The Little Pony Legend: Shadow Play

Heyo. Hope everyone is doing well during these hard times. Just wanted to talk to everyone reguarding Shadow Play.

As of today, after LONG consideration and thought, I have decided to cancel Shadow Play entirely. I started this because I not only wanted to continue the adventures of the Guardians, but also I love this series. It really changed my life since I started reading it five years ago actually this month. (Happy Anniversary!) but the more I worked on it, the more I just didn't feel motivated as I did before. Ideas I thought up didnt really mix or never worked. And while I wanted to make a story revolving around Chi mostly, I kinda felt I was pushing other characters aside. Speaking of which, thats another reason why I didnt want to continue.

It gets very tiring after awhile when you are trying to mash in all these people in at once, hoping they got something to say in the chapter. And with the Guardians, TAH, AND the Shadow Claws, it just deemed too much for me to handle. And probably the biggest reason is time between chapters. As you can see, you all had to wait nearly a year for me to continue and i felt guilty so i tried to squeeze in two chapters to make up for it but that just made more work for me. which then brings to another big reason why Im scrapping this.

Work.

When making Shadow Play, I used to work at a casino and they never gave me enough time off. Even getting a time off was an utter pain in the flank, not to mention I was also going to school too so they really made me exhausted to work on anything. Thankfully, I graduated and I have a better relaxed job but still, it really killed my mojo.

So yeah. that's basically the jist of it. Now does this mean that LPL is done. Heck No! Even though Im cancelling this, I do have an idea of where I want to go. Yep, Im doing a different story, And this one will be more fun and lighthearted unlike the last ones where its more dark and serious. Ill explain more info when the time comes and where to look but until then, Thank you all for sticking along and I do hope you consider looking into this new adventure im planning. Until next time!
