Displaced...yeah...one of those...and mixing in of Fallout 76...I know how hated this may end up because of that, but there is one thing I should tell you all. The game itself (gameplay wise) can be dismissed as much as you want, just don't dismiss this for what Bethesda may have done wrong.
Not much of an intro, but just read the story and make your judgement based on that and not the association with Fallout 76
