Chapters Chapter 1
When you go to another world, you don’t expect so much color, or happiness, or really anything along the lines of “ponies” that are more like humans with a mane and tail. Yet it seems that I have come across all three. My name is Cameron Ruff. I am a twenty year old female with a good bod, and it all started at the comic convention.
You see, I went as a “Howler” from a comic I really liked, called “Ghosts Among the Wild Flowers,” and if you don’t know about it it is a really cool comic. Anyways, I decided to go as a howler for two reasons.
One, they are nature spirits that transform from humans.
And two, they do it by LAUGHING! No joke! I still think it is one of the coolest things in the world to this day, even though I am one. And not only that, but the beast form is like a giant, neon, glowing Hyena that just cackles maniacal laughter. SO COOL!!!
ANYWAYS, back to the story. I had decided to go as a howler of my own creation. Now, howlers have only three things that give them away as howlers other than the obvious beast mode. The first thing is that they have natural, two tone hair colors. Awesome yes.
The second thing, is that, in the dark, their eyes and mouths glow along with their eyes. Still not done yet.
And lastly their tongue is neon and they have fangs.
Now, the colors i had decided to use was a nice turquoise and sea foam green blend that looks kinda like Hatsune Miku’s colors, and a nice hot pink for the secondary tone. The eyes were a special pair of contacts that gave me hot pink for my eyes as well. And don’t even get my started on how I got my mouth to glow hot pink as well. The fangs, however, was the easiest part, as I went to the dentist and told him that I just wanted some dull extensions done to my canines about a month prior to the con,that way I could speak properly without looking like a fool in front of everyone.
The con was really big, and everything in there caught my eye.
However, having only about 3k in my pocket, I decided to NOT buy everything in sight as my friend Ross held me back from doing so. It was SO tempting to do so.
But with a herculean effort, my friend got me back on track for the thing we were there to do, which was meet up with another friend at his booth. We made it there without much more effort, though Ross said otherwise, and met up with Hunter, our friend running the booth.
“Hey guys,what took you so long? Also, why is Ross sweating as if he’s lifted a 1 ton boulder?” Hunter asks as we come up to the booth.
Ross decides to answer, sweating profusely.” She wouldn’t...stay...away from...all the other vendors.” he said huffing.
I looked at him with sorry, puppy dog eyes” I’m sorry. Everything in here is just so cool! I can't help but want to buy everything.”
Hunter looks at Ross, then at me, then back at Ross again
Ross thinks for a moment, before relenting and saying” Fine, but don’t make me have to come get security off your back.”
I squeal like a little girl at this, and wrap my arms around my oldest friend, saying” Thank you!” Before I run off though Hunter calls me over and gives me another thousand dollars.
“ Here. I’ve been doing pretty good at the vendor today, so here is a little extra in case you need it.” I grab the cash out of his hands before giving him a big old bear hug.
“Thank you Hunter, I will spend this wisely.” I say, turning away and skipping off into the depths of the convention.
“Sure you will.”
About ten minutes of walking around with nothing catching my eye, which i found kind of odd, as just about fifteen minutes ago i had wanted everything. I looked around and saw something that made my jaw drop.
Not even fifteen feet away was a character from the comic, called the Shaman.
I couldn’t believe my eyes. I wasn’t the only one. I decided to approach the Shaman carefully, as in the comic she was a very powerful howler and mystic being.
I stepped up to her vendor to look at what she was selling, and my jaw dropped even further when I saw all kinds of cool things, such as Excalibur from the Fate anime series, Lenka's blade from The God Eater anime, what looked like an R-201 carbine from Titanfall 2, and a shield that I didn’t immediately recognize from any series, plus tons of other cool things that I liked and wanted.
“Hello.”
I jumped at the voice. It came from the Shaman, and i felt a little guilty for not having said hello at first.”Sorry, hello, i’m Cameron Ruff. I just wanted to see what you where selling.” I said nervously. She laughed, and i can honestly describe it as harmonious. It had no other equivalent. Honestly. My nervousness melted away immediately. It was a genuine laugh that was very pleasant, and i couldn’t help but smile.
“ Well, as you can see, young howler, i have many thing from my travels. I have weapons and tomes from tombs and friends. The stuff i have is genuine in nature and there is few that can match the quality of all of them.” She says this, while sweeping her hand across in front of everything on the table.
I look at everything and begin to wonder how much it will cost to get some things. Before I can speak up and ask however, she said “ and for a Howler such as myself, i will give you four things for a discount.”
Now, when she said this, for some reason i had a red flag go up in my mind. I had heard stories of people who, when they went to a convention such as the anime convention i was at right now, they had gone up to a vendor and, after buying some stuff, where teleported to a different world. However, those had been people who had seen the merchant from resident evil, so maybe i’m just overthinking things . I think to myself. Without a second thought from then, I grabbed Excalibur, the god eater sword, the R-201, and proceeded for the next ten to twenty minutes to think and peruse the different items on the table. The Shaman had been right, the items here were of exceptional quality. I finally sighed and said “ I guess i will take the shield.”
She happily gets me everything for said things and, once gathered, says” That will be three thousand dollars.” I couldn’t believe it. It couldn’t be true. It had to be a joke.
“What?”

This is the first time i have ever thought of doing something like this and am still hashing out the details. However, if you like it, please tell me why you like it and if you wanna see anything special in the future.
"That will be three thousand dollars," the Shaman said without hesitating. Again. I just couldn't stop myself then.
"How? These things are amazing! The quality, flawless! How could these amazing, stupendous things, that are probably very expensive in their own rights by themselves, be only THREE THOUSAND! That doesn't make any sense!" I say, incredulous at the fact that she would honestly think that three thousand dollars for some fine weaponry was acceptable.
She merely laughed that amazingly beautiful laugh again and said politely, "Because I have an offer for you as well." and then, with a snap of her fingers and a howl of laughter later, we were not in Kansas anymore.
When i first regained a feeling of normalcy in my body and my face didn't want to fly off my skull, I decided that regaining my balance was the next step after. Unfortunately I didn't think that fast enough and landed on my fat (well toned) ass on what looked like a train platform.
Now I get that sounds weird, and it truthfully was, but after that i looked around and saw the Shaman on a bench just a few feet away.
Getting up, I decide to calm myself, and then go sit next to her on the bench.
"What did you do to me and why are we here?" I ask nervously, wondering just what the fuck I have just gotten myself into.
"Nothing of extreme value to worry about, as for where we are, we are at the Nexus. I suppose you could say its the station to everywhere and nowhere." she says mysteriously, looking at the leftmost tunnel from our position, as if waiting for a train to arrive.
" I have brought you here as i have a job for you, my young Howler. As you might well know, the Shaman I am representing myself as is a very powerful and ancient Howler. And you also know that she has very good perception of things that might happen, as well as who to send to handle said problem if one does arise. Along those lines, her and I are the same. After that though, we are more different than two snowflakes." and after she finishes telling me this, she proceeds to remove the shamans mask from her face, revealing her to be a female with reddish/brown hair that flows down to her knees, a face that could be of an early thirty year old Caucasian woman with blue eyes that where strikingly deep in color, almost bordering on deep ocean colors. Her skin was smooth and had a glow that almost stung your eyes, but you could still see without having to squint.
You take this in in almost a second before you realize she has started to talk again. "The job I have for you is simple. You will go to my world and protect its citizens from anything that gets "to big for its britches" as the saying goes. You will help them to understand how the world will change in the coming future. My ponies need much guidance and protection from other beings of chaos that Discord cannot control.
As you went to the convention as a Howler, I have seen it fitting to make you one, and yes it is the one you created yourself, it is very beautiful. I have also given you the four objects you purchased. The sword, Excalibur, will be cloaked, as you have seen in its show, from the eyes of anyone who views it so they may not know its shape or length, until such time as you call its Noble Phantasm.And the scabbard will quickly heal most any and all wounds but that of fatal blows and missing limbs. The God-Eater blade is exactly as you have surmised, for i saw the recognition on your face when you saw it, is the one that appears in said blades namesake show, and transforms from blade to cannon at your whim. You just need to figure out how. The rifle is an R-201 from the game you call Titanfall 2, and has an H COG scope with a fast mag and quick aim body, and i have modified it to have three modes of fire, full-auto, semi-auto, and burst fire. I have also gone to the liberty of giving it infinite ammo. And finally, the shield of adamantine from Erza Scarlet, is literally just that, a shield, but i have given you Erza's requip powers for easier storage of all the items and clothing that i am providing for you.
The final things i will send with you to your new home, is this book on how to control your powers as a Howler, and around two thousand bits, or money, for you to spend getting a house or anything that might come up before you get recognized for what you are going to be doing. Also, before I send you off, I must tell you something of great importance. In one months time, a creature will appear, named Tirek. He is a demonic centaur. he will sweep across the land of Equestria, gathering magic from each and everyone of my ponies he comes across. You are not to fight him until you are given the sign to do so, and you will definitely know the sign when you see it. In the meantime, I suggest you move to Ponyville, as it is the most interesting of towns.
And with that, I bid you adieu, my young Howler." she finally says, ending the conversation. As I stand there, dumbfounded by what i just heard, a train glides into the station with a sound more suited for a cars engine, and the lady takes my hand leading me towards it. She guides me onto the train and leaves me standing there in the car before exiting and turning back around, " Oh, and final thing. If my daughters ask who sent you, tell them that mother sends her regards."
The car door shuts and the train rolls out.

This took some time to think of as I just don't like going overboard and making a character OP as fuck. The story just looses it's cool if the character is supposed to be so strong that he literally just is able to one shot anybody. It just make for a bad story to me. That is why i made this character strong but still nerfed in the fact that she honestly has ONLY the four weapons and does not get anything else unless picked up by her after this. This also extends to any body who might ask for her in other displaced stories. If you want her, then use her, but she only will take enhancements to her weapons or abilities as they stand from here.

As the train exited the right tunnel, my mind finally started to come back to me, but by then it was to late to say what I had been about to say. So with a incredulous huff of annoyance, incredulousness, and flat out shock, a sat on the seat nearest me and stared ahead. After about thirty minutes of just thinking on what the fuck had just happened back there in the Nexus, I looked up and noticed that I was not the only one in the train car anymore. Now, there is what seemed to be about ten to eleven people sitting about the car.
But then i looked closer, and saw that they weren't human. The stood erect on there hind legs and had feet, arms, legs, and clothing like humans, but that is where it stopped. From where I was sitting, I could see that instead of ears on the side of the head, the ears were on top and shaped like a horses. One walked by my seat and I saw that they had a tail that stuck out from right at the end of the spine is, at the coccyx, or tailbone. Their hair was long and vibrantly colored many, many different shades of the color spectrum, in hues and colors you don't see unless you enjoyed art or something else with as many colors used.
And then the skin. Or maybe I should say, fur, for that was honestly what it was. It was a light fuzz on everyone, and it came in just as many colors as the hair and tails did. Blues, reds, magenta's, pinks, purples, and so many more I thought my eyes would burst at the shear amount of color that overwhelmed my brain and started to make me just a little nauseous.
Suddenly, before my brain decided to melt down from all this newfound color it was seeing, I heard a bunch of laughter from the seats ahead to the left of mine. This shocked me out of my mental strain before a cleanup crew would have been needed for the brain matter that had been about to leak from my ear. My head involuntarily turned towards the sound. It looked like a group of girls where talking about stuff and just generally having a good time.
"I still can't believe we won first in the cloud hopping relay! I thought for certain that we would come at LEAST second in that." said a girl that had hair colored up like a rainbow, with a cyan blue fur, a build like an Olympic athlete, and a pair of wings that came out of her back just below the shoulder blades between the two bones in the back.
"I know. I thought that I was going to be blown away by the back draft the other pegasi were putting of when they started out. I'm surprised I was able to keep up with Soarin the way I did." said a shy mare next to the rainbow girl, this one having yellow fur and a large and luxurious pink hairdo, with her body being a normal curvy woman physique, and a very well endowed chest, and a pair of wings coming out of her back as well.
" I agree, darling. It was simply a wonderful sight to see the Wonderbolt with a shocked look on is face, as you passed him and got to Ditzy Do before he got to Thunderlane." A British sounding unicorn was sitting across from the other two and she had a large and pompous (though very impressive) royal purple hair and snow white fur, who had the physique of a well fed fashion model. Not pencil thin, but with no love handles.
"Ah' was thinkin the same thing Rarity. Though ah' also was wonderin how you were able to pass 'im, Fluttershy?" The southern accent almost made me laugh but I quickly got over it. The girl looked to be a strong, beefy girl with long, blond hair that was tied at the end with a ribbon, and a large cowboy hat atop her head, with orange fur, who had no defining feature to tell what type of pony she just happened to be.
The yellow pegasus pony, who I then assumed to be Fluttershy, smiled meekly and started to withdraw into her hair some the attention." Well Applejack, there isn't much to say beyond the fact that I just didn't want to let my friends and team down by being slow, and pushed myself to go faster to get it done."
"Are you sure he wasn't just distracted by something else hopping alo-" said the rainbow haired mare before getting smacked by Applejack.
"Well, i'm just excited to get home so we can start the party I set up last night for our arrival!! It's gonna be a big BLAST!!!" The loud pony who said this has the biggest, poofiest mane of all of them that is colored a pink much like my own, with a lighter pink fur. She is a very well rounded girl who looks just pudgy enough to be truly attractive, without going overboard and just being fat. Personally, that was my ideal type of body, as I just never could look at men the right way. Though a good dick is a good dick.
ANYWAYS, the next pony to speak was the most interesting. She had both wings AND a horn. She had royal purple hair with a hot pink streak in the middle with a lavender stripe on both sides. " I still feel bad for what I did with Spike. Lighting the torch for him and everything that came after. I still feel really stupid for having done it."
"Aw lighten up Twilight. It happened and that's it. Don't dwell on it to much, you'll get yourself depressed again and go fix your books when we get home." the cyan pony spoke up saying.
"I guess your right, Rainbow Dash. But still, it just makes me feel bad." Twilight says, lightening up just slightly.
Suddenly, the pink haired girl sticks her hand into her mane and just flatly pulls out a fully frosted blue frosting cupcake that looks to possibly be chocolate. "Here, have a cupcake, it'll help take your mind off it for a bit. That way we can have some FUN!!"
After that, things begin to turn in other directions, like who they thought looked cute or hot, and who they would have chosen to do if they could have. Turns out they mostly swung both ways, just like me.
I decided to stop listening in on the conversation and thought of the book that the Shaman had handed me before i got on this train. I quickly pull it out and read the cover. How to Train your Howler . I couldn't help but laugh at the name if reference to the book series and movies. I opened it up and started to read up on my new powers.

"Now arriving at Ponyville station. If this is your stop, do please be careful, and watch your step as you reach for your overhead luggage, as we don't want anyponies tale to be stepped on while disembarking the train. Thank you for riding the Pony Express, and we hope you ride again soon."
The overhead speakers on the train jarred me from my reading, as the name Ponyville was the name of the town I was supposedly supposed to settle in. Dammit, I was getting to a good part too. I sighed heavily and put my book back in the dimensional pocket for safe keeping, as I had just read how to access it at will.
Accessing the dimensional pocket was done almost similar to Erza's method of doing it in the anime, albeit with less drama and flare than hers, which I was grateful for. I didn't want to call attention to myself just yet. I looked over to the six girls to see what they were doing and saw them getting luggage from the overhead.
"Honestly Rarity, did ya have to bring yer whole wardrobe to the Games. I mean, look at all the bags ya have." says Applejack.
It was indeed an impressive pile of suitcases that the white unicorn had. It was stacked almost to the ceiling of the car, and looked like it could tip at any moment, which could not have been good for it.
" Why of course darling. I wouldn't want to be unprepared for a ball or gala that might have happened because of the games. And what if we had been invited up to the royal box by Twilight. I don't want to look anything BUT my best for before Princess Celestia." Rarity retorted to the orange mare before giving a huff and unpacking more luggage.
Suddenly, the door between cars opened, and in came a small, childlike lizard that I almost took to be an Argonian from Skyrim, before realizing he didn't look near as imposing. He stood roughly close to the girl's midriff, with scales that covered his entire body, and where almost white on his stomach, with a nice, rich purple covering the rest of him. He had spikes going down his back that looked like they were not actually safe, in a leaf green color that made the little lizard-child look complete.
" Hey girl's, need any help?" the newcomer to the car asked the six friends.
" Why yes Spike, could you be a dear and pull the cart for us." Rarity told him. After she said this, you almost where certain you saw hearts coming out of the little child.
" O-of course I can, Rarity." He is practically floating off the ground with how much adoration he has for the unicorn.
I decide to help the little guy, and calmly make my way over to the small group. "I didn't mean to over hear you, but you needed someone to pull the cart? I can do it if that's ok with you girls." I say politely, waiting to see how they react to me.
"Really. Oh, thank you. I just was starting to worry how Spike was going to be able to get that out of the car." Fluttershy calmly says, walking over to see who you are and thank you.
"Really Fluttershy, you doubt that I can pull that cart. I am a dragon you know. We are a lot stronger than we look." He says, proceeding to flex his little arms to show what muscle he has. At this I have to stop myself from looking at the little dragon and bowing, cause in the comic, dragons were royalty. I didn't bow because, in this world, I don't think royalty would be made to pull any cart off such magnitude. That and the fact that the girls spoke so casually with him.
"Oh no Spike, it's not that, I just don't think Twilight would want her assistant getting hurt pulling the cart." Fluttershy said to the small dragon in a consoling manner. "I'm sorry, where are my manners. My name is Fluttershy, as you heard from Spike beside you." I smile politely, and reach out to shake her hand. " My name is Ca-."
And then I am suddenly tackled out of the car by a large, soft, and surprisingly light pink mare who gets right in my face and says, " Your names Cameron Ruff and your from another dimension that is inhabited by animals called humans and you are one to and you got magically zapped here by Queen Faust and now you have to go and talk to Twilight because you need a place to stay until you get a house in town."
I'm speechless.
How.
How did she just guess EXACTLY, what happened to me. "How...did...you?" I cant help but fumble out of my useless brain to my mouth to say.
"Just a hunch! HEY, TWILIGHT!! THIS LADY NEEDS TO TALK TO YOU FOR A SECOND!!" She says with a scream to Twilight, before turning back and saying, "Hey, by the way, thanks for appreciating my figure Cameron!!" I stare at her and say "But, I didn't say a thing about your figure, though I do like it. A lot, actually. I'm sorry what is your name again, I didn't catch it."
"Pinkie Pie, and I was talking about the author silly, not you, though thank you as well. OH, WAIT. THAT REMINDS ME!!! I NEED TO PLAN A WELCOME TO PONYVILLE PARTY!!!" she says before running away with an unnatural amount of speed for someone of her shape and figure.
"I'm sorry about that. Hi, i'm Princess Twilight Sparkle. Pinkie said you needed to talk to me." said the lavender mare with horns and wings, Twilight.
"Wait, hold up, your a Princess. Secondly, yes, I need a temporary place to live until I can get a house." I say this with incredulity, as I didn't realize I was in front of royalty, suddenly remembering and saying, "your Highness."
"Ugh, please don't call me that. Twilight is just fine thank you. As for the second thing, yes I can help you with that, but didn't Pinkie say you are from another dimension?" She says, a spark of curiosity just flickering behind her eyes for a second, but it is as noticeable as her distaste for royal formality.
"Um, if I say yes, then what is going to happen?" I can't help but get nervous at that spark, worried for my safety as I am.
Luckily, I am saved by the rest of the girls getting off the train. "All it means is, you have to go through more paperwork, and you have to deal with Twilight's questions. The second thing is worse, so I think you should do that after you get through Pinkies party." says Rainbow Dash.
"That, and a good nights sleep. And a change of clothes wouldn't hurt either. Those clothes you are wearing are atrocious, darling." Rarity says with a wave at said clothing. I look down and don't see anything wrong about my clothing. It's still the same burgundy and black half-sleeve, and a pair of blue denim carpenter pants that are just a little baggy. And, honestly, I hate purses, which is why I have a nice leather wallet with a chain for my pants. Okay, she actually makes a valid point, I did look like a guy.
Thing is, I just like the fact that men's clothes are so much cooler and comfier than anything that I ever got that were women's. It just felt better for me. Though I did by bras and panties, as a girl does have to have some dress code standards.
"Oh. I guess your right. Do you know were I can get some new ones?" I say, looking up at Rarity. She scoffs at the question and says to me "Follow me and we shall change your ensemble immediately." And with that, she grabs my hand and pulls me off down the road.

Rarity kept pulling me through the town of Ponyille, showing me the different locations as she dragged me to her store, which she named "Carousel Boutique." I thought it a decent name for a cloths shop, though I would have proffered "Cerberus Eats Waffles Boutique" any day of the week.
As we were getting close to her shop, a scream rang out across the town, and we both stopped in our tracks to identify where it had come from. The scream came from our left, towards the edge of town. It sounded to us like a little girls voice. Suddenly we saw three young fillies running at us at a dead sprint from our left and coming towards us.
One had fur the color of banana pudding, with red hair flowing down to just between her shoulder blades, and a pink bow in her hair. The one in the middle was a white unicorn with long, light purple and pink hair that came to her lower back. And the filly bringing up the rear was an orange pegasus with short cropped hair of a dark purple color. Each of them could have been no more than 12 or 13 years old.
They got to us and started talking over each other," Help us, we were playing near the Everfree forest when a manticore just came barging out at us." said the young unicorn as soon as they had calmed a little. As soon as she said that, the manticore appeared from a side street.
"Rarity, get the kids inside, i can hold it off!" I say.
"What do you mean, darling, you can't hold off a manticore on your own! You'll be killed!" Rarity says this and I get frustrated, spinning around and screaming,
"GET. THE. KIDS. INSIDE. NOW." not leaving any room for argument or question. She quickly tells the kids to run to the boutique, and follows after them. i sigh as she gets into the building before turning back to the manticore. The beast looks like a saber tooth cat with a scorpion tail and large, bat-like wings.
"Hey fuck face. Come and get some." I say before concentrating and requiping my R-201, firing at it's face to get it's attention on me, and away from the buildings and civilians. I slowly walk down the street towards the monster, firing on the three-round burst setting to maintain a consistent accuracy. Finally having the beasts attention, it roars and charges at me.
I quickly requip my clothing to Sabers knight armor from Fate/Zero, pulling out Excalibur at the same time, and charging the beast myself. We quickly meet up and he swipes a clawed paw at me from the right, which I immediately block with my sword, noticing it is mostly invisible save but a slight shimmer in the air all around the body of the sword, extending out a few inches past the tip and pommel of the sword.
Taking all this in in a second, I disengage from the paw and follow through with a slash at his face, but it dodges out the way and stabs at me with it's tail. I hastily dodge this attack and swing my sword up quickly, cutting into the tail at the base of the barb, almost severing it, but not quite.
The beast roars in pain, swiping at me again from the left, but I jump out the way and charge down it's left side, dragging my blade along it's side, cutting in deep, before finally finishing the cut near it's ass, turning around quickly to keep my eyes on my opponent. The beast is practically screaming in anger and pain, glaring at me before running off, back towards the forest.
I let out the pent up breath I was holding in, which I had been planning to use for my next strike, when I am suddenly tackled by three small missile's, which then latch on and don't let off. I try and drag myself up, but it seems impossible with the three fillies on top of you.
"Wow miss, that was so AWESOME!!" says the purple haired pegasus.
"Yeah, thanks fer savin us, miss." the red headed filly says next.
And bringing it to a close is the little unicorn child, "We didn't mean to make the manticore come into town, we were just trying to get away." she says apologetically.
Rarity walks up behind them to us and says "Girls, get up and introduce yourselves to our friend here before she is crushed by you." she says with a slight smirk. The three fillies then get off me and I stand up.
"Hi, i'm Scootaloo." says the young orange pegasus with the purple hair.
"I'm Sweetie Belle." the unicorn filly says.
"And ah'm Apple Bloom." says the final filly with red hair.
"AND WE ARE THE CUTIE MARK CRUSADERS." They yell in unison, almost taking my ears out in the process. After I check them to make sure that I don't go deaf, I turn to them.
"Hello, nice to meet you three. I'm Cameron. How come that manticore attacked you?" I ask, pointing over my shoulder in the direction the thing had run off in. I then suddenly realize that I still have my sword out and quickly requip it back into storage, before returning my attention to the three girls. Sadly though, they had noticed me putting away the sword, and immediately started to ask me questions about it.
"How'd you do that?"
"Are you a magician?"
"Why was it invisible?"
"Where did you get that fabulous armor?"
That last one had been Rarity's question, and I decided to answer it first. " I have always had it, I just don't wear it around as it is armor and is not extremely light, just try lifting the skirt and you'll understand." They each do as I say, and they open their mouths when they feel how heavy it actually is.
"Wow, that is not light." says Sweetie Belle.
I nod slightly, and say, "Exactly, and now imagine that across your body, and you will understand why i don't wear it but for battle. As for the sword, that is part of the magic that was infused into the blade as it was forged, so that it makes it harder for anyone to figure out the swords dimensions, making it easier to fool enemies when in a battle." I say.
"But why would you not want anypony to see your sword, and don't that make it harder fer you to fight with it?" asks Apple Bloom.
"How about we go inside and talk more about this, alright girls." Rarity says before dragging them back to the boutique. I slowly walk with them, letting out a small chuckle. I really am starting to like this place.
Author's Note
If you don't understand what I mean by "requip," think of Erza from Fairy Tail. If you haven't watched Fairy Tail, think of the term as putting/pulling a weapon or item of clothing out of an inventory in a game, but you don't have to take the time to get the clothes on, and you can switch weapons and armor on the fly by thinking of what you want. Though you only can requip items that you own that are stored in the inventory. The reason I have the armor of Saber from Fate/Zero, is because it was given to me by Queen Faust when she sent me to Equestria. I also have Erza's adamantine armor, a few changes of some extremely stylish wardrobe pickings, and Bell Cranels light armor from the Danmachi anime series.
As we trudge into Rarity's home, she heads off to the kitchen to put on a pot of tea. As she does so, I turn to the CMC, as they have told me to call them, and ask "Hey, which of you is the fastest? I need you to go get Twilight. It might make my night easier if I can explain to her now."
Scootaloo perks up at this and rushes over, "I'm the fastest one here, especially on a scooter. I'll go get Twilight and bring her here."
"Thanks." I say as she grabs a scooter, as I am then told she has multiple around town, in case of scooter emergencies.
Rarity walks back in from the kitchen with a tray filled with different types of tea, and a second tray of scones and cookies.
"I didn't know what type of tea you liked, darling, so I brought multiple types for you to pick from. If you don't like any that I have, i'm sorry." she says, setting the two trays on a coffee table and waving at the different choices. Their was Earl Grey, Chai, Green, Lemon, Oolong, Black, White, Puer, and many more that I couldn't name if I tried.
I decide to pick a lemon tea flavor and graciously accept a cup from Rarity. Dunking my tea in my cup, I set it down to let it steep. After a few seconds of silence, the door to the boutique flies open, and Scootaloo comes rushing in, with Twilight right behind her. The young pegasus is panting, but is grinning from ear to ear.
"I got to her as quick as I could." she says, still slowly catching her breath.
"You wanted to talk to me? Why?" Twilight asks with a questioning look at me.
"Yeah. I just fought off a manticore, and they wanted to ask me some questions, so I decided to hit two birds with one stone, and answer some of your questions as well." I say, looking at her for any doubt of what I might have said.
"WAIT, you fought a manticore. When, where, how?" she says, not willing to accept the fact that I had done something so reckless.
"It's true, darling. Cameron here was quite valiant in stopping the beast, and making it flee back to the forest with some fairly severe injuries." Rarity says in my defense.
"The answer to those questions is just a few moments ago, just outside, and with my sword." I say as I pull out my invisible Excalibur once more.
"I guess that would explain the blood on you." Twilight replies to this, looking at the shimmering air in my grasp, "But I don't see a sword. Where is it?"
"It's here." and I quickly move it to her face, lightly touching her cheek with the edge. " It's just invisible to everyone, so that when i am fighting, it makes it harder for my enemy to know how much reach my blade has, or how thick or thin it is, if it has one edge or two, or even from realizing the blade itself, cause it is quite legendary. And no, I wont tell you it's name Twilight." to which she looks severely disappointed.
"Now, i'm going to go take a shower and change. I apparently still have blood on me. Miss Rarity, where is your shower room?"
"Please darling, just call me Rarity. And it's up the stairs and at the end of the hall." she says as she points to the stairs. "Just use whichever shampoos you like, I don't mind sharing."
"Thank you. I'll explain everything when I get done and changed." I say as I head up the stairs, thinking of where to start telling them my story.
Author's Note
Hey guys sorry for the short chapter, i'm going to explain everything in the coming chapters. This means that the next few might also be slightly smaller than most of the other chapters coming later on. But for now, next episode we get a view of the types of things my requip power can bring out of my storage pocket.
As we sat in the living room, I started to talk, "Well, you might as well get comfy, as this is going to take a little bit of time. I will start of by saying that Pinkie Pie was right in saying that I was not from this world. I am indeed from a world were the most intelligent species is Humans, or Homo Sapiens. Their is a few other species that are close in intelligence, but are not at the level humanity is. I am not going to go into detail, but some of the accomplishment of humanity is that we have been to our moon and back, have sent satellites that are pretty much just extremely large and powerful cameras out beyond the edge of our galaxy, and have weapons that can wipe out entire countries with only one bomb, which i don't agree with, but sometimes, their is no other way, and none of the countries use them unless they can't do anything about a war.
"On that happy note, I end that topic and move to the second one, which is the fact that I was brought here by a Queen Faust, if i'm not mistaken she said." I say this, looking at the two mares in the room. Twilight gasped when I mention the name.
"You were brought here by Queen Faust. I need to tell the Princesses about this. They might know more about this than I. Though I can say that I have heard of something like this before, I just can't remember when." she says this with a great amount of annoyance, as she is clearly aggravated at the fact she can't remember where she had acquired the information. I quickly ask her not to tell the princesses, at least until I am more settled. she reluctantly agrees, and I continue to tell the story of how I got to Equestria.
"Well, as I said, I was brought here by Queen Faust. But I will call her the Shaman, as that is how I first met her, and that is who I know. Anyways, I was wanting to get away from the house for a while, as I was helping my mom with doing foster care. Luckily, I still lived in town, as she was getting on in years. Eventually she had to quit foster care, and she went into an old folks home, or home for the elderly to be taken care of by nurses. She is currently 84, and the last time I saw her, she barely even remembered me. In my world, we have a disease known as Alzheimer's. It attacks the brain, and over time, it pretty much rots their brain away, or at least in a sense. She didn't remember me. So, my two oldest friends, Hunter and Ross, decided to help me get out of my funk, and they said to come to a convention with them. I had always wanted to go to a con. but never could, as I always was doing something when they were happening. This time I would have been free, and so I said yes. I then started to think of what I should go as to this con., and decided to go as a howler, which is a type of nature spirit from a comic I liked.
"I decided to go all out on my costume. I even went so far as to get some slight extensions done to my canines, so that I could have the fangs that howlers have. The week the convention was supposed to start, we packed our bags and took a road trip to get to where to convention was being held. Coincidentally, it happened to be a comic convention, which made my costume all the more appropriate. my friend Hunter had to go to the convention early, so that he could set up his comic booth, and me and Ross were to join him at a later time. So we did, and after that, the let me off my leash to go look around at all the different booths."
"Wait, you had a leash? Why though darling. Are the females not mostly the dominant sex in your world?" This actually came from Rarity, which surprised me when she said it. I didn't take her as someone who would say that. Luckily, I was saved from having to answer by Twilight, saying "No, Rarity, it wasn't a literal leash. And I remember reading about humans in a book a long time ago, so no, males mostly are dominant, with females being mostly subjugated."
"Actually, that book might be old. Males are more towards the back burner in terms of being the dominant sex, with women becoming the breadwinners." I say, re-uping Twilight's knowledge of humans, though curiously wondering how they learned about us. "Anyways, as I had been saying, I was walking around the convention, when I saw a booth run by a character from the comic that I was cosplaying from. The characters name is the Shaman, and that is all she is called in the comic, so I really have nothing else to say about her name. She was selling a bunch of weapons and items, and I was just awed that someone else read the comic too. I went over to the booth, and looked at some of the stuff. The cool thing is, she knew that I was from the comic too, and decided to give me a discount on four Items. So I picked four items from the table of exquisite objects, and she then told me an unreasonable price for them. Seriously, the items she was selling, one of them alone would have cost around 1,500 to 2,000 dollars, and she told me only THREE, I couldn't believe that, and she told me that it was that way cause she also had a job for me. The next thing I know I am in a place she calls the Nexus, which surprisingly looked like a subway station. she then tells me I have the four items I chose and some abilities to go with them. The first item I had was the sword that I used to fight that Manticore, the second is this." I quickly pull out the God-Eater from my hammer space, which I quickly explain how I happened to acquire, and Scootaloo tries to touch it. I jerk the blade away and yell at her "DON'T TOUCH IT! It is extremely dangerous, as it will eat anyone who touches it but me."
"What. That don't make a lick a sense. How can a sword eat a pony?" Applebloom says trying to touch it herself. I quickly jerk it away again, screaming at her. "I SAID. DON'T. TOUCH. IT. THIS IS NOT A NORMAL SWORD. When I say it will eat you, you do not want to know. I have never seen it myself, but I have heard it is not pretty. This sword, in a sense, is a living entity. It is bonded only to me by blood. DO. NOT. TOUCH. IT." At this point I am furious, and requip the sword with my R-201.
"Know, if we could KINDLY move along with this little show-and-tell, this is my carbine rifle. It is a gun, which, if I am to judge by your expressions, you have never seen one before, correct?" Twilight answers me with a nod, saying "Yes. The most powerful ranged weapon we have is a crossbow, or magic bolt, which can go only about two hundred meters." She says, still shocked by my out burst at Applebloom. I sigh and quickly say, "Look, I am sorry for the outburst. I just don't want to witness firsthand what happens if someone touches a God-Eater, which is the name of that weapon, yes. As I said, it is a living entity, and will kill whoever touches it, other than me."
"Now, knowing what your best ranged weapons are, think of a gun as a very high powered crossbow, that doesn't shoot bolts. It instead shoot little pieces of metal called bullets." I take out the magazine of the rifle and pull out one of the bullets as I say this, holding it up to show the group of ponies in front of me."This is what they look like. And I know from experience that they hurt when they hit, so don't get in front of this part, called the barrel." I then proceed for the next ten minutes to show them the other parts of the gun, and explain some safety rules to them. Twilight is impressed that humans were so technologically advanced, and asked if she could borrow the weapon to hopefully recreate it. I politely decline her, though I tell her that maybe in time I will let her have a crack at replicating the gun. She seems to accept this, so I then pull out the final item from my hammer space, the shield that gave me the powers to use said hammer space.
"And the final item, the Adamantine shield. This is from a show that the user of this shield has her own personal hammer space, which, when the Shaman told me I now had a hammer space due to that fact, I was slightly happy. Though, when she gave me a little book to go with everything, the book turned out to be an instruction manual. It told me that the hammer space isn't like other hammer spaces, where you can store literally anything that will fit into whatever pocket dimension it takes up, this hammer space only held a set limit of items, that being most of my changes of clothes, which if I get a chance I would like to put in a closet, to make some room, plus the book and the four items. The book said I could hold about fifty items in it. I might want to keep my armor in there though, that way it's easier to requip." I say, the last part I say to myself.
"You said this Shaman had a job for you. May we ask what it is?" Twilight asks. I shake my head no, saying "When the Shaman pulled of her mask, the lady told me not to tell anyone the job. Sorry, but I am not going to disobey a goddess, if what you tell me of Queen Faust is true. Though, continuing the story, after she tells me the job and reveals herself, a train looking like the Pony Express pulls into the station, and she shoves me onto it with the book, and sends me of to here. The next thing I know, I looked up and saw the train car was full of you ponies. By the way, I hope you don't mind, but I did happen to here your conversation on the train about whatever happened the other day. Sorry, I didn't mean to eaves drop, but when you got up and I came over to help, I knew your names. Well, all of them but Pinkie Pie's, but still. Again, I am sorry I eavesdropped on you girls." I can't help but feel a little guilty at having listened in on their private conversation, and was hoping that they wouldn't be mad at me. Rarity waved her hand as if brushing the thought aside, saying "At least you are honest about it. And you are sorry for having done it. I am honestly not surprised though. We where quit loud on the ride back from the Crystal Empire. It's a wonder we weren't told to lower our voices."
"Actually, it isn't. Think about it, would you go up to a group of ponies, one of which just so happens to be a princess, and tell said princess to lower her voice. Wouldn't you be worried that you might be punished if you did, not knowing me personally like you do." Twilight counters. As she said this, Rarity blanches at the thought, and quickly says that Twilight has a point. I look out the window, and notice that it is night time. I then turn back to the room and see that the three girls have already curled up together and gone to sleep. I clear my throat to get the two mares attention, and point to the girls when they both turn to me. After seeing where I am pointing, they look out side then to the clock that rarity has over her mantle, seeing that it was coming up about ten at night. We decide to conclude for the night, and Twilight bids us good night, walking over to the door. As she opens it up, we jump in surprise, seeing Rainbow Dash and Applejack standing outside.
"Sorry ya'll. We were just gettin worried about the girls is all, and heard from some ponies that they had come hear. Are they?" Applejack asks, trying to look past Twilight into the Boutique. Twilight smiles and steps aside, letting the two girls come in to pick up their sisters.
"Cameron, do you have a place to sleep tonight darling." Rarity questions, to which I shake my head and say that I don't. "Well, if you don't mind waiting a moment, I can fix up the spare room for you to sleep in, until we can get you a proper place of your own."
"Thank you Rarity. You are to kind." I say, bowing just slightly. She gives me a small laugh at that, saying "Well, I am the Element of Generosity. I can't give that generous spirit up now can I?" She laughs lightly as I pick up her little sister to carry her to her bed. Rarity guides me to the room, where I put Sweetie Belle on her bed before exiting. Rarity then show me to where I will be sleeping, opening the door on a small room with a bed and nightstand, a lamp, and bookshelf on the right side of the room from the door. She says that I can sleep here as long as she likes, and I thank her. She then leaves me alone, and I get ready for bed, getting under the covers and going to sleep for the night.

Sorry about the wait, I have been helping my mom do foster care. I have slightly fudged the details here, as we are still doing foster care, and my mom is not that old or in a old folks home. 5 kids is hard to take care of.

I woke up the next day feeling well rested, though I would have preferred a nice pile of sheets in the laundry room, as us howlers like it warm, and also because the smell of laundry. What can I say, howlers like things odd. As I exit my room, my newly sensitive nose picks up on the smell coming from downstairs. I can't help myself, and start to slowly gravitate downstairs towards it, my mouth starting to salivate.
As I enter the kitchen, I notice Rarity is making some pancakes, and can't help but think that Queen Faust must have a sense of humor, as pancakes and waffle are almost symbolic in the comic for being the best way to start friendships. I let out a small chuckle when i think this, startling Rarity, who turns around almost immediately.
"Oh, Cameron. I didn't know you were up yet, darling. Breakfast is almost ready, so if you want to fix yourself up and possibly get Sweetie Belle up, that would be most wonderful, dear." I whimper slightly at having to leave, but reluctantly do so, heading to the bathroom to do my morning wake up routine. After about fifteen to twenty minutes, I am done. I walk out and head over to Sweetie Belles room, hoping to wake her up, when she opens the door and comes out, bumping in to me.
She looks very groggy, and has a rats nest in her hair. She looks at me in delirious surprise, as she asks me what I was doing outside her door. "Rarity told me to get you up, after I freshened myself up. I was just about to come do so."
"Well, thank you. Hey, how did I get in bed last night. I remember you telling us a bunch of stuff about yourself, then getting angry for almost touching that sword of yours, then more telling us about stuff, and then I woke up in bed. How?" she asks, still waking up.
"Well, I picked you up, and brought you upstairs, put you in bed, and bid you good night. All with your sisters blessing, of course. Your friends sisters came over and picked them up to, bout ten or so last night." I reply, telling her exactly what happened. She seems to be appeased by this answer, and moves past me and to the bathroom, to start her morning ritual.
I head downstairs yet again, straight for the kitchen, and am once again greeted by the sent of pancakes and eggs, and surprisingly, I see bacon. I ask Rarity why, and she proceeds to inform me that the ponies, while they are mainly herbivorous, they still eat meet, as their bodies had been changed by a being she called Discord, who was supposedly the god of chaos, and he had done it a few thousand years ago. She told me that they eat animals, though they don't do so all the time, and when they do, it is only in small quantities at a time. "It's to make sure that the bodies that ruffian gave to us don't break down. Sadly, when the change happened, rumor has it that the ponies at the time went and slaughtered most of the animals to eat. I dare say that when he came back just a few months back we asked him if it was true, as even the princesses said nothing on it when asked. Happily, he said that it wasn't, which he then said was true, as it wasn't a matter that he just couldn't not take seriously.
I decided to put off my judgment of Discord until I could meet him. Right now, I was ready for some friendship pancakes.
I Was heading over to the tree house that Twilight lived in, called the Golden Oaks Library , and was going to answer more of Twilight's questions, as well as she wanted to test just how powerful I was. As I got to the library, I had just began to wonder why nobody had been in town. The day before it had been packed. Now there wasn't a soul to be seen. I shrugged it off as I knocked on the door to the library, which proceeded to swing open. This was worrisome, as I didn't think Twilight would have left her door unlocked and open. I cautiously open the door and move inside, closing the door behind me in case there is any enemies in the room. I notice the lights are out, and am wondering where the light switch is when I reach out and touch something. I continue to feel it, and the more I feel of it, the more it feels slightly familiar. It feels like I am touching somepony, but how is that. the only people who should be in here should be Twilight and Spike. Who is this?
Suddenly, the pony in front of me coughs and says "Um...could you please stop touching me? It's getting kind of awkward."
"Oh, i'm sorry. I didn't mean to grope you ma'am." I say, before suddenly thinking and saying "Hey wait a min-"
At that moment, the light come on in the room and everybody in Ponyville yells one word.
"SURPRISE
I sadly have to say that I screamed like a little girl for a solid five seconds, after which I just stood their getting stared at. I decide to try and play it off.
"What, I was just using making sure that I could still do that. Besides, you'll be happy for it one day. Especially if I get lost in the woods." Welp, that was a smooth move Ex lax! I think to myself, hoping we can just move on, as the silence after the scream was just dragging me into a hole. One that I was starting to think I wouldn't get out of. The silence was broken when Pinkie Pie just appeared from over the top of my head to look down into my eyes. She then said.
"No pony here has any right to judge how you scream. Besides, I think that was slightly justified by how much we surprised you." She says this while laughing. Her laughter is so infectious though, and I have to try really hard not to laugh to, especially given the fact that this room is full of ponies that could be hurt if I were to transform in the room. luckily I am saved a moment later by pinkie saying, "We need to get the party going again. That's what we came for. Welcome to Ponyville Cameron, and thanks for stopping that Manticore yesterday. I do have to say though, that was an extremely old and revered weapon you used to do so with. Can I ask you where you got that particular blade."
"I am sorry Pinkie, but under the laws of Jonathon Flibblebottom, article 2.3.aardvark,I am not at liberty to say, as you already know."
"But under the same laws of Jonathon Flibblebottom, under article 7.penguin.monkey, I am allowed to know the name, as I am an agent of the Glippletoph Reality Federation of Shared Things. One of the higher ups has given me the ability to ask this type of question."
"Oh, which higher up. I answer to Harblenip, and he says that I can have this weapon. And, he gave me the documents that prove I am allowed to keep it." I then produce said piece of paper. Pinkie quickly glances at the paper, before handing it back.
"Very well, you don't have to tell me. But do know that I will be talking to Glandrob about this, and asking Harblenip if this is true."
"Fine, lets just start talking about normal things before we break your friends more than we have." I say, trying to bring our talk to a close. Happily, it is only Pinkie's circle of friends around us, as any other pony would have thrown us into a padded cell.
"Yeah, I don't need them knowing more than they should. However, Discord has already gotten the name of the sword, so do be careful, and only use it as a last resort." Pinkie says.
"Thanks for the warning. And I honestly planned on using as that anyways, though I will fight with it as it usually looks know."
"We both know you will, just don't use THAT for anything but big bad meanies." Pinkie says, fully ending the conversation between us. Her friends are just standing beside us, wondering just what in the hell we are talking about. In fact, Rainbow Dash even comments on it.
"What. The fuck. Where you two just talking about." She says, the five ponies still standing there with an incredulous look on their faces.
"Oh, nothing you need to know about, my dear. Let's just say that it's something beyond your comprehension." says a mysterious voice. Then, on the floor, a pair of eyes appear, and a being peels itself off the floor. It looks like a mad scientist had gone just a little crazy, and turned a goat into an amalgamation of different creatures, including a lion, goat, antelope, snake, bird, bat, and dragon. The result was something that didn't feel like it should fit in this universe. I could smell the energy coming of the creature, and it smelt of a different realm, one that was a lot more chaotic than this one.
"Hey Discord, I'm sorry. I totally forgot we were having tea today, and I came to welcome Cameron to Ponyville. Cameron, this is Discord, who has reformed himself. Discord this is Ca-" Fluttershy starts to say, before being cut of by Discord.
"Yes, I know Cameron here. Actually, it was Queen Faust who told me about him. And it's honestly true. That is something you just don't even think about just saying willy nilly. She said I might be able to have some fun with her. I also came to say hello to the other worlder for myself. If she is ok with it, I would also like to have a small spar with her. Is that alright with you Cameron. It will also allow Twilight to get to see how powerful you are," He leans in close to whisper in my ear, "without having to use your Noble Phantasm."He leans back up, and I give him a yes.
"Wonderful, we can have it in the meadow just outside the Everfree. The one over on the far side of the farm." He is saying with relish. He then tells us to meet him at 3 o'clock, and disappears, before reappearing, saying "And Fluttershy, will we still be having tea later?" he asks.
"Of course we will. Though you wont get any if you hurt Cameron to much." she says in response to the entity's question. He grins broadly before disappearing again. I then get back to the party, but my mind keeps wondering.

Sorry for the small wait. I am starting another story, and am really trying to hash out details for that one as well as this one. I know where I want to go on both of them, I just need to get the world and lore right for this other story. When it gets approved, you will see why I haven't posted in the last few days. Though I am happy to give you more of this coming soon. Next time, I am fighting Discord. And it wont be easy. Also, don't worry about me and Pinkie. It is something that reality warpers need to know about, and nothing you need to concern yourself with. In this story, however, I will not warp around like Pinkie does, That is not something I do a lot. Only on occasions, or if I am in a hurry. I will be doing it a Few times though.

I had to ask Twilight where the fight was going to be, and she just said to wait for the girls to get their, so we did. After about twenty minutes, the six friends had come back with what looked to be different types of weapons. Rainbow Dash had a broadsword, but had only about a hand-and-a-half long grip. Applejack had a two headed battle-ax that was half as big as her,and looked to be about 100 lbs. Rarity came back with a longbow. Pinkie had a gate-buster war hammer, which is a war hammer with overly large heads. And Fluttershy had the most interesting weapon. The shy mare had a longsword that looked like the Dragonslayer from Berserk , but I couldn't be sure, that is until she got closer. From there, I could see that the sword was in fact Dragonslayer, but it probably had different properties in this world.
"Fluttershy, I have to ask. Are you actually able to wield that thing? I honestly just want to know. Also, why are you guys all armed? You aren't fighting Discord, I am." I say to the assembled group of girls.
"Oh, we know. It's just extra precaution, as Discord as only ever fought us and the two princesses, and both times the Elements of Harmony where needed to put him down. It's not that we don't think you can fight. It's in case you end up pissing off discord enough that the elements need to be used." Twilight says, before summoning the one weapon I didn't expect for her to summon. Her weapon was a scythe. But this scythe was the type of scythe that you see on those t-shirts, the ones where death is standing in the picture, holding the twisted, gnarled wood of the curved weapons handle. The sun didn't shine on the blade. In fact, the blade just seemed to suck out the light from the surrounding area. The effect went away when Twilight twirled it around in a fancy flourish, before settling it on her back in its sheath. Or whatever scythes go in when carried.
"What are the weapons?" I ask, intimidated and scared at the answer she might give me.
"Would you believe me if I said that they are the Elements of Harmony. Because we didn't either when we first got them, back when we stopped Nightmare Moon." Twilight says, confirming my thoughts on them actually being the supposed elements.
"That's some dangerous Harmony. Have you learned why they are weapons?" I ask.
"Yes and no. Yes in that we know how to use them and that we have had to use them many times now, each time has been successful. No in that we haven't found out much more than most of what each weapons powers are. And we don't have time to go into detail. Discord will be expecting you soon." Twilight finishes, as she looks at the sky, noting the position of the sun.
We walk to the meadow that Discord had told us to meet him, and as we get there, he suddenly appears in a puff of smoke on a really nice motorcycle. I almost cry when he gets off and it disappears with a puff of smoke. It had been a Ducati Diavel, and it had been nice. After he had gotten off and it had disappeared, he walked over to us and pulled a backpack from literally nowhere. He opened it up and pulled something out.
"By the way, before I forget. Queen Faust told me to give you these. Said they are a few of your prized possessions, whatever that means. Anyways, here you go." He said offering me the items from the bag. They looked to be my music phone, the phone I keep for just music, and a pair of Bluetooth headphones, like the pair that I had back home. Actually when I thought about it, they looked EXACTLY like the phone and headphones I had back home. I took them from Discord and turned on the phone. As it turned on, the boot up screen was the same. Then came the moment of truth, the lock screen.
Now, my phone has a screen lock unlike other phones. There is an app out there that, if installed, replaces your password with whatever time it happens to be at that given moment. So when the lock screen that I had chosen appeared on the phone, I incredulously swiped right and typed in the time. To my utter happiness, it was my phone, meaning the headphones where mine too, from back in my world. I looked up at Discord and went over to give him a hug. He was a bit odded out by that fact, but slowly returned it. After that he said.
"Alright, we still have a fight to get on with. So don't get all sappy on me, and wimp out before we fight. Also, give me your best." He said before going to one side of the field. I agreed, and put on my headphones, queuing up a shuffle playlist for me to listen to. I tend to focus well when I listen to music. As I slip my phone into my pocket, I feel something inside next to it. I pull it out and see that it's a small note. It says "Remember to laugh! "
As the first song comes on, I start to do just that. I couldn't think of a better song to go with how I was feeling, or wanting, with this fight.

After that, I just couldn't stop laughing, and it felt pretty good to. It wasn't an insane persons laugh, but a good old fashioned belly laugh. One that makes you feel really happy afterwards. And the better I felt, the more I felt a power start to grow within me. As the song really started to get going, I started to run at Discord. I was still laughing, and I was starting to transform. My laughter went to a more maniacal laugh, like a hyenas, my body started to glow, and swirls of magic light surrounded me, and as it grew brighter, I couldn't see anything, but I could feel myself change. It was instant, but suddenly I felt like playing. The light vanished in a swirl of color, and I was still running at discord, laughing as if I had become a maniac. I looked down to see that i had a new body.
I had the body of a howler.
Author's Note
I'm gonna fight Discord. The song doesn't carry over to the next episode, it is only to portray how I felt at that moment, and served to trigger my first transformation into a Howler. I hope you all enjoy this, as this I my take on the Elements of Harmony, and we will learn a little more about them later. As well as it is my take on how they have to solve problems with violent weapons. Anyways, I now have to go fight Discord, so I need to go.

FIGHT!
I pulled my thoughts together and turned and charged Discord, reaching him before he had a chance to react, reaching him quickly and biting down on his arm, enough to get a good hold, but not enough to break his bones. I pick him up and slam him like a bear does a fish, smacking him on the ground multiple times, before he recovers and punches me in the side of my muzzle, causing to loosen my hold and he slips out.
He then flies over onto my back and straddles it as if I was a horse. I get a sudden idea, and take off as fast as my new form can go. As the world around me started to blur, Discord held on to my neck, as I then started to run in a circle. As I did so his grip loosened a bit. I finally stopped and reached back, biting his arm in the same grip I had before, and slung him off my back into a tree, smashing through it, before retreating and letting him up.
Everything was funny to me. The world seemed like a never ending ball of funny things that was there for my amusement. I just could't stop laughing at how absurdly FUNNY everything was. Discord, the girls watching, the sun, the sky, the birds, EVERYTHING. It was SO. DAMN. FUNNY. My maniacal laughter echoed through the meadow by the forest. I could see the girls, tensed up on the edges of my vision, looking at me as if I might be a threat. That made me feel sad. I was a good girl, not a bad girl.
I transformed out of being a howler and requiped my God-Eater. It was in it's sword form, but with a pull and twist of the handle, the creature that was the sword reshaped itself into a large, portable cannon that shot bullets that looked suited for the Halconon. I started to fire on Discord, raining a hailstorm of pain down on him, when I got a tingle on my left shoulder. Without a second thought, I ceased fire and turned, bringing up the cannon to block an attack. I had barely finished when I felt Discords retaliation hit the cannon, knocking me off my feet and launching me a good 50 ft away. I was dazed and could barely see straight from impacting the ground, but I stood up and looked at Discord. He was standing their in a full set of armor that consisted of mostly plate-metal, and had chain-mail in the cross sections and joints. In his hands he held a halberd, which is what I presumed is what he hit me with.
"Well, you are quit the fun exercise. This is good, you have actually made me slightly irritated. It just goes to show that sometimes the new girl isn't as weak as you might think. Also, I am surprised that you where able to block that attack. Why, my dear Fluttershy was knocked unconscious for a whole day with that blow, and you are standing up again. MARVELOUS!" He said, rushing me. I dodged left and stuck my foot out, tripping him up. I then switched the cannon back to a sword, and blocked again. This time, I was able to only be knocked back, my feet digging into the ground as I struggled to remain on them, and not get blown back.
I need to disarm him, then somehow get past that armor. I don't want to use my Noble Phantasm, not until I HAVE to. It's to powerful, and it gives away to much information. I switch out my blade for my Carbine, running backwards as he charged forwards.
I switched to tri-burst, and fired like that, hoping to get his face. He was able to dodge most of them, until I tightened up my aim. After that he took a burst to the face, right arm, left leg, and lower abdomen. As blood began to seep from those areas, Discord started to look angry.
"Oh, you are really starting to piss me off. Don't worry girls, i'm not going to kill her. I am just going to make her suffer." He yells, thrusting his hand out and calling forth something from the ground. Stones started to pull up from the ground and fly together with a grinding wound, like they were being crushed. The air became full of dirt and dust. I started to cough, hoping to clear my throat before he attacked. When the dust settled and I could once again acquire air in a reasonable fashion that didn't involve light asphyxiation, I looked to see what he had created.
The object that stood in the meadow before me was a large golem, about the size of a one-story house. It's shoulders were boulders that hadn't been ground down, giving him a large set of football looking shoulder pads. His face was made from several types of limestone and slate that had been growing in the field, and had been ground to resemble a crude face with no eyes, nose, or ears. It's arms were as thick around as my torso, and probably then some, and looked to be made of stones that had been cut to form a sharp gauntlet on its sides. Its legs were made of granite, so that the two ton looking behemoth before me wouldn't collapse of it's own weight.
Discord smiled, "This should keep you occupied for a good bit. Attack the human, but nothing else." It roared at me and charged. I immediately switched my rifle to full-auto, and aim for the beasts legs, hoping to at least chip away at it before it got much closer. It was partially successful, as I was able to chip away at the granite of it's legs a little, not enough to cause major damage. The golem reaches me, and before I can switch weapons, it straight up pimp smacks me over to the trees lining the meadow, right on the edge of the Everfree.
I think this over in my mind, then quickly decide. Before the beast charges me again, I switch to my god-eater, and then throw my head back and howl. The behemoth pauses for a moment, then continues to charge straight at me. Before it slams into me though, A pack of Timberwolves jump out from behind me in the Everfree, latching on to the golem, scratching and pawing at the rocks and stones that make up its earthy body. I see the golem trying to get the wolf off, and start laughing again.
As happened before, I again change. The world get's to being extremely funny again, and I just can't stop laughing at it. I look at the behemoth before me flailing to get the three wolves off it, and laugh even louder. My howls echo across the meadow, and the beast looks at me as I rush it, a glowing pink and blue contrail being left in my wake as I swiftly run and jump. I land on the creature and start to scratch and claw and dig at the thing in front of me, laughing as it tries to swat me off, getting in a few hits before it's arm is clawed off by two of the Timberwolves. The golem is slowly reforming itself as me and the other Timberwolf finally see our prize. The golems heart. We continue clawing our way deeper, hoping to reach the core before it can rebuild its arm.
The Timberwolf is the one to finish the golem, grabbing the heart and pulling it out. The golem stops moving after this, and then suddenly collapses into a pile of rubble, as the energy that was holding it together was gone thanks to removing the heart. Discord let's out a growl at this, as I then turn back into a human, pulling out Excalibur. The wolves stay near me, as I have used one of the powers that the Shaman had given me, which allowed me to call and command a limited amount of Timberwolves to my position.
"Well, you are proving to be more resourceful than I thought. I was underestimating you. Let me not make that mistake again." He says, as he then creates three more golems, the air thickening with dirt once more as rocks flew together and ground away at each other to make the golems. I growled and barked at the wolves, telling them to distract the golems for me, as I proceed to run to Pinkie Pie.
"Pinkie, give me your hammer. I need it." I say
"Sorry, I can't. It won't let you wield it. Like Mjolnir. You have to be worthy to wield it." She says.
I just groan in an exaggerated manner before grabbing it from her hands and running off. The other girls and Discord audibly gasp at this, and I proceed to ignore them. The golems have formed, and my brethren canines are busy distracting them. I run to the nearest golem, which is chasing the wolf that killed the first golem. I watch as he takes a swing at the wooden creature, before running in and pounding his right inner leg. It cracks as I use all of my newly granted strength from the Shaman, and pull back for another swing. Before this happens though, I am tackled out the way by the wolf, who takes the blow that the golem was about to connect to me.
The Timberwolf gets blasted to kindling, and a green gem falls down as it gets exploded from the hit. As I see the wolf get turned to splinters, I finally start to get angry. The hammer in my hand starts to glow a fiery pink, and I raise it over my head, preparing to slam the ground with it. The golem, dumb as ever and volunteering to be the first one to be pounded back into the dirt, tries to hit me again, but I bring the hammer down on the ground with a massive slam that would have been a 5 on the Richter scale. As I hit the ground with the massive hammer, a wave of energy spreads out from the impact, as well as the ground starts to shake and rumble. The energy wave knocks over all the remaining golems, and the ground splits open underneath them, swallowing them into the abyss of the ground, never to rise again, allowing the energy in them to return to the Earth.
The ground stops rumbling, and the girls and Discord pick themselves up. I then dismiss the last two Timberwolves, before walking over to where the first one was killed. I pick up the green crystal, stopping for a second to look at it, before putting it in my pocket, resigning to look it over more later. I then turn to Discord.
"This fight is over. You have seen what I can do, and you had your fun. You then made an innocent creature die because of your stupidity. Discord, you might be semi-omnipotent, but you still are a dumb ass motherfucker." I say, hoping to get him to at least be somewhat guilty for what he did. It doesn't work.
"Well, its not MY fault you brought him into the fight. And besides, the golem killed it, not me. I only created the golem. I didn't control it." He rebukes. That's when Fluttershy joins the conversation, turning to the mad creature I still need to get what species he is supposed to be. I haven't done that yet. She then does something to him, as he immediately starts to get scared, backing away from Fluttershy, lip trembling.
"Okay, i'm sorry. Please stop Fluttershy. I'm sorry for killing the Timberwolf." He says, backing away from the yellow pegasus who has stepped between us. I am surprised by what is going on. Though it only lasts for a moment as Fluttershy then stops doing whatever it is, and Discord stops groveling. He straightens up, saying.
"Well, as it is, that was certainly an interesting fight. I never expected you to use the element of laughter against me. Or even be able to wield it. But I guess that is what comes from being Faust's chosen champion. The ability to use the elements without breaking the bond to it's user. Though I don't think you can use more than one at a time, can you."
"Honestly. I didn't even know that I could use them. I just went of Mjolnir principles of 'being worthy to wield it', not that I wasn't supposed to use them at all." I say. Applejack then speaks up.
"So yer tellin us that you weren't even sure you could use em. And you just grabbed it, thinking that it was like the hammer of Thor, and only wield able by being worthy enough. That just sounds stupid. You could have been injured, or maybe even worse." Applejack yells. I shrink back, immediately feeling like an idiot for having done that. Luckily, Fluttershy turns to me and asks a question I wasn't expecting.
"Was Everything really that funny? You kept talking about how everything was so funny. Especially when you looked at Discord, like he was some kind of play toy that was all yours." She says. I look at her in confusion, as I am pretty sure she isn't a reality-warper like me, Discord, and Pinkie. Then I understand what she means. She meant in my beast form, the reason I kept laughing.
"Yes. Everything felt like one big old fat joke when I was in that form. Discord especially just looked hilarious. Though I am sorry for scaring all of you like that. I am a good girl, not a bad girl." I say, hoping to be forgiven by the six mares that have come to mean so much to me. Rarity came up at this, and stated.
"Yes darling, we know." She says, starting to pat me on the head. I immediately feel ten times better, as she then starts to scratch my head. It feels amazing, and as she pulls away, I take a small step towards her, before stopping and shuddering, the feeling of the scratches leaving me happy and content.
"Yes well, as this is all just fine and dandy, I do need to be else wear. Fluttershy, I will see you later tonight for tea. And Cameron. Hear is my number, if you ever want to cause a little mischief and magical mayhem, don't hesitate to give a little call." Discord says, snapping his fingers and making an old rotary phone appear. He then smiles, before being sucked into the phone, it then disappearing after he is done getting sucked in. After that, I feel my music phone vibrate, and open it up to see that I got a message from Discord on how to call him. Thinking that it might come in handy for some fun magic tricks later on down the road, I shrug and stow the phone.
"So, I still need to see the person in charge to get a house and then to look for a job. Who do I need to talk to about a house?"I ask the girls, Twilight stating.
"That would be Mayor Mare. Do you know where she works? How to get there?" I shake my head no, and she then tells Rainbow Dash to help me find my way. She groans, saying "But TWILIGHT, I don't want to. She probably is going to be super tired from the fight, and is going to be dragging her feet the whole time. Can't someone else do it?" She whines.
"Actually Rainbow, Howlers can go for days without stopping. How about this, last one of us two to Ponyville owes the other something from Sugercube Corner? Deal?" I say, issuing a challenge I know she wont pass up. She get's a big shit-eating grin on her face.
"Alright. But i'm warning you, i'm the fastest in Equestria. So don't come crying when I whoop your ass." She says.
"Yeah, yeah. You can eat my contrail. Hey Twilight, when I get done with the mayor, I need to tell you the Dude Story. it is the one on how howlers came to be in our world. Now, who wants to help a girl get her giggle on!?" I ask, suddenly looking at Spike. I ask Rarity what accent she has, she gape's at me in question, before stating "Trotingham." I then pull something out of my pocket and go to Spike. I then say.
"Spike, give me your fanciest Trotingham accent." I then slip on a set of monocle and stash before he says "Why good madam, I do believe you have something on your face." It was in a perfect British man accent, and I just bust out laughing. I then start to transform once again into a howler. As I do, the race against Dash comes forward, and it seem like such a fun thing to do. I howl with laughter, before Fluttershy steps in. She gets in to race starting position.
"Are you ready Dashie?"
"I was born ready!!"
"Are you ready Cameron?"
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA"
"On your marks...
Get set...
GO"
And me and Dash start off towards Ponyville.
Me and Rainbow Dash zipped along across the fields of Sweet Apple Acres, racing as fast as possible. We both where not going to lose, and we both knew it. The only problem I knew I had, was that I would have to slightly follow Rainbow Dash, as I didn't know were the town hall was. With that in my mind, I let her pull ahead slightly from me. Luckily, she was flying low enough that, when we hit Ponyville, she was also having to dodge houses and other pegasi, as I had to dodge earth ponies.
Rainbow Dash looked back at me and grinned, before pouring on more speed and turning a corner at an intersection. I sped up and turned the corner to see a large building up ahead, with Dash a quarter of the way to it. I sped up again as I didn't accept that I was going to lose. I started to gain on her, little by little, before being neck and neck halfway. I looked at her and laughed, before the world started to stretch just ever so slightly, as I started to warp a little bit of the world to amuse me even further. I laughed as equations started to flow by me, ignoring them and imposing my idea for space to help me get to were I needed, making space fold just a tad, putting me ahead of Dash, for the final quarter of the race. I saw Discord and Pinkie waiting for us, cheering us on, Discord holding a checkered flag. Dash had seen me warp, pushing herself faster, catching up just as we both screeched to a halt to stop ourselves from running into the town hall, both placing our hands on the wall, at the same time.
"What... was the... warping... for... you jerk. That is cheating." Rainbow Dash complained. I transformed back to my human form and started talking.
"Your right. I only meant to put myself ahead by about three inches, not an entire chest length. I really am sorry. How about we say you won, since I did cheat. And, you get one free favor from me, redeemable at any point you want. Okay. Because I like you and don't want to lose a new friend." I beg, honestly not wanting to lose a good exercise buddy and friend. She relents and says.
"Fine. Anyways, here is the town hall. Go on in and talk to the secretary, and she will put in a word for a meeting with her. I need to go get ready to bring in the new storm cloud shipment we are getting tomorrow, for the storm on Friday." She says, and then waves goodbye as she flies off. I then turn to Pinkie, who was standing their with Discord, who just walked away after I said hi, and asked her what day it was.
"It's only Thursday. I decided to help you with the house buying, as everyone has some things they need to do. Also, Rarity wanted to talk to you after this is over, to get your measurements. Then we can go furniture shopping." Pinkie then walks in to the town hall, and I follow after her.
The interior of the building is just like what you might find in a meeting hall of most small towns, large open room with rooms in the halls behind. We head to the back of the main room and through a door on the right side. Once through, we see a desk occupied by a pleasant looking mare, who greets us.
"Hello, Scroll Kick, is Mayor Mare busy. My friend here wants to talk to her about citizenry and houses." Pinkie asks the nice mare, who takes a look at a schedule nearby.
"Yes, she has an opening in ten minutes, she is in with another pony right now. If you want to wait or comeback that's fine. How long do you think this will take to do? She has a meeting in about forty minutes once she is done with the pony she is with." Scroll Kick says, trying to see if their is anything she can move to help us.
"We will stay. I don't mind waiting, and it's not like I have anywhere to go at this time. I will be listening to music though Pinkie, if you need to wake me or talk." I say, then deciding something. "Actually, do you wanna listen with me? I can let you have a bud to listen with?"
"No need to worry silly. I always carry two sets of headphones and a split jack. That way, if I run into Vinyl, one of my friends, we can both listen to hers or mine music. I believe you know how they work. They are over the ear phones though, so is that alright?" Pinkie offers up, pulling said headphones and jack split out of her hair.
"Sure. That's perfectly fine by me." I say, then pulling out my phone and bringing up my downloaded music. We put the headphones on and listened to my music for the ten minute wait. After we saw Mayor Mare come out of her office, we stopped the music and stowed everything away.
"Hello, i'm Mayor Mare, how can I help you?" The gray maned mare nodded to her office and we followed her in to sit. We told her everything. How I came to be in Equestria. How I had helped the town and had a recent duel with Discord. And ended with coming here to get a house, and citizenry. She mulls it over, before heading over to her filing cabinets behind her, opening several drawers, and pulling out some folders before closing them, and turning back to us.
"Well, here are the citizenship papers," handing me a small stack of papers. I look them over, trying somewhat to understand most of the legalese on it, happily noticing that the pages are fairly simple and easy to understand. "And here is a few houses we have on the market at this point in time. All of them are well built, with some being semi furnished to unfurnished, the bit prices will be pretty low this time of year, under two thousand. That should help you out." Handing me several sheets of paper with houses printed on them, and specifications for each one.
"Is it okay if I come back with all my answers tomorrow? I need some time to think on the houses, and to fill out the citizenship forms." I say putting all the papers into different slots of my hammerspace.
"Of course. Take your time, but not to long, please. We do want you settled in quickly, as things get rather odd around Ponyville most days. We want you to be able to have a safe place to stay in case something might happen. Go ahead and take them with you, but bring them to me at your earliest convenience." The mayor said, showing me and Pinkie out the office and waving as we left.
"So, wanna go get something from Sugercube Corner, then head on to Twilight's for the Dude Story. Or just head to Sugercube Corner and grab a bite to eat." Pinkie Pie starts to drag me towards her work place, as I was told by the girls when at the party earlier.
"Are you asking me on a date Pinkie? Cause I gotta say, I don't mind going to Sugercube Corner with you." I say while casting a glance at Pinkie Pie. She gets a small blush, but dismisses most of the reason why with her next words.
"No. I'm just wanting to go get something sweet. You are the one who wanted a date. Get your mind out of the gutters, Cameron. I just wanted to go to the bakery."
And that is what we do.

I meant to have this out yesterday on my birthday, but I had to do some stuff to help my mom and the kids, so I had a long and boring birthday. However, I did feel better when I came to finish this, so I'm good.

The walk to Twilight's wasn't that long, and we got their in time to get supper. She wasn't to happy about it, until I told her that I needed her help with filling out the citizen papers. After that, she didn't seem to mind, and invited us in. As we sat at the table, I pulled out the papers for her to get a look at before we started to fill them out.
It took us till the middle of the night to finally finish the papers, as there was a lot of things that I had needed to fix, leave blank, fill in, and all the other fun stuff that you have to do when filling out citizen forms in other dimensions. All in all, it took less time than Twilight had originally thought. Pinkie had gone home earlier, as she had to do some things for some orders she was getting prepared to deliver the next day.
She offered me the couch to sleep on for the night, but I declined and headed to the best room I could find. The laundry room. Luckily for me, their happened to be a fairly large pile of clean sheets that Spike had pulled out. I thanked him, then proceeded to take them, walk to the corner of the room, place the pile on the floor (after I had swept it a little) and proceeded to lay down on the warm pile of soft sheets that came up to Twilight's knees.
"Cameron?"
"Yes?"
"Why?"
"Why what?"
"Why did you take all the clean sheets? I still need to make my bed, and my sheet is in the pile."
"Oh. Sorry, let me help you find it and put it on. It's the least I can do. Also, tomorrow, I will tell you the Dude Story. You'll like it." I say, finally pulling out her sheet. She just grabs it from me, and then tells me not to stay up late. She then walks away. I start to follow when Spike just tells me to stay here.
"It's not that she is angry, she just is a little frustrated at things she doesn't understand. You should have seen her when she tried to figure out how Pinkie sense worked. She about had a mental breakdown over how she couldn't get Pinkie Pie's sense to read out in a understandable, scientific way. She really is pretty good once you get to know her better."
"Fine. Welp, I might as well get started on finding a house I like. You know of the houses that are open? Seen them when in town or anything? Know who owned them before? Anything to help me out with the picking would be nice." I ask Spike, as I am genuinely curious about what I might be buying into. I show him the houses, and he picks through them.
"Well, this one the owner was an old stallion who was a war vet, but he was a little bit of a cigar smoker. And I am being generous by saying that. This house had a small family of 5, the youngest though was a little pyro, so it has some burn marks. This was owned by a family of 3, and the mom and dad fought a lot. Like, in front of their foal and everything. They got into some serious fights, and one of them got thrown through a wall. They also punched holes in walls during fights. The child eventually reported his parents, and they are in jail, and the child is doing good last I heard. Has a job that he likes, successful. But yeah, lots of property damage to fix up.
Huh, never seen this house before though. This ones new." He says, handing me the paper that has the details for the house on it. I look at it and it looks fairly nice. Its a single story house with a large basement that has been set up as a workshop of some sorts by the last owner, though what its for isn't well known, other than that it's for repairing things. The upstairs has an open floor plan, with lots of natural lighting, and a great view of the forest. That being said, it also happened to be mostly in the forest. The Everfree forest, to be exact. About a half mile into the forest is where this house is supposed to be set. The paper mentions that their is a well used path to this property, and that Timberwolves seem to steer clear of it.
I look at the paper closer, and see something that catches my eye. The picture that shows the front of the house has a few trees in the background. Looking closely, you can barely see it, but on one of the trees is three words. Remember to Laugh. I blink, and look again, and the words are still there.
"Hey Spike, take a look at this picture for a sec. Do you see anything on this tree right here?" I point to the tree that has the carvings on it.
"No. Why?" He answers. I say that its nothing, just that it must have been a shadow. He buys it, and I look at the picture again. It still shows the three words on the tree. I don't think this is a coincidence. There has to be something behind this. Maybe this house was put here by the Shaman. That might make a bit of sense. OK, then I will take it.
The next day, I walked though town to the mayors office once more. Now that I knew where it was, it wasn't hard to find. especially since it was the tallest building in town. I entered the building with the credentials and my redesigned wallet, done now to hold bits, thanks to a spell done by Twilight. As I enter, Scroll Kick looks up and sees me.
"She is in with someone right now. They just started to. If you want though, she is free this afternoon, sometime after 2 o'clock. She can help you then. in the meantime, you can probably head around town and try to find a place to hire you."
I check the time and see that it's about 10:30 in the morning, so I take her up on the offer and go outside. When I get out their, I look around, seeing nothing that would strike my fancy. So I decide to go for a walk around the outskirts of Ponyville. After a few minutes, I decided to just head to the house that I had decided to buy. So with that in mind, I started to walk to the path that the house was said to be on. I needed to get a little giggly though, so with a thought and an invitation, Discord appeared.
"Hello Cameron. How are you? You need something from me?" He asks, pretending that he doesn't know. He does know though.
"Yes, I need to get my giggle on, but nothing around here is funny enough. Wanna help?"
And with that he gets a top hat, monocle, and cane, plus fake mustache, and proceeded to twirl the cane around his finger. "Why, of course. All you have to do is ask. And a one, two, a one two three." And proceeded to do the dumbest jazz routine I have ever seen. I couldn't stop my self from busting my gut. It was funny. And with that, I transformed into a Howler. Laughing, I ran up and licked him, before running of down the path in the forest, towards the little cottage.
I smelt something in the air as I finally started to see it up ahead. The cottage came into view just as something swung in from my right to bat me out of the air. I slammed into a tree, and through a wave of pain and dizziness, caused by blunt force trauma with said tree, I saw something to my right exit the forest onto the path.
It was a Manticore. And judging by the scar on its tail and side, it was the one I had fought a few days ago. It roared at me, then jabbed at me with its stinger, I dodged, but barely, as I was still dizzy from the tree. I backed up out of the stingers range before it could attack again. I laughed a little, at the fact that it thought that it could take me in this form. I was feeling better, so I decided to attack.
I lunge forward and bite the manticore on the nape of its neck, trying to get through its fur. It barely worked as it tried to buck me off, but I held on. I lifted it up and threw it away from me down the path. It slid for a few feet before stopping and standing, charging at me and biting me on the leg, making me yelp in pain as I felt its large fangs sink in to my leg. I bite it again, and tried to get it off me,but it then stabbed me with it's stinger.
It stabbed me three times with its stinger. Each time I could feel the manticore's venom pump into my veins. I can't die like this. Not yet, not yet. I still have a job to do. The Shaman, gave me a job. I have to live. The venom coursing through me felt like fire. My entire body felt like it was burning, my head throbbed with pain as the tree and venom both worked against me. I wasn't going to die though. I wouldn't have been chosen by the Shaman if I would just let my self die.
I started to laugh. The howler in me started to laugh. My beastly howler form started to laugh. The trees that where surrounding the cottage, started to laugh, the leaves rustling in a way that could only be taken as laughter. The manticore is still biting my leg as I lay on the ground, burning up from its venom in me. I laugh in its face. I see its eyes, and they start to shrink into pinpricks. It lets go of my leg as it starts to back away, low to the ground in a submissive manner. I get up.
The manticore has backed up to a tree by this point. It is cowering on the ground, trying vainly to get farther away without taking its eyes of me. I get up. I look at the manticore. I see that it cowering before me, and I laugh. I see it mewling as if it was a kitten, and I laugh. It looks at me in fear, having been sure moments ago that its pray was going to die. I LAUGHED.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
The trees. The manticore. The birds. Everything. It just suddenly goes silent.
My laughter still rings forth.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I look at the manticore. I can feel my legs start to quiver as the venom pulses through my body, my head still swimming in pain. I look at the manticore. I start to slowly walk over to it. When I get close enough for it to curl up into a ball, trying to get away, I stop moving.
I then transform back to my regular human body. As I do, I almost collapse. The pain intensifies tenfold, and I scream in pain, falling to the ground. The manticore looks at me as I do so, and its eyes look scared. I slowly drag my way to it. I reach out, trying to feel it. I find it. The manticore is trembling, wondering what is going on. I slowly, slowly, pull myself onto its back. Making my way to where I can see it's ear in my vision of 1 inch from my face, I whisper.
"If you get me to Ponyville, alive, you will not die by my friends hands."
The manticore understands. It stands up, making sure I have time to adjust myself into a position I can hold on while it runs. When I am ready, it takes off down the path, running as if it was being chased by the devil. We make it to Ponyville in ten minutes. As the manticore bursts from the path in the forest, I give it more instructions, my vision and consciousness fading rapidly.
"Fluttershy's....cottage....that way." I point. It takes off again, roaring as it goes. A minute later, I can barely make out Fluttershy's cottage. The manticore runs up to it, roaring for Fluttershy to come out. The timid mare can hear the cries of the manticore, and she comes to see why the creature has come to her. The manticore dips down, presenting me to Fluttershy.
"Oh god! Cameron! What happened, whats wrong, can you talk to me!?" She rambles on, asking more questions. I reach out to her and take her arm, pulling her closer with what little strength I have left, and say.
"Anti....venom....manticore." before passing out.

Homes and Hospitals( and new pets to)
Waking up in a hospital. If you ever have, you know what it feels like. You wake up, wondering where you are, trying to remember what happened last time you where conscious. The feeling of stuff poking into your body. The urge to throw up.
Wait, that last one isn't normal. Oh, then, my bad. Well, at least their was a trashcan nearby, which happily took all of my technicolor spewdom of the mouth. After it had eaten its fill of my stomach contents, I thanked it for its contribution, and set it aside. Then the door opened, and a nurse stepped in.
"Hello. I see that you are awake, so we can start with a few questions. Do you remember what happened, how you got here, or what you where doing last?" the nurse asks. I finally take the time to study her. She was a soft white color, like cream, with very light pink hair, and a cutie mark that was a red cross with four hearts in between the cross sections. She noticed that I was staring and started to blush just a little, and then said.
"I'm sorry. I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Nurse Redheart. If you could please answer the questions." I then answer her questions. I tell her that last I remember was getting carried to Fluttershy's home by a manticore, then passing out. Fluttershy must have then brought me here. And the last activity I had been going to do was check out a house that I had wanted to by, then had to fight a manticore. I then asked her how ling I had been out.
"About a day and a half. Your body was trying to get rid of the venom, and even though you had the anti-venom in you, you still almost died." Nurse Redheart told me. Just then a knock on the door was heard, and we looked as it opened, letting my six new friends in. Dang, I already consider them my friends. They just are so friendly, it's hard not to consider them my friends. Oh well.
"Hey Cameron, how are you feeling?" Twilight asks me, obviously not seeing that I am in a hospital bed.
"I don't know. I'm in a hospital, so their might be a problem. Also, I just threw up when I woke up, so that has to count for something. And then there is the fact I almost died. I think I am doing fine, nurse when can I leave. I would like to go buy me a new house."
Twilight stands their looking guilty, while Rainbow and Pinkie try not to laugh. Rarity just gives me a small smirk, then pulls out a bag of cloth and starts sewing. Applejack is giving me a disapproving stare. And Nurse Redheart tells me that I can leave once they have ran a few tests to see if all the poison is gone. Fluttershy then comes up and tells me.
"Also, we found the papers in your pocket, and we put two and two together. We gave them to Mayor Mare already, and we payed for the house. All of us, though I don't know why you girls did it?"
"Well darling, we couldn't just leave our new friend to not have a home to go home too. Especially after what happened to her. Also, we now have a manticore outside. Sitting there. Looking like a sad little kitten. Do you know why Cameron?" Rarity says.
"It might have to do with the fact that I threatened retribution by you guys if I died. That and I completely terrified it. Like, completely. It was not pretty." I reply to her.
"Well, that would explain some of the things the birds and animals have been saying. They all say that they heard laughing, like someone had gone mad, and they saw a glowing dog that was backing a manticore into a tree. Was that you?" Fluttershy asks, recounting just a little of what she heard.
"Probably. I don't know what the animals say or hear, but it probably was me." I say to her, confirming her suspicions.
Then Nurse Redheart came back into the room, having left to get the doctor for the tests.
"Ah yes, our newest patient. Let me take a little blood and run it through a few tests, and you can go home soon." He says, before taking some blood and leaving me and the six ponies alone. We spend the time waiting for the tests talking and laughing at each others jokes. Eventually the doctor comes back in and gives me a clean bill of health, and takes out all the IV needles and other pieces of medical equipment. After that is done he leaves, and I start to get ready to leave. I just stand in the room and strip out of my hospital gown, and all the girls immediately start to look away, saying it's improper to just strip like that. I simply shrug, and quickly requip some nice simple leggings and a t-shirt. The t-shirt is a nice one, with a funny saying on the front of it.
"Insane? I prefer the term Mentally Hilarious.
Pinkie and rainbow turned around and saw the shirt, and started to laugh at what it said. The rest of the girls just chuckled and/or nodded, and we exited the hospital.
As we did, I noticed that their was something of to my right, hidden in the shadows of the hospital. I looked to them to see a manticore, the one that almost killed me, crouching down. It looked like it was crying almost. I walked over towards it as everyone started to disagree with my decision.
The manticore started to shrink up as I got closer, scared of what I might do to it. As I draw near, I reach my hand out, and start to pet it. It shivers at my touch for a few moments, until I start to scratch behind it's ears. It nust melts into my hand after that.
"Come on boy, let's go. Hey would you be against coming to my house?"
The girls are just staring at me with dumbfounded expressions on their faces. I just start to walk off, followed by my new pet manticore. Eventually I am joined in my walk by Fluttershy, then Pinkie and Rarity, and then everyone else. We all start walking towards my new house.

Hey guys hope this is a nice chapter. Kind of slowed.down from the last chapter, with the start of a lot of sarcasm to come.

It took all of us about thirty minutes to reach my new home. As we walked down the path, nothing was talking, though you could here the trees rustling and whispering around us. They were talking about me, I knew it. When we passed the place where the manticore had attacked me, I stopped and turned to it.
"Now, you, go kiss the tree and say your sorry for throwing me into it. Then go to your house." I say, pointing to the shed that has now appeared. I shrug at the new addition, and make my way to the front door.
"Hey, who has the keys by the way?" I say turning to the girls. Twilight digs into her pocket of her pants and grabs the key, levitating it over to me. I take them and unlock my door. As we walk in I notice the very nice wall of glass on one side of the house, to the left of the door across the living room. To the right is a doorway to a small library, filled with what looks like all the books I have ever read. Inheritance, Deltora Quest, Guardians of Gahoole, and many many more besides. Other books looked to be history books or other stuff pertaining to Equestria. Twilight immediately gravitates into here, and starts pulling out books to look at.
"Do you mind if I rearrange your library, and borrow a few books. Some of these books I have never heard of." She asks me, not taking her eyes of the books floating in front of her.
"Sure, just bring them back in good condition and you can borrow them anytime. Rainbow, I might have a book that you will like, just let me find it real quick. Aha, here it is." I then pull out a small paperback book with a dinosaur on the front.Raptor Red . Its about a Utahraptor, a dinosaur of my world. It tells about its life from the raptors point of view. Lots of blood, gore, and fights, mixed in with long sections of filler that is interesting in its own right. You should borrow it. You can trade a book for a book if you want."
"Sure, I guess I will try it out. Where can I sit to read?" I look around and see a little alcove in the wall, a little circle shaped patch of wall pushed in with a cushion inside to sit on. I point to it, and she walks over and starts to read. A few seconds later, her eyes get wide and she starts to ruffle her wings. I can only guess, but I believe she is at the attack on the Astrodons. I leave her and Twilight to the room, and the others have been looking at the living room. They notice a china cabinet in the room, full of little knick-knacks and decorative knives with etched scenes in them. I make my way to the kitchen, and see Pinkie Pie moving around baking something. Surprisingly, for the amount of flour and batter that is on her, there is nothing on the counters or floor. I just chock it up to Pinkie being Pinkie, and head on to the rest of the house.
I head down the hall and see that their is two rooms. Opening the first door leads to a small room that can be used for whatever. The second door leads to the master bedroom, which isn't extremely large, but is big enough to house a queen size bed. It looks to have a small walk in closet, roughly 8' deep and 5' wide, with a light inset into the ceiling. It also has an array of drawers and cubbyholes for storage. Heading to the room, I see that I have a queen bed, and a hutch with two side pieces and a topper, that you can slide and position as you want. I notice a small walkway on the right side of the room from the door to the room and is right next to the closet door. I head through it and find the master bath. It has a tub to the right as you enter it, with a tall ceiling. I see some nobs on the tub, and investigate to notice that it's a whirlpool tub, or a small Jacuzzi, with jets set into the side of it. There is a small alcove with a sliding door with a toilet inside, and just outside the alcove is a sink for washing your hands.
In the far corner of the room is a door. Noticing that it looks suspicious, I head over and open it. Inside is what looks to be a shower.
I step inside. Suddenly the door closes. I rush to it, and try to open it, but it doesn't budge. A sound like a jet engine starts to assail my ears, and I turn around. I see a note taped to the wall, and walk over to it, reading.
"You might want to take off your clothes, and prepare for water to fill the room. "
I take a second to process, and suddenly I get it. Quickly requipping out of my clothes, I prepare for a dive. Just as I finish, the jets start to gush water into the room. The room starts to fill quickly, and I start to panic a little, before taking some calming breaths, and preparing for a dive, as the water is starting to reach the top of the room, and I am floating by the roof of the shower room.
As I duck below the water, I see that the note is perfectly fine. I swim over to it, reading it as best I can underwater, finding extremely clear and easy to read. It doesn't seem to be blurry as your vision usually is underwater. I see that the note now says something else.
"Breath. "
I don't immediately do so. I don't want to take the chance of it being a chance by someone to kill me, or Discord coming back for round two and just going straight for the goal. I'm scared, not wanting to breath but desperately needing to. Finally, my lungs win, and I open my mouth and breath in.
Air. It's just air. I am not breathing in water, but air. I see no air holes, I am not wearing any sort of oxygen tank, yet I am still breathing normal air. And I am underwater. It slowly, and I mean slowly, starts to dawn on me what this actually is. It isn't a shower, but it is. More like, the Shaman took another universe, then placed it in this room. Then, she made it to where only the outside of my body was in said universe, while my organs and inner parts of my body where still in the universe I currently was in. That way, I could wash my body, and swim and have a lot of fun doing so in this room, and not die from lack oxygen. I start to get giddy. It's to good to be true. It is just to good. I then start to wonder what would happen if I were to open the door. As if provoked by this thought, the note starts to glow ever so lightly, and I see it change again.
"Go ahead and go out. The room will stay the same. However, do know that whatever clothes you wear into here, will get wet. Also, you should have waited for the fish. Though they will be here for you when you get back. "
Hearing that it their is more to the room than the normal disregard for physics that would give Twilight a heart attack if she were to find this out, I make my way to the door, finding that it now opens. Stepping out of the room, my feet touch the ground, and I almost fall, as I was just weightless seconds before. Dripping with water, and feeling as though I was going to explode with happiness and joy at this new and amazing room, I grab a towel on a rack near the door, dry myself off, and requip some clothes on again. I then head to the kitchen, smelling something amazing coming from that direction.
I walk out grinning, and all the girls eventually pick up on the fact. Rainbow Dash, brave as always, asks me what is making me so happy.
"I just found my favorite room in this house. That's all. And no, I will not tell you about it. It's all mine. You get to use the Jacuzzi if your ever invited over."
All of them stare at me. Well, all of them but Pinkie Pie, that is. She just looks at me, gives me a knowing smile, and goes back to cooking more food for us. I happily ignore the looks at me, boring into me with unasked questions, and tuck in to the food. It looks to be a chicken Ala king dish, with an assortment of veggies to go with it. I then turn to Fluttershy and ask.
"Um, Fluttershy. Do you have any books on how to care for manticores as pets? I'm going to need them if i'm going to keep him. I need to think of a name for him though."
"Why don't you let your readers name him for you. And don't worry about what i'm saying. I know what I am talking about. You just eat and go to sleep tonight. I bet you will have a good name tomorrow when you wake up. So, comment on what you want the name to be, put them down, and the author will pick the best one. Now, lets get back to eating. Rainbow Dash, I think you were about to comment on the book Cameron picked for you?" Pinkie Pie says, making all of us wonder what she means. Her final statement brings us out of our dumbfounded torpor, and rainbow exclaims excitedly.
"YEAH, I was! So far it's really cool! How did you know that I was going to like that one?" she says.
"Just a hunch. I liked it a lot, and I am also ADHD like you, so I know what it's like to read boring stuff. Somethings take forever to get to the good stuff, while others put you right in. You looked to be one of the people who likes action and adventure, so I thought I would give you something with less action, and more story, while still giving you the tension a battle scene in an action book gives. Someday, I will give you "Eragon . That, is a good book. And it is slow at some points, especially the fist book, but it still makes you feel a sense of wonder." I finally finish.
Twilight looks at me, saying, "I saw that book, but didn't look at it. Do you mind if I borrow it? And others in the series, if it is a series?"
"As I said earlier, you can borrow any book you want, just bring them back in decent condition. If you get smudges on it, that's fine. Just don't disrespect it. If you do, their will be retribution. Hey, what time is it? I just noticed that it is dark outside."
Applejack checks the time on a clock above the stove, and see's that it's almost midnight. "Well I'll be. We've been here for over eight hours. We need to get home. Our families might be wondering where we are." She says.
"No, don't go. You can stay the night here. Let me find some stuff for us to put out for you guys, and you can send a message to your families. I can take them, as I can actually see at night. All of you just need to find some sheets and blankets for us to use. Or I can just get them when I get back to town. Make a list of what you want and I will get it for you when I give your letters to your families. Fluttershy, your going to have to let your animals know what I need to take. Just write a list and I will get everything for you. Hurry though, I do want to give your letters before we have people getting hurt searching for you."
"That sounds fun. SLEEPOVER AT CAMERON'S NEW HOUSE! YAY!" Pinkie shouts with glee! everybody starts to tell Twilight what to write down for me to get, as they themselves write notes to their respective families. As soon as everyone is finished writing, they hand me the papers and I head outside.
I get a funny thought in my head. What if Pinkie where to pull out the mask that Eugene uses to scare Courage in Courage the Cowardly Dog and scare Fluttershy. And when she screams, she looks just like Courage does, with his mouth wide open and screaming just like he does. That would be hilarious.
At that thought, I start to giggle. As I continue to think of that beautiful image, I start to laugh a little harder, continually getting louder and louder with my laugh. As it starts to get to where I am not fully breathing with how funny the idea is, I transform.
The girls all see me and stare in awe at my glowing neon form. The pink and blue standing out in the darkness, glowing brightly. I howl with laughter at the image of Fluttershy in my head. Fluttershy starts to giggle as well, as I tell her in laugh about what I thought.
"I agree, that is really funny. Well, maybe not in actuality, but on paper it is. Have a safe run." I laugh a goodbye, before turning and running off into the darkness of the forest. I rush down the path, leaving a contrail of blue and pink neon in my wake. In roughly ten minutes, I arrive at the edge of Ponyville. I first make my way to Sweet Apple Acres, as it is the closest to the path to my house. As I run up, I see that Applejacks grandmare is on the front wraparound, sitting in her rocker. As I approach, I transform out of my beast form and walk up to her.
"Hello, ma'am. I have a note for you from Applejack. It is a list of what she needs, as well as telling you she is staying at my place for the night, as it's just a little to dangerous to walk through the Everfree this late at night." I hand the note to her, and she smiles before saying.
"Ya don't have to call me ma'am. My names Granny Smith, but most people just call me Granny. You can too."
"Sorry ma'am, but I was raised this way. Even if you tell me to stop, and I have done this before, I will still call you ma'am. However, if you really wish it, I will try to stop."
"Aw shucks, at least you have some manners about ya. What do you want me to do with the supplies she wants?"
"Just put them in a small pile and I will be back in a bit to pick it up. I have a few more notes to deliver."
"Well, alright then. You go and do what you need, I'll get the stuff ready."
"Thank you. Um, Granny, I think you are missing your teeth?" I say pointing to the little table were they had been moments before.
"Dagnabbit, where in tarnation did they disappear to!?" I proceed to help her look for them, finding them just a few feet away. Picking them up, I then give them to Granny Smith before Quickly hopping the porch railing, turning to watch her. She gives me a confused look for a second, wondering what the hurry is, before putting in her teeth. All of a sudden, her mouth starts to clack as the teeth start to move on their own.
I start to crack up, I quickly say I'm sorry before I transform into a howler. I had replaced her regular teeth with a pair of clacker teeth. Her real ones are just in her lap. I run off before she can get after me, and proceed to the next objective, the library.
As I head to the library, I see Spike looking around nervously. As I come up, he yelps in surprise, before starting to run for the library. I just transform back into my human form and call out to him. He stops and I hand him Twilight's note, before telling him to get it all ready for me to come pick it up. He says he'll do so, and he then trips and falls face first onto the ground. I start to laugh good nicely, and quickly transform back into a howler. I then run off to Rarity's boutique. As I get their, I see that there is one light on inside. Hoping that means someone is still awake, I run up and transform back into a human, knocking on the door. It takes a moment, but eventually Sweetie Belle answers the door. I hand her the note, before telling her that I will be back shortly. She just stares at the letter and nods, saying she'll get everything ready for me. She then proceeds to close the door on her muzzle. She cries out in pain, and I again start to laugh. I say sorry before transforming into a howler. She gapes at me as I run off into the night, heading for Fluttershy's cabin.
I get there and see that all the animals are still awake, which surprises me, as most all of them are not nocturnal. I transform back, and go up to the door. Before I can knock though, the door is thrown open and the angriest little bunny I have ever seen comes out. I start to back away from it, pulling out the letter from Fluttershy and handing it to the angry Cuniculus. It reads it, and then looks at me angrily before charading to me that he will have everything ready for me when I get back. I then thank the bunny, before looking through the window, and ask if any of the animals can give me a good laugh. The bear raises it's paw in answer, and I just bust out laughing at the sight. I had never seen a bear do that before.
I then run off to Sugercube Corner. I look and see that the shop is closed, before making my way to the back door. I knock lightly, and wait for one of the Cakes to answer. Pinkie had told me to do this, so I am. Mrs. Cake is the one to answer, and I hand her the note. She reads it, and then hands it back and leads me to Pinkie's room. I thank her, and take a quick look around, looking for the things she asked me to grab. I try not to poke around to much, as I do respect the privacy of my friends, but it is hard. Eventually, after making my way through all of her things, to my pleasure and displeasure, I finally have grabbed all of her things into a small duffel pack. I leave her room, knowing more about Pinkie than I had wished. I really didn't need to know what she had kept in her party chest. I DEFINITELY don't want to know why she had so many of them, though I also wondered when she used them, and what type of party she would have thrown that would require them.
Shaking the thought out of my mind, I head out before turning back to the gingerbread house bakery. I see something that Pinkie told me to look for, and it immediately makes me go into a giggle fit. As it devolves into fits of laughter, I transform again. Having seen the weather vane is a statue of Pinkie in a chicken outfit will do that to you. I then pickup the duffel and throw it on my back, before heading off to Fluttershy's. I run up, and the angry bunny and bear come out, carrying a backpack full of the things their caretaker asked for. They toss the pack on, and I nod a thanks, before taking off with a fit of laughter, aimed at the bunny. As I start to get to far, I just see him start to rage at what I said. I then head to Carousel Boutique.
Arriving, Sweetie Belle, has kindly packed everything for Rarity in three suitcases. We somehow get them to stay on my back, and I just hope that they will stay that way until I get back home. I give her a nod and a lick, and run off with another laugh. I run towards the library, careful to keep everything on my back. Spike is waiting for me with a pack for Twilight, and one for himself.
"I'm coming with, if that's okay? I can help you keep everything on for you, if that will help?" he says, to which I nod, and get down as far as I can. It takes a moment to scramble onto my back, but he makes it, and I give him a laugh in warning, before taking off for the orchard, my final stop before home. When I get there, I see Applebloom and her older brother, but not Granny Smith. Then, out of nowhere, a cane comes whipping down onto my head. I yelp in pain and stumble to a halt, looking to see Granny Smith standing by a tree, cane in hand. Applebloom is laughing at me, and her brother is chuckling, grabbing Applejacks duffel bag and tossing it to Spike.
"That's fer the prank ya pulled on me. Now, you run on home. You need to sleep to, and we need to go to bed as well." I give her a lighthearted lick, and laugh as I head off, back down the path to my home. I make it back in about twelve minutes, as I was heavier than usual thanks to the load I had on my back. The whole trip had been an hour and a half, and It was about 1 o,clock when I made it back in with everyone's stuff. They thanked me, and got ready for bed. They had already figured everything out while I was gone, so they didn't take long to get done, and everyone was asleep moments later. I made my way down the hall to my room. Without thinking, I requiped my clothes into a simple bra and panties, before slipping under my new sheets, and falling asleep.

I had the strangest dream of my life. I'm not gonna lie, I am happy that it was a dream. It started simple enough with me going to sleep in my bed, after I had just run around Ponyville gathering my six friends items for a sleepover. Actually, make that five friends, as Rainbow Dash had had a workout bag with some changes of clothes, so I didn't need to get her much of anything. But again, it started when I went to sleep.
In the dream, I was sitting at a computer. A laptop, to be precise. I was typing the words to some story. I stopped and read through it for a second, and saw that I was typing out what was happening AT THAT VERY SECOND in the dream. I found myself typing these words in here. It didn't get much stranger until now. I then sat back, before saying to myself.
"I still need to name that manticore. Otherwise, you wont have anything for your pet. Since i didn't get many answers, I guess I might as well name him. Its not that bad, I was just hoping that you could have a good pet name for when you wake up. Oh well. I think Cy would be a decent name, don't you Cameron? Well, I think you should name him Cy. You need to wake up now. Also, you should tell Twilight the Dude Story. She would like that. Go on, wake up now. Bye!" I said, before everything went black, and I woke up.
I felt a little disoriented from the dream, and didn't get up right away. Until I felt something behind me shift in bed. Slowly, so as to not disturb whatever had gotten in bed with me, I turned over. Happily, it was one of my friends. Unhappily, it was one to many of my friends in bed with me. I saw that Pinkie had gotten into bed and had snuggled up to me. I wanted to scream like a little girl. But, taking a few breaths to calm down, I reached over and gave her a proper slap, right across the face.
I know, it wasn't the nicest thing to do, but you can't give me fault for not being comfortable with people in my bed. Especially cuddled against me with a nice and soft embrace. That last comment is totally irrelevant to what is happening though. I had also felt comforted and warm, and it hadn't felt bad. It had felt very good actually. Those two statements are irrelevant as well.
Pinkie quickly picked herself off the floor, smiling at me and saying.
"Sorry. Just wanted to give the readers a little something. You are very soft by the way. And those breasts of yours are nice and squishy. I know what it looks like, but all we did was cuddle. It was nice cuddles though. Thank you. Also, it's best if we don't talk about this to the others. I'm going to go make breakfast for us now, so see you soon!"
She then walks out the room. I just sit their flabbergasted as to what happened. She had cuddled me, lightly fondled me, and then walked off to go make breakfast for us all. Now I felt kind of bad for slapping her. Then I remembered she had been sleeping with me. So I didn't feel as bad then. I sighed and got up, heading to my new bathroom to do my morning ritual. I brushed my teeth, got on new clothes, and walked out the room. I am happy to report though, that my shirt has another funny saying on it.
"There is no "We" in Bacon
I walk out to the dining room and see that Rarity, Applejack, and Twilight are already up. They look to me as I enter the room and see my shirt. They chuckle lightheartedly, and resume eating the eggs, BACON, and toast that Pinkie had cooked up for us. Fluttershy walked into the room, also saw my shirt, and giggled while blanching some. I understood, and didn't question her on it. After that, Rainbow Dash got up as we where starting to clean up, walking in to the room and seeing that we had started to clean off the table. We point to one plate, and she goes and starts to eat, giving her thanks to Pinkie and us for saving it. After we are done cleaning, and Rainbow eating, we head to the living room and sit around the glass coffee table in the middle.
"You know, Cameron? You have been here almost a week now, and almost everyday you have said that you would tell me the Dude Story. Can you please just tell us it already? I really would like to know it." Twilight says. I stare for a second, comprehending the fact that it has been one week since I had gotten the job from the Shaman. I really need to step up my training game.
"Yeah sure, of course I can. I just kept forgetting after I had said it. You wanna get some tea or coffee or anything before I start this story? I don't know how long this story is gonna take."
"No, I think we can handle the wait. I just wanna hear the story. What is it about?" Twilight says, with the other girls nodding in agreement for want to hear the story.
"It's the story on how Howlers became all glowy and awesome. I guess it starts a long time ago.
"Before cities, streetlights, and many other things. A young dude was searching for herbs and berries for his village. He suddenly heard crying coming off in the distance. It was a sound unlike any cry he had ever heard. The dudes village had the belief that they needed to help anything in need, be it person, creature, or other, they had to help as best they could.
"Hearing the distress in the voice of the creature, he wondered into the forest. There, he witnessed a large dark figure hunched over on top of a hill. As the dude got closer, he started to notice something strange. It's mouth was full of sharp teeth, and glowed like liquid sunlight! Like Molten Gold!
"Being the brave and kind soul he is, the dude walks up to the figure. And, once he is right in front of it, he notices something. It's a crying forest spirit. Tears of gold run down it's face. So he asked in a super chill tone, "Why are you so down yo?" And the spirit replies.
"All my forest friends are starting to get ready for winter's sleep...Sob...And I am all alone until Spring returns."
"So the dude then looks for anything that he can use to cheer up the spirit. And he get's an idea! He picks up two leaves and fastens them together, and places it on his face like a mustache. The spirit stares at the dude in silence for a minute. Then, he slowly began to grin. And LAUGH!
"The spirit laughed and laughed. Eventually, it looked down at the dude and said.
"I think winter won't be lonely with you around. Do you mind if I spend the winter with you?"
So the dude was like " Yeah! We can jam out crazy guitar solo, and play checkers!!"
"He didn't realize his life would never be the same from then on. That friendship, created the first howler. Now, instead of spending the entire winter stuck indoors, he was able to run in the snow endlessly without tiring. They ran and played the entire winter. And when Spring came, neither wanted to part ways. The spirit asked the dude if it was okay if they could stay together. and the dude was like, "Jivin! Of course!"
"Then the dude eventually found a wife. They had kids together, and those kids where born with the gift as well. Over time, some of the new generations of Howlers lost touch with nature, and the ability to talk to other spirits. Luckily, transforming by laughter is still strong.
And that's it. That's the Dude Story. There's more, but I don't want to tell them all." I wrap up.
"Darn, that got me all teary eyed. That was a great story Cameron." Applejack said, wiping her eyes with her sleeves. I tell them to just call me Cam, as that's usually what my friends called me anyways.
Rainbow Dash is still sitting on the couch, thinking about what I said, before finally saying.
"Damn. Kinda wanna be a howler now. You know what I mean. Like, that sounds like a totally legit thing to be." We all start to crack up at what she says, though looking at the other girls, they looked to feel the same. I then speak up, saying.
"Hey, do any of you wanna spar with me sometimes? I need the battle and sword training, and I just wanna get started on practicing everyday. Is their anything that I can use as a training dummy or what?"
Twilight tells me that she can create a few golems to use for training, and I tell her that that's a good idea, they just need to be able to be changed for whatever I need to fight and practice against. She tells me to drop by her library later, and she would have the golems done by then. I nod to her as they all start to exit my house. All that is left is Pinkie Pie, who had a note that says to let her continue sleeping taped to her forehead. Head on, apply directly to the forehead.
After leaving her to sleep in my bed, having dragged her there to sleep instead of the couch, I decide to check out the basement, as I hadn't done so previously. As I made my way downstairs, I wondered what could be down here. I got to the bottom of the stairs, felt along for the light switch, and flicked it on.
The basement was set up as a small repair station, for what looked to be my swords and gun. It had a workbench with vice clamps, tools for disassembling and cleaning a gun, and another workbench with oils and polishes for blades and a shield. And the last workbench had stuff that I had never seen before, meaning that it had to be a repair bench for my God-Eater. It was the logical deduction, at least. I decided not to play with it today, as I didn't need to do any cleaning or repairs to armor or weapons, and headed back upstairs. With nothing to do now, I decided to head into town. Then I thought better of it, and thought about stocking up on steak.
So I went hunting.

It had been a business week since I had gone out hunting for steak. I at that time had been able to catch a bugbear and a hydra, though I had gotten a little bruised from the hydra. I had been able to take both creatures, with Cy's help, to Ponyville and get them cut up into steaks by the only Griffon butcher in town. I took most of the steaks home, and a job along with it. The butcher offered to pay me 300 bits for every creature that I hunted and brought in. Seeing as I wouldn't be able to eat all of the meat myself, I agreed, and let him have over half the bugbear and hydra, taking some of the meat home for free.
The next day, I had gone to Sugercube Corner to see if their was anything else that I could do when not hunting, and Mrs. Cake gave me a dishwasher position. It wasn't that bad, as most of the time Pinkie or one of the Cakes would help me in doing them, putting them away after I had washed them and dried them. It beat some of the other dish jobs I have had. I was paid 20 bits an hour, which wasn't bad in the grand scheme of things, as I made up for any slack in it by hunting.
On Tuesday, I went to Twilight's librarby and talked to her some more on Ponyville, how it came to be and all that, and told her more about myself. We also rearranged the shelves, which gave me some money, but it didn't matter. All that matters is getting a stable job.
On Wednesday, I finally gave up on finding a job, and decided to let hunting and janitorial work would suffice for now, as Ponyville wasn't a quiet town. On Wednesday, I had to fight a demon. Yes, because apparently earlier in the year, Cerberus had left his post, and some demons had gotten out. So yeah, fought a demon. Didn't kill it, no. Just had Cerberus take it back.
Cerberus didn't look like your typical three headed dog. No, he walked bi-pedal, and he looked rough. I didn't like the fact that he looked like he could kill me just by barking. He scared me. As I said, he was bipedal, but it was digitigrade, like dogs normally walk. He was buff, and his muscles were prominent under his brown fur and skin. His faces were skull like, stubby, and eyeless, the black holes of his eyes as dark as the pit he guarded, Tarturus. Cerberus's hands where giant, bigger than a car tire, which he could probably grip with ease, and ended in wickedly sharp claws. He had a chain around each neck, and he had hair that covered him like a loincloth,up on his arms, and on his heads behind each one.
I was happy when he took the demon and left. I felt much safer after he was gone. Hell, I felt safer with the demon than him, but that was just me. Apparently, Fluttershy has met him a few times for tea, and he was a very nice and gentle dog. I only believed it because Fluttershy.
Thursday was better. I got a good run and hunt in, and I got started on training with the golems that Twilight had made for practicing. I found out that I pretty much had the durability of a Faunulis, from the show Magi, who were able to withstand just about anything. I also had most of the strength to match. I went a few kickboxing matches with Applejack, and we both were stumbling home afterwards. It was a good day.
Friday was when things started to take a turn for the worse, though it didn't happen in Ponyville. It happened elsewhere on the continent. I wasn't there, but reports made after the upcoming events say that a few creatures where found to be shriveled up of all magic, and most of their souls. No one was able to get a good description of what creatures, but they died after being in hospitals. It was two weeks later that I would be hearing this, but I had a boring Friday.
Saturday was alright. The CMC found me on a hunt, and they followed me in the Everfree, which if I hadn't sent Cy to follow them, they might have died from another manticore. He was able to fend it off while I got the girls to their homes safely. Each of their sisters thanked me for saving them, and then turned and shouted the girls ears off. I got out of those yelling's by saying that I needed to do some things, and left for the Everfree to see if Cy had killed it.
What I found was a little better. I found Cy at the manticore's nest, "helping" the nice lady that had tried to kill the CMC. I left them to it, and went home for a shower. The shower was different than the first time I had gone in. Now, it looked like an ocean. It was beautiful. I was speechless. I swam for what must have been an hour. I didn't keep track of the time. The sea critters where the most amazing things ever. Most all the fish were unrecognizable by me, while a few I was able to identify.
I stepped out the shower, and requiped my pajamas, moving to my small library. I picked up the last book I had been reading, and continued from where I had left off. After three hours of reading, I noticed another part of the house that I hadn't noticed before. That probably was because it hadn't been there before. I found a note near it, saying.
"I am getting closer to your dream home. The speakers are as you have wanted, in every room of the house. Pound away. The Bluetooth is HOUSE.
I decided to take the Shaman up on the offer. I pulled out my music phone. It was 2:09 P.M.. I typed that into to my password, and pulled up the Bluetooth, and looked for HOUSE. Pairing it, I put on my music.
If you didn't understand what I said in the last few paragraphs, let me give you some context to help you figure out what the Shaman had meant, and why I currently was pounding out some heavy dubstep and rock music from speakers in the corner of every room in the house.
A dream of mine had always been to get myself a house out in the middle of nowhere, but decently close to a town, and wire a bunch of speakers into the corners of every room in said house. That way, I could put my music on, and still listen to it wherever I happened to be in the house. That is what has happened, and I currently was enjoying myself on the couch in my library.
After I finished listening to music, I made some food for Cy and I, and waited for him to come home. He did, and we ate and went to bed.
Now we continue the story on Sunday. I walked out my house and went for a stroll in the woods. I liked the Everfree forest, and how it was untamed by the ponies. I liked the adventure that it gave you each time you went in. It didn't take me long to start finding tracks of something. This was different from other creatures in the forest. It didn't make any tracks that I could identify to a creature. I decided that it might be worth investigating.
Tracking the thing for half an hour finally caught me up to it. When I finally saw it, I didn't bother with it. I don't take on Ent's. I went to town and reported it to Twilight.

That Monday, I went to work. It wasn't much, dish washing with Pinkie. I helped her cook too, mixing batter and getting her ingredients, tools, and pulling things out of the oven for her when she couldn't. Not that she needed all the help, she easily was able to do it on her own. I just helped so I could pay her back for smacking her in the face. She accepted my help with joy, and I had a fun time. It go to be lunch time for us, so we went out to a little restaurant near the bakery.
She was talking about her pet Alligator, Gummy, and I was crying lightly at one of her stories she had on him, about a mother's day present she had gotten from him.
The story was, he had gotten in the chocolate cake batter on that mother's day, and had made a mess. Pinkie had been cooking, and hadn't noticed Gummy making the mess. When she finally did, she had started to scold him, when she saw what he had really done. The little alligator had crawled over to a clean corner of the room, and had written Mama in a heart on the floor. When she had seen it, she had cried for hours after words, with happiness fluttering in her heart. The story was so cute and happy that it had me crying at her telling of it.
As the optical waterfalls where drying out, we saw that some people where running from the direction of Sugercube Corner. We went outside, and headed towards the bakery.
As we got close, we could see fires burning some of the buildings. We ran for the bakery, and saw Mr. and Mrs. Cake run by us. We stopped them and asked what was going on.
"We where making some cakes when a woman walked in, demanding us to bow down and give her everything. We refused, and she got angry, transforming into a scorpion like centaur. We rushed the customers out the back, but she started to cast spells and burned the Corner. We didn't know what to do." Mrs. Cake answers.
"Pinkie, go get your friends, and have them get everyone out of town. I am going to fight whatever this thing is."
"No, you are going to come with me and we are all going to fight it." She says, starting to get a scared look in her eyes, realizing the seriousness of the situation.
"No, I am going to fight it and you are going to get everyone to safety. You know why I was sent here right?" She nods her head. "Then you know that this is my actual job, not hunting or helping you at the Corner, which is now burning. Besides, you are faster at bending reality than I am. Get your friends, and have them get everyone to safety. Please? I'll come back and all that cliche bullshit that people say, just go and get everyone to safety." I then run off, pulling out my gun and checking my ammo out.
I have found that she gave me unlimited ammo, I just still need to switch mags. I actually didn't mind that, as it gave me an extra challenge when fighting, that I have to get to safety before reloading. The ammo counter is full at thirty.
I round the corner for the final stretch to the bakery, and see the demon that has burnt most of the town. I see three little fillies screaming in terror as the demon yells at them in a voice that sounds old, like it hasn't been heard on the planet for a VERY long time. It was like a bunch of scorpions where crawling over each other, their exoskeletons rubbing each other as they passed.
"BOW BEFORE ME! I AM YOUR NEW RULER! BOW, OR PERISH BEFORE THE DEMON ACARA!"
I don't even hesitate. I bring the rifle to my shoulder, aimed down the sights, flipped it to full-auto, and emptied the clip into the demon. She screeched in pain, allowing the CMC to run towards me. They reached me, and started to thank me, but I just shoved them out the way and pointed away, never taking my eyes off of the creature that was before me. It had the upper body of a dark gray woman. Her hair was a dark, dirt colored brown chitinous plating that resembled dreadlocks. Her lower half was a scorpion. The color of her armor was the same dirt brown as her hair, as it reached up her back to wrap around and cover her breasts. Two pincers came from around where her waist met the armor. She carried a spear like weapon made of a metal I didn't know.
"WHO DARES TO ATTACK ME! SHOW YOURSELF, SO THAT I MAY FEAST ON YOUR FLESH, AND LAY MY EGGS IN YOUR CORPSE!" she roars, looking around and spotting me.
"Sorry, I don't take orders from demons. My shirt may tell you how I feel right now, due to you having destroyed my town."
I looked down at the shirt that I was currently wearing, having changed it before walking out to her.
"You flipped the Bitch Switch, so buckle up and enjoy Asshole
I was proud of my choice.
"YOU DARE MOCK THE DEMON ACARA! YOU WILL BE PUNISHED FOR YOUR INSOLENCE, MORTAL!" She lunges at me with her spear, and I dodge out of the way, running behind her towards the burning Corner. I turn around, saying to her.
"Ma'am, I am going to have to ask you to piss off, or I will have to use force. I will let you go free from hell if you leave town now. Otherwise, i'll beet your ass bloody, and send you back to Tarturus with Cerberus. Hey, that rhymed."
Sadly, not paying attention left me open to attack, and that is what happened. I felt my left boob get stabbed, and looked down to see her spear stuck in to my heart. The demon rips it out, and it pours out blood. I just sigh, as I feel the scabbard of the holy sword start to heal my wounds. I found it only heals physical injuries, but not poisons or mental distress. I turn to the demon, her face one of puzzlement.
"My turn."
I pull out my God-Eater, and let it feed. It roars as three heads appear out of it, made of whatever entity that the blades are made of. It surges towards the demon, who starts to spear, sting with her stinger, or grab with her pincers on to the entity that is rushing towards her. It is useless.
The entity reaches the demon, and bites down on her pincers and tail. She continues trying to stab it with her spear, but it does nothing. The beast of the sword rips her pincers off, swallowing them whole, before tearing off the stinger, throwing it to the side. Acara screams in pain, and turns to run. The heads of the sword latch onto her legs, ripping them off, eating them. They latch on to more of her legs and tear them off as well. The demon is crying now, using her hands to try and pull her massive body away from me. The heads just keep on eating through her body, ripping chunks of her off and eating her alive.
I continue with the slaughter, allowing my blade to gain energy from the being it was eating. After the human part was the only piece of the demon remaining, the blade was satisfied. I put it back in hammerspace, before walking over to the scorpions stinger, and then it's spear. Picking up the stinger, I walked over to Acara's body, still whimpering in pain, scrabbling at the dirt trying to get away, but not moving anywhere. I grab her hair, pulling her up to face me.
"I told you to leave. You didn't. Then, you stabbed me, ruining an awesome shirt. I could have lived with that. But what really made me end you, was destroying this town. That is why you are going to die. Have fun in whatever Tarturus, just don't let me see you when I finally join you."
I then thrust her stinger into her throat, squeezing it to release the poison. She starts to shudder, her blood that's left starting to seep out of her orifices. Her eyes started to bleed, her mouth dripped more blood than before, her ears leaked blood from them. And her lower half started to flow freer than before, blood gushing out faster than ever. In moments, she was a lifeless husk, all of her blood drained out by her poison, an anticoagulant that makes it overproduce, and blood vessels explode, making you bleed to death in the most painful way possible.
I throw the corpse away, and look up. Sugercube Corner and most of the buildings around still burning. Quickly, I warp reality to a small lake, and make as much water pour out of the lake onto the fires, putting out them in moments. I couldn't save everything inside the buildings, but I could save as much as possible from destruction. After that, I closed my rift in reality that had been opened, and headed towards the edge of town.
As I reached it, I was starting to fall asleep. The fight had taken more out of me than I had thought, mainly cause I hadn't done much fighting.
The mane 6 see me first, and start to rush me, before the rest of the town sees me, and follow suit slower than the 6. Pinkie tackles me, and the rest of the girls pile on for a big hug. I wonder why? Did something happen? Was someone killed that I didn't know about?
"You STUPID MOTHERFUCKER! WHY!? YOU COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED! DO YOU KNOW THAT IT'S BEEN AN HOUR SINCE YOU TOLD ME TO GET EVERYONE TO SAFETY?! WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO?! WHY DID I FEEL A TEAR?! What happened to the demon? Why did you leave me? Please don't leave me."
I look at the other girls as they get off of me, asking them with my eyes what is making Pinkie like this. Rainbow Dash answers.
"She has been crying ever since you told her to come get us, and get everyone to out of town. We didn't know why. What did you tell her?"
"That I would be back, and whatever else cliche bullshit promise that people make, before I ran off. Oh, actually, this makes much more sense now that I put it out loud like this."
"YEAH, IT BETTER! YOU MADE ME WORRY! THOSE BULLSHIT CLICHES ARE BULLSHIT AND CLICHE FOR A REASON, YOU KNOW! Now, answer my questions. What the hell did you do to the demon? And why did I feel a spatial warp of dimensions 9 and soda, leading to approximately 1700 gallons of the pond on the other side of Ponyville to be emptied into the town?"
"The can we go to my house to answer those questions? I am feeling a little tired. Also, the people are going to have to do some heavy rebuilding of Ponyville. They can go back in now, but Sugercube Corner was lost, along with a few houses for about a block from the bakery, where lost to fires. I did what I could, which was pour approximately 1700 gallons of Ponyville's pond on them. That's the answer to the tear. The other question can be answered at my house."
"Cameron, I am going to have to send a report to Princess Celestia. I am going to have to requisition for construction workers, and materials for rebuilding. And I am going to have to tell her about the demon that attacked. I didn't report the last one, as it was in the Everfree, and wasn't hurting anypony. But this was to bad to withhold. I am going to have to mention you, and explain you to her. She will want to meet you. Are you okay with that?" Twilight informs me.
I mull this over for a minute, before relenting and saying fine, she was bound to learn of me eventually. Better to be on her good side for saving her subjects, than piss her off for not meeting her sooner. She nods, and conjures up a quill, ink, and scroll, penning out a letter to the princess. We move on to my house as she starts doing so, Pinkie for some reason not letting me go the entire walk to my house.
As we get their, I see a grey mare with wings come down the path carrying something. As she draws near, I see that it is the spear of the demon I slew, as well as the stinger, which had for some reason been refiled, as it was now full from when I had emptied it into the demon. I also saw that she had said demons carcass with her. I immediately pushed Pinkie off me, and ran to the grey pegasus, grabbing the carcass and stinger from her. The mare touched down, and said to me.
"The mayor saw these on the ground in town, and told me to bring them to you. She says that they are your trophy's, and you should be responsible for what happens to them." The mare looks at me, and I see that one eye is perpetually staring up, while the other is more or less focused on me, but slightly pointed downwards at the same time.
"Thank you Derpy. Tell Mayor Mare that I will be there soon to help her figure out what to do." Twilight steps up to the mare, taking the spear from the pegasus. She salutes us, then takes off back down the path, never hitting a tree.
We head inside, and the girls are keeping their distance from me, including Pinkie. I toss the stinger down beside the door, before heading back outside. I walk over to an unused patch of ground that has little to no grass in it, and toss the carcass to the ground. I then proceed to light the bitch up, using a lighter and some fire starter.
With that done, I walked back in, to see Twilight and the girls examining the spear. They were fascinated by something on it, and glanced at me as I entered, before turning back to the spear.
"Something about the spear?" I ask, hoping someone would fill me in on what is special about it.
Fluttershy speaks up then, looking at me with a serious face. "Cameron, do you know who this spear belongs too?"
"Yeah. The demon I fought. Her name was Acara. She was some scorpion lady. Real bitch. Stabbed me with that spear. Right in the boob, too."
They all are staring at me after I say this, before Applejack clears her throat, and says.
"Cameron. You just killed one of the twelve rulers of Tarturus."

Cliff hanger. Sorry, but it is late as I finish this chapter, and I wanted to leave on a note that helps with setting up the rest of the story. Twelve rulers of the pit. It will be a long and arduous battle. One that I am determined to win.

"The Twelve Rulers of Tarturus are, obviously, twelve demons of immense power that rule Tarturus. While Hades rules over all of the underworld, with Tarturus being a part of it, the twelve rulers give him a run for his money every once in a while. The names of the twelve rulers, are Acara, Sologrog, Egrtoth, Harkness, Tophreltes, Tirik, Scorpan, who has stepped down from his post as one of the twelve a long time ago, and Satan took his place. After him we have Ancritin, Acara's brother, Pimtents, Yelgling, Molagan, and the leader of them, Singrang." Twilight finally finished her lecture.
"So is that a power scale, or is that you just telling me their names? Because I wanna know how powerful you think she was, and how powerful her brother is for when he comes for revenge."
"Acara was about number 6 on the ladder, with her brother coming in at 4. Tophreltes is 5." Twilight answers.
"And Satan? What rank is he?" I ask. "Oh he's twelfth, the weakest." She replies quickly. I was not very surprised. We continued to talk about other things for the rest of the hour.
Finally, Rainbow Dash looked up from the spear and asked, "How did you kill her? And was that her body that Derpy brought to you?"
"Yes, that was her body, or what little remained after I drained her of her blood. And from what it ate. How I killed her was I let my blade feed upon her, to dispose of the body in a way she wouldn't return. Hopefully. I don't know how demons work here in Equestria."
"What do ya mean ya let yer blade feed upon her? You got something we don't know about that eats Ponies?" Applejack asks, trying to figure out what I meant.
"Wait, are you telling me that that sword you said to not touch because it would eat you wasn't a lie, darling?" Rarity says, making Applejack turn to her and say.
"Sword that eats you? That's just bullshit right? That type of thing don't exist?" the apple farmer says denying it as best she can.
I stand up and pull out my god eater. I show them it, and they recognize it as the one I fought Discord with. "This sword is called a God-Eater. it is an entity that can switch forms, as it is a special made entity. Most of the other weapons like this are either melee or range. This is both. It takes ammo to fire it's massive shells, the ones you saw me shoot Discord with. It comes from eating the entities that are in it's home universe. I used it to eat the scorpion part of the demon, but it ripped of the stinger before feeding. When it was done, I picked the bitch up, and told her to give my regards to wherever she goes next. I then used the stinger to end her. It had an anticoagulant that made your body over produce blood, to ensure that you bleed out painfully. I used every last drop in her stinger, and she bled from every part of her body that wasn't bleeding already. It was gruesome, but she had hurt my town. Also, since it will come out sooner or later, this is what I am here for. To hunt down the demons that come in."
It's a partial lie, one that doesn't seem to go unnoticed by Applejack, but as the girls are looking at other things than me, I raise my finger to my lips, and hope she understands why. She nods, and I give her a look of thanks.
Then she says "So you let yer sword eat her? Then why did you take so long, cause I doubt that it eats slow?"
"I think it decided to take it's precious time, because it ate her piece by piece, slowly, ripping chunks off. Fluttershy, if you need to go throw up, the bathroom is down the hall on the left. Second door." The shy mare runs down, and moment later, you can hear her retching. I feel bad, I really do. It isn't pretty making someone as innocent as her cry. But Twilight needed to know what had happened.
"Alright, I just need Spike to send this report. I can do it when I get home, or have Rainbow go and have him send it, and get the response." Twilight says while rolling up a scroll.
"I think it's time for you to go home. It's not out of extended hospitality, but I am pretty sure that you probably have things that I am keeping you from doing. You got to help the Mayor with the rebuilding, Twilight. And Applejack, I doubt they couldn't use your strength. Fluttershy, she will be needed in case of medical treatment, or animals that are hurt, which I don't like thinking of. Rarity, I doubt that you couldn't improve some of the buildings with your artistic expertise. You all have lives outside me. Go live them."
"Your right! Crap, I totally forgot that I needed to help Mayor Mare write a report of the damages, so that we can get royal help with fixing the houses and businesses. As Princess, it's my job to do that for Ponyville. C'mon girls, let's go help out with the cleanup. Have a nice day Cameron." They all rush out of the house. All of them but Pinkie. She just sits on the couch, hair still down straight.
"Hey Pinkie, i'm sorry for saying the cliche bullshit. You okay? You don't have to go help the Cakes with the bakery or anything? They might need you to he-" I was cut off by her tackling me. The wind was knocked out of me with an oomph. She sobbed into my chest. I just took a moment to catch my breath, and pat her on the head. I didn't know what to say. I never really had to comfort someone like this. I start to open my mouth to try and say something funny, make her laugh and cheer her up, when she does the most ungrateful, most selfish thing ever. She kisses me. Full on, tongue and everything.
I immediately accept. I will admit, ever since that day on the train when I had first arrived, I had had a light crush on the mare, If only for her body originally. But as we had spent a little time together, I had come to like her personality, and then she had decided to sneak into my bed on that sleepover night. After that, with the job and working with her, I started to see how she cared for everyone in town. I saw her plan parties everyday for EVERY PONY in town. She would make them to their specifications, whatever they may be. She went out of her way to help the town, and her home had burned down. She was sad, and probably scared too, though she was scared what might have happened to me.
I felt bad for having told her off to go help the citizens. She had been so pissed after. And yet here she was, kissing me for all she was worth. She stopped for a moment, to take a breath. Then she realized, and she paused. I could see in the middle of the air in front of her face, was a box, saying 'Error! Pinkie.exe has stopped working! Attempting to come up with reason behind kiss! Please wait patiently while loading! ' So I wait.
Finally, the box disappears. She lays on me, staring. We don't speak. She starts talking.
"Cameron, I have liked you for a little bit now. Ever since you complimented me on the train, and especially since we started working together. I like how you try to be funny, and fail, and don't try and are funny. And then you go and be an ass, leaving me behind. You owe me some compensation for your actions missy. So I am going to make you pay up."
"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that to you, making you worry even more than you already were. I have had a crush on you to. At first, it was a physical attraction crush, but then your personality was so much like mine, broken and cracked enough to be a fun kind of crazy, that I developed a crush for YOU. I am sorry, so go ahead and take your payment. I need to pay somehow for being an ass to you."
"Well, your going to bring your ass to the bed for me, and then we can see about the rest of your payment. It isn't going to be much, but it will be a lot."
I had to pay in the best way possible.
I became her girlfriend.

And you thought that we would have sex. Get your mind out of the gutters, I had been planning this from chapter one. Also, yes I have Satan as one of the twelve rulers of Tarturus. There is a reason, as you will find out later. Also, I am going to tell you this here, after me and Pinkie become a couple, we went to town, and Twilight told us that the Princesses wanted to see us tomorrow. So the next episode is going to start on the train to Canterlot. Sorry for the spoilers, but I felt it would be easier to explain it here than the story up their. Also, that way you get a better ending to this chapter, instead of having to read more after. And I get to make fun of you down here for getting in the gutters.

As the Pony Express chugged through the countryside on the way to Canterlot, the capital of Equestria, me and the girls played many a game of eye spy, twenty questions, and a few board games that they had brought along. They had accepted the fact that Pinkie had asked me to date her, and had congratulated both of us.
The reason we where going to Canterlot was that apparently, since I had killed one of the Twelve, I was now seen as a sort of hero. The princesses wanted to meet me, and talk to me about where I was from, and what I was here for. Me and Pinkie where talking about how I would introduce myself, and what would proper etiquette be in front of the princesses. I also learned more about the princesses and how they would see me, being new to their lands and all.
The train took roughly two and a half hours to reach Canterlot Station. as it did, Twilight started to levitate our bags down to each of us. Me and the rest of the 6 girls waited by the door for the train to stop, the door opened, and Twilight headed us out of the car. She then turned to me, and said.
"Welcome to Canterlot, Cameron!"
"Wow. this place is amazing!" I looked around at the sights and could see that we where based on the side of a mountain. It had a tiered system to it so that all the levels where flat. It looked like it came out of the Lord of the Rings it was so majestic. Minas Tirith had nothing on this place. I looked at the castle, set on the highest tier, with many windows to look down into the city. I could see the stained glass windows that the girls talked about.
We started to walk around, and finally Rarity told us she had to run, she needed to go check up on her shop, and then she would meet us at the castle later. We headed through the city, and I just kept marveling at the beauty of the city. I noticed most of the ponies being stuck up asses, noses literally so, as they where jutted to the sky in utter disdain. I swear, if they looked up any more, they would have given Boa Hancock a run for her money in the "looking down on you" department.
I finally heard someone speak to the girls in a decent manner, and pulled my head from the clouds of the city to be meet with the sight of a stallion and mare in front of us. The stallion wore a gold monocle on his right eye, and had a nice, well trimmed mustache that was very bushy, without going into his snout. The mare with him, she was tall and thin, yet she felt dangerous. I didn't see anything, but I could almost be assured that she had a knife or something on her person, for anyone who decided to mess with her stallion she was protecting. I asked.
"So is she just a bodyguard or is she just really well trained in combat? And I really like your dress ma'am. It looks very flattering on you." I kept a serious tone the whole time,as I honestly was impressed by her dress. The mare laughed heartily, and responded with a very light French accent.
"I am Fleur de Lis. This is my husband Fancy Pants. And I play the role of bodyguard and wife. We should tell them about the time we meet someday, shouldn't we darling." the mare then looks at her husband.
"I agree. Would you like to sup with us tonight, or whenever it is convenient to you?" He asks, and I politely shake my head, the girls stepping in and starting to drag me to the castle.
"Sorry, I have to go meet the princesses. Maybe some other time?" and am rushed off to the castle gates.
"Princess Twilight and the Elements, plus one, to see Celestia and Luna." Twilight tells one of the guards at the gate, who then open it up, and we step through. We head towards the throne room, looking and explaining the pictures of stained glass in the front entry halls. We make it to the throne room doors before me and Pinkie enact our plan. Thankfully, one of the guards was not happy with me.
"You there, step away from the Princess immediately!" and lowering his spear at me. I look at him, and say.
"Okay. But before I do, please hold this." I then place an item in his hand, and step back. He opens his hand to look at the object, and is surprised by a set of windup clanking teeth. Falling on his but, I start to laugh. Saying one last thing as I start to transform.
"Just one question. Do you think you can take a Howler?" and transform into my beast form. Laughing like a maniac, I pick up Pinkie Pie, who is doing her job well of being terrified of me, pretending that I am some monster.
"OH GOD!! HELP PLEASE, HELP!! IT'S GOT ME!! AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!"
I take off down the hall, Pinkie still screaming at the top of her lungs, pointing me in the direction of the throne room. We come thundering down the hall, Pinkie on my back holding on as tight as she can to my scruff. We charge the door to the throne room, me laughing maniacally as I come down the hall. The guards look at me and start to panic as I barrel past, slamming into the door to the throne room.
This is the hard part. I have to get to the sisters, while still making sure they don't try to kill me, and the guards not do so either. Luckily, me and Pinkie planned this. I slam on the proverbial brakes, and Pinkie comes flying forward off me. She lands directly in front of me as we slide up to the bottom of the steps to the thrones. Both the princesses have blades of renown in their hands, blades that out class all my weapons but one.
Luna caries an odachi of Japanese style, the blade being the blade of Midnight, a dark blade that is said to posses a demon called Gamerell. Celestia had a one handed Flamberge and shield. The blade radiated flames and had been forged by an Angel in the heart of her sun, both gifted to the princesses by her mother shortly after they had become princesses of Equestria.
Pinkie stood up, brushed herself off, and turned towards me saying.
"Thank you Cameron. I wanted to see the princesses. You are such a good howler. Yes you are, yes you are! Who's my good little howler!" she then starts to play wrestle me, petting and scratching my ears. I give her a big old sloppy lick, before turning to Luna, and walking up to her. I then laugh in her face. My cackling was heard throughout the castle, the guards surrounding us.
Twilight decided to take that moment to show up. "Okay girls, you've had your fun, but this is a little far. Bad Cameron. Turn back now."
I turn back my head and feel a little sad. I'm a good girl, not a bad girl. I slowly sink to the floor, before cackling again and transforming back to my human form, still laughing, but keeping myself from transforming again.
"I'm sorry, but you should see all your faces. I feel bad, but it was almost worth getting called a bad girl for. Almost. Hello princesses. I am Cameron Ruff, the howler that your student has told you about. Please forgive my sudden and rude intrusion."
"Oh, and also, your mother sends her regards."

Hey guys, here is another update. I wanted to do a better job, but I couldn't figure out how to scare the sisters better without making them try to kill me out the gate. If anyone thinks of a better way to introduce myself, message me and we can change it up. So don't be surprised if this gets changed everypony.

The princesses stare at me for five minutes straight. They lower their weapons after that, not sheathing them, and called the guards to stand back. They then went to their respective thrones, and took a seat.
Luna spoke first. "How do we know you meet our mother? How can you prove it?"
"I am sorry your highness, but I have no way of actually proving it, unless you wish to look upon the memory. I can say that she told me to send her regards though. That was shorty before she put me on the train to Ponyville."
Celestia spoke next, addressing Twilight. "And Twilight, why didn't you mention earlier that there was a new being in our nation? You know it is your duty to report these types of matters to me. It is part of your job as a princess to do so."
"Yes Princess Celestia. I am sorry. However, Cameron asked me to not, at least until she had been able to settle down and get a lay of the land first. I realize I shouldn't have, but at the time, I wasn't thinking properly. Please forgive me, princess."
"Twilight, you know you don't have to address me as princess anymore. You are a princess now as well, you can just call me Celestia. As for your explanation of why you didn't report, I am disappointed, but I am not angry. I understand that she is from another dimension, and that being thrust into another is probably very disorienting. Tell me Cameron, how long have you been in this world, and how have you liked it so far?" Celestia asks me.
"Well, I have been here for two weeks now. in that time, I have fought two demons, almost been killed by a manticore, and fought Discord. Other than that, the ponies have been friendly, and nice to me. Plus I now have Pinkie to live with, and me and her for some reason keep breaking the other girls. PINKIE, DO YOU KNOW WHY THE GIRLS KEEP BREAKING AROUND US. Sorry, she is in the kitchen. Needed to get her attention."
Pinkie flops onto the floor from somewhere upon the ceiling.
"What Cameron. I was in the kitchen. You wanted to know why the keep breaking when we talk. Their minds can't handle anything to do with the Flibblecorp. The garb and penguin accords see to it. That way, anyone outside of the Flibblecorp don't learn to much. It took some time before those accords where in place though, and during that time, the Bladder dimension accidentally was brought into the Butterhead dimension through Denralian spacial slips due to everyone in those dimensions knowing of our corporation. i think we broke everypony. We need to stop doing this."
"Wait, you two work for the Flibblecorp too. I thought I was the only on this planet who worked for them? How many more are their of us here on Equis?" Luna asks. We turn to her.
"Oh yeah, I forgot you worked for the corp too. Their is about five of us if you include Cameron. Me, you, her, Derpy, and Doctor Whooves, or Time Turner, as his name is." Pinkie replies.
"Ah, I see. I need to get in touch with the corp again. It was my first year on the moon that I meet them. Though at the time i was Nightmare Moon. Do they know that that wasn't actually me?"
"Yes. In fact, as a Flargen in the corp., I, Pinkamena Diane Pie, do welcome Special Sprand Luna, back to the corp. Can we get a round of applause."
Everyone suddenly starts clapping riotously, before stopping slowly, realizing what they just did. Celestia is the first to recover in any way.
"Can someone please explain. Please. It hurts. I don't understand anything of what you just said. Is it a Pinkie thing. If it is, that makes more sense. Actually, I know it is just a Pinkie thing. I feel better now. Anyway, where were we?"
"We where talking about how Cameron liked it here." Luna says. "I still think that he needs to prove herself to us though. What do you say to a trial by combat, sister?"
"I agree. Cameron, you will report to the arena in two hours. Be prepared to fight by then." Celestia then dismisses us to our guest rooms. As we get their, I ask Twilight.
"Is there a blacksmith around? I want a lighter sword than the ones I use regularly, less powerful. where would I go?"
She told me the directions, and I followed them to a cave set into the mountain behind the castle. as I walked inside, I saw a beefy stallion working the forge. Next to him, a mare of equal beefy-ness working the bellows. As I entered the cave, the mare saw me. She told the colt something, then walked away. The colt came up to me, after checking that the metal wouldn't get to heated and ruined while talking to me.
"What you need?" His voice was deep but young, as if he was in his twenties or thirties.
" I am here to place a custom order. I would like a longsword of durable material. I can pay whatever it will cost, and if I need to get the metal I will."
"Don't worry. Someone already placed the order for you. Don't know who, or why, but they did. Tell is your name and we'll give it to ya."
"Cameron Ruff."
The mare enters the room with a large wrapped object. She sets it on a table and the blacksmith walks over and starts to unwrap it. The longsword looks like the blade you get in the campaign of 'For Honor', when you play as the warden, only newer, without the blemishes and nicks.
"How much will this cost?" I ask, pulling out a bit purse.
"Nothing. The mare that came in here and placed the order paid for it already. She was a white pegasus. Yellow hair, white body, with three lavender balloons as her cutie mark. She made the order, told us who to give it to, and left."
I thank them, and pay them twenty bits anyways. They deserve it. I leave, and start looking for someone to direct me towards the arena. Finally, I find a maid in one of the halls, and ask her. She says she will lead me there, and she starts to guide me out of the castle. We get back into Canterlot proper, and she starts to take me to the middle most tier. We make out way through, and she finally stops at a place that reminds me of the coliseum. I thank her, and head inside.
When I get into the center area, I see the girls already their. Rarity is looking quite excited, making me question just how girly she pretends to be. She saw me first, and ran over to me.
"Cameron, your here! Perfect! I have an armor station set up to look over your battle dress, so please take it out and give it to me."
"Wait, your an armor smith? I thought you were a simple clothes designer."
"Yes, well, you have to know how to make armor as well to pass the academies, so I have read a few books on armor smithing and forging, and practiced till I knew how to make, repair, and service armors of all types. I have even serviced the princesses armor a few times. Now, your battle dress please. I need to look at it, make sure it is in proper order."
I pull out the dress, and hand it to Rarity with all the armor pieces and clothing under pieces, as well as the boots and arm guards. Applejack comes up next, looking at me.
"Now Cameron, don't go killing nopony, ya hear. Keep it clean, and fair. I don't want to have to call you out on account you killing anypony."
"You reffing?"
"Eeyup!"
"Yes ma'am."
After that, we see a crowd is starting to gather in the seats of the coliseum, waiting for the fight to begin. I wonder what Celestia and Luna told the people about me, and hope that it wasn't derogatory. Pinkie comes up to me, and pulls a small lunchbox from her hair. It looks to be a Vault-tec lunchbox from Fallout.
"Here, go eat a little something before you fight. It'll make you feel better. Also, I can assure you that the princesses said nothing derogatory about you to the masses. They only announced that there was to be a public duel. You will find something to eat and drink in the lunchbox, so go. Eat!"
She shoves me to a bench on the side of the arena. I open the lunchbox to find a nice, two course meal setup inside. I ate one course, and put it aside for later. I immediately felt energized, and walked over to the girls in the center of the arena, and told Pinkie thank you. She smiled and planted a kiss on my cheek.
"Alright silly, Rarity will be back in a moment with your armor. Then we need to go to the box, and watch. Don't get hurt okay. I don't date dead girls." I laugh, and say.
"It's kind of hard to kill me. I do heal faster than most, after all." I then see Rarity coming back with my armor and dress. She walks up to us, and holds it out to me. I take it and start to store it in my hammerspace. I then say goodbye, as they all run out of the center. I then see them in one of the boxes, underneath a larger box above. I begin to wonder who sits there, when I get my answer. Celestia and Luna descend from the sky, and into the box. I see Twilight come up and sit to their right, in another throne like chair.
"My ponies, I give you the chance to see a fight the likes of which you have never seen before. I present, Cameron Ruff, a being from another world. She says she is a fighter. We shall see. This battle is til somepony is unable to continue battle. This HUMANS challenger, is three royal guards. Ref, you may enter the arena." Celestia speaks from her box. Everypony is cheering, and I am surprised to see so many ponies here.
I see Applejack stand up from her seat underneath the royal box, and step up onto the rail around the arena. Then she just stepped up, over, and fell to the floor of the arena, doing a superhero landing(I hear those are hard on the knees). She then stands up and points to the gate across from me, as it opens, letting out three guards, each with different armaments.
The first guard, a female pegasus, held a spear, and had a short sword at her side. She carried a shield fit for a spartan. I figured she would probably be well versed in using them, and would be fairly tough to beat. The next was a male unicorn, who carried two hatchets, and reminded me of the berserker in 'For Honor'. The final guard was an earth pony. She was massive, her muscles bulging under her guard outfit. Fittingly, she carried an ax, much like the raider in the same game. This ax was more for utility though, and had nowhere near the style and power that the axes seemed to show in the game.
They all came to the center of the arena. I stood on one side, they on the other. We glared daggers at each other. They did, actually. I just wanted to go to my cottage and listen to some nice jazz and lofi chill. Oh well, I pull out my headphones, and quickly queue up my music.

I then look up, and see that applejack has been waiting patiently for me to finish, I nod, and she starts the final startup.
"Are you two ready?!" We all nod.
"Then come to the center line." We step up.
"Get ready!" And that Is when I requip my armor on, and pull my weapon out of my hammerspace. Everyone gasps as the armored battle dress appears on my body, and the blade appears in front of me, held with the point in the ground, me holding it with left hand above my right. The guards looked at me differently, but the raider, for lack of a better term, kept her eyes on mine, with a simple uncaring look. I was sure that she didn't like me.
The other guards looked at me with trained eyes, like they were actually guards. She looked at me like I was prey. she was not a guard pony. She was a criminal, or a war veteran. I was leaning toward the former.
They came at me two at once. I kicked the blade of the sword up into the way of the spear, the shield guard lunging at me with it. I deftly switched my hands to hold the blade correctly, and blocked an attack from the berserker pony, kicking at him as his hatchets slide down the length of my blade. I managed to knock him off balance, before being stabbed in the side, the spear sticking into my lower abdomen. The point was pulled out and I danced away, keeping an eye on the two in front of me, while seeing the raider standing in the back, waiting to attack. I had a feeling she wanted to have a proper dual, one-on-one.
I deflected the spear again, as I felt my wound being healed by the scabbard. It itched fiercely, but I managed to ignore it and keep my head. The berserker charged me, and I charged back. As we got close to each other, I side-stepped and swung the pommel into his muzzle, breaking something, the wet crack and blood flying telling everyone what happened. He fell to the ground in a daze, and before i could be attacked by anyone, I kicked him in the head, knocking him out.

The shield guard took the moment to try and stab me again, but I stumbled backwards and dodged it, pushing the spear away with a wack from my sword. I balanced again and ran towards the spearmare, and she dropped her weapon and pulled her short sword, blocking my blow with it. I swung around, trying to hit her legs, but she jumped, and realized that I was feigning, bringing up the sword to hit her in the air. She barely got the shield between us, blocking, and was pushed of balance,heavily stumbling with the giant shield in the way. She fell, releasing her hold on the shield, and tried to get back up quickly, but I rushed in, kneeing her face as she was coming up from her fall. She fell back down, and I stomped on her hand, breaking a few bones, before kicking her stomach, knocking the breath out of her. She lay on the ground, gasping for air and whimpering in pain, as i grabbed her, and drug her to the side of the arena.
"Stay here if you know what's good for you." Before turning back to the raider pony. She finally started to walk into the arena center.
"Here we are, you wanted to fight like this, lets fight." I then prepared to fight her.
The mare started off the attacks first, stepping forward and bringing her axe up and over in a power hit. I stepped aside, and was bringing my pommel into her gut, but she went from blade sticking in the ground, to swiping me with the body of the weapon. I was hit in the gut, and sent stumbling away, as she lunged at me like a spear, digging it into my stomach, winding me. I somehow managed to stay on my feet, but I was panting for air. I blocked another power attack, and gasped in a breath of air. I blocked another overhead blow, and shoved the axe out of my way to the left, and stepped into her guard, bringing the pommel up into her gut, making her step back, as I pulled m blade across her belly, making a large gash appear. I rammed my shoulder into her after, and pushed, shoving her back farther, into a wall. I attacked with a thrust, and she stepped out of the way, bringing the pommel of her poleaxe across my face, snapping my head to the side. I stepped backwards a few times, in time to dodge a sweep of her axe towards my feet.
I needed to end this, and I knew it. I just didn't see immediately how. Then a simple plan came to me. It might work, but it depended on how strong her axe really was. I went on the attack, swinging and swirling, making her go on the defensive. Each time she blocked my attack, it chipped a little wood off the handle of the two handed weapon. I kept on hacking away. When I finally felt it might be time, I went for the biggest power attack I could. I took my blade, and swept myself around in a circle, bringing the blade around with me. I put all of the momentum of my spin into the weapon, and out onto the blade, bringing it whirling around into the raiders axe. She blocked it how I had hoped, with the handle. If she had stepped away, she could have won, but she had sealed my win with this. I brought the blade as best I could into the handle, where I had been chipping away the wood with my attacks, and broke through the handle, leaving a massive gash on her body. She was knocked backwards by the blow, and looked at the two pieces of weapon in her hands. She grunted, and threw them down, and looked at me.
"Do you concede?" I asked. She nodded, and got down on her knees. I turned to Celestia and Luna. And I did the one thing any person in my place would do.
"ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED!!"
That got Luna laughing. Celestia just smirked, and stood to address the audience.
"Ponies, from this day forth, know that this human is to be treated with respect and friendship, as decreed by your princesses. Any who attempt to harm this female, in any way, shape, or form, will be punished. Human, tell everyone here your name, for all to hear, so they may remember your name and face."
"MY NAME IS CAMERON RUFF!"
"Thank you. Everyone, you may leave. Medics, get out here and help the wounded. Cameron, I would like to see you please. Also, girls, I would like to invite each of you to the ball that is happening tonight, at the castle. Rarity, I do expect to see your friends in some of your finest raiment."
"Of course your highness. I wouldn't have anything less than the best for my friends."
The girls leave, after Pinkie comes and gives me a nice big smooch on the lips, to which I return wholeheartedly, and Rarity starts to get everyponies preferences on how they want their dresses to look. I head over to the benches, grab my lunch, and head to see Celestia.

Hey, how are you guys doing. I hope that this is still to you peoples liking, as I do hope to keep this funny and entertaining at the same time. Also, don't expect to many pictures, as I don't like Fics that are cluttered up with pictures to describe everything. It takes away much of the imagination in a story. However, do expect me to try and get some mood music for fights and for chill chapters. Also, before anyone hates on the new weapon, it is so that she doesn't have to pull out her best weapons to fight everyday thugs and baddies. This way, she can just kick ass without having to swing around a heavy blade/cannon. She needs to keep some secrets. Next time, I tell the princesses what is happening, and we have a ball. I may or may not run into someone we all hate. I just wonder who?

I like a Laid Back Ball Every Once in a While
The princesses took me to the castle in an armored chariot. It was posh AF. After we got to the castle, Luna took my hand and teleported me to their private office. I knew this because it wasn't the throne room. Then the interrogation began.
"Why are you here? And tell the truth, or we will be forced to get it out of you. Please, don't make us do that." Celestia started off. I was guessing she was going to be good cop.
"I am sorry. Your mom said to not reveal that information. I can tell you that I am here to hunt some demons though. I mean no harm to you or your ponies, as your mom wouldn't have sent me here, right? The Shaman, that's how I know her so that's what I will call her, never sent anybody who wasn't qualified, morally set, or couldn't perform what she needed done to perform her task. I have lived here for two weeks. Two demons, both in defense of your ponies. I think that proves my statement."
Luna spoke up to that. "I know that you fought those two demons, and I am curious as to how you defeated them. I could tell you got that sword today from the forge behind the castle. What did you use to fight them?"
I then pulled out the god-eater. Both of them stepped back when I did so, and looked at it in fear. I understood why. This thing isn't good, and is only kept in check by my connection to it. They could most likely feel the creature that lived inside it, and how it hungered.
"I used this. And before you ask, I got this from the Shaman. Your mom gave it to me, when she sent me here. She must know what she is doing, sending me here with this. I have only used it on enemies of the town, and never on anypony. You have my word, and Twilight's, if she was here. I promise to never use it on anypony, on pain of death by this blade. I don't want to hurt anyone, I just want to do my new job, and live a nice new life."
"Very well, we trust you. We have been monitoring your heart, and so far you have not lied to us. Tell me, how come you don't want to go back home? Why do you want to stay here? What is keeping you from calling up 'The Shaman' as you call her, back and having her take you home?" Celestia backed me into a corner. I didn't know how to answer. "One moment, I need to think about this."
"Go ahead."
And so I thought. Why am I so willing to stay, and start a new life? Why? What was keeping me from asking to go back home? I stopped. I have no friends. Wait, yes I do. Hunter and Ross. But still, we barely talked for days at a time before the con. The only reason they invited me, is because I had wanted to go, and mom. And that's another thing, mom had Alzheimer's. She barely remembered me last time I had went to see her. She called a nurse to escort me out. Hunter and Ross had only felt bad for me, but they had wanted to help me. What are they thinking happened to me I wonder? Did they even realize that I haven't come back, or that I am missing at all? They did have the booth to run. I had no life back there. I had a mom who didn't even know me. I had friends that I hardly talked to. I had nothing. Nothing to go back to. That is why I am here. It makes sense to bring someone who wouldn't want to go back. To give them some thing to go TO. To take that person with nothing left, and take them somewhere they can have a life they wanted. I had my answer.
"I don't want to go back. That is why. I had nothing there. My mom, she didn't even know me. She has Alzheimer's, a condition that after you reach a certain age, it almost rots away your brain in a way. It doesn't rot, so much as your brain stops firing neurons to certain parts of the brain, namely memory, motor in some instances, and other parts of the body. They loose their memories. The last time I had visited her in her care home, she didn't even recognize me as anyone. She had a nurse come take me away. My friends, I barely kept in contact with them. The reason they had brought me to the convention that I was dragged from was they wanted to help cheer me up. But I hardly knew anything about their new lives, as we hadn't talked in a long time. I had become more of a hermit. I have nothing to go back to. And I have every reason to stay."
They sat there looking at me as the minutes ticked bye. Finally, Luna spoke up.
"I see no lie in her words, sister. Do you?"
"No. I see it fit to let her live in Equestria. Do you concur, sister?"
"I do."
"Then by my royal decree, I proclaim you are hereby a citizen of Equestria. Know, with that settled, let's go see what Rarity has for you. I know she must have made something for you to where to the ball tonight." And with that, they teleported us out of the office, into the throne room. Luna called over a guard, and told them to help me find the guest rooms. I thanked them, and said I would see them later.
We go to the guest rooms with no disturbances. When I entered the room, I was wacked in the face by a floating dress. I noticed the dress was held in Rarity's magic, and she was floating it over to Rainbow Dash. She looked up when I opened the door. She was wearing red glasses, with a jewel chain to keep them around her neck.
"Ah, darling, there you are. Quickly, the ball starts in three hours, and we need to get your clothes designed and made. Actually, we need to get your three-size, and then design and make." She then measured my bust, waist, and hips. I was 48-32-50, so I was doing good.
"Alright dear, I have a design for you, but tell me now if you have anything you prefer." I shook my head no.
"Good. Alright here is what I have in mind." I could tell she went with the whole knight theme. The dress she had designed was knee length, with a blue top with no straps, and a white frill skirt, again, coming to the knees. The shoes were to be turquoise and white colored half-armor boots, coming up to mid thigh. And to finish off the look, a turquoise and white colored metal shoulder guard, arm guard, and hand guard on the back of hand. It was to only cover the right arm, my dominate.
"Rarity, this is beautiful. But is it going to be ready by the ball? Three hours is a short amount of time to forge armor pieces."
"Don't you worry darling. I will have it ready by the ball. I need to go to the forge, get started. Do you have any bits i can use to pay for material?"
"Of course." I hand her my coin pouch. She rushed off and I finally got to take a look at the other girls.
Rainbow Dash was wearing a floor length river blue dress with spaghetti straps. The frills on the dress where light colored and thin, see through, and flowed around the dress in a spiral from the left shoulder to the ground behind her right leg, spiraling fully around her body twice, and looked as if to give off the appearance of a rainbow reflected in a river.
Fluttershy wore a forest green hunter skirt that came to her knees, and had a black with white trim corset top. Her boots were leather, and had the designs of small vines creeping up her legs coming from on the boot, and going up to under the skirt. with a little lean in from me, I saw that she actually had vines on her legs.
"Doesn't that itch Fluttershy?"
"No, it doesn't. I had my animal friends go and find these for Rarity when she asked. They went and got the softest vines. Do you want to feel them?" I nod my head and reach out to stroke a leaf. It's the softest vine you can get. It has little fuzzes that make it softer.
I look at Applejack. She has on a simple dress, floor length with brown, red, orange, and green in different swaths going from the floor to her shoulders. The style usually not work, but somehow Rarity made it look beautiful on Applejack. It also went with her Cowboy hat, though I didn't get that either.
Pinkie Pie had a dress that looked like the one Katniss wore in the hunger games movie, when she went to see that weird TV host person, only in a pink to match her. She saw me looking, and said.
"It is exactly what it looks like readers. It even catches fire too. Watch!" She then twirls around and around and the hem of the dress started to flicker with the flames that had been on Katniss's, only made of magic.
"What, did you like what you saw? I can give you a better look tonight." and she kissed me.
I like Pinkie Pie, she good marefriend.
Rarity came back in with soot and sweat pouring down her face. "Here darling, your boots and arm-guard. That took more magic than I expected, but it had to be done in order to finish the dress in time."
"Relax Rarity. We still got another hour and a half before the ball. You go finish Cameron's dress, and we'll set your out, okay." Rarity only nodded and went to start my dress. I could here whirring and buzzing and cutting scissors coming from the other room.
Twilight went over to the wardrobe in our room, and did as she had told Rarity. The dress she had set out on the bed was an ivory colored strapless dress that came down to the floor. Like Rainbows, it had frill's that went down in a spiral from the left shoulder to the back of the right leg. but hers was a single stripe of royal purple, and had two stripes of diamond clear blue as the other two frills.
Twilight put on her dress, a floor length lavender dress that had a lightly poofed out bottom, and had an explosion on the bottom of the dress that turned into her cutie mark. The explosion moved as if it was real, and radiated with small swirls and flares. I couldn't take my eyes off it. I was like a cat, drawn towards the movement of the dress. I resisted finally, after Twilight tapped my face.
"Eyes up here girl." I blushed and said I was sorry. Rarity came back into the room before she could reply, and walked over to me to grab my hand. She pulled me to the center of the room and said, "Strip."
"What. In front of all of you? There is a princes present. I am not going to strip."
"Wrong answer." she said in a sing song voice. "Twilight, if you would be a dear." And Twilight betrayed me. Her lavender magic grabbed a hold of my clothes and they came off with a pop, leaving me in my bra and panties.
Rarity walked around me, looking at me as I covered myself. I don't like being naked in front of others, not unless I say.
"Fluttershy, could you help me? You are the only other pony here that know about armor like me."
Fluttershy walked over and helped Rarity put on my dress. The body part was strapless, and hugged me firmly, so as not to fall off.
"Rarity, did you put fake animal fur in this? It feels like you did?"
"Yes dear. It is leather after all, and that doesn't feel good without a buffer zone, so to say."
Okay, so it is a light blue leather top with a white battle skirt that comes to my knees. I like it. After they got the dress on, Fluttershy grabbed the arm and shoulder guard. They took a moment to put it on, the strap going across my chest and hooking under my left pit. I felt faux fur in the entire shoulder piece as well. They put on the arm guard next, with fur, and finally the guard for the hand, which went on like a glove with no fingers, and strapped onto the arm section of armor.
The boots where leather with metal plating, and went on nicely, filled with a soft fabric to not let my feet slide. The only problem we had with them was going past my knees, but it was easy to fix. Rarity got her dress on, and then we where ready.
Leaving the room, Twilight guided us to the main ballroom, where most parties were held. When we arrived, we saw delegates from other nations. It was my first glimpse of the other species of Equestria. I saw griffons, they wore armor for the most part, though if you looked hard enough it was just dress armor, and wouldn't actually protect well. The Minotaur's wore clothes that looked to be roman toga's, but I couldn't be sure. The Zebras were the coolest, as they wore African style dresses, and had tribal tattoos in between their stripes. I even saw some Dragons, which I just like dragons overall. They wore nothing, but they didn't need to. Their bodies seemed to be smooth, and devoid of most genitalia that would be indecent in this setting. I turned to Twilight, who saw me and explained.
"They don't were anything because their bodies shift to match who they might come to mate. It happens very quickly, and they only have genitalia during mating season."
Ah, so that was covered. Well, I might as well say hello to the princesses. I spot them and head over, the girls drifting off to do whatever leaving Twilight and Pinkie to follow. Pinkie hooking her arm though mine. We walked up, and waited for the princesses to finish addressing their guest. When they where finished, I started forward, but was pushed aside by a rude stallion with blonde hair and a horn on his head. He was wearing a diamond pinstriped suit, and it immediately pissed me off. Who wears something that shows off how rich you are. He was asking to be mugged.
"Pinkie, who and how much money?"
"Blueblood, nephew of Celestia, prince, 400 thousand bits, back left pocket. I will distract. Twilight, I need your help with this."
"Okay, sounds fun."
Plan set, we went into action. Pinkie stepped ahead of him, jumping at Celestia, giving her a big hug. Twilight took her cue,and rushed forward to get her off. I stepped behind the Blueballs and slipped my hand in his back left pocket. The spacial distortion took a moment to get what I had wanted, but when I pulled my hand out of his pocket, I had 400,000 more bits than before. I then winked to Pinkie, who immediately stopped her charade, and bounced over to my side, taking my arm. The stallion turned around to see where his interrupter went, and saw me. I saw Luna behind him, and she noticed my hand. Then she laughed, and he was befuddled.
"Auntie, who is this ape? Why is it holding this repugnant ponies hand? Who let it in, and that bitch of a party mare?"
The sound around us ceased. It was only for those who heard it, but silence reigned. I smiled. It was a good smile. A wide smile. A mad smile. The type you see on an insane patient in an asylum. I tilted my head, and stuck my hand out.
"Hello Prince Fuckballs. I mean dick waffle. I mean shit eater. Sorry, I don't know what is happening Prince Dick Sucker. I am terribly sorry for our interruption of YOU, when you came in front of US, when we where here first. Please, take your candy bitch ass back to your hole, and shove your head back inside. Hello Celestia, it feels like it's been four hours since we last talked. How are you?"
Prince Blueblood looked at me with such venom that he was about to start dripping it. Celestia and Luna where both holding back their laughter and disgust at my words, and I just kept smiling. Pinkie was smiling brighter than before as well.
"GUARDS! GUARDS! COME AND SEIZE THIS CREATURE, AND ITS BITCH! "
The guards came over and saw us, and made no move to capture us. Celestia and Luna where looking at Blueblood with disgust. I could understand. They usually saw him and forgot how he acts most of the time. Or they avoided him, which seemed more likely.
"Yes, I would like to see them capture me. Better yet, I would like to see you touch me. If you can, I will go with the guards and you can go back to being a giant male phallic member that has graced society with its desire to be a sphincter."
By this point, the room had learned of this little get together. They started to clear to the sides of the room when I issued my challenge. My six friends came up to us. Celestia and Luna looked pleased. I could see that they had been waiting for this moment for a long time. They spoke up.
"Cameron, don't kill him. But do maim him." Rarity shook her head in agreement. The girls pulled out their weapons. and we walked to one side of the hall. Blueblood looked confused.
"I issued a challenge, and you accepted. Get whatever you need to fight with, and we shall dual."
Blueblood harrumphed, and walked to his servant. The servant ran to get something, and was back in moments, carrying a rapier.
I stood by the wall, talking to the girls. Fancy Pants and Fleur came up to us, along with the princesses.
"I must say Cameron, you look beautiful tonight. Who made your wardrobe? Oh, wait, their she is, Rarity. I like what you have done. I have a few words of warning for you Cameron. He is second in line to be Captain of the Royal Guard. Be careful."
"It is true, though not so after tonight. Be warned that he is a TRICKY stallion to fight." Celestia said.
"I can't believe that I had wanted to merry him. I am glad I came to my senses on that." Rarity putting her two cents in.
"Girls, I will be fine. Celestia, the guests will have a good show. Fancy, thank you for the warning, but I think I will be fine. And Pinkie, i fight to defend your name. They can call me whatever, but I don't take insults to those I love. That includes you all. Well, not you Fancy, but you know what I mean. No offense."
"None taken."
"Now, I have to go fight. And I will win. After all, not even a dragon could take on a howler."
And with that I turn and start laughing.

I laughed and laughed. I didn't transform, which is good, and I walked to the center of the room, and waited for the asshole to come to me. It didn't take long, he got his armor and rapier and came over. He drew his rapier and got into his stance.
The rapier he was using looked like Asuna's from SAO, but not nearly as cool. I then pull my weapon out of hammerspace. I pull the holy blade. It shimmers with it's magic smoke that keeps the sword invisible. The only sign it is there is the smoke.
Everyone gasps at the sight of my blade. They start to whisper in wonder what it means that the blade is invisible. The princesses are staring with worry. I just take up a stance against Blueballs, and prepare for the fight.
We stand there unflinching for ten minutes. That time the crowd of delegates form the other lands wondered what was happening. They where about to find out when I turned around and blocked. Blueballs suddenly went from being in front of me, to behind me, in the blink of an eye. Nopony saw it, but I had noticed something was off from the start of the fight. It looked as if he was shimmering just barely, and like I could see through his skin. That had sent alarms off in my head, so I waited for the familiar tingle that told me where he would attack.
I blocked his attack from behind and he immediately stood still again. I waited, again, for the tingle. I blocked an attack to the left leg. This time, he didn't stop, and came at me from the left, then right, then front, then I was surrounded.
"Celestia, shield the guests from high velocity projectiles!" I then switch to my carbine, set it to full-auto, and hold the trigger. All the doppelgangers stop moving and get blasted down. I hit one clone who staggers, and the rest disappear. I hit Bluedicks leg, which bleeds profusely. I then requip my holy sword once again, and pounce towards him with a powerful leap forward. With his leg injured, I reach him quickly, and using my blade, I flip in the air to smack him with the flat of it. It knocks him into the ground with such force, his head leaves cracks in the marble floor of the ballroom.
When the dust from the floor clears and everyone stands up, they see that Bluefuck is bleeding Blueblood onto the floor, in copious amounts.
"No one, calls my friends, whores. If anyone does so, they will pay with their blood." I then spit on the fallen stallion. Everyone in the room is shocked into silence, before clapping is heard. It is coming from Pinkie, my crazy girlfriend, the mare I am in love with.
After the slow clap start, others join in, and eventually the entire room is clapping and commenting on the fight. A few dignitaries came over and thanked me for the entertainment. i said thank you for watching. The rest of the night, nobody said anything to piss off me or the girls. The ball goes smoothly, and I have a dance with all the girls. When Twilight comes around, that was when the conversation got interesting.
"Me and the girls have been talking. We would like you to be master of our herd."
"Herd? What do you mean?"
"Well, in Equestria, the male to female ratio is 4:1. That means that most mares get together and form a herd. After the herd finds someone that they think would be a good 'stallion' for them, they ask if he will be part of the herd. The master."
"And that's what you want me to be? Master of your girls herd? I am a girl you know. I'm not a stallion."
"We know. But what stallion will join a herd with me in it? I mean, I am a PRINCESS. That makes things hard on the girls, and they are to stubborn to let me leave the herd. And I don't want to. Plus, even if I do leave, they are the Elements of Harmony. We have saved Equestria time and again, and despite how much we keep it a secret, it still is out there who the elements are, what they look like, names, addresses, everything you can think of with saviors of ponykind. There is a possibility that people will not take there herd if I leave, based on the fact that they are the elements. But you have treated us as if we are just normal mares. And we all see how much you love Pinkie. Tonight proved that you were the best choice for the herd. So please, will you be the master of our herd?"
I think for a second. "Can you give me till we get to Ponyville to think? I want to go over this predicament of yours thoroughly, before I give an answer. Is that good for you?"
"Of course. I guess I should have expected that. I will hold you to giving us an answer when we get to Ponyville. More specifically, my librarby."
"Thank you. I am gonna go, I wanna get a head start on figuring out what I am gonna say. Good night."
i told the princesses goodnight, and Luna told me she would see me soon. I wondered why, but shrugged it off, and went to my room.
I sat on the edge of my bed for a good, oh, three or four hours, thinking on what Twilight said. And when I really thought about it, it made total sense. She had told me every point to think on.
I thought about what she had said about her leaving the herd. She was right, the girls wouldn't want her to leave, I had been here long enough to see that. And even if they did let her leave, they where heroes across Equestria, known to most all ponies, despite trying to keep them a secret. Would anyone want them, knowing that they would get talked about publicly, thrown into the spotlight on the first date. Who would want that kind of attention, besides greedy people trying to bolster their own wealth by exploitation.
And with that in mind, I drifted off to sleep. I have been dreaming a lot more than I used to since I came to this world. Every time I slept, I would wake up in this weird place that looks to be a transition from real world to space, with galaxies and nebulae surrounding me everywhere. Then, it would fade away to a dream, usually one of beauty that I could only picture with my imagination. I could go to beautiful places, see universes that didn't exist on the same axis as our own. And every time, I felt like I was being watched. Not while in my dream, but in the dream realm, for lack of better terms.
Tonight was no different. I woke up in the dream realm, and felt as if something was watching me. This time, I waited. Eventually, I felt someone sit next to me. Luna spoke first.
"Hello, Cameron. It is good to see you. Is something wrong? You look disturbed by your thoughts?"
"How could you tell? I thought I was keeping it pretty well hidden?" She turned to face me and smiled. It felt good when she did, and I felt a bit more at ease, weights had been lifted from my shoulders.
"You did. But the dream realm reflects your emotional state at any given time. It is what gave you away."
"So this is called the dream realm. I thought it might be called something else. Any ways, yes. Twilight asked me to be the master of her and the girls herd. She pointed out that nobody would want them because she is a princess, and if she where to leave, which she can't, the girls are still heroes of Equestria. People know them. Who would want to be thrown into the limelight like that unless they had ulterior motives? I love the girls, and yes I can see myself loving them more than I do now. As lovers, even. But I don't know what to say. They think that I am this nice person, but I am anything but nice. I am an ass. The things I have done, I shouldn't even be here, or able to touch the Elements of Harmony, let alone use them. I don't know what to say. I just don't know...what...to say..." With that I started to cry.
I cried and cried for what felt like hours. I felt like I didn't deserve to be sent here. What I had said to them earlier was true. I had nothing for me back in my old homeworld. I could have everything I didn't here. I just didn't deserve it, after everything I had done to everybody I had hurt, in some way. I cried and cried more. Luna had wrapped me in her wings to hold me, and I cried into her bosom. When I was done, her shirt was soaked with tears.
"Cameron, I get this might be selfish, but could you show me some of the worlds you dream of? I only can catch glimpses of what you dream, as I cannot enter a dream bubble of someone who does not have mental conflict of some sort."
"I guess. It will help take my mind off the problem." I then show her the universes. I show her the worlds of Halo, before the planets are glassed. I take her to the moon Io, in orbit around Jupiter.
Then I crank it up a notch. I show her worlds where water and space mix, creating beautiful arrays and designs. I show her a castle on the edge of a waterfall into the void of space. Cities grown out of trees climbing up cliff walls. I showed her my mind, in ways she would never understand fully, but got just the same. After a while, she told me to stop, and we sat on a cloud overlooking a lava flow, with a sakura tree still living as the molten rock flowed past, never once touching the tree or burning it. All other vegetation of any sort was dead.
"Cameron, you should say yes. I have seen you, and when you talked about their problems, you sounded genuine in your concern for them. Everypony makes mistakes. Everypony has a few skeletons hidden from view. You have told me about a few. I can not tell you that you have been forgiven for your past transgressions, that is for you to find. But the girls have forgiven you for being you. Can you forgive yourself? Say yes to Twilight. I think you need those girls more than you know. I see that you are being awoken. Thank you for the showing of those universes. It was amazing. Good bye for now, Cameron, and be good to the girls."
And I opened my eyes.

Damn. I got deep. I hope the battle was to your liking. I wanted to beat Blueshit more, but I didn't want to make the chapter all about the fight. I hope you like how deep I got, and I might post a few pictures later on to give better visual on the worlds I showed Luna.

Me and the girls all woke up later than usual, so we had to rush to pack our bags to head back to Ponyville. We were given a quick breakfast by the sisters, and left with a few goodbyes. We made it to the train station just in time. We boarded the train and went off.
"Hey Girls, I got some presents for you. Some shirts that are funny, like mine are." I then pull out a few gift wrapped packages from my hammerspace.
"Rarity, I had no shirts for you, so I got you some jewelry instead." She looks at the package I give her and opens it.
Inside is a resin ring that shows off some mountains, with an Aurora Borealis above them. She gets misty eyed over the ring, and slips it on her finger, where it fits perfectly.
"How did you know my ring size?"
"Pinkie."
"Fair enough."
"Applejack, I don't have many shirts that would fit your personality well, so I got you this." She took the package and tore into it.
The shirt inside was a black tank top with the wordsI'm a female. Fe=iron, male=man. Therefore, I am iron man
She bust out laughing, and said, "Ya know, this is true. I am going to bust my brothers head with this shirt." Before taking off her shirt and putting it on. It fit her a bit snug, but Twilight used her magic to make it fit better.
"Twilight. You are a princess and everyone knows you are a geek. So here is yours." She levitates it over to herself, and magics the box open.
The shirt inside was a gray short sleeve, with the wordsForget lab safety, I want superpowers. and showed a lab technician pouring two test tubes on his shoulders.
She just facepalmed and showed the girls her coat, and they laughed at the joke.
"Rainbow, here you go." she snatched it from me, and ripped into it with gusto.
The jacket she got was a hoodie that had the wordsI was dropped as a baby into a pool of awesomeness and glitter.
"Aw yeah, this is totally my new favorite jacket. It explains my origin story."
"Fluttershy, the shyest mare of the group, here is yours." She took it and gently opened her package.
The shirt was a simple gray short sleeve, and stenciled across the front was the wordsIntroverts Unite. We're here, we're uncomfortable, and we want to go home
She blushes at the shirt and thanks me.
"And Pinkie, here is your shirt. I took much deliberation to figure out which one to give you, but here it is."The mare pulled her gift box out of her hair and proceeded to open it. I didn't question how it went from my hands to her hair. It was Pinkie, after all.
Her shirt was a light blue color with a lot of writing on it. The words said'My brain is a scary jungle of gibberish. I'm writing a letter I can't write a letter why can't I write a letter I write a letter i'm wearing a green dress I wish I was wearing my blue dress my blue dress is at the cleaners the Germans wore gray you wore blue Casablanca Casablanca such a good movie Casablanca the white house Bush why don't I drive a hybrid car I should really drive a hybrid car I should really take my bicycle to work bicycle unicycle unitard hockey puck rattlesnake monkey monkey underpants
She read that and passed it around to the rest of the group. Twilight looked miffed at it, and started to go off on how grammatically incorrect it was, and everyone laughed.
"You girls have no idea how many times the author had to flip back and forth between tabs to write this shirt. But I thank you Cameron. Both of you." Pinkie then gave me a big hug. I didn't fully understand, but I figured it had to be something to do with the multiverse.
Shortly after the gift giving, we arrived at Ponyville station. When we exited the train car, I turned to the girls, and said.
"Could you all meet me and Twilight at the librarby? I have something I want to say to you all." They all gave affirmation that they would, and went to put away their luggage. I walked with Twilight to the librarby. We get there and she goes and unpacks her bags. Spike comes down and sees me, and comes and asks how the trips went.
"It went good. Fought for approval and laid out Blueballs. It was good."
"Wait, you fought Blueblood. Why? Did he say something to Rarity again, or do something to the other girls?"
"Yes. He called Pinkie a whore. And my bitch, which it's almost the other way around. by the way, can I ask you about this herd stuff? I feel like you might be able to help me with it."
"Sure, what you need to know about?"
"Well, how many herds are around town, and who is the herd master of each? And how many are usually in a herd?"
"Well, know a bit more than most people i town how to help with this. There is ten herds around town. I don't know the masters of each, but the ones I do know are Mr. Cake, Big Mac, Vinyl Scratch, Lyra Heartstrings, the spa pony Aloe, and Twilight. The mares in Mr. Cakes herd are Mrs. Cake, and four others, Berry Punch and the flower sellers. Big Macs herd has Cheerilee, Derpy, who is part of another herd as well, and they share her nicely, Nurse Redheart, and Pinkie's two sisters, Marble and Limestone. That is all I know of the herds here in Ponyville. As for how big herds can get, I have heard it can get up to ten people. I don't know anymore than that. I do know that to join a herd, you have to be voted in by all other members of the herd, and to be the master, you have to be voted by the others to be master."
"What are the perks of being master."
"Well, you can do whatever you want with your herd members, and that includes 'FUN' things in that manner. And don't worry, I got used to the herd noises a long time ago. I try not to think about it to much, and Twilight gave me a nice stereo system to drown it out. You get to do anything with and to them, short of forcing yourself. That is not looked nicely upon. You can grope or whatever when you want, and you can even have sex in public, just don't, as ponies will not be happy with you, and we have a lot of fillies in town."
"Understood. Thanks" Funny he didn't question why I was asking about herds.
"Twilight ask you to be herd master? Figured it wouldn't take long. They like how you take care of them. And since you said you worked well with kids, that put you higher in their books. It was only a matter of time. I expected it to be a little longer though."
"It probably has to do with the fact that I fought Bluedick because he called Pinkie a whore. That's most likely why they pushed the question to last night during our dances."
"Well, what are you gonna say?"
"Stay and find out if you want. If you wanna leave, then the answer starts with y and ends in p. Three letters. Have fun figuring it out."
I left the befuddled dragon to stand a ruminate on what I meant.
After that, the girls started to show up one by one. Twilight was last, and the meeting started.
"Okay, i'm going assume that you know that Twilight asked me a question last night, and you all know that question. So I will give you an answer here and now. Yes. I accept." The girls start looking at each other confused, and Fluttershy speaks up.
"Accept what?"
I look at Twilight, who has taken a peculiar interest in BOOKS, and I know, she already does have an interest. She just seemed FASCINATED by the many titles on her shelf.
"Twilight, you did tell them you would ask me, RIGHT?"
"Um, about that. I forgot after that. I meant to tell them, but I didn't. So, um, yeah. I didn't tell them."
"So they have no idea what I a talking about, correct."
"Yes."
"Twilight, you are a Princess and a scholar, who loves keeping a schedule, and forgot to do something important. Tell your friends the context, please, before I have an aneurysm."
"Last night, I asked Cameron if she would be master of our herd. We have talked about it before, and last night proved that she is perfect for us. She doesn't care about our position, or that I am a princess, and she cares for us. She fights like a boss, and she cares for Pinkie and kids well. I mean, she did do, whats it called, foster care. Right? Yeah, foster care, and that means she took care of other peoples kids. She would be perfect for us. I was just looking out for the herd. That is what she was accepting. Being herd master."
The girls looked at Twilight, then me, back and forth, before Rainbow Dash spoke up.
"Well, I have no problem with her being master. Just as long as she knows i'm the best."
"I agree with Rainbow Dash, darling. Just tell us next time, before something like this happens." Rarity said, and the rest of the girls hopped on the bandwagon and agreed.
And that is how I got my herd of six beautiful mares.

Sorry for the long wait. Due to recent events, and comments from everyone, I have decided to go back and edit previous chapters. I am going to fix a few plot errors, and character elements to make for a more pleasing story. I will put an edit in the title for you to know which chapters have been edited. Not all chapters have problems, so those that don't will change slightly depending on changes in story. Thank you all for reading my story, and I hope to be done with editing soon.

After I have finished my shower, using a nice orange cream scented shampoo, I requip a new set of clothes from my sizable wardrobe provided to me by the Shaman. It consists of a polyester and spandex long-sleeve tunic top, with color block sleeves, and a round neck head hole, along with a nice pair of jeans that are only slightly baggy on me, with a pair of Converse high tops.
As I come down the stairs, Rarity sees me and just stands their, ogling my fashion choice.
"Is this a better look, or should I try again, with something else?" I say, blushing slightly as she continues to stair at me with an almost hungry look.
"Where did you get that fabulous top darling, and those shoes, i'm almost jealous of how they match the top and jeans perfectly." she says with adoration, making me blush even harder.
"Well, I don't usually wear women's clothes because they just don't feel as comfortable, but the Shaman did a good job of finding some loose clothes for me that feel amazing."
"Well, I might have to ask her for where she gets them myself, seeing as I could use the patterns to start a new line of clothing." Rarity says, already using her magic to pull out measuring tapes and paper, drawing up designs, gather fabric.
"Um, could we get the questions out the way first, before we start making clothing?" Twilight huffs out at us, making Rarity jump slightly, being startled from her thoughts, "Of course, of course, darling. We do want to here more about our otherworldly guest now, don't we."
We then go and sit down around her fireplace, sipping tea and eating cookies. Or at least the adults are drinking tea, the CMC are just eating cookies, having stuck around only cause they wanted to here my story. I decided to start simple, by telling them most of the events leading up to me arriving here in this world.

Everybody, I would like to take a moment to say I am sorry. I am canceling this story, to rewrite it in a better light. I have better ideas for the this new story, whoever, those of you who like this, the new one will be this same story. Same characters, same events, same things that happen. I have a better idea of how I want to present those. I have enjoyed my first attempt to write a story, and if you are angry at me for canceling this, I recommend you read my new one. All I have to say in conclusion, is that I hope you like the new story as much as this one. I will be accepting crosses for my character, as this is connected to the displaced multiverse.
