Luna was standing in a small field at the edge of Sweet Apple Acres, she was wearing a pitch black dress. Twilight stood up at the podium, she looked at the group of ponies in front of her “I know Celestia has brought great harm to you all, she made a lot of mistakes but in the end she gave her life for our world knowing that she may reside in Tartarus for all eternity, for that we all mus be grateful.”

Sunset stood up and took Twilight’s place “Like Twilight I was Celestia’s personal student, she told me I was smart, that I was destined for greatness. For better or for worse she made the mare I am today, I just hope she finds peace in death.”

Bluebelle trotted onto the stage “My Auntie wasn’t always the Tyrant she was once the best pony anyone could have known, she put up with me even at my worst. When I was rude and bigoted she took a deep breath and smiled on anyway, I was such a lucky pony to have someone who cared about me at my worst and the world is colder because of her loss.”

Luna at last trotted up onto the stage “Me and my sister didn’t always but as long as we were together we were unbeatable, we both have let jealously and envy blind us to the truth. I have lost my sister today and …” she began to cry as ponies put flowers onto the coffins with a cloud and sun mark on it.

Solaire held Luna tightly with a wing as she sobbed in the griffons claws, after the funeral much had changed in the following years. Equestria was freed of the darkness of the Rainbow Factory, within a few years Fluttershy and Starlight got married.

Meanwhile the Friendship Kingdom shared the technology of Warp-ships with their closest allies Equestria and Griffonia allowing them to quickly trade between each other with ease.

Twilight and Sunset’s relationship bloomed although their wedding would not come for centuries afterwards. On the other hoof Discord and Tempest’s relationship took off and a great wedding was held for the two of them, Twilight even took to crafting a magical artefact that would grant Tempest an immortal life so Discord would never lose her.

Luna proved to be a just ruler and kind ruler but he loss of her sister always weighed on her for centuries afterwards. She often snuck over to Griffonia to talk to Solaire for guidance and advice.

Solaire lead her nation with conviction and kindness, Solaire never gave up on Moonstar her personal student, even when she ascended Solaire was always supporting her. Cloudy Day left the world with a simple message, it is not the strongest or smartest or bravest that can save the world form evil but sometime all it takes is one that’s willing to give up everything to do what is right .

Meanwhile at the gates of the dead Cloudy Days trotted forward wondering where fate would take her.
