Equestria in the distant future. Space travel was real, and so was the nightmare Discord created upon Equestria. Many races escaped his madness via spacecraft, save for the pony races: Earth, Unicorn, and Pegasi.

No one knows how he rose to power, only that His rule was absolute, and anypony who disobeyed were either "imprisoned" and became a chaotic servant, or were executed by his rather unique brand of chaotic gauntlets and trials.

Eventually, a secret project was created by the Resistance to build a ship to carry a small group out of orbit, to seek help:

The Starship Harmony.

It was designed to hold a small one hundred and fifty member crew, but only a handful managed to come aboard. Now, floating in deep space and searching for a signal, the Captain wakes up once again to the silent vessel, but this time is different.

This time, something knocked on her door...
