Then Twilight watched four figures run down the nearby hill. Trixie ran after them, and saw a strange aircraft there. Everypony saw the craft fly over them after it lifted off. It had a tail on the back, with a propeller, and one bigger propeller on top. They realized it was a helicopter, because the writing on the side, said "Exploration Helicopter". They notified Celestia at once. Neither she, nor Luna could understand what they were talking about. They had seen the vehicles, but never saw the figures. Eventually, they'd had enough, and ordered notices to be put out. They placed "WANTED" posters all over Equestria, hoping that if the figures were seen, they could be caught, and brought to Canterlot. 3 weeks later, There were reports coming in that some of the posters had been either torn down, or destroyed. Celestia was irritated, and she searched the places where it was happening. She found a note where one poster had been. It read, "Your Majesty, We do not mean to invade your land. We are harmless explorers, searching the far reaches around us. Signed, Anonymous." Then, Celestia understood what was really going on, and cancelled the posters. //-------------------------------------------------------// Twilight fulfills her destiny //-------------------------------------------------------// Twilight fulfills her destiny Not long after finishing Starswirl's spell, Twilight did not know what she would do next. Soon, another strange vehicle appeared, and a figure got out. He stayed silent, and then put a chain around Twilight. He pulled out a glowing orb, and clapped it above their heads. Twilight was blinded by the flash of light. The person snapped his fingers, and disappeared without a trace. "Where did she go?", asked Applejack, with a panicked tone. Twilight reappeared in an ethereal place. She did not know what had happened. Celestia appeared, and congratulated her for finding the magic of friendship. Soon, Twilight was engulfed by a mass of magic, and did not know what was happening. Celestia was puzzled too, because this was not what she had usually done to perform an alicorn transformation. Twilight felt something queer, as her back began to ache. It felt like something was growing there, but she could not tell completely. Energy flew from all of her limbs, around her neck, and out of her eyes. She could not see, nor hear ANYTHING. She felt herself going into an unconscious state. Then, as everything was going dark, she felt wind whistling, as if she was flying. Back on the ground, Rainbow Dash saw what looked like a stray firework. Then, there was one orb of light that flew in the direction of the lake. "It must be a sign of some sort.", said Rarity. They followed it until they heard a *SPLASH*. At the lake, Twilight floated to the surface. They pulled her out, and she woke up coughing 3 minutes later. Her alicorn wings were partially spread when Celestia came. She explained that her star student had become Equestria's newest princess, and that the crowning would be the following week in Canterlot at noon. //-------------------------------------------------------// The Ruined Coronation //-------------------------------------------------------// The Ruined Coronation The next week in Canterlot, Celestia opened the ceremony with a smile on her face, and Luna, Cadence, and the rest of Twilight's friends entered the room. The ceremony went swiftly and then, Twilight walked in. Celestia placed the crown, and she led Twilight to the balcony. "Say something, Princess.", Celestia inquired. Twilight prepared to say something, but then chaos struck. A bolt of black lightning broke the harmony with a loud *CRACK*! The sky went pitch black, and ponies began screaming, as some kind of portal appeared in the sky. Ships began flying down and mean looking soldiers ejected and began attacking the capitol. The leader barged into the main room, and his followers began to attack ponies, and Twilight's parents were severely injured. Cadence was knocked out, and Luna tried to fend off the leader, but she ended up with her nose bleeding. Celestia stepped up, but received severe cuts and lacerations on her backside. She began to pass out. Twilight was terrified, and started to put up a shield around herself, and her friends. The leader had scaly skin, wings of a dragon, horns, and the tongue of a snake. They were about to lose hope, when there was a different, but louder *CRACK*, as a bright light flashed. //-------------------------------------------------------// Rescue //-------------------------------------------------------// Rescue The sky became lit again, as 8 fighter jets came speeding toward Canterlot. The jets touched down quickly, and the pilots jumped out in a flash. They engaged in war positions, and began taking out the attackers, killing, or knocking them out. They soon reached the main room, and one of them was knocked down. "LINK, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DIE!", shouted another, as he smacked a gold bracelet, on the leader's right arm. The creature groaned in agony as he began to vanish in fire. "WHO IN THE UNIVERSE ARE YOU?", Link roared, pointing his sword at the creature. "I am Satan, master of lies, stealing, temptation, and all other sins.", the evil one said with a growl. Suddenly, he disappeared, and Celestia thanked them for saving Canterlot. The soldiers decided to call themselves "The Christian Fleet", because they had protected someone from the devil. They made permanent alliances with Equestria, and they still continued to fight in the war, even after five more years. At this point, they had added many more members, and possessed a much larger ship, called the "Christian Fleet Starship (C F S) Lemurian Star". They have never broken their alliance with Equestria, and they never will. THE END //-------------------------------------------------------// First Sightings //-------------------------------------------------------// First Sightings While at the Crystal Empire, Twilight saw strange vehicles gliding across the snow, and did not know what to make of them. Later, she saw figures of some sort, rushing towards the castle. Cadence saw them too, and alerted the guards. The guards lost the intruders, due to a sudden plume of blue smoke from a pressurized container. "This is impossible.", Cadence panicked. Twilight and Spike got back on task, with locating the Crystal Heart. Twilight became surrounded by black crystals as she tried to get it. Spike reluctantly began descending the outside of the tower, and yelled down to the others. "I've got the Crystal Heart.", he yelled. However, Sombra overheard and began to grow a pillar to reach him. Shining Armor picked Cadence up and she saw poor Spike falling to the ground. She spread her wings, and he hurled her upward. Sombra was slowed down, because a mysterious energy shield had materialized out of nowhere, and stopped him in his tracks. Cadence caught Spike and glided to the ground. The heart was put back in place, and King Sombra was destroyed. The Empire was peaceful again. However, the unknown figures had vanished completely. Nopony knew where they had come from, or where they had vanished to.
