Space the greatest wonder of all the universes. A vast expansion that can never be fully mapped, explored, or understood by any species. It is a place of eternal wonder and discovery. But, for one galaxy space is nothing more than a battlefield. The galaxy itself was in the shape of the infinity symbol. The galaxy was home to over twenty solar systems. A small solar system then came into view. The system was made of four planets. In between two of the planets a series of bright lights flashed. One would think it was a rare space phenomenon. But, for this solar system it was far from rare. For, in between the two planets the bright flashes were explosions. Explosions made from energy based weaponry. A ship flew rapidly through the middle of the battlefield. Its shields deflecting the various cannon fires as it moved through. Inside the ship multiple bipedal creatures ran. Each of them were wearing the same navy blue colored uniform. Multiple alarms blared and wailed through the ship. One of the creatures looked almost like a cobra; on the side of its head looked like gills. Which were opening and closing quickly. It then entered what looked like the bridge of the ship.
“Command has just given us the orders to jump to F.T.L!” It hissed as three more creatures are shown sitting at the controls. Entering various commands and codes into the ship, “Our location is the Monarch relay in the cocoon system! Get us to F.T.L now! We cannot let the chose be taken!” It finished.
In another part of the ship six teenaged creatures hid. Each of them were strapped into a chair; waiting anxiously for the ship to make the jump. The ship then suddenly jerked to the right; it caused all of them to scream in fear. The hull of the ship then became engulfed in a bright blue light. Then in a matter of seconds the ship vanished from the battlefield. Three more ships then glowed blue and disappeared as well. The ship was traveling through a tunnel of light. The inside of the ship shook violently. As its passengers and crew held on for their lives.
“Status!?” The snake hissed out.
One of the other pilots looked at the screen. The pilot looked mostly human except for two large teeth that stuck out from the bottom of its mouth. It struggled to see what was on screen. But, once he manged to pull himself up to the monitor.
“Hull integrity, ninety percent. Shields, fifty percent. E.T.A five minutes!” The humanoid responded as it reached for another panel, “Activating stable!” He was interrupted by the ship suddenly rocking forward.
The three ships were just behind theirs. They were firing at the ship; landing multiple shots on its hull. Trying to bring the ships shields down. A fireball the erupted from one of the thrusters. Its light slowly flickering off from lack of energy. Inside the ship various electrical equipment started sparking and catching fire. The ships hull creaked loudly as the ship began to shake more violently.
“Probability of capture has increased to eighty percent,” A computerized voice spoke, “Beginning emergency evacuation,” A long pause was followed, “Priority chosen.” The voice finished.
“NO!” The humanoid yelled, “Do not launch them in the F.T.L tunnel. Wait until!” He was interrupted by another explosion.
Where the six teens were suddenly lit up. They looked around in fear as everything around them glowed. They then heard various whirring sounds; as multiple panels suddenly shot up from the floor. Sealing all of them inside of escape pods. One of the escape pods remained opened for a a second longer than the others. Allowing a small tube to be placed into it. Then one by one the pods were launched out of the ship. They then exited the F.T.L tunnel; and started heading to a nearby planet. One of the ships that were perusing their ship followed them out of F.T.L. It fired shots at them; thankfully the pods had reflector shields on them. Deflecting every shot fired at them; one of the shots were then sent back at the ship. Hitting it in its engines forcing it to come to a slow drift in space.
Inside one of the pods a teen painted in fear. The teens suit had activated impact mode; sealing them inside of a protective suit. The teen looked out the window of the pod. Watching in fear as the other pods rocked down to the planets surface. It then closed its eyes as the pod began to shake violently. Outside the window flames danced around the body. The teen then gave into fear and screamed. It was the middle of the night for the area the pods had crashed. Each of the pods landed hard. Some of them breaking trees and rocks as they skidded across the ground. The pod that held the tube came to a rest at the edge of a river. The pod was had steam coming off of its metal hull. It whirled loudly as a small antenna extended out from the top. It glowed red and started beeping loudly. A compartment then opened on the pod. From the compartment the tube fell and rolled into the river. Being carried down stream by the water.
The sun eventually started to rise in the sky. It bright light burning away the cold darkness of the night. The rays stretched across the green land; eventually stretching across a small village. A village not only home to friendship castle; but also the school of friendship. The village was known as Ponyville. The suns rays slowly entered a room and began to shine down onto a bed. On the bed a changeling began to wake. She yawned as she slowly sat up and stretched her body. She then slowly got out of bed and made it. She then heard knocking at her door.
“Come in.” She said as she turned to look at her door.
The door opened and in walked a dragoness. Who waved at her, “Morning, Ocellus.” She greeted her.
Ocellus smiled, “Morning, Smolder.” She replied as smolder walked up to her, “You're up early.” She finished.
“Yeah, I was going to eat breakfast in the cafeteria today,” Smolder replied, “Do you wanna join?” She asked.
Ocellus heard her stomach growl; it caused her to blush, “Sure, just let me get a shower.” She replied.
When the two reached the schools cafeteria; they met the rest of their group there. The other members of their group were Yona, the yak. Sandbar, the earth pony. Gallus, the gryphon, and Silverstream, the hypogriff. All of them sat happily together as they ate. They talked with one another about their first class. It was with the head-mare of the school, Twilight Sparkle.
“Are you guys excited for the first class?” Silverstream asked with a excited smile stretched across her face.
Sandbar nodded, “Yeah, she said were going to be exploring the Everfree today,” He replied with a smile of his own, “I can't wait.” He finished.
Gallus smirked, “Hey, if it means getting out of Professor Rarity's class. I'm excited.” He said in a rather uncaring tone. The others laughed at his comment just as the bell for the first class rang.
Twilight happily lead her students through the forest. She was taking them to see the tree of harmony. The tree that was the power to the elements of harmony. A power that her and her friends had used multiple times to save their home. As they walked; they eventually came to rest at the side of a river. Smolder had walked to the river; she had a canteen in her claw. She dipped the top of the canteen into the water. Only, to bring it back up and to her maw. She sighed happily after she had finished getting a refreshing drink of water. Something then shimmered brightly under the water.
“Huh?” Smolder wondered as she knelt down. Reaching down underneath the water and grabbing hold of the object. It was a metal tube; but it was not like any she had seen before. The tube itself had various lights blinking on it. She studied it curiously; one of her claws accidentally pressing a button on the side. The top of the tube opened, “What do we have here?” she asked as she held her other claw open and tilted the tube. Six pure white crystal fell from the tube. She dropped it and stared in wonder at the crystals. She never saw any crystal like that before.
“Smolder,” The voice of Silverstream called out. She turned to look and saw her friends walking towards her, “We're about to get moving again.” She informed her.
Smolder walked up to them crystal in claw, “Hey, look at what I found.” She said as she showed them the crystals.
“Whoa,” Sandbar said, “Where did you find these?” He asked.
“I found them river,” Smolder responded as she began to hand each of them one, “Here, There's one for each of us.” She finished.
All of them looked at their crystals in awe. None of them had ever seen crystal that looked so pretty. Ocellus held her crystal in her hoof; staring at the beautiful gem she held. The gem then had a blue glow come from it. She looked at it curiously; only to suddenly gasp in horror. For, the crystal had suddenly disappeared into her exoskeleton. She then screamed as a wave of pain came from the back of her head. For, the crystal had suddenly grown out from the back of her head. The others were also screaming in pain. Smolders crystal had dug into the palm of her claw. The crystal Gallus had reappeared on his wrist. Sandbars had reappeared on his chest. Yona's had grown from the center of her head. And, Silverstream's grew from her back; where her wings met.
Twilight had never moved so fast before in her life. The moment she started to hear her students screaming. She felt fear, fear for her students well-being. When she reached them she gasped in horror. They were all laying next to the riverbed; groaning heavily in pain. Each of them had crystals growing from their bodies. She walked up to Silverstream and studied the crystal.
“Twilight,” Silverstream called out making her look at her, “Help us.” She begged before she along with the others passed out from the pain. It didn't take long for Twilight to cast a teleportation spell.
One of the escape pods is shown resting in the middle of a rather large clearing. Another rested just underneath the roots of a rather large tree. Three of them rested near a river. The last one had landed in the castle of the two sisters. It came to rest right in the middle of the old throne room. The door to the pod then opened and a flood of water poured out of the pod. A fleshy hand then grabbed the side of the pod. And, from the pod a pearl colored alien creature pulled itself out. The creatures skin had what looked to be scales on it. While on the sides of its neck was a set of gills. Which were opening and closing rapidly; as the creature coughed loudly. It began to crawl towards a compartment located outside the pod. Once its hand touched it; it opened and out feel a strange collar device. It had two large water sacks on both sides. The creature quickly put the device around its neck. It gasped loudly as a loud beep came from the device.
“Thank the maelstrom!” It gasped out its voice sounding feminine. The creature reached up and pulled its helmet off. On its head sat two retractable dorsal fins. Its eyes were two ocean blue orbs. She breathed the fluid inside the sacks deeply. Before she lifted up one of her hands. In the palm of her hand was a crystal similar to the others. She pressed her forehead against it; causing it to give off a low hum.
Outside the pod in the field was another alien like creature. The creature itself looked like an ant but it didn't have a large abdomen. Its eye looked human and its pupils were amber colored. It felt a surge come from its chest. It reached up and pulled down the suit it wore. Seeing the crystal in its chest glowing. It looked around for a little bit; until focusing on a certain part of the woods. It began to run down that path it somehow found.
“Easy, easy Dimmit.” A male voice said as the three pods were shown.
A large bipedal bird creature was helping a human female up on her feet. The bird had the head of a hawk. Its feathers silver fading into black. Its wings acted like its arms. The feathers wrapping around the humans shoulder and arms. Helping her get steady on her feet.
The human had slightly tanned skin, “Thanks Shaan.” She thanked.
The other creature with them looked almost like a dragon. It head was domed and it had a large hump on its back. Which made it look more fierce; its skin was green and its eyes were solid red with black pupils. It even had a few scars just underneath its chin. Its hands had three large claws and its feet had two large toes. Which came to a sharp tip.
“Rinka, are you okay?” Shaan asked.
Rinka slowly turned around, “I am Krogan of course I'm okay.” She answered.
The three then felt a pulse coming from their crystals. Shaan's and Dimmit's were in the palm of their hands. While Rinka's was on her forehead.
“Sheen.” Dimmit said with much concern in her voice.
The three focused their attention on what looked like a far off castle. They looked at each other; nodded and ran towards it.
The last pod was already open; standing just in front of it was a humanoid creature that had gray skin. Its eyes were solid blue. It felt the same pulse coming from back. It looked around and found a path which it started running down.
At the school of friendship Twilight waited anxiously outside the schools infirmary. She was worried about her students. One minute everything was fine and then they were all screaming in pain. As some strange crystal had suddenly appeared on their bodies. She sighed as she rubbed her forehead; trying to figure out what had happened. Her ears perked up when the door to the infirmary opened. She saw the school nurse walking up to her.
“Needle point?” Twilight asked.
She sighed, “They are not hurting anymore,” Needle answered, “But, I can't do anything about the crystals. I've never seen anything like them.” She explained.
The students lay on the beds in the inside the infirmary. Each of them looking up at the ceiling in worry. Ocellus slowly reached back to the back of her head and touched the crystal. She flinched in worry as she looked at the others. Who were also looking at the crystals they had.
“I'm sorry, guy,” Smolder suddenly apologized causing them to look towards her, “I shouldn't have picked up those stupid crystals.” She finished with a frustrated sigh.
“Not your fault, Smolder,” Sandbar said, “You didn't know it was gonna happen.” He finished.
Smolder looked towards him, “I know.” She began.
She was interrupted by Ocellus who gasped loudly. Her friends looked at her as she began to shake with fear. They looked at her in curiosity.
“Ocellus?” Yona asked.
“It's vibrating.” Ocellus said.
Gallus shot up, “What?!” He walked up to her along with the others.
“It's vibrating!” Ocellus screamed in fear as the others got near her.
She was right the crystal was vibrating and pulsing. Ocellus began to breath heavily as Silverstream left to get the nurse. She then started to look around rapidly; until she came to a stop. Causing her to sigh in relief.
“It stopped,” She sighed, “It stopped.” She repeated as she looked down. Only to have it suddenly start vibrating and pulsing again, “It's doing it again! It's doing it again!” She screamed as she looked back up. Only to have it stop again.
“Ocellus, don't move.” Sandbar instructed, “We don't know whats going on. Wait, till the nurse gets back.” He finished.
Ocellus nodded as she focused her gaze on the direction the vibration had stopped. She was looking right outside the window. She focused her gaze outside; trying her best to calm herself down. But, the crystal did something she didn't expect again. She heard a voice that sounded just barely over a whisper. The voice was soon followed by an overwhelming need to go towards it.
“She needs help,” Ocellus said as she started to get off the bed, “She needs help!” She yelled as she pushed her friends away and ran towards the window. Using her magic to open it; allowing her to fly out the window.
Back at the castle of the two sister an explosion erupted. Sheen is shown running across the bridge. She was breathing heavily as a energy blast barely grazed her head. She screamed as she ducked down. Taking cover behind a piece of rock; just as two more shots were fired. She breathed the water in the collar heavily. Trying her best to catch her breath. Slowly, she looked up and over from where she hid. At the entrance of the castle stood a large robot. It had one giant bright yellow scanner as an eye. It locked onto her and aimed its arm at her. It turned into a large blaster rifle.
“Target locked,” It said in a low robotic voice, “Fire!” It then fired a large energy ball.
Sheen bolted up and ran as far away from the hiding spot as possible. She screamed as she heard the explosion. It was followed by the sharp cracking of electricity. She screamed as she was thrown violently forward by the shock wave. She landed hard on the ground; groaning in pain as she tried to get back up to her feet. Only to be kicked hard in the gut and sent flying hard into a tree.
“Target locked.” The robot sad.
Sheen looked up as the robot focused its blaster on her, “Sh,”She began to say as the robot started to charge a shot, “Shield!” She yelled.
A clear light surrounded her before the blast was fired. The energy ball was reflected off her and back at the robot. Who swat it away like it was fly. The ball of energy hit a tree and destroyed it in a flash of electricity. It looked at her again and started walking closer to her. Watching as the shield around her suddenly disappeared.
Sheen braced herself up against the tree she was up against. She was using the tree to help keep herself on her feet. As she stared at the robot that was slowly walking up to her. A look of determination and anger appearing on her face; as the robot stopped just in front of her.
“We will stop you.” Sheen said.
“Response,” The robot replied as it aimed its blaster at her head, “Your species is doomed.” It finished just as a large rock was thrown at it knocking the robot onto its side.
Sheen looked at where the rock had come from. What she saw shocked her; not to far away was an insect like creature that stood on all fours. The creature had a horn on the top of its head. Which was glowing in magical aura. She then looked at the robot; it was starting to get back up. She began to run towards the creature.
“Hey, are you okay?” The creature asked.
Sheen grabbed the creature by the shoulder, “We need to run!” She said she started to hear the creature protest her command, “We need to run now!” She finished just as the robot got back to its feet.
The two started running for the cover of the forest. As the robot started firing at them. It then started slowly walking after them; firing what seemed like endless shots at them. The two were running for their lives through the Everfree forest. Dodging every shot that was fired at them. The robot was merciless; every shot it fired got closer and closer to its targets. It switched from its ion gun and tow its heavy launcher. It aimed just behind them and fired.
Sheen looked back and gasped in horror. She then tackled the creature to the left; just as the shot hit the ground behind them. A fireball erupted behind them which rose high into the air. The two groaned as they looked back up from the ground. Just as the robot started to walk through the flames. Ocellus was filled with endless fear. While Sheen started to feel rage fill her. She looked at the creature.
“Run,” Sheen said as she started to get back up, “Get out of here. I'll cover you.” She finished as she stood her ground.
The robot said nothing as it aimed its primary weapon at her. It continued to slowly walk up to the two. As Sheen glared at it.
“I,” She began, “I am half of a chosen warrior,” She continued the robot stepping closer and closer to her. She lifted up her hand; showing the robot her crystal; it locked onto it, “I am one with the crystal of Saol. Just as it is one with me and the other I am bonded to,” The robot began to charge its weapon. The crystal in her began to glow. But, it was not the only one that was glowing. For, the one Ocellus had also started to glow, “By the power of the Saol crystal. A power I am destined to share with another. I will.....we will stop you!” She shouted just as the robot fired its shot. The crystal started to glow brightly.
The robot watched as the two were engulfed in the fireball. It began to run a scan of the fireball; searching for any signs of life. It detected two; just before it was knocked back hard by a beam of light. The fireball cleared and in the center stood a armored warrior. Ocellus and Sheen had fused together. Ocellus providing the armor for Sheen; who was providing movement. Ocellus head was now Sheen's helmet. Her body and legs becoming armor. Her horn had become a magical sword. While the hard shell that covered her wings had become their shield.
“What just happened?” Ocellus asked in complete shock.
Sheen could not believe it, “We are a Saol warrior,” She said in disbelief as she looked at their new body, “I found you.” She said.
“Huh?” Ocellus asked in confusion, “What do you?” She was interrupted as another blast was shot at them. They deflected it with their shield.
“I'll explain later,” Sheen said as she brought their blade up. Ready to attack, “Right now I need you to fight with me,” She explained as the robot turned its arm from a blaster to a sword, “I am Sheen you're chosen partner.” She finished.
“I'm Ocellus,” Ocellus answered in fear, “And I think we need to block!” She finished as they brought their shield up. Blocking a hard slash attack from the robot.
“Saol warrior, Detected.” The robot stated as a command flashed a message flashed across its screen, “Requesting assistance.” It finished before activating a spinning gear in its arm. Turning its blade into a deadly drill.
The two blocked its attack again; only this time they hit its arm away with their shield. They slashed the robot. But, it blocked their attack with its sword. They then lifted their leg and delivered a very hard kick. Making the robot step backward. Sheen then released a battle-cry as they charged towards the robot. Ready to finally become the warrior they were both chosen to be.

Hope whoever reads this story enjoys it. I am open to constructive criticism. I hope I did well first chapter and I cannot wait to get started on part two. wish me luck on this story.
Sheen and Ocellus panted hard as they stared down their opponent. A robot that was showing them no mercy. It lifted its bladed arm and turned it back into a pulse rifle. Sheen brought up their shield. Just as it started to fire its weapon. Although, their shield blocked the attack. They were slowly being pushed back by the power of the blasts. Sheen felt Ocellus's fear; it caused her to take in a deep breath.
“Ocellus,” Sheen spoke before they used their blade to deflect an attack, “You need to remain calm.” She finished.
“How?” Ocellus asked as they brought their shield up again, “I don't even know what's going on!” She finished her fear and heart rate increasing.
Sheen could feel what she was feeling, “Ocellus, you need to listen to me,” She said as they began to run up to the robot. Their sword drawn back ready to deliver a lethal lunge, “You don't need to be afraid. We're a Saol warrior.” She finished as they lunged at the robot. They managed to get a direct hit on the arm that turns into a rifle. They had managed to take it off at the middle joint; it fell to the ground with a metallic clatter.
“What's a Saol warrior?!” Ocellus asked.
The robot turned quickly and aimed its other hand at them. It then fired an electrical ball; it hit them directly in the back. Electrocuting them for a few minutes. Before they were sent flying into a nearby tree. They hit the tree back first; groaning in pain as they slid down to the ground. The robot was slowly closing in. Its missing arm turning into a sword once more. Once close enough it put its robotic foot on their chest. Pressing them hard against the tree base; while it hovered its sword in front of their face.
“We will stop you.” Sheen growled out.
“Response,” The robot said back, “All of you will be annihilated!” It finished while bringing its blade back.
The two braced themselves for the attack. But, the attack never came; instead what was heard was a loud metallic bang. Both of them looked up; just in time to see an ant like creature delivering a hard kick to the robot. The robot landed hard on its side; while the ant creature turned and looked at the two. It knelt down one of its arms extended.
“Sheen!” It said in a gurgled voice.
“J'avi!” Sheen said in a voice of relief as he helped them up.
The others that were with them quickly getting to their side. Sheen felt a huge sense of relief and happiness enter her mind. Ocellus could feel her relief and her happiness. It put her mind at ease; almost like when her friends were comfort her. She noticed the others that had joined them were all different creatures. J'avi, was the ant creature. But, she didn't say ant in mind. For, some reason she knew it was a Meadon. But, what was a Meadon? Sheen began talking to the bird creature known as Shaan. He was a Tarrinite another creature she did not know. Dimmit, was the only creature she recognized. She was a human; exactly the way Twilight had described them to be. The other creature was Rinka. Who looked almost like a dragon. But, no, Rinka was a Krogan from the planet Tuchanka. The last of their group was a creature that looked like a human made of stone. Gravel was his name and he was a golem.
Shaan placed his hand on their shoulder, “It's good to see you're safe.” He said in a voice filled with relief.
Before they could respond the robot was already back on its feet. A blue beam shot from its eyes and scanned over all of them. A loud beep them came from it, “Targets, located,” It said as it detached its blade arm. Only to have its chest open up; revealing yet another weapon. It lifted its arm up; an a loud whirring sound happened. It then aimed its weapon at the group, “Cain fire!” It shouted.
The group wasted little time in dodging the attack. The weapon had fired a massive ball of energy. When it missed and hit a tree behind them. A large contained fire ball spread through the forest. Burning about twelve trees to ashes and melting a very large boulder. The shock-wave from it was massive. It sent the six flying out and it even split Sheen and Ocellus apart. Each of them landed hard on the unforgiving ground. Each of them groaning in pain as they tried their best to get to their feet. Ocellus shook her head trying to stop the ringing in her head. She regained her focus immediately when a metallic foot stepped in front of her. Slowly, she looked up in fear. Looking down the metallic barrel of the weapon. A weapon that was being charged to fire again.
“Annihilation, one-hundred percent,” The robot said with no emotion in its voice, “Die.” It finished.
Before it could fire its weapon; it was slammed hard by Yona. Who yelled loudly as she slammed it into a rock. Only to use her horns to throw it into the river. Ocellus shot to her hooves, “Yona!?” She said as her friend panted hard. Just as the rest of her friends got to her side.
“Ocellus, are you okay?” Sandbar asked as they checked her over for injuries.
Ocellus nodded, “Yes, I'm fine,” She said as her gaze fixed itself on the water, “We need to leave n-!” She was interrupted by a loud splash of water.
The group turned and looked; seeing the robot aiming its weapon at the group. Time itself seemed to slow for all of them. In a flash the robot had fired its weapon. The same ball of energy flew towards the group. Who quickly huddled together around each other. Their eyes shut tightly as they waited for the impact of the attack. But, it never came; for Sheen and the others stood in front of them. The crystals they had glowed brightly; creating a barrier all around them. The blast exploded on the barrier creating a smokescreen. The robot activated its scanner. A red beam shot out this time and scanned the smoke rapidly. Detecting only six energy readings. The smoke cleared revealing six Saol warriors.
Ocellus and Sheen had fused once again. J'avi had fused with Smolder; his body becoming her armor and his head becoming her mask. One of his extra arms provided armor for her wings. While his other arm; it had turned into a short sword. Yona had become the armor for Shaan. Her body had become what looked like heavy armor. Her horns becoming lethal spikes on his shoulders. While the helmet and armor seemed to be fused into one. On their back was a large pack; which was connected to their left arm. Their arm had turned into a heavy belt fed energy blaster. Sandbar had fused with Dimmit. His body becoming a lighter armor than the rest. The only heavy part of their armor were their hands. Which looked like heavy gauntlets. His mane had become an electrical cord that connected at the base of their back. Rinka had become the armor for Silverstream. They looked similar to Yona and Shaan. They had a large pack on their back; instead of a heavy blaster. Silverstreams' wings had become two heavy energized swords. Gravel had become the armor for Gallus. The armor was heavy like the other two. But, in their hands they held a giant energy hammer made of stone.
“Whoa,” Sandbar said as he looked at himself, “What just happened?” He asked.
“We are,” Dimmit began as she readied their fists, “All of us. Are Saol warriors.” She finished as the others readied their weapons. Just as two beams of light appeared by the robot. From the lights two more robots appeared. One looked as if it was built for speed; it also had a hand that was nothing but a blade. While the other looked very heavy and had two heavy blasters for hands.
“We will explain everything later,” J'avi spoke as Smolder readied their weapon, “Right now. We must fight!” He finished.
The robot with the sword disappeared only to suddenly reappear in front of Smolder and J'avi. Thankfully, they were able to bring their sword up fast enough to block its attack. The others had to dodge a series of energy shots. When Yona and Shaan had managed to find an opening. They aimed their blaster at the two robots. Yona, felt very strange as they began to fire their weapon. She wonder who Sheen was. Yet, for some odd reason she felt like she knew him. She also felt very, very, calm; even though they were currently fighting for their lives.
“Yona, Focus!” Shaan shouted as they took cover behind a tree. Just as a barrage of energy shots flew by them, “The Skorns show no mercy!” He finished before moving them out of cover and aiming their weapon at the two robots.
Smolder and J'avi were having trouble with the third robot. They blocked each attack from it. But, it was not giving them a chance to find an opening. Smolder had tried to kick its legs out from underneath it. But, it jumped up and delivered a hard kick to their chest. Pushing them backwards and knocking them onto their back. It tried to deliver a lethal stab. Only to be blocked by one of Silverstream's and Rinka's heavy blade. Giving Sandbar and Dimmit the opening they needed. For, the two had powered up their gauntlets. Allowing to deliver three consecutive power punches to the robot. Two of them striking the chest; while the third struck the robot in the head.
Sheen and Ocellus tried their best to move closer to the two robots. Keeping their shield in front of them; allowing them to block both of their attacks. But, the robots kept pushing them back with their attacks. Both of them then heard Gallus yelling loudly. They saw him and gravel running up to the two. Their hammer held above their head; ready to deliver a heavy strike. They then jumped into the air; only to slam their hammer down onto the ground. It caused a heavy energy surge to moved through the earth. When the surge reached the robots it exploded. Sending the two into the air. Shaan fired a clip at the two. Damaging them greatly and disabling their weapons. Sheen immediately sprinted forward; activating the wings on their back to allow them to fly. When they were close enough; they landed three hard slashes. Slicing off both robots blasters and legs.
Both robots landed back on the ground hard. The third robot was thrown on top of them by Smolder. The three robots released electrical sparks and surges. While the others quickly regrouped with each other. Each of them breathing and panting heavily as they stared at the robots. It was then all three robots started glowing brightly. Sheen gasped and Ocellus could feel her fear.
“Run!” Both of them shouted.
The group turned and ran trying their best to get away from the bots. The glow got very intense and then the three robots exploded. Twilight saw then explosion in the distance and started to fly towards it. The explosion destroyed a rather large section of the forest. Leaving the land burned and scorched. At the edge of the destruction twelve bodies lay on the ground. The students lay next to those who they fused with. Sheen breathed heavily as she slowly regained her senses. Everything sounded like it was underwater. Even her vision looked as if it was underwater. She soon focused on Ocellus- who lay just a few feet in front of her- slowly she crawled up to her. Only to suddenly fall back to the ground.
“Ocellus.” She groaned out just as Twilight sparkle landed in front of her.
Twilight could not believe what she was seeing. Her students were lying injured on the burnt ground. And, next to them were six creatures she had never seen before. She used her magic to prepare a teleportation spell. Its magical aura appearing around her students.
“Twilight,” Ocellus suddenly said in a weak voice, “Don't leave them.” She finished before passing out from exhaustion.
Twilight looked at her students and then at the creatures. She sighed heavily and focused her magic on them as well. In a flash of magical light; she teleported them away from the area. At the area where the robots lay; all that was left behind was a molten pile of metal. It was then a loud beeping sound came from the metal. A small antenna extended out from the mass; the tip of it blinking a yellow light in synch with the beep. It beeped for three straight minutes. Until it stopped and feel apart. Becoming another piece of destroyed metal.
