Sunset Shimmer had always been driven. Whether it be in the pursuit of knowledge, power, or justice. However, she almost always did it alone. Even during the Battle of the bands, she barely knew how to work in a team. And just as she was learning, she was abandoned. Anon-a-Miss has wrenched her friends from her, and the closest thing Sunset had to a support group is gone.

But that doesn't matter, crime still runs rampant, rent still needs to be paid, and magic still needs to be studied. So she'll do what she always done. She'll stand up, wipe her tears, and get to work. And Goddess help anyone stupid enough to get in her way.
