Chris entered his tower and looked around there was no dust collected up any where do to a simple spell. It was two story with a stair case leading up the curved wall. There were work stations everywhere on the first story, even on the walls and roof, most of which had magical artifacts. The second story only held a bed and a telescope out the open window.

"You know if I'm back in Equestria might as well continue my studies." Chris said to himself then teleported everything on the first floor away."Know what I'm not tired." He walks out the door and to his surprise he finds a pink alicorn with bubblegum pink, purple and pale yellow mane and tail.

They stood in place eyes locked,"Hi, nice to see you again." She said softly smiling.

"Cadance? H-Hi." Chris was at a total loss for words.

"Celestia wanted my visit to be a surprise, but I couldn't not let you know I was here." Cadence said. Chris stood there speechless."Can't sleep can you?" Cadence said trying to get him to talk."Don't stay out too late okay."

"No promises." Chris replied.

"Wouldn't be the same if you did." Cadence said before leaving.

Chris walked down the stairs and at the very bottom he saw Twilight. "Hi Chris what are you doing awake?" Twilight asked.

"Going for a walk."He answered.

"Good I need to ask you some questions." Twilight said grabbing a quill and a long piece of paper out of her saddlebag. Chris looked looked at this confused."Question one, What is your special talent?"Twilight asked.

Chris answered,"Being able to travel through different dimensions." Twilight started writing. As they headed towards the royal courtyard.

"Question two, Pinkie said that you and Flash went through a wall that she crashed into. What happened?" Twilight asked looking confused.

"I set up certain spaces that can only be entered through the use of my magic." Chris answered then continued,"Is this a test?"

"What, no. That would be ridiculous. Question three, Where did you get your amulet from." Twilight looked at the amulet.

"From a friend," Chris answered.

"This feels like a test." Chris replied snickering.

"It's not a test." Twilight replied looking confused.

"Did I pass?" Chris said trying not to laugh.

"How can you pass? This- Why are you laughing." Twilight asked.

"I got bored so I decided to make a joke, also I'm assuming that was question four." Chris said, Twilight blushed a little.

"So, you like making jokes huh?"Twilight asked.

"Yes, and I assume that's question five?" Chris answer, Twilight wasn't amused.

"Really, your still going?" Twilight asked.

"Well, you're making it too easy for me. Just so you know, that was question six."Chris said.

Twilight yawned," It's starting to get really late. I think I'm gonna head back." Twilight said sleepily.

"Why, night is the most beautiful time of all. Always the perfect temperature and hear that?" Chris asked putting his hoof up to his ear.

Twilight listened then said,"No?" looking confused.

"Exactly, quiet that makes it even better." Chris said happily.

"I never thought about that way." Twilight said taking in the newfound beauty of the night world.

"Yeah, and the stars are just fascinating. I would stare at them for as long as I could." Chris said looking towards the sky.

"So, you like astronomy?" Twilight asked.

"Yeah, but I can only find two constellations, the big and little dippers. Also that was question seven." Chris said staring at the sky.

"Good thing I'm here. I can show you where all of them are." Twilight said with a smile,"Now look right above that tree that's Orion's Belt." She pointed towards a three star constellation.

"Where's Orion at?"Chris asked looking around the night sky.

"Take a couple steps backwards."Twilight whispered in his ear.

Chris stepped back as suggested, then saw the stars that shaped a pony, he then summoned his saddlebag and set it on the ground opened,""Twilight would you mind holding me?" He asked.

"Huh?" Twilight watched as Chris climbed into his saddle bag head first. Twilight then grabs a hold of Chris's tail with her mouth.

"Oh, hey Twily." a white stallion unicorn with a blue mane and tail calls.

Apparently the voice sounded familiar as Twilight lets go of Chris's tail, causing him to fall completely into the saddlebag. Twilight ran up and gave him a hug,"Shining, what are you doing here? Where's Cadence and Flurry Heart at?" Then Twilight realized that she dropped Chris into his saddlebag, She then goes back over to the saddlebag and looks inside,"Are you okay?" She yells down to Chris who was standing on a pile of random objects.

"Yeah, good news and bad news. Good news, I found my journal. Bad news, I'm stuck, also that was question eight." Chris replies.

Twilight tries to levitate him out of the bag, but for some reason it failed,"Why won't my magic work?" twilight yells into the bag looking confused and keeps trying to use her magic to get Chris out.

"I put a spell on it to where you can't use magic on anything inside of my saddlebag to an extent." Chris replied,"Also that was question nine."

Twilight facehoofed at Chris's reply, then she figured it out,"Shining can you come help me really quick." Twilight asked the stallion.

"Sure Twily, what do you need?" Shining Armor asked.

"I need you to hold on to my tail so I can get my friend out of his saddlebag." Twilight said to Shining who was taking a look inside the saddlebag,"Just do it okay."

"Sure." Shining accepted slowly looking away from the saddlebag. Slowly Twilight climbed in head first with Shining Armor holding on to her tail.

"Alright, I think I can reach him now." Twilight said to Shining Armor with her hooves reached out. Chris took hold of her hooves as fast as he could, then Shining Armor pulled them both out as fast as he could.

"I think that's enough for one night." Twilight said then they all headed back to their rooms.
