Twilight Sparkle had come to the conclusion, a Conversion Bureau is the easiest solution to a string of issues in the community.  With this in mind, she is commissioning a Conversion Bureau, to tend to the unfortunate.

    Starlight Glimmer had the experience and the capabilities required, to handle the operation, thus accepts the position as head of the Bureau.

    In order to streamline the operation, to actual convert the individual is performed in a spa environment. Aloe and Lotus are chosen to perform at this facility, based on their reputation and skills.
