//-------------------------------------------------------// A Super 'Hero', and a Human Knight. -by mojowuq9- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Hero my ass. //-------------------------------------------------------// Hero my ass. "Good afternoon Goddess-Empress Luna! Yet another wonderful night, I hope?" Luna smiled. She was a dark blue alicorn, a pony with both wings and a horn. Her Cutie Mark, an image on her flank (Ass) depicting what her special talent is the Night. Who was talking to her? A Knight of the Lunar Imperium. No, this isn't just: 'OMG, Luna, is like, the shit!', there's a reason for this. He was from a....different Earth, one with superheroes and supervillains, but you'll get more exposition about that later. He was in Knight armor, but lost it when he was transported to Equestria, well, the one his reality is linked to. When he did have it, it looked like (In prime condition.): It was a dark blue, the same shade of Luna's majestic coat, and was exceedingly thick, at least 5 inches. The helmet was circular, a Magiglass visor (Magiglass is glass fused with magic to make it much, much stronger.) 2 inches tall, 5 inches thick like his helmet, and wrapping around the front of his helmet at eye level, allowing to see through it at his full degree of vision, or 170 degrees. His pauldrons, which were decorated with Luna's cutie mark, guarded, naturally, his shoulder area, but they were scarcely thicker then his armor, 5.2 inches. His chestplate was, again, 5 inches thick, with an upturned crescent moon emblazoned on it, the ends pointing to the sky. This was the symbol of the Knights whom have proven themselves to the Lunar Imperium, and are chosen as Knights, working directly under the Goddess-Empress should she return, but acting as leaders of the other, but no less important, Knights. Anyways, his back had two large tanks containing dark blue, sparkling fluid. His greaves were spiked outwardly at the knees, providing a simple, yet effective, melee attack. The 6-inch thick soles of his boots, and his 5-inch thick boots had a small blade concealed within them, to provide a rather unneeded boost to kicks. However, he didn't have this armor. He was wearing a dark blue jumpsuit which had his name and service number on the chest area, which was Abagail-23-87-A. He had dark blue, inch-long hair which was slicked back all Greaser-esque. The left side of his face was branded with Luna's mark, the actual crescent moon was not branded, instead, the black area of her mark was, the crescent seeming to curl around his left eye, which was a dull brown, as was his right. His face was set in a slight smile, which made Luna's heart flutter. Why? Well, to her, his devotion to her seemed fanatical, but he showed her a ton of respect, but still showing informality. She requested for him to do so. He seemed delighted to do any task Luna requested for him to do, and respected her privacy. His dreams weren't lusty, well, when he had dreams....he was plagued with nightmares of a horrible war. He had cleared his mind when he noticed she was there, 'To keep you happy.' , as he said. She had rewarded his servitude with whatever type of dream he wanted, no question asked, no matter what. He simply told her that serving under his Goddess-Empress' command was enough. So, she gave him dreams of calm days where he would work. He enjoyed them. She had a crush on him. Another species. She, however, found herself surprisingly shy to admit it. She was going to pull her chair out, but he quickly jogged over to it, and slid it out, gesturing for her to sit. She sat down in it, and he slid it back in. "Thank you, Abagail." He sat down in a chair near hers, and began to eat. Suddenly, the throne room doors opened, another human dressed in a tuxedo walked in, two marbles spinning around on an invisible axis, the human's hand raised under the two. Luna's muzzle scrunched up in annoyance. Celestia seemed to be fawning over him. "Hi, Lulu." The human stated whilst petting Celestia, the big white mare cooing and nuzzling him. "And hello, Ape." Abagail slid his left hand under the table, twisting something, then pulling it downwards. He brought his hand out and up a bit, then pushed it forward again. Once his arm was fully under, he gave a sharp yank downwards, his arm seeming to break something off of the table. The other human walked up to him, getting uncomfortably close to his face. "Please back off. I will not give you another warning." The other human laughed, only getting closer. Abagail put his left hand on his chest, an inch-thick metal sheath around his arm. Small metal sticks were attached to his fingers, and an magical/electrical field was surrounding his entire hand. A few small tanks were embedded into the surface, filled with a dark blue fluid, or Magigel. "Back. Off." "Oh shi-" The human was cut off by the field surging, causing him to be blasted back, slamming into the wall with enough force to crack it. "Ooowwwww...." He groaned. Abagail stood up, ripping a bandoleer of hypodermic needles containing sparkling, dark blue fluid labeled with things like: Invulnerability, Invisibility, and Super Regeneration, to name a few. "I'm sorry for the damage, Goddess-Empress Luna, but I had to teach him a lesson.....I had to teach the Anomaly a lesson." The Anomaly got up, leaning against the crack in the wall caused by his impact for support. He looked at Abagail, a smirk on his face. "You little shit. Now you're going to die." Suddenly, all the cutlery on the table lifted, floating beside him, the ends usually used to stab pointed at Abagail. Abagail, in response, plucked one of the needles out of the bandoleer he was wearing across his chest, the strap on his left shoulder and his right side. He flicked the protective cap off the end with his right thumb, the needle also being held in his right hand. He flicked the point of the needle a few times, then he shoved it into his wrist, pressing the plunger down. The dark blue liquid was injected into him, his veins pulsing dark blue multiple times before remaining as so. Suddenly, all the cutlery flew at him, but he was faster, positioning his hand in the universal 'Stop' position. An Electromagical field erupted from the gauntlet, or Shocntlet. The cutlery rebounded off of the field, the force breaking them, showering the Anomaly in hot metal shards. Looking at the discarded needle, which was on the ground, the Anomaly saw that it was labeled 'Superhuman Reflexes'. No sooner then he looked back at Abagail, did a plate shatter against his face, cutting it in multiple places. Abagail charged, back was anchored in place by the Anomaly's power, Telekinesis. He couldn't lift him, as the magic circulating within him was repelling the power field, leaving the Anomaly only able to keep him from moving. He dropkicked Abagail in the chest, using his power to propel his legs much faster. Abagail's ribs shattered, and he flew into the wall. He was able to inject more of that fluid, but from a different needle, into him, before the Anomaly roundhouse kicked him in the face, sending him into a heap. He chuckled, then walked angrily over to Luna, who was shivering in fear. "Hehehe...that wasn't hard. Now....you, you slut. I'm going to kill you, then take over this country!" Luna looked hopefully at her sister, who seemed to have heard none of it. Her expression turned to one of horror. Seeming to sense this, the Anomaly's smile grew only larger. "Oh, her? She's under my mind control. She'll agree with me no. Matter. What." "Wh-why are y-you do-oing t-t-this?" Luna stammered, her flank hitting the wall as she backed up further. A spear floated beside him, having come a display upon one of the walls. The sharp point was directed to her face. "Because I feel like it." Luna gasped in disgust, but just before the Anomaly thrust the spear forwards, a plate shattered. The Anomaly jumped in surprise, whipping around to see Abagail, with nary an injury visible, holding a gun that was barely shorter then 4 feet. He had a grin on his face, and before the Anomaly could react- "Boo." Abagail said simply, pulling the trigger. He slammed into the wall, he arms dislocating, the bones within shattering from the force of firing a 3.00 Cal bullet. The Anomaly's torso exploded into gore, his arms, legs, and head blasting off into the air of turning into meat pancakes on the floor, painting blood across the floor. After a few moments, Abagails arms began to fix themselves, becoming healed within 5 minutes. He tossed the rifle aside, the weapon clattering to the floor. "Are you okay, Goddess-Empress Luna?" Luna dived into his embrace, crying into his blood-soaked chest. He hugged her, stroking her back to calm her down. They stayed like this for what seemed like an eternity. "Now you know, Luna......" He began, and Luna looked into his eyes, hers red from tears. "Now you know.....why humanity hates the Anomalies....." another minute passed, the silence broken only by Celestia's tired groans and Luna's sobbing. He spoke up again. "And that's why the Lunar Imperium needs you back....We need our Goddess-Empress." Luna was confused bu this. She had never been to his world. "What? I do not recall ever being the leader of your nation." He smiled slightly. Chuckling a few times, he began to pet Luna. "Well, you've missed about 1000 years of bloodshed and war. I will tell you, but only if you want to know." Luna nodded, lightly purring under his touch. "Well, I'm not sure if this is accurate, but it all started...." Author's Note I hope you like this! Also, I'm, unfortunately or fortunately, I'll be cancelling all my stories. I simply can't write, but I can help with the dynamics of worldbuilding. Feel free to ask for help, and as always: Play Dwarf Fortress.
