Princess Luna is like a big foal; Princess Celestia is like an overprotective parent. Luna loves to have outside fun; Celestia likes to have fun inside. Luna likes to pull pranks; Celestia doesn't like to. So when Luna asks Celestia to pull a prank on her, Celestia goes to read a prank book. She learns about the power of pranks, so Celestia tries to think about a prank to perfectly fit Luna's description. However, how far will the prank take the two awkward rulers, and how will affect the ponies around them?
