Though the rest of his family had left the gemless mine seeking thier own fortunes, Pitch Black was no quitter... and he had a plan to make enough bits to see him through. Sometimes, though... the best laid plans can go strangely awry.
Pitch Black was a pony who knew how to make a big bang - and he did so with gusto.
However, as time had gone by, the plentiful amount of emerald at the Black homestead had dwindled down to nothing, and the rest of the family had decided to make their way in the world... leaving poor Pitch to tend to the homestead in their absence.
But Pitch had an idea to make things better - one with EXPLOSIVE results.
