Rainbow Dash's foalhood friend

When Rainbow's siblings came to her after dinner, they wanted to talk about their time in school.

Rapid said he made a lot of friends and played games with each other.

Cloud said she loved to do activities.

Rainbow said that she met a colt of a similar age.

When their parents told them to go to bed, the three children went to bed and sleep. The next morning, the three children went to school together and said their goodbyes to their parents. In school, the children learned about the history of pegasi.

During recess, there were young colts trying to bully Rainbow because of what she drew about her dream in the future. The bullies called her names.

When they did, Soarin had stood up for the innocent filly and defended her by saying "Leave her alone," the bullies were scared and they ran away. Soarin got close to the crying mare and said "It's okay, Rainbow, it's okay" and Rainbow stopped crying.

When recess was over, Rainbow asked Soarin if he wants to come to her house and play and he accepted it. Few days later, Soarin visited her house with his parents, he knocked on the door.

Rapid opened it and said to Rainbow “Your friend is here, sis,”

Rainbow came and said hello to him.

“So, Soarin, how is your day,” said Rainbow’s mom. “It’s good, Mrs. Dash,” said Soarin. "I heard you stood up for our daughter yesterday, that is a very nice thing you did and you are a brave friend to her," said Rainbow's mom.

Rainbow then showed Soarin her bedroom, her bedroom was full of posters of the Wonderbolt legends on her wall. Soarin was surprised that she is also a fan of the Wonderbolts. Rainbow then asked him if he wanted to race and he said yes. Rainbow then asked her parents: “Mommy, daddy, can me and Soarin play outside?”

Her dad said: “Yes, you may, my little one.” The two young pegasi then raced from her house to Cloudsdale Stadium. While racing, Rainbow told Soarin that she’s going to do the sonic rainboom.

Soarin then asked a question about that, he did not know what a sonic rainboom is.

Rainbow then tries to do the sonic rainboom. She dives down at high speed and makes an explosion.

When Soarin saw it for the first time, he thought it was beautiful. “Wow, Rainbow, that was amazing,” said Soarin.

“Thanks, my dad taught me,” said Rainbow. Rainbow then asked Soarin if she could come to his house.

“Okay, I will ask my mom,” Soarin said.
