. "WE STILL BE LUNA. YOU PROMISED US THAT YOU WON'T TURNED AGAINST US."
"Luna, I... I..."
"SHE IS USING YOU TO GET US APART. STOP HER AND I WILL BRING LUNA BACK." it said.
"I can't...I will. PROTECT YOU. She won't hurt you. I PROMISE." he said.
He was being controlled by her nightmare powers. "Who made us doing this?" it asked.
"CELESTIA" he answered.
"Who wants to get us apart?" it asked
"CELESTIA." he answered.
"Who tricked you?" it asked.
"CELESTIA" he answered.
Celestia found the elements and teleported herself to the main hall. When she got there she was shot by a magical beam.
When she looked who shot her.
"Shadow Night, what's the meaning of this?" she asked.
"You won't hurt her. She is Luna. She is still being Luna." he said. "I won't let you hurt her."
He trotted towards her while charging up his horn. She casts a spell that blinds him.
"AH, my eyes. I can't see." he said while rubbing his eyes.
"I'm sorry for this." she said.
Celestia charged up her horn and shot a beam on Shadow Night that sends him away.
She took the elements out from her saddlebag. She started to conjure its magic. Nightmare Moon started to igniting her horn to try to stop it's magic, but it was useless her magic was weaker than the Elements of Harmony magic.
She was shot towards the moon and a pointy dark shape in the moon, forming a little shape know as 'Mare in the Moon'.
After some time, Shadow Night recover from his recent attack. When he got up he saw that Celestia had used the Elements of Harmony. He trotted towards her and said. "What happened to her?" he asked.
"She was sent to the moon." she said. "Look." she pointed to the moon.
He looked at the moon and confirmed that it had a shape of Luna's face.
"Sent me too." he said.
"What?" she asked.
"She needs me. I promise that I would stay with her whatever she goes. Sent me there too." he said.
"Shadow Night. You might not return until thousands of years had passed," she said.
"I would wait with her, instead of waiting for her." he said. "Sent me, please."
"Is that your last request?" she asked.
He nodded.
She charged up the magic and shoot a beam towards him, that sent him flying towards the moon.
Once again there're together. They will meet again on a thousand years.
After one hundred years it was time for Nightmare Moon to return to Equestria and take control over it. In the respective day Nightmare Moon fully appeared on Equestria and drove her Eternal Night all over it. She had to find the Elements before anypony would find it first. With Celestia being captured, she will have lots of time to find the Elements. But what she didn't know was a certain pony know where they would probably be.
After some hours, Nightmare Moon has finally found the Elements, they're being carried by Twilight Sparkle, her sister faithful student. She had a plan to take them out from her. They started to have a magic fight since Nightmare Moon was part alicorn her magic was stronger than Twilight. She was able to defeat Twilight and conquer the Elements. When all of the sudden she heard hoofsteps. From the shadows, Twilight recent friends appeared and trotted towards her.
"You can't defeat without these." Nightmare Moon said while pointing towards the Elements. "It'll be a shame that you won't see them again.". She used her magic to destroy to Elements.
"Now. I'm free. FREE FOREVER." she said while laughing.
"Did you forget?" Twilight asked. "The Elements can't be destroyed." she said. "They can be earned again."
"What are you talking about?" Nightmare Moon asked. "Of course they can be destroyed."
"Did you forget that 'you' and Celestia earned it?" she asked.
"Of course, but since they're destroyed they can't be re-earned." she answered.
"Of course it can be." she said. "We don't need them physically. Because the Elements are right here." she said.
"What are you talking about?" she asked.
"Applejack, she was honest when said for let her hoof go." she said. "Fluttershy, she showed kindness to one Manticore." she continued. "Rarity, she didn't bother sharing her tail fur to a sea dragon.". "Pinkie Pie, she was the one that thought us that laughing can make things look better." "And finally Rainbow Dash refused to join the shadowbolts so she could help us to get past the bridge."
"No. This can't be. Only alicorns could earn it." she said. "But it's pointless. You don't have the last element."
"We don't need because the Element of Magic only showed up when the others are present." she said.
Suddenly, Twilight and her friends were surrounded by a bright light and in a matter of seconds, they're wearing a necklace with their respective elements.
"Now." Twilight said. "Let's us send you to where you came back."
Twilight started to conjure the Elements magic and shoot a beam towards Nightmare Moon.
Suddenly a dark barrier blocked the beam and a pony showed up.
"I lost her once. I won't lose her again" Shadow Night said. "Stay back."
He used his magic to push the Element bearers away.
"Now, you stay away until..." he said. "GAH"
He cried in pain and saw that he was being impaled by a horn.
"LUNA!!" he said while looking back. "What are you doing? Get off me."
"YOU BETRAYED US. YOU LET HER BANISH US. NOW CONSIDER THIS AS A PUNISHMENT." she said while dropping him on the ground.
"But she tricked me... I was blinded. I couldn't do nothing to stop her." he said
"No matter. Now all Equestria belong to us." she said. "And to make sure that nopony would interfere with our plan."
She ignited her horn and shoot a wave of magical beams towards the ceiling that made the whole structure to collapse.
"Enjoy being crushed up." she said while teleporting herself out.
Large pieces of the ceiling started to collapse, falling near the ponies. Shadow Night tried to focus his magic, he was trying to summon a magical shield around them.
'She needs to be stopped. Teleport them out of here.' he thought.
"Stop her. You need to stop her." he said.
"How we don't know where she is? And besides, we can't get out of here." Twilight said.
He started to ignite his horn and said.
"I'm going to teleport you out. Find her, stop her."
With a sudden poof, they were out. But Shadow Night wasn't able to teleport himself out due to his recent wounds. He used his magic to create a small shield around him. 'Stop her. I will be waiting for you again.' he said.
Twilight and her friends were teleported out of the castle.
When they regain their consciousness, they started to look for places where Nightmare Moon could be.
Until... They found her. She was on Canterlot Castle. They entered the main hall and shouted.
"There she is." they said. "Let's stop her."
Nightmare Moon laughs and summons a guardian. "Come and get me." she said.
"Let's use that magic again." Rarity said.
"But last time failed. What guarantee we had that won't fail again." Twilight said.
"Probably was that pony magic." Rarity said.
"When what are we waiting for? Let's try it out." Rainbow Dash said.
Twilight nodded and signal to them to get near her. She started to conjure the Elements magic and shoot a large beam towards her.
When the beam hit her, Nightmare Moon was levitated off the ground and with a bright light, she was back on the floor. But this time something was different.
"Who's that pony?" Applejack asked.
"That's Celestia younger sister," Twilight answered. "That was her dark form. Luna is back."
Suddenly a light was presented behind them, Celestia was free. She greeted her followers.
"How could you bring her back?" Celestia asked. "Last time I used them she was sent to... that place." she said
"We don't know, Princess." Twilight said. "But, it looks like her dark form was gone."
"Oh and by the way. Where's her personal guard, Shadow Night?" she asked. "Did you saw him?"
"Hmm. He is some kind of dark pony?" Twilight asked.
"Yes, did you saw him?"
"We saw him, in the castle. He used his magic to stop our power. How?" she asked.
"He's the element of Protection. He could deny all the power of the elements or he could protect the Element bearers." Celestia answered.
"That's why he blocked all the magic the first time we met Nightmare Moon."
Luna was regaining her consciousness and hear their conversation. "Where's he?"
Twilight looked back at her and said. "He's in the castle. You attacked him. Don't you remember?"
"What?" Luna asked. "I attacked him."
"Yes, you want to punish him for his betrayal." Twilight answered.
"Oh no." Luna said. "Let's go there then, he might be in pain." she said. "He thought me a magical healing ability."
They nodded and trotted towards that castle.
They arrived at their destination, but when they saw that the whole castle collapsed, they were thinking the worst.
"No. No." Luna said. "He got to be around here. He doesn't give up so easily." she said.
Luna trotted forward trying to look for any signs of her personal guard. Until...
They found a strange magical shield in the middle of the ruins. They trotted towards it to find the source of that shield.
When they reached the source, Luna smiled.
"It's him." she said. "Shadow Night. Are you ok?" she asked.
He wasn't responding.
"Hello. Are you ok?" She asked again.
No answer.
"Shadow Night. Are you hearing me?" she asked.
"Why did you care?" he asked. "I betrayed you remember." he said.
She gasped at his recent words.
"No. You didn't betray me." she said. "Could you at least look at me while I'm talking to you?" she asked.
He turned his head towards her. He laughs and saw that she was Luna again.
"So you're back, aren't you?" he asked.
"Yes of course." she said.
"Pathetic." he said. "I told you to not use your magic to create something didn't I?"
"Luna was he is talking about?" Celestia asked.
Luna sighed and answered.
"I created Nightmare Moon. I used a recent spell that I learned from him" she pointed to Shadow Night. "I was lonely, Celestia. I wanted somepony to talk to." she continued. "He had told me that it was dangerous to create a thing like us. And I ended up creating Nightmare Moon. She gained control of my body and spread the chaos to you." she said. "I'm sorry," she said. "Could you forgive me for my irresponsibility?" she asked
They nodded and said. "Everypony commit mistakes. Everypony deserves a second chance."
Obtaining no answer from Shadow night she asked.
"Shadow Night, did you forgive me?"
He didn't answer. "You hurt me, Luna. I---I--- didn't want to lose you to that thing. But I was wrong. But I had to agree with them you need a second chance and this time." he said while leaning towards her. "Warn me if you want to use that spell again."
She nodded and said. "I won't use it again without your supervision."
Shadow Night got up and used his magic to heal his recent wound. "I'll hope that."
They decided to trot back to Canterlot.
With the recent news that The Princess of Night had returned, ponies were happy. Celestia wasn't in charge of two different important duties anymore. Her sister will control the night and she will control the day, like the old times. Ponies became happy again, they knew that prosperity was close, but...
Evils stood hiding in the shadows ready to spread terror and disorder in their lives again.
It was a happy day in Canterlot. Princess Mi Amore Cadenza was marring the captain of the royal guard, Shining Armor. Due to this recent news Twilight and her friends gathered in Canterlot.
Twilight wasn't happy with this recent news, she would expect that he would warn her personally instead of a letter. She didn't even know who is he going to marry. She found her brother near the main entrance and trotted towards him.
"Princess Mi Amore Cadenza, Who is that mare?" Twilight asked.
"She's Cadance. Don't you remember her?" he asked.
"Of course I remember her. But I didn't know that she had a formal name, I always treated her Cadance or Princess Cadance," she answered. "But that's not the point, you should've warned me personally instead of a simple letter."
"I would like to but Celestia scouts found a treat nearby. So she ordered me with extra protection to Canterlot."
She looked at him and said.
"I understand. So when it will happen?" she asked.
"Maybe in two to three days. We need to make the formal preparations before so that's why Celestia called you here." he said.
"Alright I will see you around I need to check if my friends need some help." she said while trotting towards the exit.
She waved goodbye to him and closed the door.
It was night time, Twilight and her friends started to look around the castle. Inspecting everything. Until they reached, Luna bedroom.
Shadow Night was in his guarding position and when he saw those ponies coming near him he asked.
"Need any help? Luna is busy right now."
"Could you tell us where is the main hall? We've been looking for it, for hours." Twilight answered.
"Oh. You just need to get past this corridor and it's the second door in the right." he said while pointing towards their destination.
"Thank you." she said.
They trotted forward until they found the main hall door and stepped inside.
'Oh god. How in Equestria Celestia faithful student didn't even know the castle structure?' he thought
He heard Luna calling for him.
He opened her bedroom door and stepped inside. "Did you call?"
"Yes" Luna said. "I'm feeling a strange presence around Canterlot."
"What kind of presence?" he asked. "Could you specify it?"
"I don't know." Luna answered. "I'm feeling some dark presence around here."
"Let's stay alert then. Did you want that I warn our guards?" he asked.
"Yes." she answered.
"I'm on it." he said. "If you need something else, don't hesitate on calling me." he said.
He trotted out of her bedroom and called his guards.
"Princess Luna has a bad feeling that something is going to happen. Be prepared for anything." he said.
His guards nodded and bowed to him. They flew to their previous position and remained in high alert.
It was a new day, a special day. Finally, the marriage between Princess Cadance and Shining Armor is up. But...
"We're gathered here today for the marriage of Princess Cadance and Shining Amor." Celestia said.
Shadow Night entered the ceremony and said.
"Princess, there's a threat in Canterlot. Tell your guards to be on heavy guard"
"I'm sorry, but can't you see that this is an important event?" she asked
"I know my Princess. But we can't stand like this. We need to find that source before this all happen. Just to prevent." he answered.
Celestia looks over them and said.
"Let's stop this for a while until we find this threat." she said. "Please, consider this as a safe decision in order to prevent
Some of the crowd started to complain but accepted when her guards spoke.
"The Princess ordered you to leave, now leave."
The crowd started to leave the Canterlot castle.
Shining Armor and Shadow Night reunited on the barracks.
"Order your soldiers to remain alert." Shadow Night said. "I've already order mine."
"Who told you that it was a threat in Canterlot?" Shining Armor asked.
"Princess Luna. She told me last night." he answered. "I will believe that she's right and that something will attack Canterlot in the following days. So remain alert. I will talk to Celestia. If in, at least, four days we couldn't find that threat, you can proceed with the marriage." he said.
Shining Armor nodded and trotted towards his guards "We have a threat to Canterlot. You all know what to do right?"
They nodded and rushed to their respective positions.
Four days later...
The threat to Canterlot wasn't found so they decided to return to their previous plan. The marriage between Cadance and Shining Armor.
"We're gathered here today for the marriage of Princess Cadance and Shining Amor." Celestia said.
Suddenly the door was open, furiously. And... There was two Cadence.
The crowd was confused by this situation.
"Princess Celestia, I was imprisoned by that thing." Cadance said while pointing towards the other Cadance. "Twilight found me and brought me back to here," she said while pointing to Twilight.
"Yup. She sent me there too." Twilight said. "There's no need to hide anymore, show your true self"
Cadance laughs and started to change form.
"A CHANGELING" the crowd yelled. "Run...". In panic, the crowd rushed towards the exit, this kind of situation alerted the guards. They decided to enter the ceremony hall and saw that thing, they rushed towards her but were stopped by her magic.
"You fools. You think you can stand against me?" it asked.
"You think you can come here and threat my people." Celestia said. "Chrysalis."
"Oh, Celestia. It was time that we don't see each other. Surprised to see me." Chrysalis said.
"Leave this place. I will show mercy if you leave now." she said while charging up her horn. "I won't warn you again."
"Never I came too far to give up now." she said.
She casts her beam. Chrysalis used her magic to try to fight the beam.
Because the changeling feed on love and she was with Shining Armor at all time, her magic was powerful than Celestia's magic.
Celestia was knocked back and a loud laugh was heard.
"I can't believe I became stronger than you." she said.
Suddenly everything was dark. "You think you can come here and disturb our land." A voice said.
Chrysalis looked around and saw a dark cloud near the entrance. She casts her magic and said. "Show yourself. Stop hiding."
Suddenly a magical beam was shot towards her, she jumped out of its way. Then the shadow cloud disappeared and Shadow Night and Luna appeared. "It was you. I was feeling your presence in the last two weeks." Luna said. "What are you doing here?" she asked.
"Why would you care?" Chrysalis asked. "I'm here to harvest love and I started with Him" she said while pointing towards Shining Armor.
"Luna, give me the orders." Shadow Night bowed.
Chrysalis looked over Shadow Night and something clicks on her mind. "A shadow pony!?" she exclaimed "That's impossible they were destroyed by HIM"
"Tirek, right? Well, that guy was defeated." he said. "Now leave before I do some damage."
He started to ignite his horn but stopped when he felt a hoof on his shoulder.
"There's no need to cause anything." Luna said. "What were your proposes?"
"We were starving. My people, myself. I don't---" she answered. "I wanted to make a peaceful talk but I was afraid so attacking you was the only option." she said. "And if you look to the sky now. My people are here to--- harvest love." she said while letting out a loud laugh. "FEED UP MY CHILDREN"
Suddenly the shield disappeared and a huge amount of insect ponies rushed towards Canterlot.
"Call them out." Luna said. "Order the guards to fight them." she said. "Celestia is in danger protect her, protect our city."
Suddenly a magical beam hit Luna body that made her fall. When she looked at the source of the beam. "Now, surrender. I will take Canterlot."
Suddenly a huge dark cloud surrounds Chrysalis. "HOW DARE YOU TO CAME HERE AND ATTACK MY PRINCESSES." Shadow Night said. "AND YOU ATTACKED HER WHEN SHE WAS OFFERING YOU A PLACE TO STAY, A CHANCE TO EXPLAIN YOURSELF AND USE USED HER KINDNESS TO ATTACK HER. NOW YOU SHALL SUFFER."
Shadow Night started to ignite his horn and shot a beam towards Chrysalis, she tried to dodge but it hit on her body that made her unconscious.
"Celestia, order your guards to come with me." he said while he used his magic to carry Chrysalis body.
Celestia nodded and started to trot towards her balcony, Shadow Night followed behind her.
When they came to the balcony, they saw the changelings attacking their citizens.
"HALT!!! WE'VE YOUR QUEEN, SURRENDER NOW." Celestia ordered while using her 'Canterlot voice'.
The changelings looked to the source of that sound and saw that Chrysalis was captured by them. They looked at each other and decided to raise their hooves on a display of surrender.
Shadow Night nodded and signed to his guards to arrest those guys.
In Canterlot Castle dungeon.
Shining Armor was carrying Chrysalis body and dropped her on her cell.
He trotted out of the castle dungeon and found Celestia on his way.
"My princess. She is on her cell now." he said. "Should we wait until she wakes to give her punishment?" he asked
"I had a better idea, my dear." she answered "Let us finish your marriage with my niece and we should discuss it later. Ok." she said.
He nodded.
"You'll probably love it. She wanted love, you will give it." she said while smiling at him.
The marriage was celebrated.
Shining Armor trotted towards Celestia room and asked.
"Did she wake up?"
She nodded. "Yes. Now go and give her what she wanted."
He left her bedroom and trotted towards the castle dungeon.
When he got near Chrysalis cell, he saw that she was sleeping. 'Perfect.' he said
Chrysalis woke up in a different room. 'Where Am I?' she thought.
Then she felt a strange presence around her, she was tied into the bed. 'This is interesting.'
Suddenly a voice spoke.
"Hello."
She turned her head back and saw him.
"Oh, Shining Armor. Dear, can you free me?" she asked.
"No." he answered.
"Why?" she asked.
"Well, it wasn't, love that you wanted. So it's love that you will get." he answered while trotting towards her.

In Twilight Library.
She was sitting on her desk writing some notes. Suddenly she heard Spike rushed inside of her room. "Twilight, Urgent letter from Celestia." he said while carrying the letter with his left claw.

He peeked inside and call her. "Luna. your sister is here to see you, she said that's important. Should I let her in?" he asked

He nodded and looked to Celestia. "Just don't take so long, she is trying to sleep."
She nodded and stepped inside of her bedroom. "Luna are you awake?" she asked.

"Why don't you send, Shadow Night?" Luna asked. "He is capable of confronting Tirek."
"But he's your guard." Celestia answered. "I know his magic is strong but I prefer to use my student for this task."
"So with that. I'll send Shadow Night for a royal meeting at Saddle Arabia." she said. "We're closer to form an alliance with them."
Celestia nodded and said. "I won't bother you anymore, get back to sleep then. I will personally warn him that you order him to go to Saddle Arabia."
"Thanks. See you soon." she said while yawning. She had rested her head on her pillow and in seconds she was back to her dream world.
Celestia trotted out of her bedroom and turned her head to Shadow Night. "Luna has an order to you. You need to go to Saddle Arabia for a royal meeting."
"I already got that order thanks for remind me." he said while bowing himself. "You can maintain protection all over here while I'm away. I won't go away if there's something that's bothering you."
"You can go. There's nothing to worry about and besides we had the elements of harmony ready to protect us." she said.
He nodded and trotted towards the castle main door. "So I will be back at the end of the day. See you later."
He used his magic to carry some bags and to create a pair of wings. 'I know I can teleport myself but--- HE doesn't allow me.' he said.
When he opened the main door, he conjured his wings and flew away.
After some moments, Twilight and her friends were in Canterlot main hall.
"You, probably, are wondering why I called you here?" Celestia asked.
They nodded.
"Well, it all started a thousand years ago... A creature named Scorpan had appeared in Canterlot with the proposal that he was here to study our magical powers. We had formed a decent relationship with him, but--- I was wrong. It was on that day that I met him. Tirek. He tried to stole our magic, he was able to defeat me and Luna. But her guard, Shadow Night, arrived just in time to buy me some time to conjure my spell. When my aura surrounded Tirek, I've sent him to Tartarus. And I fear that he had escaped and ready to bring despair and fear to Equestria. So I need you to be prepared." she explained.
They nodded. "Don't worry princess. That Tirek will be nothing compared to the Elements of Harmony."
"Be careful, his magic was able to even defeat him. And you know how strong his magic is. So when he shows up. Please be careful. He isn't to be underestimated." Celestia said
They nodded.
"Now that you've warned. You can go back to Ponyville."
Tirek was causing trouble in Appleloosa, as he proceeded his magical powers started to come back every time he caught ponies. It doesn't matter what race they were.
This kind of situation was scaring Celestia, but she needed to focus. She didn't want to cause insecurity around Canterlot.
'Discord. He can be my last chance.'
She wrote a letter to him.
In a matter of seconds, he appeared near her. "There's something you need?" he asked.
"Tirek is back Discord." she answered. "And I need you to stop him. Would you do that for me?"
He nodded. "Of course. Where is he?"
"Appleloosa. Please stop him." she answered.
He bowed and snapped his fingers making him disappear.
Discord had teleported himself to Appleloosa.
When he got there he looked around and saw that Tirek was behind him. He felt himself being grabbed by his neck.
"Hello there. Discord? Is that you?" Tirek asked.
"No. I'm not Discord. I'm DISCORD." he answered. "Could you put me down?" he asked.
"No. I'll need your magic. Join me or---" he answered.
"Pff. Join you." he said while laughing. "Never. I won't betray them just for you."

He started to take Discord magic away from him. Tirek body started to grow. "The chaos power. I feel strong."
He dropped Discord and moved towards Canterlot. "Now I'll get my vengeance on that Celestia."
Discord snapped his fingers and teleported himself to Fluttershy house. "Flutter---sh---" he closed his eyes.
A yellow pegasus entered the main room when she saw his body she screamed. "Discord. What happen?" she asked.
No answer.
"Discord are you alright?" she asked again.
"He's coming to--- Canterlot." he answered. "Warn Twilight. Prepare yourselves."
He closed his eyes.

Realizing that Discord was breathing she carried him to her couch. "I'll hope that you're alright."
She trots towards the exit. She opened her house main door and trotted towards Twilight library.
In Twilight Library.
She heard a hard knock on her door, she rushed to open it.

"He's coming here." Fluttershy said.
"He, who?" Twilight asked.
"Tirek." she answered. "I saw Discord laid on the floor when I get inside my house. He told me that he's coming to Canterlot."

Twilight and Fluttershy called her friends and when they were reunited, they decided to go to Canterlot.
At the same time in Canterlot, Celestia called Luna and Cadance to meet her on Canterlot.
They were in the main hall when, out of the sudden, the main door opened with a strong cast of magic.
That situation scared the alicorns.
"Hello, my dears. Surprised to see me again." Tirek asked.
"How dare you to come here and destroy my property?" Celestia asked
"You trapped me. I'm just here to finish what I started a hundred years ago." he said.
Celestia ignites her horn and shot a magical beam towards him. He casts a magical barrier.
"So cute. Now surrender. Give me your magic. Or I'll use my powers." he said while charging his magic.
"Never." she said.
"Alright.".
He casts a magical blast that sends them flew away until they hit the castle walls. He used his magic to grab them. "Now. This might hurt a little."
He started to drain their magic, when he finished, he opened a portal and said. "Did you remember this place?" he asked.
"Tartarus." Celestia answered.
"Yes. You will feel how it's hard to live there." he said while using his magic to carry them to Tartarus.
He closed the portal. 'Now I need to go to Ponyville and all Equestria will be under my control.'
Suddenly everything became darker around him. "What the---? No"
He looked at the main entrance and saw him.
"Hello, my dear friend." Shadow Night said. "You're here again."
"Of course I'm." Tirek said. "It's nice to meet you again."
"What have you done to them?" he asked while charging his horn.
"Just a little trip to Tartarus." he answered.
He screamed and shot a blast towards Tirek he tried to conjure a shield but was blasted away by his magic.
When he got up on his hooves he looked to him.
"How? How could you? I've their magic and Discord magic too." he asked while shaking his body.
"Well. You should know better than anyone that--- I'm a shadow pony." he answered. "My magical powers surpass even the alicorn power. Now. Surrender or---"
"Could I make a deal with you?" he asked.
"No." Shadow night answered.
"You gave me no choice." he said while opening his magical portal. "I'll free them. If you gave me your powers."
"Come on, Tirek. Would you think that I felt by this?" he asked.
Shadow Night used this as an advantage. He used his magic to paralyze Tirek.
"Thanks for your contribution." he said while using his magic to carry Tirek body towards Tartarus.
When Tirek entered Tartarus his magic was drained. Every magical power that he had drained returned to their respective bearers.
Shadow Night dropped Tirek body on his cell. "Enjoy your stay. Next time I won't be merciful."
With all magic returned to their respective bearers. The alicorns and Shadow Night returned to the main hall.
They had realized that the Elements of Harmony were in the main hall.
"Where's he?" Twilight asked.
"Back to Tartarus." Celestia answered. "Shadow Night used his magic to paralyze him and carry him to Tartarus."
"So that means that we're safe now?" Twilight asked.
"I hope so." she answered.
The Elements nodded and decided to return to Ponyville.
"Good. You've saved us." Celestia said while looking to Shadow Night.
He bowed and said. "There's no need to thank me. I'm just doing my job."
He decided to return to his bedroom.
When he got inside he started to talk. 'I've to control this power. It could be dangerous if it got out of hoof. That dark form on my mind'

"Your relationship between Him?" she asked

"I don't know. And besides, Discord can change his body shape. Ahuizotl can't." she said. "Well, I like to talk with you but I can't keep that relic waiting. See you later."
Daring Do waved goodbye to Rainbow and trotted towards her destination.
After some minutes she reached her destination. She saw Ahuizotl near the entrance she rushed trying to get in first so she could win some time over him.
When she passed over Ahuizotl, she heard him calling her. "Miss. Do. Don't you dare to steal it from me?" he yelled.
She laughs and answers. "Try to stop me."
She kept running until she found a door with little encryption. She studied the marks and pushed the correct ones. The door started to open and it revealed the treasure inside of it. She rushed to get it but she tripped on his tail.
"Ow. What that?" she looked at him.
"Oh, poor little one. Did you get yourself hurt?" he asked.
"It was you that hurt my wing." she answered. "Stay away from it. I will get it." she got up on her hooves and rushed to the middle of that giant room.
While rushing towards their prize Ahuizotl activated a trap that protects the inside of the temple. Everything started to shack and to collapse. When Daring Do was near her prize the ground beneath her collapsed causing her to lose balance and she used her hooves to grab the ground she tried to get up but because the whole structure was collapsing she felt useless. Ahuizotl started to look for his prize. When he spotted it, he started slowly trotting towards it.
'Will this work?' she thought. 'Call him.'

He looked at her. 'What?'
"I got my wing broken. I'm slipping, help me." she said.
Suddenly she felt her hooves lose strength, as she started to fall down and she closed her eyes.
Ahuizotl used his tail to try to grab her. Noticing that he was successful he pushed his tail up and saw that she had passed out. Looking around, he saw that the relic has fallen. Then he rushed towards the exit.
Once outside he tried to find a little spot to lay her. When she felt the soft grass embracing her body her eyes open. When she noticed that she was saved.
"Ahuizotl. Did you just--- saved me?" she asked.
He nodded.
"But you had that prize. Why did you just give it up and rescued me?" she asked.
"Well." he said. "Those prizes can be replaced but there's one for much I would want, it couldn't be replaced."

Some weeks later, Celestia decided to celebrate the Grand Galloping Gala. She sent invites to every mare in Equestria so they could bring their specialpony to that festival.
The invite was sent with a letter.
Twilight Sparkle was the first one to receive her ticket. She had read the letter and started to think about who could possibly be? 'Flash Sentry? Spike? Big Mac? I don't know.'

He looked at her with a strange expression. "What about HIM? Don't you want him to go with you?" he asked.
"Of course. But since that Celestia doesn't care who we invite. I'm giving you a chance to accompany me. There's nothing special about it." she said.
"Are you sure? I mean--- I won't go with you if you don't want to." he said.
She nodded. "I'm sure, Spike. You didn't were invited to this kind of event so. This will be your first time."
He looked at her and saw that she was 'happy'. She was slowly clapping her hooves and she had kept her eyes on him. "I'll go with you then."
She got off from her seat and rushed towards him, embracing him. "Thank you. Now we need to be prepared. We'll probably want to meet Rarity so we can discuss with her, how we want our clothes for the Gala."
Fluttershy had received her tickets and read the letter in the process. 'Good. I was invited again.'
She had noticed that a little blush was visible on her cheeks. 'But I don't have anypony to go with me expect HIM. But will she allow it? She said here '(pony or not)'. So I think that I will try to convince him.'
When she grabbed her tickets, Discord opened Fluttershy cottage door. "Ow. You're invited to the Grand Galloping Gala. How amazing." he said when he noticed the tickets on her hooves.
"Yes. But now, Celestia quoted that she wanted us to invite a specialpony." she explained.

'He's a villain, Daring Do. They won't allow him there. But---. Who else can I invite? I'll hope that Celestia will accept him.'

"The doctor said that for a relationship between a pony and a dragon be so rare that it's uncertain what the results will be but he gave me the good news. I'm having twins." Twilight answered.
"That's awesome." she said. "I can't wait to see them."
"Me too." Twilight said.
When they got near the Sweet Apple Acres they waved a goodbye at each other and Applejack trotted towards her house.
At least four months later. Luna was ruling at her night when a strange feeling came to her. She felt a little pain in her stomach. 'Is he ready?' she thought. She then felt herself crying in pain. "HELP ME" she yelled. Celestia and her guards.
"It's him. He is coming." Luna said.
Celestia used her magic to carry Luna to her personal hospital. Once inside, the doctor came as fast as he could and said. "She is ready. Bring her in." he ordered. She was taken inside of the maternity and after one minute Shadow Night arrived.
"Where is she?" he asked.
Celestia pointed towards the door that Luna was carried to. He trotted towards it, he slowly opened it and saw that she was--- giving birth.
"Sorry. I'm late." he said.
"You're here. Thank you." she said.
She began to cry in pain, due to her effort of giving birth.
Shadow Night extended his hoof and grabbed hers. "Here. I'm here."
She squeezed his hoof.
"Keep pushing Princess. He's in a middle way." the doctor said.
She kept squeezing Shadow Night hoof while she kept her pushing. 'Oh shit. She is--- strong' he thought.
After some moments they heard some cries. "Bring me some towels." the doctor ordered.
His coworkers arrived with some warm towels, he wrapped them around it and deliver it to Luna. "Here, she's." he said.
"She?" Luna asked.
"Yes. It's a filly. Congratulations, Princess." he said. "Now if you excuse us. We'll give you some time to rest." he said. He signed to his coworkers to leave the room.
"Princess Luna has already given birth to her daughter. If you want to see her go ahead." he said.
Celestia nodded and entered the room.
Luna looked at her sister. "Look, Celestia." she said while levitating her daughter. "Isn't she beautiful?"
Celestia nodded. "Yes, she is."
She looked like Luna but her coat color was a little darker. Her mane and tail were floating. She had a small horn.
She looked at Shadow Night and asked. "What should we call her?" she asked.
"I'm thinking of---Lysithea." he answered.
"It's a good name." she said. "I like it. Lysithea. Our little precious stone."
Celestia smiled and said. "I'm gonna to leave you two alone for a bit. See you later."
She left her room and trotted out of the hospital.
After some days. Luna was back to her castle, she had to take breaks to take care of Lysithea.
Celestia looked how happy Luna was. She felt jealous of it. 'I haven't found anypony yet.' she thought.
'Because you can't.' a voice said. 'Celestia.CELESTIA. Your mind will soon be mine. You'll be controlled by this jealous over your Sister.'
'Never. Never.' she thought. 'You would never control me.'
Celestia was heading towards her bedroom. Once inside she laid on her bed. She closed her eyes and suddenly she felt her body being surrounded by a dark yellow cloud. 'HELLO, MY DEAR. MISSED ME.' it said.
'You can't be here I've defeated you many years ago.' she said.
'You can't defeat me. I'm part of your mind. I'll help you find your mate, your partner, YOUR LOVER.' it said.
'I won't allow you to take my mind.' she said.
She felt a shot on her mind and she started to feel dizzy. 'I was planning on your denial. ENJOY YOUR STAY. NOW I'M ON CONTROL'.
Celestia felt her eyes closing. Then she felt her wake up, when she looked around she noticed a warm presence on her.
'HELLO, MY DEAR. YOU'RE UP ALREADY.' it said.
'You can't do this.' she said.
'I'm on control now Celestia. You can't deny me now.' it said. 'THEY WILL BOW BEFORE US, BEFORE ME, BEFORE DAYBREAKER' it said
‘BOW BEFORE DAYBREAKER’ it said.
Celestia shakes her head and wakes up. She was panting in panic. “I must control it. I can’t let her take over my mind and body.” she said.
She relaxed and closed her eyes. Until she finally entered her Dream Land.
Five years later.
Lysithea was playing around on her room until Luna entered her room and asked. “Hello, my dear. Today is the first day of school are you ready to go?”
Lysithea nodded and answered. "Did I really need to go?"
"Yes, you've. You will meet other ponies and you could make some friends." she said. "Come on, my dear. Let's go"
"What about dad?" she asked. "Will he could come too?"
"Of course not. School is only for fillies and colts." she answered. "Us adults we finished school years ago."
"Okay, mommy. Let's go. I really want to meet new ponies." she said. Lysithea stood on her hooves and trotted beside Luna.
They trotted towards her new school when they arrived Luna spotted the main 6 and other ponies that she knew. "Now, look at those foals over there." she pointed towards the foals. "As you can see some of them are nearby their mothers. Those foals could be your friends because their mothers are my friends."
"Those foals. Ok" She said while trotting towards them. Luna followed her.
When Lysithea came near them she waved a 'hello' to them, receiving a 'hello' back.
"I'm Lysithea. And you're?" Lysithea asked.
One of them broke the ice and answered.
"I'm Sparkling Fire." he answered. "And this is my sister Fire Firelight. We're twins." he continued. "And our mom is Twilight Sparkle. Do you know her?" he asked.
Lysithea nodded. "Of course, I know her. My mom was saved by her." she answered.
"And might I ask you, who's your mom?" he asked.
She nodded. "My mom is Luna."
He gasped and said. "The Princess of Night is your mother! Awesome."
The teacher came out and called for them.
Lysithea when she heard her calling for them she trotted towards the entrance. She looked back and waved a 'goodbye' to her mother.
The lesson started. It consisted of presentations and making new friends.
At the end of the day, all the foals returned to their respective homes.
Lysithea was in her bedroom with her mother.
"So, how was your day sweetie?" Luna asked.
"It was good. I meet some ponies and make some friends. Can you believe it?" She asked. "A pony-dragon hybrid being my friend."
"Those are the sons of Princess Twilight Sparkle, you know?" Luna asked.
"Yes, they told me. And those twin girls. They looked like a dragon, but they had some parts of other creatures, including pony features. And that Fluffy Tail, she had a strange tail. It looked like a hand." she continued. "I'm really happy that I was well accepted in that school." she finished. Lysithea yawned and said. "I'll see them again, we'll have so much fun."
She laid and cuddled on her bed. Luna kissed her forehead and cover her with her blankets. "Good Night, my princess."
She trotted out of her bedroom, closing the door behind her. When she turned her head back she saw Shadow Night.
"We need to talk." he said.
"What's the matter?" she asked. "Is something wrong?"
He nodded. He leads her inside of Lysithea bedroom. "Wake her up." he ordered
"What? She asleep a moment ago." she said.
"Luna. There's something wrong in the castle. I'm feeling strange around Celestia. Something is not right." he said. "I've already sent a letter to Twilight and the others. They are right to act if something bad happens." he continued. "We need to be prepared for anything."
Luna looked at him and nodded. "I hope you're right." she said. She looked at Lysithea and shake her body. "Lysithea. Wake up. We need to get out of here."
Lysithea yawed and rubbed her eyes. "What's happening?" she asked. "Oh hello, dad."
"Hello. Now Luna, take her out of here. Make your way to Everfree Forest. Zecora is waiting for you there." he said.
"What about you?" Luna asked.
"If everything will be normal I will warn her to call you back." he answered.
She nodded. Luna grabbed Lysithea and wrapped her around some blankets and trotted out of the castle.
'Now, they're safe.' he said. 'Now I just need to wait until she achieves it.'
Celestia was in her bedroom.
'Look how happy Luna is.' it said.
"Stop" she said.
'You're jealous, Celestia. JEALOUS.' it said.
'You won't take control again. Not again' she said.
'Of course, I will. You're weak, Celestia. You can't deny me for too long. Every Princess gave birth and had a little cute foal except you. And you're JEALOUS for it.' it said.
'STOP. STOP. STOP.' she said while grabbing her head, shaking it in the process.
"You're mine, Celestia. MINE. Your mind is being corrupted by jealous and your body is unwilling to let you act straight."
'I MUST STOP IT.' she said.
'YOU CAN'T. DON'T DENY ME. THEY WILL FEEL YOUR TRUE POWER. YOU'LL BE HAPPY WHEN THEY WOULD SURRENDER TO YOU AND ASK YOU TO HAVE MERCY ON THEM. THEY CAN'T DESTROY US CELESTIA. LET ME IN.' it said.
She felt a mind shoot and closed her eyes. She was now on her mind again, but she couldn't control her body anymore. 'NO, NO, NO. THEY'RE DOOMED.'
When Celestia opened her eyes. "There isn't Celestia anymore. Now, there is Daybreaker." she said.
"I WILL RULE OVER EQUESTRIA." she laughed loudly. Suddenly she heard the main hall door open and saw Shadow Night.
"You're too late. Now perish." she said. Daybreaker ignited her horn and shoot a beam towards him, he used his magic to block it and teleported himself out of Canterlot.
Daybreaker laughs and said. "Nice now we're done with that thing. Now, where was I. Oh, yes. Control Equestria. And I will need some help with that.".
Daybreaker teleported herself out of the castle to somewhere else.
In Everfree Forest, some ponies were inside of Zecora cottage when out of the sudden a bright light appeared near them. It was Shadow Night.
He looked over Zecora and said. "Zecora, you're right she is back."
She gasped and they heard.
"Who is back?" Luna asked.
Zecora and Shadow Night looked at each other and nodded. "We need to talk."
Luna looked at Shadow Night and Zecora and asked. "What is going on? Tell me."
Shadow Night looked at her and signed to Zecora to bring her book. He opened and answered. "This is Daybreaker" he pointed to a picture of an alicorn.
Luna looked at it and immediately realized something. "That's Celestia."
He nodded. "After some years of your banishment to the MOON. Celestia felt lonely and she used the same magic that you used to create Nightmare Moon." he explained. "Somehow that pony was formed on a physical body instead of a psychologic body. So when Daybreaker was created she was a normal alicorn." he continued. "Some months later Daybreaker saw how the ponies treated her. She was considered a bad pony by some of the ponies. That drove her to madness." he continued. "She used her magic to create an unsupportable heat around Equestria. When this came to Celestia's ears she had to do something. She had to destroy her but she couldn't, she saw her as her daughter." he continued. "They fought for days until finally Daybreaker was defeated. But only physically, because Celestia had her image on her mind forever. She kept her controlled but due to her recent behavior she was able to break through the 'shield' and take over Celestia body." he finished.
He closed the book and deliver it to Zecora. "Now she's back and we need to be prepared this kind of creature is powerful than everypony else that we've encountered."
Luna looked at him and asked. "How did she know?" she pointed towards Zecora.
"Because she had that book. That story was erased from ponies mind. Except on her." he answered. "We need to be careful. Daybreaker power can destroy anything, anypony. EVERYTHING."
Luna looked at Shadow Night and asked. "And how did you know too?"
"Zecora send me a letter to see her here. She told me that she was feeling that something bad was coming to Equestria." he answered. "So I just tried to prevent further casualties."
"But there're still ponies in there. What will happen to them?" Twilight asked. "And our sons, how can we protect them?"
He looked at her and answered. "I've casted a spell on Zecora cottage. Daybreaker can't find us here we're safe here. So take a place and rest a bit we need to move."
Rainbow Dash decided to speak. "But, Applejack and Fluttershy aren't here right now. Shouldn't we look for them?" she asked.
"Zecora had sent a letter to everypony she knew that could help us fighting against Daybreaker." he said. "Now please. rest a little you'll need it."
Everypony inside of Zecora cottage found a place for them to sleep and laid on the soft floor until the Dream Lands embraced them.
After some time, snores were heard. Shadow Night trotted slowly and quietly to the cottage main hall. Zecora was there studying some mixes. "Zecora, this is impossible. We won't defeat her. Equestria will be doomed." he whispered.
She turned her head back and reply. "We will defeat her as long... We find the strongest power in Equestria."
"And how can we achieve it?" he asked.
"You will find it when the time comes. But for now, I'll give you a tip. 'Friends and Enemies, together for a greater future.'" she answered.
Zecora started to trot towards her bedroom and waved a 'goodbye' to him. He decided to go back to his sleeping spot. 'Friends and Enemies, together for a greater future.' he kept saying those words. "What does that supposed to mean?"
Suddenly Shadow Night heard a violent knock on the cottage door. He took his defensive position and trotted towards it. When he opened it he saw that they've arrived.
"Hello. It's nice to see that you made it." he said. "Get in. Get in. It's safe inside of here." he said while inviting them inside. Once inside he closed the door and said. "So, the Crystal Empire. Is it safe or she had arrived there?"
"No. We felt her presence. I've told Thorax and his tribe to come with us but they decided to stay and protect the Empire." Cadance answered. "She is on Crystal Empire. I don't know, what are her purposes."
"Alright, get a little nap right now. We will move to the old Library. We could reunite there. We will find a way to bring her back trust me."
Suddenly he heard another knock on the door. He trotted towards it and slowly opened it.
"Oh, Applejack I'm happy to see that you've made it." he said.
They got inside and decided to find a place to sleep.
'Discord, Fluttershy. Where are you? Is dangerous enough to be outside right now' he said.
At the same time.
Daybreaker had teleported herself to Tartarus. When she saw that he was still there she trotted towards him.
"Hello, dear Lord Tirek. Have sleep well?" she asked.
"Daybreaker. What are you doing here? You're defeated." he answered.
She nodded. "But I've found a way to come back." she used her magic to open his cell door. "Now listen to me. I'm giving you a chance to revenge on those who put you here twice." she said. "I've got your magic." she was using her magic to carry Tirek magic. "Help me take Equestria. And I'll fulfill your most desire."
He looked at her and said. "I'll help you as long you let that Shadow Night be my prioritized target." he proposed.
"You wish is an order." She delivers him his powers.
Tirek absorbed the powers. He felt his power once again.
Daybreaker laughed and teleported herself and Tirek out of Tartarus.
In the Crystal Empire.
Daybreaker and Tirek appeared inside of a prison. A crystal prison, inside of it was Sombra. He was defeated twice and had sworn vengeance on those who stood against him.
"Oh my dear Prince." he heard a familiar voice. "Daybreaker?" he asked.
She nodded. "I'm right here my dear."
"What are you doing here?" he asked. "You're supposed to be--- dead"
"Oh. But I've returned and now I'm taking my vengeance. Will you help me?" she asked. "I'll give you back the Crystal Empire." she proposed. "Help me take over Equestria. And you will torture those ponies again."
He looked at her and said. "I'll".
She ignited her horn and destroyed the crystal prison. The guards who were guarding it stepped inside and rushed towards Daybreaker. But they were spotted by Tirek magic. "Guess who's home?" Sombra asked. He laughed loudly and transformed the guards on his servants. "Now. We shall proceed."
Sombra used his magic to take them out of the Crystal Prison. Using his magic again he created a cloud around them and they were teleported to the Crystal Empire.
Once there, Sombra used his magic to transform every guard on his servant and started to torture someponies on the Crystal Empire.
"I'll need to see an old friend." Daybreaker said. "I'll be back."
They nodded as they watch Daybreaker teleporting herself out of the Crystal Empire.
In the Changeling Hive, Chrysalis was sitting on her throne. It was ten years since she had given birth to a foal that she didn't love him because how he was fecundated, but during the years she started to feel something for him. She felt... love for him and she had felt better for loving him and she had somepony that loved her back.
She suddenly noticed a bright flash in front of her. Daybreaker has appeared in front of her.
"Hello, my dear friend. How are you?" Daybreaker asked.
Chrysalis hissed and ordered. "Guards. Get her."
Her changelings guards rushed towards Daybreaker. She used her magic to create a shield around her. "Oh. Don't you want to talk? I'm here to negotiate something with you." she asked.
"What do you want?" Chrysalis asked.
"I'm here to offer your assistance to me." Daybreaker answered. "I'm here to propose to you if you will join me to take over Equestria. And I'll give you what you most desire. HIM. So you could take your revenge on him." she said. "What do you say?"
She looked at her changelings. "I'll accept but with one propose."
"Say?" Daybreaker asked.
"You have to kill her so he won't deny me." she answered.
"As you wish." she said. "Now if you excuse me, there's one guy that I need to visit."
Daybreaker teleported herself out the Changeling Hive.
In the World of Deaths, Daybreaker appeared. She started to look for her prize. Until she had found him.
"Hello. My dear. Surprised to see me." she said.
The Storm King looked at her and said. "Oh, hello. What are you doing here?"
"Giving you a chance to revenge. So what do you said?" she asked. "Join me and take vengeance on those who betrayed you."
He looked at her and said. "I'll. I just need to take my staff back."
Daybreaker used her magic to create a new staff for him. "This staff will turn everypony to stone, into a statue. FOREVER."
He grabbed the staff and laughed. "Thank you." He had vanished from the World of Deaths.
"And now that I have these." she said while holding the Elements. "There's nothing that will stop me."
She teleported out and appeared at the Crystal Empire. "Let's start this." she ordered.

Chapter 20
With her crew formed Daybreaker started to prepare her plan. She had the Element, she can't be defeated. But she remembered someone was missed and that one was Discord. She was feeling his presence. She decides to make a visit to him. But right now she has to plan her next move.
The ponies inside of Zecora cottage woked up and reunited on the main hall. Shadow Night proposed to travel towards the old Library.
"But, Fluttershy isn't here yet. How will she knows that we're on the old Library?" Rainbow asked.
"You're right. I will send her a letter." Spike said.
He started to write a letter to Fluttershy telling her that she needed to move to the old Library in the Everfree Forest.
"Done." he said after blowing the letter away.
"Now we need to move. Let's go." he said.
They got out of Zecora cottage and started to trot towards the old Library.
After some time trotting, they've finally arrived at the Library. "We're finally here." he said.
Discord and Fluttershy were preparing themselves to leave their house when they heard a knock on their door.
"I'll go check it out." Discord walked towards the door and he opened it, he saw HER. "DAYBREAKER." he said.
She smiled and said "Hello, Discord. Is a great surprised that you got yourself a comfy house." she said.
"Thank you. Hmm, why are you here?" he asked.
"Well. I'm here to give you a propose. Join me and help me take over Equestria."
"I would accept your offer but the problem is---" his words were stopped when a female voice was heard.
"Discord who's it?" Fluttershy asked.
She got near the door and saw HER. "Ah. It's her close the door. Close the door."
"Hold on a second. Who's that?" Daybreaker asked.
"That's Fluttershy she was the one who reformed me." he answered.
"Reformed you?" She asked. "Are you kidding right?"
He shakes his head. "No, I'm not."
"Alright, it seems that you are useless to me now." she said. She used her magic to grab Discord and pushed Fluttershy away. "Grab her I will deal with her later. Bring it to me" she ordered.
Her guards brought the ELements. "Do you know this?" she asked while pointing towards the Elements.
"The Elements. Yes." Discord answered.
"Please. Don't do this." Fluttershy said. "I would do---" she was stopped when a hoof was brought to her mouth.
"So cute of you to care for such a creature." she said. "Now let's get over with."
She started to ignite the ELements magic and prepared to shoot a beam on Discord. "Enjoy your stay." she said. She shoots a beam towards him. Discord closed his eyes on the process.
"NNNOOO!!". Fluttershy broke free from the guard grasp and jumped forward intercepting the beam. When the beam hit her she was slowly turning into stone. When he opened his eyes and saw that she was stone, something changed inside of you. His magic became stronger and he broke free from Daybreaker magical aura. He used his magic to grab Daybreaker and vanished her guards. "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?" He yelled. The weather around his house was changing. Thunders, heavy rain appeared on top of it. "YOU WILL PAID FOR THIS" he yelled. His body started to change his wings grow and his hand was so big that even Daybreaker felt an ant on it.
"Stop that. Put our Queen down." one of her guards said.
"DAD." one of her daughters cried.
He looked behind him and saw that they got his daughters. "STAY AWAY FROM THEM." he ordered.
"PUt our queen down. And we free them." he said.
He dropped Daybreaker and changed back to his normal form. "Don't hurt them. I'll do anything," he said.
Daybreaker laughed. "Poor, Discord. You care for such creatures." she said. "Now where was I? Oh, that point."
She grabbed the Elements and started to channel their magic when she shoots the beam a dark shield surrounded Discord.
"Hello, Daybreaker. How are you today?" Shadow Night asked. "Are you mad that I interrupted your objective?"
He laughed. "Now. Prepare yourself."
When he looked around he saw that Fluttershy was turned into stone and she had the kids on her hooves.
"Daybreaker. Free them." he ordered.
"Oh. Being pushy, aren't you? Well, I would free them and I could turn her back. If you gave me what I want? Your Immortality" she said
He looked at Discord and noticed that he was shaking his head to the sides telling him 'don't do it'.
"What guarantee I have that you aren't lying?" he asked.
She used her magic to turn Fluttershy back and ordered her guards to free the kids and Discord. "Well. I'm waiting."
He looked at them and nodded. "Go ahead." he said.
"Very well let us begin." she said.
She used her magic to levitate Shadow Night and used her magic to drain his Immortality ability. When she finished she dropped him back to the floor and teleported herself away. "Thanks for your offering."
He felt his body changing. He felt weak, dizzy, his legs couldn't be in place. Then after some moments, he laid on the floor as his eyes started to close.
Discord used his magic to levitate his body. "Could you feel Luna magic?" she asked.
"No I can't." he answered. "The letter what it says." he asked.
"They're on the old Library." she answered
He used his magic and teleported them to the old Library.
Once they've arrived, Luna noticed that something was wrong and asked. "What happen?"
"Daybreaker found us. I don't know how he could find us, but he is like this due to his fight against her." he answered. It wasn't true, he knew the truth but he couldn't tell her the real cause of his status. He dropped him on a bed and flew away.
"Are you alright?" Discord asked Fluttershy.
She nodded. "I don't remember what happened. I saw that she was using the Elements against you, from that point I can't remember anything."
"You passed out due to the reflection that Shadow Night shield caused."
"Oh my." she said. "I was afraid to lose you. For that thing."
After some hours Shadow Night woke up. When he saw Luna he immediately told her. "She has the Elements. She was planning to turn Discord into stone again."
"Oh no." she said. "That's horrible. Now how can we fight against her without them."
He looked at her eyes and whispered. 'I can push myself too hard. She didn't know that she took my immortality.'
He closed his eyes and embraced his dreamlands.
After some days, Shadow Night was feeling better and decided to talk a trip into the woods.
Lysithea was reunited with her friends. "What should we play?" she asked.
"What about catch?" Sparkling Fire proposed.
"Nah. That won't be easy for those who can't fly." L'Charm said.
"Oh, Oh. What about truth or dare?" Partgic proposed. "I like that game."
"Nah that's so boring." Fire Firelight said.
"Oh. What about hide and seek?" Cordlie proposed.
"For me, it's a good idea." Flurry Heart said.
"Yeah." The Mist said. "I like hide and seek too. So who will be counting?"
No one proposed. "If nopony choose. I want to be the one who will be counting." Fluffy Tail said.
They nodded and proposed. "What about until thirty?" Storm Strouble asked.
She nodded and closed her eyes. "One---Two---" she started to count.
They rushed to find a place to hide.
"--- Twenty-eight --- Twenty-nine --- Thirty. Ready or not here I go?" she said.
She started to look for them.
After some minutes, Flurry Heart heard some hoofsteps behind her. She was ready to jump to tackle her so she has some time to save herself. When she noticed that she was getting close she jumped and pinned her down. "Got you, Fluffy Tail." she said.
When she looked at her target, she saw a changeling but this changeling was different from those that she knew, it had a dark gray color and a strange body shape. "Sorry. I didn't want to scare you." she said.
The changeling looked at her and said. "It's ok. I'm not scared." he said. When he got up on his hooves he said. "I'm Centipoid. I was passing by and found that you're having fun." he said. "Can I play too?" he asked.
"Yes of course." she answered. She opened her wings and said. "Here let me guide you to my friends. They will surely love to have a new friend".
'It's her. It's her. That's what mom told me to capture.' he thought. Suddenly he felt her magical aura surrounding him.
"LOOK OUT." she yelled. A manticore was right in front of her. She reminded in silence until the manticore passed by her.
She dropped him on the grass and said. "That thing almost killed you. It was chasing you."
"No. And thank you." he said. "I could be manticore meal right now." he laughs. "Look I need you to call your friends and come with me. I've something to show to you. It's a little reward for saving me." he said. "I'll wait until you arrive."
She nodded and flew away.
'The alicorn teenager. She must be the one she's looking for.' he said to himself.
Flurry Heart called her friends and trotted back to her new friend. Once they arrived, Cnetipoid was nowhere to be found. Instead, they heard buzzing and hissing sounds between the woods. Out of it, Chrysalis appeared.
"Well, well, well. Look at what we have here?" she asked. "The Crystal Princess. Flurry Heart. Am I right?"
"Yes, I'm." Flurry Heart answered. "And you are?"
"Oh, I'm Chrysalis," she answered. "Queen of Changelings."
"That's not true the queen of changelings is Starlight. And Thorax is the King."
She hissed and yelled. "Not they're not. They took my place, they corrupted the minds of the changelings. They're not the real royal ship of the changelings. I'm." she yelled.
Chrysalis heard some hoof steps coming from behind her. Sombra showed up. "Chrysalis, enough. Just take what she ordered you."
She nodded. When she looked again to them they had run away. "Changelings after them." she ordered. her changelings followed them.
They run, run and run. Until they've found Shining Armor. Flurry Heart tried to talk. "Thers'---thereds--- Changelings chasing us."
"What are you talking about?" he asked.
When he heard buzzing and hissing around them, he ordered for them to run away.
When he looked back to them, he saw her. "Chrysalis? Are you alive? How?" he asked.
She laughed and smiled. "Because I can be alive." she said. She used her magic to try to capture him, he dodges and shoots a beam at her. She tried to dodge but was shot on her right back leg. She cried in pain. Centipoid, who was hiding in the bushes, run to try to rescue her. "Mom. Are you alright?" he asked while rubbing her leg. "You. How dare you to attack her?"
"I didn't, she attacked me first." he answered. When he looked at him he could tell that he looked familiar. "Chrysalis? Is this?"
"Don't say it. Not in front of them." she begged. "Yes he's but don't say it. Please."
He realized what he was about to do. "I'm sorry Chrysalis." he said. He started to trot towards her. "Here. Let me help you." he extended his hoof.
'He had raped you. He doesn't love you.' she thought.
"Come on, Chrysalis. I know you don't want to serve her. Because you won't dare to hurt me." he said. "Because--- you---ARGHG". His words were stopped when he felt a magical aura surrounding him.
"Great job, Chrysalis. Great job." Sombra said. "You have earned his trust. That's perfect."
He used his magic to create a crystal prison and sealed Shining word with a ring. "Now. Take what you want." he said. "Kill him. Kill the pony who raped you."
Shining looked at her eyes and said. "You crazy bug. You corrupted my mind so I could show you mercy. I was offering a peace talk and you betrayed me. Of course. Changelings all the same shit. I should've killed you instead of raping you." he said. He looked at him and said. "Yes, you little one. You were a result of a rape, and yes I'm your father. Come on Chrysalis, show your son what a real changeling is capable of doing." he said. He started to feel tears on his eyes. 'Do I care for her? Why I am crying?' "Because I was willing to accept you back but you ran away when I had that change." he finished "But now I don't care anymore. Just do it. Show him of what you're capable of."
SHe looked at him and saw tears running off his eyes. "Sombra, I can't do it."
"Are you giving me the----" his words were stopped when he felt a beam hitting his head. She used her magic to free him.
Then Chrysalis felt a magical aura surrounding her. "You Traitor. Daybreaker promised you that you would take your vengeance."
"I no longer serve her. I'm a queen. I won't serve a crazy princess like her." she said.
He smiled and laughed. "Very well. You'll probably enjoy the World of DEATHS.". He started to ignite his horn. "Bye, bye."
Sombra shot a beam towards Chrysalis, she closed her eyes in the process and waited until it hit her. But that never happens. When she opened her eyes she saw that she was surrounded by a shield and in front of her was Shining Armor.
"What!" Sombra exclaimed. "Your horn was supposed to be--- NO."
"You keep away from her." he used his magic to shot Sombra. "Tell Daybreaker. That her day will come." he charged up a beam and shot Sombra, that sent him flying towards a tree. When he got up on his hooves he saw himself surrounded by changelings. "THIS IS A PROMISE, SHINING ARMOR. I WILL TAKE MY VENGEANCE." he used his magic to teleport himself away.
With that Shining Armor nodded and looked back. "Did he hurt you?"
She shacked her head to the sides. "No. Why have you done this?" she asked.
"You...We--- I mean you have a little one to take care of. I couldn't allow him to do that. Even that I knew you're a villain." he said.
When he got passed her, she noticed something on his body. "He hurt you. You've scratches in here."
"Do you think it's easy to counter a blast like that?" he asked. "Look, Chrysalis I know what you did in the past but... I think that we need to join forces and try to stop Daybreaker. Together maybe we could defeat her."
Chrysalis nodded and used her magic to heal his scratches. "Are you sure they will accept us?" she asked
"Look Chrysalis. Daybreaker is taking over Equestria every help we could get it's better. Alright, they will accept you for sure." he answered.
'Thank you.' she whispered.
In the Crystal Empire, Sombra was back with bad news.
"Daybreaker. She had betrayed us." Sombra said. "Chrysalis had betrayed us."
"Alright. I think that we need someone that won't be affected by this 'peacy' and gently talking." she said.
"I could go." Tirek volunteered.
"No my dear you're my secret weapon." she said. "Storm King get in here."
Storm King entered the main hall. "Did you call?" he asked.
"Yes. Go and captured all of those who dare to stand in my way. Especially that bitch. That traitor." she ordered
"I'll do it. I'll be back with those in no time." he said while bowing himself
The Storm King rushed outside of the Crystal Empire and walked towards the Everfree Forest.
Chrysalis was following Shining Armor until she saw the old Library. "You are living here now?" she asked.
He nodded. "Shadow Night recommend that we could be here until we find a way to defeat her."
"Why are you doing this?" she asked. "I'm a---"
He put his hoof up and ordered her to shut up. "Don't call yourself that." he said. "We gonna to help you now. What we just ask you is that you help us to find a way to defeat Daybreaker."
She nodded. "I will do it."
Once Shining stepped inside of the old Library. Luna looked at the door and called her guards. "Get that thing now." she ordered.
Shining used his magic to create a shield around her. "Stop. Listen to me for a second. She is here to help us to fight Daybreaker." he looked at Luna. "Please. She doesn't have anywhere to go. Please let her stay." he begged.
Luna looked at Crysalis and asked. "You aren't with the idea of betraying us are you?"
She shocks her head and answered. "I'll help you to defeat her. As long as you keep me and my kind safe."
Luna nodded. "Get a spot to sleep. You will need it."
Chrysalis started to trot to an empty placed and laid on the floor. When she looked back she saw that SHining was trotting to her. "You're safe now." he said as he leaned forward and kissed her forehead.
Chrysalis looked at him while he made his way out of her sight. 'Did I really wanted to kill you? And why do you care for me like that? I was---' she stopped the track of her words. She closed her eyes and let her dreamland embrace her.
In the next day, the weather on the Everfree Forest was changing, it was large and dark clouds on the sky, they seemed to be controlled by someone. When Twilight looked at the sky something touched her mind. "It's the Storm King. He's nearby but how did he come back he was killed by Shadow Night."
Chrysalis looked at her and explained. "Daybreaker used her magic to bring him back. He is here to take his vengeance. And probably to take me."
Shining looked at her and said. "He won't hurt you. I will protect everypony in here." he looked at Shadow Night and said. "Shadow Night conjure your magical shield. I got an idea."
Shadow Night nodded and started to ignite his horn but he was stopped when a blast hit his body, slowly turning him into stone.
"This time. I will not allow you to stop me" the Storm King said as he got closer the crew. "Hello my dears, surprised to see that I'm back" he laughed loudly. He looked around and spotted Chrysalis. "And you dumb bitch. How dare you to betray us, betray Daybreaker."
He ignited his staff and shot a lightning bolt against her, she tried to dodge but was hit on her lower body that made her lost balance and hit the soft grass.
"MOMMY." he heard a cry. When he looked at the source of the sound he spotted a little pony, shaking in fear when he gazed over him. "You never told us that you had a foal." he said. "Oh, I get it. That's the foal that resulted on your rape." he looked at Shining Armor and smiled. "He was the responsible for it, right?" he continued. "Alright. No matter he won't suffer any longer. You will learn what happens to those who betray me and Daybreaker.".
He started to ignite his staff and shot a blast towards Centipoid, he shook in fear and closed his eyes.
"NNNOOOOOO!!!" Chrysalis cried.
Suddenly a bright flash appeared and when it disappeared, Storm King started to laugh. "So cute of you to try to counter my blast." he said.
When Chrysalis and the others regain their vision, they saw that Shining Armor was turned into a statue.
"You monster, you turned my husband into stone. How dare you?" Cadance yelled.
Chrysalis started to feel something inside of her. "How could you?"
The Storm King started to swing his staff on the air, ready to cast a spell that would break the statues.
"Say goodbye to him." he smiled and laugh. When he was ready to cast the spell he was stopped when he felt that he was shot by a blast. When he looked to the source of it, he saw that the dragon has smoke trails around his mouth.
"Don't you dare to do that." Spike said.
"Oh, a dragon attacking me so cute of you." he replied. He spun his staff on the air and shot a Lighting towards Spike. It hit his body that made him knock back a little, his vision blur and he closed his eyes.
Storm King laughs and said. "Oh, well. Let's see how good this will be on my collection.". He ignited his staff and shot a blast towards Spike.
"NNOO!!" Twilight rushed to his aid. SHe ignited her horn and created a shield around them but that didn't spot the blast, it broke through the shield and hit Twilight body slowly turning her into a statue.
When Spike opened up his eyes and saw her slowly being turned into a statue, he rushed towards her and tried to caress her, but he couldn't do anything as she finally turned into a statue. He felt rage building inside of him. "My treasure, my precious treasure." he said while slowly caressing her body.
Storm King looked at Luna and started to charge his staff. When all of the Sudden a loud roar was heard that made the whole forest shake. His guards tremble in fear and started to run away. Then the Storm King tried to find the source of that loud noise.
"YOU--- YOU---" he said. "I'M TIRED OF BEING THE LITTLE DRAGON THAT WILL DO NOTHING BECAUSE HE FEARS WHAT HIS FRIENDS WOULD THINK OF ME." he roared. " YOU TAKE AWAY WHAT WAS MORE IMPORTANT TO ME. AND YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU STOLE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FROM A DRAGON." he jumped forward openning his wings in the process, he was making his way towards his target.
Storm King ignited his staff and shot a blast towards him, but it was useless. He trembled in fear and tried to run away but was caught up by him.
Spike pinned him down and said. "YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS." he said while he started to breathe fire on his body. "BURN YOU BITCH" he said while keeping breathing fire on him. The Storm King had become ashes once again. He looked back at Twilight she stood to be a statue.
"Broke the staff." Tempest Shadow said. "It will break the spells"
Luna used her magic to grab the staff and immediately broke it. After some moments the spell was broken and the ponies that were turned into statues broke free.
Spike then saw that she was back his rage started to fall down and he trotted towards her. "Are you alright?" she asked.
She felt his arms embracing her neck and answered. "He turned you into a statue. I--- I----"
"It's ok, Spike. I'm here now." she said while caressing his neck.
They decide to trot inside of the library once again.
After some hours, the guards of Storm King arrived at the Crystal Empire.
When Daybreaker noticed them she asked. "Is he back already? That was fast."
They shook their heads to a no and signed to her that he was dead.
"Did he failed me?" she asked. "That dumbass. I knew that he won't be able to do nothing." she said. "Tirek."She called him
"Yes." he said. "What are your orders?" he asked.
"Go there and kill them all. Leave none alive."
"Finally. I'll have some fun." he said.
He trotted out of the Crystal Palace, his destination was the old Library he started to run towards it.
Daring Do and Ahuizotl were taking a trip around the Everfree Forest. Until they've found a little ravine that they could look down to it and saw a magnificent view.
"It's beautiful how the mother nature took this place." Daring Do said.
"I've to agree with you." he said.
"Are you sure that we'll be able to defeat Daybreaker?" she asked.
"We'll and we will be back to our previous business." he answered.
They shared an embrace until they were stopped by a laugh.
"Oh, it's so cute this little couple." Daybreaker said.
"It's you." Daring DO said. "Stay away from us."
"Ow. Being a little pushy aren't you?" she asked. "Well. If I could take some enemies out of my way it will be easier for us." she said. She started to ignite her horn and shot a beam towards Daring Do, she dodges it and started to run. In their attempt to run, Daring Do tripped on a stone. When Ahuizotl noticed that she didn't follow him, he looked back and saw that Daybreaker was charging towards Daring Do. "Go away. Don't worry about me." she said. When she heard a loud laugh coming from behind of her she yelled and cried, closing her eyes in the process.
Ahuizotl ran towards her and used his strength to knock Daybreaker back."Run, just run. I'll buy you some time." he said while using his tail to get her back on her hooves. She looked at him and nodded. "I'm sorry.". She ran toward the old Library.
When Ahuizotl lost her sight he looked back to Daybreaker. "Come on. You won't get her as long I'm still standing." he jumped forward pushing his claws out of his paws.
Daybreaker laughed and dodged his attack. "Let's have some fun Ahuizotl."
They kept fighting for a while.
Daring Do finally arrived at the old Library and called for help.
Rainbow Dash and Shadow Night came to hr help. "It's something wrong, Daring Do?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"It's Daybreaker. She attacked us" she answered. "Ahuizotl stood behind so I could escape. Please go there and find him for me. I'm so tired. Please." she begged.
They looked at each other and decided to go search for him.
After some time looking, Rainbow Dash spotted a familiar shape laid on the grass. When she came near she immediately recognizes it.
"Ahuizotl?" she called.
He whimpered and opened his eyes. "Rainbow Dash." he said. "Is Daring Do---- safe?" he asked.
She nodded. "What happened?" she asked.
"We got attacked by Daybreaker, she some---how---discover us." he said while he tried to keep his breaths.
She looked over his body and saw that he had scratches and wounds all over his body.
"Hang on. We will bring you back and you will be alright." she said while trying to getting him on his hooves.
"I--- can't--- I--- am--- too--- injured---." he said. "I've got---- these in the---- process." he used his tail to deliver her a bag.
She looked at it and asked. "What is this?" she asked while opening it. When she looked inside of it she yelled. "THE ELEMENTS. HOW?" she asked.
"I'm a thief---- remember." he whimpered and finally said. "Rainbow Dash--- tell---her---tell----her---that----I'---" his words were stopped by one last whimper. He closed his eyes and stopped his heavy breathing.
She noticed that behavior and asked. "Ahuizotl. Are you alright?"
No answer. "Ahuizotl?" she called him again.
Receiving no answer, she knew that he might now be with them anymore, she called for Shadow Night. "Shadow night, I've found him and--- the elements."
Shadow Night appeared near her and looked at his friend injured body. "Is he---" he asked.
She nodded. "Could you carry him?" she asked. "I don't want to leave him here. Daring Do would want to see him one last time."
He used his magic to carry him back to the Library.
Once they've arrived, Rainbow Dash called Daring DO and told her to not to panic.
"Why?" Daring Do asked. When she looked again she saw her lover body, he wasn't moving. "Ahuizotl?" she called him.
No answer. "Daring Do. I'm sorry but. He's---"
She felt tears in her eyes. "---dead. That's impossible he can't be. That's nothing that would stop him. Not even me." she cried. "Who did this?" she asked. "It was her, right?" she asked again.
They nodded. "He got the Elements back." she showed her the bag that was holding the Elements inside of it. "At least we have something that could help us retrieving peace to Equestria."
Daring Do looked at Ahuizotl body and said. "I'll take my revenge I promise. I don't care if I have to cross a mountain to achieve it." she caressed his neck.
The recent new affected the whole crew, Fluffy Tail and her mother looked themselves on her room. Their friends tried to comfort them but they couldn't. They simply couldn't.
It was a new day, an earthquake was felt by them. Luna tremble as she felt that strange presence.
When the strong hooves steps came near them, they saw him. He's back. Tirek was back.
"Hello. My dears." he said. "Happy to see me."
Luna looked at him and saw that his body was strangely big and bulked. "What happen to you?" she asked.
"Oh, Daybreaker. She gave my true powers back. NOw Perish." he answered.
He ignited his horns and shot a large beam towards them. The beam was blocked by a dark shield. When Tirek looked at the shield he knew who would conjure that thing. "Shadow Night. My old friend. How are you?" he asked.
"GO back Tirek. I told you that I would kill you if I will saw you again." he said.
He laughed and said. "Yeah, yeah. But this time you don't have your immortality to help you out."
Everypony gasped and looked at him. "I don't need that." he said. "I will defeat you again and again and again until you stop coming back."
"Yeah, yeah." Tirek said. "Alright. Let get this started.". He started to conjure his magic and shot a beam towards Shadow Night, he used his magic to create a shield that repelled the whole beam.
"Not even close my friend." SHadow Night laughed.
They keep they duel, even know that he had lost his immortality he didn't want to give up. He shot a blast towards Tirek that made him lost balance. He signs to Twilight to bring the Elements. He trotted towards him and said. "You've lost Tirek. Go back. I'll spare your life this time."
"Why are you doing this?" he asked. "I'm your enemy. I'm---"
"No, you're not." Shadow Night said. "You just can't--- accept that you are alone in this world. You have no friends. And you thought that having this strong magical power. You think you can control them but that just would hurt them."
Twilight arrived with the Elements. She signed to her friends but she stopped when she saw that Shadow Night was put his hoof up.
"GO back, Tirek." he said. "I won't hurt you." he turned himself back and trotted towards Luna.
Tirek got on his hooves and looked at him. 'I won't let this happen again. Shame on me' he said to himself. "I would accept your mercy. I will go back. I will return someday to fight again with you."
Tirek trotted back to Crystal Empire.
"Are you crazy?" Luna asked. "Turning your back on him. He could.----"
"He can be our ally, Luna. And I trust that he can be a wonderful friend." he answered.
Shadow Night trotted towards the Library, the crew followed his steps and join him inside of the Library.
In the Crystal Empire, Daybreaker was waiting for good news.
When she saw Tirek she put a smile on her face. "So, you did it?" she asked.
"No." he answered. "I've lost. Shadow Night had defeated me." he said not daring to look on her eyes.
"You are useless, Tirek. You and your magic. I won't need your help anymore." she said.
"What?" he asked. "Are you betraying me?"
She nodded. "Of course I am."
Daybreaker used her magic to drain the Powers of Tirek and store them on a sphere. She used her magic and teleported him to Tartarus.
She looked at Sombra and asked. "it seems that these guys couldn't do it. I think it's time for us to attack them don't you think?"
Sombra looked at her and nodded. "Of course, my queen. We will defeat them."
They trotted out of the Crystal Empire and decided to trot towards the Everfree Forest. They'll end this once it for all.
The crew was inside the Library when they heard a heavy knock on the door. Luna trotted towards it and when she opened it she put a huge smile on her face.
"Thorax, Starlight. Welcome" she greeted.
They waved a 'hi' to her. Once they got inside Thorax said. "Tirek was imprisoned again."
Luna looked at him and asked. "What happen?"
"He had returned without accomplishing his task." he answered "So Daybreaker sent him to Tartarus again and stored his powers on this little thing." he showed her the Sphere that was holding the Tirek powers.
"Why did you bring this here?" she asked.
"Well, that's Starlight plan." he answered while pointing towards her. "She said that if we could show Tirek that he could trust us he will join us and help us defeat Daybreaker. Because he is mad at her right now."
"And I think we have the right pony to this kind of task." Starlight said.
Luna looked at them and asked. "Who?"
"Shadow Night" she answered. "He can be our only option to bring him to our side."
"But he doesn't have his immortality," she said. "I won't----"
"I will go." a familiar voice said.
When they looked at the source of that voice, Shadow Night was trotting towards them. "I will do it. I will go and bring Tirek to our side."
Luna looked at him and said. "But you've lost your immortality, you can't go. Please, I can't lose you now."
"If we don't do it. Daybreaker will take over Equestria." he said. "This is the only option that we have. I'll go to Tartarus and bring him back."
Luna looked at him and decided to nod, even that she didn't want to. She felt his embrace. "I will be back, I promise."
Starlight grabbed the sphere and deliver it to him. "Here, this has the powers of Tirek stored inside of it." she said. "When you came out of Tartarus just give it to him and we gonna to hope if we won't do anything to you."
He nodded, he puts the sphere inside of his saddle back and used his magic to summon his wings. He flew towards Tartarus.
When Shadow Night was at Tartarus entrance, he gulped and stepped inside.
Once inside he heard cries and screams on his head. Telling him to free everything inside. He tried to fight them and started to look for Tirek's cell. When he spotted it he said. "Hello. My dear friend."
Tirek gasped and looks back. "Shadow Night. What are you doing here?" he asked.
"I'm here to take you out." he answered. "I hear that Daybreaker had betrayed you." he said. "I've told you that she was just using you."
He used his magic to try to open the cell door. Finding a weak spot he forces his magic a little and finally opened it. "Come on. Let's get out of here." he said.
Tirek looked at him. "Why are you doing this?" he asked. "I'm your enemy."
"I got the point were Zecora was trying to get. 'Allies and Enemies, together for a greater future.'". he answered. "I'm here to rescue you. What I'm just asking you in trade is... your service until we defeat Daybreaker." he said. "Will you accept it? I won't force you to join us and besides. I have your powers here" he brought his hoof to his saddlebag and brought out the sphere. "Here." he delivered it to him. "I believe in you." he said. "Just don't make me regret it."
He nodded and absorbed his powers back. His body started to grow and finally achieved his full height. He looked back at him and grabbed him by his body. "Thank---"
"Don't say it. Let's get out of here. We need to go before something bad happens." he said
They trotted out of Tartarus and decided to return to the Library.
At the same time, Sombra was getting close to the Library. When he arrived he conjured his magic, summoning crystals that surrounded the Library. "GET OUT AND FIGHT ME" he yelled.
Luna and his followers got out. She said. "Stop that Sombra you're being controlled by her."
He gritted his teeth and yelled. "SHUT UP. YOU'LL BE DEAD BY THE END OF THE DAY."
He started to use his magic to create a fissure beside them. He used his magic to glue them on the ground. "NOW YOU WILL MEET YOUR DOOM."
Rainbow Dash having the ability of flying, dodge the glue and fly towards him. "Got a little gift to you.". She prepared her front hooves ready to strike his muzzle. When all of the sudden a crystal pillar stopped her track. She lost balance and started to fall as her vision started to blur. Sombra summoned spike Crystal at where Rainbow will fall.
"RAINBOW DASH." her friends called.
Discord used his magic to free himself from the glue and flew towards her. He successfully grabbed her and drove her back to the safe grass. When she opened her eyes, she felt Discord embrace. "Discord? What are you?" she asked.
"You were falling I' had to do something. Here. SAFE PLACE." he said while dropping her on the safe grass.
Chrysalis got enough of this. "CHANGELINGS ATTACK." she ordered.
Her changelings rushed towards him but they're stopped by his magic. "YOU'RE WILLING TO HURT YOUR KIND, CHRYSALIS."
Sombra throws the changelings away. "NOW WHERE WAS I?" he asked while holding his hoof on his chin. "OH, I REMEMBER. KILLING ALL OF YOU."
He keeps focusing his magic until something hit his body that made him lost his focus. When he looked at the source he saw that Tirek was charging his magic again. "Hello, my friend. Surprised to see me." he said. "You and Daybreaker will pay for betraying me."
He shot his beam towards him, when it hit Sombra he cried in pain. He felt his body falling until he felt something soft on his belly, his vision started to blur as he closed his eyes on the process. Due to this event, the fissure disappeared and they were free from the crystal glue. Tirek trotted towards Sombra and ignited his horns when he felt a barrier that was stopping him from shooting it. "Don't do it." Shadow Night said. "He'd learned his lesson."
Suddenly a loud laugh was heard. With a solar explosion, Daybreaker finally showed herself.
"HELLO, MY FRIENS. HOW IS YOUR DAY?" she asked. "SURPRISED TO SEE ME."
She looked down and saw that Sombra was defeated. "I see that you've defeated Sombra. That's so nice."
She ignited her horn and shoot a beam towards Tirek that made him fall backwards. "FEAR ME. FEEL MY POWER. THE POWER OF----" she tried to reach her saddlebag. "THE POWER OF----"
"The Elements." Twilight said while showing her the necklaces.
She gasped. "How did you get them? They were with me."
"Ahuizotl got them from you. You stupid bitch you've killed my--- lover." Daring Do said.
She laughed. "No matter. That won't stop me my magic is stronger than yours. And without the Element of Protection..." she shot a beam at Shadow Night that paralyzed him. "You can't stop me"
They gasped. They looked at Daybreaker. She started to ignite her horn and levitate everypony that wasn't wearing the necklaces. She throws them away and said. "Now let's have some fun."
Twilight started to conjure the Elements magic but was interrupted when she felt a beam hit her. "Has I told you without the Element of protection you can't defeat me."
Daybreaker focused her vision on Twilight and decided to kill her first. She ignited her horn and shot a beam at her. "Bye bye. Twilight".
As the beam was getting closer to her she tried to summon her shield but she knew that was too late. She just accepted her fate. Until... The beam was blocked by some kind of magic.
"That's impossible Shadow Night is---NO.NO.NO."
Spike used his body to block the entire beam. But nothing had happened to him. A shield was surrounding the bearers. "I'm an Element. The Element of Protection."
"This can't be." Daybreaker said. "No. No. No."
"Twilight summon your magic. I will try to focus and try to protect you." he said.
She nodded and started to focus her magic. Daybreaker shot a beam towards her but was blocked by a shield. 'NO, NO, NO. I CAN'T BE DEFEATED LIKE THIS.'
When she had her magic fully conjured she shoot a beam towards Daybreaker. When it hit her, she cried in pain and felt her body being levitated as a bright explosion erased everything that Daybreaker has caused. When she was back to the soft grass. Celestia was back. She felt different more powerful. When she looked behind her she saw the Elements of Harmony, she got up on her hooves and trotted towards them. She raised her hoof and said. "Thank you."
When she looked around her, she notices that Tirek and Sombra were back. "What they're doing here?" she asked.
"Tirek had helped us to bring you back and Sombra well, he just served you because he---"
"He loves you." Sombra said. "I'm happy to see that you're finally back."
She felt butterflies on her stomach and said. "Sombra. You---"
He nodded. She rushed to him and gave him a hug.
'It seems that everything is back to normal.' Luna said.
Daring Do looked at them and suddenly she felt a paw on her shoulder, when she looked back she saw that Ahuizotl was back. "How?" she asked while giving him a huge hug.
"I don't know." he answered.
Zecora raised her hoof and explained. "Since that Daybreaker was defeated, everything she caused was erased. That means that Shadow Night got his immortality back and Ahuizotl is back."
They looked at each other and decided to return to Canterlot.
Celestia was meeting Sombra, she was happy to accept his love for her. Tirek had become an ally to them and Chrysalis was living on the Crystal Empire.
This happiness will be last for the next few years...
