For the longest time, Starry Eye suffered merely from being a blank flank. But then, she becomes victim of a terrible curse: An ominous cutie mark, that violently keeps her away from true friendship and causes vivid hallucinations. A dark fate in dark times, where Equestria is threatened by war and slavery and the Council of Friendship in Ponyville has been abandoned.
Though the worst thing is just about to happen, when the nightmares of Ponyville come to material form...

This story is set in a dark future version of Equestria, where both the two princesses and the Elements of Harmony have disappeared, the minotaurs and dragons have gone to war, and the ties of friendship are about to break. It'll probably a story of several parts (how many, I don't know yet - maybe six or seven with multiple chapters).

Trigger warning for occasional dark themes - most of it will be rather implied than described in action. However, viewer discretion is adviced.
