It’s been a few days since the disappearance of Rainbow Dash.
Twilight knows the last place she was seen was with Pinkie, but Pinkie was the last person who would want to kill Rainbow.
“Pinkie for the last time, I can’t make cupcakes with you today, I’m trying to figure out what happened to Rainbow Dash”
“C’mon Twi just call in the royal guard to take over, I’ve been really sad about Rainbow disappearing and I want to do something fun with one of my other friends!” Twilight noticed Pinkie Pie’s flat mane, but she didn’t think much of it, she just assumed Pinkie was sad that Rainbow is gone. Twilight sighed
“Fine you win”

“Ok Pinkie where do we start?” Twilight asked
“Oh no I just need you to taste test my cupcakes!”
“Oh, ok that will take less time so I can keep investigating sooner” Pinkie disappeared and then reappeared with a plate of cupcakes.
She shoved a cupcake down Twilight’s throat.
“Pinkie I can’t taste it if you shove it down my throat” Then Twilight’s vision started to get fuzzy.
She passed out.

Twilight woke up to relize she was tied to a wooden table. This was the most disturbing thing she ever saw. A room filled with blood and different ponies heads.
Among them she saw Rainbow Dash’s head.
In the middle of the room stood Pinkie, a dark pink Pinkie with a flat mane.
Pinkie really did do it, and now Pinkie was about to do it it her.
Wait a minute.
“Pinkie you know I can teleport right?”
“Ooh yeah...”
“I guess i’m going to get found out” Twilight teleported next to Pinkie.
“What is this Pinkie? Why did you kill Rainbow Dash?” She looked away.
“It’s not like i’m going to tell you” Pinkie grabbed a knife and stabbed Twilight’s horn
“Can’t escape now, can you” Twilight groaned
“You barely made a scratch”

“Rarity this is going to be so fun! We are going to make so many cupcakes then eat so many cupcakes!”
The pair stepped into Sugarcube Corner.
“Darling, Pinkie Pie why dose it sound like Twilight screaming”
Pinkie’s ears dropped.
“It’s her” Rarity’s ears dropped also
“It’s who?” Pinkie galloped into the kitchen grabbed a knife and ran back into the front door.
“Pinkie what are you doing!?” Pinkie frowned
“I have to save Twilight, and I have to use the knife to do it” Rarity replied
“Save Twilight from who or what?!”
“Rarity, if I waste time talking she might kill Twilight” Rarity shut up. She was still really confused about the situation, but she went along with it.
Pinkie ran toward the basement door. Rarity followed
“Rarity don’t come down here, you don’t want blood stains in your mane” Rarity didn’t know what that meant. Why would there be blood?
Pinkie kicked the door open and said
“I won’t let you kill another one of my friends”
Rarity and Twilight looked at each other, then at both of the Pinkies.
Twilight had a knife being pushed into her right wing. She yelled
“Which one of you is the real Pinkie?!” The Pinkie at the top of the staircase yelled
“It’s me, she is clone who escaped that one day, she killed Rainbow, and she tried killing me once. You can call her... what should we call her?” The clone rolled her eyes.
“Call me Pinkemena, but i’m not letting any of you get out of here alive to tell the public”
Pinkie ran down the stairs and punched Pinkamena.
“Rarity, Twilight, run”
Unsurprisingly they didn’t move.
“Rarity help me!” Twilight yelled. It was clear what she was doing.
There was a flicker of sparks on Twilight’s horn and Pinkamena. The fact that Pinkamena stabbed Twilight’s horn was quite apparent.
Blood seeped from every part of her horn thus baffling everypony else as to how she was able to even get the slightest bit of magic out.
With Rarity’s help Twilight was able to push Pinkemena into a wall.
Pinkie walked up to her.
“You killed Rainbow Dash, and I can’t forgive you for that nor will I ever, but I will spare you for a little while” Pinkemena broke free of the magic holding her against the wall
“Why? You could’ve killed me right then and there and be done with it, but instead you set me free, so I could kill you and all your friends”
Rarity and Twilight watched the interaction and knew they had to inform the public. Twilight ran up the staircase toward Rarity.
“You stay here, you will be more help than I can right now, I will get Applejack and Fluttershy” Rarity nodded, and Twilight took off.
“Pinkamena” Pinkie sighed
“I’m not going to kill you until everypony knows, Equestria deserves to know who killed the element of loyalty” Pinkemena smiled, an evil smile though.
“Well in that case!” Pinkemena grabbed the knife from Pinkie’s grasp and tried stabbing Pinkie’s chest. It was stopped by an unknown force. Err until a familiar unicorn yelled
“I’m not going to let you kill Pinkie”
Pinkie frowned
“Rarity, I said go, run save yourself” Rarity smiled
“Darling why would I leave you here with an evil clone who’s intention is to kill you”
Rarity dropped the knife and once again grabbed Pinkemena and held her against the wall.
“Rare, where is Twilight?”
“She went to go get everypony else”

Twilight galloped across Ponyville as fast as lightning.
Knock
Knock
Knock
Twilight waited a few seconds before shoving the door open.
Applejack took a look at her and asked
“Twilight? W-what happened to you?”
Twilight grabbed Applejack and ran toward Fluttershy’s cottage.
Applejack carefully broke free of Twilight’s grasp. Making sure to not put pressure on her various deep cuts.
“Twilight you have to tell me what’s going on” Twilight slowed to a stop.
“I’ll explain when we get Fluttershy”

The trio finally ran back to Sugarcube Corner.
“Twilight” Applejack yelled “you said you would explain after we got Fluttershy and we did now we are at Sugarcube Corner and you still didn’t explain, so please Twilight, we can’t help if we don’t know what the problem is” Twilight sighed
“I know what happened to Rainbow” Fluttershy looked at the floor
“...” Twilight sighed
“It was Pinkie” Applejack and Fluttershy took a step back. Twilight continued
“Well not really Pinkie, it’s one of her clones that for some reason are evil, and right now she is trying to kill Rarity and Pinkie in the basement” Twilight sighed
“Let’s go” They followed Twilight to the basement.

“Rarity, watch out” Pinkemena had a knife in her jaw and cut Rarity’s horn, creating a deep, bloody cut.
Rarity stepped away and put a hoof to her horn realizing that she wasn’t going to be using magic anytime soon. Pinkemena smiled
“Without your unicorn horn your useless! Just a useless pony, without all your stupid magic you can’t put up a fight against me.”
Pinkie growled
“Leave her alone! If you wanna hurt anypony hurt me!” She charged at her look-alike and knocked the blade out of her hoof.
“Sorry Pinkemena but your not the only one who knows how to fight” Pinkie stabbed Pinkemena’s right fore-hoof.
The door busted open. Pinkie turned around. To see all her friends. Well except one. One that she would never ever see again. Ever. A few tears rolled down her face at the thought. She shook them off and knew right now she had to save the rest of her friends.
Pinkemena took this distraction to grab the knife and stab all of Pinkie’s hoovescausing Pinkie to fall to the ground.
Pinkemena smiled
“Any last words?
Pinkie stayed quiet. She had let her friends down.
That one faithful day. If she had gotten down into the basement just a few minutes later she could have saved her friend who was now gone forever.
Pinkie closed her eyes, silently apologizing to Rainbow Dash.
She waited, and waited expecting undescribeble pain, yet she lay there.
Felling nothing but the hot air of the obscure basement.
Pinkie opened her eyes to see that knife stabbed into Pinkemena’s chest. Pinkie frowned
“W-What just happened?” Twilight sighed
“We don’t know, the knife just turned around in her hoof and stabbed her chest”
Twilight pointed toward Pinkie
“But not before she attacked you” Pinkie looked down at her chest and fore hooves, all covered in blood, Pinkie sighed
“I’m going to pass out from the blood loss aren’t I?” Twilight looked up at her horn
“Maybe I will too”
The five of them giggled.
Pinkie fell unconscious. Everypony else ran up to her. Twilight and Rarity tried lifting her up with magic but their horns where too damaged right now to use magic.
Pinkie woke up.
Fluttershy was the first to notice
“Pinkie we have to get you to the ponyville hospital” Pinkie sighed
“I’m not Pinkie”
The four of them frowned.
“Darling I think I misunderstood you, did you just say your not Pinkie?” Not Pinkie sighed
“I was the one who made that knife stab Pinkemena instead of Pinkie”
The four of them looked at her with confusion.
“I’m Rainbow Dash ok!” She shouted.
“I died here a few days ago, and I guess i’m a ghost now, and since Pinkie was unconscious I was able to take control of her body”
Nopony said anything.
They were talking to a dead pony. A feat that had never happened in pony history. The mane six were famous for many things and this would soon be one of them, but this, this is a whole new level.
Unlike the other things they are famous for, this one is more than the magic of friendship.
Something different.
Something that puts all others to shame.
It is the magic of love.
Not a romantic way, but as friends they love each other.
(Don’t talk about MLP being gay in the comments)
Rainbow sighed
“It’s never happened to anypony before, I don’t know why it happened to me, it could be because i’m connected to the element of loyalty or what, but I had to talk to you guys”
Somehow, somepony was able to form words.
“Rainbow Dash, H-h-how”
Twilight struggled
The pink but usually light blue pony frowned.
“I don’t know, but I better go, if I stay in Pinkie’s body to long there could be side effects, just don’t tell her any of this and make sure she gets back safe”
The other four nodded. Rainbow sighed
“Goodbye everypony, maybe I’ll see you soon”
Rainbow made a grunting noise and Pinkie fell back unconscious.
All of the ponies knew Rainbow would be following them to make sure everypony is ok, she was the element of loyalty after all. She would be loyal no matter what, even if the barrier is the difference between life and death.
Rainbow will always be there for her friends, and no matter what happens she will always be loyal.
Even after death Rainbow won’t abondon her friends.
Something big is coming though.
Forget big.
Huge.
Forget huge.
Ok, you get the point, but something is coming.
Something gigantic.

So Rainbow is a ghost?
“Ah hope everypony is ok” Applejack sighed.
“M-me two” The pair looked at each other.
“Especially Pinkie” Fluttershy has a hard time trotting with the throughts swirling through her mind, while silence reigned between the two mares, luckily for Fluttershy she didn’t have to break it.
“Ah wonder why Rainbow didn’t want us to tell Pinkie”
Fluttershy didn’t respond. She just took a few breaths in and started to tune her friend out. This wasn’t her normal behavior but it was impossible for her not to.
Thoughts were taking over and she couldn’t control.
Rainbow is a ghost. Rainbow is a ghost. The thought repeated endlessly.
One of Pinkie’s clones is still alive. One of Pinkie’s clones is still alive. Another thought that continued endlessly in her mind.
“Ah just hope this whole thing will get sorted out, right Fluttershy?” Applejack waited no less than 3 seconds then turned to her left.
“Fluttershy?”
Applejack saw the familiar yellow and pink Pegasus spaced out.
Applejack stepped in front of Fluttershy.
Applejack and Fluttershy crashed into each other, Fluttershy snapping back into reality.
“Oh, i’m sorry Applejack, that was very rude of me” Applejack smiled
“No worries, it ain’t a problem”
“How about y’all go home and talk to your animals, maybe they’ll help calm you down”
Fluttershy swiftly nodded and sighed
“Again, i’m Sorry for spacing out. I’ll see you tommorow, goodbye”
The two mares parted ways.

Rainbow was sitting in the hospital room with Pinkie Pie. She thought about everything that happened, and regretted telling everypony that she isn’t dead.
Rainbow somewhat wishes she was dead. Why the buck dose she have to be a ghost?
She watched Pinkie, laying in the hospital bed.
Pinkie was still unconscious. Rainbow couldn’t help but feel it was partly her fault.
She could have interfered sooner before anypony got hurt, or she could have just not used Pinkie’s body to tell everypony. Pinkie was weak already. Rainbow forcing her body to stand up and say a few words was beyond dangerous.
Rainbow was only trying to help, but all she did was cause more harm. Rainbow stood up.
She walked to another hospital room, to see Twilight.
Rainbow suddenly had an idea.
Rainbow entered Twilight’s hospital room after a bit of searching. She looked around and realized that Twilight was talking to a nurse.
Rainbow saw her chance and took it.
She took full control over the nurses body.
Twilight watched him go all stiff, fall onto the ground and get back up.
“Doctor are you alright!?” Twilight gasped. Rainbow ignored this question.
“Twilight, i’m Sorry” Twilight’s face went from surprised to utterly confused.
“Pardon?” Rainbow sighed
“It’s me Twilight, Rainbow Dash” Twilight stopped her breathing and sighed
“What are you doing here Rainbow Dash?” Rainbow Dash turned away
“This is all my fault, I saw Pinkemena bring you into that basement, I saw her get ready to kill you, and I saw you teleport out. I could’ve helped but I didn’t”
Tears rolled down “Rainbow Dash’s” face.
“I’m sorry Twilight. I could have helped sooner, but I didn’t and i’m sorry for that. I just hope you’ll forgive me”
Twilight grinned
“I forgive you Rainbow, but don’t take control of random ponies bodies, I don’t know how that would possible be comfortable for them” Rainbow sighed
“I guess you’re right, goodbye Twilight, I hope I can see you soon” Twilight nodded.
Rainbow exited the body of the staliion and ran away to Rarity’s hospital room.

“Hm hm hm hm hm hm hm hmmmm” Fluttershy started humming any song that came to her mind. In between the songs her and her animals would talk a bit. Not anything abnormal. For a pony who can speak animal at least.
All was going fine until. Until. Angel bunny shut up in the middle of a sentence. Fluttershy picked him up.
“Oh, Angel are you ok?” She pulled him away to do some medical tests to make sure he is ok. Then he started talking again
“Fluttershy, sorry if I scared you” Fluttershy’s eyes widened and she squeezed Angel’s body a little too hard.
“Oooh Angel i’m So glad your ok, but-but what happened”
“FLUTTERSHY!!! It’s me Rainbow Dash! I’m sorry I scared you” Fluttershy put her bunny’s body down on the floor.
“Are you ok Rainbow?” Rainbow shook her little bunny head
“I-it’s a long story, but I wish I would just die already and not be a ghost, look i’m sorry for bothering you but i’m just saying hi to everypony” seconds before Fluttershy could reply her light blue friend exited the body of her beloved bunny.

Pinkie groaned. Finally gaining consciousness after a long sleep from her bloody battle with Pinkemena.
Pinkie immediately relized where she was and smiled to herself.
She was alive! Honestly, she couldn’t belive it.
Pinkie soon found that her bad thoughts started to take over. What if Pinkemena finds her? This is going to be so boring until somepony else comes!
All of Pinkie’s thoughts where washed away at the sound of a pony walking into her room.
She exepected it to be a doctor or a nurse or one of her friends but no. She knew her life was over the second she saw the blood stained, dark pink, fur.
A knife was in her jaw.
The voice of this monster was dark, and threatening.
“Hello Pinkie, we meet again, we never finished our little game, I came here to end it”
This was the end of Pinkie and she knew it.
Pinkemena came charging at Pinkie.
Pinkie watched as Pinkemena suddenly froze up and fell on the ground.
What the??! Pinkie thought. The clone lay on the floor motionless.
Pinkie watched as...

Rainbow Dash had talked to all of her friends except Pinkie, she wasn’t planning on it, and she wasn’t going to do it.
Rainbow had been sitting in Pinkie’s hospital room waiting for her to wake up. The chances of that happening seemed pretty slim.
Then... then Rainbow’s prayers had been answered.
Rainbow saw Pinkie’s eyes open.
She was alive. Rainbow smiled to herself until she heard hoof steps out the door.
At first Rainbow thought nothing of this, just a doctor or nurse or somepony else coming to check on Pinkie, but no.
The worst thing that possibly could happen, just happened.
Rainbow noticed the dark pink mare the second she appeared into her vision.
Rainbow knew Pinkie would definitely be more scared than Rainbow Dash at the moment.
“Hello Pinkie, we meet again, we never finished our little game, I came here to end it”
Pinkemena said through the knife in her teeth.
Pinkemena started to charge.
Rainbow didn’t want to show Pinkie that she didn’t exatly die, but that was easily better than letting Pinkie die.
Rainbow swiftly took control of Pinkemena’s body.
Rainbow felt her take control of a body once again. It is a strange feeling. Rainbow can’t imagine how strange it feels to the pony she is taking control of.
Rainbow got up and turned to Pinkie, tears streaming down her face. Pinkie said in between sobs.
“P-please don’t hurt me I haven’t done anything to you Pinkemena!”
Rainbow sighed
“Pinkie, i’m Not Pinkiemena” Pinkie frowned
“Of corse your Pinkemena you look exatly like me with only a few minor changes and you tried to kill me, that sounds like a Pinkemena to me”
Rainbow facehoofed.
“Pinkie, it’s me Rainbow i’m a ghost, I guess you could say, and I took control of Pinkemena’s body to save you”
Pinkie sighed
“Pinkemena you aren’t going to fool me, I’m not dumb”
Rainbow sighed
“How can I prove to you i’m Rainbow Dash?”
“Tell me something only Rainbow Dash would know.. like when we were trying to get the elements of harmony, how did nightmare moon try to stop you?”
Rainbow Dash smirked
“The Shadowbolts” Rainbow’s smirk faded
“Wait how did you know about that you were on the other side of the bridge”
Pinkie frowned
Rainbow smirked again
“Guess I can’t underestimate the power of Pinkie” Pinkie smiled
“I guess so”
More hoofsteps came from outside the room.
Rainbow and Pinkie both turned toward the door to reveal Applejack and Fluttershy. The second they saw “Pinkemena” Fluttershy hid behind Applejack and Applejack got ready to fight
“You hurt Pinkie once, we won’t let you hurt her again”
Fluttershy whispered
“D-don’t hurt me p-please”
This took Rainbow by surprise, giving Applejack enough time to run up to Rainbow and punch her, making her hit the hospital wall and fall on the floor.
“No Applejack please, it’s me Rainbow Dash”
Applejack frowned even harder
“Ah know a lie when ah see one”
Applejack grabbed the knife that Pinkemena brought in and stuck it into Pinkemena’s body.
Rainbow screamed in pain and exited Pinkemena’s body, not wanting to feel any more of it.
She saw Fluttershy cowering in the corner. Rainbow looked toward Pinkie and relized that she was gone.
Where did she go? Rainbow Dash wondered.
A nurse walked in.
“What is all the racket—“ The nurse noticed Applejack attacking a pony that looked like Pinkie Pie and Pinkie gone from her bed.
Applejack noticed the nurse, and looked over at the bed to Pinkie, noticing she was gone.
The nurse’s first throught was that Applejack was trying to kill Pinkie.
He noticed Fluttershy cowering in the corner of the room.
He quickly sent a letter to Princess Celestia that Applejack tried to kill Pinkie Pie.
More than just royal guards came, the princess herself came.
Applejack noticed the crowd of officials gathering behind her and jumped out the window . Not wanting to be put in jail everypony presumed.
Although it is confusing, why did Applejack run. She could explain it, then ask Fluttershy to back her up.
Fluttershy ran past all of them and informed Twilight.
“Twilight!”
Twilight was reading a book in her hospital bed.
She noticed Fluttershy, and fear was written all over her.
“Fluttershy, what’s wrong?”
Fluttershy spoke
“Pinkemena was in Pinkie’s room when Applejack and I went to go check on her, Applejack attacked Pinkemena but while that was happening Pinkie disappeared, and somepony sent a letter to Celestia, when everypony came they saw Applejack attacking Pinkemena, but they all thought that was Pinkie, so everypony thinks Applejack is Pinkie’s attacker, once Applejack noticed everypony she jumped out a window and I was to scared to help”
Fluttershy gasped a breath of air. Twilight frowned
“Wow that is.... is...” Fluttershy finished her friend’s sentence
“Terrifying?” Just as Twilight was about to respond, the door flew open and there stood a tall figure with a flowing mane.
The pair immediately knew who this was.
Celestia smiled
“Fluttershy, you have told Twilight about our situation?”
Fluttershy smiled weakly
“Yes”
Celestia sighed
“And no need to worry, we know that wasn’t Pinkie, but we still need to figure out why Applejack was punching a Pinkie look alike, and why there is one anyway”
Twilight sighed
“Alright”
“It started when the Pinkie clone convinced me to come bake cupcakes with her—“

“—then Rainbow somehow possessed Pinkie’s body or something, and told us that Pinkemena had killed her and now she was a ghost”
Fluttershy had been covering her ears, not wanting to relive the moment.
Celestia nodded
“I suppose only Pinkie or the clone knows how it came about” Twilight and Fluttershy nodded in agreement.
Celestia sighed
“This was helpful, but we still need to figure out where Applejack and Pinkie Pie went”
Fluttershy gasped
“Thank goodness Applejack didn’t die from the fall!”
Twilight glared at Fluttershy
“That was a little... morbid”
Celestia sighed
“Her body wasn’t there, so we assume she is very much alive”
Celestia frowned
“Twilight I know your in no shape to help, but Fluttershy will”
Twilight sighed
“I really wish I could help” Fluttershy waved a hoof goodbye as she walked out of the room.
Suddenly she remembered something and ran off.
Celestia pulled her by magic.
“Fluttershy? What are you doing?”
Fluttershy was covering her face with her wings
“I-I need t-tell Rarity”
“Well I guess you can go, just come back to Pinkie’s room when your done” Celestia had said.
Fluttershy nodded to her Princess.

“Good, we need all the help we can get”
Fluttershy started messing with her mane.
“How can I help anyway?”
Celestia sighed
“I wouldn’t want to tell you, in case you back out” Fluttershy covered herself with her wings
“O-ok”
Fluttershy peeked through her wings. She watched as Celestia’s horn glowed very bright, comparable to the sun.
Then Fluttershy could only see blackness, but she was sure that she was very much conscious.
She moved her wings away from her face and looked around her. She was scared already, but seeing nothing but blackness was terrifying.
Fluttershy again covered herself with her wings.
She stayed in this pose until something confusing happened.
She heard Applejack yelling
“Ah know a lie when ah see one!”
Fluttershy lifted her wings to realize she was reliving a memory. Not just like when you remember something so vividly it feels like your there, she was physically there and reliving it.
Fluttershy figured out what Celestia was trying to do.
Fluttershy ran over to Pinkie who was still there, on the bed.
Applejack grabbed the knife, and Fluttershy watched as Pinkie was swiftly engulfed in magic, then she disappeared.
Fluttershy wondered where Pinkie was taken.
Fluttershy ran over to the window, and waited for that crowd to gather again.
Applejack noticed and jumped out.
Fluttershy watched this time.
She jumped herself but quickly steadied herself using her wings.
Applejack fell to the ground then quickly got on her hooves and ran.
How did she survive that fall?! It was a two story drop! Fluttershy wondered.
Suddenly Fluttershy was back in reality.
Celestia sighed
“Thank you, this information will be useful, you can leave now”
Fluttershy sighed.
She didn’t respond, she just walked out.
Down the stairs.
Through Ponyville.
To her cottage.
It was as simple as that, yet Fluttershy saw a pink blue enter Twilight’s room.
Fluttershy wanted to rush in there and see what it was, but she felt that she had been bothering Twilight. Visiting her twice within half and hour and all.
Finally Fluttershy got to her cottage.
She didn’t feel like doing much.
She fed the animals and went to bed.

Twilight was too busy thinking about the whole situation, to continued reading her book.
Twilight heard a “whoosh!” Sound and looked up.
The door opened and Twilight hoped it wasn’t just a doctor or nurse, she wanted somepony to talk to.
The pony stepped inside and it was... Twilgiht blinked her eyes reassuring herself she wasn’t seeing anything.
Again she saw the same pony, Pinkie Pie, what had happened to her, and why was she in Twilight’s room now?
