Force Captain Adora kneeled before Princess Glimmer of the rebellion, a sparkly cape over her plain white shirt and a flower in her hair, “I have come to pledge my staff to the rebellions cause princess, if you want it,”
Besides her Catra, in a simple loose suit, gently elbowed her with a mutter of “People pleaser,” and a small smirk, before turning to the princess “Yeah, what she said, offer my claws, blah blah blah,”
“The rebellion always appreciates new fighters, where do you hail from?” the Commander nodded slightly towards their outfits, “forgive me for saying, but you don’t look like you’re from Dryl,”
Catra wondered if she preferred to be called Princess Glimmer or Commander Glimmer,
“We’re from Garnet, we fled when Princess Scorpia allowed the Horde into our kingdom and sought out a kingdom more willing to rebel. Brightmoon seemed the obvious choice but we heard of your arrival and decided to attempt to meet you in person.”
Commander sounded better, but Princess was the high rank…
“Well, it’s a pleasure to meet you, I’m Bow!” the boy besides Glimmer offered a hand with a slight nudge to the Prinmander, which Adora politely shook.
It occurred to Catra she probably should have been paying attention…
…Nah.
“Well, I guess you should stay with us until we return to Brightmoon. We’re here because Princess Entrapta sent out a message requesting our help with an uncontrolled experiment,” Shimmer was talking again, Adora nodding periodically, the princess turned and, with an unnecessarily dramatic cape swish, walked of.
Assuming she should follow, Catra walked after her, following Adora who she elbowed lightly, “So, what did I miss?”
Adora shot her an exasperated look, “Seriously Catra?”
“What? I’ve not blown anything up in, like, an hour!”
“Ugh, Princess Glimmer is letting us tag along with her mission then return with her to Brightmoon. Currently we’re heading to meet Princess Entrapta of Dryl to help her with an inventi-“
“More like help me control an invention actually.” Another voice cut Adora of, “and it’s not really an invention, more of an experiment- I have found a genuine artefact from what appears to be the First Ones predecessor! This could change everything we know about the First Ones! … when it gives me my lab back...” The Purple-haired girl Catra could only assume to be Entrapta had a manic glint in her eyes as she babbled on about the relic.
“Um… What exactly are these artefacts?” Shimmer- or was it Shiner? - was the first to regain something resembling composure,
“Y-you’re actually curious? Wow! This day is going great! The artefacts were discovered in one of my mines in the remains of what appeared the be a crystalline tree-slash-castle’s library- which suggests so many interesting things about Plumaria- one of the books I managed to decipher refer to them as the ‘Elements of Harmony’ and they represent the abstract concepts of loyalty, kindness, generosity, honesty, laughter aaaand a sixth I haven’t deciphered! Isn’t it all so fascinating!”
Catra blinked. She blinked again. She blinked a third time and decided that, no, she was not brain-damaged, this princess just said way too much, way too fast. “Uh… did anyone get that? And can you translate?”
Adora facepalmed, “Six magical really old things have taken Princess Entrapta’s castle.”
“Thanks Adora!”
Bow tilted his head slightly and raised a hand to his chin, “So uh… is ‘Harmony’ a misnomer or is something wrong with them?”
“The readings I managed to get before my castle ejected me indicate something was sealed inside them and escaped, the books referred to it as ‘Ahuizotl’”
“So, the most logical course of action would be to infiltrate your castle and reseal him inside the artifacts, correct?” maybe Commander Twinkle wasn't useless,
“Yes! Wait. Two problems!” Entrapta grinned, “My castle is a full of traps and this ‘Ahuizotl’ has locked me out. Also, I’m missing one Element. And it’s the one I couldn’t find anything on. Correction, that was three problems.”
“Regardless it’s a start, we should get the ones we can then regroup with some books to find out more about the sixth.” Adora started walking towards the castle then stopped, scratching the back of her head, “Er… assuming you don’t have a better plan, Princesses.”
“Nope! Planning is boring!” Entrapta’s response explained far too much,
“I… I suppose your idea has merit…” Sparkles conceded with another small nudge from Bow.
“Ok, Princess Entrapta should lead the way, unless… do you think he could have already re-wired those traps you mentioned?” Adora asked Entrapta,
“Doubtful, he seemed reliant on his magic which shouldn’t have fully infected my servers yet… Oh!” she started rummaging around her belt pouch “Here are all the paper blueprints, they should be useful for hitting structural weak points in my robots! Although, if you could leave them relatively intact it would be helpful,”
“Wait, you’re just giving us your blueprints? To the greatest tech in the world? To help us break it?” Bow looked reverently at the not-blue paper,
“Huh? Well, yeah, my tech is pretty durable, you need them, why wouldn’t I?”
“You’re… really not concerned in the slightest?... do you want to talk tech later? Most inventors I’ve had a chance to meet have been waay clingier over way less awesome stuff.”
“YES OF COURSE! I want to ask about your arrows, how do you account for the varying lengths that I assume are a simple counterweighting system in correlation to your draw length which I guess has much less need for consistency with the human component but sti-“
“You can talk later, we should plan our entry now, is one of those plans for your castle?”
“No, those are all digital- oh, I should log this!” she pulled out a black recording device, “Harmony research data log 21, Princess Glimmer along with a nice archer, a cat girl and a confused-looking blonde have arrived to help me regain entry to my labs. Current plan is to regain artefacts and reactivate their sealing magic on subject Ahuizotl,”
As Entrapta giggled slightly, Catra stage-whispered to Adora, “Hey, they’re all insane. I love it here.”

The 'Au' tag mostly applies to She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, as Equestria is long dead here. other MLP things than the elements and Ahuizotl whose name is the worst, why do I do this to myself, will appear.
