Prologue: My Frustrating Family
It is currently around nine thirty p.m on July third, the very night before Elizabeth turned twelve years old. Usually young girls like her would enthusiastically celebrate hitting a year before becoming a teen by age. This was not the case when you are apart of the well known Lystor family. A family that was known for its astonishing musical talents, which was a distinguished side of this historical family. The lessor part of the family was made up of multiple historians which was not limited to just the United States.
In addition there were a few anthropologists who collaborated quite often to confirm details. Currently the youngest member of the family, Elizabeth, was a part of both sides of the family
She was also well known for her knowledge on historical events, which meant Elizabeth knew all her family members were going to put pressure on the poor girl. She absolutely dreaded what they thought were subtle efforts to sway her decision to which ever side that family member had chosen years ago on their twelfth birthday. The Lystor household had a custom that any family member had to decide one of the sides to take apart of once they turned the age of twelve.
There was much pressure on the young girl who was getting very annoyed over the years of constant bickering between her aunts, and uncles. One of the few freedoms her parents allowed her was being allowed to watch television shows such as My Little Pony the fourth generation. Elizabeth adored how the ponies were capable of such amazing things, especially their special talents. Which each showed what they were best at did not mean the pony was stuck with permanently, a situation that was polar opposite to her own.
Elizabeth was constantly pacing in her bedroom which was slightly cramped due to it being converted from an old storage closet that was located in the center of the structure. She hated how soon she would be inevitably forced to choose a side of her family. She was quite close in talent to both sides being taught quiet extensively for the past seven years took a mental toll on her.
Elizabeth thought 'Why do I have to choose a single side? It is unfair to either side, I let down one side of my family with each decision.' She sighed as the ceiling fan spun slowly, soon she was going to turn twelfth tomorrow there was nothing she could do about the situation. Elizabeth wished that her family was not as strict, maybe she could of had a somewhat normal childhood then she could have actually enjoyed it instead of having to grow up to fast.
This fact was constantly present when ever any member of her family was around always so wound up about maintaining your decorum even while you were still inside the household. Her brother Everest was usually held up in his room on the top floor of the household he had been in there even more than usual.
The only freedom was going to be given up, due to having to completely devote your time to that profession completely. She turned her computer to watch the season 3 finale of My Little Pony one of her favorite episodes out of the series. Elizabeth loved how after Twilight gained her wings, who did not become a Mary sue afterwards, Twilight struggled to learn how to fly properly.
As she typed the title of the episode, something rather odd happened a different episode pulled up in the search results one that she did not recognize. Ever since the first season she had memerized each episode that came out as a way to help her memory get better during music practice. It had no description aside from a title that read My Little Pony escape to Equestria.
She was about to investigate the peculiar episode when she heard her eldest cousin call her for dinner from the lower floor it echoed through the hallway. Elizabeth turned off the computer monitor making sure that it was still on so the mysterious episode did not get lost among the rest. Then she proceeded to head to the main dinning room reluctant because of the conversations that would in sue they were always talking.
It was right at the end of dinner when each side of the family started to argue about why I should choose that side. The musical side remarked on how she was able to perfectly play so many instruments already so Elizabeth should not waste the effort. Along with the time she put into that area of the family's musical experience that including a few shows demonstrating the violin.
The history, and anthropology side brought up how good her memory was which definitely was an effective trait to have when learning many diverse parts of the past. They kept on arguing about how they were better than the other counterpart which began to give her a severe headache. Thanks to the constant pushing that unhealthy rage began forming two years ago, it became difficult to control it in situations like this.That rage almost came out as she whistled to get everyone's attention directed toward her.
Elizabeth said "Listen everyone, due keep in mind that my birthday is not today so I still have tonight to ponder over my decision which is quite difficult enough. While I do appreciate each side explaining their points, if you all could cease until after I have made my decision tomorrow that would be greatly appreciated." She finished eating asking to be excused, then made her way quickly to the nearby kitchen. Elizabeth cleaned her plate off in the kitchen sink while some of her cousins shortly came after her.
Angel (Musical) says "Well she is definitely going to chose the music side, after all Eliza is one of the best at playing the violin which not many in our family can due. There is no way that she will waste that kind of talent to sit inside reading books."
Mary (History) said "No way she is gonna settle for boring old music. At least when learning history you have a lot of diversity. Of course when we work with Anthropologist like my brother we learn more together through our collaboration."
She ignored them as she finished washing the silverware it happened quite often they would not notice her as they went into conversation. Elizabeth made her way to her room wanting to avoid her cousins squabbles about her important decision, she could not take anymore tonight her head was throbbing. She was reluctant to decide it would lead to the other side yelling at her due to wasting so many talents.
As she went through the halls, she took a quick glace at the photographs lining the walls that showed many of her cousins showing off their talents. Out of all the pictures, there was only one Elizabeth would stop to look at each time she passed it the one person who defied the family so extremely. That certain picture showed one of the only family members to ever break the tradition of choosing either side.
The unique picture is of Elizabeth's great great grandmother who she was named after a fact that surprised her family when she was just a baby. The few reasons why her great great grandmother was held with respect is that her retaliation helped the Lystor family to deal with financial issues. Essentially saving the family name, and reputation something that had been threatened by a large debt from a robbery that insurance did not pay for.
Great Great Grandmother Elizabeth became an accountant, to which she had an extensible knowledge on financial waivers. She had just gotten a degree when the robbery to place so all the things learned in school were still fresh inside of her mind. It was unfortunate that she died in a fire at the original large Lystor household, that she successfully defended while clearing the debt.
By knowing about who she was named after helped her to push through all the tedious effort she needed to put in to the various activities. Once Elizabeth was finished reminiscing about her great great grandmother she went to her room that person's efforts helped to invigorate her after a full twelve hours of lessons. She turned on the computer moniter back to the strange episode search result that popped up earlier.
Elizabeth decided to follow this strange episode it could be a scraped episode that explained where Spike came from so she clicked on the link. When the site loaded up on the computer monitor something rather odd happened after a few seconds of loading the video. There was a extremely bright light coming from her computer screen so she shielded her eyes confused by the strange occurence going so far to close her eyes.
It took what felt like at least five minutes for the light to die down, but once it did Elizabeth felt incredible pain all over her entire body from her .... hooves! She noticed that she was now in a very immense forest with quite wild looking botany species which made the situation even more confusing. Elizabeth did her best to walk toward a nearby lake while she had an ominous feeling, how did she end up in a place like this she was inside her room.
The fealing was that this forest was quite familiar yet she did not know why she felt that Elizabeth had always lived in a city never visuting nature. The small lake was located near what she believed to be the entrance to the familiar yet new forest that she had some how entered from her room. Once she looked at her reflection she saw a red color which meant that she was nothuman any more no human had red skin like this.
Elizabeth stepped back from the water three feet this barely made any sense what the heck moved her to this forest. In that momentsomething rather unsettling clicked about why this forest seemed eerily familiar it was one she jad seen at least a million times. Elizabeth was in the Everfree Forest from the show My Little Pony which could not be true that was a fictional world.
Elizabeth stepped back from the lake, although she only saw that her... coat... was red, she attempted to reach the entrance she saw earlier on her small walk. Once she took a few steps, she was still getting used to walking on all fours she made her way to Everfree's old worn down path. After she stepped hoof on the path her new body was wracked with immeasurable pain it came suddenly like a rushing train.
Elizabeth felt the pain each time she was going to take a step, the pain grew so much that she collapsed on the old dirt path way. Her body began feeling numb in an instance just as the pain had started it vanished that fast she could not keep her eyes open long. Before Elizabeth sunk into a state of unconsciousness she saw seven multicolored figures above her their colors looked oddly familiar.

Chapter 1: Meeting The Mane 6
Elizabeth began to stir from her unconscious state, and slowly recalled what had made her pass out in the middle of the ... Everfree Forest. This did not make much sense since the Everfree forest was from a television show how could she have ended up there. It could not be real that flash must have made her start seeing things, or she had just fallen asleep then fell off her bed. Although Elizabeth usually remembered when she fell asleep due to her insomnia making it difficult to fall into slumber.
As she was going over the details not wantibg to open her eyes there were sounds coming from a different room. A voice with a northern accent said "First the Everfree forest goes wilder than a hungry beaver at a lumber yard. Second, we scared ourselves plain silly at the two sisters old castle, then after we walk back to Ponyville all of us see an alicorn come walkin' out of the Everfree forest!" There was no way that country accent was a member of her family so who was in the other room talking.
She heard hoofsteps?, following behind the one who had spoken before meaning there was another person in the room outside of her's. Then a fancy taking voice that Elizabeth was used to hearing in her house said "I must agree that this situation is rather strange, Applejack. Especially since the poor darling looked like she was hurting all over I wonder what ever could have caused her to collapse. Along with the absurd fact she does not have a cutiemark is quite irregular. She looked absolutely dreadful, but it doesn't look like any creature from the Everfree harmed her." Both sounded female that name that she had stated almost did not register until she recalled the first line.
Elizabeth thought 'Hold on, Applejack? If that is the famous orange earth pony, then the other voice must be Rarity. So I really am in My Little Pony hopefully Ponyville. From what Applejack said I must have entered just after Season 4 episode 3 Castle Mania. It must have been because the episode above the one that had sent her here was that episode. Still this made no sense how could she be transported into her favourite television show what brought her to ... 'Escape to Equestria' now that makes sense.
The episode that she had clicked the link to was named that which mean it somehow brought her here. Another voice began to speak it was obvious who this one belonged to a very cheerful pony. Elizabeth also heard who she definetly believed to be Pinkie Pie say "Yes.. But she is also a new member of Ponyville, along with another pony for me to make friends with ... Which calls for a welcoming party."
An iconic voice she recognized that belong to Rainbow Dash then said "I don't think she will be staying long Pinkie, we can't have suspicious ponies move into town after all." Once the blue pegasus stated this, Elizabeth was deeply enraged so much so that she opened her eyes. Opened the door then walked into the room where the Mane Six with Spike were at. It was quite obvious that everypony was surprised to see her up and about, they thought she had been sleeping the whole time.
Elizabeth stated "That is a peculiar statement coming from you although I have no clue who would say something so ridiculous living here. If I recall correctly there is a zebra living in this town that once was a strange newcomer to everyone. Who would go to get ingredients for her elixirs along with remedies yet every pony shunned her by hiding in their houses. Even all of you aside from a certain little filly who did not judge her by her looks t which lead to a poison joke mishap that helped that zebra to be accepted."
Applejack asked " How do ya know about Zecora's first few visits, and how ma sister Apple Bloom went after her? Also why does an Alicorn like yourself just appear out of who knows where with no cutiemark!" Since Elizabeth was not able to get a good look at herself, she asked for a mirror to which Spike nervously got a small mirror. It was nerveracking for the young dragon who was creeped out by her especially they seemed unnatural as both kept focus on him the entire walk.
Elizabeth gasped upon seeing her own reflection, and said "My name is Elizabeth Victoria Lystor the second, I am afraid that I do not quite remember what I was exactly doing. After I somehow entered the Everfree forest from my bedroom." It wasn't a lie, she couldn't exactly recall what she was doing on her computer before seeing an extremely bright flash of light. It must have been from being unconscious for what could possibly be a few hours that would at least make sense.
Twilight Sparkle said " Wait if you are 'the second' of your family that must mean you are of a royal background. It would explain why you are an alicorn the only ones in Equestria like me are princess es. I earned my wings recently yet I only know of my sister in law Cadence. And of course the two royal sisters who are the only other alicorns. How old are you Elizabeth, and why did you pass out right at the entrance of the Everfree forest this night?" Elizabeth could strangely picture her family as earth ponies it did not make sense seeing as she could not for some reason picture the one she was named after.
Elizabeth responded "I am not exactly from a royal family, my family is just well known for their musical talents for some while the other knows a great expanse about the past. I am supposed to celebrate my twelfth birthday tomorrow that of course depends on if it is still the same night. Every pony in my family usually chose which side of the family they are gonna be apart of once we turn twelve, aside from my brother who is ... different from everyone else.
All of my family received their Cutiemarks later than most so that is the best reason I can explain me not having my cutiemark. The reason I passed out was that I felt an abnormal pain in my body it started as soon as I stepped on that dirt path. I suspect it to be due to a possible accidental teleportation spell I used without knowing. So I went through magic over use do to the sudden drain of it in my body along with what i think is called a magic induced growthspurt.
Also you do not have to call me by my full first name, I will be just fine with either Eliza or even Eli will do for the time being I honestly prefer those two anyway." She noticed that Fluttershy looked quite nervous whenever she spoke, and Elizabeth asked asked "Excuse me, yellow pegasus in the back, is there a reason you appear to be deeply disturbed whenever I speak. If it is due to my accent, I am quite sorry but I can not change my vocal patterns that would just feel rather uncomfortable."
Of course she knew who Fluttershy was, who could forget the shy yellow animal caretaker she was also apart of the Mane 6 after all. Since Elizabeth was meeting them for the first time she had decided to remain rather oblivious knowing their names would make her look suspicious. Fluttershy quickly let out a small squeak then she said in her usual hushed tone "It is not the way you speak that makes my f-feel nervous. I am just shy around new ponies especially c-considering what you are."
Due to watching many of the episodes, Elizabeth remembered Princess Celestia's visit at Sugar Cube Corner it was one of the very few Celestia episodes. Everypony was on edge which was easily understandable in the presence of a ruler who had to wear the burden of an entire nation. It was not until the seven and eighth seasons that Princess Celestia was revealed to not be as over powered as fans had thought.
Rainbow Dash said "We already have one egghead, Twilight. I don't think we need another one sides you do not look cool at all 'Eliza'." Elizabeth did not even respond physically to that comment making sure that Rainbow Dash was not able to get the satisfaction of rattling her. She could tell that the pink earth pony in the room was even more excited than normal.
Pinkie Pie shouted "Wait, your twelfth birthday is tomorrow then that means, you have to let me throw you a super duper fun party. I am the best party planner in Ponyville, which means it's guaranteed to be an epic celebration, Eli! Plus this will be my first time throwing a birthday party for an alicorn like you, well technically an alicorn in general Twilight's birthday was planned before she got her wings." Elizabeth saw that the other six in the library were slightly annoyed possibly due to Pinkie Pie being extra excited while they looked a little tired. Twilight Sparkle made a little head notion to Apple Jack to calm the other earth pony down so she walked to the pink mare.
Applejack told Pinkie to start planning Elizabeth's Birthday party, to which Pinkie Pie pulled a list from out of no where in particular. Playing true to her innate ability to defy certain laws of physics she pulled out a sharpened pencil from her cotton candy like mane. Elizabeth thought 'Breaking Logic just like in the actual show, this is pretty cool meeting the mane six along with Spike in tow'.
Applejack stated "Since your an alicorn I bet that all of your family must be unicorns, and pegasi since ya can use magic all willy nilly like that right, Eli. It is pretty suspicious considerin' that I know I have never even heard of the family name Lystor, before you just told us. Still if ya grew up with unicorn siblins' then you must lack control or somethin to be that drained."
Twilight spoke "Applejack does make a valid point I haven't heard of the name Lystor, either in my life, I am originally from the city Cantorlot. So I have a fair amount of knowledge about family's that are well known your name doesn't ring a bell. I am definitely sending Princess Celestia another letter, all about you since you're in an unusual situation." Spike went to get paper along with a quill for Twilight to write with anything ti get away from Elizabeth sounded relieving. He took a few moments to make sure the red alicorn had not followed him the feeling if being watched finally went away.
Elizabeth said "I do not mind answering your questions, but my family isn't from Canterlot or any other big city like that. Also Applejack, forgive me if that is not your name, my family consists of all earth ponies, only my great great grandmother was a unicorn that married a pegasus. I have many cousins, aunts, and uncles to boot as well I have at least over three hundred family members that I know of.
Along with that Twilight, I believe that one of my great great great grandfathers may have known the Princess of the Sun along with his twin sister. I can not exactly remember what my brother looks like because these past few years he has had health problems staying in his room."
While getting some minor introductions out of the way, along with many of the main six being impressed by how unusual her family was. That ability to picture them just felt right if they had come to Equestria like her even to the point cutiemarks were visible. She did not really lie about how they looked she had an odd feeling when describing her cousins.
Being able have known about the type of ponies they would have became was quite perplexing what was showing her these things. Applejack was impressed that despite being earth ponies like her family it was surprising an alicorn can come from that type of genetic background. they didn't even have anything to do with agriculture which was quite common in earth pony society.
Dear Princess Celestia,
I am writing about an unexpected occurrence that happened when my friends, Spike, and I were returning to Ponyville. We encountered an odd.. Alicorn named Elizabeth Victoria Lystor the second, who bears no cutiemark on both her flanks. From what she can recall, Elizabeth used a teleportation spell that must of moved her a very long distance. Because she was at the entrance to the Everfree Forest to which Elizabeth collapsed for the strain of magic on her body. She says that it was extremely painful especially in her upper chest region, but not much so in her horn. Elizabeth comes from a long line of Earth ponies that are apparently well renowned for their musical talents. They also habe diverse knowledge in history along with physiology which lives in a remote part of the world. From asking multiple questions we learned that possibly you may have encountered two opposite gendered twin earth ponies who shared the family name of Lystor. Apparently the stallion, who Elizabeth believes was named Able Octave was a well renowned violinist who had a filly, Elizabeth Victoria Lystor the first, to which she was named after. Elizabeth (the second) has a light red coat, with multi colored blue eyes, along with a jagged style light brown mane, and it appears she has very little experience using her magic, with her wings being extremely stiff due to lack of use. Until we are able to come into contact with her family members, then for now I propose that she lives in Ponyville as an Earth Pony with AppleJack since she is used to having to use her hooves for various tasks.

Chapter 2: Distant Memories, Left Behind Friend
Celestia was in the middle of reading Twilight's letter to her when she recalled Able Octave the earth pony, and his twin sister Rest Cleft. The latter was usually very quiet most of the time keeping to herself while learning history. It had been many many years since she remembered meeting those two who both impacted her past greatly. Both changed history for their part of the three main pony types throught most of their lives.
They had originally come to their older castle to argue the topic of Earth Ponies having many more talents than those dealing with the agricultural areas of Equestria. Celestia recalled how physically nervous Rest Cleft looked when they first entered the issue of arguing over that very serious discussion. Despite the mare's quiet demeanor she was always able to make valid points it was the first time Celestia had seen an earth pony politician.
Rest Cleft decsribed the many times before that generation where earth ponies had also helped with architecture that still stood to this very day. Able Octave would always support his sister no matter what topics she had brought up in the discussion. That stallion was trully remarkable musician that had an innate rhythm that he could apply to other places as well.
Regardless if the discussion he always was able to predict when tempers would flare from the Unicorns who lived in Cantorlot at the time period. Able Octave also had a very unique style when playing the violin which proved quite difficult in precision without the aid of magic. Celestia recalled the lessons that Able Octave would give to many young ponies even when they were unintentionally ruds.
If they were ever curious on how an earth pony was able to play an instrument then he would not be offended in the slightest. He understood their youthful curiosity that most children had even taking pride in teaching them. It always amazed her that stallion was extraordinarily patient no matter how much prejudice he had to deal with. Along with the time he would spend on each of his musical compositions that he would proudly play to many different creatures.
Able Octave truly loved to put the most effort in what he did enjoying every moment no matter what set backs happened.. Rest Cleft was also quite unique in behavior despite the fact she was often mistaken for her brother. They usually wore their formal attire which covered both their cutie marks a fashion choice that both decided.
They had light brown coats, with jagged manes that had many pointed ends especially with their tails which was dark red. The only trait different between the two twins being their eye colors which just went unnoticed most of the time. Able Octave had light blue eyes, while his sister Rest Cleft had dark blue eyes ponies tended not to look at their eyes very often. She remembered that in the beginning most would not show an ounce of respect thinking that they belonged in a field rather than a concert hall.
Celestia remembered that Rest Cleft was a talented conductor who knew a great amount of Equestrian history that dated thousands of years back. It always 'brightened her day', a joke often used by Able Octave who had a slight sense of humor. When they would perform for many of the young fillies they informed it made both of them smile breaking their usually calm demeanor.
After a few years Able Octave even had a little filly, with another earth pony as his wife her name was Algebraic Beat having a calculator for a cutiemark. When his wife gave birth to a little unicorn she grew worried that Able Octave may have thought she cheated on him. The only thing that shocked her out of confusion is when she broke the news to Able Octave a nerve wracking for Algebraic.
After this he informed her that his sister had a pegasus son with a earth pony husband saying that her husband was pretty surprsied. He explained although rare every once in a while a unicorn, or pegasi would be born into the Lystor family. The solar princess had actually laughed at the story when Able Octave first told her about the event.
Celestia recalled both Musical Gale, Rest Cleft's pegasus son, and Elizabeth Victoria Lystor, Able Octave's unicorn daughter a pair of unique ponies. Whenever Celestia would ask about little Eliza's unusual name, Able Octave explained that Victoria was apart of his mother's name. Her first name Elizabeth had been chosen by his wife who would not say where that had come from.
Able Octave asked her if she could help to teach his daughter about magic since he did not know many unicorns that he could trust with Eliza's magic lessons. She did have Able Octave's incredible patience when she made a few mistakes although getting frustrated was a natural accourence. It was a joy to have her as a student due to Luna at the time being a bit more distant than usual due to an accidental spell.
Musical Gale inherited his mother's excellent memory at memorizing facts about different genres of music, yet was quite a showboat. This contrasted Rest Cleft's usual nature of making sure others were acknowledged before herself it was quite a surprise. Once he became prouder of his work which happened after a few songs it had managed to get under control.
Elizabeth also had her mother's knowledge of estimations, along with making calculations with abnormal precision. Little Eliza worried she would make her father disappointed if she did not have a musical talent. So she attempted to learn many instruments which she was quite talented when she played the cello.
It was only after she received her cutiemark, a small pile of bits along side an early version of a calculator, that she admitted that she was better at mathematics than playing her cello. To which Able Octave actually said that he always admired his wife's equations being so talented in mathematical expertise. Celestia remembered that many times Luna would talk with Elizabeth because she was one of the few ponies up at night to admire Luna's work.
In placing each individual star in its proper position around the moon something that she had missed seeing many nights. It happened a few times that Luna was actually a bit late in lowering the moon to transition to the day time. Due to discussing certain topics with Eliza who would always listen no matter which time of the night Luna dropped in.
Even when Eliza started to have kids, she would always work with Luna when ever she needed help getting her issues it went uncriticised for years. Without having to be wary of any officials over hearing her judging the Princess of the Night who was supposed to keep up an image. She became quite depressed on the night that Luna transformed into Nightmare Moon an event Celestia did not like recalling.
Apparently Luna had actually visited Elizabeth just before her sister changed into a horrible form out of jealousy over all those years. She told Eliza her plan for making the night last forever before flying off to their old castle located in the Everfree forest a very brief encounter. To which Eliza actually follow behind her teleporting a great distance trying to help her friend.
Elizabeth actually managed to catch Luna before she entered the aged throne room pleading for her friend to acknowledge the consequence. If I was forced to use the Element's of Harmony on her as a last resort, stating that they could do possibly anything to stop her in the middle of the battle. Luna told her that she always appreciated it when she listened to her woes without judging her actually treating her like a genuine friend.
She had to take extreme risks for more ponies to notice her night something that had created that form. Celestia recalled that she was completely unaware of Elizabeth's presence until after she had banished her sister for a thousand years. After the image formed on the moon it when Elizabeth had stated this would have never happened if more ponies had took the time out of their busy schedules, then they could have appreciated Luna's spectacular night.
Celestia felt a great sadness in having to remember that terrible night in which she had brought a thousand year wait to reconcile with her younger sister. Once she was finished reminiscing about her past, Celestia quickly wrote a letter to Twilight explaining Able Octave, and Rest Cleft. Along with how her sister actually was well acquainted with Elizabeth Victoria Lystor the first.
Celestia left out the personal details of Luna's conversations with the departed pony. She also suggested it may be wise to go along with Twilight's plan for at least until Elizabeth was used to using magic, along with learning how to fly. Celestia wrote that it was her choice to tell her secret to any other ponies about her being an alicorn with no cutiemark.
Elizabeth should take immediate caution most would be rather shaken by this information so be wise who knows about it. She also wrote down that she will be informing her sister about Elizabeth's situation once Twilight receives this letter. Celestia used magic to send the letter to her faithful student then stood up from the throne stretching for a few moments.
Celestia made her way to Luna's tower in the castle's west most wing, passing quite a few guards who saluted to their Princess of the Day. The castle interior began to change to bluish color palette to reflect her sister's mane it looked lovely with moonlight shining through rather than daylighy. As she entered her sister Luna's room she noticed that Luna had just gotten up, due to her still looking tired even a small yawn followed. which was understandable because soon they would have to transition to the night from the evening.
Luna noticed that her older sister had entered her room, and said "Sister, We thought that we still had another hour before having to raise the moon, did we by chance over sleep. We had an odd nightmare to work out with a frightened filly so it took longer than usual."
Celestia stated "No, you did not over sleep, but speaking of being late do you recall when you would spend so much time talking to Eliza that you were late a few times in lowering the moon I even had to start leaving you notes so you would be aware of the time.", and Luna sighed a bit recalling one of the few ponies that had actually appreciated her lovely night.
She knew that she would have eventually out live Elizabeth, yet before being banished her friend had actually tried to warn her of what might possibly happened. Luna did not realize that she would have put her friend through such a horrible sight. Now she couldn't go back to apologize to her friend for making her witness her banishment to the moon.
Celestia saw that Luna was reminiscing about Elizabeth so she quickly attempted to change the subject by stating "Well recently Twilight, and her friends encountered a pony by the same name aside from the second who's appearance closely resembles your old friend. She is actually Elizabeth's great great granddaughter who looks pretty similiar to her. Besides being a cutiemarkless alicorn of the age of twelve once it turns day tomorrow.
Although you can't make amends with Elizabeth you could help her descendant with learning how to use magic, and flight as a present or something along those lines. Due to her being raised by mainly earth ponies, she has had to always rely on using her hooves for average day tasks. She is even younger than you along with my student so it would help her to learn.
From what Twilight described she appears to behave similarly to Elizabeth the first so you may have to watch for that dear sister. Also I am truly sorry for bringing up your dear friend it was a catastrophe that she accidentally witnessed.. that night."
Luna thought about her sister's suggestion, shocked that Elizabeth possibly had an alicorn great great granddaughter. That in itself was a pretty rare occurrence still the Lystor family had always been rather special. It made sense that she was raised by earth ponies Eliza even had Earth pony fillies that Luna met shortly after they turned three.
Since she could no longer be there for her dearly departed unicorn friend, then it would be best for her to help her friend's granddaughter. It was not the same thing still she had to do something, anything to right that wrong even if she would possible mistake them. Along with being one of the only ponies still alive that knew Elizabeth the first personally.
Luna stated " We will do just that our sister, it will definitely aid the possibly confused alicorn. However, we fear that we might mistake her for our friend by accident which wouldn't be the best situation to explain to her. It may take a bit of time us to adjust to knowing her great great granddaughter considering we left Elizabeth the first in such a confused state all those years ago.
We will stilltry our very best to support her in this situation it will take some time to not make that mistake. Also we ... I understand you didn't mean for her to see me as Nightmare Moon being banished. if I had just listened to her, then it would have definitely turned out better than what has already happened."
Celestia was glad that her sister would attempt to help Elizabeth's descendant who shared the same name in this rather ...unique situation that she entered by accident. It would help Luna to start connecting with more ponies after all making connections had been tough for her.
Celestia asked "Okay, then what will you exactly say once you appear at her tenth birthday party, my dear sister? I understand that you are quite friendly with most of the citizens of Ponyville, but that might not be the best reason to appear at a new members party. Twilight has come up with a plan for Elizabeth to live with Applejack, on their farm as to not draw attention for when she is practicing magic. Along with her flight capabilities which would look quite odd to see an alicorn just appear out of no where. I suggest saying that you knew one of her ancestors quite some time ago, so you would like to reconnect with their descendants."

Chapter 3: Multiple Midnight Woes
--- Time Skip 2 Hours, July 10th, 5:00 a.m--
Although it was definitely a dream come true for Elizabeth, she couldn't help to feel guilty about her family back in England especially her brother. They may have been quite strict in raising her which made her have a strong anger toward them. That did not change the fact that she had inadvertently left them without leaving a trace of where she had disappeared.
This situation would be rather difficult to comprehend in normal circumstances in the human world what would they think of. There laid the problem at hoof, her situation was in no way at all to be considered normal in any aspect. She had somehow entered the world of her favorite television show, My Little Pony which was thought to be fiction.
After she was supposed to choose which side of her family that she would have to take part in that would make her family suspect she ran away. On this side it was weird with her becomingan alicorn the rarest kind of pony to their was in Equestria. Something did balance it out her magic had been locked, and her wings are too stiff to be able to fly so she had to learn these things.
Elizabeth had been lucky enough to collapse in front of the Mane 6, and Spike the Dragon while in the Everfree forest she knew about it's dangers. just outside of the tree line in which she was transported to after clicking on a mysterious video link when she originally just wanted to watch her favorite episode one last time, on the night of her tenth birthday.
She wanted to tell the Mane Six, about her situation in the fullest instead of giving them a rather vague summary of it, something just felt off. Elizabeth had not particularly lied to them aside from not mentioning that she used to be a human in a large city scape called England. There she viewed their very world as a fictional place just before she came here by unconventional means.
Honestly, Elizabeth was afraid of their reaction what would you do if you were told that your entire world was not real. It was for these thoughts that had denied her the blissful release of sleep which eluded her grasp. That combined with her insomnia made falling asleep very difficult especially on this night.
As she was currently looking out of one of the windows in Princess Twilight Sparkle's home, the Golden Oaks library a place that would be destroyed by Tirek soon. Elizabeth had already been informed of Twilight's plan for her to live on Sweet Apple Acres with the Apple Family as an Earth Pony. This was until she learned more about magic along with flying that she could defend herself along with never being that maig drained again.
Applejack was not inclined to the idea at first because it would mean that she would have to possibly lie to her family. When Elizabeth told the Element of Honesty that we could explain it as she was a filly that had grown through a magical accident. Which sent her to Ponyville by accident, after all foals of her age should have been closer to the Cutiemark Crusaders size.
So it technically was not lying to them rather leaving out a few small details for now that would be revealed much later on. After the alicorn suggested this explanation, Applejack complied that since she would not be forced to lie then she was alright with it. Allowing Elizabeth stay at the farm as long as she worked the fields similarly to how most her family did she certainly had the background for it.
She accepted this saying that she had always earned what she received through much hard work her through out entire life time. Rarity offered to make her a jacket to hide her wings from many prying eyes along with a campaign hat (similar to what rangers wear). They had a small strap at the bottom to make sure it did not fall off the owner's head it would also hide her horn.
Elizabeth also chose that hat due to how my main would look with it on making it appear less wild. The campaign hat was going to be dark brown while the jacket with a hood would be a few different colors of blue to reflect her eyes. It would take at least a day for the articles of clothing to be made, right along side her birthday party.
The event was not be held in partial secrecy depsite what type of pony Elizabeth was it would make her look suspicious. Although it annoyed the pink party planning earth pony, Pinkie Pie, it did give her the chance to throw a birthday party for a none royal alicorn.
Elizabeth was actually excited that one of her favorite characters, along with being a new friend she had none growing up. Pinkie Pie was going to be planning her twelfth birthday party which would commence in a few more hours in the morning. It was still hard to believe that she had someone been transported to the land of Equestria.
She looked up at the night sky admiring the placement of the stars similar to how she would back in England only the stars could be seen more clearly. Unlike that night time sky this one was crafted by the Princess of the Night, Luna who's special talent reflected her moving the moon. That was bring upon the night time scene present before her along with governing the dream realm helping those who were having nightmares.
Elizabeth looked forward to seing her first ever Equestrian sunrise when the Princesses moved the Sun along with the Moon to transition to the bright Day. That would of course be in a few hours so either she would fall asleep or stay up for the rest of the night. She was interrupted from her thoughts when she saw a strange figure flying through the night sky for just a moment.
It disappeared once Elizabeth blinked, she concluded it must be the lack of sleep getting to her making imaginary figures appear either that or Owlicious. Just before she went to a guest bedroom that Twilight had showed her earlier that night of her arrival. Elizabeth began to think about how she could effect this world what would be the worst outcome possible right now.
A single thought crossed her mind 'This world may take a slightly different course from the show I had once watched, due to me being present in it. I can not let it stray to far from it's original course unless it is absolutely necessary it let Equestria fall into a bad future. I will do my best to aid it in staying as close to the original plan as possible this is definetly going to be a large challenge. I sure am lucky that I basically memorized the episodes memory training did help with that as it stretched my limits.
The time gapes in between them will not be as small as in the show it may be a few weeks before the next epslisode begins. I would have to get through the time periods by bonding my friendship with Mane 6 in the meantime. Still I have to keep my paranoia in check do not want to freak them out when they start to trust me.'
Elizabeth was successful in her second attempt to fall asleep it felt nice being able to relax on the guest bedroom bed getting her thoughts out of the way. However, she was unaware that the mysterious figure she saw was observing her from a distance changing their position to avoid the young alicorn's gaze. When she previously looked up at the night sky, the figure was quite thankful that she had passed it off due to her fatigue something that happened just in time.
The one who was observing the young alicorn was Princess Luna, she wanted to get a good look at her departed friend's great great granddaughter. It was to see how close they were in appearances aside from her being without a cutiemark on her flanks. It shocked Luna that the only difference in appearance was their eyes the unicorn she knew had dark blue eyes while this alicorn had blue eyes that contained shades of blur that ranged from aquamarine to midnight blue.
It was still hard to believe they were two different ponies since their appearances were nearly identical. Due to thay fact when Luna first spotted the alicorn it reminded her of when she had first met Elizabeth the Unicorn many years ago. Luna had dealt with many tedious taxes the whole night which caused her great stress so she had decided to go for a quick flight all those years ago.
Luna was still sore back then that no matter where she looked she couldn't find a single pony that would look up at the night. She had put time into creating it made her pretty angry each time there was no one to admire her hard work. Luna was definitely distraught when she finally spotted a lone unicorn looking up at the night sky from a small balcony with hopeful eyes.
She was so excited that she forgot the many times her older sister had scolded her for behaving very unrefined. It would happen often when Luna was just trying to get ponies to appreciate her. She them proceeded to fly quickly toward the red unicorn that was up quite late not noticing her rapid speed.
Luna almost crashed into the unicorn when she didn't notice how fast she was flying toward the young looking individual.
It was difficult to slow down something moving at such a high speed pace flying toward her with being left with only a few seconds to respond. After some rather awkward introductions between the two mares the mood settled down. Luna apologized explaining that Elizabeth was one of the only ponies that she had ever seen who had taken a moment to look at the night sky.
Instead of sleeping through her beautiful display of her talent it was nice to see some pony looking at the night sky. Luna was ecstatic that Elizabeth was paying attention through out the whole conversation. Most other ponies would feel a large pressure talking to one of the ruling princesses.
While the young alicorn ranted about how she was very jealous that most subjects always stated how much they loved the bright cheerful day her sister Celestia brought. The newly acquainted unicorn listened to her woes trying to remain calm in the rather unusual situation that she was now apart of. Luna realized that she had told one of her supposed subjects about all those years of her night being ignored.
Along with stating that she was quite jealous of her older sister, she worried how this unicorn would see her now. This is when Elizabeth stated 'That everypony feels jealousy no matter how great, and that she could imagine having to keep all these feelings locked up do to Luna's position so she would not judge her words. After all she enjoyed listening to others helping them to work through problems as long as they gave permission.'
Luna always thought back to their conversations which she suspected that kept her from turning into Nightmare Moon sooner than that night. It was those conversations that helped to keep her sane while she waited for a thousand years trapped on the moon. The only thought she regretted was not listening to her friend sooner along with not being able to apologize for putting her through the dilemma of watching their fight.
Now she could not make amends with her friend now, it pained her every time she had to come to terms with this dreadful fact. Which continued to torment her when she almost mistook the alicorn for her friend while spying on the individual. It took every ounce of her will power to not fly head first to the mare like during her first meeting with her old friend. Luna had to remind her self that a thousand years had passed from that awful night they still left fresh scars.
It hurt to recall these memories she would rather leave buried deep down instead of forcing herself to use it to distinguish the alicorn from her friend. She was happy to notice they both shared a definite appreciation for the night time sky she had brought along with raising the moon. This helped to ease the slight guilt she felt for necessarily spying on the confused fellow alicorn that had just fallen asleep. Luna was determined to help the young mare with controlling her powerful magic considering she was raised by earth ponies.
Theu could only teach her about precision in musical pursuits that her family, Lystor, was known for along with historical knowledge. The dark color theme alicorn doubted many knew about the Lystor Family legacy since they had ultimately disappeared from many lengths of Equestrian historical records. Since only Luna knew Elizabeth the first personally she had more accurate knowledge on answers for the possible questions.
Luna could be asked by the red alicorn, but something worried her about attending Elizabeth's party. From what she understood it was customary to bring a gift for the birthday mare. This was going to be rather challenging considering she barely knew any information about Elizabeth's interests.
She didn't know what kind of present she could give to Elizabeth due to not knowing what path the red alicorn had chosen to pursue of her own accord. Along with Twilight's friends must have already been well acquainted with Elizabeth so she had to be a specific.
Luna thought 'I am going to help her with learning magic along with being able to fly soon, yet that doesn't really sound like a suitable present. I should ask Tia with getting advice on this once I get back to Canterlot, ... I wonder if his violin would suffice after all it technically belongs to the Lystor family after all plus she is the only recently founded member of that family.'
Meanwhile at Sugarcube Corner on the farther side of Ponyville, in the upper levels of the bakery, you will see a very frustrated pink earth pony who was at her wits end trying to come up with the perfect party for her new friend. She hardly knew a thing about the alicorn aside from the fact her family had Musical talent, and Historical knowledge... A musical history party now Pinkie had definitely never thrown a party with a theme like that before.

Chapter 4: Perfectly Planned Pinkie Pie Party
Spike woke up around eight in the morning, yawning as he made his way to the kitchen to start breakfast for both alicorns in the Golden Oaks Library. This was a rule for who ever woke up first had to make breakfast for the other who would no doubt would be tired when the woke up in the following morning. He woke up earlier due to Twilight asking their guest many questions which left both of the up at around midnight.
Luckily he was able to sneak away from both mares aside from the multi blue eyed Elizabeth. Who was following his careful movements every once in a while was still a bit creepy in the young dragon's opinion.
Spike remembered that today was supposedly Eliza's twelfth birthday so he wanted to make her something special to celebrate it a bit early before her party. He wondered what kind of party it would even be Pinkie Pie didn't know much about the mysterious new resident of Ponyville. It took the young purple dragon a few moments to register the very odd sight standing before him in the kitchen.
Elizabeth who he thought was still asleep was making blueberry pancakes along with waffles with syrup right beside them. The fact that shocked him more was that she was doing very precise movements when using her hooves. Which not even Spike who had claws could not replicate no matter how hard he had tried when attempting to imitate Twilight who used magic.
After Elizabeth was done setting the pancakes and waffles on three plates, she said "I know today's my twelfth birthday which I should not be the one cooking since I am actually supposed to relax on my birthday. That is usually what normal families do, but let me assure you that my family is in no way normal. I always had to help my older cousins along with older brothers with cooking. Honestly, I do not think the word leisure was even in any of there vocabularies by choice, seriously.
They all were definitely quite strict even when it came to informal celebrations, yet I did learn how to cook by doing this. It would happen often every month which I partially understand that our family each had tight immense schedules each and every day. Besides, Twilight told me about you breakfast tradition so technically speaking I was up before you. So, it was my turn to make breakfast this morning so I decided to make two classic breakfast dishes.
Since I did not know if you both preferred waffles, or pancakes I made both using two recipes I basically memorized growing up. Also I know that dragons eat gems from Rarity who actually gave me some tiny gem shards incase you were getting unnerved by my constant observational behavior. Rarity's words not mine, so I made a special treat for you that took at least three tries sorry if it tastes rather odd Spike. This is the first time I have ever cooked with using gems before so here it is."
Spike looked at what the Alicorn had placed on one of the two plates along side the other things that she made. It was a few pieces of toast with gems cooked into them with strawberries decorated with a small dollop of whipped cream in the center of the top piece of toast. The sight of the dish made the hungry young dragon drool a small bit.
Elizabeth gave him a napkin while placing said plate on the table moving the chair so Spike could climb up quickly. She then ushered Twilight who had entered the kitchen halfway through her explanation to sit at the table. Once the purple alicorn sat down she used magic to bring her plate to the table which both of them began to eat.
Once Elizabeth set her own plate she cleaned off the stove along with the counter putting the ingredients she had used back in the cupboards. Then the red alicorn set her own plate sitting down on a chair, proceeding to eat the two dishes. She made sure to savor each bite which Elizabeth had not tasted in quite sometime do to many lessons.
Elizabeth felt extremely proud as she saw the joy on both of her temporary house mates once they ate the breakfast she hard prepared for them. Most of the time her family would never comment on her cooking unless it was to tell her what she had missed while making the dish. She figured out many her cousins preferred tastes down to the correct amount of milk to put into which dish she made.
Twilight Sparkle excitely stated "I was pretty surprised why you were the one making breakfast. Considering that it is your birthday today that was until I heard what you explained to Spike. Something I can definitely say that you have an amazing talent for cooking. There is a fact that surprises me it is how you were able to wake up earlier than Spike, who went to sleep much earlier than us both. Since I made you stay up to answer all the questions I had asked. I honestly just lost tract of time whenever a new subject interests me, I am really sorry. Anyway you're definitely tied with Spike, in the ability to cook though you have to try his nachoes. Looks like he is still preoccupied with the gem toast you made, Eliza."
All three continued to eat until they heard a rather forceful knock on the door, Twilight finished quickly putting her plate in the sink. She then made her way to the door while Elizabeth rushed to the guest room nearby just in case the pony knocking was not one of the Mane 5. She heard Twilight gasp sharply followed by a loud slam from the front door being closed rapidly.
This was either by Twilight Sparkle, or the pony who had originally came to the library. Elizabeth started to feel a surge of power in which she didn't know what it would do, or why she couldn't stop the magic building up from her horn. Elizabeth heard unusual hoof steps followed by a slight clink which indicated that who ever was in the library was wearing metal. She began to think the possiblity of either Princess Luna or Princess Celestia being the pony in the central entrance to the public library.
Without realizing it she had finally stopped the sudden surge of magic in her horn, she was relieved by this fact. That was until Elizabeth noticed her wings had been opened in her moment of slight distressed. This caused slight pain so she closed them slowly wondering why they looked a bit larger than Twilight's wings.
She almost had a heart attack when Princess Luna opened the door to her temporary room in the library. Elizabeth was so stunned that she accidentally used a spell that summoned a stuffed seal pup. Upon closer inspection it had blue eyes along with very light white fur which just left the spell castor confused at what had appeared from her.
Elizabeth said "Before we get into why you are here Princess Luna, I believe I already know part of the reason to your slightly unannounced visit. You are here to possibly tell me about my family history which Princess Celestia mentioned in her letter to Twilight. Well, can I please just investigate what I conjured up in my confused state when you opened the door. Twilight could you help me in trying to identity if it does anything, or if I teleported it from some place near the Golden Oak Library."
Twilight walked over to the stuffed animal along with both other alicorns examining it rather closely. The object appeared to be a plush animal that was created rather than teleported from someplace else. This fact was relieving due to not having to explain to some poor foals parents about a miscalculated teleportation.
That just happened to accidentally affect their child's favorite plush animal this scenario would be awkward either way you look at it. The seal plush looked completely normal as far as you could call a seal plush that was conjured up by magic could be considered natural.
In any case, all three thought this until Elizabeth gently tapped it with her hoof that it abruptly moved. Specifically toward the one who made the tiny plush animal appear, yet it's creator back up quickly momentarily shocked.
The seal plush spoke "Why are you backing away from me, My Lady? Did I surprise you when you graced me with your gentle touch a moment earlier? If so then I am truly sorry for my sudden action that had caused you much distress, to which I will work tirelessly to amend my dear creator." Twilight was extremely confused on how Elizabeth wasable to make a living plush in the middle of the guest bedroom. Even making a simple wooden doll with a slight sentient consciousness was a very high leveled spell for any unicorn.
Twilight herself only managed to make Smarty Pants move when she was still learning magic under Princess Celestia. That only lasted at least an hour after the spell was casted on her favourite foalhood doll. She remembered the look on her teacher's face when Smarty Pants was reading a book to the young filly unicorn Twilight Sparkle.
There was a brief moment of silence in the room with Spike just looking into the room from the hallway. Elizabeth could tell that what she had created must be pretty difficult if both Princesses in the room were just as surprised.
It ended as the youngest Alicorn in the room gatheredenough courage to say "There is no need to go that far I just did not know what exactly to expect. The only reason I backed up was to collect my thoughts for a short moment nothing to be concerned about at the moment. I just needed to think about your name that would suit you. I shall call you by the name, Arctic, due to your fur coat reflecting the snow in rather Arctic regions in the north. Your dark blue eyes symbolize the dark blue oceans which go together truly well in hue so that is my final decision. My full name is Elizabeth Victoria Lystor the second yet you may call me by my first name Elizabeth if that is more convenient."
Princess Luna was just as surprised as her fellow Princess Twilight Sparkle at the tone Elizabeth used to inform the stuffed animal toy she had created. It shocked her even more because that was the same tone Elizabeth the first used to scold her foals. Whenever they pulled pranks on their mother, gentle but still holding a very stern tone behind every word.
The newly named Arctic stated cheerfully "Thank you for graciously for using your precious time to bestow a name onto your very grateful creation, Lady Elizabeth. I will treasure my new name for as long as I exist serving my wonderful creator for what ever purpose she requires of me. I must say that I am quite curious to those others of your magnificent kind who are present in the room along with the rather young drake in the hallway outside."
The young drake was busy recalling the time Twilight had somehow brought Smarty Pants alive when they were much younger than present day. Spike was still afraid of finding that Smarty Pants remembered how he chewed on him. That was before Spike was able to start helping out Twilight training to be her number one assistant. An age close to that of a toddler if he remembered correctly it happened at least ten years ago.
Twilight explained "I am Princess Twilight Sparkle, I am what you would call a temporary host until Eliza moves to Sweet Apple Acres possibly later today. We may have to drop you being considered an Earth pony due to you making Arctic right there. It would be rather difficult to explain how you were able to obtain the product of a very high leveled spell. So you should go as an Unicorn because I have a feeling that your magic will work soemwhat easier. Since you should have recovered from you excess use of magic last night when completing an accidental teleportation. The other alicorn beside me is Princess Luna, one of the two royal sisters. She raises the moon to start the night along side helping many with their nightmares. And that is Spike the Dragon, my number one assistant who helps me to maintain the Golden Oaks library which we are in a guest room."

Twilight ran multiple tests on the newly made Arctic, just in case there was a high possibility of unstable magic. This being due to Elizabeth using magic without knowing anything about the spell used.
Sadly her flight capabilities had no change aside from the fact of moving her wings more easily. Luna waited until the end of the testings while keeping an eye on Arctic, who was very impatient when not near his creator. He moved around on his flippers in a loop continuously for about a hour straight while Luna began to think about this Elizabeth.
Luna began to think 'They act quite similar in many aspects from magical talent to speak pattern in multiple aspects from speed to word selection. It is like the universe is tempting us in many cases, we have to brave through them it has been a little over a thousand years. We must keep that in mind our friend who used to listen to our misfortunes is no longer here. We have to remember that fact when we face Eliza at her birthday party they are not the same pony one is a unicorn the other is an alicorn like us.'
Twilight was hesitant to use teleportation to go to Sugarcube Corner because of Eliza's misfortune with an accident teleportation spell. Which led her to feeling pain all over her body due to a large amount of magical drain near the entrance to the Everfree Forest. Elizabeth was very fortunaye to have been found by the Mane 6 instead of a Timber Wolf, the forest held many dangers hidden inside.
It was when Eliza reassured that she trusted Twilight who had much more experience with teleportation. Of course with the fact it was one of the easier to manage options of going undetected. As to not arose suspicion about her appearing out of thin air which would be highly difficult to explain.
Although they had to make sure Arctic was prepared for magical transition his magic could become unstable after all. Once they were ready to leave, Elizabeth put Arctic on her back while mentally preparing her self for the action. She had seen many times on the screen of the television, but this time was going to be different from her experience of entering Equestria.
Elizabeth trusted Twilight with this besides Princess Luna was right there in case anything happened. Once Eliza opened her eyes she was greeted with the five shocked faces of the Mane 5 in the upper floor of Sugarcube corner. Actually Pinkie Pie seemed more enthusiastic than surprised which was understandable considering the situation.
Twilight Sparkle quickly explained to them along with the slight change of plans for her to be considered a unicorn rather than a earth pony. Pinkie Pie was so excited to be throwing this certain birthday party. That the pink earth pony mare forgot they were supposed to keep the secret of Elizabeth being an alicorn.
Luckily, Rarity was able to slip on the jacket she had made as a present for her new friend. Along with putting the campaign hat on her head just as Elizabeth was pushed down the stair with Arctic in town.
Elizabeth heard many voices shout, 'Surprise!', as she was forced down the stairs to the base floor of the bakery/ sweet shop. She was never sure what it was technically considered which didn't seem important right now. This was because she saw a wide variety of ponies from the Cutiemark Crusaders, the Cakes, Derpy Hooves, BonBon, and Lyra Heart.
It appeared almost the whole town came to her twelfth birthday party aside from some famous earth pony bullies. Apparently her situation had been explained before hand by Rarity who overstated a few facts. So this led many of the Ponyville residents said their sad condolences on how Eliabeth had experienced a magical growth spurt.
When she was just a young filly along with being so far away from her family, how painful both must have been for her. Elizabeth shot a brief angry glare at Rarity who tried to hide behind the two twin ponies that worked at the town spa. It was a bit awkward when they started treating her like a small child to which she explained. That in her family how serious they were so she had to grow up quite fast in state of mind.
Elizabeth even made a joke of how body had finally caught up with her mind which helped to lighten the mood. She had to resist laughing when the Cutiemark Crusaders offered to make her an official cutiemark crusader due to her not having her cutiemark. Don't get Elizabeth wrong she was not making fun of the group it had always been a dream to join the.
Elizabeth replied "I would love to be a member of the Cutiemark Crusaders, although I will warn you ahead of time that I stand out. Quite literally when I am next to you three so it may look strange to others so be warned. Aside from that then I am quite excited for our future attempts to earn our cutiemarks, girls."
Elizabeth heard a few comments from the three fillies about how I sounded... regal when she spoke to them just now. She smiled a bit when they compared that the red mare did not sound as 'snooty', or dramatic as Rarity usually was. She tried not to notice the theme of the party, musical history, while Elizabeth appreciated the thought.
That went into the party it reminded her to much of her family. Especially that she was supposed to choose what side she would support yesterday. Which she somehow managed to avoid in the process of arriving in Equestria it was crazy how this happened the night just before her choice.
Elizabeth received many presents from the citizens of Ponyville which included shampoo from the spa ponies. An official CMC cape from Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom which was one of her favorites. A starter scrape book from Cranky Doodle Donkey along with a few supplies from Matilda. Although Cranky complained about having to do something for a stranger who he did not know.
She received two records from Vinyl Scratch along with Octavia who appreciated a fellow classical musician moving to Ponyville. A cook book from Mister and Misses Cake which also included a few recipes aside from the many sweets. She received a blanket from Fluttershy that was decorated with many butterflies flying in multiple patterns along with a oddly arranged pillow.
Elizabeth quickly came to the conclusion thay it was from the draconequus Discord who was dear friends with the shy yellow pegasus. Rainbow Dash gave her a 'cool' autographed poster of the Wonderbolts from a flight show earlier this morning. AppleJack gave her a pie pan that was slightly rusted at the bottom to which the Cutiemark Crusaders looked away nervously.
Big Macintosh gave her a plain red hair ribbon along with a picture frame decorated with fake wooden apple slices. Pinkie Pie gave her a stuffed cupcake that Arctic hugged quite excited once he escaped from Pumpkin Cake, and Pound Cake. The cake twins were prettu adorable, and they did remind her of two younger cousins.
Twilight gave her a book a series of books on Equestrian history to which many ponies shot both alicorns a tiny nervous glance. Until Elizabeth opened the first book, Rarity gifted her a few different colored jackets along with a sewing set. Just inncase she ever teared the jacket she had on, the final present was one she received after the party had concluded. It was from Princess Luna the gift came with a note explaining that this was Able Octave's very own violin which had magic on it to preserve it.
As everyone began to leave the base floor of Sugarcube Corner. They stopped when they heard a quite cheerful tune coming from the stairway which when looked upon showed a very pleased Elizabeth playing a dark brown violin. While using her magic to play a song she had memorized quite well it was Pinkie Pie very well known, 'Smile' song violin version.

Chapter 5: Living On Sweet Apple Acres
It took a small while move her new things to Sweet Apple Acres due to how far it was away from Sugarcube Corner. Arctic the living seal plush actually helped to move the lighter weighted things with some difficulty. He insisted on helping her saying it was his duty to the one who had created him, especially with a task like this that was not befitting of her.
Elizabeth was moving all the items without the use of magic because she was afraid her lack of control could damage them unintentionally. During the walk over she had to stop for a few minutes as her back was hurting which Artic noticed so a new ability of his was revealed. Elizabeth actually discovered that when she commanded it of her previously adorable living plush.
Arctic could grow into what looked like a grown up version of himself which was twice as large as Apple Bloom. In return it allowed him to cart more of Lady Elizabeth's birthday presents, however he was slightly clumsy having to regain his balance. Said earth pony filly was quite shocked once she saw the giant Arctic who was in the middle of balancing the historical books given by Twilight Sparkle.
Elizabeth explained "Okay, I just uncovered this new form of his on the walk over when I mentioned that my back was starting hurt. From balancing so many objects on it due to me being used to not using my magic which was previously 'locked'. Until I basically summoned Arctic this morning an hour before my birthday party. However, I think it is the correct time for him to change back into his previous form so he actually fits through the front door frame. Which I know would be extremely inconvenient for either your sister, or Big Macintosh to go through the trouble of fixing the frame. Due to Arctic trying to adjust to his new form's height besides I can carry the books from here."
On cue the plush seal Arctic changed back into his cuddly small form, this action only took only a few seconds for the artificial mammal to do. Aside from some slight discomfort that came with shrinking down for the first time yet he refused to let his creator see this. Considering the small scene a waste of her time to be concerned about without his knowledge she noticed it anyway taking a mental note.
Apple Bloom excitedly exclaimed "Ya have to let me and the girls borrow your living seal stuffed animal some time. He's really cool ya know, I am definitely looking forward to how Sweetie and Scoots will say when I show em. Arctic was it they are gonna flip when he starts to talk, and moving we didn't really pay much attention to him at the party."
To which Arctic responded "I will have you know I am not just any stuffed animal I was conjured up by the amazing mare who stands before you, Lady Elizabeth. I am sure that she has more important things tha--" he was cut off by Elizabeth using her magic to put her creation onto her back doing a quick nod toward Apple Bloom. The excited filly ran off with a distressed Arctic trying to hold on as she most likely ran to the Cutiemark Crusaders treehouse.
After looking around at the first floor, Elizabeth moved her things into a previously prepared room that had a bed along with a dresser. Elizabeth put the Wonderbolts poster she had received from Rainbow Dash earlier that day on the wall close to the only window. She carefully placed the jackets she was gifted by Rarity away inside the dresser folding each up. Elizabeth wore the official Cutiemark Crusaders cape which fit quite snugly when the alicorn had tried it on at her birthday party.
She also placed the makeup set on top of the dresser along with the shampoo bottles, apple themed picture frame, and cook book. The starter scrapping book was placed on top along with the records she had received being slanted against the books. Elizabeth placed the butterfly blanket along with the odd pillow on the bed fluffing the latter.
She moved the history books from Twilight on the dresser to the bottom of the other two books. Finally, the red alicorn put her new violin into it's case which was another gift from Princess Luna under the bed. Once Elizabeth was done setting her things down she sought out Apple Jack.
So she could receive a chore to do while she was to begin living at the well known apple farm which didn't take very long to do. Since Apple Jack was in the kitchen with Granny Smith who was trying to make a red delicious apple pie. It wasn't until they were finished placing the pie into the oven, that both earth ponies noticed Elizabeth behind them standing in the hallway a few feet away.
Applejack went over to her apologizing for making her wait until they were done cooking a pie while she stood there. Elizabeth explained that she wanted to start pulling her weight around the farm right away along with seeking Applejack to give her a chore to do for the afternoon. This request surprised the orange earth pony mare until Elizabeth reminded her of the fact she was used to working for things her entire life.
So it made her very uncomfortable when she was not doing anything at all it felt like wasting valuable time procrastinating. Applejack told the red alicorn about taking care of the animals which Apple Bloom was suppose to do today. Before her friends convinced her to go on a last crusade to show them Arctic which explained why the animals were still dirty. She listened as the Element of Honesty explained how to care for a few of the animals on the farm.
Elizabeth started her newly assigned chore by feeding the chickens along with gathering their eggs which she did without the use of her magic. She milked many of the cows thanking them for actually standing still while she milked them which was hard to do at first. Since Elizabeth had never milked a cow before with hooves it was trial and error to learn the process. She figured that back in the human world it must have been harder because the cows their couldn't exactly understand you when you spoke to them.
Elizabeth finished the chore by giving the pigs a bath while she used magic to make sure they each were scrubbed clean really thoroughly for each pig. The only real challenge in the task is when she had to give the largest pig a bath. Which became more difficult to do when Winona interrupted her thinking the alicorn was an intruder. Until Applejack came outside to check on Elizabeth, whistling to let the loyal guard dog know that she needed to stop barking. She quickly finished washing the largest pig wanting to not make Apple Jack wait long.
Applejack said impressed "Not even I can get chore like this done as fast as y'all have today. Your parents must have been tougher on ya than an ant trying to push a rock in the middle of the hot day in summer. Although I'm surprised that you only used magic on bathin' our pigs since you could have used it when you were feedin' the chickens."
Elizabeth then stated "I am afraid that my parents died when I was five due to catching a rare illness that could not be treated at the time. They did try many doctors before spending a few moments they went out with me trying to explain the situation. I was a rather stubborn girl who hated how they were going to leave just as they had gotten back. They both luckily died in their sleep which meant they had not experienced any pain.
So at least I know that they were able to go peacefully which did not help to relieve the guilt I felt. Because for the oddest reason I still do not understand to this day I thought I was why they had died due to my anger directed toward them. My family attempted to distract me through many lessons over the years putting pressure on me everyday. My older brother Everest was on the point of having depression so they did not push him.
His OCD distracted him well enough he's named after a mountain due to overcoming health problems as a kid. Everest was born one day, and one year after me so he was six when it happened he had been visisting our aunt on that night so it hit him just as hard. Maybe even had a tougher impact on him than it did me, I shut everyone out so that could not have helped either. Honestly aside from him I resent my entire family can not help this anger I just noticed it one day and kept it mostly hidden."
Applejack was a little stunned at how casually Elizabeth could speak about her parents considering they were... in a better place. Although it did give her a rough understanding of how harsh it was for Elizabeth to be distracted from that loss. She was very talented on the violin given to her after the party in which she played Pinkie Pie's well known song, just without any vocal lyrics.
If those started at age five then that meant at least seven years of going through that not many would come out unscathed mentally. After Elizabeth finished giving each pigs their baths, she asked Applejack if there was anything else that she could do around the Apple family farm. To help out even morein the mean time which Applejack replied they needed someone to help fix the outer fencing. That fence marked the farm's territory lines this had to be done before it got dark.
Elizabeth agreed to this as AppleJack led her to the supply shed which they keep most of the repairing tools. Once they picked the tools they would need, both mares headed toward the fencing line beginning line that connected to the entrance of the Apple Farm. The wood the fences were built out of had a few cracks in along with some looking like they were about to fall off with a single touch even from using magic levitation.
Elizabeth coordinated with Applejack by using her magic to keep the wooden planks steady while her earth pony friend checked for any cracks. They checked the center core of the wood to see if weight was applied to them they wouldn't break into splinters. This task to about an hour thirty two minutes to get done which was apparently the shortest time ever according to Applejack.
She even had time to double check each fence while they were performing maintenance on them. Multiple other chores were completed as well, Elizabeth barely used her magic during this period of time. Although it was getting a bit late in the evening there was one place on Sweet Apple Acres that she had to visit today.
The famous yet secluded Cutiemark Crusaders tree house where the three fillies would have concluded their latest crusade by now. This was proven true once she arrived at their tree house along with wearing her official CMC cape on her back in tow. Elizabeth was quite ecstatic to hear about what they had attempted this time around, yet she did hear a lot of protest from Arctic. He was possibly explaining the difference between his two unique forms as she heard the wood creak slightly upon her careful entry.
Elizabeth interrupted when her creation was about to say something obscenely rude by using her magic to lift him up onto her back then she proceeded to say "I must point out that scuba diving while trying to help sea creatures does sound quite interesting. There is something to remember that Arctic here is a living stuffed seal so he technically does not count as a sea animal. Though you did come up with a creative crusade seeing as there are not no sea animals in a large lake nearby. However, it may be best for all of us to try ideas that are easily available to us rather than an almost correct situation to the crusade. Besides it id important to get the easier things out of the way so we keep track of which crusades are of a rare opportunity. That we will be able to accomplish once the time arrives for it."
All three were excited now that there newest member had arrived. Scootaloo explained the hoof drawn charts on the walls with each activity they had tried before Elizabeth had joined them. Sweetie Belle came up with new crusades centered around the grown mare in the group which were quite diverse in many aspects.
Apple Bloom asked "Hey there Eli, do ya think you could come to our classroom tomorrow to help us deal with two bullies. They think having a blank flanks makes us look like losers, so maybe if they our newest member you. They would think twice about messin' with us again what do ya say? You could volunteer to help our teacher Cheerilee with teaching, or helping to fix up the school yard. Somethin' like those things I know it would certainly help her with the more rowdy kids in our class. Seein as how you did so many chores today you would have no problem helping out for a few hours."

Elizabeth was on her way to Ponyville schoolhouse along with the three fillies Apple Bloom, SweetieBelle, and Scootaloo. All three looked forward to having their friend helping in their classroom especially since Cheerilee agreed to allow Elizabeth to help around. The Ponyville Schoolhouse needed some major maintenance along with janitorial tasks around the playground anyway so this was definetly helpful.
She spent the first two hours of the tasks fixing up the wooden fence by the playground making sure it was fastened well in the ground. Elizabeth trotted around the empty play area picking up stray pieces of paper along with putting sandback in its appropriate area. This helped her to practice specific target levitation along with control so she benefited from volunteering.
This went on until she looked to see that Cheerilee was trying to get her to come inside the small red classroom building. Elizabeth made her way inside adjusting her campaign hat before she went into the singular class homeroom with Arctic seated in her jackets hood. She heard a few gasps from the young colts and fillies once they looked at the alicorns (hidden wings) left flank obviously due to her not bearing any type of cutiemark.
Cheerilee informed her that the students were curious about the newest resident of Ponyville along with the she had experienced a magical growth spurt. This topic is what they were discussing specifically effects of unstable magic so her situation came up due to her side effect being a very rare one indeed. So Cheerille was wondering if she could describe the change to the many curious students.
Elizabeth began speaking "Alright I suppose I should tell you how I was unfortunately able to experience this rather disorientating side effect. You see I was raised by only Earth ponies, aside from my older brother, so growing up I didn't have any experience with using my magic. This led to a build up of magic which sent me near the entrance to the Everfree Forest where during it my body developed rapidly.
As I went to the main path to make my way out of there I was overcome with immense pain all over my newly matured body which was magical shortage. Suddenly, growing up in body does not change how you think I had to grow up fast in mind when I was five so that so why I behave quite maturely right now. Also this may answer your questions as to why I bear no cutiemark on either of my flanks which you can see very clearly."
Most of the class asked a rather large range of questions mostly about a unicorn living in a family of earth ponies. Along with where she lived to have teleported so far away like that, yet she had to stop when she saw two earth ponies stomping on Arctic in the far corners of the room. They were none other than Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon the bullies that would torment the Cutiemark Crusaders daily.
They were complaining about how he looked extremely weak along with the fact that he was working for such a fake mare. They claimed that she could not cast a simple spell such as levitating an object as small as a marble. Elizabeth gave Arctic a quick nod allowing him to change into his larger form. Both became even more shocked when she explaining that creating something similar to him was a highly complex spell that most would take long to master.
Elizabeth could replicate it in which she conjured an emperor penguin plush along side an elephant seal plush who were able to talk quite exquisitely. After the school day had ended she was greeted by many of the students making remarks on how cool her polar animal plushes were. Especially considering they could move around on their own, also Elizabeth let some of the kids come up with a few name suggestions. This resulted in both being named the penguin, Tundra, and the elephant seal, Crush.
However, as Elizabeth made her way through Ponyville she was stopped by the earth pony Filthy Rich, Diamond Tiara's father along side apparently his daughter. Who had explained that Elizabeth had attacked her with large animals, unlike Arctic her other two creations appeared in their larger forms. Elizabeth explained that her three stuffed animals were absolutely harmless to any pony.
With that they only appeared larger due to them being newly created rather than the smaller forms they were currently in. Elizabeth was just giving a demonstration of the spell she used due to the class being fascinated by Arctic the white seal plush on who was asleep in her jackets hood. So she understood how they could look a bit frightening to a small filly like Diamond Tiara.
Filthy Rich actually bought the well explained spell which she demonstrated for the pony understanding how they would look scary to Diamond. He apologized for the slight misunderstandings even when his daughter began to protest.

Honestly, Elizabeth technically did not lie she just difused the situation. Since she studied history along with having much conversation practice her speak could turn a situation 180 degrees around. Chapter 6: The Lone(ly) Star
Elizabeth had always dealt with a great struggle whenever she attempted to fall asleep at night. Regardless if she was stressed about her next large performance on stage. Just going to be the one in charge of cooking that night she had always struggled with insomnia. It made falling asleep rather difficult even in a really soft bed alongside her polar plush 'warriors'.
This led to her teleporting outside of the red barn the Apple family lived in so Elizabeth not wanting to disturb her hosts. She searched through the apple orchard for a clearing where she could watch the stars which would always help her. Whenever she was not able fall asleep in her comfy room it helped to sooth her stressed nerves. However, each time she looked up at the Equestrian night she always noticed one star.
That just stood out in the countless cluster of possibly thousands of them, this particular star was right below the the moon. It was the closest star to the moon except it shined the demist along all the others even close to the moon. This was a bit perplexing seeing as how it was still ways away from the moon for some odd reason that she could not understand. This lone star looked as though it was quite sad which sounded ludicrous since stars were not alive.
Elizabeth had to remind herself this was the land of Equestria where magic was a very common topic to discuss. The night was pretty silent not even grasshoppers were chirping something she heard happened pretty often at nightfall. Elizabeth then heard a slight flap of wings in the background about two hundred feet away from her.
The location that the sound originated from was outside of the clearing hidden by apple trees. She had a sneaking suspicion of who may have been in the area at in the dead of night. The very same mare who decided where to place the stars in the night sky, Princess Luna.
She decided to confront the alicorn non violently there had to be a valid reasob for her to do this. Elizabeth exclaimed "It sure is a lovely night, to look upon at this time always so clear it does aid with my insomnia. Although you must be aware of that fact ever since my first night here due to the lack of my dream appearing in the hallway of dream doors. Your placement has always shown the amount of detail you put into deciding where each star goes it truly is a spectacle.
In many attributes it is also astonishing how you are able to do this each night, don'tyou agree my dear Princess Luna. This is the second time you have been caught in some way observing me at night I humbly suggest that you take care. In either observing from a cloud so no one hears the flapping of your wings.
Along with using teleportation in a dark portion of the sky so you blend into the background while if you are up close. Then make sure the pony you are observing is not looking in the direction you are coming from. Also I recommend asking questions instead of using your unique talents to tell when I am conscious.
And then making the effort to locate my where abouts along with making the effort to fly to that location with the consideration. That you take in observing how I react when I change the area of the sky that I am looking at every few minutes." The dark blue coated alicorn mare flew from her hiding spot in the apple trees soon after Elizabeth finished her piece.
Thee Princess of the Night looked away quite embarrassed that Elizabeth had been able to detect her presence. Due to an over site in how loud her wing beats would sound to the younger alicorn mare who was star gazing. Princess Luna noticed that Elizabeth was wearing the same jacket the Element of Generosity had made for her two days ago.
On the mare's birthday it's purpose was to contain the other alicorn's wings to give her the appearance of a unicorn. This was rather confusing seeing as how the two were alone at the moment. She decided that it would be rather rude to not apologize right there so she drummed an explanation in as well.
Princess Luna said "We are quite sorry for inadvertently interrupting your star gazing during this wonderful night. Although there was a particular area we could not help to notice that you seem quite entranced with. We cannot figure out exactly which area you seem so interested in we believ that now we both are alone it would be best to talk about 'her'. We feel as though you must be informed first on how your great great grandmother had such an impact...
On our years before transforming into the form that many ponies still come to fear even after a few years since our thankful arrival. You see your ancestor would often listen to the many doubts we had against our sister. She would always listen to the many thoughts ...I had over many years, she was a true friend.
I put her through a great pain the night of my terrible banishment period. Just before confronting my sister she tried to warn me of what could happen if I had failed to beat my older sister. In refusing to listen to her warnings which may have very well changed the course of history. She warned of how the elements of harmony may have been used as a last resort by my sister in the fight.
She was the only other pony to witness Celestia banishing us to the moon over a thousand years ago. She and I had grown to become rather good friends over the ten years that I had know her... I must tell you that aside from your multi layered blue eyes along with wings and blank flank you two look remarkably alike also you speak and act nearly identical to each other."
Elizabeth patiently listened as Princess Luna recounted the many stories about how they would stay up exchanging stories about the stress she felt. Along with how guilty Luna felt about leaving her dear friend behind. It became worse once she returned knowing there was nothing she could do now. After witnessing such a terrible event that led to her thousand year absence.
She only has Elizabeth's the firsts journal left It was interesting for Elizabeth to hear about her great great grandmother. Although she was unsure to consider this world's version odd as her ancestor because she never knew the human one. Due to Luna describing how her ancestor was somehow able to disappear with out a trance in the blink of an eye. Luna was a bit reluctant to admit that Elizabeth did
This made an idea pop that her grandmother was able to possibly move from Equestria to the human world. That would explain her grandfather's stories about the person she was named after having sudden depression for many years. Apparently, Elizabeth the first had a carefree life so why would she get depressed, then came her death.
There was a fire that originally burned down the large family house with her having fallen asleep during the catastrophe body burned to ash. They had to move into the smaller house in a more crowded part of England, it her feel sad whenever that story was told. Elizabeth asked if her ancestor ever mentioned a large city scape called England, that would confirm the idea.
She also asked if Elizabeth the first had a unique accent that seemed strange when compared to the rest of her family. Luna was quite shocked because her friend described a place with the same name on multiple occasions along with her speak being quite unique in many aspects, along with words that had to be defined. That confirmed it as far as she knew there was no version of England in this world not even one with a equine themed name.
Elizabeth explained "Alright, I am going to tell you are our secret of where we were originally from I am trusting you not to tell any pony about this. That includes even Princess Celestia, and Twilight so please listen closely. The truth is my ancestor, and I were notborn as ponies at the start we used to be a species called humans who are apes. England is our home town in the human world called Earth, but there is something else I must tell you I believe there is something else to our species.
When I was growing up I always had this odd feeling to hide escpecially in large crowds it may just be nothing, just keep that in mind as well. My great great grandmother came here by choice so she was able to go back and forth between each world whenever she felt like it. I am in a different situation due to wishing I could permanently stay in Equestria. This is because of the unbearable amount of pressure they put on me each year I was forced to bear which became to much for myself.
Elizabeth the first must have left something behind for me to come here because by luck I was somehow able to enter this world. While my other attempts were unsuccessful I believe she also wanted me to tell you that she forgives for that night all those years ago. After all I can tell that star next to the moon is actually her, you name stars after those closest to you once they past correct. Along with that I suppose that we should try to learn more about her maybe in the near future I could take a look at her journal that you have."
Luna nodded confirming both of the red alicorn's suspicion, there were some details she was not completely sure on at this time. Although they felt like the correct ones to say to the alicorn before her in the clearing. The older alicorn had a right to know all of this her ancestor had been a close friend after all plus that guilt could lead to future problems.
She could tell that Luna was going through all the information she had just heard from her fellow mare. They spent around a hour discussing a few major details about England. It surprised the Princess of the Night when Elizabeth explained the city London which was her home town. Luna was excited to hear about the ancient clock Big Ben along with discussing the pound sterling currency instead using bits like Equestria.
Elizabeth enjoyed talking about London the capital city of England, something that she missed was the large buildings they were well built. Although she tended to stand out a bit in conversations due to her pretty weak accent something pretty unique in the heart of the country. Unlike most from London she did not have a strong accent when talking the reason being that her father was from the United States.
Her mom was from England which was very rare to find a relationship similar to her parents along with her dad staying for his true love. Princess Luna promised not to tell a soul any thing of what they discussed that night Elizabeth actually made a Pinkie Pie promise. Judging from Luna's reaction she had never been informed about this sacred pack from if you were to break it even just by accident you would destroy your friendship with who ever you made the promise with FOREVER! She could feel that Pinkie Pie might have woken up at that very momment from one of her promises being explained without her.
However, just before Luna was about to take flight back to Equestria's capital city Elizabeth noticed the lonely star that was closest to the Moon. It was actually shining very brightly which confused both alicorns because before they began to discuss a certain topic that special star seemed to be dim. That star was Elizabeth the First's star so maybe she had actually listened and watched the meeting between the two alicorns.
Elizabeth was helping to perform maintenance on Sweet Apple Acres this had to do with her being able to use magic to mend cracks. In the main building on the apple farm it aided her in practicing magic feats such as levitation which was one of the most basic forms of magic all unicorns knew how to do. She took lessons from Twilight Sparkle every afternoon for about two weeks once she was finished doing her chores for the Apple family.
Elizabeth refused to accept living their for free due to always having to work for most things in her family which this mindset was basically drilled into her psyche. This helped that she was doing multiple tasks that she wasn't used to carrying out this kept her occupied for the period of time. Twilight Sparkle was quite surprised when teaching Elizabeth magic seeing as she had an exceptional talent for performing different types.
Although this talent did not help with the many frustrations the red alicorn felt once she couldn't replicate her attempts in performing a spell correctly. So she still needed practice to cast a spell it was lucky that she was starting to learn control slowly as well. However, flying was a different story her wings were still not adjusted to being maneuvered to allow take off.
They were still a bit stiff so Rainbow Dash pushed Elizabeth to often exercise wing strengthening techniques that showed much improvement. Only in the alicorns wing flexibility in a short amount of time it would be a while before she could actually learn how to fly. Fluttershy described taking off slowly to get her wings balanced so they could allow her to get a few feet off the ground first.
Then Elizabeth would be more prepared to fly higher once she had gotten experience on doing these exercises. A certain draconequus decided by removing gravity to parnk her during one of the yellow pegasus's tea parties while Elizabeth was taking care of Angel Bunny. Although Fluttershy only remembered she was outside taking care of a very grumpy rabbit until she heard a certain voice shout that Angel was getting motion sickness.
Discord was not informed thata Elizabeth was an alicorn so she could not use her wings. This prompted the meeting between the two to which Discord wasn't all to pleased about once he learned Fluttershy had a new friend. Elizabeth had to quickly explain she actually enjoyed the experience aside from Angel almost crashing into her.
Discord took this quite well due to not many ponies liking when he used his chaotic magic to change things aside from those who were well acquainted to him like Fluttershy. Each day passed quickly, it was mainly do to the fact she attempted to get to know more of the residents of Ponyville who each had many different quirks. This made each new friendship absolutely wonderful she also learned many things from each pony. Although she could only handle the excitement of some ponies for a limited time before getting on the verge to get a headache.
Elizabeth did her best not to be rude however sometimes she just required to go outside to clear her head. She had never had a personal connection with such a diverse group let alone making friends with them. It had been a while since Princess Luna had paid an informal visit to the red alicorn mare.
This was understandable do to her having royal duties to attend to yet this did raise the question of how she was able to observe Elizabeth on those two nights. The time period was also filled with Elizabeth getting to know Arctic, Crush and Tundra who were extremely loyal to her. She tried experimenting creating more living plushies although this didn't give the same results as when she had made the Polar trio the other plushes she summoned weren't as ... sentient the warriors she summoned could follow orders well yet they took it to literally.
This made Elizabeth appoint the Polar Trio as basically generals of her miniature army who could also transform like the originals just not as tall. They each had their own personalities, Crush a male elephant seal preferred to rush in head first along with having a rather testy temperament when his soldiers couldn't imitate his rolling. Tundra who was a female emperor penguin had a cold personality thinking things through before taking action with being defensive whenever Elizabeth received disrespect.
Arctic was a median between the other two he did come up with strategies along with following his instincts in some cases he also informed his Lady Elizabeth when one of the soldiers was injured with stuffing leaking out.
It was an apparent ability that the non-sentient warriors cold be shrunken down then placed in a satchel Elizabeth began to carry after making thirty soldiers for each platoon of soldiers who fit quite snugly in the leather container which barely weighed a thing since the plushies were light weight when shrunken down in size. When Elizabeth received an invitation from Pinkie Pie for a random holiday day party it was apparent that she had entered the season four episode "Daring Don't" which she kept a careful eye when they headed to A.K Yearling's shack to follow after Rainbow Dash who didn't want to wait for the next Daring Do book after its second set back for publishing date.
It played out exactly according to the show Daring Do was fighting thugs making sure they didn't get their hooves on the mystical golden ring, then Rainbow Dash constantly following Daring Do to provide her help until the color theme look alike pegasus was captured by Ahuizolt. However, instead of the Mane 6 cheering Rainbow Dash up Elizabeth had to give a pep talk to here where Rainbow Dash saved Daring Do from the piranhas then confronting Ahuizolt to get the ring back to her friends defending the thugs from getting the golden ring.
Elizabeth had to keep watch over evading the thugs who tried to pull a trick to stop Rainbow Dash and Daring Do from lifting the golden rings to make the fortress collapse inward to stop Ahuizolt from getting the original ring, she used her magic to command some of her penguin plush warriors to get in their way. They had to make a mad dash to escape the fortress as it began to crumble as soon as the final ring was lifted off the central rod, it was definitely different from just watching the episode on television although Elizabeth was able to get a souvenir from the fortress five of the smaller golden rings which she shrunk down to put in her satchel, it seemed like a waste to just leave them there after all, and on top off that she two received the latest Daring Do book from A.K Yearling that featured Rainbow Dash as a character.
Elizabeth made sure to return the five rings back to normal size once she was able to get back to get back to her room at Sweet Apple Acres, she hid them under her bed in a box labeled music sheets to practice for concerts so if any pony found it they would think it was music for her violin hopefully that would keep them from prying any further. Elizabeth thought about one day having a house of her own by earning bits to pay for the land needed to build her house with not asking the Apple Family to be concerned with her financial issue soon, she thought about applying for a job soon maybe help with babysitting some of the foals in town.
Elizabeth found time the next day to talk to Twilight about building her own house soon instead of staying at the Apple Family barn for a while so she could have a place of her own to be able to make of her own design, Twilight agreed that it was common to want a place of her own although there was a limit to getting a job due to her technical age. Elizabeth suggested doing small jobs like helping to gather gems for Rarity in case she needed assistance, along with possibly pet sitting Tank the Tortoise for Rainbow Dash when she needed to do weather control with the other Pegasi she also found a few other jobs to earn bits which were rather easy.
She spent a week saving up bits at her odd jobs earning a reasonable amount of bits each day making a total of seven hundred fifty bits which she stored in a large jar Twilight had laying around in the storage closet in the back of the Golden Oak library, she was quite proud of her work this made her feel independent.

Princess Luna normally talks using the royal we. Only when she recalls that night or is started will she forget to do it. Like how Zecora forgot tp rhyme when she got swamp fever.

Chapter 7: Elizabeth's Work Schedule
Elizabeth was at first shocked after the events of the episode, Daring Don't, it had so started abruptly that she had almost missed her chance to correct the order of events. Luckily, she had the Polar Army by her side during that day the satchel she used was pretty handy for carrying them around in their shrunken state. It was convenient to even place them near her bed something did feel off, after she went to sleep that night. Elizabeth had not viewed a nightmare in quite some time it was just her in a room that showed the background of the dream realm.
It was not that this scene contained any type of frightening creature the dead silence just felt unnatural to the red alicorn who had fallen asleep with a slight headache. There was a mysterious tension in the air that kept growing stronger as time passed this was starting to unnerve the usually calm mare. Elizabeth heard a very distant set of hoof-steps that seemed to be coming from quite a ways away, she had been relieved to hear any type of noise right now. Only at this time she had absolutely no idea where the noise was specifically coming from despite looking in all directions.
After what felt like an hour the hoof-steps stopped when Elizabeth blinked there was mirror a few feet behind one of the chairs at the round white table. She decided to walk up to it peering into the reflective surface expecting her red alicorn form to be show that was not the case this time. Instead a creature near her height only a few inches taller was reflected, it was covered head to hoof in many dark grey bandages it hair even looked like them. When Elizabeth moved a step to the right it did not follower her actions there was clearly something actually inside of the mirror rather than it being a normal one.
She walked closer to the mysterious image it appeared that the creature had disappeared now showing her human form this just made her angry. Elizabeth felt like this thing was just taunting her asking 'Wouldn't your rather go back to the human world?' Her reflection did not even move normally so she decided to do something about the mirror by using magic she levitated a chair from the table.
That image had unintentionally brought out her anger directed toward her family kept in mind she has bottled this up for years maintaining constant decorum. Elizabeth had inadvertently opened her wings although she was dreaming they still hurt meaning that Elizabeth must have opened them up in the real world. She closed her wings still the pain did not subside so this would remain until she woke up from this infuriating dream looking around the glass had scattered.
This would be normal in the real world only they formed a pattern that she had to get up on the table to see every shard made some words in a language she knew well only that they said two words.
Elizabeth decided to keep that dream to herself it did not make any sense maybe it was just her mind's final way of accepting what had happened. The response was written in English so that made sense besides the idea of being transported to Equestria did not seem so surprising any more. She got ready for the day putting on a different jacket than the one she had worn last night maybe she could ask Rarity to make two that covered her flanks. Elizabeth remembered the next episode would take place in the Crystal Empire so they would come in handy for the future.
Today she had to watch Tank the Tortoise for Rainbow Dash who would be practicing moves all day while completing her chores on Sweet Apple Acres. The blue pegasus dropped by thirty minutes later as Elizabeth was eating breakfast with the Apple Family. Like last week she did these both so that it would save time each day that she did chores on the farm she started to shave a few minutes off. The fence only needed maintenance once a week so it would be four days until that so after apple bucking with Big MacIntosh for three hours she helped to move all the apples they had gathered.
The art of apple bucking was actually pretty dangerous because even a slight error in angle could fracture either leg luckily her earth pony strength had been pretty strong still control had to be practiced. Elizabeth had accidentally uprooted a withered tree when Big Mac wanted to see how much power she had in her hind legs. The stallion had a dumbstruck look for a full five minutes as the alicorn did her best to try smaller bucks on the wood to get a feel for it. About a week after her birthday she had gotten a stable control for apple bucking there were a few over powered ones occasionally only they did not break the apple tree trunk.
Tank would be set aside to make sure that he did not feel the motion of the buck he was smart enough to stay in his shell as the apples rained down from above. Elizabeth checked up on him making sure to give him water, and plenty of lettuce to eat with an occasional apple slice he seemed to always be relaxed. After all her chores were done she took Tank to the clearing so that she could do the wing exercises that Rainbow Dash was putting her through along with following Fluttershy's advice. These would help her wings to relax so that they became easier to open their stiffness was starting to become more flexible.
Elizabeth also practiced magic control she tended to have a magic surge that would go out of control if a certain limit was passed unintentionally. Something that came up was her being cutiemarkless it made some slight sense since back in the human world she had no idea what her future exactly held. So the talents that Elizabeth had learned could not be her special talent right, that left a hole in where to look at least for now. Her body had to be much older than her actual age because she had the body type of a full grown mare plus height as well.
Elizabeth headed back to the barn it was one in the afternoon meaning that Tank would be picked up by Rainbow Dash soon he seemed pretty happy. She was paid twenty bits for watching him for five hours like usual, now it was time to go over to Carousel Boutique to help Rarity. Elizabeth would organize the different colors of fabric specifically one that looked similar she apparently had the right eyes for it because of her being so observant. Elizabeth put in the order for the two jackets it would take at least four days to finish both because of Rarity just finishing up another order.
She spent the rest of the week helping her friends in town getting to know each of them it was a large adjustment to have so many new friends. Rarity even showed her how to detect gemstones so that was something new to practice along with magic lessons with Twilight Sparkle. Elizabeth was used to getting through each day of her life being worked to the absolute edge of her limits so enjoying the passing days had felt odd at first. After seven years of being put through a harsh way of living it is tough to adjust so quickly almost impossible in just two weeks.
Elizabeth would also pass the days doing odd jobs around town like fixing fences, pet sitting, and even foal sitting with Pinkie Pie when she became too overwhelmed with the Cake Twins. Most other ponies would try to hide their small comments about how she would over work herself on a daily basis. The alicorn mare ignored them of course to others she looked like she was always exhausted this was actually easier than doing repeated lessons back home. Elizabeth was so used to constantly working that she could tune out what her family called unnecessary distractions.
She tended to return to that field each night Princess Luna had stopped with the observing for a while so she just star gazed until it felt like time to turn in. Elizabeth had that odd dream again on the sixteenth night of her living in Equestria only there was no mirror this time it was her in that room with the table the other chair had been put back. There was Able Octave's violin on the table with a music composition sheet next to it with some violinist song that she did not know. She decided to give it a crack as she used her hooves to play the song, it took a moment to find the right rhythm until she felt that it sounded just right.
Without knowing it Elizabeth had closed her eyes to concentrate while playing the composition fully expecting to wake up once more she opened her multi blue eyes to see the dream was still going. Elizabeth saw a stallion who's colors were inverted from hers a light brown coat with dark red mane color along with bright blue eyes the same shade as the center of her blue spectrum. His cutiemark was hidden by formal attire so she had no clue who this was until she remembered Princess Celestia's letter to Twilight. It described Able Octave fitting this stallions appearance so this had to be her great great great ancestor.
She took a moment to think that this was no ordinary dream unless her mind had been trying to picture her ancestor as a reference. Elizabeth spoke "So you are Able Octave I can definitely see how accurate Princess Celestia's description was, or at least an image that my mind is trying to make up. Rest Cleft and you were very hard to picture despite me being able to picture the rest of my family that is pretty impressive to evade my memory." He did not respond as the dream cut to black along with her being shaken awake in the late afternoon by Apple Jack.
A letter had come addressed to the red alicorn that almost made her try to fall back asleep until Apple Jack said it had been sent by Princess Celestia. It was a royal summons to Canterlot so she quickly packed her things in the satchel that she had it was insane having to rush to Rarity's to get the two jackets. The Friendship Express would not arrive until eleven p.m at night so she had time to read over the letter which waiting made her quite anxious.
She was at the train station waiting for at least two hours taking a few chances to check over her things. It was a relief to hear the train slow down to pick up a lone passenger. Elizabeth could feel that Arctic had remained asleep rolling over he seemed to always be a deep sleeper. She boarded the train taking a far off both not many ponies were riding the train tonight of course most have normal lives.
