This story takes place when Twilight is a alicorn, the CMC didn't have their cutiemarks, the Golden Oak Library wasn't destroyed, and dragons were still mean to ponies. Thanks for Reading
Pedicure with Rarity
It was about two o'clock when Spike notice his claws were not clean and sharp like they were supposed to be. He went to the spa only to find it closed.
"Why does it have to be closed when I most need it?" Spike groaned.
"Maybe Twilight knows how to clean dragon claws," Spike thought to himself walking towards the Golden Oak Library.
He silently opened the library door to see a lavender alicorn reading like always.
"Hey.. uh.. Twilight? Do you know how to clean dragon claws?" Spike asked.
"Unfortunately, no. I don't know how to clean dragon claws. But I think Rarity know how. Maybe you should go to her boutique," Twilight suggested.
"A-Are you sure? What if she doesn't know how to and she thinks I'm treating her like a maid and then she gets mad at me and says I could never look at her or be by her so I run away in shame and I have to live with the Timberwolves but everypo-" Spike was rambling on about how things would go bad until Twilight put her hoof to his mouth to stop the nonsense.
"Spike, that will never happen. She is your friend. She isn't going to think that you are treating her like a maid," Twilight said with a comforting smlie.
"Ok, I am going now. Right this minute. This veery second. This veeeeeery nanosec-" Again Spike was interrupted by Twilight as he stalled.
"Spike! Just go, she isn't going to turn you into a dress or something!" Twilight said with an angry tone in her voice giving Spike a clue to go now or face the wrath of Twilight when she doesn't read.
"Ok ok! Fine, bye Twilight," Spike walked outside and jogged to the boutique.
At the Boutique
Spike finally arrived at the boutique tired then ever and knocked on the door
"I should really work out more if I want Rarity to love me," Spike mumbled to himself.
"What was that Spike?" Asked an ivory unicorn.
"Oh uh nothing! Nothing at all! I just came here to ask if you know how to clean dragon claws, not that you have to," Spike said nervously.
"You came to the right pony, Spike! And right timing because the boutique isn't really busy at the moment," Rarity gestured Spike to come in with her hooves.
"May I see your claws please?" Rarity asked as they sat down.
"Oh, yeah here. I usually go to the spa but it is closed, so I asked Twilight. But she said you might know how to do it," Spike explained giving his claws to Rarity.
"Well, she guessed right. I started a few months ago when Applejack hooves were dirty. Sometimes that mare just doesn't know when to stop working and take care of her hooves!" Rarity walked to a cabinet and got all the supplies she needed and sat next to Spike.
"When was the last time you cleaned your claws," Rarity observed.
"Uhh... last month, hehe," Spike scratch the back of his head with his other claw nervously.
Rarity stopped immediately when does words went threw her ears. Spike noticed and look up slowly. Her pupils were nearly invisible as she looked at Spike with her jaw wide open.
"LAST MONTH?!" Rarity yelled.
"Yeah I kind of forgot," Spike added.
"This is an emergency! Quick! Put your claws in there!" Rarity pointed to the warm water right across the room while getting some towels.
"Ok?" Spike said walking to the water.
30 Minutes Later...
"Wow! My claws look amazing! Oh and Rarity? Thanks for doing my feet, too," Spike awed.
"I'm never going to get these dirty ever again," Spike whispered under his breath.
"Your welcome darling. It was really nothing. Once you get the hang of it, you could do it to every pony in Equestria!" Rarity exclaimed.
After Spike left the boutique, he made sure he didn't step in something too dirty to ruin his feet. He was now going to Zecora's house for a protection potion. But he couldn't go alone so he asked Twilight and her friends. But they were to busy. The only other close friends he had were the CMC. Spike knocked on the clubhouse door until a yellow filly with a large pink bow and red mane opened the door.
"Howdy Spike! What brings you here?" Apple Bloom greeted.
"I was wondering if you could come with me to Zecora's hut," Spike said.
"Ha, that's funny. We were goin' too but we had no pony to go with. Maybe we can all go together," Apple Bloom suggested.
"Yeah!" Sweetiebelle and Scootaloo yelled in union.
The CMC and Spike packed up and marched towards the Everfree Forest. Spike didn't want to get anything dirty so he faked an injury. He pretended to trip over a rock and sat on the floor holding his ankle and wailing in (fake) pain.
"Ouch! Oh will somepony help me!" Spike cried holding his arm on his forehead.
"Stop being dramatic Spike. You remind me of my sister," Sweetiebelle said.
"I don't think I can get up. Maybe I can possibly go on one of your backs?" Spike said with a pouty face.
The three fillies look at each other and called out "not it!". Unfortunately Apple Bloom said it last so Spike had to go on her back. She groaned and walked over to Spike. Spike hopped on causing Apple Bloom to almost collapse. She struggled ever move to just catch up to her friends who were walking.
"Why do Ah always have to do the hard work," Apple Bloom said.
"You never do the hard work! Remember when we went camping and I had to carry all the luggage? I always do the hard work!" Sweetiebelle argued.
"Nu-uh! I always do the hard work! I had to carry the luggage after you got tired!" Scootaloo argued back.
The CMC argued back and forth for who did the most work out of all of them. Little did they know they walked right in Poison Joke. After about ten minutes Spike grew annoyed.
"Hey! Can you stop arguing!? Your giving me nuts!" Spike yelled.
It went quiet until a question popped into Scootaloos mind.
"Hey Spike why did you even need to Zecora's house anyway?".
"Because I needed a protection potion on my feet and claws," Spike answered.
"Couldn't Twilght do a protection spell on you?" Sweetiebelle said.
"No she was really busy," Spike said.
"Why do you need a protection potion on you?" Scootaloo asked again.
"That's none of your business!" Spike said annoyed of the questions.
After about a minute they finally reached Zecora's house and knocked. Zecora opened the door and greeted them with a rhyme. She gave them what they needed and they headed out. Spike hopped back on Apple Bloom making her bend.
"Not to be rude Spike, but how many pounds do ya weigh?!" Apple bloom said through struggling each step.
"I'm not answering that," Spike said crossing his arm.
After a while they came to the patch of Poison Joke again but this time they noticed.
"Come on girls lets go around it," Apple Bloom said.
"Hurry! It's getting late!" Scootaloo said running out of the forest.
As Sweetiebelle and Scootaloo ran out, Apple Bloom was still behind sweating and panting.
"Wait Pant for Pant me!" Apple Bloom called out.
After Apple Bloom dropped off Spike at the library, she went home to sleepand so did the other CMC. Applejack did lecture Apple Bloom a little but saw she was tired and sent her to bed. Scootaloo went straight to her be and flopped down sleeping instantly. Sweetiebelle snuck in and ran to her bed so Rarity wouldn't have to yell at her for going in the Everfree Forest.
Spike on the other hand didn't go to sleep right away. He first put the protective potion on his claws and feet and helped Twilight.
"Where were you the whole day?" Twilight asked.
"I went to the boutique and Rarity did my claws and feet, see?" Spike held up him hands and then pointed to his feet.
"Oh ok. And Spike, you could go to sleep if you want," twilght said levitating him in his bed and tucking him in.
"Thank Twilight," Spike thanked.
"Your welc-" Twilght looked behind her and saw he was already sleeping and snoring.
"He must have done a lot of walking," Twilight giggled.
The Next Day...

Sweet Apple Acres
Apple Bloom was tossing and turning in the middle of the night ignoring the pain in her whole body. She woke up tired then ever and remembered she had to go to school. She tossed of the blanket, jumped of the bed, and fell on her face? Her arms were shorter and her hooves were gone. Instead she had claws, dragon claws. Apple Bloom quickly crawled to her mirror and looked into it.
The mirror reflected a yellow dragon with a light orange belly, sunset eyes with narrow black pupils, cherry red spikes on the top of her head the shape of her mane but still hard and pointy round-topped spikes all the way down her back, sharp teeth, and she was the size of Spike but a little smaller.
"AHHHHHH!" Apple Bloom screamed as her eyes shrunk to the size of pin-pricks.
Apple Bloom quickly grabbed her blanket and covered herself when she heard hoof steps coming towards her room.
"Apple Bloom! Are ya okay?" Applejack called opening the door.
Apple Bloom just mumbled, holding the blanket tighter. Applejack walked by Apple Bloom, sat down, and put her hoof around her little sister.
"Hey sugercube, it's okay. Whatever happen to ya, I won't say anythin'. Just come out. Your gonna be late for school," Applejack comforted.
Applejack was sure that Apple Bloom would get out and talk about what happened so she can you to school, but she refused to get out. Applejack had no choice but to get her out the hard way.
"If your not gonna get out, I'm gonna get ya out my self!" Applejack grabed the blanket with her mouth and pulled but Apple Bloom grab it with her claws to cover herself back.
"Let go! Ya have to go to school!" Applejack yelled between her teeth.
"No! Ah don't want to! Not like this!" Apple Bloom yelled back.
"Like what?" Applejack asked as she let go of the blanket.
The force of Applejack pulling the blanket made Apple Bloom tumble back and reveal her current state. Applejack's jaw dropped as she tried processing what she was seeing. Apple Bloom saw that her sister was shocked and crawled behind her bed covering her face. She didn't know what her own sister would do. Applejack is the strongest pony Apple Bloom knows and if Applejack wanted to buck her to next Hearts Warming Eve, she would do it. Applejack finally processed that her sister was dragon and she didn't like it.
"Hey its ok, Apple Bloom. Your my sister. Its not like ah'm goin' to kick ya to next Hearts Warming Eve," Applejack chuckled.
"Your not? But ah'm a dragon! What if ah can't control myself and ah go on a rampage! Ah don't even know how Ah became a dragon," Apple Bloom said peeking over the bed.
"Your not gonna go on a rampage. Plus Spike's a dragon and Ah don't recall him ever goin' on a rampage. Ya also have to go to school," Applejack said.
"What about that one time he got so greedy he became a giant monster on a rampage destroying all of Ponyville?" Apple Bloom raising her eyebrow.
"Well that's because he is a real dragon and your a pony who became a dragon. Now hurry up, your already late for school. After school were going to Twilight's to see what could've caused this," Applejack said picking Apple Bloom up and placing her on her back and trotting outside the barn.
What Happened With Scootaloo...
Scootaloo yawned stretching her hooves in the air and looked at the time. She was late. She quickly tossed the blanket off and ran to her kitchen grabbing a toast in her mouth. She ran out and headed to school. Scootaloo noticed one thing that felt different about her, but she didn't know what. She shrugged it as just being tired. She was halfway through Ponyville when she saw Applejack and a dragon on her back covering her face but Apple Bloom no where to be seen. She walked up to them to get a closer look but still couldn't find Apple Bloom.
"Hey Applejack, where's Apple Bloom?" Scootaloo's voice was deeper than usual. Again, she shrugged it of as just being really tired.
"Howdy, are you Scootaloo's brother or somethin'? Cause ya look like her and to answer your question, she's on my back. Its a long story," Applejack answered.
"Oh ok, wait what? I am Scootaloo! Applejack, you see me everyday! Why would you think I'm a brother of myself? Is it because of my voice? I don't know why it is so deep. It might be because I'm really tired," Scootaloo said walking beside Applejack.
"Ya can't be Scootaloo because Scootaloo's a filly, not a colt," Apple Bloom said.
"How am I a colt Apple Bloom? I know I act like a Tomboy sometimes, but I should know my own gender," Scootaloo rolled her eyes.
"Look in that puddle over there and you will see Ah was right," Apple Bloom rolled her eyes back, pointing at the puddle.
Scootaloo walked over to the puddle to see a horrified orange colt with a purple mane. Scootaloo nearly yelles to see that she was a colt but kept it in. She looked at the Apple sisters in horror. They looked back in confusion.
"No, no, no, no, no! I'm supposed to be a filly! Not a colt! Applejack, what the hay is happening!?" Scootaloo panicked.
"Hey hey its okay, after school were going to Twilight's house. Wanna come?" Applejack offered.
Scootaloo nodded and walked along side Applejack and Apple Bloom.
What Happened With Sweetiebelle...
"BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP"
Sweetiebelle groaned. It was another day of a boring school day with a side of bullying. But at least her friends were gonna be there like always and they were gonna go on an adventure to get their cutiemarks.
"I wish I didn't have to go to school," Sweetiebelle muttered under her breath.
She reached out to turn her alarm clock off, but couldn't reach it. She moved a little more but still couldn't reach it. Sweetiebelle was confused, usually it would be easy to reach out and hit the button. She moved even more until she finally fell of the bed. The fall felt longer and the impact was harder. It only stung for a seconds, but she was one the urge of crying. Sweetiebelle let out a loud cry waking Rarity right up. She could hear her older sister running up the stairs and opening the in panic.
"What happened Sweetie... belle?" Rarity said confused
Sweetiebelle looked up at Rarity with a pouty face and tears running down her freely. She wiped her tears away and sniffed. Rarity just stared at her sister with an expression on her face that told Sweetiebelle that something was wrong. She opened her mouth to speak, but the only thing that came out was gibberish. Sweetiebelle tried and tried to say a word but all that was coming out were "bah", "gah", "wha", and other random sounds. She looked at Rarity and noticed that she had gotten bigger, or was Sweetiebelle smaller? Staring down, Sweetiebelle saw four tiny hooves sticking out of her body.
"Sweetiebelle? What happened! Why are you a baby?!" Rarity yelled.
Sweetiebelle didn't respond. She was still trying to say something that a pony can understand. Rarity walked over and picked her up, shaking her head, muttering "what I'm I going to do with you?".
"Sweetiebelle if you can understand me, you are not going to school, okay? And at 2:30, we will go to Twilight's library because your big sister needs to get some big sister work done, so I will be calling Fluttershy over," Rarity explained.
Sweetiebelle nodded and said something that no pony will ever understand. Rarity placed her on the floor and walked out the door. She suddenly stopped, and face-hoofed.
"Were you potty trained at this age? Gah, of course you weren't! You were potty trained at the age of 2, and by the looks of it, it looks like you can be months old! Come on, Sweetie. We're going to the store to get you some diapers," Rarity picked Sweetiebelle back up again, and headed off to go get diapers.

Finally got done with the Sweetiebelle part. Homework is just plain evil when you want to get something fun done.
