In a far off city to the east of Ponyville, a a few problems are brewing. The area is ruled by the peaceful king and queen of the land appointed by Celestia herself. However, their son is secretly planning to run away soon; not wanting to be the next ruler of the city. Major breakthroughs in science will soon allow every pony to use magic, regardless if they're unicorns or not. On top of this, a strange dust storm has been spotted heading toward the city, and will be there within a few days. The catch? Everyone who's seen it knows it's not a dust storm.
